We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.

podcast point game, the playoffs. We're digging into the biggest surprises of the season. And I'm looking
back on some of my greatest playoff moments. If we didn't talk ever again, I was harmed.

Marquis keep coming to. He's like, you know, I love you, dog. You know, it's all love. This was just
playoffs. This was just basketball. So listen to Point Game on the I Heart
Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Every family has its secrets.
But what happens when you discover that your dad has been living a double life?
That is not the look of an innocent man.
Is everyone lying to me about who they are?
I felt such desperation.
I felt it was what I had to do.

Welcome back to the Richard Sherman podcast, and you know what time it is.
It's time to welcome our special guests back to the show.
My guy, Big Play Slay.
How you doing, brother?
What's good, my guy?
I'm good, man.
How you been?
How you been?
I've been good, man.
I'm all right.
Not as good as you.
You got a little break.
Y'all been winning.
You made it back from Ireland.
We're going safely.
Safely at that.
You know what I said.
But it was a good trip, man.
We're not enough for sure to handle business.
I got a chance to go to Little City City a little bit, but, man, it was good, though, man.
It was a big time game.
The environment was good.
The fans were exciting.
It was great to show, you know, American football out the country.
So we had a good time, man.
Did somebody get wrong there?
Yeah, man, apparently we had a guy that had that happen, man.
Thankfully, they luck I wouldn't, though, because I ought to have been spanking on one of them,
Idle him kids, people around that, man.
He don't play that around him, you know.
Right, right, right.
Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
You know, shout out to my boy, man.
You know, he's doing well.
And then he's hanging in there, huh?
He's hanging in there.
He's good, though, but I should tell him something, man.
He needs to bring the right ones with him.
Right, right, right.
Next time, bring big play, apparently.
Well, y'all, it's coming off a big win against the Browns,
the division opponent.
Y'all held him under 10 points.
Played really well.
Your offense scored some points.
It looks like the connection between D.K. Metcalfe and,
and Aaron,
Rogers is getting better and better.
It looks like the defense is starting to jail.
There was question marks early in the season, a lot of conversations,
a lot of speculation of sorts about, you know, is this defense getting old,
you know, a bunch of old guys.
But, you know, sometimes when you don't play together for a while and you start
to fill each other out, you start to figure it out,
and it's starting to look like you guys are coming together.
Oh, yeah, man.
This is the first time that we had the complete defense, man.
You know, a lot of guys went out week one.
You know, Joy went out week one.
shoot
Hyson Smith went out week one
shoot
a lot of D'Shea
there's been a lot of
Deshawn with down week one too
you know we had guys that was
in and out
in and out on all both sides everywhere
so this is our first time
actually playing together as one
you know as a complete healthy defense
going into this game
and man I could say
we did put on a great dominant performance
but we left some plays out there
you know we should have some more turnovers
but overall maybe we played great man
it was good to see us all out there
and it was fun man
I ain't going to lie, man.
It was kind of fun.
And then my first time playing the AFC division a game.
You know, I'm trying to compare the low, the NFC and the NFC.
I'm with the ASC right now, you know what I'm saying?
Because it's light.
But, hey, the NFC division games, they're a little different, man.
You know what I?
Right, right, right.
But I understand the beating, they'd say, over here.
There's a lot of top run heavy and trying to abuse you around here.
But it was a good.
It was a good one for my first time.
Yeah, this division looking a little different than it usually does.
You know, usually you got multiple.
MVP candidates playing for the other teams in Burrow and Lamar, both of them have been injured.
We haven't heard when Burroughs coming back.
Lamar's been down.
They won in five, which is just insane.
But talk about Aaron Rogers and how he's been because he's looking very vintage right now.
Hey, look, A. Rob being in his bag, man.
Hey, look, he been making a lot of plays.
I must say that, man.
Watching him on offense, him and D.K.
with very much connection, man.
It's getting great.
It's getting better and better each and every.
week. As you see, he's getting more comfortable with a lot of guys and starting to make a lot more
plays with other guys too as well, even though D.K. is having a monster. I think he scored a touchdown
in the last four or five games, and he's not playing right now. He's on his high horse right now.
But, man, A. Rogers, he controlling the offense. And we do what we need to do, man. I think right now,
like I said, try to tell folks, even though Aaron Rogers wants to be the MVP player as he's as he
always been, you know, of course he's playing out at the great level right now. But of course,
with the run game working right now, that gives him a break, you know,
and the defense's playing as good as we need to.
That gives them a break.
So we try to do everything with our power to make sure that A-Rod don't have to be a-rod.
You know what I'm saying?
Not to discourage him or not like that because he still had that ability,
but we don't want to be that great.
But big-ploid.
Your defense played really well.
Y'all had six sacks.
Jalen Ramsey had two.
And the word is he was playing injured and went out there and gave it everything he got it.
That was pretty cool to hear.
but y'all let the rookie throw 52 times and nobody booked him
hey that's what we just talked about today bro we dropped four of them you know what I'm
saying four of boys oh dang that's what we said that's why I said we got to get a little
