You play fantasy football, you bet on football, you bet on football,

you want to get smarter on football. Greg CoSell, one hour from now. So, J-MAC, sometimes you can't chase the almighty dollar if you own a company. You have to create an identity and approach. I'm not talking about individuals. Individual, you go chase the money. But if you're forming a company, if you run a company, you've got to have an identity or an approach, and it can't all be about 100% just chasing every dollar because you're trying to create a brand. You're trying to sell that to your employees, right? A little entrepreneur action to start the show, I like it. Yeah, so I was thinking about this.

So tonight, the Steelers, a great franchise, a lot of trophies, go to Cleveland to face the lousy Browns, who are lousy again. But here's what's funny. Mike Tomlin has always been a terrible Thursday night coach. In fact, Pitchburg is 0-7 since 1980 when competing against his division on Thursday night football. and overall on the road, he's 2 and 8. Now, how is that possible? Why is this happening?

So whenever I see data that veers away from the standard production of a person or a business, there's got to be a reason. And I believe there is a reason. And I believe Mike Tomlin stands not only on business that he stands for something. Here it is. So reportedly, Mike Tomlin and the Steelers have the heart of, most physical training camps in the NFL. They hit.

They're relentless. That is his identity. You don't think of the Steelers and schemes. You don't think of the Steelers. Steelers in offensive wizardry. You think tough and physical. Mike's the most tough and physical coach in the NFL, and his teams are.

And my guess, why can Mike Tomlin be so good on Sunday and so terrible on Thursday? Because he's old-school. and he views Thursday night football as unnecessary. And he's not going to change his approach. His take is, I'm in it for the war, not the battle. Chick-fil-A does this. Chick-fil-A says we're not open for business on Sunday.

They can make $4 billion if they were open on Sunday. But they make $22 billion Monday through Saturday. Their identity is great chicken, and they're closed on Sunday. Sunday. Faith and Family Sunday. They could make another $4 billion. They're making 22.3 and growing. Fast. I went there the other day. It was three in the afternoon. There were still line. The spicy sandwich is outstanding. They're not chasing the dollar. Oh, they want revenue. They built an empire, but they won't change their identity to place. or appeal to their critics. I respect that. And so Tomlin is saying, listen, our physical style, this is what we are. You make us play a game once a year on Thursday with three fewer days rest.

When I ask my players to be more physical in camp, more hitting during the week, more physical than any team, it's our identity. I'm going to punt. I'm not saying I want to lose, but I'm not changing my approach. And to prove this, when you give the Steelers extra rest, one day extra rest, they're unbeatable on Monday. They've won 22 straight games, Monday night football at home. So think about this. Mike Tomlin, Sunday good, Monday, excellent. He will not forego or alter his.

identity or his physical culture because he asks more of his players. He asks his players to hit harder, work harder, wear pads, more often up to league, you know, ceiling. He's not going to change his identity. It's the only

thing that explains why this team is so great with extra rest, very, very good with normal rest, and terrible with short rest. Here's Mike Tomlin on facing the Cleveland Browns tonight. I know as a collective, we better be prepared for a hostile environment, the dog pound, etc.

And so we got some new people, whether they're new to us and new to the National Football League, they need some quick education while we do the physical work that's necessary to position ourselves for performing. It's a great message. Don't change your approach in life. Don't change your identity in life. something that isn't necessary, which is perfection. Nobody's going to go 17 and 0. The teams that win the Super Bowl don't go 17 and no.

So don't change your approach. Don't pray at the altar of revenue on every corner. I'm not saying you shouldn't take a better job, but when you're building something in asking a lot of others beyond yourself, you've got an identity, stick with it. If they want to put something on a streaming service on 30, Thursdays, maybe we win, maybe we don't. 17 and no.

No proof, it's better than 12 and 5 and winning the division again. So this happened yesterday. I've said before, I don't think you need to announce when you're leaving social media. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. We'll all be fine. So LeBron James said yesterday,

I am taking a break from social media. He said, it's just too negative. I'll holly to down the road, getting off social, take care. Damn shame what it's come to. So LeBron can't control X. Okay, and LeBron, first of all, is a 40-year-old man with a great family and a business. Full-time job. He shouldn't be on social media that much.

