Ducks and Eugene hosting Ohio State may have the best player. Chip Kelly's now aboard to fix the run game for Ohio State.

All right, Jeff, host of the Bear Bets, podcast with Chris Felica, who's awesome. It's the biggest college football weekend by a mile. This one really stands out to me, because I think these two teams, along with Texas, maybe Georgia, I'm cooling on them. I think you can make an argument. Texas, Oregon, Ohio State are the best teams in the country. As a former duck, tell me the way to beat this Ohio State team.

Well, then we need our best game from Dylan Gabriel. I mean, it's pretty simple, right? He's had B performances this year. He's made some A throws. is we need to have an A game from them. Call it, Ohio State is supremely gifted. They are a very talented football team. It's all over the field.

It's offensive line. It's defensive line. Obviously, wide receiver. Their safeties are incredible. They're both NFL guys. I mean, one of them started for Nick Sabin as a true freshman. Like, it's a legitimately talented team. So you need your best performance from your most important player,

which is your quarterback. If Dylan Gabriel gives Oregon that performance, they can physically hang tough in this game. Like, I haven't felt this comfortable with the physicality of an Oregon defense against a team like Ohio State and maybe forever. It comes down to Dylan Gabriel. Then on the other side, look, we got to pressure Will Howard, right? If Will Howard gets rattled, that's a way to win this game.

Ohio State has more ways to win. So Oregon's way to win is Dylan Gabriel playing in an A game and A plus game. Look, Jeremiah Smith, you see right here, like there's no defense for that, Colin. Like if they're going to throw the ball up to him, he's going to make the play. You have to go answer if you're Dylan Gabriel. So I think Ohio State has more ways to win. But if Gabriel plays his best game as a duck, Oregon can win this game.

So Ohio State, to me, in Texas, look the part. I think they just look different. I sort of like how Michigan last year, they were just leaning on everybody, and I feel Ohio State may be a better version of Michigan last year. Will Howard, the quarterback road game, Ohio State in these big games, hasn't necessarily played badly against the Clemson or Georgia,

but they haven't won a lot of them, and this is not neutral field or a bull game. this is the loudest place outside of Gainville, Florida I've ever stood in a football stadium. You were there many, you saw a lot of teams disintegrate. Are they good enough Ohio State? Are they good enough at quarterback? Because this game could come, it has a 28, 27, 36, 33 feel to it.

Well, we're going to find out, right? Because I think Oregon was trying to stop the run as they need to do in this game. Ohio State runs the ball for 250. Over. The Boydney State game happens. The game's over, right? So I think we all understand that. and Chip Kelly is going to want to run the football.

It's what he's always wanted to do, and he'll continue to try to do it here because if you get Will Howard in a third and eight, third, and nine, then you let your pass rushers get after it and you have a better way to force him in a tournament. He's throwing turnovers. He had some bad turnovers last week against Iowa. So it will come down to trying to find ways

to make this a Will Howard game, not a running game. Look, again, I'll go back to this, you mentioned talented teams. I mean, Ohio State's right there. I mean, they got maybe not all first round guys everywhere, but they got guys being drafted from, you know, pick 33 until

pick 100, and they probably have 15 of those guys ready right now to go to the NFL that doesn't include their young wide receiver they got. So it's a very talented teams. You have to find a way to get the weakness. I will say one thing Oregon has done well this year is special teams. It certainly helped. In a game like this, special teams could matter, right?

We've had a punt return, a kickoff return. We've made a 50-yard field goal first time since 2008, which only duck fans care about, but pretty long times we made a 50-yard field goal. So we've done some little things that might help us in this game on special teams. So 120th meeting. Texas, I think, rolls Oklahoma.

Quinn Yures is back. If he's not, Arch Manning's excellent. I think this is the best team I've seen. It's 1 in 1A with Ohio State. Anything about Texas, were you? Not really. Not in this game. Oklahoma can't score, Colin, right?

And I think it's really hard in college football when you're playing an elite team like Texas to not have the ability offensively to score an explosive plays, right? Because Texas defense is really solid. They're good. They're good at all levels. Maybe you want to say secondary is still a little bit of a question mark.

