Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.

Don't spoil it.
retroactively.
Man, start the pod,
we're doing the pod right now.
Are we doing the pod?
We're in the pod.
We're in the pod right now.
Talking about hores, divorce,
and hoodies and she?
Chalcutorie plays.
Congrats to the quarterback
on winning his first Super Bowl.
That is, that covers all.
There we go.
That's our football talk.
Yeah.
The halftime show,
I'm glad they finally had some
rap in the halftime show
and the commercials were,
oh, the commercials were so bad again this year.
Yeah.
Those damn commercials.
I think some of them are good sometimes.
All right.
Let's talk about our booger boy of the century,
the MVP, the most valuable booger boy.
Aaron Rogers showed up to get his NFL MVP award
dressed like a fill in the blank.
Someone tweeted out he was like he was at an alter
before I tried saratops too.
That was the most perfect.
I don't think you think needs to be said after that
because that shit knocked it out in the park, bro.
I'm gonna be honest with y'all.
It's a bad suit, but I grew up in a Baptist church.
I've seen way worse suits.
I've worn worse suits.
One Easter, my mom had me in a Hunter Green three-piece suit.
I looked like a fucking sharecropper
heading to a fucking speakeasy after a long day.
day of work, nigga.
Okay.
Like, I was dating a woman named flossie, okay?
So I can't, I can't, I can't really.
I can't talk too much shit about him, but fuck him.
So you know, I mean, I can say that.
He looked like the best case scenario for a white dude in your childhood.
That's what you're saying.
Right, right.
So, yes, but it wasn't a good suit.
I'll say that.
It's not a good suit.
I wouldn't wear it.
Uh, we recorded a special, uh,
we recorded a special, uh,
episode for the Hardin Simmons trade, which then meant that today we were like two topics
short. We figured it out, y'all. We're good to go. But there was one thing we did not get a chance
to talk about because the photo hadn't happened yet, which is Mori and Hardin hugging each other
on the tarmac with, I thought there was a lot of emotion in that hug. There might have been a
neck sniff in that hug. They were so happy to hug each other. Yeah, it's, that got a unique
relationship, bro. It's like, you know, of course, you know, GMs, you know, they love star players all the time,
but it looked hard to love to shit out of Mori, too, all right? You don't usually see that love
reciprocated back, right? Like, I'm sure a fucking, you know, um, you know, fucking, uh, what's the name
is fucking up in New Orleans, Griffin. I'm sure Griffin loved Braun went when he came on board and
turned that shit around, but I don't think Brown really gave a fuck about Brick. You know what I
mean? Like, you don't usually see the shit reciprocated like this. This is really a unique
relationship, but I don't know what exactly is the beneficial part of this relationship to both
I feel like, you know, of course, you don't know more.
He's a nerd, a calculator.
What's the square room in this apartment motherfucker, right?
And James Hardin, you know what I'm saying?
I think James Hardin is kind of like the embodiment of how he thinks basketball should be played.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, shoot the three at a high cliff.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, fuck that mid-range, you know, try to get to the line and shoot the three, right?
The most efficient, you know, easy money shots can get.
So I don't know.
You know, I just don't know why both of those have hitched their wagon to each other like they have.
But it's fascinating.
I see why Hardin has because.
he gets to do whatever the fuck he wants to on a Mori team.
You know what I mean?
But I don't know why Mori believes so much in Harden being.
Hardin's great, but he hasn't won shit with him.
You know what I mean?
So, I mean, the math ain't mathed, Mr. Mori.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, I don't get it, you know, but.
Mori's a stick to his guns, dude.
He will rush it out until he gets fooling right.
Like we saw with Simmons, we laughed when he said he wanted an all-N-B-B-A guy back for him
and damned if he didn't get one.
You know what I'm saying?
That's the type of do with Mori is, man.
And I think Hardin may have made that push when he found out
there was an opportunity for him to be under Mori again.
You know what I mean?
Like, I didn't hear all of a sudden I heard Hardin doesn't want to be a part of the next.
That came around really quick and he was gone pretty quickly too.
So you guys know what a totology is?
No, that is, that sounds.
That's that.
That's that.
That's, that's, that's delicious.
