This is an IHeart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.
Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
What's up, friend? Those are welcome into fantasy pros. This is the extra point. We're going for two
with Welsh and Erickson. We're in the house with an studio audience or a Discord audience, if you want to
call it like that. Some of our best friends that have hands raised. It's a very class orientation style.
Everybody is being very appropriate raising their hands. We'll go one at a time. We're going to
bring you guys up. We're not going to just read your questions. You guys are going to have to come up and
speak to us whatever it is that is not about Thursday night football we are going to be talking
to with our audience lots of starting sit sit stuff ericsson a lot of the news has been rolling out
through the week the biggest piece of news today we found out joe mixon will not be returning this
season so wheels up to woody marks and we still wait a few more critical injury pieces but how are we
doing good thanksgiving is next week kind of hitting that final leg of the race
the final stretch, three weeks left of the regular season,
and then the fantasy football playoffs are right around the corner.
So look, I know that this is the time of year where we start to kind of
overthink things.
We start to dive into kicker matchups when we haven't been doing it at all this season.
Don't change the process now.
Continue to do what you're doing.
You're in a position to make the playoffs or have a number one seed because you're doing
the right things.
You're listening to the shows.
You're making the start, sit, right decisions.
You're using the tools.
Just continue to trust the process.
And you'll be fine.
trust the process get it done playoffs are almost here and we're ready to roll with you guys you
guys want to make sure that you are hanging out with us in the future you can do that right here
on the discord fantasy pros dot com slash chat 2 p.m eastern every thursday that's where erics
and i are right here with our audience so if you're listening on the podcast the plus is everybody
that is in here gets to hear it roughly a day before and ask their questions you can do the
same. It's not even a premium feature. So you can sign up, I think it just have to have like a
free fantasy pros account. You can sign up on the Discord, jump in here. You want to get premium.
You can do so. There's other great channels, AMAs. You want to absolutely, I wish we could just get like
a thousand more premium members and then they all just flood Fitsies Discord. Like Fitsies Discord
channel, AMA channel, it's a beast. And it would be, it would be just spectacular if he was just like,
what happened?
Just flood him with it.
But you can talk to Fitsy with Boggs,
the third Tuesday of each month,
and Wormon Fits on the first Tuesday of each month,
as they also do shows just like this.
Let's roll it out.
Let's get to the people.
First person, he was in the channel
before either one of Erickson or myself were here.
He is the great and powerful, Chinser.
Chinger's in the house with the first one.
What's up, Pollyne?
What's up?
I got three questions.
First is directed to our 49ers resident expert Welsh.
For some reason, I have Pearsall and Joanne Jennings on the same team.
Don't ask me why.
I assume we're still rolling it with Joanne Jennings since he's Purdy's guy
and Pearsall is still probably playing a little hurt.
Yeah, I have them both in the like mid to late 20 ranks.
So they're like wide receiver threes.
Like I said before, Jennings doesn't look.
look explosive to me.
He's, if he can get out the route,
Purdy's going to throw him four or five passes.
There's some touchdown equity.
I don't know what the hell happened with Pearsall last week.
He played lots of routes.
Did not get the ball.
It's a good,
it's a good-ish matchup this week.
I personally am putting Pearsall slightly over Jennings,
but I think Jennings is the safety net play,
and I might be eaten my words.
But that's my thought.
Erickson, any quick thoughts on Jennings versus Pearsall?
Do you agree that they're both like,
you know, wide receiver two-ish dudes?
Or I'm sorry, wide receiver threes, because outside the top 24, I said that incorrectly.
I have them as like mid to high wide receiver threes.
Yeah, I think that that's in the right range.
I think that because they both play on Monday night, you get an idea of what you need.
So usually I'm always like, I want upside, don't care about floor.
But if you're going into your Monday night matchup, you need five points.
Just play Jennings, right?
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
Safety net.
And you don't have to worry about, okay.
Because eventually I think we'll see kind of like,
here's all retake that number one role.
And I understand, like, you want to try to capture that before Pearsall has, like, what he was doing in the start of the year.
I kind of hope it comes where, like, he has a good game and Jennings has a good game.
So you still play Jennings, but then you feel good about, okay, well, next week I'm going to play Pearsall.
Because right now, like, I know you like Pearsall, I'm not, are you, like, super confident, like really bullish on Pearsall over Jennings?
Or is it like, not at all?
If I'm not, if I'm not bullish, it's like, I'll just play the guy that's been the target leader over the last month, Brady likes Jennings.
And I kind of want Pierce Hall to do a little bit more than last week before I, hey, I feel really confident about starting him.
So I would just play Jennings.
All right.
What else you got?
What else you got?
All right.
I have Drake London and Pennix is deceased and Kirk Cousins looks like he's deceased.
This doesn't have a trade deadline.
So I'm kind of wondering, like, should I just hold because he's been so good.
But I don't know what the volume is going to talk with Kirk if you can't even throw him the ball.
like what do we want to do with London London?
Oh yeah, you hold man.
You're not going to, what are you going to cut him?
You said the trade deadline's gone.
He's not.
No, this league doesn't have a trade deadline.
So I could kind of hold it longer than usual in trade before the playoffs.
I don't know.
I tend to think regardless of cousins, I'm probably holding.
I don't think anyone's going to give you the right equity on London.
But I don't know.