But if you can't exploit the other team in four to seven plays, you're not going to score if your Oklahoma against Texas on 12 play drives. It's not going to happen. They're too talented. They're too good. And I think Texas, when you look at what they can do well, they basically lost a bunch of guys, the NFL calling, and look exactly the same or better in all those spots.

And it goes back to what I think is the way to build your roster. Sark has taken a lot of time to build. via the high school recruiting in the trenches. Of course, you can add talent, you know, via the portal. But we're seeing the, so the fruition of that, right? In year three, four or five, all these guys are now mature, they're big, they're physical. And when you can win in the trenches, you can win any game.

Yeah. All right. I want to talk, you know them well, you've faced them many times. I said going into this season, I thought, you know, one of the things I underrated, USC will only lose their center and they're running back, it's a really young offense. And on the offensive line, it's redshirt freshman and true sophomores everywhere. Lincoln Riley deserves criticism.

They don't have three playable tackles in the program. They have two, one I don't like. So my take is this was a bit predictable, though I missed on it. Do they have a shot? Because Penn State may have one of the best edge rushers in college football. Do they have a shot to win this game? is a 3,000-mile flight. That matters a lot in college.

So as bad as they looked against Minnesota, do you like USC's chances this weekend at home? Well, they always have a chance. I don't know if I like it, Colin, because in the last 12 games, USC's won five of the last 12 games. And the theme in all of their loss is the same. They're playing a team that's more physical than them,

and they get beat at the line of scrimmage. And last year, they weren't as bad on the office. The offense line is a huge problem. They bench guys during games this season. And then the play calling sometimes, like, you know, this is a traditional thing that happens to play calls, right? Where when you sort of things go badly, what do you do? You revert back to passing the ball.

Well, they're running the ball. Okay. It happened last year, too. Marshall Lloyd average like seven and a half yards of carry, but it got 12 a game. And so we're getting a situation where we're sort of not trusting the offense because the offense line can't block. We're not scoring points. They're much better defensively.

That can keep them in a game like this where I think Penn State's offense. We still want to see a little bit more. from them. It's there, right? The bits and pieces are there. But USC physically in these games over the last, basically calendar year, has not played well, and they have not covered these games. So I sort of have to see it, Colin, before it happens. We talk about Sark, you know, building up in the trenches. It's year three at USC, but it's year one for their rebuild in the trenches. Like, they're really far behind and rebuilt in the trenches, and it's going to show this weekend. Finally, Dion Sanders, you know, it's different. He gets attention. I think Kansas,

States are real team. I think Kansas State and Utah, watched them both. Those are the best teams in the Big 12. I think Colorado is a bit over their skis. But it is, it's in Colorado, they've got momentum. You can argue they have the two best players in the country. Shadour Sanders, Travis Hunter.

What say you on this one? Kansas State's a real team. I'm not sure Colorado is, but they're a real fun story. Well, they're off their best win, right? The UCF game was a legitimate win. That's the best one that they've had. I think to your point, Colorado, excuse me, Kansas State just better across the board.

And Colorado has improved a lot. Like, it's not really an anti-Colorado there. And then Kansas State's better across the board. But the issue that you always have in any of these games is, what happens if Shudur throws for 400 yards? That's always the problem. Like, you know, and so it's hard to bet against Colorado for that reason. I think Kansas State is better.

I think the problems that we saw Colorado having this Nebraska, Kansas State can do the same things to them. But, but Kansas quarterback, and Avery Johnson cannot pass the football. So if they get behind this game or turn to your track meet, I like Colorado in this game, right? So both teams off a buy. I think Kansas State is better.

The fear of bet against Colorado is Sanders and Hunter, the two best players on every team. I mean, every game, every time they play, and they can always come back in a game. They play. Look, they should have lost to Baylor. They didn't. They won.

Those are things that Colorado does. Other teams can't do because they don't have that quarterback. So I think the number two is off. I took Kansas State minus three and a half. I think they're better than them by more than that, especially on the road, but it wouldn't surprise me with Colorado One. By the way, I want to throw this out. I said this week, Mahomes is only 6-2.

