This is an IHeart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.
Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast.
Just listen.
We don't care where you hear it.
Welcome in everybody to Fantasy Pros.
This is the Fantasy Football Podcast.
It's me, Joey P.
Joe P. Zapia, with me today,
full of stuffing and good cheer.
D-Bro, Derek Brown,
the King of Bros, and Pat Fitzmores.
We're here to break down the waiver wire
for week 14 in the NFL.
We got some teams on a buy this week to four of them.
To be specific, the Carolina Panthers,
the Patriots, the Giants,
and the San Francisco 49ers won't be in week 14.
I'm on Ross St. Brown probably won't be either.
We're going to talk about what that all means, your waiver-wire pickup of the week.
But first, I got to get something off my chest because I am not a Lions fan.
I am not a Lions fan, but Dan Campbell almost ruined my Thanksgiving.
Situational football is something I teach the 12-year-olds that I coach, the 14-year-olds that I've coached,
and even the 10-year-olds that I've coached in years past.
You're down by two scores with five minutes left in the game.
You kick the field goal because you still need seven anyway.
You don't go for fourth down, because what if you miss it?
And then all of a sudden, the air goes out of the stadium, the air goes out of the players, the defense has to play differently.
D, bro, I don't think that the Lions can ever get to a Super Bowl, much less win one with the way Dan Campbell has situational football issues.
And he has got a ton of them, and this is not new.
You've seen it in the playoffs of the past in San Francisco.
You've seen another playoff games.
I get being aggressive, but at a certain point, there's aggressive and they're stupid.
and I almost let it ruin my Thanksgiving meal.
I was so wound up about it.
What are your thoughts on that?
I think it comes down to a simple mantra, man.
You live by the sword, you die by the sword.
If they're going to be aggressive,
they're always going to be aggressive.
And you're not wrong about the situational football.
The thing that I'll point to the other side,
and I'm very curious about Pat's take.
You could say the same thing about Matt LaFleur
playing aggressively going for fourth downs,
but it worked out for the Packers,
so we're not going to talk about that.
But we're talking about Dan Campbell.
I think it's just it comes with.
You're on the road.
It's in the first half for the game.
It's high risk out of war.
That's all it is.
But you're also put you're also in this spot where you're like, well, if there's time left,
you're pin the defense, they've got that tie in their scheduled in their in their win loss column
too, which which means like, hey, we're on the road.
We're going for broke.
We're not supposed to win this indivision game on the road.
Let's let all hang out.
It's totally opposite.
And I know for Pat, he was loving this.
Like this must have been like, you know, you talk about you break the wishbone and get the other half.
This has had to be what you wish for, Pat, on Thanksgiving.
Yeah, I agree.
I mean, I, I do think.
that Campbell is aggressive to a fault.
Right.
And, you know, and I didn't, honestly, I was, I was complaining about Lefleur's decision-making on the go-for-it, throw on third down and not stop the clock, not keep the clock going.
And then the fourth down throw, which did work out.
I mean, Dantean Wicks made a great catch with a defender draped all over him.
But, boy, that was like a tight rope act to get that fourth down.
and had you run it, you could still conceivably run two plays.
I'm not hating it if the Packers had gone for it on fourth and won and tried to run the ball and they got stopped short.
Okay, that's fine.
And if they had run and punted, like they would have given the Lions the ball probably at around the 10-yard line with about a minute 17 left to go.
And no timeouts, make them drive.
And you saw it all day Sunday too, right, Pat?
I mean, Harold Fanon taking snaps on fourth down.
What the hell are we doing out here, folks?
What the hell are we doing?
All right.
I'm sorry, I had to vent somewhere to somebody, so you guys are it.
It's a space, Joe.
Same space.
Well, it just, but it's situation.
And what happened?
The air, but there were so many times when they hit those fourth down, like that Don Davian
Wicks, that second touchdown, right?
Where you just, you could feel the air go out of the building.
Yeah.
And in a building where there's very few home advantages really left in the NFL, that's one
that there is, right?
When air goes out of that building, man, that is tough to pump that air back.
And then they did.
They had, I'm on Ron.
get hurt. Jamo makes big plays. Jamia makes big play. They pump the air back in. You're doing well.
Kick the field goal. Take the points. You got five minutes left. It changes the whole dynamic.
Now the defense has to play because now the defense isn't playing down by seven. They're playing
down by 10. And the style in which you're going to play is not conducive with that much time.
Again, I'm going to get work myself up again and it's not worth it. Instead, what's worth it is
giving away free stuff. And of course, we're going to give away the perpetual fantasy football
trophy from Trophy Smack. It goes to Jay. I hope this is right. Mickey.
Jay Mickey, congratulations, Jay Mickey.
Maybe it's Mikey, maybe it's Mickey.
Either way, Jay, you're the big winner.

And this week's giveaway is the ESPN Fantasy Football Championship Ring giveaway.
This is a great one.
We love the rings.

Let's get to the Waver Wire ad of the week.
And it's Adonai Mitchell, believe it or not, of the New York Jets.
That's right, rostered in just 7% of leagues on The Sleeper.
He had gotten a lot of targets, Pat, in the last couple weeks.
Catching them.
Catching them was the problem.
We know what he is.
He's kind of a big splash kind of guy.
He's got some talent.
And now, Tarad Taylor, obviously, is making use of John Metchy.
We talked about on last week's show at length.