You might feel different, Erickson.
You might there might be like a mid wide receiver two.
I mean, would you take Pearsall for him?
Are you that worried?
Probably not.
He is really good.
What about Ted?
I might take Tederoa.
But London's going to like,
he is,
when he's active,
even with cousins,
like I still think he's the dude.
But I don't hate Tederoa there.
I think there's any risk
of shutting him down
with this PCL thing.
I don't,
I don't think that
viewing receiver for receiver
is the right way
to do this deal.
I think it's,
you should probably trade him
for a running back.
Like,
that's what I would do.
Like,
I would trade for Chase Brown.
Do that.
I've got Chase Brown
and they're like,
every league. You poised me in the preseason
Erickson. Or just put him on the block. See what happens.
I mean, you got to have someone to be interested in him.
Is the T-Mack manager interested in Drake London?
Or is that just a name you were kind of like throwing out?
He said, I reached out to him earlier in the year and he said he's only going to get rid of
T-Mack for a wide receiver one.
Okay.
I see him.
Also, you could trade, you could trade Drake.
I mean, Drake London, you could trade to a team that might not make the playoffs.
So that way, if he does go off, he's not going to hurt you because he's on a team
that is in a playoffs.
Yeah.
The other problem with this league is it's a keeper league.
So it's hard unless someone has two decent players worth keeping,
it's hard to get any upside.
Oh, well,
you can't trade London and a keeper.
If it's a,
I got on the track too.
I actually would,
I actually would do the T-Mack one.
We don't know what this,
this quarterback situation is not solved in Atlanta.
I mean,
it's not great in Carolina either,
but T-Mack is younger.
And I think that T-Mack,
from what he's done,
his rookie year,
he looks like the next strike London,
which kind of like,
his rookie year is so,
it reminds me so much of Drake London's
rookie year where amazing
target share, quarterback play is really,
really shoddy, and that's really
been Drake London's career up to this point.
So if you can turn back the clock,
get a guy that's three years younger that doesn't have
a PCL injury and a quarterback coming
off as like third torn ACL.
Yeah, so I would,
yeah, if it's a keeper league, I would do team act for London.
Did you have one last quick one?
One last quick one.
Oh, not that quick, I guess.
I'm the first seed in
There's only one buy, so I'll probably get the buy.
I wanted to see what you thought, if anything needed to be done with the roster,
if it looks like it'll be good.
I know Erickson, you put out the playoff week's matchups,
and I have Judkins and Chase Brown, which I think is supposed to be a good match
for the playoffs, but it's Josh Allen, Chase Brown, Judkins, and Giovante Williams,
and then the receivers worth mentioning are London, Ammon Ra, and Troy Franklin.
And then my high-dends, like a revolving door of Kincaid or Joanne Johnson.
trade a running back for a wide receiver sounds like the play yeah yeah i put it out there see if us go look for a
running back hungry team try to get some more depth because you said troy franklin was the third
running back of note that's not note so that's what i would probably do yeah all right let's do it
plum plum is in the house what's up hey boys how you doing good um good good uh so i'm in
a PPR Superflex.
I have Caleb Williams and Baker
as my quarterbacks. I'm a little worried
about Baker's Sunday night matchup.
So I'm thinking of maybe putting a skill
guy at my Superflex instead.
My best options would be either
Quinshan or
George Pickens. What do you guys think about that?
Oh, you have good options.
Yeah, I was about to speak for
if you didn't watch the quarterback show
then you don't know that
Erickson is very, very pro-Baker this week.
but also it's a Superflex.
It's like hard for position players,
even on like mid weeks to take over a quarterback.
George Pickens got the Eagles this week.
He'd be a phenomenal like option if you were forced into it.
But I just don't see how you don't go regardless of the matchup with Baker,
what he's doing on the ground.
You know, you still got the receivers.
You might have Bucky back.
Like I just,
I can't not play a viable quarterback in Superflex for what are decent options.
but not great.
I just think that process says you just,
you play your quarterback as Superflex.
I mean,
Baker Mayfield has a bad game.
He scores 15 points.
Yeah,
that's the same thing.
And like that's like a solid outing
for a lot of skill position players.
Again,
full PPR,
okay,
there is more of an argument
for some of the top skill guys,
but dude,
I think Baker's going to sling it, man.
I mean,
quarterback.
And a full PPR is Pickens
versus the Eagles
a discussion point for you?
If it is full?
I'm starting to corner.
starting the quarterback.
Yeah, I agree.
I agree.
Yeah.
I don't think it's close for me.
I also don't think it's like that terrible of a match.
It's a game with like a 49.
5 point total.
Baker Mayfield has been the QB7 back-to-back weeks.
He ran last week.
And last week, he didn't throw for a lot of yards, but it was really windy, right?
He's playing in a dome.
Give me Becker Mayfield.
Come on.
Come on.
All the Baker.
Maker Bayfield.
I Devo.
Sup.
Step, dead.
Am I muted?
No.
good. Not now. You're good.
Cool. Two questions.
Got an RB question and a flex question.
RB, I have three
running backs who probably won't,
might be playing, Bucky,
Chos Jacobs, and Trey Benson.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's rough.
Here are my options
in case all three of them don't play.
I have Blake Coram, Michael Carter,
Chris Brooks, and Chuba. What two
would you stick in in the worst case scenario
where none of those three play?
