Well, it's tear-down time in the NFL as bad teams start accumulating draft picks

and sending pretty good players to teams that are competing for the playoffs. So Amari Cooper, it's just announced, Cleveland is in tear-down mode. They're sending their very talented, wide receiver to the Buffalo Bill. So that's a breaking story. Amari Cooper. We knew Devonte Adams from the reeling Raiders is going to the Jets for a conditional third rounder. Now Amari Cooper, good, dependable veteran-wide receiver. So they've got a rookie wide receiver, a slot receiver.

James Cooket running back missed. He doesn't miss much. He was out last night. Too good tight end. So they're adding another kind of a high-volume receiver. Amari Cooper a couple of weeks ago, people suggested he was just like done with Cleaver. I don't blame him. So you talk about an upgrade.

From Deshawn Watson to Josh Allen, from the mess in Cleveland to the Buffalo Bills. That's the one thing about trades in pro sports. Amari Cooper wakes up this morning. He's sitting there thinking, how do I get through the rest of this year? Now the kid has a chance to play in a Super Bowl.

So good for Amari Cooper. Dave Wonstat, six years as a Bears head coach. Five in Miami, a Super Bowl chant for the Cowboys. For the record, Dave, you never want to be giving up good players at the trade deadline. That means you're a bad team. But when you're a good team, what's realistic? You want to get a guy that doesn't screw with your chemistry, and Amari Cooper, I don't think, does.

Did you like making moves in season? Well, you know, the times have changed a little bit from when we really couldn't make any. At least we couldn't make any for a good player. There were guys that were cut that you could sign off the waiver wire. more and likely they wouldn't make much of an impact. But nowadays, I'll tell you what, you talk about a shot in the arm for the teams that need a player. You know, Tavonte Adams, the Jets, obviously Cooper, we're talking now with the bills,

but it's also, it kind of keeps the franchises that are tearing down. Hey, it gives them obviously more ammunition, getting ready for the draft, and it's a little bit of a shot in the arm for their personnel people, too. hey, this isn't what we're stuck with. We got draft picks. Now we can get better for the future. You know, you always told me, Dave, I've quoted you many times. You can lose games, but not the locker room.

After losing that game last night to drop to 2 and 4, I thought Devante Adams was a smart signing, Dave, because it does add some juice. It puts Aaron in a good mood. The locker room, you know, you go 2 and 4, Dave. You can lose some players. You can lose guys. I think Devante gives you hope, does he not?

Oh, absolutely. I mean, besides his talent, you know, the one thing, people forget this. When Aaron Rogers was at the Green Bay Packers, and, you know, he had Aaron Jones was the running back. And he was really the lifeline. People, because of Aaron Rogers, the quarterback, people lose sight of how they ran the ball with Dylan and Aaron Jones. They were in the top five in running the football. And that's what set up all the play action passes. So, uh, Last night, what the Jets did last night by coming on and change it. Yeah, you talked about the motions earlier. Absolutely. But guess what? When you run the ball like they did with Bruce Hall, that's going to give Aaron Rogers a chance to do what he does best, which is play-action pass.

Coming in the last night's game, Colin, they were like 23rd in the league in number of play-action passes with Aaron Rogers. They were 68% drop back. They were in the top five in the league dropping back. So besides the motions, they had a little bit of a philosophy change in this coming. It's going to get back, I think, a lot more heavier run, which will slow down that pass rush and now create what Aaron does best, his play action pass game. I said one of the things I don't like about firing Sala, who I think is a heck of a football coach.

He may not be a head coach, but I think they fired the best coach on the staff. You put an interim coach in. And what happens, Dave, as you know, it's like the substitute teacher syndrome. Everybody tries to impress the new coach and plays hard. And then all of a sudden, ownership's like, yeah, that's our guy. And there was a reason he was a coordinator. I just think in the AFC, interim coaches aren't beating Andy Reid, John Harbaugh, Jim Harbaugh, D'emiko Ryans. I mean, do you think the Jets?