And also Mitchell, going forward, what's Mitchell's rest of season look like here
in this Jets offense as the quote unquote big playmaker of the Jets?
Well, one thing I like, Joe, the Jets have actually turned into a nice, tidy little
operation for fantasy.
Like, Brees Hall is the clear lead back.
Adn Mitchell, John Metchy, Mason Taylor, really the only.
significant target earners and Tyrod Taylor is making it all work in a way that Justin Fields wasn't
able to. Now, I know some people aren't going to buy the Adnye Mitchell hype. In his two previous
games before the week 13 breakout, 80 Mitchell had 13 targets caught three of them, although one
of those games was a Justin Field start. But now we're talking about 24 targets over his last
three games and the targets are now coming from a functional passer and we are talking about a
has sub 4-4-speed is a freak athletes.
That play where 80 Mitchell fumbled at the goal line when he was still with the Colts
and probably cost them a win against the Rams.
People should go back and re-watch that play
and pay particular attention to everything that happened before the fumble.
Like Mitchell rips a 50-50 ball away from Emmanuel Forbes.
Then he outraces Forbes and Cam Curl.
And Emmanuel Forbes ran a 4-3-5 at the combine.
Like that is what's intriguing.
Mitchell's a special.
athlete. And there's a reason he was a second round pick, even though he never had a thousand
yard season in college. So if the light is switched on for him, look out. And Mitchell's
scheduled on the stretch, dolphins, saints, dolphins, Jaguars, Saints. The matchup against Miami this
week, maybe not a great one. The dolphins have been pretty stingy against wide receivers. But
Jacksonville and New Orleans in the first two weeks of the fantasy playoffs, that's pretty attractive.
Yeah. Talk to me about Mitchell D. Roe. What are your thoughts on him rest of season? It seems like right now,
with that Soss Gardner injury and the Jets getting the two first round picks and Mitchell,
that the Jets are winning that trade as of December 1st.
As of right now, I mean, I said it when the trade went down.
I'm not giving away two first round picks for any freaking corner.
It doesn't matter with Sosson Gartles.
But, you know, with 80 Mitchell, we talked about him on last week's show, boys.
We talked about him and Metchie as being pickups and Flex plays moving forward.
And the thing for Mitchell is you knew the regression game was coming because the volume had been there.
In weeks 11 through 12, he had a 23% target share.
to Pat's point.
He didn't do anything with it.
But again, if you keep getting that type of volume,
you're going to strike Pater and that's what happened with A.D.
Mitchell.
And to Pat's point, yeah, dude, like the matchups against the Saints and Jaguars are fantastic.
So volume play, wide receiver three, flex play.
Like, all these things are in play for 80 Mitchell in the weeks to come.
And pretty much for the rest of the season.
Like, the only week that I don't want to play him or like,
he's kind of off the flex radar is championship week against the New England Patriots,
which he's probably going to draw.
Right.
shadow coverage from from Christian Gonzalez. Outside of that, wide receiver three flex play rest of
season. He's getting a ton of volume. All right. When it comes to the running backs is really not a lot
of new names, quote unquote, we're going to talk about. So instead, I want you to grade these guys,
right, in terms of like, you want to give him five star bench guy, three stars. Like, how do you rate them?
Let's start with Chris Rodriguez of the Washington commanders. What would you grade him in terms of like,
again, all these guys rostered under for 50% in leagues still floating out there in more leagues than
maybe they should be. Chris Rodriguez, Dibro, which are great on him in terms of star rating.
Two and a half. That's kind of where I'm at. Like that that's kind of the bucket where a lot of
these guys will fall. And that's that RB3 slash flex bucket where it's like he's going to live in
the 12 to 15 or 16 touch range. And the bet you're making that week, is it a good matchup?
And does he score a touchdown? If he scores a touchdown, he's probably an RB2 for the week.
So and the matchups upcoming, I mean, they can lend itself to a lot of RB2 weeks, Joe.
all right one through five fintzy give me the star rating for chris rodriguez three in standard two and half
ppr one in full p p p p p p peter you're so good look at you he was just waiting though he was just
waiting in the wings with that one just like ready to go i just right well i just i just you you look at
chris rodriguez as a complete zero on the passing game he's had one reception in 10 games so
he is far less appealing in full point ppr leagues than standard or half p p p p p p p p r like he has to get a
touchdown maybe two
to get over in full PPR.
But at least he has, like, clearly surpassed Jacori Kroski Merritt as the key lead early down back for the commanders.
And he's got three touchdown runs in his last four games.
How did you feel about the correct pronunciation of Mary Otah last night,
said, you by the way?
What was that all about?
Yikes.
Between that and the Rodney Harrison glitch.
Oh, man.
Or it's Mary Oota.
Not Mary Otta.
Yeah, Brett Coleman.
That was a fantastic tweet.
Oh, my God.
Well done.
Well done.
Bam Knight, Fitsy.
Give me the star writing for him on people's radars, waiver wire.
Boy, this is another conditional one.
I'm going to say two and a half.
Here's the thing, Joe.
Trey Benson could be back this week or in week 15,
in which case, Bam Knight would have a little value.
But Benson did have arthroscoping knee surgery,
and we still haven't gotten any real indication that his return is imminent.
So if Benson isn't activated by, I believe, December 10th, he goes to season ending IR.
And look, the Cardinals play the Rams and the Texans.