You use circular logic to prove something's true.
So, like, a lot of the ways that people talk about the biology.
Bible is a totology where you say like, well, this is true. How do I know it's true? Because the
Bible said it. Well, how do I know that the Bible? What's in the Bible is true? Because the
Bible told me that what's in the Bible is true. That's Morrie with Hardin. He's like, anytime James
Harden does something, he's like, this must have been a good basketball move because James
Harden did it. And so therefore, you know, in my worldview, this was the right thing for James
Arden to do. I don't really, I mean, I understand Hardin reciprocating it like John said, because
If someone comes to you and says, I am a genius,
and I understand this 100-year-old sport in a way that no one else does,
and I think that you are God.
You are the key to unlock.
He was a better score than Jordan.
Like, he copped on fucking ESPN radio and said that shit.
Yeah.
He is running through the streets naked, like, trying to convert people
to the religion of James Arden.
So I understand why you would feel that way about him.
if you're James Hardin.
But I think you're exactly right.
So much has changed since the first time he sort of came down from the
mountain with the gold tablets and said James on one and Hardin on the other.
I don't understand why he hasn't like come around to that.
Okay, but maybe in the playoffs.
Like, you know, the fouls are called differently.
So it's not the best style.
And he's just like a, he's a true believer, bro.
It really feels like a religious thing for, for Mori.
And, you know, good for him.
most people don't get to trade for the thing that they worship, you know?
So congrats to him.
Good for James.
We all need somebody to love us that much.
You know what I mean?
I don't know.
It might be too much.
Bro,
if somebody that was giving me,
you know,
if I'm making hundreds of millions of dollars from this person,
if they decide how much money I make,
I hope that person loves me as much as they love hard.
You feel me?
But you know what I'm saying?
Shasta Moore,
because he long played the fuck out of this,
right?
because, you know what I'm saying?
When he was with Houston,
there were talks with, you know,
Phillies who get a trade done.
You know what I'm saying?
So if he made that trade,
then went to Philly,
you know what I'm saying?
It would have been all types of tampering
and fucking all types of allegations like that.
So that was some shit that he probably couldn't have done.
And you know,
like I said, we laughed at him when he said
he wanted an all-N-B-A guide back for Simmons.
And he pulled all this shit off.
You know what I'm saying?
He got the Philly job
and he got an all-N-B guy back to Simmons
his guy in Hart.
Let's not act like they wouldn't tamper or no.
There was a whole bunch of,
tampering with a capital T going on for this shit.
That's the dumbest rule in the world to me.
Everybody tamperes.
It's a part of the game.
You know what I mean?
We're a pro-tampering, anti-tampering rule podcast.
I think we've established that.
The story about the trade deadline in Philadelphia was it's 115 Eastern.
Daryl Morey is shouting to Sean Marks.
Stay on the fucking phone to make sure that the...
They got hard.
Fucking Mori.
Mori probably sounds like a biggest dork when he curses.
I couldn't even fucking imagine.
He probably pronounces every single syllable.
Fucking foe.
The FOC.
Stay on the fucking fault.
He's executing NBA, altering trades in Tyler's white guy voice.
Right.
I got to get this done, guys.
Come on.
Pass cam initiating.
Stay on the fucking fall.
Fuck that shit, man.
Oh, shit.
Um, okay.
Well, boy, this is a tough transition for me.
Because now I'm going to say the nerdiest thing I've ever said on this podcast.
No, it's not.
Yes, it is.
You said you were a fan of the fucking skillship competition, bro.
Big fan.
You said that's the big, that's the most important part of the All Star.
I did not say that.
Week.
I did not say that.
You said, quote, I actually like the game.
Run the tape, Jackson.
Run the tape.
Don't run the tape.
All right.
No, no, no.
You already won this.
Leave my dead body alone.
The reason we did not start this podcast with the segment about LeBron James becoming the all-time
score in NBA history is that he did not become the all-time score in NBA history.
And I am actually fucking mad about this shit.
And this is nerder than the skills challenge shit.
You're right.
I forgot you.
You're keeping a tally.
I forgot.
Listen.
I don't know why regular season points are what we measure all-time scores by in the NBA.
