This is an I-Heart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.
Another podcast from some SNL, late-night comedy guy, not quite.
Unhumor me with Robert Smygel and friends.
Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman
help make you funnier.
This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer, Streeter Seidel,
help an a cappella band with their between songs banter.
Where does your group perform?
We do some retirement homes.
Those people are starving for banter.
Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel
and friends on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged. It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast's
superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds. I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
Listen to Superhuman on the IHard Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care what I'm saying.
Yep, that's me, Clifford Taylor the 4th.
You might have seen the skits, my basketball and college football journey, or my career in sports media.
Well, now I'm bringing all of that excitement to my brand new podcast, The Clifers Show.
This is a place for raw, unfilled conversations with athletes, creators, and voices that not only deserve to be heard,
but celebrated.
So let's get to it.
Listen to the Clifford show on the I Heart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast.
And for more behind the scenes,
follow at Clifford and at TikTok's podcast network on TikTok.
On the Look Back at it podcast.
From 1979, that was a big moment for me.
84's big to me.
I'm Sam J.
And I'm Alex English.
Each episode, we pick a year,
unpack what went down,
and try to make sense of how we survived it.
With our friends, fellow comedians,
and favorite authors.
Like Mark Lamont Hill on the 80s.
84 was a wild year. I don't think there's a more important year for black people.
Listen to look back at it on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Thanks for listening to The Heard podcast. Be sure to catch us live every weekday from 12 to 3 Eastern, 9 to noon Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and FS1.

You're listening to Fox Sports Radio.
Tom Silverstein has been covering the Packers for more than 30 years.
It's a pretty coveted beat if you work for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
It is the beat that I'm aware of in sports, certainly.
And the market has been, you know, you think of sometimes Milwaukee as a smaller baseball market,
but the Brewers have been interesting, the Bucks are NBA champs, the Badgers are always compelling,
and the Packers have become the most dramatic team in the NFL thanks to Aaron Rogers.
over the last cover a couple years, and Tom is now joining us live.
He wrote an article today with the kind of insight you just don't, you know, you're not going to get from where I sit.
You're not going to get it anywhere unless somebody knows the coming's and going to this.
And I guess, you know, my interpretation of the article is you're obviously a very well-connected guy.
And I'm not going to be idealistic about this.
Not everybody's Tom Brady.
But if I was Aaron Rogers knowing that Green Bay is not a great free agent hub, you know, it's not the,
first place guys go. And I've got
Devante Adams. Boy,
I would make sure
I was buying him golf clubs. I would
make sure we were close.
In the article, it landed for me
this way, Tom, that it's not that they didn't
like each other, but he wasn't part of
Aaron's inner circle.
I don't know. I'm not trying to be
idealistic, but
were you surprised about that or have you
known that?
Well, I've kind of known that,
but I sort of felt
into the trap that everyone else did, which is that they were linked together, you know,
that they were a pair, they were going to play together, wherever, you know, whether it was a
trade to Denver or they were both going to come back. And, you know, I sort of, I blame myself
for that because I kept writing columns that said, you know, Devante Adams needs to do what's best
for him and Rogers needs to do what's best for him. And that usually doesn't necessarily,
meshed together.
But, you know, you still thought, wow, after the season they had, they were going to play
together.
But, you know, Devante Adams is a really stand-up, ethical, just, you know, there's no phoniness
to him at all.
Yeah.
And he went for what he wanted, which was a change of scenery, a different contract, and to play.
and to play with his best friend for his hometown team.
And, you know, it's sort of, I don't know how Rogers reacted to it,
but he knew that they were going to deal them.
And he signed his contract anyways,
or he knew there was at least some doubt that they were going to be able to sign him.
So, you know, he came back for his reasons,
and Adams left for his reasons.
You know, it's interesting in terms of,
of, you know, Aaron, he's always had a little prickly side.
You know, even in the books that detail he and Farr, Jeff Pearlman,
written books and, you know, stuff that I've read before.
It does feel like it's gotten a little bit more dramatic over the course of time.
He's made more money.
He's more famous.
Have you noticed a change as you cover him, Tom?
Because you're there every day.
Well, COVID made that more difficult.
But, you know, you see the growth with him.
You know, I'm out here.
You see the growth.