Their next two games, tough matchups for running backs.
But week 16 and 17, they get the Falcons and Bengals.
If Benson ends up on season ending IR, BAM night in week 17 against the Bengals,
like potentially attractive running back two or flex option for championship week.
Hot take, I think he's worth more than people realize right now.
And Jake and I agree. I agree to 50's points. I mean, same area code, two and a half stars. And the thing about Benson, too, limited participant last week on Wednesday. He was a DMP on Thursday and Friday with a knee issue. I think the season ending I are is a definite possibility to fit the point. I agree. Yeah. I agree big time. Can I can I add one thing though? It just worth noting.
Bam Knight actually played three fewer snaps than Michael Carter. But Knight does get a much higher.
percentage of touches on his, he touches the ball on a much higher percentage of his snaps than
Michael Carter does. Like when Bam Knight is in there, he's often taking hand off.
They're great. They're the, basically that tandem is game skip script, uh, independent. It's like when
they trail, it's a lot of Carter when they're ahead or it's neutral. It's a lot of night.
It's a lot of Bam. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Let's talk about Blake Corum, uh, season high 81 rushing yards
for him on seven carries and a touchdown. What's his star rating, D, bro? It's like a one and a half.
only because Kyron came back.
So I'm only saying that because the Kyrin.
So Kyrin got banged up in that game, left with an ankle injury, but returned.
So I think returning in the game, I think he's going to be fine moving forward.
And I think he's a handcuff.
Like he's kind of in that Tyler Algear kind of mode.
It's like if the Rams are playing catch up or if they're ahead that he could solve
the clock away and he's basically a touchdown independent flex.
See, I like Korum maybe more than D.
Debrough does, Pat, because I feel like Korum is a guy that steps into one of the best
offenses in the league potentially if Kyron has another issue with an ankle or another issue.
To me, he's that, like, you know, some of these other guy, you know, Chris Rodriguez, that
offense. Like, this is the Rams offense. You know, like, this is a little bit different.
I know it was a rough go for them. She just can't turn the ball over as much as he did.
He can't win any football game no matter how good or bad the opponent is. What are your thoughts
on Coram? What's a star rating in terms of worth?
Yeah, three and a half because if Kyron goes down, we are ranking him as a top 10 running back in
that week. And he's a guy you would be excited to play in the fantasy play. So I just want to
I just want to clarify.
The only reason I put the stars low is because that's kind of the bucket where the handcuffs live for me.
Like, if I were to go out, like, or viewing him at the top of that.
But he's a five-star handcuffs.
Oh, absolutely.
He's top.
He's top shelf for me.
Yeah, definitely.
Five-star.
If you have Kyran, he's a five-star handcuffs.
If you haven't already, like, what do you, he's only 16% roster.
What are we doing in the folks?
What are we doing?
Like, you're passed up in a cuffing season, man.
We're just in the cuffing season.
I know.
Yeah.
Well, you know, 50s holiday schedule is different than other people.
Tyler Algier, let's talk about him for a second.
Another guy that, you know, we've talked about many times on the show,
so I don't want to say too long.
Give me the star rating for Tyler Algier here as we head towards, you know,
I know some people start their playoffs who are not very bright.
You don't start your playoffs where there's a bye week.
Stop doing this.
You're insane.
It's not good fantasy football.
But forever the normal people out there,
we have another week of regular season to play, Fitsy.
What about Tyler Algier?
How about three and a quarter stars, Joe,
because I think he's just a notch behind Blake Corm in the handcuff.
hierarchy.
It's not quite as good in offense.
The Rams have one of the best offenses in the league.
The Falcons offenses, meh.
But, you know, in Alger, unlike Coram does offer maybe a little bit of
standalone value, like, he scored his eighth touchdown yesterday.
He has eight touchdowns.
He's probably going to hit double-digit touchdowns.
That's crazy.
Yeah, I didn't realize he had eight touchdowns.
That's absolutely.
Honestly.
Debrough, what are your thoughts on Alger?
What's a star rating?
The exact same thoughts as far as far.
Fitsy. Like, I mean, I just look at him in the same exact area code as Blake Corum and the same
points Fitsy made, like lesser offense, but plug and play the exact same thoughts you would have
for Blake quorum. And for everybody that has Bijon Robinson in fantasy, I'm sorry, Tauerauer
Aux is still a thing. Yeah, it sucks. It's still a thing. So he's got as many rushing touchdowns
as James Cook, as Jalen Hertz, as Christian McCaffrey, as Javante Williams. He's putting that out there.
He's got more than Kairn Williams, more rushing touchdowns in Devon A-Chann, more rushing touchdowns in Travis A-Tien and more rushing touchdowns than Bejohn Robinson, who has five.
Oh, my gosh.
Now I've thoroughly depressed everyone.
Let's talk about Bechelle Tootin on a hot, maybe a better note.
Pat, why don't you take this one first?
Your thoughts on Bechall Tootin, what's his star rating?
Yeah, I mean, he's, I think he also falls into that handcuff class, Joe.
Maybe a, maybe a three.
Um, just the three is because I think if anything happened to ETN that Le Quint Allen might wind up as the passing down back for the Jaguars.
All right.
Debrough, I know you're a big tooting guy, but at this point in juncture in the season, what are your thoughts?
Same. It's, he's a three star back. The only thing I'll add on top of Fitsy's analysis here is that I'm not in love with the schedule for him.