I mean, they may have some juice now with Devante, but, I mean, you faced interim coaches in your career? Did you feel like it was an advantage? Well, what we saw last night, there was a new burst of energy, you could call it. You know, everybody was excited about playing. They were at home. That helps with an opportunity to win the game. So I thought they had a good plan. I really did on all sides of the ball.

You know, they missed field goals. They give up those sacks. They had drops. You're talking about Devonte Adams. You know, I mean, if you're defending them before last night, the running game was minimal, right? the running game, if they were running for less than four yards of carry, that's not going to keep you awake at light night as a defensive coordinator. You know, you've got to defend Garrett Wilson. And last night, Mike Williams had the other receiver. He had three targets. I think

he dropped two of them, Colin. Yeah. So Devante Adams going to slot right in there. And now, guess what? If I'm defending the Jets right now, I got to defend the entire field, both outside wide outs and that running game, as long as they stay committed to it to be balanced. That that that'll make a huge difference in this football team. When you were with the Bears, a lot of that talent was on defense. I said this yesterday. It's the first time I can remember my adult life, looking at the Bears and thinking they've got a great franchise quarterback

and some of the best pieces in the league. In fact, I think their biggest concern is the division. Everybody has stacked. It's the best division easily in football. But you live in Chicago, spend a lot of time there. I don't think it's hyperbolic. I think this team, this team's good. I mean, if you've been impressed by Caleb or surprised by him.

Yeah, and obviously, you know, I do all their pre and post game and everything on TV up there. So I'm up at training camp. I'm at the OTAs. And what Caleb does, he has, he's advanced in his football knowledge years. I mean, at the end of a game last week, he talked about, well, I didn't want to take any chances. They were saying you didn't throw the ball down the field. Not this week. a week ago. He says, well, I knew that our

defense, you know, was playing real good. I mean, for a rookie quarterback to even be observant of what's going on, big picture, and every throw that this kid makes, he can explain it to you whether it was good or bad at the end of the game. So, I mean, he's light years

ahead of most rookies from a football knowledge standpoint. And guess what? In yesterday's game, with games they won, they had 29 runs and 29 passes. Yeah. They were exactly balanced. And when you're doing that with a young quarterback, and then he ran a little bit, why did he run?

Because it wasn't third and nine. The first two or three weeks of the season, they couldn't run the ball at all. I mean, they were averaging two yards of carry. And he was in third and long every series. They were having six, eight, ten penalties a game. They had two, they had two against Jacksonville. So they played clean.

They played balanced. and it helped him. I mean, it took a lot of pressure off of him. Yeah. So Nick Seriani shaved his head, yelling at fans, kids at the podium. I mean, when you, as a former coach who was in big cities like Chicago, like Dallas, what do you make of that when you saw him jousting with fans? You know what?

A long time ago, when I just got into the business, one of my head coaches said when I was in college, he says never show a crack in the armor never show the media never show the fans never show your players a crack in the armor and when i saw that i said that to me i'm observing a major crack in the armor at philadelphia yeah it's uh you're not gonna win that one calling yeah that's really bad okay so jerry jones this morning he got all worked up so you've seen happy jerry you've seen the prideful jerry have you ever heard him like that i mean that that was i mean even even even the one in 15 year he wasn't worked up like that was he no you talk about a crock in the armor we could be talking about every no what i got to say this the one in 15 year and i and i had texted jimmy some stuff early week i mean it's hard to believe because that we were like starting from growing Ron level, okay?

And how this happened is mind-boggling. I got to tell a story. We would keep, I had a stack of defensive playbooks, calling, in my defensive office. And these players would work out Tuesday. Jimmy would bring these guys in, and he'd send a personnel guy to walk three guys down my office and say, well, here's your two new linebackers and a new safety. Or two new line, I'd say, okay, guys, here's your playbook. So we were rolling guys in.