Jesus. All right, run the guy, the options again. I heard Chris Brooks, Chuba. What were the other two?
Michael Carter and Blake Coram.
What do you think, Erickson? I'm leaning like Chuba and maybe Michael Carter.
Corum's interesting. Corum, stupid Blake Corum taking carries away from my
Kyron Williams rush a tent bets and stuff. He's super annoying. But my gut saying Michael Carter
and and Chuba.
I hate those options, though, obviously.
I think I'd do Coram and Michael Harder.
Because like you said,
Oh, you Chuba nothing?
Three straight.
You want to play Chuba Hubbard?
I don't want to play any of them, but like, okay.
I mean, they don't, I mean, they've used quorum at the goal line.
Yeah.
He got stuffed on three straight goal.
Yeah, and then they gave it to the right person after to fix it.
But yeah, to your point.
So, yeah, I mean, it's a tough matchup.
I just don't really know what, I mean, Hubbard doesn't.
have a workload really like his
touches have been sapped since
Rico Dowd have taken over. So even if
the matchup is good against the 49ers bad
defense, you're seeing negative game
script. You don't even really know how much they're going to run the ball.
So and then Quorum
doesn't get touches and Michael Carter
like he's in that past catching role so he sees
targets and we don't know
DiMercato is injured.
Jay Benson is injured. So I mean there's also a chance
that one of these guys just ends up playing. So
I mean Jacob seems like he's like really
trying to play which I don't know
more power to me bucky practiced that i actually have the most optimism of bucky of that list
but you you like you would definitely play a banged up bucky and josh jacobs over that pile of
garbage yeah yeah and again it's worth waiting too so it's like i don't i don't know if you're
going to miss much like oh i didn't play big corn also you have so because quorum and bucky
play at the same game you can go down to the wire with bucky if it's like okay i can just
flip in quorum so i don't take a zero so that's probably what i would do
Look at you.
Look at you.
It's our boy, Nut.
What's up?
With the venom tag.
What's up, dude?
Hi, so basically I got to start a wide receiver and a flex, and I'm choosing between Odunzei, Flowers, Pittman, and Henderson.
So, Flowers, Pittman, Odunze, and Traveon.
You're just unfazed by the Trevion or the Ramandre coming back news, which I don't blame you on that.
It's really not.
It's really more about them facing the Bengals.
Yeah.
If they were facing a good run defense, I would probably feel more different.
But I just, dude, Trevi Henderson could be the RB1 on 10 carries.
Yeah.
Who did you say?
Did you say Adunze and Trevion?
Yeah.
Yeah, he was the best players.
I'd do the same thing.
begrudgingly
and I'll be mad when
Ramandre gets goal line carries
but you know
some Bengals they're really
really bad
Rice pudding
What's up Bryce Pudin
What's up fellas
What's up dude?
A couple quick things here
A quick therapy session
I dropped
Tribion Henderson
A couple days before he went
Absolutely off
And I've lost to him twice
Since then
No how did you lose to him twice?
It was a space man
It was in two different leagues.
I had him in two leagues.
And then I lost him the first week when he dropped 40.
And then I lost him the next week in a different league when he dropped 32.
I need a second flex option.
And I'm thinking if Josh Jacobs doesn't play, I'll put Wilson in there.
But if he doesn't, would you play Charbonnet, Menongue, or Piercell?
Charbonnet Manangai or Piercell.
that is Ricky Pearsall for me.
Yeah, I'm cool with that.
Yeah, Manang guy's limited.
Charbaday's limited.
Pierasol might be in nothing,
but we also know, you know,
big play ability.
It's a fantastic matchup.
There's no floor players in it.
That's the other big thing, too.
None of those guys are great floor players.
So why not go for the Big Bang
with someone like Ricky Pierasaw?
Agreed.
Jorge the lefty.
So, Jorge.
Is that a bird or a dragon in the photo?
That's a bird.
Hey, guys.
It's a golden eagle from Mongolia when I drove from London to Mongolia.
Oh, is that you?
These guys along the way.
That's me.
So wait, hold on.
Myself a bit.
Yeah, no, it's okay.
But it's only us here.
It's just friends, safe space.
That looks like a vulture.
So wait, that's a golden eagle from Mongolia.
So it's what these eagle hunters use to, like, kill deer and get food.
So these things are absolutely massive.
Was it like, was it terrifying having a giant raptor on your arm like that?
Or were you just like, not unfazed?
So they said that the Eagles will naturally go to the highest point in your body.
And so if you don't lift it above your head, it's going to tear your head apart.
So that was why I was looking a little bit nervous like starting this thing down because I was going to take my eyes out.
Dude.
Pretty sick photo.
And I have both my eyes.
And you know what?
Sign.
Eagles over Cowboys, great defensive matchup, tearing Cowboys heads off.
Those are the signs.
Jerry's signs.
All right.
What do you got, Jorge?
There you go.
First of all, I feel like Eric's going to feel vindicated because he said last week me to start
K-9.
And of course, against the Rams, I'm thinking there's no way he's going to do anything.
And he pops off 20 points.
So that was huge.
Wasn't expecting that.
What did you do?
He told you to do that.
And then you were like, okay.
And then you didn't listen?
No, no, I did.
No, I just, I have both K-9 and Sharbs.
And it was a matter of like, do I choose one or the other?