And I've always thought it was a little silly, but it is always how we've done it.
Every time you've seen a headline, Bron passes Carl Malone, Bronn passes Kobe,
Bronn passes MJ.
That was on the list of regular season points scored in NBA history.
some little outlet realized that with playoff points thrown in, he was about to pass Kareem for most ever.
He's actually like 1,800 points short by the way we normally count this shit and have been counting it forever for whatever reason.
Because some little outlet started doing, Braun's about to become the top all-time scorer, NBA media is just a content farm, and no one could miss the fucking train.
So we've been getting nonstop
Braun is the all time score
And then everyone has to notate
With playoff points combined
Astrix at the bottom
I don't know why we're doing this
But it annoys the fuck out of me
It feels like we're at a New Year's Eve party
And at 11 o'clock
Someone just goes up on stage and goes
It's the new year in Australia
Happy New Year
Bro you know why they're doing it
You said why they're doing it's a content forum
Where everybody's thirsty as hell for clicks
you know what I mean?
So they're creating this category or creating this thing
so they can get a few retweets and get some engagement.
And then they're going to do it in two years again.
They'll celebrate it again doing the real thing.
Like they never celebrated it before.
It's ridiculous.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
I guess regular season is probably the best yardstick here
because, you know, with playoffs like Kareen, for instance,
it was, you know what I'm saying?
There weren't seven rounds series every round.
That's seven-game series every round.
You know what I'm saying?
Like that was something that just happened like 2003 and 2004, I think, when they us with that in.
And, you know what I'm saying?
Like, what do you do when there's a player who's on a fucking juggernaut of a team who's
getting motherfuckers out of there, you know, in four or five games on average instead of, you know,
another guy was on the team that might have to fight up Hillmore.
And they're going six or seven games, you know, in the playoffs every year with a lot of teams.
So, yeah, it's a lot of moving parts in the postseason.
So I think just keep it out regular season, bro.
Or maybe even total, all combined total games.
I feel like that's probably the best solution here.
Like combine total games played and then you fucking take it from there.
I don't fucking know.
It's a lot of back here and I fucking hate math.
So, yeah.
I actually don't, I actually don't care which one they do.
It's just we have to stick to one or it doesn't make any sense.
And for whatever reason they pick regular season out.
You're probably right because there's more playoff rounds with more games in them.
But the regular season is also, you know, we haven't, it's not like every season has been a full 82 game season, obviously.
Even just in the last couple years, we could, we could point to that.
My only point is we picked one.
And so that's the one that we all agreed on this clock.
We got to go by this clock.
Or people are showing up to the party at different times, which is what happened this week.
It's just so funny.
And the ESPN is scrambling because Hoopipe already launched their brawn meme or whatever.
It's just like, it's so stupid, bro.
I remember when I think I sent you that smaller outlet.
I was like, is this true?
Because I knew he was a certain amount of number, in the number of points away.
And I didn't think it.
And you were like, and you were like.
And I was like, look at that asterisk!
I'm actually tallowing this, and this is absurd!
You were, but no, honestly, like, I think you're the reason that this is sully for me.
But I think it makes sense, bro.
Like, it's not, why are we doing this?
It's thirsty as hell, you know.
It's just that all of this stuff is stupid.
Like, all sports is, like, made up and stupid.
And just, like, a fun thing that people do that's turned into a, you know,
Spencer Hall tweeted
Did you see Tyler, do you see the clip Spencer Hall tweeted
Of the gold medal downhill skier in like
1978
This dude
I think the name was Franz Klammer
He's like the goat of downhill skiing
And this is when they were skiing with just like pieces of trees
strapped to their fucking feet right
Like no technology
Like just here's two poles
And strap some shit on your feet and like go right
Like this dude was the goat
And the person before him had just skiing
like a technically perfect race.
And so they were going to win the gold medal.
It's his last ski.
He's trying to win the gold medal.
This dude fell down the hill.
Like, he just was like, fuck this.
And he just was like, he's skiing totally out of control.
He's about to fall and he's still fucking hitting his poles to go faster.
It's the craziest clip I've ever seen.
We have very little of that left in sports.
That's just like, this dude's crazy and this dude's crazy.
