So I was saying this earlier, the NBA, most of its stars have been in big cities, the Celtics, the Lakers, Miami Heat have become a brand. The Knicks have been irrelevant for the last 20 years plus. I actually think right now the NBA desperately needs the New York Knicks, not just Jalen Brunson, but it's almost the brand. They got a great rating the other night because you look at some of these series in Minnesota and O KC and Denver. They're not big brands. You know, Milwaukee's gone.

Indiana could be good. Cleveland, not really a brand without LeBron. Chris Broussard joining us live. I want to go to Denver and Minnesota. It took Jordan a long time. He went to college for a couple years. He met the Pistons dynasty and the Celtics dynasty. Then they aid.

He got Pippin and he broke through. So Anthony Edwards doesn't have to win a title this year. But to be the face of the league, you have to have a very unique game, a dynamic game, and you got to win titles. That's why Barclay was great, but never the face of the league. You got to win big. Is Minnesota championship level, or generally it steps? But I don't know. I watched them against Denver, and I'm like, well, Ant looked like easily the best player on the floor to me.

Yeah, I do think they're championship level. I actually picked them to win this series against Denver. I picked them in seven. Now I'm thinking they might be able to get rid of them in six. But they have everything they need, Colin, to win this series. And I'm not completely writing off the nuggets. I respect Yolkich, Murray, Michael Malone, all these guys to really make this thing a fight. But look, they've got the size to make it tough on Yokic and Gobert,

Carl Anthony Towns, both are seven-footers, then Nas Reed. And I'm telling you, one of the most surprised. things to me Saturday night was seeing how hard Yokic had to work. He played great, 32, 9, and 8. But he had to work hard. The Lakers series, he controlled every minute of the game that he was on the floor. Even when he wasn't scoring, he was controlling it. This game, I didn't feel like he controlled at all.

They made it tough on him. So they've got the size. They've got the one superstar in Anthony Edwards that, when all else fails, can take over and seems to rise to the occasion. And he's a team guy. Yeah. They got experience in Gobearing Michael Mike Conley. They got two coaches, Chris Finch and Michael Norey, who were on the Nuggett staff with Yokin, so they know his game.

So, and they play the best defense in the league. So I actually do think they can win not only this series, but look, usually we would say a team this young can't win. But look at everybody else. Dallas is fairly young because of Luca. OKC obviously is young. Boston is experienced, but young. Like, they got a shot. Yeah.

You have a good feel of the heartbeat of the Knicks. I thought Philadelphia would win this series, but I did think it was one of those series, maybe like Denver, Minnesota, where you watch a couple of games and you're like, oh, no, New York's going to win this series. It's an effort series. It's a hustle series. They're better late. What do you make against them?

You know, you can make the argument that they spend a lot of energy. emotional, physical against Sixers, and they could come in flat early in the series against Indiana. What's your guess here? No, I like the Knicks to win this one. I picked them against Philly and seven. I got them in six against Indiana. I think they're the better team. I think Philly Healthy was the better team than the Knicks.

But like you said, the Knicks did have advantages in heart. I think both are good coaches, Tibadoe and Nick Nurse. But they obviously are well-coached team. and their hustle and heart, I think, was advantage for the Knicks. And this one, it's going to be a test of wills. The Knicks want to play a little slower, right? Half court and let Brunson do his thing, and the Pacers want to run. So the quick question is, can the Pacers rebound with the Knicks and get the ball out and make the tempo fast?

Whoever controls the tempo in this series is going to win it. Second thing quickly, Colin, Tyrese Halliburton, look, he has. hasn't been the same. He came back early from injury, you know, I guess to his credit, but hasn't been the same player since. Can he find a way to play as well as he was early in the season when the Pacers were rolling and he was looking like a superstar? If he can do that, they got a shot, but I'm betting he won't in this series and I think the Knicks will prevail. So the Lakers will be looking for their eighth coach in 14 years. If it was an NFL franchise, We would think it was Carolina, just a complete circus, but the Lakers have a big brand.