I'm just, and then we would play them on Sunday. At one time, they ran a tight end. We had signed a new linebacker and the guy, they caught a 10-yard pass and then maybe a 20. And Jimmy clicks the headstone on. He says, hey, Dave, we've got to stop that route. I said, Jimmy, I'm going to be honest with you. I never got a chance to explain that route to the guy.

He showed up in my office Thursday. The guy had one day of practice. And so, so the point is, when I see what's, going on now with a team that had won, what, 12 games a year? And Jerry said, you know, everything is fine. We're all in. It's a little bit mind-boggling. And, you know, Jerry always puts a spin on things. I don't care what he's talking about. He's going to give you the half, the glasses have full talk. We all heard it. And he's fabulous at that. That's what he does. This was one of the first times where I think these players, and they know where the buck stops,

You've got a lame back coach there. You know, Jerry's going to make the personnel. Jerry, everybody knows in that organization where the box stops. Right. And when players and coaches hear Jerry not really having an answer. Yeah. Not really having an answer, in my opinion. That's not good.

I mean, that's going to kind of put everybody back on their heels, even more so as far as the football team moving forward. Where are we going now? It's tough. It's really a tough situation, and I don't know what's going to spark at the turn of the right. I really don't at this point. Yeah, the NFC, as you well know, coach, just the NFC North, Vikings, Packers, Lions, Bears, those are all potential playoff teams. So the NFC had a couple of down years.

I mean, Dallas made a lot of hay against an awful Washington team. Well, they're not bad anymore. And even whatever you think about Daniel Jones, when Malik neighbors is healthy. The Giants are a tough out. They went up to Seattle and won. So I think there was a little Fool's Gold where they were winning 12 regular season games and

the NFC was down. But now that Chicago and Washington have hit on quarterbacks, Brock Purdy, San Francisco's hit on a quarterback, is there, if I said to you Kansas City's the best team in the league, who's the second best team to you? Who wouldn't you

want to face? Second best team after the Chiefs? Detroit. I think Detroit, just for the standpoint that, you know, Jared Goff, I mean, they've got receivers, they've got a good defense. And I know that the injury thing is, I hate to even talk about that with Hutch, but Detroit is the type of team that will knock you on your knees and they're not going to back off. You know, and they'll make enough, they'll score enough points to beat you.

Yeah. But I think Detroit is a team that would really concern me because of the run, the past, the defense, everything. Yeah, they can be clever, they can do trick plays, they can be flashy, and they can be physical. And I know you love that run game. Hey, Colin, last year in a playoff game against San Francisco, would they have a 17-point lead or whatever it was? No, they would have had if he kicks the field goal.

He could have run quarterback sneaks every play in the second half and won that game. San Francisco wouldn't have been able to catch him if he kicked the field goal. So I think Dan Campbell's learned a lot, as long as he makes, keeps making good the fourth down decisions the fakes decision fake punts field goals you know those type of things can catch up with you as we get down the road as long as he keeps those decisions clean like he's doing now that's going to that's going to help his team 100% I think they're going to be better than last year uh Dave Wonstadt as always coach great seeing you appreciate it all right all right yep he does a lot of stuff for the big 10 Chicago bears and the bears are a good

Sean Payton goes back to face his former team. Yes, he does. Now, a lot of injuries, which we'll get to later. Sean Payton's first trip back to New Orleans after spending 15 years there and winning the city's only Super Bowl title. Speaking to the media yesterday, Peyton discussed his return to the Superdough. Certainly there'll be emotions going back there with players. But I do think that comes up quite a bit, you know, in our league. with players, and in this case, you know, certainly the amount of time that I was there, I understand it.

It's about the win, the significance of us playing our best football on a short week, and it's about our team. Saints are reeling. Saints are kind of reeling. I don't know. As soon as I saw some of these injuries yesterday, I bet the Broncos. So first of all, Chris Oliva got a concussion. Sunday.

