This is an IHeart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.
Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy, not quite. Unhumor me with Robert Smygel
and friends. Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you
funnier. This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel, help an
a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does your group perform? We do some
retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter. Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and
friends on the ice.

Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes
for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.

Last night, a blown call changed a game.
This morning, the internet lost its mind,
and nobody's telling you exactly what happened.
That's where Sports Slice comes in.
I'm Timbo, and every episode, we're cutting through the noise,
breaking down the biggest moments in sports
and giving you the real story behind the headline.
And we're going straight to the source, the athletes themselves,
their locker room stories, their reactions in the moment,
and the stuff nobody gets to hear.

The volume.
You know this, sir?
The ball for these yo-kiddle.
Super Bowl.
Championship.
That should always be the expectation.
All right, man.
That's you going here.
Welcome back to the Richard Sherman podcast,
and we got one of my favorite guests on my guy,
Big Play Slay,
of the Philadelphia Eagles headed to yet another Super Bowl.
How you feeling, brother?
Man, I'm feeling dang good, man, rap.
Dang good.
I ain't a lot to you, man.
I still had a shirt on last night.
I had to take it off because I started sweating in my sleep.
Hey, wear that mess.
Appreciate, enjoy these moments, man.
You know how hard they are to come by?
Yeah, hard, man, hard.
Look, look, look.
You know, I love you to death.
And I don't want you to be mad at me.
But I thought DQ and them boys was going to pull it out yesterday.
I picked you.
Hey, hey, I saw you know.
You know, fuck the pot.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that.
I'm like, okay, sir.
Okay, sure.
Okay, you know what I mean?
We got to be honest.
You know, when they scored,
the reason I picked them is because the last time y'all played,
they scored 22 in the fourth.
You know what I mean?
Them boys, the way they played against the goddamn lions and the buccaneers,
they hadn't turned the ball over.
I was like, hey, these boys hot as fish grease now.
Yeah.
But y'all had something else on your minds.
Come on, man.
We already knew what time it was.
We knew definitely the last game we played them, man.
We had a lot of bad communication in the back end with all that.
Then we had a penalty.
We're 12 on the field.
I'm trying to run off the field.
They scored on that.
So we knew what, like, hey, we do our job.
No penalties.
Clean game.
It's not going to be close.
It wasn't.
It wasn't.
I mean, you got, Zach Bond is playing at a different level right now, man.
Tell me about what changed for him.
Man, it was crazy, right?
Because in training camp, man, he was all ready to.
is, you know, we had Devin White.
Devin White was a great linebacker, too, as well.
But, you know, so there's just rotating in.
And then one thing about Zach Barnes is that he paid attention to details.
He goes do with what the coach did, asked him to do and doing it in a high level
and the best of his ability.
And his best of his ability to show that he's an all pro linebacker right now playing
at a high, high level man, Zach Barnes then came a long way.
Because a guy that was on the setting the edges as a D.N.
Moving to the linebacker, tomorrow.
Droving back in coverages, catching picks, running, side line,
the sideline making plays,
punching the ball out like he did last night.
Like, he makes hell of plays.
Yeah, I mean, he's all pro this year.
Versus team all broke, crazy.
He's crazy good, man.
He's been a blessing to our defense, man.
Him and Dean, man,
they've been doing that thing in that lineback position.
No question.
I mean, and it sucks that y'all lost to Kobe,
but that boy Owen Burks is...
He's playing too.
You know what I'm saying?
He playing too.
You know, hey, it's all about details, man.
And it just really remind me like a lot of guys
that just buying in.
into what coach wanted us to do, and they do it
and do it at the best of their ability, man.
All they want to do is check your box.
Don't worry about nobody else's box.
Check your horse.
And I know you that had a lot of influence.
I know how you are with these young D.Bs.
Y'all young corners, young Quignan.
Hey, Cooper de Cheney.
They're playing now.
Come on now.
Hey, them boys ready, man.
Those boys were ready when they first came in.
Quinnion, man.
You can see how he is cute.
He's a guy to get after him.
He competes every play.
And one thing about him that he does well
the young guys listen, you know what I'm saying?