He gets, uh, two destinations with the Colts. The Jets is a good.
matchup, but then the Broncos. So if anything were to happen to ETN, lesser offense,
like Trevor Lawrence isn't playing amazing football. We know that. But I mean, really,
it'd just be a volume bet. He would have to deal with Lequin Allen on passing downs.
All right, real quick, let's talk about some guys to drop. Isaiah Pacheco, Pat, is it time to drop him?
Three for 16 against the Dallas Cowboys. I mean, oh, God, talking about another one,
dude. Look, it was by far the most entertaining holiday weekend of football. I think that we've had
in a long time. I thought the Thanksgiving day games were all really entertaining in their own right.
I thought that the Black Friday game was very entertaining, unless of course, you're an Eagles fan.
But Pat, what were your thoughts here when you're looking at Isaiah Pacheco now? Is he a guy you just jettisoned to the waiver wire for some of these high-end handcuffs?
I think you probably can because I don't know if he passes Kareem Hunt.
Pichiko came back from his knee injury in Week 13, but he was a strict backup to Kareem Hunts, who played 42 snaps to Pacheco's 20.
And we just, we have not gotten the same Pacheco we got in the first two seasons.
We're still waiting for that to come back.
And it's killed.
The lack of run game consistency is killing the Chiefs.
It's killing all the things they want to do.
You almost wish they would have taken Jonathan Taylor instead of Clyde Edwards Aller.
And that kind of crazy.
Oh, gosh.
They're probably going to make up for when they were when they signed Breece Hall in the offseason.
Gosh, that was the same draft, Fitsy?
Wow.
Yeah.
Taylor went early second.
Oh, God.
C.A.
which was, I believe, the final pick of the first round.
Wild.
Wow.
All right.
Tadjee Spears, Emmanuel Wilson, Rashad White,
Sean Tucker, obviously with Bucky back, Tucker and White could be drops.
But, you know, I kind of want to hang on to Emmanuel Wilson D. bro.
I got to be honest with you.
Like, that's another guy, too.
Like, I saw what he did in the offense and it was good enough to get me excited about it.
And even had a couple carries there against the lions where he looked good on Thanksgiving, too.
Yeah.
I mean, I think you're exactly right.
Like, all those other guys drop, drop, drop, drop, drop.
I'll keep it, Emmanuel Wilson.
and then talking about rest of season schedule,
two meetings with the Bears.
You can run on the Bears and the Ravens.
So if anything weren't to happen to Jacobs, yeah,
I definitely would want Emmanuel Wilson.
He's in that handcuffed here.
All right.
Before we get to the wide receivers,

Hey, it's us, the Jonas brothers.
And guess what?
We have some big news.
What's the news,
huge news?
We created our own podcast called,
Hey, Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts.
We're starting a trend.
But this one's actually.
extra special. So how did we actually come up with a name Hey Jonas guys?
I honestly don't remember. I think it was on a call about what we should call it.
Oh, we were thinking I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band before Jonas Brothers.
This is how you guys remember it going down? Yes. I have a very different memory of this.
We were talking about a thing, a bit for the podcast where people could call in and say, hey Jonas.
And then I wrote down on my little notepad, Hey Jonas. And I offered it up.
was a potential title for the podcast.
But thanks for remembering that, guys.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcast.
Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
What's up, fam? It's Isaiah Thomas.
And I'm C.J. Toledano, and our podcast Point Game is about defining the odds.

He has to guard Julius Randall.
And then he has to give us everything he gives us

And when IT's friends stop by, like Quentin Richardson,
we dive into some playoff history too.
Steve Nash would get that thing.

Next up here, let's talk wide receivers.
Jaden Higgins was our guy of the week last week.
We still feel good about Jaden Higgins.
D. Bro, yes?
Yes, yes, we absolutely doing it.
He's settled into this role where he's running like 60 to the high 60% of
route share. The target share wasn't amazing last week, but still, he was wide receiver 31 and
half point scoring since week 11. He's had two top 24 finishes and wide receiver 31 last week.
He's in that wide receiver three slash flex conversation. Like I'll, Fancy, I'm curious where
you're out on this, man. If Adn and I Mitchell and Jane Higgins are both on the wire, for me,
it's Higgins. Where are you at? Are you Mitchell over Higgins or where you at? Okay.
Yeah, I think I'm, I just, I believe in Higgins a little bit more as far as the talent.
And I think he's got a more complete game and it's just sort of more a classic receiver.
And we've seen some, you know, drops and gaffs in Mitchell's game where Higgins has been pretty airtight.
And I just, but then again, Mitchell's playing, he's going to play 80 plus percent of the offensive snaps.
And Higgins, Dibrow, I mean, it's not even high 60 percent.
It's right at 60 percent, basically.
with Nick Cayley. And it's frustrating, man. I just want to see this guy. Yeah, we know how you feel about him.
Not a fan. Yeah, a lot of OCs are taking a lot of heat this week. That's for sure. Let's talk about Luther Burden, 10% rostered here. Fancy, any thoughts on Luther Burden?