Aaron Rogers is 6-1-5. I've never even thought about their height. Cam Ward's listed at 6-2. I think he looks small. Shadoor Sanders is 6-2. I never think about his height. I would take Shadoor Sanders as the number one quarterback in college, despite some, you know, some ego stuff.

Are you a Shanoa Sanders fan? Yeah, so I've said this before. I actually think if you put him on Texas or Georgia or Bama, he's the number one pick, no questions asked. I think he's that good of a player. Like, he is footwork's good. He knows where to go with the ball. He's super tough, and he's getting beat up back there all the time.

This is a little bit better. Like, I just think if you put him, his offense is stagnant. They just line up in a formation. They stand there and snap the ball, which he might like to do, but it's not really the best offensive design. We know motions and shifts and whatnot. Like, imagine if you play with Sark, I think we say no doubt, number one court about Cam Ward makes too many mistakes.

Chardin doesn't throw the ball across his body like that interception that Camorne through the end of the first half against Cal. Shoulder would never do that. So the Camor's decision making process, which has gotten better from Washington State, still has that in him. She doesn't do things like that. So I think of Chatur played elsewhere, we looked at him even in a higher regard that we do in Colorado with issues he has on his offensive line. Jeff Schwartz, eight years, former duck.

By the way, Oregon had the number one rushing offense in the country when Jeff Schwartz was there. So here's the weekend. I actually like Iowa, Texas, Penn State, Arizona, Oregon, LSU, PASS, Kansas State. I've bet on Iowa, I bet on Kansas State, I bet on Kansas State so far. those are my and I think Texas covers I think Texas rolls I just can't see Oklahoma they can't score man how do you win a game we can't score

or how cover a game I should say when you can't score good job what a crush it thank you thanks buddy appreciate it you bet he's got a little duck thing there on there I see hey come on let's go he's a proud duck

yeah that's gonna be something else that environment there's a really good weekend even that Colorado game at night if it was at Kansas State it wouldn't be as good, but it's at Colorado, so it's going to be saucy and sassy. Those kids up there,

they love a good party on a Saturday, up in the Boulder. Saucy and sassy. Well, you know, up there, cannabis is legal. I think it's legal down here as well. I know, but that up in Boulder, it gets a little sideways.

Yeah, are they skiing in Boulder yet? Is it snowing? What's going on? It'll snow in about four weeks, five weeks. No, no, no, no, no, thanks. I like my Halloween snowless. By the way, you live in a community in America that loves its Halloween. You're talking about saucy and sassy.

Drake May's debut this weekend for the Patriots. This game may be appearing in headlines pretty shortly. May was taking 30% of practice reps before now, and Patriots OC Alex Van Pelt says now is the time to see what May has to offer. You know, I think it's a combination of a couple of things, really. Offensively, we're not where we want to be, you know, from production standpoint, especially in the past game. I think that leads to some of that decision and also the fact to see his growth

and development over those weeks of practice and what he's put on the practice field. I think two of those combined. Yeah. Excited? I thought he was the rawest of the college quarterbacks. I thought he had a nice ceiling. I think there's some Justin Herbert here, but not quite as refined coming out of college,

not as polished. Big kid moves well, nice arm. He's not, you know, the accuracy thing. Mechanically, you get better coaching in the NFL than college by far. So I think when they clean his stuff up, and, you know, maybe six, seven weeks, they've cleaned it up. He's interesting prospect, though. He's a big kid that moves well.

Patriots offense cannot get worse. We know that, right? We got some numbers for you. Points per game 31st, total yards per game 31st, passing yards per game last. 119 passing yards a game, Colin, in the NFL in 2020. That's just not going to work. Yards per play 31st and offensive TDs tied for DFL.