Once you're in your 40s or close to your 40s, running a big business with a big family, it doesn't drive the revenue for his business. Shoes do. Production company does. That would sell for 500 million today. His annual salary of almost 40 million. LeBron has also had a lot of control in his life over the heat, over the cabs, over the Lakers, over the NBA. He's had massive leverage, and I don't resent any of it. He has earned all, all his leverage. Been a fan since LeBron came into the league. And he's also used social media platform since day. one, to stay relevant, to, you know, promote his businesses, to help his empire. Certainly granular improvement, but he helps promote his businesses.

He gets the game of social media. So to suddenly be deeply offended by the hellscape known as X, it feels kind of Hollywood. It's like that crazy aunt you have who suddenly at 55 announces, I'm no longer writing the family newsletter. Okay, Margo, we know you're into it. Just take a deep breath a couple of weeks off. The newsletter will arrive, and LeBron will come back. All I'm saying is, you can leave, you probably should take breaks, family, empire, you don't

be on it all day, but don't take it that seriously. Use it, don't use it. I don't care. I don't resent anything LeBron's done, ever. leverage, achievement, revenue, accomplishments. I don't resent any of it. But this does feel sort of like when you were nine years old and told your family, I'm running away.

And your mom said, okay, see at dinner. It's social media. You get the game. You've used it for 20 years to your advantage. You'll be back. You're taking a break. anytime anybody announces they're leaving anything. You know why they're doing it, don't you?

Because they want you to say, don't go, please. If you want to leave the party, the bar, the lounge, do what's it called? What's it called? An Irish exit? Just walk out. You'll be back. You want to join your friends, promote your business. People aren't picking on Brony. He's a 6-1-2 guard. They don't exist in the sport. And many believe used your power to wedge him in to the organization.

In fact, there are reports more than one that the Lakers told other teams to not draft him. You play the game. But the game has two outcomes, some positive, some negative. You'll be back, just like I was at nine years old for dinner. dinner. All right. We got a lot of stuff going on today. A lot of balls in the air, if you will.

In our world, we live in now. If you're even kind of good, people know about you. If you're great, you're worshipped. Everybody knows Vince Lombardi is great, and Bill Belichick was great. People have asked me throughout the years, two or three best coaches all time, and I've always felt Bill Walsh, Bill Belichick, and Andy Reed.

But everybody knows and worships at the altar of the late Bill Walsh and the current Bill Belichick. And there was outrage when 70-year-old Belichick. check off, you know, struggling seasons and weird coordinator choices and awful drafts didn't get like multiple job offers. And here's Andy Reid. So the NFL, he's going for his 19th 10-win season on Sunday. I think they play Carolina. He'll get it.

So I think he is just historically underrated. The NFL, the premise, though, is the NFL was built on physicality and brutality. We all grew up with defense wins championships. In fact, in the 70s and 80s, and 90s, if you look at the NFL promos, the hits they show are now outlawed. The CTE lawsuit,

Roger Goodell had several owners, including Jerry Jones, say, hey, we're paying quarterbacks now, $20, $30, $40 million. Protect our assets. And so suddenly the NFL changed rules. In 2014, you couldn't grab wide

receivers at the line of scrimmage, advantage offense. In 2018, they enhanced roughing the passer. In 2017, headshots, you're out of the game. Again, now wide receivers can go over the middle. By the way, those are all excellent moves. The game is now smarter. The game is now safer.

And despite players getting bigger, stronger, and faster, the level of violence has gone up because human beings get bigger, stronger, and faster. Generally, you get to a Super Bowl, and everybody's got all their starters. It's pretty remarkable. They've extended the season. The game's more physical, but they outlaw the dumb stuff that you didn't need and nobody watched for. And while they've done that over the last

10 years, Andy Reid is dominated. Now, Andy Reid won when the rules worked against him. He got to Super Bowls. He dominated the NFC with five appearances in the NFC championship with B&C level quarterbacks.