And this dude wants to beat this dude, right?
everything's wrapped in a media ecosystem and a corporate ecosystem, all this other shit.
None of it means anything.
So we have to go by the same points or we're like making fun of ourselves for how it doesn't mean anything.
That's my rant about statistical consistency.
Why did he skate?
If he's the goat, why did he, like, why did he approach that in that way?
Because he knew he couldn't ski regular and win.
But why couldn't he ski regular when being a he's the goal?
The other dude skied regular.
He just skied good.
Because it's like if you're Kobe or your MJ, you could recognize that the dude on the other team is just hot that day, right?
Okay.
And you're like, you know, I.
Wasn't there a dude in the Olympics, a couple of Olympics back who died during some track shit to win?
That happened, right?
Yeah.
Sometimes it just, sometimes you're just, your blood and you're, you know, sometimes the brain gets overridden.
To me, that's the best part of sports.
But this dude, Frank Gifford was calling it.
He's literally begging the dude to stop trying to get the gold medal on the call.
He's like, he's got to give it up.
Like, he's right on the brink.
He's like he looks like he's going to fall the entire race.
He's jumping over things he was supposed to land on.
He's just like, he literally decided I'm either going to win the gold medal or I'm going to die.
There is no other acceptable outcome.
What year was this?
It was like 1978 or something.
Can you imagine?
It's before the Olympics was.
brought to you by someone.
You know what I mean?
Could you imagine watching that on television, though?
No.
That's insane.
You probably needed that fucking $4,000 that came with that metal bag in this day
alive, you know what I'm saying?
He needed to sell it.
He needed the gold.
Yeah.
Man, anyway.
That guy, you, I'll send, I'll send you the clip after we finish recording.
It was like.
Yeah, I want to research that dude.
Spencer, I want to know his story.
Yes.
Spencer tweeted it.
And I was like, it's just one of those.
things. It's like, this is why we remain
addicted to Twitter where you're like,
nine times out of ten, you hit the button
and you get like a bad result. But that one out of ten
time, you're like, I would never have heard of this dude
otherwise. There has to be a
DACA Rodness or something.
Yeah, if not there will be, because he had
a very effective pitch for this shit.
All right.
Let's talk about
Demard de Rosen being on a historic heater
of 35 plus games.
I think we're on
the record as being a very pro
Demard de Rosen podcast.
His last five games,
45 points, 9 rebounds,
7 assists, 60%.
38 points, 36 points,
35 points, 38 points.
I think he,
they said he either tied
or beat an MJ record
for most points scored
in consecutive games
and bulls.
That's something
to fucking put your name on.
DeMar?
Go ahead.
I'm about to be that
all, you know, a firm member
of that boy.
Twitter, you know, I ain't going to give you out of analytics.
That motherfucker is just hooping, dog.
Hooping, hooping.
Like, you know, I think it's a toss up between him and book for the best two guards
this season, you know what I'm saying?
Tomorrow's for sure going to be all NBA, probably, you know, first or second team.
You know what I'm saying?
And lots of people were, you know, fucking, you know, can in that trade saying that
Chicago fucked up.
I think I saw a clip circling up bleach report saying it was the worst offseason pickup.
You know what I'm saying?
And yes.
Yeah, so, so shout to DeMarr.
That boy, not.
He's averaging 28 shooting 50% from the fucking field.
Over 50% from the field.
Got me.
You got me?
38, 38.
You said, you said he's averaging 28.
He's averaging 38.
He's averaging 38.
Oh, the season.
Okay, okay.
This season.
28, having this historic run, obviously, you put his name in the fucking pot with Michael
fucking Jordan, nigga.
You know what I'm saying?
It was just crazy.
And like, bro, what does it take to win fucking MVP?
What does it take to be in the fucking conversation at this point?
You know what I mean?
Like, dog, this is, this is, what he's doing this year is crazy.
This fucking run is insane.
We still don't hear it.
I just, I'd like, bro, we're talking about second team all NBA.
And I mean, there's some great guards in this league, obviously.
But bro, you know what he's doing for this Bulls team who's second in the east?
A good east, a good east.
You know what I mean?
And nobody talks about that.