Yep. Very unlikely that the team is around in time. Very, very good player. Right. Rashid Shehid, their other great receiver has a knee issue. Unclear how serious, but it doesn't sound like he's going to be going. Could be headed to IR. So now you're like, oh my gosh, backup quarterback, down your top two wide receivers.

Oh, also. They were on their third string center, so everybody bet the Broncos. It's up to two, as you see on the screen here. However, for Denver, no Patrick Surtan. He got a concussion Sunday against the Chargers. Doesn't look like he's going to be back in time. but I think your guy, Bo Nix, Bo Nix, Spencer Rattler.

It feels like a college football game now. How about this? Bo Nix after that heady second half against the Chargers on a little bit of a heater. You call it heady second half. I call it extensive garbage time in the fourth quarter where they were down 23-0. All I'm saying is you guys were all dumping on the Broncos.

And I said they're the guaranteed best over-bat. They're going to win this. game. A little premature on that. They're going to win this game. Rattler looked a little over his skis. Bo Nix. I think they're just bringing him along slowly. I thought the first half game plan was limited. They had offensive line beat up. So do you remember Sean Payton would come on the show last year every week? Every week. And during commercials, he would tell us stories. And he told us about one revenge spot that he had. Do you remember it? He was like playing the Lion King song in practice.

And they ended up hanging a 50 burger on somebody? Just keep an eye out for the Broncos here, just opening a can. I think he loves the Broncos. I know. But, but. You're returning home. You don't want to lose. I think he's got some extra special stuff dialed up this week. Boy, how about Denver? What would this be their fifth win already? Stop.

What are they? I think they're three and three. Right? No? If you don't have... They're not in the playoff mix like the jet, so I don't really pay as close of attention to them. Next up, Colin, the Cleveland Browns.

Oh, boy. This is a reeling franchise. They've lost four straight, and they became the first team since the 2014 Jags to fail to reach. 20 points in each of their first six games. Deshawn Watson is at the heart of a lot of their offensive issues, but Kevin Stefansky is surprisingly keeping him under center.

I think Deshawn gives us the best chance to win, continues to give us the best chance to win, and we need to play really good offensive football at his position and really at every position to be successful on Sunday. I don't get caught up in narratives, but we have a good dialogue with myself, Andrew, about all things that have to do with this team. They've been nothing but supportive

and any decision when it comes to football is my decision. Kevin Stefansky defending wants to. I'll just say this. If the Browns happen to run him off. Oh, he gets a job in 15 minutes. I would hope the Jets would go get him. He is a smart offensive mind. Just want to remind people, Joe Flacko came off the sofa last year, joins the Browns, and they make the playoffs.

No, Stapansky's one. Hey, Andy Reed and Belichick got fired. If Stafansky gets moved, you hire Andy Reid was out of work for a week. Seven minutes, yeah. Yeah. And Stefan, I'm not just talking OC. I'm talking head coach. Kva Stefanski, I think, is smart now.

What does it signal to you that they traded Amari Cooper today? They want picks. They, I think it signals they want to accumulate picks and draft another quarterback. Well, they could be bad enough that they're drafting a quarterback in the top five. That's what I'm saying. They're going to go get a quarterback and they'll just eat. Again, if you can get a quarterback in the top 10 for four years, the money situation can play in your favor.

Listen, I know everybody's like, the dead cap, the dead cap. Just stop it. Teams are making the playoffs with 30, 40 million dead cap money. Okay, that happened last year. It's probably going to happen again this year. Let's just get over that. And, you know, you suffer a year or two of struggles and you get through it. But Watson, I mean, this really is one of the bigger falls we've seen from a star quarterback.

Look at these numbers. Yeah, I just don't mind. And that's just this season. People have stretched it back two and three years. and he's like one of the worst quarterbacks over the last year. I never thought he was an A prospect anywhere. I thought he was an A athlete.