You know, people change with money and power and leverage and importance.
Does it feel like some of this stuff is just organic as you age,
or some of it is a little manipulative by Aaron, his change?
Well, I major in quarterback drama.
I went through Fars and, you know, the end of his career,
which was constant drama and thought I'd gotten over all of that.
and here I'm back, you know, right in that same situation.
Part of what you said is accurate, that it comes with, you know, greatness, with money,
with being recognized as the greatest of all time, all of those things.
But, you know, there's also little bits of insecurity that come with it.
Fav was insecure when Rogers got drafted.
Rogers was insecure when Jordan Love got drafted.
It's very parallel.
The difference I will say is that, you know, Rogers,
Rogers, when he says something, it's sort of like reading tea leaves,
and you have to sort of figure out exactly what he's saying,
but there's very much a purpose to it.
And if you want to call that manipulative, sure.
but he's, you know, he's a really smart guy and he knows what he's saying.
He doesn't make very many mistakes in terms of what he's saying and why he's saying it.
So it's all very much planned.
And I would say that's the biggest difference.
And that's what we've seen.
In the years to come, in the years that have followed, he has a plan set out for him.
And I think he really wants to finish his career in Green Bay.
I really do.
And I think that he found a way to do it with maximum compensation.
You know, Matt Stafford reworked his deal.
He did not take the most money available.
He has a 6% cap hit.
Aaron's got a lot of money to 13% cap hit.
And he has no weapons.
Alan Lazard is a 4, a 3.
If you take Tampa's receiving core, you know, the top,
Rams receiving core, maybe a Buffalo or something.
He's a three or a four.
The market's drying up.
Devante Parker's out there.
He's a three.
So, I mean, it's just, it's not a vibrant market for that space.
I look at Green Bay.
And Tom, I'm not trying to be negative, but I don't think they're in a, I think the
Super Bowl window closed.
I think it's becoming more of a weapons league.
The rules are changing.
I mean, Cincinnati could have taken a tackle to protect their quarterback and a receiver.
They were good at receiver.
And they took another one and it paid off.
I do feel like that Super Bowl window, I just, I don't, I think it's kind of closed.
I don't think they have the weapons.
Is that overly hyperbolic?
Well, I don't think so.
I mean, I don't know about the Super Bowl window closing, but if you're going to argue that the Packers' wide receiver cupboard is practically empty, I'm not arguing with you.
It's true.
I mean, really, you don't have a number one receiver there.
You have a very functional guy in Alan Lazard, but they need some athleticism.
They need some guys who can get off the line of scrimmage, get off a bump coverage and be there for Rogers.
Now, I think they will add somebody.
I think, you know, they could make a run for D.K. Metcalfe.
I don't know.
It's a possibility.
I think there will be some other guys because it's a good wide receiver class.
You might see a team take a receiver and then decide they want to get rid of a veteran.
Yeah.
And Huda Krins has proved he's been pretty good at picking guys up before training camp that have really helped them.
But they're going to have to invest a lot in the draft.
And then they're going to have to possibly change their offense.
Yeah.
It's going to not be Rogers Adams,
trick anymore.
Yeah.
It's going to be run Matt LaFleur's offense, run the ball.
They got two good running backs.
They got makings of a pretty good offensive line.
They're going to have to change themselves.
And then they're building their defense.
And so they're going to have to be a little bit different team than they've been in the
past.
And Rogers, I think the big thing is he's got to just run LaFleur's offense.
I think it's going to have to be less, you know, Rogers Adams and more.
Rogers, whoever the guy is open that is open at the time.
You know, it's, and you're not a talk show host, you're not taking daily calls,
but you have a good sense, the heartbeat of the city.
You're going to the grocery store with Packer fans.
They're sending letters to you after your columns, right?
And, you know, I never think, I've worked with people like this.
They're walking on eggshell coworkers where, you know, it's just not a, it's a weird environment.
We've all in our life had those.
in your newsroom or my, you know, studio.
Is Aaron become kind of a walk-on eggshell guy where it's like he's got his circle.
If you're not in it, it's fine.
Is it a different environment than six or seven years ago?
Or is this, again, is it just kind of Aaron?
Man, it feels like there's, you know, I hear stories about him ghosting people.