But once the game veered toward him with Alex Smith and Mahomes, 10 wins, 10 wins, 10 wins, minimum. And my takeaway is the first 25 years, he's a 25-year head coaching career. The first 15 years, the rules worked against him, and he still won. They still had an incredibly winning organization in Philly without star quarterbacks.

Belichick, once he got the rules pivoting against him, can't win. Maybe he will in the future, but his last three or four years, defensive coordinator named offensive coordinator, he was out of touch, he was tone deaf. Andy won when the rules worked against him, and now he dominates when the rules work for him. And I think, you know, sometimes the world changes for you. A great example is Pete Marevich. Only one year of his career, and he was an old, old player, did they have a three-point shot? Pete Marevich, born too early.

His creativity, his long-range shooting. if he was born 20 years ago, Pete Marevich breaking into the NBA, he would be like Steph Curry with better handles. He'd be an unbelievable superstar. Back then he was kind of quirky and weird and wild and a wizard and never really panned out to the NBA like you thought he would. So Andy Reed is fortunate that as he's aged,

finally the league getting smarter and safer has pivoted in his direction. But it worked against him for years, and he was still winning when it worked against him. J. Mack with the news. No, no, no, no, no. Turn on the news. This is the herd line news.

All right, Colin, we love Jim Harbaugh in these waters, and he just keeps saying awesome stuff. Jim Harbaugh is hyping Justin Herbert again. He spoke this week about what makes his quarterback so great. Talent and effort. And then some, then, then, you know, just intangibles that are up the chart, every measurable you could have for a quarterback, tangible or intangible, enjoy it. He's not only one of the best in the game currently, he's, he's one of the best of all time.

I do not think I'm going out on a, what do they call it, on a ledge, Jenna. A limb, I do not feel at all like I'm going out of limb in saying that. All right. So before you laugh and scoff. Oh, scoff. I love Herbert. Okay.

All right. We actually, our staff was able to pull some numbers through five seasons where Justin Herbert ranks all time. This is staggering. I did not know this. He's number one in completions in the history of football through first five seasons. With two coaches, one a complete disaster and one that didn't work. He's on third coach.

coaching. Sixth in touchdown passes. Fourth and passing yards. I know it's just a couple stats. A couple data points, not the end of the world. But let's be real here. Herbert is on a trajectory to be one of the all-time grades. I don't think there's any...

Ask yourself this. Do brains matter? 4.2 college grad, tutor in biology. Does size matter? Big. Mobility. Check. Arm strength.

Check. What doesn't he have? He doesn't quite have the touch of Joe Burrow. Or the elusiveness of Lamar Jackson. It's close. But he is an A-minus in every single box. Mahomes is the only other guy and maybe Josh Houn that are an A-minus minimum in every box.

There's just not many people on the planet. I know there's people listening. Oh, how many playoff wins does he have? And that's why this whole wins is not a quarterback stat. That's a dumb guy at a sports bar. He's got a playoff win. Again, had the worst coach in the league for two years in Brannon Staley. That's not an argument.

If you look at how... Well, he got to the playoffs and they choked against the Jaguars. Remember, they had that huge. huge lead. We were watching that game together. Who, timeout? Oh, you're right. The Jags won. And they were down like 27-0. Yeah, you're right. So he doesn't have a playoff win yet. But that doesn't matter. Like if you

look at the intangibles, look at the numbers. Herbert is on a trajectory. I mean, I tried to tell the producer, like, is Herbert already a top 25 quarterback all time? And, you know, people, well, he doesn't have Super Bowl wins. Well, here's a thing. Here's a thing. It's easy. I always think

my favorite, I think a cool job would be a baseball scout or an NFL scout where you find gems. Anybody can say now, hey, Josh Allen's good. Any dope can say that. But it's fascinating to find Josh Allen when he's at Wyoming, like scouts did. You know, John Snyder at Seattle his junior year is like, yeah, this kid's not winning any games. That is a prospect. That's a general manager that knows what the hell they're doing. When you can find a guy that's not winning games, Patrick Nalmes had a losing record.