He listened to everything.
Every drive we go out on the field, he asked me,
what do you think they're going to do to us this game?
Like, what do you think is drive, man?
What do you think this drive?
So he's very detailed and locked into the game.
And I ain't surprised, you know what I'm saying?
I'm not surprised at the way he's playing.
He's playing an elite level man.
He's got a bright future with him.
I mean, so speaking of the future,
you keep saying bright future with him.
Like, you ain't going to be there now.
Sleigh, I know it's your contract year.
But look, the playoffs is when money is made.
Yeah.
And you playing as well as you've ever played.
I mean, we look at the Rams game.
You had like three PbUs.
I don't know what Matt had against you that day.
Hey, I said, Matt, come on now.
We're together now.
Nobody's going on this now.
Definitely you try to end the game on me.
Come on now, Sam.
Now, come on, maybe.
We better than that.
Like that.
You know you better than that.
You know, you made a good catch right before that, you know,
with a deep ball without a good ball.
But, hey, come on now.
Fourth down, you know, my name Dick Play.
I make those.
You make those.
You got a rookie on the other side and you're going to try a big play.
Come on, man.
And you go motion your,
you go send your best guy over him and think I ain't ready?
Come on now.
I'm locked in.
You lock there.
Hey, young Quignon doing the scary Terry Selly.
I said, hey, this boy that lost his mind.
Oh, hey, he is on a level level.
So he said before the game, man, he's a, like I said,
I got to get him backslay, man.
He done, he's not, he's sculled on me the last game.
And, you know what I'm saying?
The first match up they had, you know,
you know, he did this thing on him.
And then, uh, second game, he got him on a good go ball.
He said, Slat.
I'm on his head this week.
I swear, like, ooh.
And he already had that celebration ready for three weeks.
Right.
Every time we played him, three times we don't play them after three weeks.
But the three times we don't play them.
Like, he had that celebration ready for it.
And thankfully, he came at the right time, man, the NFC championship game.
Man, it came at the right time.
He was ready for his moment.
He high-pointed that thing, then tipped it to himself came down, I said.
Hey, and he got the most suspect hands of the NFL.
all of them, too.
That should have been the easiest book at all.
He can clamp you up,
but now he got the most suspect hands of all of them,
though, but, hey, man, I'm so happy for him.
He catches me, I'm so happy for him.
The last time, he bradbasketed on his shoulder.
I said, man, when you catch it, man, I was just happy.
Look, they all count the same.
They all count the same.
Have you talked to Howard yet?
You know what I mean?
Obviously, that man is the best GM this side in Mississippi.
And he's been doing, had a great offseason.
I mean, we're going to talk about Sequin and what he's been doing because that's,
it's just silly that y'all was even able to get him on y'all already all-star team.
Right.
But he's not even just getting him, you know what I mean, Zach Bond and drafting Cooper's Eugene and Quinyan.
And then so I think, you know, all this stuff being said, y'all, in the Super Bowl,
y'all got a team, y'all got greatness already.
Have y'all had conversations about you coming back?
We ain't had one yet.
Well, you know, hopefully I do.
Hopefully I do, man.
That's the hope of planning because I do want to play my last year.
I want to play 13 years.
13 will be my last one for sure.
I ain't going to more than that.
I got time for that.
I don't know.
I don't know, big play.
I don't know.
You keep playing like you playing.
Somebody going to call you.
Yeah, yeah.
I've been getting that tell too bad.
Every time I go to the team and playing against another team,
they'd be like, Slate, boy, you got about three more in you.
I'm like, I know.
But then again, I'm like, well, just getting up at that 6 a.m.
Be hurting.
Hey, hey, big play.
I'm going to just cut.
Look, take it from an old head who don't play no more
who don't strap them up no more.
You're going to be so damn bored.
Even if you say I'm hanging them up,
somebody going to call you, going to be like, hey, I'm all right.
I'll be there.
Hey, Jennifer going to be like, hey,
you've been doing it for 13 years.
You don't get out of this house.
Like, I don't need you here.
He's crown up my space all day.
Right.
Right.
So we're going to keep going to put in debate.