I think my feeling is LeBron is mostly. He's good at crafting his image, and he's mostly been like, hey, I don't make the decisions around here. It's somebody else. But this time he's getting huge pushback that the Lakers announced we want Darwin. A week later, he's out. And the feeling is, LeBron said, I'm not coming back for this. Does it ding LeBron? I mean, how good of a coach do you think they can get?

Who wants this job? Well, that's the look, did LeBron order the hit, so to speak? Yeah. I doubt it. But he certainly didn't defend Darvin Ham. We saw his public comments. And all of them, if LeBron says publicly or privately, keep Darwin, we'll be fine. Then he's there.

That's as simple as that. So however much blame you want to put him, you can definitely say he didn't give him a lifeline by any stretch. and the cryptic things that LeBron tends to do certainly hurt him. It was a huge mistake. And again, I'm not saying Darvaham is Phil Jackson. But look at the landscape, Colin. Who's out there? They want Ty Lou.

Good luck. I mean, the Clippers are trying to sign. He's already got a year left. The Clippers are trying to give him an extension. Balmer, we know, will pay whatever amount it takes. And even if Ty Lou doesn't want the extension, if for some odd reason he wasn't coaching the Lakers this year or the Clippers this year, there's no way Bombers allowing him to go to the Lakers for next season.

That's out of the question. There were reports they wanted Jason Kidd. Obviously, he just got the contract extension with Dallas. Kenny Atkinson, LeBron looked funny at Eric Spolstra and David Blatt, because it was like, they got a swag. They carried themselves with a swagger. They haven't really earned yet. What have they done?

What's he going to think about Kenny Atkinson? All right, who Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving ran out of Brooklyn. All right, Mike Boothin, hoeser, okay, he's probably, honestly, probably about the best out there. I would look at Mark Jackson. We know his name has been mud for some reason in NBA coaching circles or front office circles, at least in terms of hiring. He would be, I think, a good hire. But if they don't go there, probably Bootinthos is the best out there. but Darvin Ham learned under Bootin Hoeser.

Darvin Ham, a lot of the same criticisms of Ham were criticisms of Boon Hoes. He doesn't adjust in the playoffs, right? He lost in the first round with a more talented team in Milwaukee a few times. So it's just, there's no one out there. Had they thought this out, you keep Darvin Ham and next year, and then if it doesn't go well, maybe Ty Loo's available. You get word to Tyloo, hey, this doesn't go where. You know what I mean?

Like, so it just was a mistake because there's no one. There's no Phil Jackson out there that you're going to go get. JJ Redick has no experience whatsoever. And it's a tough job too, Colin. Who wants it? Who really is dying to coach it? Because you know if you lose, you're going to get criticized. If you win, you might not get much credit, Lala Frank Vogel.

and they're going to lose. That's great, and you know how great I think LeBron is. We all know how great is. He's done winning championships. The only chance I would give them a winning the championship next year, whoever the coach is, is if they somehow got Kyrie Irving from Dallas. That's not happening. They're going to be good, but they're not going to win a championship.

Minnesota, Dallas, OKC, they're not going anywhere, and here's going to come Memphis once they get John Morant back. No, they're not going to win, so it's going to be a tough job because you're going to get a lot of criticism. So I'm starting to see that there's a through line. We also have AIDS on the table right now. Thank you for finishing that sentence. Yes. I don't think there's a more important year for black people. Really? Yeah. For me, it's one of the most important years for black people in American history.

Yeah, it's, if I asked you, there's going to be one huge NBA trade in the offseason when the season ends. There's going to be one. Phoenix says they're going to bring it back. Orlando is going to go big game hunting. A bunch of young kids. They want a guy. So I'll keep your eye on Orlando. We know the Knicks are interested. Paul George could leave one big trade. What is your guess, your hunch? Well, I'm going to tell you what I think, what I would like to see. And if I were running one of these teams what I would do. If I'm New York, if I'm Philadelphia, sure, I got some interest in Paul George without question. But first, my first option, I'm trying to trade for Kevin Durant.