Andy Reed and Brett Feats are like, that's the next Brett Farr. He can't even win the Big 12. Any dope can look at an Oklahoma quarterback, you know, when Lincoln was there and go, well, that's pretty good quarterback. You have a great offensive coach. When you can't win games in college like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes, the two best quarterbacks in the league, and you can spot him. Or you're Joe Burrow and you had to transfer because Ohio State wouldn't even play you. You go to LSU. He loses his junior year.

He's not winning that many games. He's like 15 touchdown passes. So it's like Justin Hurray. Herbert's great. The smart people know it. And the other people are just waiting for him to win a bunch of games. Like if you can't see him and his greatness, there's nothing I can do for you. And, you know, listen, I know the whole Tua got taken before him. We like Tua. He's good. He's fine.

He's not Herbert. He ain't going to be discussed as an all-time great. He's not close to Herbert. He can't even go to cold weather and win games. By the way, Christmas Day, Dolphins Packers? Over. Like, I don't know. Justin Herbert goes anywhere.

He's in competition to win. I love Herbert a lot. It's interesting. You're going to go to Rams Chargers on Monday Night Football here? This week? Yeah. Well, you know, in five days or whatever. I thought the Rams played...

I'm sorry, Chargers, Ravens, the Harbaugh Bowl. That's a great game, Colin. You've got to get there. I may do that. Yeah. A wife will give you the hall pass for the night. Well, I have not been invited. I mean, Jim Harbaugh comes on the show.

J.K. Dobbins comes on the show. I don't think it'll be a problem. All right. Yeah. Next story is the Green Bay Packers' 2013 season ended with a tough loss to the Niners. They led for much of that game. Great comeback by Brock Purdy. Anyways, Sunday on Fox, Green Bay is looking to get revenge

against a struggling San Francisco team. Jordan Love says they do want that revenge. I think just ending the season, you know, getting to the playoffs and, you know, being knocked out about the 49ers. I mean, whoever it would have been, you know, that game is definitely going to sit with you. And, you know, that's what you've got to, you know,

kind of just sit with all offseason, is going back, watching that game, kind of trying to see what you've been. could have been better, what you could have done differently in that game. So it definitely sticks with you through the offseason and then obviously move on. But, yeah, just knowing that that's the team that knocked us out, you know, we're definitely hungry for this game. Yeah, the, it's very, very weird line movement. So the money's on the Niners.

It started two and a half. It's down to one and a half. And I like Green Bay. Rock Purdy did not throw at practice yesterday. He was there. He just didn't throw. I don't get the movement of the line. Green Bay, at home, play.

Played poorly and won. Brock Purdy's not healthy. That's a really weird line movement. So that game, do you remember that game last year, that playoff game? It was incredible. Aaron Jones had a couple huge plays for the Packers. And then, of course, fourth quarter was dominated by San Fran. The key touchdown drive late by Purdy.

I kind of am with you. I think it's Packers or nothing here. But I don't want to fade the Niners when we agree with one of the best teams. They're five and five. One of the best rosters in the league. Well, I don't, I'm not going to fade the lions or the Eagles right now. You're not going Colts this week? No, I'm not fading certain juggernauts, but fading the Niners at five and five,

I don't have a problem with that. Kyle Shanahan, a pretty good coach, and this is, this is the biggest must win this week in the NFL for the Niners. You can't lose this and face Buffalo the following week off a Buffalo off a buy. Then it's really over. So this, I think this is the biggest, game on the slate this week. Niners Packers. It's a must win for the Niners. Plus, if Arizona wins, they're now up to with the tiebreaker?

Colin, it's dire time. Final story is the Detroit Lions best team in the NFL at 9 and 1. Dominant victory in week 11. They're averaging 32 points per game. Jared Goff wants the team to avoid complacency as they head into the final weeks of the regular season. Goff said on Wednesday that none of this is easy and it takes a lot of hard work. to keep playing at a high level. So he's setting a high bar for them. That's Jared Goff talking to the media. Colin, is the pressure on Detroit now that they are officially the hunted?