Just don't get it.
Yeah.
And we thought, you know, selling the Bulls high, they'd be a five or six seed.
You know what I'm saying?
And we thought, right?
And we thought, right?
We were high on the Bulls.
Yeah.
We were high on the Bulls.
We were like, they might be.
We know this is that we said.
We said there'll be six in the East, but we said they'll be the funnest team to watch.
They get them motherfuckers second in the East and they fun as hell.
Right.
The heat are first, which is, we thought they were going to be good, but damn.
You know what I mean?
So we'll see what happens with this new Sixth or trade, though.
The East is fucking good.
The East is fun.
The East is fun.
What I love about it when you get towards the All Star Weekend is when you can look at one conference and go,
I'm looking at the top 10 teams and I fuck with every playoff series of any combat.
of these teams.
Yeah.
And that's the East.
That's the East right now.
And that's the East.
Yeah.
John, you sent
it was a tweet from Luke Epplin,
but he's quoting a Larry Bird story
from Jeffrey Lane's book Under the Boards.
I'm so bummed out we didn't get
Larry Bird in the fucking Twitter era, bro.
I've never been wronger about an athlete than Larry Bird.
Larry Bird was the lame white dude who played against the Lakers to me
because I was like post the Celtics era growing up watching basketball.
And man.
He has my, he has my Caucasian respect.
Ever since Marcus Thompson's book.
Yeah.
I've been, I've been, I read that, I've read more, I've seen more shit on Twitter.
I know it's Black History Month and I probably shouldn't say this, but I love this white man.
I love this white man.
Mary Bird was a, won't read the story.
Just promise me you won't get his face tattoo on your leg.
I'm low keeping thinking about getting the fucking jersey.
I'll never wear it.
But I'm just looking at it in my closet and be like, that's my nigger.
That boy nice.
That boy nice.
That boy nice.
That boy nice, man.
We need to do.
Okay, so instead of, I think maybe on Thursday's pod, we'll replace tenable,
untenable with that boy nice or that's a little.
There we go.
There we go.
That's a double.
That's a new Tyler scale.
Okay.
The story is.
been hitting me saying that shit too, bro.
Like, they'd be like,
that's a devil in my DMs and shit.
Someone yelled it at me.
Someone yelled it at me at a poly basketball.
Oh, shit.
That's the devil.
That's a devil.
Okay, the story is,
after injuring his finger in a bar fight
during the 1985 conference finals
against the Sixers,
Bird was practicing with his fingers heavily taped.
When Shaughnessy asked doubtfully
if he was going to play like that in the game,
Bird informed the reporter
that he could tape up his entire hand and still out shoot him.
Which, let me press pause on the story.
The bar fight.
Let's not gloss over that.
This motherfucker's in the conference finals beating the motherfuckers up in bars.
Right?
In Philly.
Yeah.
But let's pause right there.
Pretty normal reporter question.
Oh, hey, like, you know, are you going to get that off?
You couldn't play like that in the finals.
I can fucking outshute you like this.
What?
With my entire hand taped up.
The nigga was shoot with a fist.
So, yeah, to continue the story,
he then had the trainer tape his shooting hand into a fist
and challenged Shaughnessy to a shooting competition.
100 free throws at $5 a shot.
The two took turns shooting in rounds of 10.
Bird rested the ball on the palm of his bound right fist
and guided it with his left hand, made 86 shots.
and Shaanesee owed him $160.
After the reporter paid up the next day before the Sixers game,
Bird, like a cruel older brother,
placed the $8.20 bills in his sock
and played the whole game with money in his shoe.
Bird is the realest nigger that wasn't a niggler.
Whoa, dog.
Bro, he felt disrespected when white dudes guarded him.
When I heard that first, I thought it was a lie.
I didn't believe it until I read it in fucking Marcus Thompson's book.
You feel me like, bro, hey, Nicky, this is different, dog.
Bro, what a fist.
86 out of 100 free throws with a fist.
What a fucking fist.
Ben Simmons has never done that in his entire life, bro.
A fist?
Think about that.
That's the Ben Simmons odometer.
His lifetime odometer is just rolling over to 86.
Right.