Now, maybe Phoenix doesn't want to do it, but they're not going to win a championship either as currently constructed. And so it might behoove them to try to start going younger, get some assets, and say, Devin Booker's still young enough, he's got a second act for sure. So you could build around Devin Booker. You can't trade Bradley Bill, I don't think, with that contract. So see what you can get for Kevin Durant. New York's got some nice players, nice role-type players, right? They got draft picks.

So Philadelphia's got the space to absorb Kevin Durant to their contract. They got some draft picks. So those two teams, I would look at Kevin Durant. That's what I would do. Brew as always. Great seeing you, buddy. All right, Kyle. Colin. Thanks.

All right. Yeah, it's Orlando. They've been some stars there through the years. That's Shaq, you know. They've got a good roster. Just need a guy.

Yeah. Orlando. You ever been there? I've got a lot of relatives there. They are listening to the show every day so I cannot besmirch the good name of Orlando. It's a fine city. When you have a bunch of good young players,

you're not paying them and you need one dude, it'd be fun to play. Wouldn't it be fun to kind of like be... Well, I mean, I think Paul George's, agent is using Orlando as leverage. Orlando's going to pay my guy. So pony up. Steve Balmer. And Ballmer will say, yeah, I got to do it. Just like he's got to pay to keep Ty Lou. Right? I mean, Tyloo's not going Laker. We don't Jason kids off the table now. He's staying with the Mavs. You know, I've said this as a ERAJet's fan, and I've said this for years, that

the answer for fans, and I get it, fans are emotional, is fire the coach. But you do get, because you and I have moved around the country in our careers. Let's personalize it. You do look at a company and go, do they give people a chance? Do you get a four-year contract? You know what I mean? Like, you look when you have options in life and the Chicago Bears don't generally get the best scouts, right? Because the McCaskies don't have the money, the jets. You know, fire people. They don't get the best people. They get Joe Douglas, who was a young guy never given the chance. But would a Chris Ballard consider the Jets or a Howie Roseman? No, they wouldn't consider it. like the best GMs would be like, no, I'm not going to the Jets. So what happens is a lot of times with companies that just their answer is firing is you have to overpay for people.

And, you know, like the Knicks, when they were a mess, you know, they paid a fortune. They had to massively overpay Phil Jackson to be something he never had been, a GM. And then Phil Jackson called Steve Kerr. And Steve Kerr's like, no, thank you. I don't want it. If the Knicks had had two coaches in 12 years, you can get Steve Kerr as a coach. But Kerr looked at it and went, it's a circus. So the answer is always, let's just fire people. That sends a message.

It's like having five divorces. Six, you know, somebody may go at some point. I don't know. What's going on there? You know, so it's like, I think we always just say, get rid of the coach. The Lakers run their eight coach in 14 years. I mean, you're just on the no-fly list. Like, they're just people have no interest flying.

Okay, but other guys who have coached for LeBron and won a title, take Ty Loo, for example, Frank Vogel. They're always going to get jobs because they got a champion. on the resume. They know what it takes to win a title. Here's another thing hurting the Lakers. They're not a big money franchise. People think they are. The Yankees are. The Dodgers are. You know, the Philadelphia Eagles are. Some of these, you know, the Rams have big money. The Niners. The Lakers don't pay their coach $10 million a year. Miami does. Mickey Erison does. So the Lakers, they invite you out here. We'll give you $3.5 million. Have you looked at L.A. real estate? Have you looked at the tax rate? You lose half to the tax rate. You lose half to the

And you know. Come on, the heat, we're not paying spolster big bucks. Now they're paying him big bucks in long-times. But he was always well-paid. Now, he's wildly well-paid. Now, the Warriors paid big-backed. He doesn't want a title without LeBron. He's a very good coach, but he has not won a chip without LeBron.

He has been to the finals. So they're going to have to pay Darvindham not to coach, one of the poorest ownership groups. What do you think they're going to pay the next coach? Four million. Well, it depends. Where are you going? I don't, let's just take JJ Redick off. If I gave you $4 million, Orlando, four million.