Yeah, just another guy kind of limited by his snap shares. I mean, he's been up over 50% in his last two games, but just barely. 50.8 and 50.6%. And the next
three weeks he gets the Packers, the Browns, and the Packers again. Those are not the friendliest
matchup. So I think, I kind of think we're out at time on the Luther Burden Project for 2025,
but I want to get an early ticket for 2026. Nice progressive rock band from the early 80s there,
the Luther Burden Project. Everybody. I think they toured with Rush back in the day. I'm pretty sure
they opened for Rush somewhere, yeah, in Saskatchewan, I believe. Devon Valet of the,
I can't even
Devon Valey of the New Orleans Saints
had himself a good day
against the Miami Dolphins,
eight for eight for 93 and a touchdown.
Debrough, let's talk about Devon Valle for a second.
What did you see out of him that might be something
possibly sustainable the rest of the season?
Oh, man.
I want to say yes,
but this also feels like an ELEC AOM manner
type of situation where it's just bad offense,
got volume, outlier game.
But look, toss a buck or two at him on Fab.
I'm not going anything over that.
that the matchups upcoming are pretty good like he gets the bucks the panthers and the jets i'm not
worried about any of those secondary so if he lives in this 20% target show realm where he was last
week got a 21% target share then can he be flex viable yes if he were to fall off the map and
everything goes to oliva and juan johnson and tyler shuck is terrible am i going to tell you that
i'm surprised no i felt bad for tyler shuck because that ball in the end zone he threw to
crystal Lave that somehow went through his hands.
I know it wasn't the easiest catch in the world,
but I mean, it literally went through his hands.
Like, you couldn't put that ball in a better spot.
It was a good job by Tyler Shuck in a big moment at the end of that game.
And that just, that just sucks for the kid.
Just saying, it sucks.
It sucks.
Little help boys, little help here and there.
Fitsy, do you have anything to add about Vailaylay?
I mean, he's at least a full-time player.
And he's starting to see targets, seven in week 12,
eight in week, 13.
And the Saints aren't really a team that can lean on the
running game. And as Debrose said, the schedule the rest of the way looks pretty good. So I think you'd
have to be in a pretty deep league to want to pull him, though, and put him in your starting lineup,
you know, something where you're in a 12 or 14 team league with three wide receiver spots and
a couple of flexes, then maybe Velae is a guy you could start. All right. I think we all probably agree
that John Metchy's still a guy worth adding, correct. I know it was a quiet day for him. It was a big day for
for 80 Mitchell.
But I still feel like METCHI is still a possession wide receiver that is worth some value in full
PPR is everybody on board with METC?
Yeah.
Still on board, man.
Fidsey is still on board?
Still a really narrow target tree with the Jets.
Right.
Basically Metchy Mitchell and, you know, Mason Taylor.
So if you're desperate for help, I know he only had, what, four for 19?
Yeah, it was a quiet day, but, you know.
But he also had eight targets.
Yeah.
Right.
Right.
Yeah.
Still got a 24% target here.
So, you know, I mean, the box score chasers will miss him.
A guy, like, to your point, Joe, I think where you probably can match you still out there.
You could sneak him through for like a buck or two.
Yeah, I would agree with that, especially off the quiet week.
All right, Jalen Coker is speaking of sneaking guys through.
Now, maybe there's another one-off situation.
I don't know, but he did have four catches and six targets, 74 for a touchdown.
Fitsy, I mean, I'd still think Coker is a guy that you could sneak through here for a buck.
If you're having some, you know, injury issues or you need some depth at wide receiver here,
or you're just saying, hey, well, maybe Koka rest of season is better than, I don't know, Malik Washington,
who's on my bench or somebody like that, just throwing out a random name out there.
What are your thoughts on Koker, Fancy?
Yeah, I mean, there is a potential two-week window here, Joe, because Koker's got the
week 14 by and you're not playing them against Seattle in week 17.
But in between in week 15 and 16, the Saints and Buccaneers, pretty good matchups there.
So possible, yeah, you could kind of stash him, see how things develop, and maybe in a deeper
league he's worth trotting out in weeks 15 and 16. All right. One of the big supporters of Jalen
Koker has been Derek Brown over the years. So is Koker a guy to kind of slide through the
waiver wire this week? I guess maybe on the wet blanket here. I just, you can get him through
after all these years. I'm not against him. Okay. My problem is not with Jalen Koker. My problem is
with Bryce Young. Okay. And I feel like we're getting Shamir Dekade here where it's like the good game and
then you pick him up and then it's like, oh, well, here's some duds. And it all comes back.
to the quarterback play.
Like, dude, I don't know what to
freaking do with Bryce Young.
Like the games where it's like,
oh, he should go off,
he falters.
The games where you're like,
oh, well,
he turned back into a pumpkin.
Oh, look at that.
There's three touchdowns.
Like, I don't know what to do
with this freaking offense, man.
You know, in some states,
it's illegal to get chimery decayed.
Just saying we're still very,
we're still a very behind society.
I feel like in a lot of ways.
Fitsy, no, no, no reaction from that comment whatsoever.
He was clearly ignoring me.
He was clearly reading or looking at something else.
I thought that was pretty good, Fancy.
Nothing.
I was good.
Nothing from Fidsey.
It was good.
No, don't pay you.
I mean out of that.
Stop.
Don't pay.
Let's get to a guy that I think is very much in play.
He's basically free.
He's available in every league pretty much.
Isaac Tesla.
Amon Rae St. Brown has a low ankle sprain.
That's a one to two week injury probably, right?
They have a Thursday night game.
It would take a miracle for Amon Ra to play.
Now, Khalif Raymond could also be a guy that kind of throws a wrench into things.