Can I shoot better than Larry Bird when he shoots with his fist?
You know what I mean?
I mean, this is the same dude who got bored on a road trip
and decided to play Portland left hand
and a gayton boy's, what, 43?
With his offhand?
Like, come on, man.
That dude was different.
In playoff games, he's telling people what he's going to do
and saying you can't do shit about it and he's doing it.
What the fuck?
I can't believe you asked me,
you asked me to put this segment on the pod
during Black History Month.
Bro, I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
I can't hide my love anymore, baby.
I'm full of love.
You said, hold everything.
We need to give white people some credit.
I want to let them.
I hate Bobby Coosin.
I'm not Bob Coosie in that man.
You know what I mean?
There's a couple white dudes that can go,
and he's one of them, my boy.
You feel.
The Russell Westbrook Sneaking Snacks, Giff.
That was me hearing
the Larry Bird getting angry when white people would guard him.
Oh, we might be a my kind of person.
I'm telling you.
White people who don't like white people.
I don't know.
I have been thoroughly enjoying Big Fendi TV on Instagram,
getting his flowers in the most unique.
What kind of world have we constructed way possible?
If you do not know, because I did not know this who it was, Big Fendi TV is the originator of the stop by my biggest haters funeral.
I could stand on a whole more time.
What truly one of the funniest things a person has ever done or typed into the internet.
And that meme was you, it was literally just the picture of him was tweeted by Embed after the Simmons Harden Trade.
Embeded is a master fucking troll, man.
He is incredible, and Fendi,

And his caption is,
back in 2015,
I posted a pick of me going to one of my biggest haters' funeral
in covering face emoji.
This post went viral and is listed as one of the most
petty post in social media history.
Eyes open emoji.
It's funny how a negative situation
can put you in a positive life.
Hashtag, thank you, hater.
He's so happy his hater died and gave him that opportunity.
He's dancing on this niggas grave right now, bro.
Seven years later.
No.
Like, I wouldn't be here if you didn't die, bro,
and I hate you, but thank you for the opportunity.
A negative situation turned positive.
The niggas still dead.
A negative situation.
Bro, that is a very permanent situation.
He's talking like he got laid off or something.
Dog, you showed up to your haters' funeral and flicked it up.
You know what I'm saying?
Sunglasses at all.
He's not a regular dude.
I thought he was a regular dude.
He's in like management or some shit, right?

What the hell does George Bush got to do with Little Kim?
Well, you can find out on the Look Back at it podcast.

I'm down to talk about crack on day, but just so you all know.
I mean, at this point, this is the second episode where we've discussed crack.
So I'm starting to see that there's a through line.
We also have AIDS on the table right now.
Thank you for finishing that sentence.
Yes.
I don't think there's a more important year for black people.
Really?
Yeah.
For me, it's one of the most important years for black people in American history.

Everybody knew who that nigga was.
Everybody probably knew he didn't like that nigga.
And that he was flexing at that motherfucker's funeral.
That's crazy, dog.
Yeah, motherfucking big...
His previous post is, I posed picks for the people that put the $3.97 meat back
because they found some for $3.61.
That's me, dog.
In a hat that costs $200.
That's what he meets.
In a galley department hat that costs $180.
Oh, all right.
I respect it, though.
Let's, uh, absolutely.
Uh, what's the, what's the, uh, penny rich dollar poor?
Is that it?
The like, that's, that's me to a fucking tea.
Like, I'll turn off all the lights in the house so that I save my dollar 40 that I
can then go spend on.
It's really, I was like, well, I turned all the lights off, you know?
Uh, okay, let's, we got to counterbalance that, uh, Larry Burr's segment.
So I'm moving things around.
No, I think people respect that.
Yeah, but I just...
Like History Month, but it's okay to love Larry.

Excuse me
And her husband
Arrested for a crypto
Not just for the crypto theft
But for laundering
$4.5 billion
In crypto
That they stole
This is some
4.5 billion
dollars
Who are they to do that?
I'm wondering like, how did they figure this out?
Well,
He's Russian, which is, I don't, that's not really an answer, but it's an answer, right?
That's an answer.
That's an answer.
Okay.
Okay.
Damn.