We go see, though.
I hope it's with Philly, though, for sure, man.
I hope it is.
But, you know, I don't know how to business work.
You know, everybody like to go to Young Rock.
But, hey, if I'm here, I'm here.
I'm going to appreciate it, though, for sure.
They like to go to Young Rob, but the reason you stick with a veteran,
you got mentorship for these young boys getting them right.
And then you got elite play.
You're on the left side.
People don't, maybe everybody don't understand this.
The left side corner is the guy.
That's the guy.
At some point, Quinn y'all aren't going to move to the left.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
But it ain't, it ain't yet.
Yeah, yeah, so, hey, I'm preparing him, though.
I'm going to make sure he's good and ready for it.
No, he'll for sure be ready for him, man.
Talk about Sequan.
Because every, for that boy to start that game off like that, I said, come on now.
You ain't going to do him like this.
Look, I was so excited that he scored.
But then again, I was so mad that he scored so fast because we just had a 17-play drive.
I'm like, ooh, you're finishing us back out there, God.
Damn, more good shit.
You all had an 18-blade drive.
Yes.
Seven minutes off the clock.
I'm out there already just got the...
I just hit the water.
That thing is all looking up.
I'm hit.
I'm lit.
Going to celebrate when I'm like,
Slate, save your energy.
We got to go back out here.
I go back out.
You got to go back out now.
Man, that man's so good, man.
That man, talented, man.
Like, me and my homeboys used to have, like, a little talk about running backs.
I said, man, I say, man,
say, Juan, that dude, man.
Like, I know he probably just.
stats don't say, like his career stats don't say, but man, ain't nobody seen no running back
like this.
It's not like this.
It's because the Giants was wasting him.
They was wasting his best years.
Thank God he got with a great offensive line and a great offense and a good coordinator
and all the right systems because now he getting to show what he should have been in the whole
time.
The whole time.
Like this, if he, you know what I'm saying, if he stayed healthy as possible every year,
this year, he goes down there, rush down to 2000 every year behind this whole line.
Right.
every time.
He just, at one play, he's explosive.
Like, I think he had, what, the most 60-yard touchdowns?
I don't know how many of them.
I think in the history of the game.
Yeah, he is explosive, man.
Like, sending him in person out every week.
Man, that's a highlight real.
Highlight real.
What was the first moment you realized, like, at practice where you was like,
damn, he did?
We didn't train in camp.
You know what I'm saying?
First of all, we, like, T-shirts and stuff.
He called a screen.
Boom.
Man, he stuck his foot in the ground.
So I'm like, ooh.
And then, you know what I'm saying?
Not watching it like how, you know, how a team's watching.
You know how our team means.
So we had a run play.
Like, you know, guys got some A guy got the B got to da da da,
man, I saw him jumping.
Boom, boom, boom, hop.
And then I said, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Stay going, you're going for 2000.
You're going for $2,000.
The second big run against the Rams,
he put their liebacker in a blender so cold.
I said, that's what I'm saying.
He was coming to meet him in the gap.
He said, oh, yeah, man, look, look here, we call him Black Jesus around here.
As you should.
As you should.
Boy, he is a superhero does right now.
I said, boy, you're a superhero.
You don't understand this?
Boy, you do some crazy stuff.
You jump on people backwards, and I'm just thinking like watching in person.
It just sucks.
They don't give running backs MVP no more.
And because if anybody deserved it, it's him.
It's him.
It's him, man.
It's him right now.
I'm talking about he steps up big every time.
Even when, we even when Hurts played well, he's playing well.
If Hertz not playing as well as he wanted to, he's still playing well.
Like, he consistently being the same player every week.
So, like, it's undoneggle.
But I understand.
Now injured, he said, I'm still getting $150.
I mean, we played the Saints.
We had no Smitty, no AJ.
Man.
And, like, we got that.
Come on, man.
That boy just, stick it loose.
I'm saying.
So, yeah, man, he shouldn't be the MVP, but you know how I go-go.
You know what I'm saying?
Because Lamar has to have a great year, but Seekwon should be the MVP.
Sequin, for sure, should be MVP.