Yeah, yeah.
I remember that.
Okay.
with K-9, despite Sharps, like,
faltering a bunch of TDs,
and that was the right call.
So I appreciate the heads up there.
So I'm in another must-win situation,
and Spitgate has kind of destroyed any chances of that
after Chase decided to get himself suspended,
H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-H-E-R-E-R.
So what I'm trying to figure out is I desperately need a wide receiver, too.
I picked up Hollins off of waivers,
but I also have options for Washington Downs, Yassavos, and Burden.
If you're gunned to your head, like, would you stick with Hollins?
I guess if it's like a must win.
I'm like 20 point underdog at this point.
I probably need to do a major upside at this point versus Gore.
Yoshivas.
Yep.
Bumblebee tuna to you.
It's 100% Yoshivas.
I was just doing my ranks today.
And Yoshi is definitely the play over all the.
Mack has got to go down, I think, a little bit because Booney looks like he's good to go.
So I kind of tanked him.
I've got Yoshivos just outside the top 30.
So I have him as a top three wide receiver.
I don't remember where I know Pat was like super pro.
Yoshivas.
Did he say where he had him ranked on the rank show?
Or if not, where do you have him?
I have him 33.
Okay, I haven't met 32.
Yeah, I think he's very much starting caliber.
Look, it's, I'm above consensus on Tehagas and I'm above consensus on Yoshi Voss.
I think we're right on one of these guys.
So it's like, I think it's,
worth the dice role to be aggressive on
one of these two players. Obviously, you're
going to start Te Higgins no matter what, but
Yoshivas, could he be this week's
Michael Wilson? I know that in the Sleeper
article that comes up for featured pros,
dude, everyone
listed Yoshivas as the Sleeper
wide receiver. And I don't
and I don't disagree. And as I was kind of
even looking at it a little bit more, I was adding some of my own
analysis, just, Yishvas has
like had a couple games this year where he's been
involved. He was a wide receiver 12 on the week,
two weeks ago with Chase and
So we've already seen him, like, have a little bit of a connection with Flacco.
So, yeah, I think that if you're in a pinch, I think that he's a really good start.
And if you just don't feel good about any of these other guys, like this other receiver, just throw Yoshivas in there.
I think that he can be productive.
Yeah.
And, you know, just to throw one extra little thing in there, on the rank shows that we did together with Pat, we were like, hey, this is a better running back flex week than wide receiver.
I will throw the slight caveat to say that Yoshivas might be the one.
singular player. Like, I play in a pentathlon league and he's a sitting out there. It's a 12-team league.
He's the guy that I'm playing over the Zach Charbonnetes, over the Tony Pollards. Like, I'm playing
over those like mid-30 running backs because I think there's upside. And if you believe in the like
Christian Gonzalez could lock down a T. Higgins, well, guess what? Yoshivas gets to play the T-Higgins in
that role while T is the shutdown on Jamar. So like very, very firm. Any of the questions you guys might
have we're like kind of the flex options if yoshi boss is out there we are likely going to say him
that is going to be the option over a lot of other stuff that you guys are going to put out there i i think
in the wide receiver three factory of sadness you got to shoot your shot yoshi's kind of like the guy right
just like if you're going to pick someone in this tier where it's like oh like it's like do you want
to start Xavier worthy or yosci yeah you ready for something are you ready for this yeah let's go
Yoshi
Gersi
That's one of my good impressions
Was that good?
That's really good
Okay
I feel like
D-Bro doesn't like
I only have weird impressions
I do Meatwad from Aquatine
I do Yoshi
And that's about it
And Debrough just hates my impressions
He just thinks of the worst
But
Yossey
We're gonna play Yosite this week
All right

would get you back up and then we got to go to our resident face off conversation
Jorge what was your second question yes and the second one was just to complete the
throttor so for tight ends I have Auden on my lineup but Fanon and Loveland are available
again I need to kind of maximize upside here which of the three would you choose and
And then for flex, even I have K9 as my wide receiver, as my running back.
If I just put Charbon with my flex to kind of cover the TD angle.
Put Yoshi in there.
Or do you not have Yoshi?
Well, no, Yoshi is my wide receiver too.
It's unfortunately.
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
I only have Devante.
Okay.
So you want to know.
Like free of flex.
Is there another option on Charbonnet?
Or is it just, are you just wanting confirmation that that is where you're going to do?
And then those other wide receivers, like I kind of talked about.
like a downs, a Washington, a burden, and a Hollins.
Oh, okay, okay, gotcha.
Eric, a tight end, I think I'm sticking with Auden, pro-Baker-Mayfield here.
What about on the flex?
You go Sharbs, or you go with one of those wide receivers?
I think just play Sharms in there.
Those other guys are in a position where their matchups or positions are so upside-driven
that I'm okay, hey, if Sharbon egg vultures a touchdown,
it doesn't matter because I start a walker, too.
So I don't care who scores the touchdown.
So I think that that's fine.
Lerisle.
Coquai, say that name correctly.
Our resident face-off expert, what's up, dude?
Hey, how's it going, guys?
Good, good.
I know you have a question.
Why don't you ask the first question real quick?
Yeah, yeah.
Well, it's three really quick rapid-fire ones.
Just at the flex, I'm struggling between picking between Ted McMillan or Chase Brown.
By the way, that was not the question.