I mean, Colin, this is, they're unwatchable. Like, if you pan the league. I was going to take Patriots against the Texans, week. That's the side. A lot of people like that. Well, it is. It's the wise guys love it, but it's, if they went out and threw a goose egg and didn't score against the Texans, you wouldn't be shocked. Yeah, that's in play. So it's like, I, there's a lot of games as well. By the way, the easiest wise guy side is Carolina

in division rivals six points against Atlanta and Kirk Cousins. I couldn't play it. The Sharps love New England and they love Carolina, but I think week six, take your quarterback. the league's going to start to separate. Yeah, it's got to have some intestinal fortitude to rock with the Patriots this week. But we may talk about them in the final segment. Anyways, let's move on to the Dallas Cowboys. Remember last week, Jordan Lewis at the end of the game, he was talking trash to George Pickens and the Steelers? Yeah.

Pickens just grabbed his face mask and tossed him to the ground. Yep. Kind of startling. Well, Lewis has a rep as a big trash talker, and now he's going to be defending Lions wide receiver Amonra St. Brown. on Sunday. Here's what Brown said about the matchup. I typically don't get too involved. I might say something back a little,

but for the most far, it just fires me up. Gets me going, so I love it. He's really become a great pro. Fourth round pick. Dad was a legendary bodybuilder. Yeah. He was funny at USC. He was so good in high school and so good as a freshman.

Then he kind of plateaued. He's not a speed guy. I mean, he can run, but he's strong, good hands, great routes, but that kid has the work ethic. He has made himself into a great pro. He is a worker. You can see his route running, his hands. Like, he's a craftsman. When you watch him, that kid is put the time in. It's interesting. This game opened at three and a half. Meaning, like, market-wide. I stayed away. Detroit's the side. They're the better team. Even on the road, we're three and a half. And it's now three everywhere. So a lot of people like the Cowboys at home in this spot.

I saw him against Baltimore and the Saints at home. Home field advantage in Dallas does not exist. They're too slow. I mean, have you seen the Ezekiel Elliott rushing numbers? He's now, it looks like maybe third street. If you put him on a fast track, I think, to your point, you take Micah out. It's not very athletic team. There's an outside chance he returns.

He hasn't been ruled out yet. We should know more today. I just, this game, I'm befuddled as to who likes the Cowboys. Did you like anything you saw from them against Pittsburgh? I like Dax's final drive, not really going to C.D. Lamb much. I thought Dax's final drive was very professional. With two key Pittsburgh defenders out, High Smith and Herbig, were both out of the game. I know. I know. I know.

Final story is, oh, let's go back to the Cleveland Browns, one of the worst teams in the NFL this season, and arguably the worst quarterback situation in the league. Would you factor in Watson's contract and how he's played? So trading Amari Cooper has been on the table apparently for weeks. it could provide the Browns with salary cap relief, but Cooper, he's being a pro. He says he's focused on being a Cleveland Brown. I'm not thinking about that.

I'm not thinking about us not winning some games. I'm thinking about us winning some games, so that doesn't even cost my mind. I like that. I've always liked him. I wouldn't pay him a fortune, but I'd pay him. I like him. He's a grown-up.

He's a solid one, but he's a great two, if he's your number two receiver. Yeah, that's right. Because he's a burner. He's a matchup problem. He's got great footwork and hands. He had a game last. Do you remember what Joe Flacco was his quarterback against the Texans had like 295 yards

or some insane numbers? Yeah. He's good, man. Jay Mack with the news. Well, that's the news. And thanks for stopping by. The Heard Live News. So Albert Breer was on earlier.

I thought it was unbelievable that Arthur Smith came out yesterday and said he really likes Justin Fields because you don't get any drama with him and he doesn't live through his avatar. Total shot at Russell Wilson. And Albert Breer, I asked him earlier, were you surprised by that? The momentum in that building has been stick with Justin Fields. He is loved by the coaching staff. He has made progress week over week.

You know, what they see in Justin Fields is a guy that they can really work with. And I do think that they feel like there are some limitations to what they can do if they put Russell Wilson out there. And so I think they're viewing this not only on where the two players are right now, but where they're going to be in November, where they're going to be in December, Brian, who's ultimately going to give them the best chance in January. Yeah, that whole thing is. You know, we actually predicted that. So we had big predictions before the season.