Lakers. I'd take Orlando. I get that young roster. Well, Orlando's not open. Moseley was almost the coach of the year. No, I'm just saying. You look at Orlando and roll your eyes. You give me OKC for 4 million or L.A. Wait a minute. Not even close. Orlando hasn't won a playoff series wins since like 2010. It's not like that franchise

has its act together. I get a great GM. I get rising stars. I got draft. The OKC job is a million times better than the Lakers job. That's not even close. The OKC, yes. Orlando, no. Orlando's good. It's a good job. I mean, OKC job, maybe the best in the league.

Yeah, but it's not open. The guy just won't coach to the year. But we're arguing. We're doing theoretical here. I'm saying, imagine yourself ever saying this. The Orioles is a better job than the Yankees. The answer is never. Okay, fine.

Bucks or Lakers? What's a better job? Don't rush. Take your time. Well, I don't like the Bucks space right now. So the Lakers is better than the Bucs. But you're giving me like a space that I don't think is good at all. Lakers have the opportunity here to deal some picks.

Bucks were like, one day the second or third seat? third seat in the in the east that's like winning the the Mountain West Conference, come on. Okay, well, Clippers, Clippers or Lakers. Take your time.

New facility, old questionable guys. I would take the Lakers. Okay, so now the Lakers jobs better than the Bucks and the Clippers. Well, but remember, right now the Bucks isn't open and the Clippers isn't open.

You're giving me really bad examples of the oldest roster and the most dysfunctional. But I'm saying this idea, in the NFL, the Kansas City Chiefs has almost always been a better job than the Jets because of the Hunt family. That's almost always been a better job.

Not just now, but it was always a good solid job. The Hunt family knew what they were doing. The Packers is always a good job. You don't get crazy owner. Packers has been a better job than the Bears most of my life. Right. But in the NBA, the Celtics and Laker jobs should be better empirically over OKC. And right now, it's not close.

Yeah, OKC's built for the future, yes. Well, but super bright GM. draft picks, rising stars. We need the maps to spank them and knock them down. I'm done with the OKC talk. The series hasn't even started. Like this OKC hype. Let's slow down.

I know Chet's awesome. SGA's very, very good. But let's just, Luca's going to dispatch these guys, okay? All right. All right. J. Mack with a news. No, no, no, no. Turn on the news.

This is the herd line news. We actually had some breaking news in the NBA. Rudy Gobert missed today's shoot-around. Oh, trouble. Minnesota, Denver tonight. He's being listed as quills. questionable for tonight's game, too, due to personal reasons. Gobert's about to become a father, so I guess if his wife or girlfriend,

whoever goes into labor, maybe Gobert misses the game. Now, they did win game one, very impressively. Gobert was strong defensively. Minnesota's size really dominated Yokic. He was 11 of 29 in game one. Quietly, Yokic is not having a great postseason. First against the Lakers, and now again. Well, he's productive.

but he hasn't, it doesn't feel like to me he's been quite as efficient. Yeah, interesting how that, huh? Interesting how that works. What? What's so funny about that? I thought he was a best player in the league by a mile, and I was like, ooh, five postseason games. A little struggle bus. I called him a great statute.

He had 32 points. On 29 shots. That's not efficient. It's not good. I could get 32 points if you give me 29 shots. Not the NBA, but. Well, I mean, Yokuch took nine threes in game one. So clearly he's sending a message like, hey, going inside here,

rough. They're big. Because Gobert's not playing him. Gobert's off of him and then you've got to go over towns and Gobert. I don't know. How's this, Colin? If Denver doesn't smack them down tonight, Denver's in real trouble. Like if Minnesota loses by two. Uh-oh. Well, Rudy Gober

are you telling me Rudy Gobert's not playing? He's questionable. We don't know. He missed shoot-around. If his wife goes into labor, I guess he's buying out. Well, what's on the script? Yeah. Well, it's official that he's out? No, he's listed as questionable, yeah. No, no, not your script. I mean, the NBA script. What envious? Stop.

Can we conspiracy theorists? We take a text from Aaron Rogers during the break. Next up, the Clippers eliminated Friday from the playoffs. Now a lot of questions about their offseason future. The Athletic reports that Clippers hope to keep Paul George and James Hardin to mitigate the seemingly inevitable injuries. Like they needed this season to figure it out? I'm sorry. I felt bad laughing at that.