He was supposed to ask, Erickson, have you seen face off?
And then Erickson shakes his head frustrating way.
I kind of know the answer to this.
Yeah, we all know it.
We all know it.
We're looking for a Christmas miracle.
All right, Tedero or Chase Brown, Erickson?
Chase Brown.
Tedero for me.
What's the second question?
Wait, why are you going to Teterrault?
Massive targets.
It's a great matchup again this week.
Touchdown equity.
I don't trust the, I don't trust the matchup against Bryce Young, not being able
to be viable.
I don't know if they're going to be,
I don't know the ankles are going to run at like a super aggressive degree.
I do like that he's going to be able to get the ball out of the back field,
but I actually kind of don't hate the touch.
I like the touch on equity a little bit more with Tedroo right now.
Chase Brown has four games with over 100 yards from scrimmage.
Yeah.
Four straight games.
Does he play in this week?
The Patriots without defensive tackle Milton Williams.
Okay.
This is fair.
It's fair.
Is you going to dice them up?
Dude, Chase Brown plays 95.
percent of the snap.
I'm playing,
dude,
Chase Brown is
Bell cow.
Belcal Chase Brown.
Okay.
Okay.
Well, back to the preseason,
huh?
Like, oh,
he's a top 10 running back.
Chase Brown.
Remember when I got yelled at week one?
Wait,
hold on,
hold on.
Remember when I got yelled at week one
about not wanting to trade Chase Brown?
Hey,
it's us to Jonas brothers.
And guess what?
We have some big news.
What's the news?
Huge news.
We created our own podcast called,
Hey, Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We just contributed to us.
We're the first people to do podcast.
Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts throughout there.
But this one's extra special.
So how did we actually come up with a name, Hey Jonas, guys?
I honestly don't remember.
I think it was on a call about what we should call it.
Oh, we were thinking I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band.
Before Jonas Brothers was...
This is how you guys remember it going down?
Yes.
I have a very different memory of this.
We were talking about a thing, a bit for the podcast,
where people could call in and say, hey, Jonas.
and then I wrote down on my little notepad, Hey Jonas, and offered it up as a potential title for the podcast.
But thanks for remembering that, guys.

Yeah, because you didn't want to trade it for Tyler Warren.
I didn't.
And I had to give up a pick, though, too.
I want to.
You'd still want that trade back.
I want an apology.
I want an apology.
I'm going to wait for it.
What was question number two?
Question two.
Ten Man League.
There's a lot of depth out there on the way where we're wire.
have b Ryan Robinson as a stash but there is Bayshall Tutton out there so I'm wondering should
I just hold the B Rob because he's not better offense or maybe go for the rookie do you have
michafti or not I do not then I'm cool with to him over Brian Robinson I'm fine with it too I mean I
do think there's a point even outside of not having Christian McCaffrey of why you did the
Brian Robinson stuff but we're also like we're pretty far in like if McCrish
McAfree were to go down Brian Robinson's top 10 back like
There's just no doubts about it.
Tutin does have standalone value.
So if you need, that's my answer.
If you need standalone value right now,
Tutin is the answer.
Gotcha.
I've got J.T. and Chase Brown and Henderson.
So not really.
You don't need standalone value.
So my eyes, I'm keeping Brian Robinson just in case.
What was question number three?
And this is more for my wife.
But so she's been holding on to Jaden Daniels,
even though she has Omerin Hampton on the IR slot.
and still holding on to
Dak Press gun and killer Williams
so I'm assuming it's best
to just drop Jaden
because I don't see it happening
to him coming back.
I mean, I...
You can't trade it for anything,
so I would just drop him.
You already have two quarterbacks.
I feel like we've gone through the ringer
with Jaden.
I was like, you saw the injury
and I'm like,
caught him.
And then they're like,
oh, by the way, there's no structural damage.
Like, we'll check it out later.
And then they're floating these.
He could maybe play in it.
We're just hearing nothing.
I think you can move on from him.
I am moving on from him.
We all are moving on from him.
It's not the commanders here, unfortunately.
Last year was their Cinderella season,
and this year has been more of Friday the 13th.
Oh, good.
Look at you.
Movie references.
Surge.
What's up, Serge?
How's it going?
We're going good, dude.
Good.
Glad to hear it real quick.
I know Gentie has an amazing week 17 matchup,
but the other weeks in there kind of scare me to death.
Would you trade him for like a Judkins or maybe like an AJ Brown or something like that straight up?
Or do you just, because I'm in first, maybe hold on to him, hope you get to week 17 and then have a smash matchup?
This is your only question, right?
Yeah.
Okay, cool.
Sorry, I'm just bringing off the stage, but didn't if you had another one.
man i think i love a j brown this week against cowboys uh jitkins i just don't know what to do with
right now i love the usage of gentie as far as being in the receiving game i get you know what
i lean i'm going to hold but ericson you tell me different no i think you got a hold look if he gets
to week 17 he's going to win leagues right like it's as simple as that like he can run all over
the giants now it's matter of just getting there you got to find other ways but the fact that he's
involved so much in the passing game, I don't think there's going to be a total zero every single
week.
He's even some of these tougher matchups.
And although the caller didn't point out this week, obviously against the Browns is tough,
but after that he's got the chargers.
They have not been a good run defense this year.
So that's another good matchup for him.