I said, Denver's better than you think. Washington will make the playoffs. And Russ, Justin Fields. Remember my prediction, Ryan? I said, Justin's going to end up starting because he's relatable. He doesn't make any money like most of their young players. And he's cool. He's a really nice guy.

Everybody loved him in Chicago even when he was losing games. So those three we've been right on, those we've hit on. J-Mack, what was your big preseason prediction? I obviously missed on Minnesota being the best team in the history of football. That one I missed on. I think we liked Vikings, right? Well, I think we respected the Vikings. We also both said, I said I thought the Niners and Dallas had peaked.

I thought Dallas would come down. I thought Niners would stay the same, but they won't grow. Pittsburgh was my big whiff. Remember, I was out here talking tough. Well, I don't know if they're a whiff. I don't know if, no, Pittsburgh, first of all, Baltimore is great. Cincinnati's going to win some games. Wait, is Pittsburgh losing to the Raiders this weekend?

It's a field goal game. Oh, interesting. I don't think they will, but it's a field goal game. How about this one? Will Russell Wilson take a snap on Sunday against the Raiders? He's going to be active, according to time. No, no. Do you think he will?

I think Russ is going to be itching to get on the field, and I wonder if Fields is kind of looking over his shoulder a little bit. It sounds like the OC wants fields, right? but does the head coach say, hey man, you have a delivered. I think Mike kind of lets the o-s. This is not a Kenny Pickett situation. It just nothing worked.

Justin Fields makes plays. He's talented. I mean, even Russell Wilson can be elusive and extend plays. I mean, Justin Fields, I said when he was in Chicago, he's too good not to get a second chance. I mean, Donald and Baker got a third and a fourth chance. Justin's too talented not to get a second chance. I wouldn't build around him, but he's big.

This Ravens defense, we've got to be honest. They're not good. I know they shut down Buffalo, but that was fluky. Bengals went up and down the field, and I think Washington could do the same. Keep on. Give me your upset. So you have Washington beating Baltimore. I'm going to take the Jets over Buffalo. It's a good spot for the Jets. Better win this game. My favorite pick of the week is the Packers. That's a very random five-point favorite at home? I always told you. There's a lot of three and three-and-a-halfs. There's a lot of six and a half, seven-seven-and-a-halfs. There's not many fives.

When I see a five, I take the favorite. That's a bat signal, a dead number. That's the bat. dead number of five take the favorite. All right, the former newspaper man, he kicked that career to the curb and upgraded to television and digital and gambling. He has flourished in all three. We call it tomorrow's headlines today.

Texans Patriots virtually unwatchable, what say you? Listen, I have taken jabs at the Patriots all week. They announced Drake May is starting lots of stuff going on there. However, the headline will be Drake a leg. May get standing O after taking final knee. I think there's an upset at play here. This has come off to seven down to six and a half, as you can see on the screen. Colin, there are some things working against the Texans here.

First and foremost, Nico Collins going on the IR. This team is not the same offense without Nico Collins stretching the field. And you have, oh, well, we got Stefan Diggs. It's fine. Christian Gonzalez has locked down some of the better receivers in this league. so far this season he was injured last year. But he's a young quarterback who's excellent. You put him on digs. It's like, okay, Stroud,

what do you got? We'll see about Joe Mixin. We know how hit or miss they've been without him. There are some numbers that are interesting on CJ Stroud as a big favorite. He's not good. Two and eight against the spread is a big favorite. There's a big number to cover. Again, I don't think the Patriots are good. Let's be clear. But they will be feisty here, and I think there's a chance

they pull out the dub late. This next one, I just I know who you're picking. I want to see the headline tomorrow's headlines today the now healthy eagles hosting the browns on fox yeah again you know uh people who have been watching the show all week you know we've been all over the eagles here browns are a disaster the headline will be oh sequin you see brown stars spangled by seriani how about that alliteration just jumping off the page listen this is the biggest spread of the week we haven't seen a lot of nine and a half this season this did touch ten

We're talking about a Cleveland Brown team, Colin. Very beat up. Sounds like they're going to be down two starting offensive linemen. We know Fongio dialed up some interesting stuff against the Saints a few weeks ago. With extra time to prepare, I expect the Eagles to come out here not only healthy on offense. With Brown, with Lane Johnson, with Devante Smith, they should be able to torch a Brown's team. Colin, I hate saying players are quitting. These are pros making a lot of money.