Paul George and James Hardin are set to become free agents this summer. Hoops hype reports the Clippers don't want to offer George more than Kauai's 3-153 because Leonard is viewed as their best player. Paul George must love hearing that. Well, Paul George is their best player because he's also, if he's a notch below Kauai, he's also available. He's around all the time, yeah. Yeah. I don't understand.

If you told me, oh, you got a Maserati, you get it about one day a week. Or you have, you know, that's Mercedes, but you get it seven days a week. Oh, you know, whatever the nicest, you know, the most expensive car. If you don't give me consistency, I'm out. I don't care in life. I need consistently. I'm a creature of habit. The coaches walk into that clipper building, 345, they have no idea if he's playing.

I'm out. I'm not interested in that. I just sometimes wonder, like, what if I started to pull some of that? Oh, you'd be out. Let me tell you some right now. I go get Paul George and kick you to the curb. Final story is the Chiefs. They added another playmaker for Patrick Mahomes with Xavier Worthy, the burner from Texas.

He checked in at a buck. 69, I think that's less than I wait. It feels like his weight won't hurt his chances of the NFL, he thinks. I weigh it and I was 69, but I don't think I took the kids, I delivered them. But no, I feel like it's not going to be a problem. I feel like just understanding your strengths and your weaknesses, I feel like that's the big thing in the league. Don't obviously try to go hit a 215 pound line linebacker. So just understanding your weight, understanding your strengths, like I said, and DJ was obviously, he came in the league 169

and understood his strength, so just using your strengths to your strength. I'm really interested to see him play. Texas got hurt a lot, some drops. There's no question he jumps off the TV. Like, when you watch him, you're like, who's that guy? He can really run.

But it was, you know, I worry about guys that get hurt in college. Yeah. Derwin James, coming over the middle. You think he's going to lay the lumber? But I'm just saying... I've seen so many small, brittle guys just not deliver. He is, again, Andy Reed and Mahomes will probably make it work. But you get to the bottom of the first round, and those guys come with something,

and he, I like Mitchell. I thought that's the guy that I would have drafted. He fell a little bit, too, I believe, your Colts. So remember, Devante Smith of the Eagles came in with some similar weight issues a couple years back. Yeah, but Devonte is bigger than that guy. I mean, he's like 174 or whatever. It's not that much bigger.

Devante plays big. I never even consider Devante Adams weight. He plays big. He wrestles the ball awake. I don't know. How much is Devante Smith? Oh, you're talking Devante Smith. I thought you're talking to Vonté.

Eagles. Oh, no, no. I think there were, I was concerned about him. And he's been good. He's been excellent, yeah. But I had concerns about him as well. And he's worked. Did you say Adams or Smith?

That was my bed. I hope I said Smith. I hope I said. It is Monday. You know, and the top-rated roast is in my head. Yeah. I'm dizzy from washing that roast. I didn't even drink.

I'm down to talk about crack on day, but just so you know. I mean, at this point, Mark, this is the second episode where we've discussed crack. So I'm starting to see that there's a through line. We also have AIDS on the table right now. Thank you for finishing that sentence. I don't think there's a more important year for black people. Really? Yeah.

He was very early in it and very funny in it. And, you know, I just talked to him. I said, you know, going into it, what did you expect, and how did it land for you?

And I knew it was going to be rough on Tom, and I knew they were going to come back at me, too. But, you know, I mean, a roast is a roast, right? You got to go all in. Otherwise, it doesn't work. But, man, it was so damn funny, Colin. And just sitting there. I was glad that I was up early. There was a lot of pressure to go early.

You know, people have been drinking very much, so I actually had to be funny. they couldn't just be wasted. And, but I was really glad I went early, so then I got to just sit back and laugh the rest of the time, man, it was funny as hell. So when it was over, I mean, literally, there was a moment with Belichick and Kraft at the podium with Kevin. Bill looked like the last place on earth he wanted to be. I get it.

