It's the enhanced games.

Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen, thank you again for joining us for another episode of Nightcap.
I'm your favorite sports uncle, Shannon Sharp.
The guy that just dropped down and gave you 15 push-ups right quick into Jets jersey
is your favorite number 85, Bengals Ring of Famer, one of the great,
Route runners and end up the greatest. The greatest. The greatest. One of
Chad and Secoeco Johnson and the guy in the box to the top left. Now that's my dog.
Me and this dude go. If y'all want to do this, not do it. If y'all want to do this, not do it.
When you ain't tell me it's going to wear everybody going to wear a glass.
And you don't want to do it. Now, when he was doing the season, I didn't bother. But once the season
been over, I've been on his phone, we've been talking every day. That's my dog. You know it.
Coach Frye, the greatest quarterback of all time,
one of the top five defenders in NFL history.
Top five.
Top five.
He ain't no top five.
He don't talk about five.
Who we debate win time?
How are you going to talk about five?
How are you going to put me in the top five?
That's the same way.
You jump in the last thing they heard was five.
You can't do that.
You jump in L.T?
And?
What are you going to be scared of LT?
This goes to the LT?
You remember the last time?
Telling what we're from.
What were you from?
Hey, you remember the last time we've at the Hall of Fame,
and I got old LT and Ricky Jack,
we started joining back backstage.
But we'll say that for a little later to show.

Time.
We're going to jump right into it.
The Ravens beat the Jags.
23-7.
The Ravens improved to 11 and 4.
Clench a playoff berth.
The Baltimore Ravens have won 11 games this season for the first time since 2020
and for the third time in the last five years.
Lamar 14 or 24, 171, one touchdown, one pick.
Trevor Lawrence was 25 of 43, 264, one touchdown, two fumble.
Time, you watched this game.
What did you like about the Ravens?
I love them defensively.
I love them defensively.
They kept pressure on.
They got so many playmakers up front.
Linebackers run from sideline to sideline, reminding you about sugar, you should run from side line to sideline.
Right.
They don't make a lot of mistakes, man.
Defensively, they just don't make a lot of mistakes.
And when you have an offense, you know, led by Lamar and they control the clock, man, they keep possession.
It's tough to beat them.
It really is because he is so capable of doing anything,
making a throw, making a run,
extending the drive to get a first down.
I love what the Baltimore Ravens are doing right now.
It's not spectacular,
but I love how they do what they do.
Oh, Joe, and you watch it,
and you saw Lamar ran around for about three or four seconds,
maybe even five seconds,
throw the pass down the field,
lively jumps up and catch it,
and the defensive guy just sitting down
and he looks up at Lamar like, damn.
You did that again.
I mean, come on.
I mean, he's looking at the sidelines,
looking at the team and like, bro, I mean, what am I supposed to do?
There's nothing you can do.
Lamar's special.
Lamar's dynamic.
He, what I like about Lamar and what he's done is he's proved the doubt is wrong,
where everyone has said he is a running back.
He's a run first quarterback.
But this season, he's done something that we haven't seen him do
consistently throughout the entirety of a season.
He showed that he can be a pocket pass at first,
make, he can process, make the reason he needs to,
make and make all the throws, whether short, intermediate, or deep balls.
And the players that he has are making the plays for him, as you saw tonight.
And the funny thing about it is, I could just sense the frustration in the defender's
faces.
Yeah.
You got Lamar tackled.
You got him going down to the ground, and he's still getting the ball off and making the
passes and completing them.
And obviously, them being number one in the AFC North, rightfully so based on their play the entire
season. When you look at, when you look at Lamar, he should have been dispelled that myth,
coach. Because when you, when you win the MVP, you throw 36 touchdowns, you, you throw six
picks and you are unanimous. There's only been two unanimous MVP since they started voting for
MVP is he and Tom Brady. So you're a unanimous MVP. You're no longer a running back that can
throw. You are a quarterback that can run when necessary. When you look at this team and the way
they're constructed. Great special teams. Lamar Jackson is Lamar Jackson. They can run the football.
We know they get off the bus. They're going to run the football. We know that. Everybody knows that.
And their defense, you mentioned sideline to sideline with the linebackers, a defensive line that
doesn't have big names, but they can get relentless pressure in the corners. You still have
Marlon Humphrey back there, even though your free safety. Hamilton didn't play. We know he's a
playmaking free safety. What do you like most about this Ravens team and how far do you think they can
going to AFC? I like them, but I don't love them. Okay. The reason I don't love them is because they do
everything good, but I don't see what they do great. And when you get to the playoffs and you get down
to it, you've got to have a team that can stop the run and can run the ball. They can do both. But
then it comes down to Lamar. And that's why he gets criticized. If he don't have one of those Lamar Jackson
games, we get critical.
because he has to put the whole entire offense
and team on his back.
That's why he receives the criticism.
And it's not warranted because he plays fantastic.
Even when this is the only MVP that we,
how do you have an MVP holding out for money?
True.
Why they do that at?
Like, nowhere makes sense.
But that's the thing with him.
If he doesn't play great,
we put it all on him,
not the rest of his teammates.
Right.
Ocho, what you're thinking?
What do you see?
What do you like?
What do you dislike?
Listen, I like what Prime said.
The Ravens do everything good.
They do everything great on defense, on the defensive side of the ball.
But once we get to the playoffs, you think about some of the team that they're going to have to see.
Some of the AFC offenses that can put up points.
We took about 28, 30-some points a game.
Will the Ravens be able to match that even though their defense is good?
What happens if you get into a shootout?
What if it's a day where it's like the Cowboys?
We have an off-day defensively and you have to rely on the offense to be able to scoffice.
to be able to score points
where you're going against
the goddamn Buffalo bills
or you're going against
the chiefs
or the dolphins for that matter
so will you be able to
to have a shootout
with a team like that
so Lamar Jackson
not only Lamar has to be on
so does that receiving core
in Bateman
in Odell
and brothers eight flowers
all the boys got to be on
including the tight ends
yeah I agree with both
you have to say
the thing is that
when you are more a run
dominant team
the problem that you run into
especially in the play
half time and guys you know this if you fall behind how can do this is your office for coming from
behind we know if you get the lead you can take the air out of the ball and you can keep a patrick
mahomes off the field you can keep a tool off the field you can keep a josh allen out the field
but if you fall behind 10 or 14 points and they force you problem if you fall behind if you fall behind
everybody drops eight or they drop seven man you rush four and you make him hit the holes you
You drop it to a zone.
You don't play it, man.
You just drop it to a zone and make him have to pinpoint that pass.
And that's what there's a problem.
Although he can throw.
I don't know why they say he can't throw it.
He's not accurate because he can.
But, you know, this is one thing.
It's a question to me, man, that rubbed me the wrong way.
Okay.
And Chad, maybe you can help me with this one.
Yes, sir.
You know, I love Lamar.
And I think he's been criticized unfairly and unjustifiedly so.
But when is your homie that you're,
grew up with.
Like when he opts to go to another team, man, that, that, that right there, it made
me say, what, what's up with that?
Mm-hmm.
I didn't know what was up with that.
When your boy opts to go, you know, oh, you're talking about Hollywood.
Hollywood.
You talk about Hollywood.
Yeah.
I can tell you, I can tell you what that is.
But tell me.
Well, obviously, because Hollywood wanted to be more in a past first type offense, you know.
Right.
You think about the Ravens.
The Ravens are a run-dominated, oriented offense.
Correct.
It has always been that way.
And I think the dynamic is what forced Hollywood to want to go somewhere where he thought
he would get the ball and get the opportunities.
But you see how that's conflicting how that makes other receivers around the league feel about Lamar.
And I love Lamar.
And I think he's that guy.
But when you see that, that makes someone say, yeah.
that. Why would I go there? I'm not getting no numbers. I'm not going to be, I'm not going
no pro bowl. I'm not going to be no all pro. Like, and it just makes you think. And I think
it's unjustifiable. That's why I'm hoping. I think they changed their thought process and they
went in the draft and say, you know what? We're not going to get around a free agency. Right.
We got a draft. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Because guys want to catch,
time you play 14 years. I played 14 years. Oh, so you played over.
decades. As a wide receiver,
blocking his fight, you know, hey, I want my running
backs to get long runs, but I'm a
receiver. I'm here to catch the ball.
But it goes to show me.
Now, I thought you wanted to win
because you know the Ravens was winning when Hollywood
was there. Now, he ain't come close
to getting to, I mean, I think they went to the playoffs
what, two years ago?
They want to win nowadays that they want to get paid too.
That's a new man. No, I want to win
to get my number time. Let me win to get
a hundred catch.
It's a new one. He won't.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I don't know if it's that way.
When it didn't get the numbers.
I think it's getting the numbers then win.
Oh, yeah.
You know, it's a new player out there right now.
Yeah.
But you know what, guys?
Tell me if you're with me on this.
Lamar Jackson so much is on his plate that if he's off slightly, they're going to lose.
Brock Purdy can be off slightly, but because he has a CMAQ, he has a DBO, he has a kiddle.
He has an IUC.
They can overcome it.
You look at Josh Allen.
Okay.
I think he and Lamar
burdened shoulders a lot more
of burden than say a Brock Purdy
or Dag Prescott.
Because I think the biggest thing
we're going to talk about the Cowboys
is their inability to run the football
and they miss Zeke a lot more
than they thought they would.
But I think when I look at Lamar
and I look at their team,
everything is contingent on him.
If he's off slightly, they're not winning.
That's right.
But you got to understand, man.
As much is given, much is required.
Okay.
We can't hand you a bag in you.
Everything you need better be in that bag.
That's just what you need.
Better be in that bag.
That's just how it is.
And that's what we expect from all these handsomely paid quarterbacks because they've earned it.
Mahomed, yeah.
You got to produce.
Yeah.
And, you know, I think the thing, I think the thing right before we get off topic on Lamar,
the thing with Lamar is he's so special.
He's so special that there are certain things and certain dynamics that happen within a game
that he can overcome.
that he can overcome.
If he's not playing perfect,
all he's going to need is for Zay Flowers,
Odell, and Rashad Bateman
that play consistent,
decent football for four quarters.
The difference is,
is like the quarterback not playing,
because here's the thing,
the 49th is they can run the football.
If Brock Perkins is having an off day,
Christian McAfric can run you out of the building.
He still can go get you 1.25,
130, and get your two or three touchdowns.
And because they're not incumbent on them
throwing the ball,
down the field. Now, Purdy can throw the ball
down the field, but look how many swing passes
he give the Christian McCaffrey or Texas
right he'd give McCaffrey and he all of a sudden
he's getting 10 yards or DiBo.
Don't forget Debo. Please don't forget Debo.
Oh, man, Debo is running.
What's the ball in Debo hands?
Debo is as good a receiver. And then they have
an all pro tight end. Like, let's not
forget all these. No, let's not forget all.
And then you know, you got that big, you got the whole
left side locked down with Big Trent.
He locked it all down.
Oh, yeah.
But I just said, I won't.
I hope Lamar because the people say,
well, Shannon, you're so hard on him, bro.
He's an MVP.
We're supposed to be hard on MVP.
Right.
There's a special.
There's only three.
You're not hard on him.
You have expectation.
You have a lot.
You're not hard.
You have high expectations.
That's what that is.
Do you realize there's only three current players in the NFL that are MVP?
Yeah.
Lamar, Patrick Mahomes.
And, and, no, Rogers.
There's only three.
That's right.
Right.
That's right.
So the X, shouldn't the expectations be there for unanimous MVP to be consistent?
Look, we're not expecting you to throw for 300 and four touchdowns every game,
but there has to be a level of expectations given what you've already accomplished.
We can't say what, with Shannon, he's still young.
Bro, he's an MVP or unanimous MVP.
He's been an all pro.
He was selected by his peers as the best player in the league one year.
So we can't regress because things don't go his way.
It's not my arm.
I just wanted the people to know that's not my arm.
That's not your mic.
That's not my arm.
I don't want them to think that was my hand.
They don't want him to take that was me.
Okay, we go move along.
We go to the Cowboys.
The bills dominate the Cowboys,
31 to 10.
The Cowboys are now three and four on the road,
seven and O at home.
They score a little less than 22 points on the road,
score almost 40.
points at home. People are upset for McCarthy leaving a start of the end. I asked that very question.
I asked because heading into the, I think, Dach had like 50, 60 yards with a little bit,
with a little bit of like 13 minutes left in the fourth quarter. And, you know, he got his
touchdown, yada, yada, yada, yada. But when you watch, when you watch the Cowboys,
what do you not like about them, time? I love them. I'm not going to say is one particular thing.
I don't like about them.
I love them.
I just want them to continue to be consistent.
Don't fool me, man.
Don't tease me.
We don't like to be fooled.
We don't like to be teased.
Don't take me all the way to the altar and then you're going to dip on me.
Don't, don't, don't do that.
Don't get me feeling that you're going to do something.
You don't want to do that.
Don't, don't get me in there.
Don't you get me in there like that.
All right.
And oftentimes the cowboys have the propensity to do that.
And I'm just hoping.
this was just one of those games.
We've all had in our careers
have had just one of those games
where it just won right,
offensively, defensively,
it just didn't work.
You just got your butt kick.
Let's flush it.
Let's move on.
Let's go.
Don't even talk about it.
Let's go on.
I only want to watch the film.
Let's go on to the next game.
That's one of those games.
Right.
When you look at this game, though,
you see the weather is what it is.
The bill says,
we're going to run the football
and we don't believe you can stop us
because there's something to be said
about a team
runs the football. It becomes personal. And when you run the football, Ocho and time, we talk about
this all the time. You're moving a man against his wheel. He's got his hand in the dirt. You've got
your hand in the dirt. And he says, I'm not going anywhere. And that offensive line says,
the hell you say, you're moving up out of here. And here comes, uh, uh, uh, Cook, James Cook,
running the ball, 266 yards. Josh Allen was seven to 15 for 94 yards. He said after the game,
I felt like the kid that didn't participate in the science project
and got a...
Let that sink it for a second.
Yeah.
What we're seeing, what we see, what I see,
is that when the defense can't turn you over,
you can't get picked sixes and scooping scores,
and the cowboys,
you've got to fight tooth and nail.
The entirety of the game,
they've turned it down more times than not.
Now, we saw them go on the road
and lose to a bar,
our Arizona team,
minus Kyle or Murray.
We saw them go on the road to San Francisco,
and that ain't no shame,
because San Francisco has been thumping hell out
a lot of people.
And then we saw them almost, you know,
they lose,
they give up 30-something points to the Eagle.
That's not a good sign.
Because more than likely,
you're going to probably have to go on the road.
You're going to get to where you want to get,
which is Las Vegas.
You're going to have to go through San Francisco.
It's going to go through debate.
Mm-hmm.
This is my problem,
Shack.
And I don't know where y'all stood on this,
but I'm, you know, I have an opinion.
Of course.
Cam says some profound things.
Yes.
A lot of people took shots at Cam, man, not Cam, the quarterback.
And I don't understand because to me, Cam ain't really done nothing for us to
critique him as a man.