But speaking of that offensive line, how crazy was that?
Like, for them to put Landon Dickerson at center, he battled, and then he got a little banged up,
and Cam Jergers wasn't even supposed to play.
He wasn't.
And he soldiered.
Hey, that just showed you the team bond and the team connection that were then the sacrifice
their body to do what they want to do, man.
The whole weekend was trying to fight through,
and he said they're like, hey, maybe we'll just use you as an emergency.
And look, look what happened.
We need them as emergency because it wouldn't nobody else can be able to do them
two jobs but them two guys because our offensive line requires like a good athletic center.
You know what I'm saying?
You see what Jason Kells, the guys that can, you know, from the center position,
pull, do that one draws that can block open space.
So a lot of guys can't do that, but these two guys can't.
And we've seen that dog on landing went down.
We're like, oh, man.
But then Cam, I'm like, I'm going.
I don't care what's going on.
I'm going.
And then as you see, Cam stepped up big.
And we still had big runs when he was in there.
So, man, that's good, man.
The Mo Line, man.
Coach style is one of the best O'Line coaches ever.
I'm talking about anybody can plug in there.
It's not going to look no different.
Like, it's never going to look different.
I mean, even the rookie came in there and got him one.
I'm saying.
And got dues almost both for 70.
You know what I'm saying?
Out of nowhere.
Right, I know.
I know Sequin was like, hey, you see, I don't get caught right there.
No, no, no.
Sequan gave him the business for show.
You don't get caught.
Sequin gave him the business.
He don't get caught.
Yeah, that too.
What's gotten into Nolan Smith?
It's a dog.
You see, I've been telling people all the time on the pod that
Nolan Smith is the expert of our defense.
Everybody was, like, questioning because we had Hassan, sweaty,
B, G, then he used to come in and get like four or five,
six ralts because he was behind some great guys.
And everybody like,
when's he going to come alive,
when you go come alive?
I said,
this is going to be the year he'd come alive.
And you know what I'm saying?
Because people question his pass rushing
and this and that because he was undersized,
whatever.
Man, he is the tone setter
of our defense.
You know,
I'm talking about any,
you send a tie-in that way?
Oh, he's crushing him.
Boom.
Anybody.
You're saying anybody that way,
he's crushing him.
And then he's a great pass-russing.
And you think you could get away from him.
And people don't understand.
No, Levinan, a four, three.
at the combine.
You know what I'm saying?
There ain't too many
quarterbacks running from him.
So, man, he's a special
with him.
And I'm telling you, like,
he really, like the heart
and soul of our defense,
man, he really set the tone
for everything.
Bro, that's really cool to hear
because he's had an incredible
playoff run.
I mean, I think he got four sex.
Fosax.
And ain't playing.
And he came into the season
with eight, I think,
seven to eight.
Right, and got four in the playoffs.
You know what I'm saying?
He ain't playing around either.
He ain't going to come
chasing that money
in a second.
That whole D-line will get a lot of money.
Jalen Carter out there abused,
and then Davis decided I want to get a sack this game.
I'm just going to go and walk.
He never, they don't know.
Jay D.D. can rush the pass,
and people don't think he can because, you know,
but he can.
I mean, he can.
And that D-line, man,
would definitely start with J.C., man.
It's a man among the boys, man.
Like, his stats don't say, like,
all the sack numbers everybody probably want to see,
but there ain't no running to his way.
He's getting triple team.
he beating triple teams.
And I don't play with some great D-Lyman.
I play with Damokin-Soo.
Fletcher Cox is one of the top two.
But when I say by J.C.
is he probably the most gifted,
athletic one at all of them.
Like, he's the guy that can, you know,
how back in the 90s,
they invented Euro step.
He can Euro step.
You know, so he's a Euro step.
Everybody else has a move they can do and win.
He's like the guy that, like,
I can Euro step this, I can long step.
Like, he, he's a little.
He looked different, and you know what I'm saying?
He's a little different.
Like Sue was a guy that kind of like
he just cut up determination,
flexed to it.
Right.
He got a little finesse to him.
He got a like bull rush to him.