Again, it's only Monday morning as of recording this.
But Fitsy, let's talk a little bit about Tesla because it's one thing we've seen that the guy has a, he's a knack for making big plays.
He's got an ear for the end zone too, right?
Or nose for the end zone.
He's got a whole face for the end zone, right?
Like, I've got a face for radio, but I'm on YouTube and television all the time regardless.
That guy finds the end zone.
So Fitsy, talk to me about Tesla and what he could do in this one week against Dallas.
in a game that should have a pretty high total.
A pretty favorable matchup.
I would say pay close attention.
The only thing is waivers in most leagues are going to run before we get more information on Amin Ra.
I might be a little more bullish on Amin Ra's chances of playing before you do.
It seems like in most cases in the NFL guys who get low ankle sprains, they're back the next week.
But are they back on a Thursday night?
That's the, if it were Sunday, I would agree with you.
But it's Thursday.
He also heard himself on a Thursday.
Fair.
counterpoint. I hate when you're so much smarter than me and it's every single week on this show, Pat. Every single week. Yeah, it's just so I don't know. It is strange though that he didn't come back. Generally like low ankle, I mean that I'd be on crutches for a month, but NFL players seem to generally play the next week off a low ankle sprain, which is amazing. So I wouldn't totally rule out St. Brown. That's why I just, even though it is an appealing matchup if Amin Ra's out, I don't want to like empty the clip for a guy.
who might just be worth nothing.
I've played in a few flag football games with both of you, including Derek Brown.
And Debrough, you're a guy who wears the ankle weights.
So this should be a question for you, I feel like.
Yeah, well, yeah.
Is I'm not going to play this week?
I'm the guy that looks like Jason Witten out there at the end of his career running,
that I'm running in mud with my double ankle braces and my joints betraying me in my old age.
It's a scene, man.
It's tough, man.
That's why I play all the time quarterback, but I got to fight you for the battle.
Well, that's why we never played on the same team.
team. Yeah, well, that's, that's fair, but I do have an ear. I got a pretty ear throwing motion.
I do, I do have an ear for the end phone. So there's, um, but dude, I'm a little bit higher on
Tesla. Like, to me, it's not the Ammonra part. It's the fact that I don't think Khalif Raymond
plays. He didn't even practice last week. He's dealing with an ankle injury. So either way you
slice this, Tesla is going to be in three wide receiver sets and the matchup is fantastic. So for a guy that like,
and again, like, you have to be in a pretty deep league or be dealing with a ton of buy issues this week.
to sneak him into your lineup.
But some people could be in this, this type of situation.
The matchup is good.
And Tesla's performed whenever he's been on the field, man.
All right.
A quick chat about some guys that drop.
Jerry Judy, drop.
Gone.
You still have him?
Fidsey.
Trey Tucker drop.
I think so.
Yep.
By the way,
incredible.
Bauer's catching that game.
Incredible.
The Pooka catch incredible.
And then Trey.
Traylon Burks.
Yeah.
On Sunday night, bro.
That was an incredible.
Like,
I don't remember seeing three catches that good
that would have been catch of the year catches in one day.
Alex Pierce also had a had a fantastic.
Yeah,
the Pierce one was pretty good to you.
What was the best?
What was the most impressive of them to you?
I think it's the Burke's one.
Because I think visually it's really hard to see where the ball is coming from
because he had the defender in front of him.
And he has to get in the end,
you know,
he's in the corner of the end zone.
To me,
I think that was the most impressive one.
I think situationally you're probably right.
God.
It's tough.
I mean,
the Bowers one was just like,
sheer will.
And the Puka one was like a skill thing, but the Perks one was just like,
I felt like everything coming into one spot at the same time, like all of those things
converging.
Bowers,
Bowers have the ground to deal with on that.
That's what made his so impressive.
It was.
How did,
how that ball didn't hit the ground?
Did you think he caught it at first?
I was like,
no,
no.
I was like,
how did he catch that?
It's a way.
Until they saw the replay and I went,
oh my God.
Like that was like Chris Farley and Tommy boy.
Oh my God.
All right. Let's talk about some streamers. We want to go for a week.
Can I run one last thing by you?
Yeah, sure thing.
Real interesting question. Just because I saw someone bring this up in Twitter.
It was Matt Harrison, a guy who hosts a fantasy show on the radio up in Minneapolis.
He suggested Justin Jefferson as a sabotage drop.
Drop him, let one of your opponents pick him up and run him out there and get few points.
I think there's 4D chess pad and then I think there's
4D connect 4 and I think that's connect for stuff.
So I mean if if you're a fatalist,
I understand the mentality for Vikings fans as well.
It is what it is after what they've been through.
But you get McCarthy back next week and like I mean.
But right.
Like that hasn't been good either.
It's better than Brousmer.
Let's be honest.
Their QB play has been atrocious.
But man,
if you dropped him and allowed an enemy to pick him up and potentially use him against you in the
playoffs.
It's interesting.
Like, would you really be that confident that a future gold jacket wearer couldn't hurt you in a
playoff game?
I wouldn't be confident.
I wouldn't do that.
No.
And that's why they wear gold jackets.
I think that's kind of crazy.
I can't do that.
That is the sort of move that could haunt you for like the rest of your, you would never hear
the end of it from your league mates.
Yeah.
I did that.
And then Justin Jefferson beat you in a playoff.