As a man.
Cam has been outstanding as a man.
Yeah.
Okay.
So whether we get that we don't honor the opinion of,
a former MVP.
Now, see, this is one of those games.
We don't like it.
It's right.
Okay, that's what I'm saying.
Forget the man.
Right.
Forget the man.
His opinion, he's a former MVP.
Now, you start thinking about this is one of those games where your quarterback
got to carry you, man.
What we just got finished talking about, Lamar, right?
Yeah.
Right, Joe, we got, yeah, yeah.
Like, all the pressures on Lamar to put you on his back and do his thing.
Yes.
That was one of those games, man.
Yeah.
That was one of those games.
And that might be what Ken was talking about.
That's exactly what he was talking about.
Okay.
You know, sometimes we'll miss the message.
Sometimes we'll miss the message if we don't like the messenger.
If we don't like the messenger, if we like the messenger, even if the message is wrong, we'll receive it.
But even if we don't like the messenger, the message can be, oh, man.
I love Dach.
And I think Dank is spying right now.
MVP, I really do. I think that might have, that might have put him second now. Yeah. Yeah,
that might have, you know, diminished him because of that. But those are the type of games where
ain't none working. Yeah. Hey, man, y'all got to get on my back and let's go because we criticize
Lamar like that. Yes. Yeah, we criticize those are, uh, uh, mhombs like that. Yeah.
Yeah, we criticize all those guys like that and those are those type of games, man. But then you, when you
think about it, right? You know, we talk about
DAC and not playing well. You talk about the
receiving court really not being there so that
can
succeed in a game like today where nothing
is going right, especially for the Cowboys defensively,
but then we give no credit
to the Cowboys in the defense
that they played against a whatever game.
You mean Buffalo. I mean, I'm sorry.
The bills, you know, for the scheme that they had
where they weren't able to run the ball.
They weren't able to throw the ball.
I'm not going into the third, going into the third
quarters.
Deck had how many yards?
I don't got my numbers in front of me.
And listen.
C.D. Lamb been cutting a fool for the past three, four weeks in the row.
All year.
Yeah.
Did that too?
All year.
So what happened today?
What did the bills do so special all of a sudden?
Because today's game is similar to what you're going to see in the playoffs.
They're going to scheme in certain ways.
They got out on them and they made them one dimension.
And if you really look at it, why did Mike McCarthy
to get Miller killing more. He said he wanted to be more balanced. He wanted to run and throw the football.
He wanted to be more 50-50. And he felt that they was a pass or more pass-happy offense than a run.
The Cowboys, with the exception of maybe one or two games, they haven't run the ball this year like they did last year.
And they missed Zeke on those tough one yard because Zeke had like 12, 13 touchdowns last year.
Tony Pollard, I don't know why they thought a guy that was 180.
is going to be your every down back.
Now, I'm not saying you probably one-night.
That's business, Shannon.
That's not the preference of the better man.
That comes down to business.
And that's what it came down to.
Don't it all come down to business?
Of course.
That's what it came down to.
Dollar, dollars and cents, always.
Right, right.
But most of that dollars don't make sense.
So that was 21 of 34,
134 and an interception.
No touchdowns.
And the cowboys were only five of 13.
on third down.
Third down.
This is,
but see,
this is the opportunity,
and like Cam was saying,
like I said,
I think it has a lot to do
with who said what he said.
Because remember,
now you and I,
time,
when we was on NFL network
and we've been a lot of shows together,
you and I say the NFL was watered down.
And oh,
Shannon,
you in time,
or haters, y'all are old.
Get your old self back on the porch.
Tom Brady said exactly what
many of us
has been saying for the longest time.
And everybody applauded.
But what they didn't applaud was Tom Brady was the chief beneficiary of this wateredown lead.
Now all of a sudden, they're like, whoa, well, Shanna, you hate it.
But I'm just telling you, you can't attack the quarterback like you once could.
You can't attack the receiver.
Time, you came in the-J.
Chad would have went off.
Chad, you do know.
But in today's, in today's?
You know you'd have been, you'd have been a $30 million receiver.
You do know that, Ray.
Man, don't do me like that.
30, 40.
I'm telling you.
40.
But, but time.
You remember when you first got into the league
and when I came into the league
and there was no defensive receiver
and you could attack the quarterback.
Man, they were trying to hit your mama.
They were trying to hit your mom in the stands right then, boy.
Yay.
Don't hurt my.
Don't you.
Your mom in the stand,
but don't hurt my baby.
Running.
I remember running out telling one of our receivers,
I'm going to kill you, boy.
I said,
ooh,
who isn't that?
And they literally.
They literally try to, I mean, they're like, if they not,
they didn't want to hurt you for the entirety of the season,
but they try to knock your ass out the game.
The game.
Oh, way.
That's all.
Time.
Do you, time, did you remember ever defending a one-step slant?
The way these guys run one-step slant rounds now?
Yeah.
Man, them live back of Singletary.
Them got John Offer-Daw.
No guy would knock you in the next week.
Yeah, you would.
Yeah, they're not getting hit right now.
The game is different.
The game is different.
And back to what Brady said,
and as far as the league being watered down,
this is because of the competition committee.
This is because of the NFL,
because the NFL wanting to make the offense,
make the offenses have score points,
make the game more entertaining for fans,
so fans can be engaged a little bit more.
So now they've handicapped defensive players
where they're throwing flags on everything.
You can't hit nobody in a minute.
I said it trying to be funny in a minute.
They're going to be playing two-hand touch.
But they did.
They did.
They did.
Because you remember now,
We were dead serious at the Pro Bowl
come second half.
Oh, yeah.
We're trying to pay for everything.
That second half?
Hey, that's second half?
We tried to pay for everything.
They were carpet.
Because we got that bill?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Home home.
So, room service was what?
Oh, no, no.
Hey, hey, man, we got to pay for this.
Yeah.
We got to win.
Yeah.
We got to win.
Yes.
We was playing to pay for the room service
and the expenses.
Because you don't brought,
you don't brought family members over there.
You already had that.
After you did it at one time, it was it.
You know, we learned that first time.
Never, never again.
And that was the, but time, remember you and I talked about it.
I said they're going to do away with this.
I see them owners.
They had to.
And Commissioner Goodell.
They had to.
I was like, how you go over there and you literally don't take,
this is tackle football and you touch the guy and the guy stops?
Yeah.
I got a confession.
I got a confession by the pro bow, man.
I'm not going to lie to you.
After I got to.
that bill, I literally
ordered a
little refrigerator. You did. I was there that year. You ordered that
refrigerator having put in your room. I had to put in my room.
And I went to the grocery store and got some cereal and some milk. I said, we're
going to stop this. You're going to eat breakfast right here.
I don't stop this. I remember. I remember. You remember that time, we had
transferred to the Ielan. Because that first we had to hit in the Hawaiian
Village. Oh, my God. Chad? Oh my God.
You at the Hidden Hawaiian Village?
And first of all, everybody was everybody.
Yeah.
It was secluded.
Right, right, right.
They used to let everybody their mother
or went to a Hawaiian Village.
You run it to everybody, huh?
Oh, you come out the room and just see somebody
you went to high school with.
Like, it was open like that.
Right, right, right, right.
I saw somebody I didn't go to high school with,
but I wanted to go to high school with.
You don't know what I'm trying to tell you.
That's what I'm trying to tell you.
Don't.
Those were the days.
Do those were the days.
Hey.
Man, y'all, y'all shout out, man.
Those were the days.
And it was back then you couldn't tell nobody.
Hey, man.
Hey, what room you in?
You're yelling if you want to.
You're yelling if you want to.
Hey, the whole bill.
The whole Bob bill would be on you.
Be on your room.
And you don't know what happened.
That's right.
You'd have told the wrong person your room number.
Oh, no, man.
I ain't even staying here.
The 49 is blasted Cardinals.
Brock party, four touchdowns, zero interceptions.
Now Brock Purdy leads the NFL in touchdown passing with 29.
He's second in the NFL in passing yards, and he's first in QBR.
Dak is second in touchdowns, fifth in yards, second in QBR.
Guys, when I look at the 49ers, it's going to take a herculean effort for some team to go in there and beat them.
They have to have an off day offensively.
I'm talking about a complete off day.
Everybody got to be off.
Or one of the key guys get in.
like it was last season.
That's what had, and you don't wish that on nobody.
No, but that's what has to happen because those boys are playing some ball, man.
Yeah.
And they playing defensively.
Did you see the way that boy broke on that thing?
Award?
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Listen, that ain't, that ain't, that ain't, that ain't, that ain't, that ain't that
any number of film study and knowing was coming.
Oh, man.
And it was.
And you're right.
Nothing about film study and knowing what was coming.
And housed it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You can't think against yourself.
If you hesitate, you beat.
That's right.
That's the difference between a pick six and a knockdown pass.
That's right.
That's the difference.
But when you look at this team, because they can run it, you know they can run it, they know they can run it.
They know they can run it.
When they stick that ball in the belly of Christian McCaffrey or that backup running back,
that's a grown man.
Kittle running free.
I used free.
Debo is free.
Keating is free.
Everybody free.
I mean, they out there like Oprah.
But McCamp.
He could beat on him.
He could beat a touchdown.
He could beat MVP as well.
McCaffrey could beat him.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
He has 20 touchdowns total and he's leading the league in Rush Yards.
Yeah.
Unbelievable.
It's crazy.
Wait, mind he got four, five hundred and nine receiving y'alls on top of that.
But I love that kid, man.
I love that kid.
I love this father.
Oh, yeah.
That whole family.
That whole family can ball.
Awesome.
I think the housekeepers, everybody can ball in the house.
But, everything.
But time, you and I have been in this business a long time.
What's the better story?
A first round pig who far comes from pedigree winning the MVP or missed the irrelevant.
A seventh round draft pick, the last pick in the draft winning MVP.
Because it's all, you know, sports is about stories.
Right.
People are, oh, oh, win.
No, no, no, no.
If it was just about the score, they wouldn't need, they wouldn't need color.
They wouldn't need play-by-play guys.
because the play-by-playing the color,
they give you the story of the game.
Yeah, that's right.
If it was just all about the score,
you can just, okay, he scored a touchdown.
We know what the score is,
but they're telling you the storyline of the game.
And the best story right now,
and it might be, just like,
you remember when Kurt Warner won a time in 99,
here's a guy that was bagging, gross.
The guy that came out of the hour barnstormers,
and the next thing you know,
he's the MVP, he wins,
the Super Bowl, he's Super Bowl MVP.
Oh, he deserved it now.
Oh, Kurt deserved that thing now.
Oh, the greatest show on turrets.
The great show on turk.
I love this kid.
I do love this kid, but I'm going to tell you where the Hayden going to start.
It's going to start at the conclusion of it because they're not going to want to pan.
Yeah.
They're not going to want to pay what he's worse.
So what they'll do that start finding little things to knock his game.
And that's not fair to him because the boy is bawling.
But they're going to say, okay, go some way else to do it.
Because here.
you have all those intangibles on the field with you like you just forementioned.
Yes.
So are you really that guy?
Or do you need all this assistance that only we can provide for you?
So now that diminishes your bag.
But when you come in like he came in and they're going right now is 50, he said, I take 40.
I'm good.
I take, I might, you might not want to get because he's in the second year.
So he has three years.
So next year he can really get that.
bag. You know what? The bag next year
going to wait to the next year, though.
You want to go and get it now? You don't do that.
Yeah, you got to get him now.
Yeah, you don't, you don't let him go to free agency.
You don't do that. If you let a man go to free agency,
you don't want him. Yeah. And then, because you know
what happens, you go to free agency, you have to overpay to keep him.
That's right. But look what you just said. Look what you just
said. Probably upstairs management is going to say,
you know what, we don't want to pay you because you're playing
so well based on the supporting cash, you have.
around you.
So then what do they do?
What do they do if they don't think he is to die?
No, no, but you got to understand how he came up.
Right, right, right.
And he didn't come up like we came up.
We was supposed to do what we did, okay?
Right, right.
So he wasn't supposed to do.
He's missing irrelevant, right?
Right.
Therefore, instead of getting 50, what they get right now,
40 a year straight with him?
Right, right.
Please.
You mean you're getting ready to give me a quarter of a billion dollars for this?
I didn't expect that.
I'm good.
I ain't been a favorite with you all with that.
I'm straight.
I'm tired because, you know, how they look at him,
they're going to say, you know, we believed you when no one else did.
We took a chance on you.
You know, I'm just free, Shannon.
I was a seventh-round draft pick.
I was the guy that came and asked for a little bit more money.
Well, you know, Shannon, you know, we believed in you with no one else did now.
And we got you, you got a great situation, a quarterback that loves you, the office.
I'm like, I don't understand all that.
But can I get paid according to what I'm worth?
and I think the thing is with him, the going rate,
I mean, it's like I got to get with Justin Herbert.
At least I want to play, I want a playoff game.
Right.
They always said they believe had he not hurt his elbow in that championship game,
they believed they would have beat Philly.
They went back with the sole purpose to saying,
this is what would have happened to your, you know what,
had I not gotten hurt.
I hadn't seen it, though.
I hadn't seen it like
Kurt did it. I take that back. Kurt did it
and Romo did it. But I haven't seen a guy
that wasn't projected
to be that guy. No.
Getting paid like they're supposed to get paid.
Right. Except for those two.
Right.
Kurt Warner and Romo.
Right. But they got it.
But if you think about what he did,
remember now what they gave up to get
Trey Lance. That's their future.
And the only reason that we brush over it
is because they got purdy. Do you understand
how they would have been eviscerated
if they didn't have a Brock party.
I like that word.
I don't know what that mean.
But I like that word.
They would have got destroyed.
Chad's just sitting there like, yeah, yeah,
eviscerated.
That's, that's a big word.
Yeah, that was out my, that was out my context.
Hey, Ocho, we just hit a live,
40,000 in the chat live right now, new record.
What, 40,000?
Congratulations, Coach Prime for joining us.
Thank you.
I love it.
You know y'all my, you know,
all my dogs.
Y'all are my dogs.
You got to give me credit.
I'll leave you alone during the season.
Because you know how we use the dog.
Not really. Not really.
I'd be calling you.
You do.
But I'll be busy.
You see all the jobs I got.
I'm part of the baker.
You ain't never too busy for us.
And I always check on Chan.
I always check on Chan.
I checked on you.
I checked on you once this year.
I didn't want to bother you.
I didn't want to buy you.
But you did.
I quit.
Line.
All both are lying.
But you didn't tell me you was coming to see me.
You told me.
You told me you was going to come get on the field
when we received it.
I ain't seen you yet.
Wait, I can't,
because I got like 37 jobs right now.
I can't even get out of town.
You don't work all year.
You could have came in the summer.
You could have came in the camp.
You could have came in the time.
And one thing about Shannon,
Shannon will be lying to me.
Right.
But he will show up.
I got a question.
I got a question.
I got a question.
But he don't want to do.
Okay.
I got a question.
So listen.
Listen, I'm going to put you on the spot.
I'm going to put you on the spot right now.