I've had people tell me that.
What is the vibe to feel, the belief of Aaron today?
Well, I think there's a crowd sort of, it's going along like with FARV.
So, you know, after Favre retired and then wanted to come back, there was 50% who were, you know, was like,
God, you got to do everything to bring them back.
And then another 50% that was like, we're tired of them.
Or maybe it was 75, they want them back.
back 25. But then when he wound up with the Vikings, it was, you know, we're done with him. And 50%
were like, well, they should have kept them. I think it's kind of, because of the vaccination
issue, I think that has split the Rogers crowd. There's 50% of the Wisconsin people who are
going to always say, you know, why did he pull all that? You know, why did he mislead people on that?
Yeah.
If, you know, and then there's the other angle that goes with it is he hasn't won a Super Bowl since 2010.
And they've been to the NFC championship.
You know, they've been in the number one seed for two consecutive years.
Yeah.
And he has not played well in the playoffs.
That's right.
So you have this section of fans who are like, well, just trade them to Denver, get as many picks as you can.
You know?
And another segment that says, no, you can't do that.
he's the greatest, probably one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time.
Yeah.
So it is, Wisconsin's a divided state politically and a divided state in quarterbacks.
Yeah.
I think all these states are divided politically on that.
It's a different America than when I was 20.
All right.
Tom Silverstein, really good stuff.
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, great newspaper.
Packer reporters since 1989, that is somebody who is committed.
30 years of doing anything is great.
Tom, thank you.
Thanks, Colin. It was nice talking to you.
Great insight, as always.
I love talking to people who cover this stuff day to day in their town.
You get such insight that we can't have.
No.
So it is just, who would think, who would have thought 10 years ago?
Yeah, Green Bay is going to be wildly dramatic.
Well, you know, Farrv left.
Rogers is fine.
You're like, because there was a time with Farr for like three years.
most dramatic team and Madden loved Fav
and it was just oh my God and they're the same team.
It says Favv and Rogers are so similar despite their clear cut personality differences.
One's a southern good old boy and one's a California hipster.
It become the same dramatic guy.

Alex with the news.
No, no, no, no. Turn on the news.
This is the herd line news.
You've called it something before. You called it like the Green Bay effect or something like that?
Yes, my theory is the Green Bay effect for quarterbacks is no owner.
So you're the most powerful person in the organization in the smallest town so you can't go to the grocery store.
And it's not a good free agent market.
So the expectations are high.
It's called Title Town.
You don't have an owner you can go to and demand to go get that guy.
You can't do that.
That doesn't happen.
You can't literally go out to a movie theater in town.
The expectations, Title Town are huge, but it's a bad free agent market.
So it creates this weird, high expectation, yet the franchise is missing a couple of legs on the bar stool.
They don't land free agents.
They don't have an owner.
And that is absolutely in 2020.
22. That is absolutely a negative.
You cannot. That's where I'll defend Farvin Rogers.
That owner, Stan Cronkey, is why Matt Stafford is in L.A.
That's why he's here. That phone called to Stan Cronkey on a tarmac, he told me,
and he made a decision. Let's go get him.
It's a big deal.
It is. There are built-in advantages and disadvantages to Green Bay, and they're real in both cases.
Well, let's talk about San Francisco because Jimmy Garoppolo is still
on the 49ers roster, but that hasn't changed San Francisco's quarterback plans for 2022.
Reports indicate that the 49ers have given Tree Lance every impression that he will be their
starting quarterback next season. The expectation is that Garapola will be moved eventually,
but with all the quarterback movement recently, there appears to be much less interests than
maybe they thought there would be. Fortininer GM, John Lynch said Lance had his moments last season
despite making just two starts, and they're excited to see him lead the organization moving forward.
had successful surgery this month on his throwing shoulder out four months, which would bring him back early July.
So I feel more confident. Yeah. So we know of the rookie quarterbacks last year. Mac Jones has a low ceiling but is efficient. That's been, we saw that.
Trevor Lawrence high ceiling struggled, but there's talent. We're kind of waiting on the Trey Lance
Justin Fields story. So my, my prediction today is Trey Lance.
will work better than Justin Fields because of the system and the coach.
It's a tougher division, but the offensive system was Shanahan.
Justin Fields has a defensive coach.