He got everything to him.
So he'll be very special.

Hey, it's us to Jonas Brothers, and guess what?
We have some big news.
What's the news, name?
Huge news.
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts throughout there.
But this one's extra special.
So how do we actually come up with a name, Hey Jonas?
guys. I honestly don't remember.
I think it was on a call about what
we should call it and...
We were thinking, I'm originally
calling it one of the early
names of our band before Jonas Brothers.
This is how you guys remember it going down?
Yes. I have a very different memory of this.
We were talking about a thing, a bit for the podcast
where people could call in and say, hey Jonas.
And then I wrote down on my little
notepad, Hey Jonas, and offered it up as a potential title
for the podcast. But thanks for remembering.

Talk about what what Vic Fangio has meant because I played for Vic, so I know Vic.
Oh, he did.
What you played with Big?
Stanford.
Stanford.
At college, okay.
Right.
And you know Vic wasn't doing no recruiting.
He wasn't leaving the building.
Vic ain't talking to nobody's family.
None.
Nothing.
Vic coaching defense.
And then he's going on.
That's it.
That ain't doing nothing.
That's how he is now.
He coached the defense.
Go home.
And he's so, and he's so like monotone.
There he is, what is this right here?
That's a great play right here by the Mike linebacker.
We need this three technique to move this way.
A, secondary, good job this week.
We got to do better, though.
Ray, you sound just like hell.
I swear to God, we'd be saying.
Look, he has the best born meeting I've ever been a part of.
It's a good meeting because he's coaching every position.
And you learn like, dang, okay, I see what he's saying.
But it's like, that's just how he talked.
No, Simon.
You know, got a little bit better, man.
You throw a little joking there to the spice it up.
Wow.
He'll be, hey, Slay, that's good coverage.
While I need you a little more tighter.
They will try to fit that in the window.
Boom, we then next play.
And just critique everyone.
We need you to set this edge.
Hey, and you, I'm talking about, that's what we need to do.
It means to smooth as well.
Be like, okay, guys.
But he's very detailed.
You know what he's saying?
So I love him.
I love him.
He's doing a great job with us.
He calls a great scheme.
Like he calls a great game.
Like you always sitting there in the game like,
ooh, that's the one right there.
I know it's a good call.
I'm talking about.
He's been in his bag.
Like the first four weeks,
we was like, okay, how are we going to get the feel of it?
But then when he set us down and let us understand what he, like,
one on his defense, man, I'm talking about.
It was so detailed.
If you just, and his play called him,
was like on point.
Like, man, he got, I ain't gonna spill his tricks,
but he got so many tricks that people don't know
that help us out so much on the feet.
You'd be like, oh man, then they do it.
He'd be like, hey, well, he might be one of the,
he one of the best DCs.
I'm not being a part of them.
Bro, bro, it's like, it's like,
he'll have like your leverage or something in the call
that he wants you.
And it's like a trick he wants you to know
and it'll put it in the call.
And it'll be like, oh, I know what you're looking for.
And then they run the play that he just kind of like,
feel that's like, oh yeah, yeah.
And once I get that feeling by the coach,
oh, yeah, whatever you tell me to do,
because I trust and believe it.
You know what I'm saying?
Whatever you do you need me to do?
You know, you say, you want me to play this hard outside?
Because you, I'm hard outside.
You want to play hard inside for this reason?
I'm hard.
Like, he makes you real trustworthy.
They make you feel real comfortable.
You know what I'm saying?
Because if he tell you to do it and it don't work,
he's going to coach the guy that made the mistake or whatever happened
to that player.
Every time.
And he's about one of the fewest coaches I've been a part of that
said here and say,
when the play happened, that's what they're supposed to be at.
That's what the ball post had went.
That's my fault.
The call did that.
Like, he takes so much accountability and it's like, cool, cool.
Like, so now I feel good about the fact that if we go to meetings that I ain't in,
he defended his, he defended the DBs or the whole defense.
Like, hey, I told him to do that, that call was on me.
So it makes you feel good that he kind of like go behind the scenes, but like, yeah, that's my fault.
Right.
I mean, you can't get no better than that.