No. I think generally in the NFL, we're in week 12 now. I think most years. Not all years. There was the Brady Bucks team that caught fire in like week 13. I think in most years, we have a pretty good sense by week 12. The two or three teams that feel like Super Bowl. teams. Kansas City, Buffalo, and Detroit feel like they're sort of separating from the class.

Philadelphia is probably four because their overall roster's insane. And then there's a drop-off. Baltimore? No? Baltimore's defense is too bad. It's like a bad bullpen. You can't win a World Series with a terrible bullpen. You can't win a Super Bowl with a bad secondary, bad defense. Because you can dominate the game and you give up leads. Just like they lost to Kansas City this year. You know what? They lost to the Raiders. They outplayed. teams and lose. Detroit can get outplayed, throw five picks on the road and win.

That's the difference between holding a trophy and ending up shy. You don't think this is a dangerous spot at all this week. Going to Indy. No, they're hosting the Bears, by the way, on Thanksgiving, divisional game, short week next week. No, no, no. The Colts is the side. Yeah. Okay. The Colts is the side, but I think

the Lions will figure out a way to win. But Listen, seven and a half at home, Anthony Richardson, playing now with confidence. It's a short, you know, Detroit's looking ahead to a division game. No question. I'll have some stuff for you tomorrow on that game in headlines if you're interested in it. All right, okay, yeah. Getting in front of trains and getting run over. J-Mack for the news.

Harbaugh was great. Day one, you kept throwing arrows, the bloggers, the Internet trolls. I don't care. Carmelo Anthony, I said 15 years ago, going to be a Hall of Fame player, not a winning basketball player. Nothing but hate 15 years. Never bowed down to it. I was right.

I don't flip-flop if I have information that I believe to be true. I will change an opinion if I get new information. I've said before, if one of our kids got really, really sick and there was an alternative medicine that had shown very encouraging news in the space you need it, I would be like for it. Let's not use old school medical, you know,

approaches. Let's try the new stuff. I am for moving off opinions. But if I'm right, I'm right. I don't think that's stubborn. Johnny Mansell. I'm like, it's not going to work. Oh, you're wrong.

He's fun. And then the documentary comes out. And he acknowledges I was too immature to be a franchise quarterback. I didn't bow on that one. And so I've said before Lamar Jackson, I'm not bowing to the current, trend to badmouth Lamar Jackson. He wins 75% of his games in a great division and the best conference.

And yes, he struggles against the Chiefs and the Steelers. There is no question he does. He is two and nine against the Steelers and Chiefs and then dominates everybody else. But that doesn't define him, and I'll tell you why. Because Peyton Manning against the Patriots, including the playoffs, was 9 and 15. more interceptions against New England than any other team. That doesn't define him. Troy Aikman against the Niners struggled his entire career.

Worst winning percentage than any other team. That doesn't define Troy Akeman. The Rings do. John Elway against the Raiders and the Bills, a bit of a mess under 500, a passerating mid-70s. But yet, because Lamar struggles with the greatest coach and quarterback ever and the best defensive organization in the sport, Pittsburgh, you want me to say, it's no good.

It didn't define Troy or Peyton or Elway. What defines Lamar Jackson? He wins 75% of his games in arguably the best division in football. He's the most electric athlete to ever play the position. He is absolutely loved by teammates and feared by defensive coordinators. He humiliates other pro athletes. Yes, Aikman, Elway, Peyton Manning, Lamar Jackson. If you see them regularly, if you saw Peyton Manning,

Aikman, Elway, Lamar Jackson regularly, you get a little beat on them. And if you have a really good team while you face them, you can beat them more than they beat you. Yes, that is possible. But it doesn't define them. Lamar is defined as the most electric quarterback, athletically we've ever seen. The heart and soul drives more fear.

Mahomes can beat you. He doesn't humiliate you very often. Josh Allen does. Lamar Jackson does. They humiliate you. They jump over a linebacker. They run over a cornerback. Lamar makes a pro-bowl safety, lean right.

he goes left. And guys are dogging that safety in the film room on Tuesday. That's the difference. So if it didn't define Peyton, Elway, Aikman, why does it define Lamar? He will win playoff games. What is he now? 25 years old or 26? Remember he came into the league?