So it's not all gloom and doom for week 17.
So I would hold gently, especially if those are the other options where I'm not completely over the moon.
I know Judkins has a pretty good schedule rest of season, but he's not as involved as a receiver.
All right, I'm going to click it.
TCB.
Hi, TCB.
Hello to the two best looking guys on the fantasy pros team.
Oh, back in the good graces.
Back in the good graces.
What's up, TCB?
Well, I'm just glad, you know, we got the exclusive that you're on Yoshi
and the new Super Mario Galaxy movie coming out.
So appreciate that exclusive.
Yeah, I would love that.
That's like a dream of mine would be to, like, obviously, like, acting
movie would be cool, but to do like voice character for something would be amazing. But I don't have
range. Obviously my range is gruntle something like this like a cartoon character. I got to play
something stupid. But that is a life goal in the future. But what is your goal out of this one?
Okay. So I am in a one QB just regular flex league. And I have Joe Burrow and Oronda Gadsden as my backups
May and
Bowers are my starters
So what kind of value do you think I could get for
pro and or Gadsden?
I feel particularly weak at running back
because I have Bucky and Hampton.
So if they get healthy,
I feel set there, but obviously
that's not the case right now.
So I don't know
what kind of value you think I could get.
I do also have London.
You know, I could maybe sell him for
75 cents on the dollar with one or both of those guys to try and get a running back.
So any advice there?
What'd you think, Erickson?
We're going Erickson here.
I don't think you're going to get a ton for Burrow right now just because you got him off of waivers probably because he got dropped.
And Drake May still has his by week.
So you can run out another quarterback.
Bowers has already had his buy week.
So I would keep him as your tight end.
And I would trade Gadsden to the manager with the worst tight end situation.
and you just can get whatever you want back.
And if you want to add London to that deal to sweeten it to get an even higher piece back,
whether it's a running back or wide receiver,
that's what I would do.
We talk about this with Worm on the trade show where it's not always about which player should I be targeting.
It's which manager should I be targeting.
And if you want the most for Gadsden, you have to find the manager with the weakest tight end situation.
Love it.
I look at Erickson.
Such a stud.
Odakai music.
I don't know if I said that correctly.
Odaqai.
I think I did.
What's up?
Nailed it.
First try.
Boom.
Look at that.
Oh, what up, dude?
How we doing?
So my question is basically a start two.
I got to admit, I'm the Josh Jacobs owner, so I'm thinking, Emmanuel Wilson.
I'm also dealing with Spickgate.
So thinking about Yoshivas, but I have Pearsall.
So who are the two you would start out of those three?
So, wait a minute.
So is Wilson,
Pearsall and Yoshivoss?
You're asking between those three?
Okay.
Well, if Josh Jacobs plays, this is answered for you because Wilson gets kicked to the curb and then...
I'm assuming Josh doesn't play.
So I think it's more about which receiver.
Because you're going to start Packers running back, whichever one is playing.
Okay.
So that's easy.
Just lock in one of the running backs and move on.
Agreed.
Receiver, Pearsall over Yoshivas.
Be like both guys a little bit, Welsh.
Do you have a lean?
I have the rank pretty closely.
I have Pearson's slightly ahead of Yoshivoss.
I do too.
My direction.
I'm going to say the same thing, but I'm not going to lie.
There's a little part of me that as the week goes on,
I might fall down the Yoshivoss hole a little bit more phrasing that I might just like,
you know, like talk myself more and more into like why I need him to be higher.
I think Pearsall probably it's the upside play.
because it's just such a good matchup.
They're just so close.
We're both leaning Piracol here,
so I guess that's going to be our answer.
But if you decided to go,
Yoshi,
I don't think it's the worst thing in the world.
I don't.
All right,
there we go.
Yeah, I'm basically dead even on them.
I was just curious, your thoughts,
but that makes sense.
Yeah, we're both dead even on them, too.
I think 49er, I think,
I think Pierceall is still.
I mean, again, we like both guys.
I think Piercel is the play, though.
Would you say he's the better player?
Oh, yeah.
So, again, Yosh,
is a one week stop gap, it seems like, and he can be really good.
But I think that the ceiling, sealing, sealing is Pearsall, what he showed for the first four weeks of the season when he was averaging, what, over 100 yards per game.
Yeah.
And that was with other guys still, like, in the offense.
So I know a kid will miss some time.
But, yeah, I think Pearsall attached to Brock Purdy probably has more upside than Joe Flacco.
And we can agree.
Had Pearsall gotten like five catches for 70 yards, Pearson, would be inside the top 20 wide receivers.
Yeah, yeah.
That's a good way to look.
That's a good way to look at it.
Like, if he just had a little bit more production last week,
like, Annie.
Even better about it.
Or really even like any.
I guess like for me, it's like,
he still moved up pretty substantially in ECR after a bomb week,
but it's because he played a lot of snaps.
So I think that gave us the encouragement,
okay,
he's healthy.
Now the production should follow.
So I know this has been a long winded answer to get to Pearsall.
No,
it's good one now.
Which our original rankings had anyway.
But it's like we're trying to justify the ranks.
No,
but we got to.
talk to this stuff because this happens.
Like I've said this a million times over.
One of the reasons back in the day
with my In This League shows,
we would just be constant guests.