Let's not overlook what he was doing at Clemson. He went toe to toe with Bama twice. Beat him once. That was when Bama was... Let's not overlook his off-field transgressions, which should have made him Fersata non-grata for any owner. But we didn't know that when he was coming out.

No, no, I'm saying, but once he was in Houston that stuff came out, everybody knew what was going on. Yeah. And Cleveland, poorly owned, rolled a diet. The smart owners were like, yuck, get away. Yeah. Yeah, there was a lot of smoke here before the fire. You could argue that Stefansky could just be, hey, we're keeping Watson out there because it helps them tank.

I mean, I know you're not actively tanking, but they need a quarterback. And if you're like drafting 15th, you're missing out on. I mean, look at Denver had the Russell Wilson mess and the money, but they hit on Bo Nix. And the bottom line is, they're better than last year, and they don't have to pay Bo Nix for four years. Yeah. So if you hit on a quarterback, you can get out of a lot of financial trouble. Agreed. Final story, Colin, is let's go to college football.

The Ducks. How about that Oregon versus Ohio State game Saturday? What a finish. Here's the video of the final drive. Oregon did a strategy that's being criticized but also applauded. All of a sudden, with 10 seconds left, they had 12 guys on the field. Dan Lannning ran out a 12th player, and it appeared to be on purpose. Four seconds ran off the clock.

And that was pivotal because on the next play, Will Howard ran out the clock scrambling. Dan Lannings said that penalty, the 12th man, was all part of the plan. Yeah, there was a timeout before that. We spent an order amount of time on situations. There are some situations that don't show up very often in college football. But this is one that obviously was something that we have worked on. So you can see the result. That's amazing situational football by the Oregon Ducks.

Just super smart. Now, people are complaining, and now the NCAA is like, we're going to investigate this rule, this loophole, and they're going to try to close it. Listen, that was like genius-level stuff for a football coach. Hey, let's take a five-yard penalty here, you know? And all of a sudden, it rattled Ohio State. They only had six seconds left. But it happened on this play with the incompletion to Smith. That was a great game, though, Colin.

Oh, it was one of the best football game. I mean, Saturday, Colorado, Kansas State was good. He's good. By the way, Texas, Georgia this week. I like Texas. You do. I don't think Georgia's offense. I think they've lost too many great players.

Brock Bowers, too many good receivers. I don't think their offensive lines very good. You don't put them in the category with Ohio State and Oregon, right? It's pretty clear top three. Texas. Texas, Ohio State, Oregon. Oregon. I don't think Penn State's in that group.

No, they're not. I think Penn State's in the Alabama, Georgia group. Yeah. The next tier, if you were. will. USC in that? Oh, God, no. Do you see Iowa? We both had Iowa to beat Washington. We both nailed them. Spanked him. Yeah. I think it scored like

their number one talent right now is a rookie, so that's good for Josh Allen, low drama, Amari Cooper. The Jets have traded for Aaron Rogers' buddy, Devante Adams. So those two teams, Jets build same division, cold weather, get receivers who are probably out of their prime, but still can be very, very productive.

We also know that Russell Wilson today, apparently they're battling for quarterback one, Justin Fields and Russell Wilson, and here's Tomlin, on that. A position are scheduled to work tomorrow and we'll just walk it day by day. Russ proved his health last week, man, and we're looking hard at it this week. It is up for consideration.

We got a player with talent who hadn't had an opportunity to play, so we're going to potentially explore those things. Sometimes it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with what Justin has done or has not done. What's that, what's that sound like to you? That sounds like we've got a, we've got a change coming. We're not real happy. Sounds like I made a promise to Russ. him and now he's healthy.

Is that what the inner web saying today? That's my guess. I haven't seen the internet. I haven't seen the gibronies online yet. Okay. Yeah, I mean, I think either quarterback you're limited. I think Justin's younger, cheaper, better athlete. Russell's got more experience, probably better in the pocket.