Well, he's Russian.
Jesus Christ.
Well, I don't mean, I don't know.
You know, but so she, she calls herself, so they both call themselves tech entrepreneurs, I would say so.
I guess.
She calls herself an absurdist rapper.
And had the worst clip I've ever heard of a person saying anything.
Like, I would rather someone be threatening my family over 30 seconds than what she was doing.
It's fucking horrible.
But, you know, one of the ways they got caught is they were on social media talking about, like, this is how you invest to get rich.
Like, they were talking about how smart they were with money while they were laundering $4.5 billion.
I'm just like, this is truly one of the weirdest news stories I've ever seen in my life.
Funny as shit is, is the whole appeal of crypto has been how it can provide anonymity.
You know what I'm saying?
But motherfucker, we found out.
So, I mean, like, where's the anonymity there?
I mean, I really feel like if you swindling, bro, like, how much can you actually really swind?
You can't swindle fucking $4 billion.
I feel like probably like $10,000 or $15,000 is the most you can, like, transfer to your bank account
before, like, your bank or the IRS throws up a flag or some shit.
So, like, $4 billion, bro, you're not even.
touching that shit.
Is this the biggest caper ever?
Like they might have to create a jail to put these niggas in,
create a prison.
For, like, this is,
what even the judge is going to do when they see laundered $4 billion fucking dollars, bro?
Has anybody ever done that with that amount of money?
Well, let me put it like this.
And first of all,
I'm so happy you use the word caper.
It really makes me,
it really warms my heart.
Big caper fan.
My,
Mica'i'am.
Capric connoisseur.
Capricanassur.
Yeah.
So bank robbers who for like 200 years were like the epitome of like,
oh,
these crazy dangerous people.
The average bank theft is like $15,000 or something.
To Tyler's point.
They tried to steal $4 billion.
Don't banks only keep like 400K of cash?
on their purse, something like that?
Like, there's not a bunch of...
Banks are just like people.
It's like, if I have it on me,
someone could remove it.
These people are so stupid and despicable
that they actually had me rooting for the comments
from Deputy Attorney General Lisa O. Monaco,
who was talking her shit after this arrest.
She said,
Today's arrests and the department's largest financial seizure ever
show that cryptocurrency is not a safe haven for
criminals in a futile effort to maintain digital anonymity.
The defendant's laundered stolen funds through a labyrinth of cryptocurrency
transactions thanks to the meticulous work of law enforcement.
The department once again showed it can and will follow the money no matter what form
it takes.
My first time is exactly what Tyler said.
This is how people, one of the ways people pitch crypto.
It's like, bro, you think the FBI won't arrest you just because.
Right.
You think they won't lock your ass up and figure shit out later, bro?
You know what I'm saying?
Oh, they were calling the money they stole this different thing.
So, who, what are we going to do?
Yeah, I know what, if there's one thing that the government is going to be all in on,
it is for, you know, making, you know, securing fucking wealth and not making that,
making sure that she doesn't get redistributed, you know, by fucking whatever means, you know,
illegal or whatever.
So, yeah, you know, like all jokes aside, this is probably a pretty big deal because it shows that
crypto is not as anonymous as, you know, a lot of folks who thought it would be.
At least not if you're on social media.
you're talking about you got it.
I mean.
She said their effort was futile.
She was stunted.
She was talking about.
That's some game of throne shit.
You really thought, nigga, you really thought.
We are the FBI, bitch-ass, nigga.
Feudal effort indeed.
Elementary-ass motherfucking thieves.
Weakest caper I've ever seen.
Y'all going to jail, jail, bitch.
Feudal.
I'm surprised she didn't fire her shitty ass rap-up at the end of the statement, bro.
Right.
Well, Heather Morgan's going to have a little more time to work on her game.
She can spit to the microphone that is actually a hairbrush and the maximum security
prison she's gone.
But how stereotypical is that?
Somebody, you know what I'm saying, into crypto rapping in that way?
I'm like, dude, you are the stereotype of a motherfucker.
You know what I'm saying?
That it's into that shit.
But anyway.
All right.
We're just about out of time, but I did want to bring up one last thing, which is this.
I've been thinking about this a lot for the last, like, two weeks.