He hated the documentary. I get it. But I will tell you this, Drew, I thought Belichick was a winner last night. He laughed. He laughed at himself. And I think Bill, the last several years, you know, came across his little. little combative and rigid. I thought Bill handled it.

I thought Bill was one of the winners last night. Your thoughts? Yeah, I agree with you, Colin. I think he, you know, Bill, look, you get him out of the office. He is a funny guy. He's a good person. You know, he's obviously very prickly around the office and in a professional setting. Yeah.

But I thought that was good for him last night. I didn't know if he was going to be there. I don't think they knew if he was going to be there until like maybe two days ago. and yeah I definitely thought he was a winner last night come in and you know be able to laugh at himself and be a little bit lighthearted and and then he and craft before the before the show they got some time to break it down just the two of them you know and nobody knows what was said but the two of them got to spend some time together which was great yeah Tom was mostly comfortable but I sat there and I thought oh man I I can laugh at myself but it's pretty rough was there ever a moment you thought

Man, we're being rough. We're being rough. We're going after everything here. You know, oh, man, some of the crypto stuff, I had honestly almost forgotten about that, and they went deep on that stuff on him. And then, but, you know, I mean, the truth is with Tom, you know, I mean, you can't make fun of his career. You can't make fun of his accomplishments.

So you've got to go personal. And I think that's what he signed up. for you know i mean i don't have a lot of stuff to make up make fun of him for but uh i can make fun of the fact that he's not married anymore so that's that's where i had to go but uh man he was uh no he was a good sport and uh you know i communicated with him before that and and his his point was look man all this stuff's already been said like none of this is brand new material um and so he's like might as well to say it to my face instead of uh just saying it on the side but yeah Dude, I'll tell you what was pretty interesting, though, man.

You're sitting up there, and everybody's on teleprompters and got all this stuff written before. But, dude, Rob Gronkowski is just Rob Grank, and that's what he's best at, is being Gronk. And so I'm up there looking at the teleprompter, like, dude, this guy is so far off script. I don't know if he's ever going to get back. And they weren't faking it, man. He and Kevin Hart were drinking lots of tequila sitting up there last night. Man, it was funny. Well, I'm glad you wore sunglasses.

I don't need to see those red eyes. Go hit one under. I know where you're at. It's a great course. Good luck to you. Yeah, going low today. Playing again with a bunch of the comedians today. So at the very least, we're going to laugh a lot.

And then I'm going to go home and get some rest for a couple of days. I'm too old for this stuff. So I said earlier, J-Mack said, I'm not a pyramid guy, whatever that means. Pyramid Scheme guy. So I did have my Patriots Pyramid. If you go to the 20-year dynasty, you didn't like that Randy Moss didn't make it. And I said, like KD to the Warriors, he was never part of their soul. But he was a really, really great player and their best player for a couple years.

So Brady, obviously, at the top, there's no disputing. Belichick and Kraft next. And again, push back on Kraft all you want. He meddled one time, and he was right. Otherwise, he didn't meddle. You ask any coach in this league, any GM. That's why the Hunt family, Bashati and Baltimore, or Stan Cronkey.

Meddling owners crush it. Most do. Then I think Gronk and Bruski are the two most valuable players after Brady. Gronk, I mean, literally, he took him to Tampa. Gronk was the ultimate, big range, break tackles, red zone weapon. Rani Moss could go over the top, but you don't get a lot of stuff over the top in the playoffs. Teams take it away. You couldn't take Gronk away. Bruske was a seven-time captain.