Since I already had 37 jobs.
let's make it 30.
How about you having to come be their assistant receiver coach?
You don't want to do that.
You ain't dedicated like that.
I'm not,
but I didn't have structuring disciplines in 1960s.
Yeah, but you didn't dedicate like that.
You dedicated to play,
but you ain't dedicated to coach.
You didn't do that.
You ain't like that.
So you basically,
you're going to try to give me some mumbo-jumbo and just say,
you know what, I don't want to hire you.
Why don't you just say no?
No, I will bring you in as an analyst,
but you can't be there every day.
You ain't going to be there every day.
I know you.
I know you.
Listen, I love the kids.
No, you love the kid.
Yeah, you love the kid.
You love the game.
But you're not going to be there every day.
I'm going to go, where's your coach?
Where I'm going to be here?
He'll get back at us.
He texts all up this morning.
He'll get back at us.
But see, before he got the job,
we didn't have the job at Jackson State,
we talked at least four-five times today.
Really not about football.
Just a lot about a bulljad.
Okay, he goes to Jackson State,
and I call him to,
two or three times a week, mainly by bull,
job, a little bit of football.
But when he got there, that's the first year I said.
I got to let him get his feet wet, let him get in there,
and then you know, I will hit him up.
Now, this year ain't going to be like last year,
because you already know what to expect.
You don't got in good, so now I'm for that, the food.
Okay, there you go.
You know what I just thought about?
Hey, I just thought about, I didn't got turned down two brothers that I love.
Y'all's supposed to uplift me.
I didn't ask both of y'all to do something for me.
What did?
I don't ask, um, right?
I've been begging him for three months.
Man, get me on first tape.
He done sold me a dream.
I didn't ask you to let me come be a coach at or assistant at Colorado.
You don't told me no.
So both of y'all don't turn me down.
We know you.
I mean, y'all are you supposed to be helping me climb the mountain?
Now, Shannon.
I heard what Shannon did to you, but he was right.
He said, let me get in him first and let me work it out and let me do my thing.
He didn't have been in there three months.
Three months.
But he ain't in all the way yet.
He don't know everybody's name.
He just getting in there.
And, you know, he's just getting straight.
He just got the whole makeup situation straight.
So, you know, he just getting that right.
See, I do you.
You dirty time.
You dirty.
You're dirty.
Chad told me to say that.
Okay, anyway.
Okay. He got all that straight.
Now he good.
Right.
I know you.
I've been knowing you.
You know I know you.
If you give me a job, I will move to Colorado, man.
I will uproot everything in Miami and I will come to Colorado.
You know that.
You know that's a lie.
Well, if grandma was a lie right in that shit, cuss you at.
A lot don't care.
You know, if grandma was a lie right now, you at.
Man, I'm telling you.
And Shannon, well, I'm talking about his grandma, that was my girl.
He didn't know grandma cussimata if he's a lie.
Grandma know I know I know you.
I got my right hand up.
I got my right hand up.
That's the level, though.
That's your level, but okay.
On TV, that's you right, but that's it.
But we don't see.
That's why we know you.
Because we all you.
Yes.
I, listen, I just want an opportunity, man.
I'm trying to get with y'all.
I give him a platform.
Get him on here three, four times a week.
I mean, I got the pool of teeth.
Hey, you're coming today?
You on the day?
Is it in 10 minutes?
Has he been on time?
I'm always on time.
That's a lot.
That's a lot.
I ain't never late.
Listen, I might not wear watch that work, but I'm going to be on time.
I don't know about all that.
Now, but you know what?
Historically.
Well, I've never been late nowhere.
I set my watch five minutes ahead on purpose, so I never go anywhere, never be anywhere late.
Do you really want me to call Marvin Lewis, right?
Huh?
Oh, I ain't never showed up late to no meeting.
You know, you're laugh.
Not that, not that.
You know, I got CTE.
I can't remember.
You live at the complex.
How you live at the complex, you was like, that was what I understand.
Oh, no, I over, because nobody woke me up.
Nobody woke me up.
That was early in my career now.
Do you remember, do you remember the strength and conditioning coach is Chip and Friday?
Cincinnati being, because I'm talking to you.
Oh, yeah, Ray, Ray and, um, Ray Oliver and, um, Chip, Chip, Morton.
Yeah, and then Friday came in as assistant.
Okay, so you know, I know them, they were with me in Baltimore.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah, you know, we know everybody
know each other.
It's like a...
Yeah, I mean, we are family.
We all family, but I just don't like
when I don't like things being said about me
that aren't true.
Sometimes, you know...
That was true, though.
One thing about it, I'm never late.
No, that was true, though.
You was late and you lived in the complex.
Like, how do you do that?
But you said they ain't wake you up.
Yeah, it's like you being in the grocery store and starving.
How are you starving a grocery store?
How you starve and you work in the grocery store?
Yeah, I don't understand that, though.
Imagine an Olympics where
Doping is not only legal, but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all,
embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.

Time.
Me and on this next one.
The cheese beat the Patriots 2717.
Ain't nobody care.
Ain't nobody care.
Oh, but just this is what we care about.
Ocho and I had a $200 bet.
He said, $200 bet.
What?
You have a $100.
He had like he would have a cut of money, though.
I know that's a lot.
Cadarius Tony wasn't going to have another drop.
And he wasn't going to make a mistake.
And he did it on the same place.
He had to add to a pick.
Yeah, I saw that.
I saw that.
I saw that.
And you know what?
Matter of fact,
they cut away,
it was even to the quarterback
or the coach was like,
man,
I'm tired of this.
Like,
they cut away to one of the
and showed their face.
Patrick Mahomes.
It was cursing.
He was cursing.
He was like,
I had your back.
Now, I'm tired.
I'm tired.
I'm tired.
I'm tired.
He probably was over there
on the side last and said,
I'm tired.
Wait,
I made a bet.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do $100.
Run me my money.
It's a hell like you, dog,
because you're always defending receivers.
And you know how to,
you know what they're saying?
I'm supposed to defend receivers.
I used to drop,
I used to drop balls too.
I know what that feel like.
I know what it feel like.
I think, I think, I think, you drop what?
I never heard you admit that, though.
Yeah, I could, I think I played.
Just, I mean, you put foot in front of those, the balls, okay?
Just say, okay, I drop in, come on.
Come on, come on.
Come on, come on, don't do that.
My kids do that all the time.
No, don't do that.
Don't do that.
Because he always looking to get me time.
He always, my bad, my bad, my bad, my bad.
Listen, I know what if you're like, right now,
Kadiris, Tony, his confidence is a little shot.
Just a little bit, just a little bit.
What he needs right now is he needs an uplifting,
not from us, not from us, media.
For me, for me, he's going to hear, he's going to hear for me.
I'm a big up you no matter what, because that used to be me.
I used to drop balls.
I had also put balls at times.
It would come off.
It would come off the hands.
It would come off my hands
and it would be an interception.
I know what that feels like.
I know how deflating that is
as a player.
Am I going to pile on him?
No.
After this, I'm here.
I sent KT a text.
Hey, boy, keep your head up, boy.
Get back and keep your hands up.
Get back.
Get back and keep on working.
And I'm going to text, Pat,
my home.
Don't show up your receiver
on national television.
He didn't mean to,
but he was in the moment.
First of all, Pat had his back last.
last week.
Pat said.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
He had his back.
Pat is back.
How the man line up a foot off size and did he man when they throw the flag?
I seen that.
I see, I see, I've seen players today get mad when they wrong, but you check them by they wrong.
Like, how are you mad at me?
Gunner, Gunner, come on.
You're going to be asleep, man.
You know it late.
Who's it?
Wait, you got dogs, too?
I got a dog, gu.
He got a kennel.
What kind of dog you got?
He has a kid.
I got a, uh, uh,
he made me just go blank right then.
A Malawi, a German sheriff?
Malawi.
A Belgian Malawi.
It's like the,
it's like the uncle of a German shepherd.
It's like,
the top of the line when it comes to the police dogs,
the military dogs.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, they'll jump over his desk on the other side
and just walk off like it was a lot.
They're smart, but they're a lot of work time.
No, they got a lot of energy.
They have a lot of energy.
You need to burn.
that off or he'll burn it off by tearing up
his house.
That is true.
That is true.
But Dolph.
I got to go.
Chad was like a mile wide.
He had a lot of energy.
The dog is.
I should have wanted you, though.
I had to tow you up.
I had to tow you up.
You put that thing on the time.
Oh, my God.
Oh.
You know it's on you.
Hey, ain't.
Man, listen.
You might be the greatest.
You are the greatest.
Ain't on me.
Ain't a light.
Ain't a light out.
If you want to talk to, you want to touch me.
You wouldn't have touched me at the line.
What you mean who?
If you go, who you can hear?
I'm talking to you.
Don't play.
First ball.
Don't play.
Don't play.
Okay.
You could not run me.
So I'm not going to need to run you.
I can do one thing that nobody else can.
Get off that line of scrimmage.
Dog, I'm going to put so many hands on you.
I guarantee you you're going to file.
You're going to go break a police report.
But listen.
Don't, don't, don't, don't do me like that.
Don't do it.
Check my resume.
Don't do me like that.
I did.
It's one thing you won't do.
I did.
You're going to touch me off the line?
These feet?
You don't touch these feet off the line.
Did you forget about these?
Did you forget about D.E.V?
Yeah, listen, they paid you to cover people.
They paid me for my feet for a long.
They paid me to put butts in seats.
Yeah.
You know, you know what's funny?
I did that for a decade too.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Time you go.
All right.
When you're playing, you can put hands on people.
What you mean?
When I played, you can put hands on people.
I don't know.
Hey, listen, it's a reason we played.
It's a reason we played on Sunday.
Huh?
You're the blest to you put half on you.
You thought I was bending hand.
I'd have had them hands on you.
Listen, we were, hey, you would have came out there playing.
You would have got a communion.
You would have got a, you, who?
Huh.
You got the right one.
See, you got to talk the rest of them.
You know, you get.
Huh?
I've been trying to tell us.
You know what?
When I see you, it's on site.
And I ain't coming from what they eat.
I ain't got but eight.
Yeah.
You better to say nine.
You better than say nine.
I know you ready.
I know you ready to jump in there.
I know you ready to jump in there.
Hey, hey, Chad.
He's going to come to my house, my building,
and talk about me like a dog.
Hey, hey, he's talking to me like a dog, man.
Time, boy.
Hey, hey, Ocho, let me tell you how you're getting.
Release inside.
He only got, he only got two toes on that right foot.
You know what I'm saying?
See what I'm saying?
No, see what I'm saying?
No, that's bad, man.
You both are praying with me, and you're coming at me.
That ain't right, man.
That's my dog.
Hey.
Listen, we're going to pray for him.
We're going to pray for him.
But I know one thing.
I don't care where I see you.
It don't matter.
It could be at the game.
It could be at church.
We could be at somebody's funeral.
We could be in the street.
We get in the parking lot.
It's on site.
Every time.
But you don't know what?
You know what I'm proud of you?
Because you spend a lot of time with your wife and all that.
Don't let me care with your wife.
What happened?
He's going to look at you the same.
shit me.
If you think I'm going to look at you to say when I get done.
If you think I'm going to lose in front of her, you got another thought coming.
Don't let me catch you with your wife.
It's on site.
Time, time, say you, time, he losing in front of her and 85, and other people do that.
Oh, and you know you're losing in front of your wife.
She ain't going to look at you the same no more.
Hey, hey, hey, that's a bad thing, boy, you're losing front of your wife.
You can't lose it from your wife.
And we just, and we just plan, imagine you get in the fight.
And you got, she got to help you get up and you get knocked out.
You get home.
You got to tell you, baby, it was okay.
You can't even raise your voice now.
You can't even raise your voice no more.
Oh, Joe, the people in the chat saying Revis locked you up and Revis admitted time was to go.
So what if the guy who lost you up?
Hold on, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, listen, let's stay.
Let's stay with this.
Let's stay in context.
And read that again, Shannon, so he'll hear that.
The chair said Revis locked you up.
Reba said time was to go.
What do you think time would do?
Y'all don't understand, huh?
And Revis also said, ask Revis, who did Revis say the greatest rock rock,
of all time was.
I don't know how he would know
because you couldn't get off the line.
I was off the line.
What do you talk about?
What?
Passes was just incomplete.
Y'all, y'all have to understand context.
Y'all just get enamored with all the
the stat lines.
And then we talk about me.
Hey, listen, we talk about.
You know what I'm a coach, right?
I know, I know.
I know about all this stuff you're talking about.
Yeah.
But, oh, Joe, before you go into
forever, I need you to run my money on
on, what you call him?
Zach Wilson, too.
another 200.
What happened?
He didn't get 300 passing yards today.
What did he do for today?
Probably 25.
25.
For real?
26, my bad.
26 yards.
No,
what he thought for the day?
What he thought for?
26 yards?
No football.
Stop playing.
What do he threw for?
How many yards do you?
He threw for 26 yards.
Now, run me my money.
Okay.
I should have got my money.
He must have got rid of.
They talked about the game.
Yeah, yeah, say that
Oh, wait a minute
Well, bed off if he got knocked out the game
Ain't no bed off
Ain't no bet off
Ain't bitch on that one.
See, that what I got to be?
Oh, whoa, whoa, if he didn't finish the game,
I'm a, I don't want to fight.
I don't want to fight.
I'm going to fight.
Hey, time.
Hey, man, I got you, no you don't.
Put that money down.
Money out of flat or cause a fight.
Nope.
You know, are you rolling dice
And everybody tell about, oh, I got that?
No, no money down.
I don't do no dice.
You don't know what you're going to do.
I don't do it.
You don't know what you're going to lie.
You pitch to the line.
You pitch, you, we pitch quarters.
We pitch quarters.
Quarter, piss quarters.
I make that thing lean on you.
I make it lean on you.
I'll make it lean on the wall.
Hey, we call it.
Hey, we call it get like me.
Yeah, that's what you're going to call it.
Yeah, we call it pitching.
To the line, we pitch in a cup, all that.
No, we pitch in a line.
We ain't pitching a cup now.
Anything that we can get some money off of.
They did, they're at the fail.
See, I know you from a small town.
You know about the fail.
Yeah, I love the fair now.
I'm a matter of fight, they tried to put me out
six flags one time.
Because I got an anointed
to win the game.
Like, the one you throw the hula hoop over the back.
Yeah, right.
And let's throw that hula hoop like,
boy, look at him.
I'm taking stuff down on the left and right.
Then you got the little one
you throw the little ring around a little bottle top.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I threw that thing right, that thing's just stopped on them.
And then you got a little basket
that you throw the little softball halfway.
Yeah.
I spend that joker back with that joker just sit up in there.
Man,
He got to go.
He got to go.
He got to go.
He got to go.
The Jazz, the Jazz lose 30-0-0 to the Dolphins.
The Jazz now-
They got a little friction.
A little friction on that team.
They upset.
They upset.
They upset with the quarterback play.
They upset.
The receivers are upset.
Oh, we're going to blame them on the quarterback.
No, the Jets.
The Jets.