You were a guest many times and we would do
guests. And one of the best things about
that was like a lot of us
in ranking and just
putting this stuff together, you just kind of get
like a baseline. But then when you start to test
your baseline, which some people don't do.
Some people just do their ranks go. But then when you
verbally are like, hey, let's talk about
this guy or this guy versus this guy. Then all of a sudden
you start like second guessing yourself because on paper we're both pirasol over but now talking
about it it's like well you know it is super close and i could see where you could move around so i i think
these are super important conversations and i think the pirasol joshivoss won like that general
vicinity of guys is it's tough it's tough this week and every wrong decision can mean everything
out of bounds me bogman joe pisapia you can check it on twitch mondays at 2 p m eastern
and that's not the only thing on twitch we got a full
schedule for you. Bogman and myself, we've been playing Madden. I, my God, Erickson, we haven't
put the clip out yet. People drop off when we play Madden, though we're still answering questions,
so I wish you would hang out. We had the most absurd insane into a Madden game you've ever seen.
I promise you, it went to overtime, it's crazy, we're going to have a clip of it. It was nuts.
We spent a full hour answering questions, and then we answered questions,
while we played Madden, two hours, 12 p.m. Eastern, did that on Tuesday. Look for that clip
because holy crap, it was ridiculous. Thursdays, Seth and D-Bro, 1 p.m. Eastern. Fridays,
Seth and D-Brow, 2 p.m. Eastern, and on Sundays at noon, we got a Q&A before kickoff.
Go to Twitch.tv slash Fantasy Pros. Give us a follow. Don't miss the streams. Hang out. Do it today,
twitch.tv slash fantasy pros. You would gasp. I think you might audibly gasp if you could see what
happened at the end of the game. Erickson.
You ever play Madden? I feel like
you're not a Madden guy.
Yeah, I was a Madden guy, and then
I just got really frustrated
with the game, and I was sick of
all my broken controllers.
So I decided to
retire from Madden.
Good thing you went heavy into
like, you know, sports betting and fantasy
and spit gates and stuff like that. That'll help.
You just can't break controllers anymore. You can break other stuff.
All right.
Uh, toast.
What's up, toast?
Oh.
Come on down.
It's like the Falcons.
It's like Michael Penix.
Hello.
What up?
Hey, are you guys intrigued with, um,
Fanon or are you like running away from that matchup?
Like, do you think that's good or bad?
I have some other options on the waiver wire,
like Barner or, uh, Knox or, uh, Musgrave.
What would you guys do?
That's really my only question.
Okay.
Yeah.
I mean, those aren't the, I do like Barner, but those over Fanon, I don't think I can go with.
I think I'm in, the, the word intrigued would be used of like, how is Shador going to treat
the full week of practice as the one?
Is he going to hug the tight ends?
Like, I think I'm on a downslope of Fanon without Gabriel, but I'm open to the possibility
things, you know, I mean, like, Fanon's really great athletic tight-in.
They move him in space to be a safety net.
He gets yards after the catch.
Like, I like Fanon a lot.
So things could work out well.
I'm starting him in your case because the options that you put out there,
they don't do anything for me.
Outside of Barner's like a desperation play for me at tight-end.
So I'm out there with Barner or with Fanon.
Do you have higher optimism, Erickson, on Fanon?
I think it's just kind of like status quo, right?
He kind of does the same thing every week.
And he's a tight end one if he scores a touchdown.
And if he doesn't, he's not a tight end one.
So not over the moon about any of those other options.
I got to say, Welsh, in this type of situation, this could be a,
throw Taysam Hill in there.
That is.
I know it.
I know it.
Tason Hill is like the quintessential, what the heck, flex type of play.
Or at tight end, I would not flex.
Tason Hill.
But it's like if you just want to roll the dice, again, he could literally score zero points.
but no one's got more multi-touchdown upside
besides the lead tight ends than Taysom Hill does this week.
And I really feel strongly about that.
Like, I'm going to try to find a spot.
I'll probably start Taysa-Mill in our content team league.
All right, nice.
I can probably put him in there.
I can find a spot to sneak him in.
But if you really feel like super gross about all your tight ends,
then, I mean, that's an option.
But I think that I would probably just keep fanning in.
He has a floor.
You should see Shadur, you know, lean on him
I mean, he's been one of the more consistent guys on this team, and we'll obviously see what we get from Jerry Judy, which is always fun to watch.
But I think that fan is probably the best option of those guys.
Yeah, it's fun to watch.
If you like watching Grass Grow, that's super fun.
Paint dry.
Those are super fun.
Yeah, I have only two leagues, because I'm playing quite a few this year, only two leagues that are just not good.
One is like a 16 team keeper league that I've been in rebuild.
And the other is a content team league.
Like, I'm still alive in the Survivor or the, the guillotine.
and, you know, my big money,
all those are still good.
It is our content league
that I have just completely fallen apart.
Now I'm wondering if Taysome Hills out there
and I can beat you too now.
I will say to Injoku is on the injury report again.
So if he doesn't play, like that's just even more
to ban in as, okay, he's going to play all the snaps.
Like, that's a good floor for a tight end.
Okay.
All right.
Last three, let's try to get him in here on a little bit of a lightning round.
Ronan, Ronan, premium member.
What's up, Ronan?
I see you dropped your team in here.
So what's the question?
The question is more about just getting ready for the playoffs.