He wasn't the most talented. either was grunk, by the way. Randy Moss was more talented. Bruske, again, was a sole player. He was a Draymond Green player. All the signals went through Bruske, high IQ tough guy. Ernie Adams was basically the most trusted person in the building. Bill leaned on Ernie for personnel questions, coaching questions,

and he was a very likable element to the Apple Dock. And then I go, Edelman, Dante Scarnickey, the greatest offensive line coach probably ever. Their old lines are not. the same today as they were 10 years ago. There's a reason. Alex Guerrero, Adam Venetieri, and you can say what you want about Guerrero. But if you look at Brady,

he was viewed as a talented game manager in the first dynasty, and then it wasn't about his stats in the second one. It was about his youthfulness, that he never aged. Well, that's just not avocado ice cream. That is Alex Guerrero and those torturous workouts he went through on a daily

basis, TB12. And so people can bang on Guerrero, But there's a reason LeBron spends $2.5 million a year in his body. And Russell Wilson does and Brady does. And you find somebody that's kind of his Spengali, somebody he leans on. And I put, people are going to freak out with Guerrero and say, well, what about this player? Again, Brady, Grunk, Bruske, Edelman, not necessarily the last three, the most talented. But if you go to the Warriors, KD is not in that it's Kerr, Steph, Clay, Drayman.

and a lot of moving parts, some KD better than others. Yeah, KD would have been on like the third line with Bob Meyer. Maybe Bob Meyer's second line. But anyways, the only pushback I gave was, Moss. I think when you're looking at Bruske, Thai Law had arguably the better career. Vince Wolfork had arguably the better career more impactful.

I'm sure I would love to hear Belichick's thoughts on who he'd have in there. But then I would pull Guerrero and put Moss in. Well, Bill would not have Alex Guerrero. Bill would absolutely want to get him out of the building, right? Right. Right. And again, Garero was only there for a small time, as was Moss. But overall, I can't hate the-

If I'm going to put Bill Belichick's right-hand man, Ernie and Dante. No, but Ernie was there for like 15 years, right? Well, longer. Yeah. So if I'm going to put Bill's right-hand man, I can't put Brady's right-hand man, Alex Guerrero. It wasn't his right-hand man until like the last like eight years, though, was it? I don't remember Guerrero. That's when Tom became.

When did Tom become the goat? It wasn't in the first run. It was the second run. Tom, when he won the Atlanta Super Bowl, the next day it was understood, he's the goat, not Montana. And that life extension, that career extension, was on pliability in his workouts. So Guerrero got involved after his ACL injury in 2008. Staff just sent it. By the way, the staff sent me one.

They said, should Giselle be on there for allowing Tom to take less money? No, that's not how it works. That's not bad. staff just Give the guy some problems Which guy said that? Was that Alex? That's a good line Should Giselle be on the Patriots?

Well, I mean, at some point She had value, absolutely. Remarkable value. She was about many jokes last night At the, uh, yeah. Roast. Belichick was pretty funny. I haven't seen his part yet.

Yeah, I thought, I thought, my takeaway is it looked big. Netflix made it look big. I mean, Kim Kardashian got booed appropriately. She had no business been. there. What's her name? Glasser had an unbelievable Kim Kardashian line. Yeah, yeah. I was almost

in time. Nikki Glazer is great. Glazer, yeah, yeah. Nikki Glazer and Jeffrey Ross are probably the two best roasters. Yeah. I don't know Kevin Hart guy. I've seen him live twice. I think Kevin Hart's the funniest guy right now going in in comedy. It's very fun. Very, very good. But I mean,

roast is a different thing than stand-up. Like Kevin's like Chris Rock. He's all Leon stage. Like he has a huge presence and he owns the stage. Chappelle does that too. whereas roasting is different. It's a different skill set. And I think Ross and Nikki Glazer are...

Ross is good. It's kind of a different whole ball game. Like Jerry Seinfeld's a legend. I don't think he'd be a great roaster. He's not harsh enough. I'd like to see Jerry's... You've got to be almost inappropriate. I would like to see Jerry get inappropriate.

I'm sure he does. Remember, what's a guy's name from Full House? Who used to get... Kevin James. Bob Saggett. No, Bob Saggett was inappropriate. He was wild. And you didn't see that coming.

And then it was like, wow, that is hilarious. So I would like to see Seinfeld. Yeah, to be a great roaster, you have to cross a line regularly. I'm, that would, I would be a good roaster, I think. I wouldn't classify mistakes as crossing the line. I'm a habitual line crosser. Okay, sure. If you view yourself that way, okay, that's not how we view it.