Okay.
Okay, okay.
I thought you were going to blame on the quarterback.
Yeah, they got a great receiver.
They upset.
Gary, Gary.
Gary Wilson, the real deal.
That's what I'm talking about.
Well, it's hard to move the ball when the quarterback on his ass back down.
You can't make a three-step drop.
Let me ask you a question.
Yeah, he got to see the game too.
But let me ask you a question.
Last year, Gary Wilson won offensive rookie of the year.
So what's the different now?
Zach Wilson had to play more this year than last year.
That's the only difference.
So you tell me what it is.
Remember Mike White?
Remember Mike White.
Mike White got the job, beat him out.
The guy that's the backup in Miami now?
Yeah.
Okay.
You know the guy that they were wearing T-shirts, Mike White.
We support Mike White.
When Zach Wilson was the quarterback, imagine that, Ocho.
You're the wide receiver.
But they're wearing, they're wearing T.J.
Hooszumanzada number.
The offensive line and the defense wearing T.J.
Hoosumanzada.
Yeah, exactly.
Now, run me my money.
Four hundred.
What a four hundred?
You said, too.
I'm not to eat like that.
Why you eat like that, man?
Why I got to see the whole donut in your mouth when you eat?
Hey, and time.
And it's lived with that ashen before the glaze hit it.
I listen to ashen.
No, you live there ashen, dog.
I know you're crazy cream.
But I don't want to see the whole donut when you eat now.
I got it.
That's a pet peeve.
Like, smacking is a pet peeve, especially for a woman.
You might well go.
If you're, if you're smacking in the, hello.
So, okay, y'all out of the dinner.
She's all time.
You know, I'm talking about she like five, seven, five.
a, you know, nice complexion,
hair down to a shoulder, her hair.
She didn't buy it, it didn't come from India or out of horse and tail.
And, you know, she's like, whoo-hoo, and she-
You all need to stop now.
First of all, stop talking like that because you know I'm in the portal.
But go ahead.
Let's keep going.
But go ahead.
But go ahead.
Hey, he's going to be in the portal.
But go ahead.
Go ahead.
You know they'll put me in the portal.
But go ahead, Shanna.
That's sick.
That's badger about here in the portal.
They put you in the portal.
I didn't, but go ahead.
Go ahead.
And, you know, she's talking,
you all having a conversation at the table,
and she's smack a little bit,
and you might see a little fool in the mouth.
But.
And then, baby, look at him.
Look, baby.
Excuse me, look here, baby.
We can't do that.
We can't do that.
That's a pet peeve of mine.
Of yours?
Certain things, I can't do it.
See?
I can't do.
Certain things I can't, I can't do.
See, y'all kill me,
Ocho.
Now, see, he said that's his pet peeve.
That's one of my pet pieces.
I got a plethora of pet pee.
That's one of mine.
Hey, Ty, what about your question?
Can a woman pass gas in front of you?
Mm-mm.
Thank you.
That's my dog.
No.
You can't fart.
You can't do that.
You better hold it.
I don't care your stomach bust.
Man, something.
Something wrong with you.
Something wrong with you.
You can't fall around the feet.
See, you know what?
Listen, that's how, you know what?
If the woman you claim you love can't pass gas,
which is natural,
and she got to go to a whole other room just to do it.
That ain't long.
So she's having a competition with you fought?
So she having a fart?
You don't have a fart off?
Sometimes you got to let it go.
You're having a fart off.
So first of all, how we get to the point would that happen and that's cool and we ain't
going to talk about it?
Like how I get to the point where first of all, you had to do it so much it just made her
comfortable do it.
Let's just get that straight.
No, how about, how about, you know what?
We're so comfortable with each other that we don't have to go high and
You're so responsible and you're so nasty that she felt like that.
I'm like, well, going to get mine.
That's right.
That's right.
Just like that.
Well, say that.
That's law.
Don't say that.
That's law.
Just say that.
That is law.
I'm going on that.
Hey, I don't know what you're on that.
Hey, you know, y'all, it's a, it got to be a little bit of class.
A little bit of class.
I graduated.
Class.
I graduated.
I didn't grow up with the royal family.
I'm from Liberty City.
No.
Where are you from?
I've been now.
Class is out.
Yeah, I'm a full mind.
All right.
Baby.
No, we're not doing that.
We're not doing that.
There's something.
We ain't doing that.
There should be some secrecy.
There's got to be some rules to the game.
No, we don't need no secrets.
That's rules to the game.
Listen, rules is what's got us in the position we're in right now as a people.
Okay.
That's the goddamn problem.
Let me give you one.
Let me give you one and I need a real answer.
And you can't laugh.
Give it to me.
Have you ever heard your mama fart?
Yep.
I knew you're going to say that.
I know you're going to say that.
I had heard Paula Antonette Johnson past ass.
Yes, all.
My mom,
I ain't never heard my mom.
Never.
Never.
Never.
Never.
Mom or grandma or sister.
Never.
They ain't never heard of my grandma fart.
You call none of them.
None.
And I love your mama.
I love grandma.
You don't love grandma.
But you come from Nancy.
I understand.
Who?
Yeah.
You come from that.
That's what I was on the field, too.
Nasty.
That's how I know you to got this work.
We're going to go to the field.
Any time.
I'm not, I'm talking about not one woman.
I'm talking about my cousin.
Not one.
I'm talking to my aunts.
None.
Never going to the bathroom.
Never.
Fellas, fellas, fellas, fellas.
My youngest daughter, she'll go in my office and break one off.
I ain't going to like to you about that.
Fellas.
Listen, I got to get you.
I got to put your boys in therapy, man, because y'all can't live like this.
You know therapy.
Listen, we're going to stay with you.
Wait, wait, wait.
Wait, wait.
Stay with me, baby.
y'all can't have women scared to be themselves around you when to come to things that are natural.
I don't like that.
I don't like that.
It feels like imprisonment and I won better for y'all.
No.
I'm going to get on y'all about this.
There are certain things that women, that women say, you know what, I won't tolerate that from a man.
If you can't go into another business.
If you can't go into, if I'm asking you, baby, just don't pass gas around me.
If that's too much, we don't need to be together.
We really don't.
And first of all, we don't even need to have this conversation.
Okay.
It should be understood.
We've had this conversation about, I'm talking about not us.
I'm just saying.
In general.
Oh, in general.
Okay, okay.
No, you don't even have this conversation with you, what you want.
But you don't, you don't have it.
You don't have it.
I'm just saying in general, there's something that is just.
So how did it happen?
So I think me, I was talking about it one time.
I see, because you know he nasty.
I see him far as so much.
that he went ahead and blessed it.
Baby, you know what?
You're going far too now.
You don't have to hold your...
Not around me.
And next day, you know, she's not one slip.
Prime.
This is an...
Now is a contest.
The woman got to use the bathroom.
She got to go way into the other room.
She got to go downstairs.
And all that's like, it was just...
I think we talked about this a few shows ago.
Yeah.
And it was to...
It was too extreme.
And what a woman had to do...
It ain't no extreme.
I told her she got to go to CBS
or go to Target to use the bathroom.
Hey, babe.
We got six bath-thews in the house.
You got to go way across the,
she got to go to the east wing.
You know what she doesn't play that, though.
You know what she doesn't play that.
When you use the bathroom over Shanna Crip,
you better forward that toilet paper up and bend it,
you know, like to do in the hotel.
You better pull that.
That's how he get down.
Y'all know that.
You're nasty, Ocho.
You know what I'm like?
You know what I'm like?
See, I remain my true authentic self,
probably and public.
You are authentic.
Authentic nasty.
Listen,
y'all nasty too,
but this ain't the place for y'all
because y'all can't do that.
I did me,
this is me all day,
24-7.
This is me.
Y'all, y'all-
But this is us.
No.
You can't accept us but being us.
We all-
We accept for you to be in you.
Listen, we all cut from the same claw.
Y'all ain't up here
pull a wool over my ass.
Y'all ain't in front of your man
ain't normal.
We, what?
That's this new-age thing,
Ocho.
That can't.
We're in the same age bracket.
Now, what you're talking about?
Come on that.
In front of your man ain't normal.
All right.
And Shannon, do a poll.
Can you do a poll?
Yes.
They don't know.
They don't know.
They don't know.
They don't know.
They don't know.
They don't know.
We go to the fan questions.
Lady Ray asked Shannon Ocho's biggest pet peeves about women besides passing gas and not
eating McDonald's.
Coach Prime, what is another pet peeve of yours?
You say a woman smack it with a,
with a mouth open.
Your woman smacking.
What about dress?
What about dress?
Do you have a problem?
No, not like, like,
your nails can't be beat up.
Like your nails,
you want a manicure.
Yeah,
that can't be tore up,
dog.
That's my only pet peeve right there.
You just,
you just hit right on.
Your nails can't be tall.
I am in a nail connoisseur,
and I'm fascinated with manicures and pedicures
and your feet,
nails always being done.
Yeah, we know you.
I don't know you like feet.
Yeah, I don't care nothing by.
Yeah, he sucks toes like popsicles, but that's a whole other thing.
Oh, so I'm, you know what?
I'm not even going to ask you that because you are in a different.
No, but no, no, no, no, no.
But no, I know you like that kind of stuff.
Right.
I mean, that, you know, Shannon was talking about.
Can I ask you a question?
Can I ask your question?
Yeah.
Where are you from?
Where you from?
Fort My.
You're from Fort Myers.
What, what's that?
What's from my eyes at?
Lauder.
Okay, you're from the crib.
Now, we did exactly the same.
No, okay.
Stop it.
Oh, just going to be comfortable in the same place.
Don't mean you saying.
Hey, listen.
Boy, listen.
All the big steak.
Prime.
Don't do that.
I was with you at me and you.
I was with you at Free League in 1992.
Me and you were at Freed League in 1992.
That's a lie.
But anyway.
That's a lie.
But anyway.
That one.
You?
Time.
That one you.
Oh, Joe.
Now, we had this discussion about a woman in her dress.
Is there, if there, is there, is there, if there, is there, if there, is there
something that she could put on, you can say,
nah, you ain't leaving the house in this, babe. I'm sorry.
When she's trying too hard,
don't, don't, you can't try
too hard. Just let it be. Let's let
it be natural. Don't try too hard.
Like if you're, you walk out in your office
saying, I want some attention.
We got a problem.
You don't have to. You're too beautiful for
that. You better than that.
Well, how's going to get that?
How, how to split could come up?
So if we think, if she, if she, I don't want to see Jesus.
There we go
On her
I want to see Jesus on
Brian
I'm at home
I told I told
I told him
I told uncle last night
It's all about
understanding
and knowing who
and what you're dealing with
Now
if it's somebody
that you just having fun with
Listen
Mama you can
wear whatever you want
But if you're dealing
with a woman
you're trying to build an empire with
You can't build an empire
with nobody
Wow
That's looking for attention
From the village
When you put your fingers
up
Your head
It looks bad too by the way
But anyway
That's a whole other thing.
That's why I have, when you got a great hand.
But your hands didn't look good.
I look fat.
Yeah, I look shavius fingers are.
Yeah, but when he said, he just talked about the petty man in your hands.
No, the other side.
Yeah, yeah, they don't look like they were straight back.
You need to get your hands.
What's your hands?
That's how your hands should look on the inside, it's.
It's Christmas time.
What do you mean?
What do you mean?
But you ain't got no.
It's Christmas time.
It's Christmas time.
What do you mean?
What you've been making?
I'm working.
What do you make him cake?
I'm working.
I'm in.
I'm in.
I'm in the trenches.
How do you think these kids
gonna get these gifts?
Intringes doing what?
I don't do gifts no more.
Like, I get,
you're gonna come out cheaper
give money.
Yeah.
See?
That would have been.
You're gonna save time
and get money, though.
Don't do that.
I did that already.
They're gonna get it.
Well, they sent me a list
and I'm getting the stuff
they put on the list,
I'm getting the form.
Got it.
Got it.
You know what?
Six thousand people have voted.
They fit 53%
say farting in front of your man is okay.
I need to see the age demographic.
No, don't try to change it.
Don't try to change it.
This is something natural.
Listen, wait.
That's not a natural.
Oh, Cho.
Wait, wait.
Let's go ahead.
Let me finish.
Go ahead.
Let it finish.
I'm going to let you finish.
Go ahead.
Prime.
Um, passing gas.
Fraudulating.
It's normal.
Telling your spouse they have to go to a complete different room.
Fargo in my bag.
Going to a, going to a completely different room
just to do what is not.
natural and you got to have your stomach hurt because they're holding it.
That's not right.
That is imprisonment.
Okay.
Chewing your food is natural.
But time says someone's smacking is not.
I understand.
That's like nails on a cardboard.
Chewing food is natural.
Yes, but you can do it with your mouth closed.
Okay.
You can go to the bathroom and far.
You're not in front of me.
Okay.
All right.
But, you know, to eat his own.
To eat his own.
Thank you.
What we're saying, you're not going to make it far in a relationship.
with us. Like we, you cool with a farter. We cool. You cool.
Well, listen, the funny thing about it, they're going to do it anyway. They're going to do it anyway.
They're going to do it anyway just the fact that they got to hide it. You just said, Mama farted. You just said Mama farted.
And I hate for you. I'm sure she did. I can smell it. I can smell it. I can smell it. I remember. Mama rest in peace. I can smell it. But she was staying. It came from somewhere. And it wasn't me. But you ain't good. So I'm sure she did it.
I haven't experienced that.
I've never experienced that.
I've never experienced it because that that's not going to go well.
Yeah, I'll tell you.
It happened one time.
I'm going to tell the story another day and time how that happened.
But, you know what I mean, knowing you was it during,
knowing you was during some.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
How did I do that?
I don't know.
And check this out.
You know.
Since you don't got it, this is what happened.
We were having sex.
And this was an absolute true story.
I put this on, I put this, I put this on everything.
It's a family show.
I was having sex with this young lady.
Yes, uh, hold on.
The whole picture.
Don't, don't cheat me.
Yeah, don't, yeah, don't cheat me either.
We're having sex.
Details, details.
We're having sex.
Physician.
Position.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, I'm the back shop king.
Oh, Lord.
I don't know what Jesus.
She ain't doing what she all known she did.
That's go, Brad.
That is what she did.
Oh, and what I'm about to say is 100% true.
Talk to me, baby.
She passed gas.
She said, she said, excuse me.
Do it?
Do it?
Yes, she passed gas, do it.
We have a sense.
Okay.
Then she looked back and say, excuse me.
No.
Yeah.
She didn't look back.
How is she doing it?
Tire.
She said, excuse me.
I said, that's all right.
I'm going to take my head home to.
Hey, she said, excuse me.
I said, that's all right, baby.
I generally make them shit.
It kept going.
I'm winning.
I'm hell with the time.
I'm hell with the time.
Hey.
Come on.
You're all nasty, man.
Don't you're all nasty, dog.
I swear.
I swear.
I kept it going to go with.
Fist bump.
Oh, don't do that.
Don't do that.
Don't do it.
Y'all ain't no good.
That ain't, Chadner, that's not, that don't do that.