He's a questionable start the rest of the rest of the game.
the year. I think that's a fair conversation. Well, then you, but look at the schedule,
the commanders, the cowboys, the giants and then now I, I, right. That's what I mean. The schedule is
good enough that like McCarthy. I look, man, it's, it's, it's, it's not going to be great.
We just have to understand it's at this point and accept those problems. But I mean, I'll tell you what.
I don't think J.J. McCarthy is a starting quarterback of the Vikings next year. And I, I wouldn't be
shocked if they threw a ton of money at Daniel Jones. Like, I heard that rumor and I don't think it's
I did that that that's insanity they there's a reason why dano jones isn't signing an extension because you know and i know that he's going to bid the vikings and the colts and he should against each other for his services and somebody's going to blink i don't know who is going to be who's going to want it more
are going to pay him i mean dude they signal that with the sauce tray with the two firsts they're all in on this iteration they're going yeah but now the tricky part is now you have less cap space to get it done yeah they're they're going to move money around or something like they're all in the
Something's going to move around.
But Vikings might be even more desperate coming off a losing season.
You know, you can't go from winning 14 games to not making the playoffs and not have some
desperation in you.
You know, and who knows that is Justin Jefferson.
The guy's like, I went out of here because guess what?
That's coming next.
That's coming next folks.
You watch.
You watch.
Maybe put them to New England.
That'd be nice.
Drake May Justin.
Lord.
Every week.
What's StarWilder?
Every week.
We send to the Patriots.
Every week.
They got cap space and a young quarterback on a rookie deal.
Which means,
bro,
I mean,
in the word to see I'm punk,
tell me what I'm telling lies.
They've got Cap's face
and a big of a wide receiver.
They're going to get A.J. Brown or they're going to get
somebody.
You're going to get somebody.
That's who they're getting.
And the rest of the elite.
Oh, God,
the Eagles.
I'm going to get A.J. Brown.
Man, Philadelphia, Twitter and Philadelphia,
like social media was a blaze Friday.
I'm talking about Black Friday.
Kevin Petulow, man.
Nick Seriani is going down with that ship.
It wasn't.
It wasn't.
Kevin Petulow who was failing to tackle Bears running backs.
Hand off before they got into the secondary.
Before we get to the streamers,
did you guys see that that kid on the internet who pointed out the,
I don't know if you guys caught this on social,
but he was pointing out that every time Sequin Barclay is in past protection,
he's looking around and every time it's a run, he's looking forward.
He literally broke down the film of it.
And I'm like, okay, if this kid did, and I watched, I watched a good,
it was like a three-minute video that the kid did on TikTok about it.
I love the kids, love the TikTok.
And it was really smart.
I was like, wow.
So if this kid figured that out,
I wonder if teams have all figured that out this year.
And it's kind of like a pitcher in baseball tipping his pitches,
where he's just giving it away.
So as soon as they see it,
they know exactly what to do.
If I find it again,
I'll send it to you guys.
But it was a fascinating little breakdown by this guy who was like,
I don't know,
like 19 years old.
He's like,
take a look at Saquan Barclay.
And every time,
here it is again.
Here it.
And he kept doing it and showing it play after play in that game.
And the Bears in the backfield,
every time he's looking.
forward and every time his head moves before the play, every time they're in coverage.
It was crazy.
Tipping pitches.
Yeah, but I never saw it.
I don't know if other running backs do this, but like it was kind of interesting.
Just throwing that out.
It's very interesting.
Although I like to get a pop to where I saw it.
I can't remember.
Sequin could just like stare at the ground and it probably wouldn't even matter behind that
offensive one right now because there's where he's going on those carries.
Sequin, what do you do and why can't you run the football anymore?
God.
Oh, so depressed.
I'm going to go to Wawa and get a large hoagie and just drown.
my sorrows.
All right, let's go to streaming quarterbacks of the week.
D, bro, what do you have for week 14?
Tyrod Taylor, man, going against the dolphins.
Their defense has improved, but Tyrod's got two QB1 finishes.
He's coming off QB7 last week in fantasy.
So we've talked a lot about this passing a game, this passing game, but I know it's
gross, man, but he's got rushing potential when he's been a QB1.
So let's go.
All right.
Fidzy, QB is a stream in week 14?
Do my eyes deceive me who you put on this sheet?
Yeah, it's Tyler Shock.
And, you know, I feel like the last couple of weeks, Joe, for when I rank quarterbacks,
I should just throw the names in a hat.
But basically, yeah, I mean, oh, Lamar Jackson totally bombs.
See, I learned my lesson.
I've been watching this Lamar thing for a couple of weeks now, and I had him pretty low.
He's not.
He's not.
Lamar, like Jordan Love, one week the Packers, want to run it 40 times in the next second.
Yeah, so I think you just look at defensive matchups and the Buccaneers,
Going into week 12, they were allowing the third most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks.
And while I don't think Tyler Shuck is actually good, he has put up 18 plus fantasy points in two of the last three games.
Okay.
Let's go to an RB, excuse me, tight end, sorry, this week to stream.
Fancy, who do you have?
I've got Colston Loveland.
I know he's sharing snaps with Cole Kamat, which is annoying, but Loveland's talent is just shown through over the last month or so.
And the Bears wide receivers are pretty much AWOL at this point.
Okay, tight end for you, Dibro, Week 14.
Brenton Strange, man.