Time out. Was he better in the pocket with Sean Payton in Denver? Or that hack and dead. I didn't say great in the pocket. I said better than Justin Fields. That's not saying much. It is interesting, though. quality of quarterbacks in the league right now.

I mean, we have two, in the last two years, C.J. Stroud, Caleb Williams, Jaden Daniels. We have three stars, like three new stars. So all of a sudden you start, I mean, suddenly Russell Wilson and Aaron Rogers don't quite match up. Now, Aaron's a prettier throw where the football, Russell moves better. But like, I look at Dak Prescott today, Jaden Daniels, Caleb Williams, Dak Prescott.

He is not close. Do his athletic as either? He doesn't throw as well. I don't think is Jaden, and he doesn't move nearly as well as Caleb. And that's why when we do these quarterback, who's better, how would you rank them? If we could just limit it to this year, forget everything else. Like it's unequivocal. There's like a massive changing of the guard happening in the league right now.

I'm going to tell you something. Some of these guys are falling off. You know who for the price tag, Baker Mayfield for the price tag is a hell of a quarterback. I can pay half of what I'm paying back. He moves better than DAC right now. And he's got a better arm than DAC. Small sample size, but he's definitely been better this year than it. It's not even close.

He's been better than Trevor Lawrence, Dack Prescott. And Baker has a run game. I mean, Tampa's roster, Jason Light does a great job. Tampa's roster offensively? I mean, Baker and Chris Godwin, when they're connecting, they complete 82% of their throws. They have three running backs. So Baker with a run game and DAC without one, Baker's absolutely the better quarterback this year than DAC. And you can say, well, it's a run game.

whatever, that's the reality. Baker right now is a better quarterback on Sunday than Dak. No question. Now, here's the other thing. Like, Baker right now is better than Aaron Rogers. I'm sorry, people. He throws a better ball. Imagine if Baker had vomited all over himself on the final drives two weeks in a row throwing interception. You'd bail on. When he crucifying him. Everybody would crushing him. People don't understand. I watched a throw this weekend by Baker Mayfield. And it was only like 12 yards. Baker's gotten, his arm was good. It's gotten stronger. I don't know what Baker's done. His arm's gotten stronger. He made like a 12-yard

sideline throw and I was like that that's my whole. It was a rope. So yeah, I mean, it's guys, you know, it's funny about this. If you just looked at Aaron's numbers after last night, the staff was posting

numbers, if you just looked at Aaron's numbers blind resume, he's like a less athletic, he's a less accurate version of guys like Gino Smith. Derek Carr. Yes. I mean, he's the same quarterback mostly. Here's a pop quiz for you.

It does show you. It's like when you get a hit movie, you become a movie star, and you're allowed to have bomb after bomb after bomb. Kevin Costner's had some misses, some big misses. But he's had hits, so he's a movie star. I mean, a lot of guys can't get five minutes with a studio head that have never had a bomb, but I've never had a hit. So once you get like Aaron's got a ring,

and Aaron's a pretty thrower and he's smart at the podium, you know, people, I mean, he's running the franchise right now. He's running the Jets. I don't know that that's a good thing. Pop quiz for you. Who's the last Jets quarterback to throw for 300 yards in a game? Hold on. Let me think about this.

Darnold? It's Zach Wilson. Zach Wilson. Aaron Rogers hasn't done it yet this year. Like 300 yards is like a new baseline, right? Like 300 yards, that's like a good game. Yeah. But keep telling me he's real good.

But I mean, think about this. Keep telling me how great Aaron Rogers is. If you were a fan and Derek Carr had a chance to beat Denver, couldn't be Denver at home Bo Nix. and then you played terribly against Minnesota. And then last night, you had a pick at the end and you criticized Mike William. And you were Derek Carr. People would be like, get him out of town.