He was like 21 years old. Is he 27 years old yet? I don't think he is. He's 26. He's 27 now. Okay. So essentially, in the NFL, you're in your prime usually like 26 to 32. Quarterbacks can last like kickers a little longer.

And by the way, Lamar does not take as many shots as he used to. So I don't think suddenly he's going to run out of gas. In fact, this past off season, he lost weight to stay twitchy. oregon play twice i saw him go against the huskies in seattle and i knew that michael panics and bo nicks were both going to get drafted somewhere probably in the first round so when i went to the game i sat you know near midfield then i went to the end zone and then i wanted to watch Bo Nix again, I was in Utah, so I went to the Utah game. I called up a friend and got tickets. So I saw Bo Nix, and that one, I sat right behind the Oregon bench. I wanted to see how he interacted with teammates. I was being a total dork.

And so my takeaway is he's great with teammates. He's much more ripped in person. My only question was, does he have a good arm? Well, one of the things I watched last week, it's like, he's got a better arm than I gave him credit for. And Sean Payton, I reached out to Sean Payton, and Sean's like, arm is not an issue. He can make all the throws. It is not an issue. issue. And I think this kid, because Caleb was so dynamic and Jaden Daniels and then J.J.

McCarthy played for the national championships. And then Michael Pennix had beaten Bo Nix. Everybody just forgot about Bo Nicks. And I'm watching this kid over the last six or seven games. And I'm like, guys, this is the best quarterback. Now, I'm not saying he's going to be the best in 10 years, but this year, he's the best quarterback. A lot of that, Sean Payton. I'm not denying it, but Drew Brees, who had Sean Payton as a coach, talked about the growth of Bownecks. You know it was going to take a little bit of time this year. Hey, he's a rookie quarterback.

He's going to do rookie stuff at times. He's still developing an understanding and a comfort level with the offense. He's developing a chemistry with all of his receivers. So now I think we're just starting to see, you know, hey, we're 10, 11 games into this thing, and this is what you're seeing. Okay, so Jay Mack and I'll play a little game. And we do this game about once a month. Where put me on the spot, all things considered, injuries, your age, your production, your floor, your ceiling, all things considered, your contract, everything considered.

Who would I take over the next five years? Who would I take over the next five years? The game is called Bo or no? This is going to get contentious. I'll just warn you. All right, Bo Necks or Jaden Daniels, Colin? This is a really hard one. I think because he's such an electric mover, I would take Jaden Daniels.

I do have a fear about injuries, but I do think he has a chance to be the best quarterback out of this class. But I think this is way closer than most people think. I would take Jaden by an inch. Okay, so it's next five years, right? Who would you rather have for the next five years? Bo Nix or Caleb Williams? Okay. I do not think it's fair because of the coaching staff.

in Chicago to judge Caleb Williams. I need a reset. Come back and do this segment in one year in week 12, and then I'll have an answer. I can't judge him. I think Caleb's... One guy's got Sean Payton. One guy's got a tire fire.

If you gave Caleb Sean Peyton, you think he'd be pretty good? So I'm not going to even do this one. Let's move on to Bo Nix or Sam Darnold? Bo Nix. First of all, he protects the football better. He's basically inexpensive, and Darnold does have a history because of his style of getting banged up. So I think Bo protects the football.

He's a more natural, accurate thrower, Bo Nix. Next five years, Bo Nix or Aaron Rogers? Aaron's old, expensive, prickly, not even close, Bo Nix. And I also think Bo Nix right now is a more accurate thrower. I really do. Aaron's, I'm not sure why it is, but I think Aaron's accuracy, maybe he's losing his legs, old quarterbacks lose their leg. I don't think Aaron's as accurate as he used to be.

Bow Knicks are one of the MVP favorites this year, Jared Goff. Again, I do think ideally you want a quarterback that can move so you can move the pocket. I would take over five years free Bo Necks over expensive Jared Goff. And again, Jared behind easily the most dominant offensive line in 10 years in the NFL looks perfect. I am a huge Jared Goff fan. But he's making like 50. The other guy's making a nickel so I can go buy other players. Also, pocket quarterbacks are great, but didn't Matt Ryan age very quickly?