Can't get a better than that.
Can't get a better than that.
credibility, you know what I mean?
He's been doing it long enough.
So he ain't worried about his job.
Like, hey, I take these bullets.
Like, I told him the line up outside.
They ran a slant.
That's on me.
I got to call us something different.
Some different.
And that's why I say, can't get wrong with that.
And not too many coaches do that.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Right.
And right over and back up too.
Back up too.
We're not going to say no names.
We're not going to say no names.
But they will, though.
We're in great energy and you're headed to another.
Super Bowl.
What's so different about this?
Tell me, like, your mindset in this one
compared to the last one you went to?
Because it's the same team.
Well, it's the same team, but we definitely different.
It's just a mindset just like knowing what the guy's
capable of doing.
We know what he's capable of being doing.
We've done seen him numerous of times,
but what's going to be different?
I think I'm definitely be more composed because that was my first one
that first time.
So I was kind of like, I think my mom ain't get, you know,
undry until the middle of the second quarter.
I'm like, still like, trying to get.
So this time I think I'm going to be way more calmer, way more relaxed, and just ready.
You know what I'm saying?
Because I need me one, man.
And I can't go owing, too.
I can't go.
But we know it will be a ball, though, a good battle.
So we've got to see it.
I know you won two.
I know you hurt because you could have been two and one.
Right.
Could have been.
We could have had three of them, really.
We had one at the one.
We had a 10-point leave with 10 minutes to go.
Yeah.
I mean, seven minutes to go.
We held him to 10.
And then he just went off.
Yep.
Yep, you could have had three on them, babe.
I'm trying to give me one, man.
That's it.
That's it.
I'm trying to give me a little.
Are you looking for it?
Now you know what to expect.
Like, you know the media week, how crazy that is?
Crazy.
What are you telling the young dudes?
It's going to be hard for me to explain it to him because once they see it all, they're going to be, it's
just the look up and everything will be around.
You'd be like still shot.
Like, even if you tell them, like, we had guys like Fletcher and Lane.
I'm like, hey, man, the media day, because they want they want, they want.
media will be wild
you know what I'm going to be ready for it
sat down
man
I'm just everywhere
so it's still
it's a big big distraction
I really hate it honestly
I really wish we could just
practice all that week
bump the media
unless it's like
you know what I'm saying
that's just coming to your locker room
or something
and they go play
but it is a distraction though
but then again
I'm like you know
it is
they do got to make their money
speaking you know you know
it's all entertainment
but speaking of vets
BG they say BG
you got to
got a small chance.
At least they're starting to speculate.
I don't know how true that is,
and I don't want you to spill those beans that you shouldn't be spilling.
But they put something out that he,
they took him off an IR or opened his window or whatever they needed to do.
And, you know, obviously he's met so much to the city.
He's been there so long, you know, obviously when he went down,
you know, was such a tragic, sad moment for the cities, for the team.
Talk about what he's meant, you know, just staying around the building
because it looks like he's still been around.
Oh, he don't lead the building.
You know, he hangs around.
He comes to meeting still.
He do everything as a leader do, man.
He honestly, he helped me grow as a leader to learn how to understand because, like, I'm one of the leaders on defense.
He's the other kind of on the defense.
And I was already questioned, like, how I handle this without BG here?
Because, like, he kind of like the voice of the defense, and he kind of set the tone for the whole team.
And with him still being present, maybe you feel better because, you know what I'm saying?
I'm a great leader.
But I'm not the one that hooray and brain the circle up.
boo-bo-boo-boo-boo, whatever kind of best.
I'm more of like, play by example.
You know, I say my love one, two, and get on back on business.
But, BG, kind of, like, set the tone.
And he kind of helped me guide my way through it, man.
How does, you know, hey, make sure he kept making me ex-late.
You break it out.
You know what I'm saying?
You do this.
You do that.
So he kind of, like, helped me get in my mode to be that kind of great leader.
But, man, he's amazing.
Like, I don't know who would dislike VG.
Right.
He's impossible to, because, like, he just hard to come by.
A good guy like that.
It's hard to come by.
Definitely on your team.