What did they do for Aaron Rogers? They got him to Bonte Adams. So he's, I mean, Aaron is now living a lot of reputation. The restaurant you used to go to, it's got a big name. You go to it and you're like, you know, the menu's not as good. The chef left. You're like, eh, Aaron's, about every other game, Aaron throws up a stinker. He's beaten Will Levis and Jacoby Brissette.

That's who he's beaten. And the people comparing this to LeBron, I'll remind everybody, LeBron came to Los Angeles. They won a championship. He's also, on any given night, a top six player in the league, indisputably.

He's not Yokic. We know that. We know he can't score like L'RUca. He's an all-N-B-A player. He's an excellent player. Rogers is not sniffing all-pro, not even close, not even in the discussion. Like, he's not...

Now I'm coming off as like a hater, but he's just not been great this year, Colin? In the AFC, name the best quarterbacks. Mahomes, Lamar, Josh. Stroud. Stroud. That's the top four. Burrow.

So he's not top five in the AFC. And by the way, I would take Herbert over him. Yes. That's six. Everybody in the NFL would take Herbert over it at Best E seven. And statistically, two is better when he has Mike McDaniels and those weapons. It's mostly on reputation. I mean, Colin, you've got to win a game.

This is not hyperbole. If you got to win a game tomorrow, who do you trust more right now? Joe Flacco or Aaron Rogers? Don't laugh. I mean, Joe Flacko is good, people. If you're asking me right now, Baker, Mayfield, or Aaron,

I would take Baker. Yeah. No question. Would you go Flacco? Probably not. Okay. I'm just telling you, if Joe Flacco starts this week, the Colts got a shot.

If it's Anthony Richardson, I think I can bet against Anthony Richardson. Flacko's good. Aaron Rogers just hasn't been great. Nick Wright earlier today on the Devante Adams trade to the Jets via the Raiders. And what's the outlook the rest of the way? 24 days ago, Aaron Rogers told the media the next step for us is to learn, expect to win and learn to dominate. Since then, they lost to Bo Nix and the Broncos and were held in single digits.

They lost, they were down 17-0. Lost to the Vikings, fired their coach, blew a game to Buffalo, panic traded for Devante Adams. This is a bad team. So do I think Devante Adams will help a little bit? I do. Do I think that is enough to turn the Jets who look like a six-win team into more than a seven-win team?

No, I don't. Okay, so I gave you the schedule earlier. They're two and four. I think they're going to win seven more games. And I pointed out the Jets schedule. The games in which I think they'll win. And I think I'm judicious with it. I don't have them.

I don't think they'll beat, I mean, so I told you, I think they'll beat the Steelers making a quarterback change and Drake May. Now, they're on the road for both, but I think they'll be four and four through eight games. They should beat Houston short week at home. They should. But I won't even give you that one. Nor will I give you at Arizona a very inconsistent team

on any given Sunday, Arizona can beat the Niners, which they recently did as a road team. They'll beat Anthony Richardson, Gino Smith, Trevor Lawrence, Matt Stafford and New York, and they will beat Tua in the final game. I don't think they're going to beat Houston, Buffalo, or at Miami. Arizona's a go either way. They beat Arizona. They're a 10-win team.

And is that negative or positive? I think that's right along the line. I don't think I'm crazy. Let's just focus on Pittsburgh this week. week real quick. So T.J. Watt is arguably the best pass rusher in the league. The Jets tackles have had their problems. Tyron Smith had a rough night last night. We know Pittsburgh wants to run the football, smash-mouth. Jets struggle against the run. Are you surprised the Jets are favored here in this game?

No. Again, the Jets went toe to toe with a really solid Buffalo team. and if not for Taylor Rapp, you know, dislodging the ball to Garrett Wilson, they would have had a 27 to 20 lead and probably win that game. Pittsburgh has a pretty good safety in Minkafitzpatrick, too. But I think Buffalo's better than Pittsburgh. Okay. I mean, Buffalo plugged in a random dude named Ray Davis at running back, and he went for like 150 yards of total offense.