I mean, I've got guys like Sutton and Tracy on my bench, and I don't really expect them to crack it.
Do I just hold those types of guys, you know, in case of injury, or do I try to push and trade them off in the next week or so?
The starting lineup is DAC, E.T. and Gibbs, Lamb, Olave, J.S.N. I can't really tell if that's like a flex where Bucky and Quinchanes is.
they are okay those are flexes so then yeah it's like i get the idea of of the moving off thing
my personal take on it would be you have to take a sutton and pair him with a jutkins and you
make a big upgrade someone that needs some depth and you you upgrade from that standpoint
otherwise i don't think it's a worst thing in the world to have some depth i mean you have
Bucky who there's nothing safe.
Alave, Lamb, both injuries.
E. T.N. is banged up and looks like he could be, you know,
I don't think it's a bad thing to have depth.
So the thing that I'm considering is you taking two players making a massive upgrade.
One has to be a receiver because whether I think you put Sutton as a starter or you move
him, he's a caught.
Like Jordan Mason doesn't do much here.
So that's my take on this team.
What do you think, Erickson?
I kind of agree.
I don't think that having depth is like the worst thing in the worst thing in the
world, especially with, I mean, these aren't like terrible pieces.
I mean, Mason's probably more of like a handcuff.
So he's probably the guy you could probably let go.
But I mean, we've seen Aaron Jones get banged up throughout this season.
And again, Bitgate 2.0, right?
Like, I mean, we literally just saw George Pickens do the exact same penalty Jameson
did.
Like, our players are going to stop spitting?
We would hope so.
But who knows?
So, like, I think that having Sutton in your back pocket in case, you know,
someone misses a week, it's not the worst thing in the world.
world to throw him out there. I mean, he's been pretty good.
I know that he's falling off the last couple weeks, but, I mean, there are definitely
worse situations to be in. So unless you can upgrade, like you said, package and with Judkins
to move up, I think Jones is, or excuse me, Mason is probably the only guy would I really, like,
dump. Yeah. Yeah, if there was something decent out there. Later did, premium member on the
Fantasy Bros. Discord. A second to last up. What's up?
Hey, how's going, guys? Thank you. Um, yeah, I got a flex question. Um, uh, I'll,
it's either between Jamo or Tyler Warren.
I mean, I do have Bowers.
I've been trying to trade one of these guys for a while.
I've not been able to find a partner.
So this is just trying to find the best flux for this week.
That's a tough.
He does not leave your lineup.
Not from now for the rest of the season.
It's a tougher matchup, too.
So I'm good with that.
Yeah, that's a situation where you have like two of the top three tight ends.
I can tell you've been trying to make that move.
You're dying to make that move, and it just hasn't happened.
But I'm in agreement with Erickson.
Redbeard.
Final up.
We'll slip Redbeard.
What's up, y'all?
What do you got?
Two quick ones.
First one is Stash.
McLaughlin or A.D. Mitchell with the injuries.
Jilly O'Leflin?
McLaughlin.
80 Mitchell.
Yeah, sure.
I'm good with that.
Which one did you say?
I went with Erickson.
McLaughlin.
Other question.
I had somebody
hit me up for Jalen Hertz.
It's one quarterback league.
I've got Drake May as my starter.
His was sending T-Law,
and then I packed,
I was thinking of packaging
either D.K. Metcalf or
Devante Smith with Jalen Hertz
and go after either Rome or Jamo.
He does have Sutton also.
Do you guys care about your second quarterbacks a lot
that he's sending one?
everybody in this league for some reason
there's some that have three or four or five quarterback
so there's nothing on the way to wire
because T.L.I doesn't do anything for me here
because if I'm going to look at it from a singular standpoint,
it's Jalen Hertzford.
Who is the other one, Jamo and who?
He's got Jamo, Rome, the only receivers I'm really interested.
He's got Romo Dune's Day, Sutton, and Jamo are the only ones
I'm really interested in everybody else.
Yeah, yeah, I got you.
So then would you trade Jalen Hertz in that scenario for Adunzei or James, Erickson?
So he has May already, right?
He has Drake May.
So that would be his starter.
Yeah, I would, I want JMO on my team.
The lines are set up so well, rest of the way.
They don't play outside again.
You think it's equal value to get J-mo and get rid of J-Lan Hertz?
If you already have Drake May, I mean, you're getting, I think you're getting a top 20-wide receiver rest of season.
like locked and loaded starter that has,
yeah,
I would do it.
Yeah,
I think it upgrades your team.
This is the type.
It's Dynasty too.
Oh,
give me,
give me Jamel Dynasty.
Uh,
yeah.
Both guys are pretty good,
actually.
I might go Rome,
to be honest with you on that.
I think both are solid plays.
Dynasty.
I kind of want Rome a little bit more,
but.
Yeah,
Rome would be,
rather have fun.
We get a pick,
too?
Can we get a pick for Jalen Hertz?
Dynasty?
I got a pick second round?
Too much?
Chase Brown and a first, please?
That's a joke.
I think of his dynasty, you got to get Rome.
I mean, he's prank pretty high.
I mean, he's prank hard of the Jamo.
Yeah, I think I'm going for roaming.
So go roam for Hertz.
I think it's pretty even.
If you want to have the other pieces to like even it out, you can do that.
And that is beautiful.
You guys had a fantastic job.