We have achieved as close to dominion over the planet as a fleshy meatbag animal could achieve dominion over the planet, right?
We've built our civilization over it.
You can see the lights that we've made from electricity, from outer space, like,
This is it. This is as close as anyone's going to get for better or worse.
And I've been thinking about the fact that we are like animals designed or evolved,
you know, depending on your worldview or whatever, to be somewhat nomadic,
to spend a good chunk of the day walking upright,
to be looking forward and around.
And we have chosen step by step to build a civilization that is literally destructive to our bodies.
where we're sitting in chairs that destroy our lower backs.
We hold phones that are literally warping our fingers,
the bone structure in our hands from the way we hold them.
And there's actually now a medical term
for what is happening to the base of everyone's,
where their skull hits their neck,
because we're spending so much time looking down,
either for work or at our phone.
Why did we do this?
This is our world.
We literally change everything about the world to build
a life for us that is
destroying our actual physical bodies.
This shit does not make any sense.
If you actually think about that
or you look around at the world for 30 cents,
it's everywhere.
Everything we did, it doesn't make any sense, bro.
It's money, bro.
We lived such a simpler life
when we were hunter-gatherers just out here
fucking hunting mammals and eating berries and shit.
You know what I'm saying?
But then someone had a right idea
to fucking create money and exchange that for the
mammoth meat and here we are now dog
the inflation prices
on the mammoth meat are
the fucking
the butterfly effect of the mammoth meat
fucking market yeah
but like but this is what I thought about
was there an intermediate point
we could have stopped where we had
started building permanent shelter
and defenses against
like saber tooth tigers kill
right like was there an intermediary
point we could have paused things to where we had
we had what we needed
physically because like if you think about it
air conditioning
I mean
like Genghis Khan
would have thought
you were a witch
for air conditioning
and most people
don't even think
about it in America
you know what I mean
like we achieved
everything we need
we just
to Tyler's point
we like kept going
you know what I mean
when we ever stopped
when we saw something
wasn't the way
to go about doing things
look at fucking
climate change
niggas still don't give a fuck
we got all the tech
all the proof
all that shit
we just we'll see
what happened
that's how we are
We'll find out.
I mean, I honestly don't think it was any other way for humanity to evolve other than the way that it has, you know,
progressed to this shitty fucking capitalist existence that we live in now because, like, at our core, bro, we're pack animals.
You know what I'm saying?
And there's hierarchy amongst us.
And, you know, we created currency and money to be, you know, markers of that hierarchy.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, truth be told, it's probably a way more civilized fucking way of going about things where it's like, okay, you've got something I want.
I'll give you money for it.
instead of, I can beat the fuck out of you and take this.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, I was wondering who started this.
Was it somebody, or we don't know, obviously,
but, you know, strength was what mattered back in the day.
You know what I mean?
If you were the biggest motherfucker, you were the most powerful.
You know what I'm saying?
Now we have people that could beat their ass who are, you know,
talking down to us.
You know what I'm saying?
At the gig, I think there should be a middle ground
because I think the fact that I could beat your ass
should always be respected.
You know what I mean?
I'm like, I'm not tough.
There's a lot of people's who's ass.
I can't be, but there's a lot of people who's ass I can't be.
You know what I mean?
And they shouldn't be talking to me a particular way in this motherfucker.
And we need to find a middle ground.
You feel okay?
Just because we invented a system where you have to sit in an office chair and it fucking
right, right, right.
You know what I mean?
And this five, six motherfucker come to me talking to me.
Ask me about some cold calls.
I should be able to co-cock your motherfucking ass.
You feel what I'm saying?
Shut the fuck up if you can't beat my ass.
There has to be some balance, dog.
All right.
If you can, I'm making a call.
You feel me?
I'm making them cold calls, Nick.
I want peace, you feel?
That's all we got time for.
Hope everyone has a great week.
We'll be back in the middle of the week.
Thanks as always for fucking with us.
Thank you for all of the reviews
and telling people about Jenkins and Jones.
And for buying the hoodies, we really appreciate that emotionally,
just for the emotions of it.
That's the only motivation.
You fuck for a child, for show, for show.