Pocket quarterbacks do not allow. By the way, Garoppolo and Brock Purdy. It's amazing how often Kyle Shanahan moves the pocket with Purdy, and he couldn't with Garoppolo. It matters. I just had to look and see if we're doing Brock Purdy or not. Brock Purdy. I'm sorry, Bo Nix or Kyler Murray? Bonaix, and I love Kyler.

He's more durable. He's taller. There are things about Kyler that I've defended, but they're true. About the gaming stuff. I thought he was past that. I like Kyler. So if I pick Bo over Kyler, it doesn't mean I don't like Kyle. I've defended Kyler Murray for literally five years.

But we're considering everything. One's real expensive. One's gotten injured. One's got a little bit of baggage that I have defended, but I don't love, over the next five years, I would take Bo Nix. Bo Nix or Justin Herbert? Herbert's bigger, stronger, more powerful. Herbert is in a short list of maybe 12 quarterbacks all time that literally checks every single box.

Okay. Bo Nix or C.J. Stroud. C.J. Stroud is bigger. I think, again, C.J. Stroud is being harshly judged because he has a terrible offensive line right now. It was when he has Joe Mixin and last year's protection, either or if he has Joe Mixen this year or just last year's protection without Joe Mixen, it was really good. And he also doesn't have an offensive coach. So some of this, he's got a nice coordinator, but we have to factor in Sean Payton is helping Bo Nex. If C.J. Stroud had Sean Payton.

I don't think, I think you'd say C.J. Stroud. Bo Nix or Tua Tunga It's an easy one. One's expensive and one has a history of injuries. Okay. Now, both, both, better probably than people think. I've come around on Tua. He is an incredibly decisive, accurate thrower in warm weather. If it's over 40, and by the way, Bo Nix could win in Miami.

Could Tua win in December and January in Denver where it's 24 degrees? There's data that would indicate he couldn't. All right, here we go. Bo Nix or Drake May? I think Bo Nix is a more natural, accurate thrower of the football. I think Drake May has some better traits, taller, stronger athlete. I will say we both like Drake May. Drake May is going to succeed in this league.

He's going to succeed in this league. But go look at Bo Nix's last seven starts. with a roster that Vegas viewed as a five-win roster. Oh, dear. Bo Nix are your guy. Russell Wilson. Bo Nix, easy. He's in his prime.

Cheap, and this is not a... We've got to zoom through this next one. Bo Nix or Joe Burrow? Joe Burrow. Joe Burroughs in all-time, elegant, touch, fluidity, third down. Herbert and Joe Burrow are...

Come on now, we're talking top 15 all-time talents. I'm going to... I'm going to take a deep breath here. Bo Nicks or Jalen Hertz? Very, very close. Here's what concerns me with Jalen Hertz. He is very dependent on his legs. And Bo Nix has proven, even through 9-10 game, 12 games,

I think Bo, I think Bo in the pocket is a better pocket passer. Than Jailen Hertz. The guy who threw for 60 yards against the Jets, like six weeks ago. In a typhoon. It was like a cyclone bomb. By the way, you know who was worse in that cyclone bomb? Aaron Rodgers. He stinks. We know that.

I can't believe this, Jaylen. Oh, my gosh. I'm sorry, Jailen. Bo Nix or Dak Prescott. Dak lost his mobility after the first surgery. Lisa Salter said he's not back for eight months. What do I get? So, like, again, next year, Dak is, whatever he is is a cap hit, $50,000,

whatever he is, one guy is free, one guy doesn't allow me to get a number two receiver. Not going to fight you on that one. Bo Nix or Jordan Love? This is the hardest one. It's the single hardest one. It is the single hardest one by a mile. I'm on a pass. That's two passes?

Well, time out. Here's my problem. Here's my problem. I think Jordan loves bigger, faster, better athlete, better arm. And I like Jordan Love. Dude, he is reckless. And that does concern. I'm going to pass.