I think going forward, I'm going to say,
Trey Lance is going to have more wins than Justin Fields.
Statistically, I don't care.
Wins, Trey will win more than Justin.
That's my prediction.
Well, does Jimmy G stay in San Francisco too?
No, he's done.
No. Foxbet has the odds of Jimmy G being on the Niners roster for week one at plus 100
and him being on a different roster at minus 120.
I think mid-season.
Mid-season, he'll be traded.
We'll see.
That's my thought.
All right.
Well, the Suns won their 60th game of the season last night
as they clinched the number one overall seat in the NBA
with a 140 to 13 win over the Nuggets.
Chris Paul returned from a broken thumb for the first time
since the All-Star break, netting 17 points and 13 assists.
But it was Evan Booker who led the way, putting up a season high,
49 points with 10 assists and was even getting some MVP chance.
Now, Phoenix currently holds
a nine-game lead over the second place, Grizzlies,
and will now have home court advantage throughout the playoffs.
Nine-game lead.
Well, they're the best clutch team, if you look at all the analytics,
by far in the league.
Yeah.
They have great chemistry.
They're a classic construct of a 1980s-90s team.
Veteran, tough point guard, high IQ that distributes,
can hit an occasional mid-range,
true score at two.
young and veteran wing players that can hit threes,
and a center that likes to be a center.
They really feel like, to me,
they got a little depth in the guard spots.
They got that classic veteran, Jay Crowder,
who can hit big three, Mikhail Bridges.
To me, it's old school basketball
with a new school three-point dedication,
and I think they're going to blow through the West.
I think they're going to win the championship.
I do think they'll face Milwaukee or Philadelphia again, but I love.
They are, you know, when Chris Paul was hurt, he's going to come back sooner.
When he was hurt, they had their ups and downs, but they're.
But now is rested.
They are a great clutch fourth quarter team if you look at all those numbers.
Yeah, this is their season.
And they look like a championship team.
Now, I've been a team reporter for a couple different championship teams in different sports.
And they all have the same formula.
Every single person on that team bought in.
They had a really strong leadership core, and then they're having fun.
Yeah.
Those three things, championship team.
Yep.
Fun to see.
Well, last Saturday, LeBron James passed Carl Malone for second on the NBA all-time
scoring list and now sits just 1,402 points behind Laker Great Karima Abduljabar.
Now, this has prompted Warriors forward, Draymond Green, to put it out there that whenever
this moment happens, he will be in attendance to witness the history, even if the Warriors have a game
that night. Here's Draymond on this
podcast talking about this moment.
Congrats to LeBron. Second
all time. Probably
in 50 more games or so.
50 or 70 games or so.
He'll be first all time and I can't wait
to see that. And I hope
Steve Kerr, I'm throwing this out there right now.
LeBron James is passing an all-time
scoring record and we have a game when I'm going to
LeBron's game and witness history.
That's what we're doing, Coach Kerr.
Can you actually do that?
Could that actually happen?
That got all sorts of reaction on the internet.
Draymond has been known to provoke and poke and prod.
So I'm not sure.
That's, by the way, on the volume.
What a fine podcast.
Yeah.
What a good pickup.
What a good pickup.
You should listen to that, Ryan.
It's a very good podcast.

Former newspaper guide creates headlines off a lot of movement in sports.
He loves his college basketball, but we're going to talk some NFL today.
We've had just layers and layers of quarterback moves and drama and transitions.
So here we go.
Jason, you ready to go?
Of course.
Fired up.
Tomorrow's headlines.
Today, what's the headline going to be for Russell Wilson and the Broncos? How is it going to pan out?
I thought we'd start with your BFF, the guy you were hanging out with Super Bowl Week, Russell Wilson.
The headline will be no more horsing around. Russ rides. Colin, this was the biggest free agency move.
The trade was enormous. Denver's Super Bowl odds. I mean, listen, tied for sixth best in the league.
Colin, this is a playoff team for sure. And they really spent three years building this roster.
They had the shell.
They just needed the quarterback.
Now they have Russell Wilson.
You look at the offensive line, massive upgrade.
Seattle was a dumpster fire.
I mean, Colin, no quarterback was sacked more in the last five years than Russell Wilson.