Y'all, y'all, what you want me to say.
I like that.
First of all, for her to look back and say, excuse me, she just should have rolled with it.
Hey, I got to write that down, that boy.
I got to write that down.
Don't he write that down.
That's nasty, though.
Yeah, sir.
Todd, we had a question.
I think the four pillars, religion,
religion, money, parenting, and in-laws.
someone tweeted earlier says
I'm not marrying into a family that doesn't like me
if I go to a man's family function
and his mom is aunties and his sister's
cousins are being weird to me
I'll leave him alone because I don't care how long
we've been together. You better wouldn't leave him alone because that man
ain't got no money because anybody
any man who got some money, mama
mama going to show out.
Yeah, it's going to be hard.
I have not met one
that mom ain't cropped that thing up.
Yeah.
Because on the mama doesn't
think anybody is good enough for her kids.
Good enough. Uh-uh. Always. Then they think,
Mama thinking you skipped the line.
Yeah. Because Mama been there waiting for 20-some
years to get hers.
Then here you come.
Yeah. And you get huss.
Yeah. Mama don't like that.
That's tough. That's tough.
You know what?
When I mentor, even my kids
to play for me, as well as pros, I always tell
them, hey, man, after that game,
make sure you teach your woman
to fall back and let you go to Mama first.
Yeah.
Because if you go to her first,
oh, the rest of that evening is going to be bad.
Oh, he ain't going to be, oh, no, it's going to be home.
So make sure he go to hug Mama first.
Even if he tried to hug you, you better whisper in his ear.
You better go hook your mama boy.
Right.
Because it's on.
And y'all know that.
Yeah, for sure.
Oh, Mama.
Most definitely.
It was always mom getting first.
Actually, it's going mom's sister.
And then you.
But everybody, you understand position.
Yeah, but they don't.
Sometimes they don't.
Right.
You're right.
You're right.
And they know sometimes.
All the time, they don't.
But what happens when you become married?
Because, you know, when you played, you were married and you know, mom.
But the Bible says, leave and cleave.
I ain't, I ain't get to that part.
That's what the Bible said, but I ain't get that for yet.
Because you do that if you want to.
It's on.
It's not going to be a good evening at the crib.
I'm trying to tell you.
Y'all know that.
Y'all knew it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Listen, you already know how my mama is.
So you already know how that go.
Oh, my uncle, crank the thing up.
Hey, this guy, I talked about what Shannon.
Well, tonight guys, Riffithis, say, Shea, you should use a lady bassinate water holes.
I know what that is.
And dry wipe in the bathroom.
Let me tell you what I did.
You know, I go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
And, you know, I don't like putting the seat up and put it down.
So I go to the bathroom, lead the seat up.
She said, Shannon, every time I go to the bathroom, the seat is up.
And I said, you know what?
To keep you happy, you know what I did?
You know what I did?
Brab and Ocho, you know what I did?
I wouldn't put a urinal in the bathroom.
You got to.
I don't have a home.
They don't have a urinal.
Like you go to a concert or a sporting event.
I don't own a home with that e-room.
Okay.
Not what I did.
So just to keep confusion down.
First of all, I'm not going to be aiming in the middle of the night.
No.
And I'm not going to get ready to do the split just to hit the water.
I'm not doing that.
Yeah, because I ain't over my eyes yet in the bathroom.
I ain't feeling to do the split to hit the water.
So I got a year.
That's a different kind of money.
I ain't never seen a urinal inside a home.
I've never heard of that.
You must say come in my room when you visited me.
No, no.
No, no.
Y'all got money, man.
How much a urinal cost?
Not much.
Not enough to keep the confusion down in having a conversation.
It's like a heated toilet seat.
Like I like a heated toilet seat.
I like,
whoa, they got heated toilet seats?
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's some new shit, huh?
Mm-mm.
It's old.
Like, everybody wouldn't,
if they wouldn't have been far to walk around your house,
you probably would know this kind of stuff, man.
I'm just saying, I live in Miami's 90 degrees, 90 degrees year round.
No.
Yeah, but still.
They're asking them on your question.
One, when you're sitting there for a man.
minute, after all of them parts that y'all have released.
No, it's not. I mean, y'all, y'all being
a little excessive with it. It is not like that.
You know, just someone, you got to go. You got to go.
I love the words election. I appreciate. I appreciate.
You know, I mean, I've been reading the dictionary
because I'm on TV now.
Out of the 95 Cowboys, 98 Broncos, I don't know why in the hell
they threw the 05 Bengals in this conversation, uh, prime.
Oh, he line.
We run it through all, y'all.
We run it through y'all. We run to y'all.
We run to y'all.
Hey, listen.
The old.
The old five bangles?
Just stop, man.
Where you was at?
Where you was at?
We was at?
With the cowboys.
I was at the house.
I know.
I'm saying.
I'm saying.
He was 95.
He was the Cowboys.
Ninety-five.
Were you with the Cowboys?
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I would turn that 21 to 12.
Man, don't play in me.
First of all, hey, first of all.
They'll make me come to them.
Hey, I was in my prime.
Prime.
I would have to turn that 21 to 12, man.
Don't want me.
We'll let the Bengals put them.
They'll let the Bengals put their top 22 players
all time and we'll still beat them.
So you're trying to get to the question.
He's going to divert you, man.
He knows he ain't never had no good team.
He never played no good team.
He never played no good team.
Don't play my 05.
When the 05 bangles, boy, was the real deal now.
Since all you guys have trackstarchs,
who are some of the favorite Olympic track stars
past and present, male or female?
That's a good one.
That's a real good one.
I met Flojo one time, man.
Did you?
Am, for real?
Yeah, man.
I met Flojo one time, and, you know, I fanned out.
I fanned out.
And I was him at the time when I met her.
I fanned out.
So she was off the chain.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, she was out of the chain.
And y'all said, y'all, first of all, let's get this straight.
And I are, Shannon, you know Carl Lewis was him, then.
Yeah, I met Carl.
Yes, absolutely.
Yeah.
I said Michael Johnson, too.
Michael Johnson was him.
Yeah, yeah.
Michael was kind of after our moment.
Yes.
But Michael was a bad boy.
But Carl Lewis, man, please, man.
Because you remember that we got, we got upset when Ben Johnson got out there
hole that time?
Yeah, he dropped out on call.
And they didn't get forward.
Yeah.
Uh-uh, uh-uh.
Some wrong.
Some going on now.
Then they drove after being right.
Right after the race.
Like, come on here.
Yeah.
Yeah, he would pee in five.
That's a great question.
I would have to go with Shikari.
You met Shikari?
Right.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
She put on my thought.
Yeah, yeah, you know, my daughter run track.
So they had a, they ran an Anson complex here.
Every, all, everybody was in the town.
And my, my daughter that runs track, we went up there and I was, I was able to meet it for the first time.
Your daughter, bad.
Your daughter got it too, though.
Yeah.
You know she had a university.
You know she had University.
I ain't know that.
Yeah.
Yeah, she had UK.
She has a UK.
They got a good track program.
They do.
If she wants to transfer the boulder, I think I could hook up, too.
I'm just saying, you know, Colorado.
Hey, I asked you for a job.
You told me no, but my daughter could call?
No, I want you.
I want the daughter because you ain't going to do right.
You're going to do right.
You're going to do right.
You're going to do right.
I know that.
Sherell just donated $200.
Now,
now,
I love y'all,
but y'all better leave my baby alone.
Thank you.
Yeah, you better get them, baby.
You know, yeah.
Yeah, you see.
Why the woman always like the crazy one?
Yeah.
That's what I want to know.
You know, they always like the crazy.
They do.
That's all it.
Like, honestly.
Honestly, honestly, honestly, I'm not going to lie to you, Chad.
If this was new addition, you would be Bobby.
What?
You would be bought.
That ain't no true.
Bobby, please.
Bobby was it.
Yeah, I was it, but I'm just saying the other side of Bobby.
But if this is new addition, you would be Bobby.
Nah, man, I don't, I don't do nothing like Bobby, I don't, I don't, I don't, I don't.
You do everything like Bobby.
You do, you do, you do, you do.
Like what?
You just don't get in trouble the law, but you do all the thing like Bobby.
Everything.
You do everything.
Like, you got Bobby like tendencies.
Like, you got Bobby like Tennessee.
Like, you would leave the group and go start.
You would leave the group and go start your own thing.
You would do that.
Okay, I like that.
I like where you're going.
I like where you're going now.
They don't be cruel.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You do a dude, don't be cruel.
Like, you know, all those songs are your song.
Okay.
That's me.
Jam.
Who would be?
Shannon would be,
no, you'd be no, you're too big trying to give.
I don't know about a rap.
Right now.
Wait, hey, you ought to think.
be Bobby right now.
Man, Bobby do
one note.
Bobby, like,
over there.
They over there.
Shannon would be Mike.
Shannon would be Mike Bivens.
Mike was,
yeah,
Mike was the guy behind everything.
Mike made everything happen.
So he like Quiet Boy from the Five Hardbeat's then?
No.
No.
He like Duck from the High Power Hardbeat.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
That's my favorite movie.
You know that right.
That's my favorite movie.
Five Hard Bees, the real deal.
It's my favorite, well, I'll watch a hundred time.
Well, we already don't.
We already don't.
Oh, Chad, Eddie K.
Yeah, you're an okay, though.
No, you've been educated, though.
I beat.
Night like this.
Hey, I win.
Hey, Chad to come back in his old,
old Cincinnati in a big one uniform.
Ain.
Hey, baby.
Get them, boy, they jump in on me, baby.
Jazz Wright asked a great question.
He said, why do players find it so hard to take your criticism
and genuine feedback to see them get back?
I guess it's easier to attack the messenger instead of digest the message.
Because players, yeah, sometimes they wrong with the criticism.
Sometimes the criticism is not warranted.
Sometimes you criticize and based off your insecurities.
Don't do that.
Yeah.
Don't do that.
Yeah.
Criticize, but not based off what you're saying you would have done because you don't have the ability
to do what that would have done.
Right.
So that's my problem with the criticism.
I look at it like this.
before this social media blew up time,
what we would ask of people that was critiquing us,
okay, did you play?
All these players now, like,
they wanted someone that actually played the game
that had an intimate knowledge of the game
to know what it's like to be in the locker room,
to know what it's like to be in the huddle,
to know what it's like in the field and feel that.
Okay, so now, and then when they got that,
they said, well, you didn't win anything.
So now when I critique a player,
not only did I win at the highest level
I won multiple times
not only did I win multiple times
I got the ultimate validation
by being selected and can't
so now what is oh you jealous
you mad because you didn't make as much money
I made a damn lot of money for tight ends
when I played
times change inflation
okay guys are making money I get nothing
you ask me to give you my honest assessment
when I give it to you you don't like it
because I critique your favorite player
So I don't understand how I win.
I think it's a different era.
We're in a different era.
And I think it's more so delivery.
I think delivery is very, very important in the way we are critical
and we analyze players.
It will be seen regards to how you try to do it.
It will be seen as hate because there's really no way to criticize a player
without him feeling a certain way about it.
And again, I talk with you all.
We talk about this all the time.
We do.
And they get on me a lot about not being able to.
be critical of players when they don't play the way they should. And I always go back from a point
of view of knowing what it's like to be them. Now opposed to being on the other side with the
media now, it's very difficult for me to say he did A, B, and C. But I'd rather say, I'd rather
talk about D, E and F on what he can do to make sure it doesn't happen again. I don't even want to
focus on the negative. I don't want to be the problem. I want to tell you what the solution is
so you don't play like that again.
But that's not what you.
But that's not what happened.
You got to critique on what you saw,
not what you think you're going to get down the road.
First of all, he ain't going to do that.
He's not good like that.
You know, Chad ain't going to do that.
He ain't going to critique nobody.
He ain't, you know, Chad ain't, he ain't built like that.
Chad, Chad, not want to be because he is.
Chad is a good dude and he wants to be loved.
He just want to be held, you know.
I want to be what?
Hell, but he just want to be here.
I mean, he's going to be loved.
I like criticism.
You know, it's funny.
Think about when you played.
When I played, I love, I like to hate.
I want you to hate.
I want you to talk trash.
I want you to say bad things about me.
Like, I enjoyed it.
I enjoyed the media saying bad stuff.
Like, it's like it dries.
It lights somewhat of a fire, you know?
And that's why, to me, I don't understand why players care what the media says.
That should motivate you.
You know, I use that.
I use that.
though.
Because you
people to be who you are.
That's what I had to learn as a coach years ago.
You can't expect people to be you.
You can't expect people to feel like you to think like
you, to interpret things like you
to even fathom
things like you. They ain't built like that.
God only made one of you, man. They feel like that.
We at the highest level. This is the NFL though.
Exactly.
So you make it excuse it for him. You see what you just did?
No, wait. Wait, wait. You didn't let me finish. Let me get where I'm
going. To even get to the
pinnacle of your childhood dream, you've had
to be through some shit. You've had
to go through some stuff. So anything being
said in and
or about you shouldn't even bother
you at this point once you made it.
We just have to talk about new addition. I said you
Bobby Brown and I said he probably was
you know there's a rap transband too now.
Right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I need a man with sensitivity
right. Right. Right. Right. A lot of these kids
are sensitive. Okay. They can't handle
that. That's a good analogy right.
They're men with sensitivity. That
Well, you quit. You quick with it.
But the way the human brain is wired,
coach, you know this,
somebody can say a thousand good things about a person,
but it's the one negative thing that they're going to hear.
It's just like if, Ocho, if you go outside and you sign a thousand autographs,
if you don't sign a thousand and one, you're a jerk.
So tell me, why are we driven to the one comment out of 10 that's possible?
Positive.
Now, the one is negative, but the other nine are positive.
Yes.
Why are you attracted?
See, I'm not attracted to that.
I can care less, really, genuinely.
I can care less.
Why are we as a people, mostly, attracted to that one negative comment?
Why are we drawn to that?
Why does the negative media, negative headlines, negative stories, why does it sell more than positive?
Why does it create more attention?
Why does it create more eyes?
those of positive stories.
Well, people like to see wrong instead of right.
Now, if I go outside and say,
a blessing, a blessing, a blessing,
a blessing.
There ain't nobody around out there.
But if I go out there and say a fight,
a fight, a fight.
He's going to clear the room.
They go clear the room.
They're running out there.
Yeah.
That's just how we built.
That's just the way.
That's how we built.
DJ can do more as,
why don't black men consider
Serena one of the top five
black athletes of all times?
She is.
Nobody said that.
Who said?
she wasn't.
Who said she was?
Who say black man?
Like, where your poll come from?
I don't know what that statistic came from.
She is.
I don't know who put that in.
Whoever that is.
God bless you.
I don't know where you get there from.
Hey, let me tell you somebody's arena too.
This is a good one.
This is a good one.
I was working with the NFL network and all of us was on the elevator.
I'm not going to mention all the names of the people that I work with that was on an elevator.
And we were on the elevator.
elevator and Serena, the elevator opens up and Serena walks on the elevator.
And she walks on there and of course, she acknowledged anyone because she's a kind person.