So he won't nothing but the best for everyone on there.
And we appreciate him.
We love him, man.
And hopefully he do return because that's another ed said that we'll love to have.
No question.
Oh, that's a monster.
Game record.
Yes, game record.
Come on now.
Well, the last thing I'm going to ask you about how Jennifer and the key is doing,
you know what I mean?
They're just going to be positive.
They're good.
They're good.
She's still out of her voice a little bit.
So she was yelling more to me.
And I'm like, hey, come down now.
I'm saying.
I'm playing.
Hey, she's been riding for you, boy.
On that Twitter, I look up and let somebody be saying something about Slay.
I'm going to see her on the timeline.
Tell somebody.
Yeah, she ain't going to play too much now.
She ain't going to play too much.
How are your family doing, man?
I thought the kids had got big.
Yeah, they didn't got big.
I'm coaching sports now.
You know, you know, once you're done, that's what you got to look forward to.
Yeah, I'm going to get ready for my day to coach my eyes up too, man.
I'm looking forward to that day.
But man, what you're going to find out
is they don't listen to you at all.
They're listening to somebody down the street
before they listen to their dad.
I'm going to already be saying the same thing
with my oldest right now, man.
I'd be like, bro, let's go work out.
We're working out.
Da-da-da-da-old saying to do this.
And he just, like, you just don't get it.
Like, hey, you know your dad is a all pro five-time,
six-time pro bowler, like,
you know who don't want to listen?
Right.
Look, I didn't realize how silly it was
until Dion called me to talk to,
to talk to Shia.
one day. And I said,
Dion, what can I tell him
that you can tell him? He's
like, yeah, I know who I am. You know
why him. The world know who I am. But he don't
know who I am. I said, he's just daddy.
Right. I'm a little more than daddy.
I'm a little more than daddy.
Better listen to me. I'm one of the greats.
Hey, they, they don't know what I'm talking about.
It would be wild, man. So it would be
funny. I'd be having that same problem, man.
So, hey, I guess that's a dad
where I thought I was tripping to.
No, no, it's all of us. It's all of us.
Okay, I'm good.
Yeah, I'm too bad at him.
Let me call you and put you on the phone myself.
He's like, oh, yeah, oh, my God, this is Territ.
Like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Hey, Tilly did that at what time?
So I'm like, yeah, Tilly called him and talk to his son to what time before.
I'm like, Tilly, you know, I'm crazy.
Like, okay, I'll let him, though.
For sure.
Look, they still talk about that D.B. Academy, but we're going to talk about that this
offseason.
We ain't going to talk about that again right now, but we're going to bring that back in.
We got to get it back in.
I think these young kids might.
be with it more than people we was playing with.
That's what I'm saying.
We can't there, you know what I'm saying?
There's too much, too much hatred back then.
But it's some love, a lot going on.
A lot of love going on right now.
So I know I got a lot of love for all the DBs,
so y'all know what time it is with me.
No question.
We got a lot of knowledge to gear.
You help these kids play a little tighter.
Yes, sir.
Got us too.
No question.
Well, I appreciate you, brother.
As always, man, enjoy the journey.
And I'm happy for you, see you.
I hope you get you one.
And when you do, I can't wait to talk to you
about it. Oh, man, I'm flitious. I'm worried. I can't really talk about it because I might be
lit for at least five or six months. I might be going to... Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I ain't
August. We're three talking in August.
Oh, me, oh. As you should.
Yes, sir.
For sure, brother. Give my love to the family.
All right. Appreciate you, Bidaw. You too.
Appreciate it. All right.
The volume.
Hey, guys, it's us. The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe. I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick. And guess what? We created our own podcast called...
Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it, but, you know, tired and sick.

Just listen.
We don't care where you hear it.
Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy, not quite.
Unhumor me with Robert Smigel and Friends.
Me and hilarious guests from Bob.
Bodenk to David Letterman help make you funnier. This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and
head writer Streeter Seidel, help an a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does
your group perform? We do some retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter. Listen to

games. Some call it grotesque. Others say it's unleashing human potential. Either way, the podcast
Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds. I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