It just comes down to like, you can just look at the cold schedule.
There's a lot of these tight ends that are out on the waiver wire.
Just stream against the Colts.
Tightens against the Colts.
It provides, man.
Like, we talk about the Bengals on this show all the time.
Tightens against the Colts definitely provides.
Like, they're giving up the second most receiving yards per game to
tight ends, third most fantasy points per game.
So that's what Brenton Strange is making the list this week.
All right, Debrough, who is your favorite defense for this week to stream?
I'll go with the Buccaneers and like while Fitsy talked about like, yeah,
Tyler Shuck, like both of these things can be true.
The quarterback can be turnover prone and give up sacks and be good for fantasy.
So I'll play the Bucks defense here.
That's an interesting dichotomy.
We have to live by Pat Fitzmorest.
How about a defense for this week?
Look, the Washington commanders.
I know this is not a good defense, but they did look like a professional operation
against the Broncos on Sunday night.
But we are targeting the Vikings quarterbacks.
And J.J.
McCarthy in his 16.
starts, has thrown 10 interceptions and taken 20 sacks.
And obviously, if he's not ready to come back, we know what Max Brossamer look like
yesterday.
So, boy, that, that pick six.
I mean, that was one of the most preposterous pick six is you will ever.
Oh, that's terrible.
And I, you know, Kevin McCarthy brought into the sideline, to Kevin O'Connell, excuse
Cameron, McConnell.
Kevin O'Connell brought him to the sideline, too, and he was like, hey, he kind of, like, listen,
kid.
I was like, I know it was your first start he had a, though.
He had the talk with him.
I don't know if you saw that, like, right after that moment where he kind of
grabbed him by the shoulder print.
I was like, hey, listen, kid, you know, okay, that was about as it gets.
Let's not do that anymore.
I'm probably going to lose in, in analysts league.
I'm going to lose by two points in a game.
I probably needed to make the playoffs because the Seattle defense scored like 32 points against me.
Do you remember Tom Hanks in a league at their own when, you know, when the girl keeps
missing the cutoff man?
That's kind of like what Kevin O'Connell was looking like when he was holding for.
See, what you're trying to do is not throw the ball to the other team son.
I think he completed, he had nine throws of 10 or more air yards and completed one of them.
Brilliant.
Wow.
All right.
Give me a kicker for this week.
Fitsy, let's start with you.
Will Lutz.
Ben dependable this season.
He's kicked three game winning field goals, 27 fantasy points in his last two games.
And he gets a dome matchup against the Raiders in Las Vegas this week.
Not a bad thing when the calendar turns to December.
All right.
Debrough, how about a kicker for this week?
Evan McPherson, 8, 12.
and 24 points, dude, last week.
If you had Evan McPherson and the Seattle defense,
you would have gotten 54 points of fantasy.
That is absolutely disgusting.
Can I add one thing about McPherson, though?
Just like keep your eye on the weather because he kicks in Buffalo against the bills.
But I did check the long range forecast in Buffalo for Sunday.
Of course you did.
Moderate wins, 10 to 15 miles an hour and maybe some light snow and that's it.
All right.
Don't miss out on these streamers.
And you can pick them up at using Waver Central,
the tool here, fantasy pros, download the app, sync your leagues for free, and use Waiver Central
to find the difference makers for week 14 and for your fantasy playoffs.
All right, the top five for week 14 here, our last buy week of the season, heading into the
playoffs. Fidsey, give me your top five.
All right. I'm going to have to explain one of these.
Jaden Higgins is going to be number one for me.
Number two, I'm going to go with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense, which DeBrow kind of stole
out from under me as a streamer. Look, the Buccaneers defense,
not scoring a lot for fantasy lately, but on the way home, they get matchups against the Saints,
Falcons, Panthers, and dolphins. Like, you can just pick up the Buccaneers and ride them the rest of
the way. And, you know, you're going against Tyler Schock, Kirk Cousins, Bryce Young,
and Tua, who leads the league in interception. So, yeah, that is not a bad way to finish out the season.
And then it's just, I've got these running backs, Joe. It's Blake Corum.
Tyler Algier and then Bamnice.
Yeah, that makes sense.
This is that time.
This is that last chance to add these guys.
I agree.
It is.
I agree 100%.
Debro, give me your top five for week 14.
Leading off with Jaden Higgins.
And I guess is the matchup or I guess the duel to the death of the waiver wire pickups of the last two weeks.
So Jayneiggins is number one.
Ad Nye Mitchell was number two.
Chris Rodriguez and Bam Knight living in the same area code at three and four.
And I'll toss Britain Strange engineer with the five weeks and stuff at number five.
Okay.
everybody don't forget we'll be here on tuesday derrick brown and myself 3 p m eastern as always to talk more waiver

Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast.
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it, but, you know, tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
Just listen.
We don't care where you hear it.
What's up, fam?
It's Isaiah Thomas.
And I'm C.J. Toledano.
It's our favorite time of the year on our podcast.
Point game, the playoffs.
We're digging into the biggest surprises of the season.
And I'm looking back on some of my greatest playoff moments.
If we didn't talk ever again, I was funny.
You just understood.
That's how personal it got.
Wow.
Then after that game seven, Mark keep coming to him.
He's like, you know I love you, dog.
You know, it's all love.
This was just playoffs.
This was just basketball.
So listen to Point Game on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
podcasts.