And then she turned around and they pushed the button and, you know, we went where we went.
But one gentleman on the elevator looked down and say, oh, my God.
You build like, do you like that?
Oh, sure.
Oh, that thing were right.
Oh, I'm talking about one of the people on the elevator look down and said, oh, my.
You read their lips.
say, oh my God.
I'm not going to say who she was with,
but you remember she came to the Pro Bowl?
I won that then.
Oh, I know who it was.
She came to the Pro Bowl,
and this she had to be, this had to be,
so she probably was like 21, 22?
Wait,
USC, New York, New York Jet?
No.
Oh, I'm off.
I remember that.
I remember him about that.
Yeah.
I'm wrong?
No.
Uh, look, she's married and he's married, but she was a very curvy, nicely built young lady.
Oh, don't you just say she was sitting on something, quit playing, though.
That was just, just say that, man.
Oh, she was stacked like dirty laundry.
She was very curvy.
She was stacked like dirty laundry in the dorm room.
You know.
Thank you.
I know you had a saying.
I know you.
Yeah, you're right.
Ooh.
Lord, have mercy.
Yeah, that's what, that's what they said on the back of the elevator.
I'm talking about it.
It was one of my Caucasian co-worker said, oh, my.
My God.
This face says, high coach prime in Ocho's defense, he gave me that heat for choosing
dogs over people.
He gives criticism not so much for riot receivers, but we'll support him on nightcap through
and through.
Great show tonight.
What would they say?
She said he gets upset for choosing dogs over people that he get mad at me.
He'll criticize me for choosing dogs over people, but he won't criticize.
That's right.
He won't.
That ain't right, though.
I ain't, that ain't right, though.
You can't choose no dog.
You can't choose no dog.
Thank you.
I don't choose no,
thank you.
No, Chana,
I know how you are
with an animal or no man.
He said the woman,
the woman came in the bed.
You let the dogs get on the bed.
I'll let the motherfucker borrow my car.
Y'all BPD.
No, no.
The dog can get on the bed now.
Hey, he can get the car.
He gets the front of the feet.
You got to stop that dog.
You got to stop.
You got to stop.
I told you.
Yeah, that's not right.
I ain't really talking about how you treat me.
Like, I don't really want to go there how you treat,
how you really treat me.
I really want to tell these folks how you really treat me now.
I'm tired of texting you and talking about how to ask you all.
I'm tired of that.
And you're selfish.
And you're straight out selfish.
This man will text me, Chad, I'm calling you tell you.
He's selfish.
This man texts me, the man texts me, you ain't right.
And that's it.
That's the problem.
Yeah, I used to know what I'm talking about.
Like if I text Chad on site, he's no darn what I'm talking about.
Yeah.
Because we all got these little codes.
You know, darn what I'm talking about.
I know exactly what you talk about.
Yeah.
Damon Lee asked Coach Prime, would you let a woman choose the restaurant on the first date?
How won't I happen?
Okay, how much?
Now, you know I got a stop sign in my pocket.
I know you do.
I know what you do.
You know me.
You know me.
Hey, my money got these on.
That's how long they ain't been out.
My money got shades on.
There we go.
You know, I played that.
It didn't feel in the long time.
Everybody flies down there because it ain't been out of the pocket of the long time.
I might have to fill your wrist.
Oh, you got that ray on them.
My money got that ray.
My money got to feel your wrist.
Hey.
No, but I want the woman to choose whichever place she goes because I'm so, man,
I'm old school, man.
I take you to Waffa House in the heartbeat, man.
Like, come on.
Come on, Dad.
I take you to Waffle House.
I'll take you to go to the Corral.
Come on, man.
But you're going to the place.
You ain't spending my $50.
You can give them a...
I like soft grads.
It ain't about how much I'm spending as long as we happy.
But see, that is how they look at it.
First of all the entertainment, I'm going to make sure we're happy because I'm going to guide the conversation.
We're going to have a good time, man.
First of all three of us, we obtained the game.
gift of conversation.
Yes.
Yeah.
I talk too much.
We obtained a gift of entertainment as well.
Yes.
We're great conversationalists.
So it's not going to be a boring date unless you say something to trigger us.
It's ain't it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You get that trigger now.
It ain't it now.
I'm already fast, but I'm going to eat fast than I normally do.
That thing ain't going to be, we're going to be in and out of there in 30 minutes.
Yeah, we ain't going to get up to it.
We ain't going to spend it.
If it ain't right.
man.
Yeah, I'm going to call one of them the boys.
Hey, man.
Come keep with me down here.
They asked, Mickey Housley asked,
how many Super Bowl rings would John Elway have
and Shannon was replaced by Ocho?
That's a good question.
First of all, you can't replace Shannon.
You can't replace Shannon.
But how many you're going to have, Ocho?
Who?
Five three.
Five three?
So, you go.
John will have one more than what he got.
If you take me, I can put you in.
Yeah.
Now you figured it.
I don't know.
It just sound good, though.
It sounds real good.
Since we, since we talk of hypotheticals, I'm going to make sure it sounds good.
You don't like the block.
You don't like the block.
And you don't like the block.
And pride, he will do it.
No, no, no, no.
Don't say I don't like the block.
I might have lost every time I block, but my man ain't made the tackle.
That's all that matter.
And the West goes to stop.
He got a block.
He had right.
you off too. Now he'll run you off too.
Oh yeah. Oh yeah. And I'm taking,
I'm taking two or three people with me every time.
In his defense,
when he was on,
it wasn't nobody in the game better.
Did his stretch.
In his stretch,
what nobody to game better?
I'm going to tell you something.
How we first got down was one of my friends,
Lenny Harris.
He was telling me, hey, man.
He can't die him.
None cat down him, man.
He said he got it.
He's talking junk.
He said he'll do this, do that.
You know what?
And I invited them to the crib.
Oh, yeah.
And he came out to the crib, Shannon.
And we worked.
I invited, like, several guys to the crib to just work on the game, work with life, just work, period.
And he was one of them, man.
He was one of them.
And I saw it right then.
I said, boy, that boy got some because his feet was unbelievable.
And you know what's so funny, this is how smart he was.
I had Mike come over to work with some of the receivers, too.
And afterwards, he wanted to meet with me because he's like, hey, man, I know what Mike
teaching me and all that, but that ain't me.
I don't like him to touch me, dog.
I like, ha-ha.
I said he's right.
You're right.
Because that's, that always stayed with me because as a coach, I can't just teach what I do.
I got to teach what's best for you.
Right.
Mike was a big physical receiver.
He wanted to play from contact.
So Mike was teaching them, his release.
And that joke of that, I ain't want you to get a hand on him.
He didn't want you to touch him.
And he had that.
He had that.
And it's so funny, I'm not going to take the credit because he was a bad boy.
But the information, everything he gained, I think it just gave him, because there was some corners there that was good, too.
Oh, yeah.
He went that next year, dog, and went off.
Went off.
Like, he, he went off in the NFL.
Off.
Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged.
Listen to Superhuman on the I-Hard Radio app,
Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
A win is a win.
A win is a win.
I don't care which I'm saying.
Yep, that's me, Cliver Taylor the 4th.
You might have seen the skits, the reactions,
my journey from basketball to college football
or my career in sports media.
Well, somewhere along the way,

I'm Coach of Jay.
you guys, we've heard about your pregame rituals,
but what about your postgame rituals?
Did you have anything that you did time?
Did you have anything you did, Ocho, after the game?
I always had migraines.
Always had migraines.
So controlling the migraine from being up.
Up so high.
Being fired up and just wanted to go get it.
That calming down period was tough.
So I always had migraines.
So on the plane ride back home,
they was medicating me and trying to get me stuff
and ice everywhere.
I couldn't never do none after games.
So I always went to the crib.
Straight home.
Yeah.
My routine after every game in Cincinnati was always the same.
Win or lose, I'm going to Jay Alexander's in Hyde Park.
I have a celebratory cigar.
Win or lose, obviously for getting out of the game healthy.
And that was it.
I did the same thing every, every, after every game for a decade straight.
And if the people, if corporate from Jay Alexander,
Alexander sees this.
If y'all don't bring back
them goddamn honey butter biscuits,
I know something.
Honey butter croissants.
Oh, man.
What you do, Jay?
I normally just went home.
I'd go get something.
Occasionally we'd go to guys.
Hold on,
oh, hold on, oh, wasn't there something?
Was there something?
You went to get.
There you go.
No, I'm just asking.
No, no, no.
No, no.
You mean something to eat?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It wasn't nothing going on.
My body was, man, you know,
I was lean when I played.
I didn't insinuate that,
but you said something.
There wasn't no sense going on.
I wasn't going to be able to do.
I'd have to lock up on them.
And then then she got it.
I'd have to get an IV.
I was like this here.
So no,
we'd occasionally I would go,
we'd go out to guys,
we'd go get something to eat.
But most of the time,
I would call ahead,
get an order,
there's this restaurant called Black IP.
I would call ahead,
get chicken, rice, broccoli,
corn,
two,
two wheat rolls and,
and eliminate.
He always was disciplined.
I was eating, man.
I would quit prime.
Did you eat healthy?
when you play?
No.
No.
Thank you.
Man.
Thank you.
I was so ignorant
when I was in Atlanta.
I had soul food catered for lunch for everybody for the old team.
Man, you.
Collard greens and rice and black I peevee.
Bake chicken.
We were eating there for lunch,
didn't go out there to practice.
I was like, man, man.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Because all I'm going to do.
Y'all eat that.
I'm going to sleep.
I appreciate that.
I'm glad you said that.
Because I've been trying to,
I've been telling people for 30-some years.
They don't listen to me.
Man, no, I didn't.
I wish I had it, though.
I wish I had it.
I wish I had.
See, you hear that?
Oh, you hear that on,
you always stayed in shape,
but I didn't eat right.
Right.
I didn't eat right either,
and I always stayed in shape.
So, I mean.
Yeah, but you,
you,
you're a freak genetically,
dog.
You, you could eat whatever you want.
You still gonna stay lean.
But, you know, I still,
but I worked like a madman.
I'm still working like a madman.
I ain't got,
I don't even play, yeah.
You just,
you're going to always be lean.
That's your genes.
You never,
and you don't have the disposition
to put on weight.
You're not going to be 250.
You're not going to be 300-0-cho.
That's not your body frame.
Look out narrow.
You see how your shoulders on that jersey.
He don't like you to call him narrow.
Now, he gets offended.
I'm not, now.
I'm 220.
What do you talk about narrow?
Not too.
No, you've never been, you've never been, 200 in your life, hey.
No.
I'm 220 right now.
You've never been.
You never been.
I don't think you've ever hit 200 in your life.
Hey.
Nah, never.
No, hell, no.
Hey, Prab.
You know how they used to have in the NFL experience.
They have that jersey, and the little kids go stick their head in that thing,
and you see the little body hanging.
That's what he looked like in that jersey right there.
But, no, he always been ripped, though.
He always been.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I'm ripped now.
I'm ripped now.
You've always been that way.
Yeah, don't, don't play it.
Jacob commented, we all know, grush your teeth immediately after the game.
Oh, yeah, I had to get that in.
But I had to say that the other day, though.
I don't do it as much as you do, but I probably brush by five times a day.
Like, after I eat, I have to brush.
as I eat every time.
Thank you.
I mean, you said 10 times today,
that's excessive.
Somebody told Shannon, I'm going to tell you what happened.
And this, Shannon ain't tell y'all.
I'm going to tell y'all, because I love y'all.
Somebody told Shannon when he was younger that his breath stank.
That's what they did, no time.
I know we could play like they did.
But somebody told him that his breath stank,
and he was defensive, and he wanted to defuse that.
So he just went overbreshing.
because somebody told, like somebody, somebody.
I ain't never, I've, honestly, I've never had, well, not anyone to tell me,
because you know that's a very tough conversation to have.
No, it ain't.
No, it ain't.
Not when you're from Florida, we had that conversation.
Oh, yeah.
I've always been the one to point out those things and nobody want to talk about.
Yeah, I mean, but you know, you got to make a joke of it no time.
You just can't say, man, your mouth.
You got to make a joke of it.
Yeah.
You even got to make no joke.
You say, hey, wait, you want a piece of gum?
No.
I'd be like, no, he's like, well, you got a kick stand up under your tongue.
Why your tongue hard?
Like, like you're doing it.
Yeah.
You got to make a joke.
You know, you got to make.
I've always pointed out those things that people wouldn't, you know, you wouldn't point out.
Maybe.
Somebody said something.
What?
But you know when you pay the kind of money that we don't spend on these things,
man, I got to keep them right.
You ain't lying.
That's tough cost.
I got, man.
I first started doing TV.
Give me the whole grill.
How much the old grill called?
Give me the whole grill, all 32.
Every land of one of them.
Babe.
How do you feel about the media painting of false narrative
about all your players
was going to leave Colorado
while watching all these top school players
hit the transfer portal?
Okay, first of all,
our first time when I got there,
I've only had that conversation.
with probably 20 players.
The rest of them quit.
Right.
The rest of them shed it down.
That was God on his truth.
I didn't say nothing about it,
but that's what truly happened.
Some of them thought they was just getting over on us,
like right before the spring game,
all the defensive linemen,
but I think two of them,
the interior linemen, got together and like,
we're going to quit.
Like, y'all ain't hurt me.
You know, that makes it easy for us to go in the port and get them.
And I'm like, I wish I could have talked to them before
because I'd have told
at least you want to stay
and play in the spring game
because we're on national television
and that's going to help you in the portal.
Right.
But they didn't think about that.
Also, they never did a follow-up,
but I did.
I'm not going to tell you the numbers.
But all the players that got in the portal left,
where are they now?
Uh-oh.
Somebody should do that follow-up.
Come on, then.
So you understand,
did they even get to another team?
Mm-hmm.
Come on, now.
And then we try to help all of them,
the ones that we really talk to
to try to get them a place.
to go to the play.
James said, oh, how do you brush your teeth
10 times the day but you let the dog sleep on the bed?
Easy.
Brush my teeth, dogs sleep on the bed.
Kenney, you're taking it too far with the dog,
do you, that dog ain't hurt nobody,
or prime?
Yeah, and you're too big for a little dog.
I got a big dog too.
Yeah, but how do they get along?
They get along?
Great.
I'm the pack leader.
I'm the pack leader.
So whatever I say goes.
That's how you, that's the hierarchy is.
everybody falls in line behind me.
Okay.
Because I know you're always talking about
relational stuff.
Yes.
If you're so close to that dog,
it's no way you're going to be close
to somebody else like that
because you kind of love them dogs
and you love whoever it is.
I do, I do love them dogs.
I know you do.
I know you do.
But I love, my thing is, Brian,
look, when I love you.
I love.
And I love hard.
Right.
And so for me
to have someone
that I can love
like them dogs,
man, look here.
You can't do that,
you can't say that,
you can't say,
have somebody
I love like them dogs.
That don't sound around.
That don't sound right.
I'm trying to find him a woman
for the past three months.
And Chad be married.
You know what I can have.
That's a good question.
Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
That's a good question.
Wait, wait, wait,
stay with me, baby.
Stay with me real quick.
Wait a minute.
Both of y'all ain't got nobody.
I got somebody for both of y'all.
I've been working on him for three months.
He's difficult.
I got somebody for you.
I'm not right.
I'm not going to tell you.
I'm not right.
Wait, wait, wait.
What do you mean?
You're not right?
Because I'm married to the game.
I'm married to, I'm married to what I do.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, listen.
I'm married to these kids.
I'm married to the gang.
I hear all that.
I hear all that you talking.
I got somebody for you.
That understands the vision, that understands what you're going through with everything that you're doing right now,
and she will be perfect for your journey.
Oh, that sounds real good.
Yeah.
But I, hey, hey, I don't worry about it.
Listen, I'm going to tell him to text you after this.
I got you, though.
And listen, hey, say, wait, wait, wait, wait, stay with me real quick.
Let's work on Shannon.
Why are you going to do?
Hey, he don't listen.
No, he don't listen.
I know what he like.
I know what he like.
I know what he like.
But I don't know if it's sustainable.
It's just, because the dog's in the way.
That's the problem.
All getting in a lot of stuff in them.
The dogs in the way.
But the dogs are, you do love them dogs, well,
You love human.
Yeah, you do.
I do.
I do.
Because humans full of caca.
Yeah.
Hey, Prime, you trust me, right?
You scarred.
Prime, you trust me, yeah?
No.
In some aspects.
Okay, because Jesus got this wheel.
I got you.
I got somebody for you.
Boy, you're going to be happy to you.
You can be like, boy, you know what?
Yeah.
I'm not, I'm not.
I'm not.
I'm not.
I'm not listening to you.
And that's what I told it.
I'm not.
I'm not.
I'm not.
I'm not.
I got first take.
She's.
I got first.
first take. I got nightcap.
I'm married to the game, Chad.
Thank you. You see that? Why your head
so hard? Listen, this is what I'm telling
y'all. Y'all don't listen. I love
what I do what I love.
Okay, talk to me about the attribute because I'm listening.
I'm in the portal.
Your old heads, man, y'all, you're
stubborn. Y'all too old to be stubborn. That's how you
need to listen to the younger folks.
Go ahead. You hear me? Listen to the younger folks.
What you got on? Listen, listen,
your antennas is always raised.
You overthink. You analyze too much. You act
like old women that's sitting on the front porch.
If I'm telling you I got something good for you
that can help you with what you're doing,
why not listen?
Give me a couple of attributes.
Not tall.
We got too many people.
We got too many six one.
Six one.
That's too tall for him.
No,
damn.
I don't know me now.
I've been doing this.
I've been doing this bad 30 years.
Hold on.
Hold on.
And we've been close, we've been close, close, close, close, close 15 years.
Hold on.
Prime.
But with a heels off, she's five, ten.
Just keep talking.
I'm good.
You're good.
Like what I'm going?
Don't keep talking.
Just keep talking.
You like what I'm listening.
I'm not built for this right now, but go ahead and talk.
Oh, no, you built for this.
Butter pecan?
Uh,
butter pecan?
Long, long, long, Brazilian street here.
Long, long, just long hair.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
That's it.
Long here.
Carmel?
Butter peacon?
Yeah, caramel.
Yeah, caramel.
Like buttern.
Oh.
Like butterscotch.
Remember, remember when you was in church and your grandma?
Remember how long to listen to this name?
Hold on.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
Oh, so.
Butter scotch.
Cut his bike.
Cut his back.
Talk to me now.
Yeah.
Hey.
Wait a minute.
Wait, you said you want a sinner.
I thought you wanted a sinner.
Yeah.
What?
Yeah.
Ong said he wanted a sin.
If she ain't a sinner, she ain't a winner.
She ain't a winner.
Five foot.
Three.
for it the most.
2.10?
No, that's too big for him.
But anywhere, you got to start up at 155.
Right, right.
On up.
Okay, okay.
But it's got to be workout.
Right, right.
They got to have a fitness life.
Curvy, right.
A fitness life.
Right, I got you.
It's hard.
I got him.
Discipline, focus.
And she got to accept them dogs.
She got to accept them dogs.
So that's pretty much going to make her, right.
But here's the thing.
Now, check this out.
Hold on.
Check this.
Okay, Prime, Ocho.
Y'all say, accept the dogs.
But what about if she got kids?
Y'all want me to accept them kids, right?
That's a good one.
But you know what's funny?
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
You got kids, don't you?
My kid grown.
My kid out of house.
Your kid grown, though.
His kids out of them.
You still have kids.
It doesn't matter.
They are a part of you.
They've come with you.
They got kids that live with them.
Yeah, it's different.
He's talking about in-house,
though.
He ain't doing that.
He ain't,
if they,
you can forget that.
He ain't doing that.
Man,
I'm sure,
but y'all better than me.
Because women with kids...
He ain't doing it.
I'm just telling you what you're doing it with.
Women with kids got snacks.
Women with no kids always want to go out to eat.
I don't like that.
I'm trying to tell you who he is.
You're trying to help him?
Right.
Okay.
But I'm not.
The people I've been trying to hook him,
but they ain't even got no kids.
They are professional people in the corporate world.
that have been throwing themselves,
not even throwing himself.
No, no, no.
The couple of people that I've heard
you've been trying to hook him up to,
he don't want, he don't want that.
Now, he don't want something to everybody,
everybody in their mom,
he ain't ended up.
No, no, no, no.
Listen, I wouldn't even put him in that position
to be dealing with somebody that's fun.
We didn't do it all that already.
Well, put me in that position.
I've been trying.
You ain't listening.
Don't do the wee part.
Don't do the wee part.
Right.
But go ahead.
I got you, though, Prime.
I got you, though.
You're going to be happy by this.
I ain't ready, though, though.
Hey, what, you got to heal?
No, it said, I know me.
Right, I know you too.
I ain't trying to figure me out in this agency.
I know you.
I'm married to the game.
Right.
I know, I know.
I know, I'm married to the game, too.
No, you're married to the game, too.
I'm married to the game, too.
No, you got a good woman and you ain't married to them.
Stay there.
Hey, hold on.
I got a good what?
You got a great woman.
And that's one for to make sure you two have to.
Good woman.
Before this year's out, you gotta have a plus one to my wedding.
You ain't walking in there by yourself.
You got to have a plus one to my wedding.
I got five kids.
I'm walking there in a whole five of them.
You know, I'm going to take my kids anyway.
Man, listen, if you, them kids in that plus one.
I'm bringing teddy bear.
Teddy bear, my plus one.
Hey, ain't no dog.
Ain't no dog.
And their dog's allowed.
He will try to do that job.
Oh, you're going to my harbor?
I'm going to give me one of the pigs off the beach there.
One of the pig.
I'm going soon.
They gave my whole family a truck.
Oh my God.
I'm going to someone there.
Yeah.
Where they're going back.
I would have married.
And that's all?
Huh?
That's far away.
You're talking about Zuma.
Exuma.
I'm going to Mamas.
I want to go to P.
What area?
I want to go to you.
I don't know.
It's some trip that meant it's beautiful.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
I got married.
I ain't been back.
But go ahead.
There's a whole another thing.
Time.
A couple of shoulders ago, they said our top five comedians.
We saw red fog.
you posted Red Fox.
Love Red Fox.
Oh, yeah.
Give me your top five comedians.
Red Fox, Richard Pryor.
This ain't in the order.
I'm just throwing them out there, randomly.
Red Fox, Richard Pryor,
Flip Wilson,
Bernie Mike probably in there.
Yeah.
It may be,
what's my dark complexion, brother named,
that passed away prematurely.
Oh, you, you're talking about,
Oh,
man.
Robert,
Robert,
Harris.
Robin Harris.
Robin Harris.
Yeah.
Robin Harris.
Here's some great one, man.
Because I mean,
very,
very good ones.
You know,
I mean,
nobody,
that can be a list without prior.
I don't believe they can be a miss without Murphy.
I,
even though he doesn't do it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But Eddie,
would he,
yeah.
Yeah.
But I,
I,
I think that the gentleman
that I mentioned,
the thing that most of them shared in common is they all had shows.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
You got to understand.
Flip Wilson, you know, Red Fox, all those guys had shows.
And Richard Pryor was doing so much on the screen.
That's what got me.
Yeah.
That's what got me early on.
They made me dream.
They're asking, Brian, what's your favorite top water?
Teach a man how to fish, take your baby fishing every chance you get.
What do you like?
What do you like so much about the water?
The serenity and peace of it.
Like, you might not realize that when you go to Vegas, those who go to Vegas,
it's water, you see water everywhere.
Yeah.
It's something about the serenity and the peacefulness of water.
It makes you there.
They believe it makes you want to gamble more, spend more, do more.
It's water during there out of every view in Vegas.
And I just love water.
I love the fish, man.
Matter of fact, it's so funny that you said that.
because I was in my backyard here in Texas,
and I was like, I ain't got no water back in.
I just had him build a whole lake in my backyard, man.
Wait, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait, timeout, time out, time out, man.
You mean you got a lake like Tommy Davidson did in that Martin episode in the house?
I got a lake, I got two legs.
I got Lake Prime and Lake Time on property.
I just put another lake, I have named my third,
I'm trying to name my third leg.
Can we eat fish out of that pond?
Because every time I know y'all, I'm gonna take you the red lobster.
I ain't, we ain't, we ain't doing that.
No, you got a catfish pond.
You're not eating my fish.
You're not eating my fish.
Wait, you got, hold on, you built, you built two legs, three lakes, and you got fish in here?
I have two lakes, yeah.
What kind of fish?
What kind of fish you got?
That's blue gill, cropy, those species.
The blue grill, hey, man, hey, time, let me go catch a mess of fish, man.
Okay, I, I, I think.
throw the bags back, but let me keep the blue grill in the crappard.
You know what? I let you do that.
Damn.
You ain't patient enough to fish anyway, so I know you ain't coming.
I beat your fish in front of me.
You aren't patient enough of fish.
You're not patient enough.
First of all, you ain't going to sit nowhere that long.
I know you like a book.
You know I know you.
Unless I have company.
There you go.
There you go right there.
We're going to move on.
Yeah, you want to move on now.
Time, let me ask you a question.
Would you eat raccoon, porsom, alligator, or rabbit?
Rabbit. My mama scarred me with rabbit. I had a pet rabbit. I stayed in Joan Walker's apartment.
Anybody in Fort Myers know that's department complex like the project, right?
Staying in Joan Walker's apartment. It stayed on the second floor. I had a pet rabbit.
So I'm kind of where I went to school, come back, rabbit gone.
We got rabid for dinner that night. I said, look at Mom. I said, look at Mom. Y'all got to stop.
Ain't nobody cook your rabbit. I said, well, how we got rabid and my rabbit gone?
He's on the second floor.
we're on the second floor
where did my rabbit go
like how my rabbit go leave
or run away in the second floor in the hood
how but we got rabbit
no you'll stepdaddy
he went and got rabbit from dying here
and he that's the rabid he cooked well where my rabbit
I'm scarred
I'm scarred by that rabbit
to this day I'm scarred by the rabbit
how are you going to cook my rabbit and ask me
to eat it they ask
Eduardo Tapia asked
Coach Prime if you were the head
If you could choose as a head coach,
would you be the head coach
or the general manager of the charges?
I don't want to do pros.
I love college.
I would never do pro.
Uh-uh.
I don't believe that.
That's a lie.
I don't believe that.
Prime.
You are the very, listen to me.
Stay with me, baby.
You are the very person who had a song called,
Must be the money that's turning me.
I know, I know.
I'm straight.
And if they show you,
if they show you that money over there in L.A.,
guess what we going to be at?
Notice I said we, guess what we're going to be at?
I'm so glad you said, Dex,
so let me address this one thing at a time.
Must be the money was a testimony.
I wasn't bragging about the money.
I was saying must be the money that's turning y'all on.
I said, diamond Rolex, gators on my feet,
I got a pair every day in a week.
My hands done my fingernails two, six buttons out.
I don't know what this do.
Must be this money.
I was saying y'all changed.
I didn't.
It must be the money.
Now, secondly,
I'm straight.
Come on.
Come on.
I'm providing everything I need, man.
I'm having the time of my life.
I love Boulder, Colorado.
I love the kids that I get the coach.
I love the recruiting process.
I love it.
And I like the purity of the young men.
Yes, sir.
You know, I like the sensitivities,
and I like all that,
and the amateurism of it,
even though it's turning to pros
because everybody won a bag now.
But I would have a hard time
in the locker room,
where the guy that's making a multitude of millions
and he don't want to play.
I don't want to give this all.
I would have a problem with that,
a real problem with that.
And you know, he had a team, he's like,
I can't do that.
And I'll be trying to tell Ocho,
Ocho, so he ain't ever played with nobody like that.
Yes, he did.
He just didn't want to see it.
Wait, they just played for the money?
Or didn't want to play at all.
Just didn't really want to give it they all,
just wouldn't want to play.
It had a lot of talent.
And they didn't, they just messing around.
Well, I mess it around by doing things off the field.
And on the field, just don't want to do right.
Yeah, see, I ain't pay attention like that, honestly.
I ain't, I ain't going to lie to you.
And I don't want you in L.A.
You can't be in L.A. with me.
Me?
First of all, L.A., first of all, L.A.
Too expensive for me.
You know how cheap I am.
I'm not getting a house.
I don't like California.
Right.
I don't like it.
I'm trying to get closer to Shannon so he could take you.
I want to sit closer to him.
I don't.
You haven't got that hint?
Have he ever invited you anywhere to California?
No.
He don't even ask him a damn text message.
Thank you.
I meet you somewhere if you get there.
He's going to be evasive from getting there based on what's in there.
Right, right, right, right.
That's who he is.
You ain't know who he is.
He don't want us there.
Right of all, he need to get his butt back in Atlanta.
That's what he need to do.
No, no, I don't do back in Atlanta.
No, I don't.
No, I don't.
You said you were taking me to the place with the booty juice.
Magic food.
Magic City.
He ain't going now.
Sean ain't going now.
Second of all, he still got it.
You still got your house there?
Yeah.
How you got a house there?
You don't invite nobody and don't even let nobody use it.
That's selfish.
That's why I call him selfish all of that.
He's selfish.
Hey, can I use it for air and B&B?
I talked to magic.
I talked to magic.
First of all, magic is a hero, a national treasure.
Let's get there right.
Magic can't in one of the games.
Still looking good, still fly.
Magic is still magic.
Yep.
You're talking about somebody.
should have a movie, a documentary done?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And just changed everybody like, yeah.
And just talk game.
I mean, man, this, this, this, this, talk your game and all that, man.
I love magic.
Nikki Taylor says, Derek, oh, Joe and Coach Fryan, please know how much a blessing you are to
genuine black culture.
So proud to each of you, you are needed.
Thank you, Nikki.
We really appreciate that.
Thank you.
That is definitely needed.
That is.
That is.
We, I mean, we talk about this.
More so me and you are prime than Ocho.