But I was on Cleveland last week. And after they fell behind, it was just like, ah. So it's over. We don't trust our quarterback to bring us back. Getting torched down the field. This is a Philadelphia team that can be explosive. They've kind of struggled a little bit at times. I know you don't love Siriani.

There's a big game for them. They've had some first half. They don't start quickly on a consistent basis. Like when they're ugly, they're ugly fast. Yeah. If you look at the Deshaun Watson stats, there's no argument. He is QB 31 or 32. Depending on whether or not you put Bryce Young in there,

whether or not he's played enough stats. It just hasn't been good. officially ruled out. We know he's close to returning. I can't make a case for the Browns. Give me the Eagles off the buy, winning and covering. All right. To me, the game of the weekend here on Fox, the oil leak will begin with the Dallas Cowboys. Tomorrow's headlines today. Off a buy. Lions at the Cowboys. Mike has hit or miss. We don't know if he'll play.

So listen, there's some data off a buy that in the last like five years. The buy doesn't matter as much as it used to. I think it helps with sharp offensive coaches. Yes. Ben Johnson. Qualifies. Andy Reid McVeigh helps a little bit. Shanahan, it helps. The headline for Lions Cowboys will be

Claw Abiding Citizen. Lions Find Cowboys guilty of fraud. By the way, side note, if you haven't seen Law Abiding Citizen, amazing movie. If you like revenge, it's spectacular. It looks like you haven't seen it. I'm on the Lions here. I don't care

that this came off three and a half and people respected betters have driven this down and are back in the Cowboys. Kyle, just a couple numbers. Jaron Gough on the road, last 16 games, 13 and 3 against his spread. Oh, by the way, Dak Prescott, in his last 10 as a dog, 2 and 8, when he has to play good teams that are supposed to beat him, he doesn't deliver. You've said this before. He is a front-running quarterback.

When they're playing a bad team and they go up a little bit. Oh, he looks like Tyson and his prime. Snowball rolling down a hill. Then you've got to face good teams. And again, I maintain that Pittsburgh loss or the Pittsburgh win that Dallas. They didn't play well. Dallas had that game handed to him. Yeah.

And I don't see Detroit doing that again. Detroit off the by, two weeks to prepare for a Dallas defense. This kind of a mass unit cannot really stop the run. What do the lions do better than anyone? Run the football behind that awesome offensive line. Ragnow trending toward playing this week. I'm sorry. I like Detroit here.

So do I. Finally. Tomorrow's headline today. Bengals at the Giants. This would have made my blazing five. I was going to take the Giants. Malik neighbors out. He is special.

They're a different offense with him. They don't have him. I passed. What say you? What? What? A little chicken there. Hi.

Backing off your pick. Bangle Giants, first game I bet this week. Absolutely love it. Sunday night football. I don't think it's going to be a great game. The headline will be. Day ball. Day ball.

Bengals come and get a win at our home. You like that? I do. I love the Bengals here. I just feel like this is a New York. team. They were lucky on the spot last week. I missed it. You know, we talked a little bit about Seattle after playing the Lions and some regression. Colin, this is a New York Giants team that's been an underdog. Are you ready for

this? 21 straight games. What? 21 straight games as an underdog. They're not a good football team. This is even better, okay? And again, I'm saving some good stuff. Daniel Jones, your favorite quarterback. He's 1 in 14 in primetime games. What are games in prime time against good teams. Yeah. His last five primetime games he's lost. He just doesn't deliver when the spotlight is bright on him.

Yeah. And I know the Bengals haven't been really good this season. They're one and four. Well, their offense has been. Their offense have been phenomenal. And I anticipate them shredding the Giants. I will also point out, remember when the Bengals lost to Washington and the sky was falling Monday night football?