Like he goes to a much better setup.
Hackett's going to install a lot of play action to keep him fresh.
They got Jervante Williams coming out of the back field, good receivers.
The defense is good.
Colin, this is an 11-win team.
I know people think like, Denver, they haven't been good.
This is definitely a playoff team.
I wouldn't rule them out to win the Super Bowl.
I love the Russell Wilson move.
Tomorrow's headlines today.
Carson Wentz to the commanders.
Now, I like this move.
Okay.
Yeah, we're never on the same page on Carson Wentz.
You love this guy.
The headline will be
came and Wentz.
Carson disappoints while in command.
It's going to take a while to get me used to commanders.
Colin, this team is not very good.
If you look around Wentz, they really have
not improve the offense at all. No more skill position guys. They're actually looking at
quarterbacks in the draft. I do mock drafts for Fox Sports. Colin, the entire Washington front
office has been scouting Malik Willis and the kid Kenny Pickett from Pittsburgh. Like,
I don't even know what they're doing for backing up Carson Wentz because we can admit, Colin.
He's not a very good quarterback. He's an average guy at best, Colin. They are the third best
team in the NFC East. Dallas, which kind of fell back a little bit, this off-season.
and they're still the best. The Eagles made the playoffs.
I actually think Brian Daibol with the Giants is a huge head coaching upgrade.
I don't know if they have the players, but this is not a playoff team in Washington.
Sorry to disappoint, oh, my D.C. brethren, but Carson Wentz, he ain't that dude.
And Colin, I'll be honest.
I wonder if there is some buyers remorse knowing that Baker Mayfield's out there,
Jimmy G's out there. I would take both those guys over Carson Wentz.
Tomorrow's headlines today, Matt Ryan to the Colts.
That's another move I liked.
And this one we agree with, and I'm going to take it back a little bit with a little rap music here.
The headline will be, collaborate and listen.
Maddie Ice makes the Colt good baby.
Yeah, Colin, you know Vanilla Ice.
I know Alex Curry knows Vanilla Ice.
Yes, I do.
He's a music aficionado.
Colin, this is not a hot take.
This is reality.
The Colts are going to be in the mix for the number one seed in the AFC.
The rest of the conference is a bloodbath.
The AFC West, they're going to eat each other.
It's going to be ugly, right?
the Patriots and the Bills and the Dolphins.
They're going to be battling it out in the AFC East.
And listen, the Bengals, they're going to have some problems.
The Ravens are getting healthier.
We'll see about the Steelers, the Browns.
Look at the weakest division.
It is the Indianapolis Colts.
The Titans got the number one seed last year because the division's so bad.
Maddie Ice can get them to 11 or 12 wins.
They are missing a left tackle.
That's cause for concern.
But this is a team that went two and five, Colin, in one score games last year.
four of those losses were to playoff teams.
And if you look at the games closely, Carson Wentz was bad in all of them.
So if you can get that little upgrade with Maddie Ice, I'm not kidding, 11 or 12 wins,
put a few shekels, if you can, on the Colts to win the division and get the number one scene in the AFC.
Yep, we agree on that.
Tomorrow's headlines today.
Deshaun Watson held his presser in Cleveland today in the Browns.
What's the headline?
Yeah, we should probably not talk about that, right?
Press conference.
The headline will be, it's elementary.
my dear Watson, Brown's destined to disappoint. I just think the burden, Colin, is going to be a lot
on Watson in year one, right? We know the off-field stuff. They give up three first round picks for him,
the fully guaranteed contract. And oh, yeah, he's going to the factory of sadness in Cleveland,
right? The culture there has been rotten for basically two decades. There's a lot to fix there.
I know they have talent, the offensive line, the running backs, Garrett leading that defense.
They've got good players. But I do believe.
believe it'll be too much when you factor in the Watson suspension. I mean, Jacoby
Brissette, maybe starting six or eight games. I just, I don't think this is a playoff team
this year, but I do like the Browns going forward. Tomorrow's headlines today. Another
move I liked to a degree, Mitch Trubisky and the Steelers. Say what? You like this?