But we talk about how I don't know what it is,
is that when we see one of us starting to do good,
we start, oh, I don't like something he said,
or I don't like something he did,
or he's not authentic.
I'm like, bro, you do realize they print money.
And although I'm making a little bit of it,
I ain't taking none out your pocket.
Yeah.
I just don't understand.
That's one of the reasons Gilbert and I,
besides wanting to do great, do things together,
is that we wanted to show people that black people can get together
and elevate one another and not have to talk about one another.
First of all, I could go on for days because I'm in the coaching realm,
and you have no idea, Dubujaung, we did with the Booyan.
They tell the kids about our program,
oh my God
you wouldn't even believe it
in it
I'm not talking about
I'm talking about us
yeah
and it baffles me
that all
we've ever tried to do
one thing I've never
seen Ocho do
is hate on somebody
I've never seen him
treating anybody
unfairly or unjustifiably
I've never seen you
just you know
I've seen your anger a couple of times
when somebody disrespect you shannon
you're ready to check up
that's who you're
are. But I've seen you go out your way to be kind and to be nice. And y'all know I get
that. I try to help everybody and their mama. You all know that from one before these cameras
even came. I'd have helped a lot of people in their mama, but you know what I'm talking about. But go
ahead, Ty. Go ahead. Go ahead. Make you point, time. Go ahead. Make you point, time.
That's what I'm saying. That's why you ain't no good. But I don't understand people that just want
to wish ill on another man just because he's successful or he's doing it his way,
authentically.
You know, like, I don't understand that.
I really don't.
And it's hard for me to fathom on a daily basis,
even some of the stuff that, you know, my kids receive.
I'm like, y'all got to be kidding me.
I mean, they'll show me some of the text messages
or some of the stuff on social.
It's unbelievable.
And I think social just gives too many people access to you.
Yeah.
Just say anything they won't.
And it's, I don't know how somebody wakes up in the morning angry.
and just going to tweet something
when you put something out positively
and you're going to tweet something.
Chad was the first one that
hip all of us
athletes to this.
He was the Genesis.
I know nothing about this.
He did that.
He had the NFL on fire.
Man, I remember this joke
of him used to say, I'm going
to the movie. Anybody coming to the movies,
you're in free. And here ran out the whole
theater. That's who he is.
is and he's never changed.
He pays, takes care and
leave enormous tips.
I would never do that, but he leaves
enormous tips.
He write a wonderful note.
Like, that's just who he is.
Shad, I know what you do for people.
Like, I don't understand how somebody could just be
nasty, man.
When you see, when you see the
blogs or the
podcast and they're saying negativity
about you,
how does it, I mean, I know your kids.
I know they want to respond.
But how do you say, you know what?
Let it go.
Man, because I'm 56 and I've been there and done that.
Oh, we've been in the light.
How long?
Long, 30.
Over 30 years.
Yeah.
Don't you think I had no way to handle the light by now?
I've been in there over 30 years, man.
And I'm in the third quarter of my life.
I've been prime time.
I've been prime.
Now I'm Coach Prime.
I'm in the third quarter.
And I'm winning.
I'm up.
There's no coming back.
They can't cap up.
Oh, man, I'm high-stabber.
I got the hand-in-hand right now.
So you think I'm going to do anything to let them catch up?
No, I can't fathom that.
And my kids are watching me.
Forget America.
My kids are watching me.
My kids are watching how dad and respond to adversity.
And they watch me every day.
I get to go to work with my kids every day.
And that's going to be the best year of my life because this is the last year I get to coach my boys.
So that's going to be a phenomenal year.
Have you thought about what it's going to be like?
Because there's never, there's haven't been a situation in which you haven't coached him.
He's going to be tough.
Shadur went away to South Carolina for a year.
But Shadulah, shallow.
Shadour went away.
Shadour, you've coached Shadour every step of the way.
Yeah.
He's the only coach you've ever, he's ever known.
First time this year, the last game was the first game ever that I was present and he didn't play.
Hmm.
First game he missed since Pee We League that I was there.
Now, I was in hospital for four games in Jackson that he played.
Right.
But I had never played with him.
So that's, you know, that's tremendous.
Baby girl playing basketball.
You know, so I love it, man.
I love it.
DeAndre's in Atlanta comes out all the time.
Bucky's running your social media.
So you turn this thing, you turn this thing into a family affair.
It's a family affair.
I have a question.
We can make it an even bigger family affair.
Now, we can make this a package.
package deal. I can talk to... Here we go.
Listen, I can talk the baby girl about coming on down to Colorado.
If you give me a coaching job and we can make it a package, a package deal.
I will make you, I'm not going to get you a coaching, coaching job. I give you a coaching job.
Not a coaching coaching coach and coaching because I know you ain't going to do right.
What that mean? Is it, am I getting money, money or am I getting money?
No, you get more, ma.
Who?
It ain't money, you moat. Wait, wait. I need the, I ain't the NE, the NE. The NEY,
ain't getting no N-EY yet.
You ain't, because I don't trust you yet.
Because I know you ain't going to do right.
Well, listen.
You're going to be a heck of a coach.
Now, I trust your skills and your knowledge.
Right.
And what you're going to spit to the kid.
I trust that.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, spit to the kid.
I'm going to have on my cleats.
I lead by example by actually doing.
You're right.
You're right.
I do reconcile that you will do that.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
So when it comes to my pay, I need the N.E.
on the end of my money.
I don't want no problem.
See, that's what we're going to have the problem.
Yeah, see, I can't go have a problem.
We're going to go back to the drawing board
and we talk about this later.
You don't want to build to that?
Like if you build to it, you can't just come in getting it?
Shit.
Who can't?
Keplos said, we need coach Fribe at least once a month.
This has been amazing.
He was very fortunate because I reached out,
he reached out to be some, man,
where y'all alone again?
I said, we all know.
I called you.
You did you call me?
you're nasty.
He did.
He did call me.
He did call me.
He said, hey, man, we're y'all alone again?
We all had too much fun without me.
I don't like that.
I got mad.
He said, I'm coming.
I said, hold on.
I said, hold on.
I said, hold on.
That's right.
What I'm coming on?
It's way past my bed time.
It's past my bed time, too.
That's why I'm in the road.
Listen, it's past my bedtime, too, but I've been enjoying this so much.
You know what I do?
I've been doing.
I take a nap during the day.
I take a nap during the day just so I can stay up,
and I still get up at 5 a.m.
every time.
That's it.
During the season,
I get up at 425
every morning during the season.
Now I get to sleep in a little more.
By the way,
I ain't said nothing about us.
You know we're recruiting our butts up right now, right?
I know you are.
Who?
What?
Recruiting our butts off right now.
We dugging with that thing right now.
That is why you should have me on your team
when it comes to the recruiting process.
You got the selling point right here.
Who else?
Put me inside somebody in my house
and let me do the talking.
You already know what's.
going to happen. I sell water to a well. What?
I believe. Come on, nah.
I do you doing. What you're doing? Now, what you want to do?
You know what? We can start next week.
I consider them. Yeah.
Oh, receive the receivers? Oh, they're nice. No, no, no, no.
Oh, they nice. Guys, we just signed. Oh, wait, some more boys?
Hey, oh, we've been showing that.
Oh, man. You got a job for me?
Mm-mm. No. We didn't come and know where we're out.
you are your dogs.
No.
Because I know you ain't going to do right.
I know you ain't going to do right.
And you're selfish.
Bo, what's up, Bo?
Shout out to my brother, Bo.
Shout out to my brother, Bo, man, watch it, man.
Prime.
You remember, you remember, Beau.
You met Bob before, Brian.
You probably don't remember.
Yeah, you met him.
You met him for old.
Bo, what's up, baby?
I love you.
They're asking them to chat coach.
They're asking, are you expected to lower Travis Hunter's
overall snap counts on both sides of the ball next year?
And Travis, because me and you out.
If I try to take him out of the game, you got to understand.
Some dogs got to hunt.
That's just who he is.
Like, he has to hunt.
The thing about it, you just got to get more depth, which we went and got just in case.
Like, I say, Travis, you know what?
Take a breathe on defense because we got dogs as well.
And we didn't have that.
We didn't have the depth or take a breathe on offense.
Man, we got so many done receivers right now.
And they all have a pro grade.
They all can ball, man.
Jay, you would love to get down.
with them. And they real ones too, man. Like they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they, they let them be unapologetically them. I want them to be who they are. Oh, we got talk. We got talkers out there. Oh, we got some talkers too. Okay, that's why I need to be. See, that, that alone should tell you why you need to hide me. That alone right there. But I know he ain't gonna do right. I promise them to do right. I got structure and discipline. Now? I got something that can't be taught. There's a certain it factor that I was born with.
That I could pass it on to the, yeah, I got, I can pass it off to them young fellas.
You do have that.
Shannon, what do you think?
No.
Don't lie.
Why you, why you hate?
Thank you, Shannon.
See what I'm talking about?
See, Shannon ain't going to lie to me.
See, he won't bring me on first take.
Now he's saying, I don't need to go work for you.
Y'all trying to keep a brother, y'all trying to keep a brother down.
First of all, you work with me.
I keep you down when I elevated you.
We got a show called Uncanocho.
See?
Right.
Listen, I could do Uncan Ocho from Colorado.
You know we went to the Hall of Fame together, right?
So we got an unbelievable bond.
You do know that right.
Yeah, we can't lie each other.
We can't lie each other.
Well, I'm in Hall of Fame, too.
I put on my own goddamn jacket.
No, you did.
Yeah.
Yeah.
My jacket won.
One of one.
Your jacket, everybody got them.
That's a lie.
That's a lie there.
That's a lot.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, let me say,
let me take that back.
Everybody that's in got one of them.
Yeah.
I got, hey, listen, I got a bus too.
My bus 14 carry a goal.
You want to see it?
Mm-mm.
Okay.
I'm just letting you know.
Yeah, be hard and stuff around your bus.
Your bus, you know, exactly.
You, come on.
Your bus probably had a nose crunched up.
Don't worry about it.
Yeah, everybody's far around.
I'm worried about.
I love you, I love y'all, man.
That's all that matter.
That's what it's about, man.
It's about freedom, you know, life is short.
I can't do it.
You shouldn't have, draw the line.
You shouldn't have any restrictions while you're living in.
I draw the line.
Huh?
Draw the line.
We're not in kindergarten anymore.
We don't draw the line.
I don't even like to use the same bathroom.
Like, I got to have two toilets.
Like, I don't even, you got, you got, I got, mine.
Oh, hell, no.
You got yours, I got mine.
God damn.
You got yours that got mine.
Who living like that, man?
Me.
hitting him.
They're too tallies, though.
Listen, when my baby, when my baby get ready and she got to go somewhere,
I need you right there beside me.
I'm on one side of the sink.
You on the other side of the sink.
You need help.
You want me to zip up your dress.
Yeah, I do that.
I do that.
But I want you on that side getting ready.
No, no, no, no, no.
I want you on that side getting ready.
See, it's a little different for me.
I do all the maintenance.
I do her upkeep.
I do her makeup, her lashes, her brows, you know, her lipstick, her foundation.
I apply all that.
So I need you right next to me
because you're not walking out of that house
without me making sure you're on point
because you are a representation of me
once you leave out that dough.
Okay, so it's really about true.
No, it ain't about me.
No, that way it sounds is about true.
Everything I just said is how I saved my money now.
Stay with me.
Stay with me.
That's how I'm saving money.
She don't have to go nowhere to get a hair done.
She ain't got to go nowhere to get her lashes or eyebrows
or get her makeup done.
I do everything.
I do do all that.
Ask her.
Are she in the chat still?
I do everything.
No, I don't believe all that, but I do believe you probably do the whikesing.
No, no, no, no, no.
I know you do the wax.
I know you do the wax.
Listen.
Prime, you ain't seen my YouTube tutorials.
I got YouTube tutorials for the men.
I like your packing stuff.
I can't do that because you don't look.
I ain't see one bad draws in a one time.
You're going for my father.
Oh, yeah.
That's all you need.
Listen, one bad draw, you flip it.
You flip it me inside out.
Can't do it.
I'm a clean freak.
Like, I shower.
When Shannon brushed like that,
I shower about two, three times a day just well.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Y'all shower?
See?
Nah, I ain't doing that.
I'm not running up.
He take them off and they stand up on.
Hold on.
You showering two, three times a day?
Yeah, got too, though.
Man, I'm, y'all niggas tripping.
I ain't run up my goddamn water bill.
Shown no two times.
Two, three times day.
I ain't even goddamn going nowhere.
For what?
My water bill every month is about $80.
That James Evans.
Yeah, $80.
Two, three times.
You ain't even go on no.
where we are. Who are you trying to impress?
Who are you trying to press? I work out early in the
morning. You know, I got to stay right now.
You know what I'm on the field and I'm pointing like then,
I won't you see that back.
I want you to see that back.
I want you see. I want you to see it.
I want you to see the back.
Look here. I don't know about y'all, but I got to go to work
in the morning. Thank you for watching another episode
of Nightcap.
Why are you always trying to get off, man?
That's how he is. That's how he is, man.
You see, he didn't even say nothing. He just said,
hey, okay, that's it. I got to go to work.
You have no.
idea how he treats me. You have no idea, Chad.
Listen, he treat me bad. He just told me no
when you ask for a reference to come to Colorado.
I'm still afraid. I don't do no, I'll do no recommendation.
See what I mean? He ain't lying by that now. He ain't lying by that.
Yeah, he definitely recommend nobody to nothing.
Ocho, you know what this is he thought?
It looked like some, it looked like some joins. They burgundy.
Burgundy and orange, that's the ugly color way.
That's not burglany, though.
That's red?
Yeah.
Is burgundy on my end?
No, that's red.
You got to do something with your camera, your TV.
No, your eyes.
No, I didn't.
You probably still got a flow model.
He got that.
He got that.
I only got that far as Whitaker eye going on on that level.
Yeah, I only got one good eye as it is.
I ain't never noticed that, though.
You know, yeah.
Yeah, you got that far as Whitaker.
No, your mama was clean the other day, by the way.
When the shoes in the area
You had you tucks on with the shades off.
Yeah.
Hey, I was fly one now.
Yeah.
Hey, y'all did that.

Hey, I was cleaning the board of hell.
Yeah, you were cleaning.
You clean.
You're clean.
You got to get his clean.
Well, hey, one thing by that, boy, I could put on the suit.
No, you put on the suit.
Hey, so imagine me as a recruiter going to them parents' houses and a suit it.
I ain't wearing no, I ain't wearing no, no, no, what the recruit, what, what, you know,
Colorado apparel?
You're not going to.
I'm wearing no Colorado apparel.
I'm wearing suits.
See, that's a problem.
I'm wearing suits.
I need you to represent us, but still.
I'm wearing a suit.
I'm going to put a Colorado Buffalo pin on my suit.
I tell you what you do.
I'm going to try you out in Miami.
And I'm going to see how many,
because that's your stumbergrounds.
I'm going to see how many that you can sign,
and then we'll go from there.

Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days I'd put on 10 pounds, I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