They went to Carolina, won and covered, not really a problem. Again, the sky's falling for Sinti. They collapsed against the Ravens. let's just take a deep breath. The New York Giants are not a good football team. Let's not overreact to what we just saw against Seattle. By the way, Seattle can't stop anybody. Because it's not the lions, giants, Niners.

I think that's a massive overreaction. I think the Bengals are the side here, Colin, for sure. I am actually surprised that you, because I think the Jets feels like anytime a good quarterback plays awful and a talented team plays, like makes a ton of mistakes on a standalone game.

They almost always play well the next week. The Jets are also a home dog. So my initial response to this was Buffalo's the side. But then this morning I get up and I start looking at the injury reports and you don't have the slot receiver, James Cook now.

So my initial feeling was Buffalo. Because they've played poorly. But then when you start looking at the injury report, it's a boy. And the Jets match up pretty good with Buffalo. Well, no, Josh Allen has struggled against these corners. The Jets defense, right? So this is the fandom speaking, okay?

I picked the Jets in headlines the last two weeks. They lost both those games. Mentally, I'm fried on this team. They fire the coach. I don't know what the hell's going to happen Monday night. I assume the stadium's going to be juiced up. It's Buffalo. It's a rivalry.

It's first place. And the Jets are probably the side. But picking them two weeks in a row and losing, it's just tough to go back to the well, you know, and I don't want to give out. I had two other games. I was going to go Bucks and I was going to go Titans. I can't get involved with the Jets now.

I just sometimes, you know, you don't have this problem as an NFL guy because you don't have like, you're not a fan of a team. That's right. That's why Nick Wright struggles with the chiefs. He just, he's got the blinders on. Yeah, but they never lose. Well, in the playoffs, they don't lose. And this season, they haven't lost that. Okay.

So earlier today, an hour ago, we did a, we had a, we play a game. We don't do this a ton, but we did it. We do it every, you know, once a month. We'll take a quarterback. And we'll just say, all right, put them up against each other. Today, what quarterback would you like? I'm not talking about the last five years or the next five years. Just better than Brock.

So I said, Dak, Jared Goff, Jordan, Love, C.J. Stroud, Jaden, Daniels, Bow, Nicks, Trevor Lawrence, Caleb Williams, Kirk Cousins, Baker Mayfield, Kyler Murray, are better than Brock. I said, Sam Darnald's, too reckless, two a can't stay healthy. Jalen Hertz has become a turnover machine. And Aaron, I just, I think he's pretty. I don't think Aaron's a real good quarterback the last year and a half he's played. You were bothered. Now, you said you went to the audience, so I get off social.

What was the one the audience did not like? Well, the Bo Nix one sent people into having like. Convulsions. Exactly. To say Bo Nicks after five games, and not five good games, particularly. Like, he has not been outstanding. If I said I like Brock better than Bo Nix. I think there still would have been outrage.

I mean, Colin, you're my guy. But can you find me two quarterback metrics in which Jordan Love is better than Brock Purdy in their careers? Or in last year, or in the last two years. Yeah. More athletic, better. That's not a quarterback metric. Heights. Come on.

Speed. That just stuff. Come on. If I said, I like this one quarterback, he's more athletic and a better arm. Can I start with that? Well, it is your show. That's literally like saying, I mean, I mean, there's not much to it. If I said a pitcher, he's got a better heater and his change-ups great.

I got the better pitcher. Your guys got a splitter, a seven-finger fastball, whatever. Is that a thing, a seven-finger fastball? Whatever. The point being is, but it's not just Jordan Love. Jordan Love is a more athletic with a better whip. Jordan's got an arm. So what's Kyler Murray better than that?

Brock Party. Better athlete, by far. By far a better athlete. Not even close. Like one guy is a major league baseball first. So should we change your title? Who's a better athlete than Brock. Caleb Williams.

What does Caleb Williams show you through five games? Not potential, just through five games. Bigger, stronger athlete, power arm, and getting really good fast. See, this is where you and I disagree. When you are asked to carry a business, that's different than a. Sit next to the star and just don't say a cuss word on the air. Building is hard. The pressure on Caleb or Kyler Murrick.