Yeah. The headline will be life's a Mitch with Trubisky at the quarterback. Call it. What on
earth are you liking here? I mean, seriously, Mitch. Mitch,
Trubisky? Goodness gracious, this is a bad Steelers team, Colin. They really were overrated last
year, eight, two, and one in one score games. Historically, that metric flips. They got a lot
of lucky wins last year. And oh, by the way, they lost like three of their top five receivers.
The offensive line is still pretty bad. The defense is good, led by T.J. Watt, but Trubisky,
Colin, seriously, I would not rule it out that the Steelers go quarterback in the draft in the
second round, maybe even the first. We know Tomlin's affinity from Malibis.
Willis, he coached him at the Senior Bowl, is a big fan. I mean, if you're putting your eggs in
the Mitch Trubisky basket, you got a long season ahead of you. This is not going to go well.
Tomorrow's headlines today, Drew Locke and the Seahawks. Oh, boy. Yeah, I think you like Baker
possibly going to Seattle to bail him out. Uh-uh. Not going to happen. The headline will be,
lock it in. Seahawks are in trouble. Look at that picture they picked up. Brutal. Colin,
they are similar to what Denver was the last couple of years. Good shell. And now all of a sudden you have no quarterback.
Honestly, if you look at what Pete Carroll has, he's got the makings of a team that needs a quarterback. What do you do?
Well, you install Drew Locke at quarterback and say, hey, get out there, sink or swim. This is probably a three-win team, Colin. I'm not exaggerating. Look at the schedule. They play the AFC West.
Honestly, that's all in four. They're not winning any of those games. And their division is very difficult.
Arizona, Rams, 49ers, there's a chance they go 0 and 6 against the division.
So now you're looking at 10 losses there against the two toughest divisions in football.
Are they winning?
I don't know, the rest of their games outside?
Colin, this is not going to be good for Seattle.
But the good news is Pete Carroll and the GM both have five-year deals.
So if you bottom out, you look at the draft, maybe you get Bryce Young out of Alabama,
your guy, C.J. Stroud, Ohio State.
And boom, you're right back in the mix because you've got Rashad Penny.
D.K. Metcalfe and lock it. They just need to fix the offensive line and yeah, the defense is awful.
Well, we agree on the Broncos, the Colts, the Browns, and the Seahawks.
I like Carson Wentz more than you do. I like Carson Wentz for the record more than America.
And I'm just going to, I'm going to live with that. Okay. So you're pretty good at betting college basketball.
I had Arizona winning, so, you know, my bracket's on fire. Who do you like tonight?
at UCLA or North Carolina?
Listen, I've had a brutal tournament.
Last year was incredible for me.
One of my best tournaments ever.
Colin, I've been getting kicked in the teeth.
Gonzaga killed me.
I'm in a Calcutta.
We spent a lot of money on them and they let us down.
If you're looking at the rest of the way, Duke,
you've got to love that team.
Colin, they got four pros.
And one of the great stats was last night,
they didn't miss a shot in the final seven minutes.
Wow.
And you just watch this team down the stretch
with awesome one-on-one players.
I think Duke could probably win the title.
I'm passing on UCLA tonight.
I like, and this is not that sexy, a Kansas Purdue money line parlay.
Purdue ain't losing to the becox.
And I like Kansas to win against Providence.
Miami, I had a bookmaker on my podcast this week.
Miami, the line has moved four and a half points.
That is very rare in an NCAA tournament game.
So something's going on with Miami and Iowa State.
I like Miami, but I don't know.
That's kind of a big number.
I would not be surprised by a Kansas Villanova championship.
I'm sorry, Kansas, Duke or Villanova versus Duke in the final.
Good stuff.
Good seeing you, buddy.
Yeah, man.
See you soon.
Jason McIntyre.
Yeah, Duke's got pros.
It's kind of a classic Duke team.
Little experience at point guard.
They got a rim protector.
NBA wings, great coach.
They played defense.
They were really good.
They gave the ball to their best players in the last five, six minutes, and they made
shots.
That was the difference in the game.
It's very close.
Texas Tech is really good and tough and athletic.
And the NBA guys beat.
mostly non-NBA guys.
They hit big shots.
There's your game.
Alex Curry's been great.
She's back next Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
All you have a safe weekend.
Great college basketball tonight.
NASCAR is Camping World Truck Series qualifying circuit next on FS1.
See you Monday.

Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast is.