little bit better man we dropped four my boy my boy Juan he came from Cleveland
Cleveland released him he had two opportunities and dropped both on one of him in his face
you know what I'm saying and at one of them he got in my way I was fin to pick it and he
I like, hey, bro, look here.
If you don't want it, please, I'm trying to get in this 30 club,
and you are out here playing.
Right, right.
You know what I'm saying?
I could have had one to as well.
Y'all just didn't want Shador to get something in the game.
I understand.
Y'all didn't want to pick him off four times
and let Shador get some momentum and get a chance to play.
I'm starting to see what y'all doing, Big Plur.
Hey, he's saying we try to do that, you know what I said?
But we, hey, if he threw four on or not, he put him in now,
we love Shador.
I got a lot of love for you Shado, but shoot.
We would have been trying to pick you four times, too.
You know, that's the goal.
We just, you know, we're just competitive, but, hey, we try and do our job, man.
So, hey, we're hopeful any one of them guys, man.
We're looking forward to playing anyone on them.
How was the rookie, Dylan Gabriel?
You know, obviously, when you're a veteran, you've been in its league,
you expect certain things from vet quarterbacks,
but a young guy comes in.
He doesn't know all the tricks.
You can bait him into a little bit more.
You can show him a little sugar and steal it.
Well, obviously, y'all showed him a lot of sugar and didn't steal it.
but she's
come on
sir man get off us man
we try
no no
hell no
y'all
y'all boys
was out there
that boy doing 52 times
hey look we tried
man we drop so many too
so many so many but
I know that I know that chinky
I know that fine jars
full
full of love man
boy we're going to have a nice little trip
plan for somewhere
mm-hmm
What else is going on with this team?
Y'all got such a veteran team.
It seems like y'all getting healthy at the right time.
Offenses thriving.
The rest of the teams in the division are starting to struggle.
What is the energy like in the building right now?
It's cool, man.
One thing about Mike, man, Mike T, he keeps building mellow.
There's no high horse, no high raise.
He just, you know, he just look at every day as a day to get better.
So he keeps us mellow, man.
And we just know what kind of opportunity we got in front of us.
And like I said, man, it's a little different in the league because, you know what I'm saying?
All you got to do is win your division to be, you know, it don't matter if you're 8 and 9 team.
You only win your division, you smooth.
So that's the goal and that's the plan, as always.
So we just continue to take one game at a time.
And right now, you know, we just have one of our division games.
We've got none of them coming up this Thursday.
So we got to handle business, man, because this gives a jump start up ahead of a lot of teams.
Mike T. made a headline this week talking about,
told him my Joe Barry and what he did for the Cleveland Browns
and trading Joe Flacco to a division opponent, division rival,
and now y'all got to play them this week in Cincinnati.
What did you think about that?
I mean, it is kind of weird.
You don't hear very many times the guys trading away a day one starter
to a division opponent.
Yeah, that's why I was saying.
I was surprised, you know what I'm saying?
I would have thought they went to somewhere else,
but they went in the division, get your team.
Like, you'll start day one starter.
So if y'all ever play each other again, when y'all play each other again,
he knows the playbook very handy well.
So he was the day one start on that end.
So it's like, I don't know, man.
I don't know if they just ride on the high horse and just say,
we're going to throw in the towel anyway or whatever.
Or we can see what we could get for Joe to get ready for this next year
to build behind these guys we got already here.
But that was wild to me.
That's like, I don't know, man.
I had never seen that.
Back up a thursday during the song.
And then you see, you see it.
And this is what I don't like.
I love Miles Garrett's death.
Miles Garrett was like, they were like,
Miles Garrett, are you, are you sick of losing the same way?
He's like, yeah, I'm sick of losing.
Look, Miles, Miles, Miles.
Oh, man, I'm speaking to your direct.
You chose to be a Cleveland Brown.
Everybody on this planet then called to trade for you.
You said, no, I'm going to be loyal to Cleveland.
Respect.
Respect.
This is what you're signing up for.
A lifetime of this.
A couple more years of this.
Hey, postseason, probably not.
Super Bowl, only when you're going to the bathroom.
That's what you signed up for.
That was a good one.
That's a bar.
That was a bar.
Hey, like, that's what he signed up for.
And it's like, if he was ever available, every team will be sitting there counting
eight, counting eight coins to try to figure out how they could get him in the building.
And I would have guessed your guys in the Philadelphia would be number one on the list
and somehow figure out how to get him,
because they always doing something like that.
Their jam is the king of making moves like that.
But Miles Garrett,
everybody feels sorry for you.
Well, felt sorry for you.
But it's harder to feel sorry for you when you won't leave.
You won't leave.
You can't expect, you know,
the definition of insanity big play
is doing the same thing over and over and over
and expecting a different result.
You ain't getting a different result out there, baby.
they got young they're in a rebuild.
Another one.
Another one, like DJ Callet.
Them boys been in a re-in-in-a-build like they're in a war zone.
Every time they build the building back up, back down.
Build it back up.
They collapse it every time, man.
As soon as it feels like the house get halfway done,
it's just like the three little pigs come blow it down.
Yeah, the big bad wolf comes and blows it down.
And the big bad wolf is everybody in your division.
They blow it up.
They're blowing it down.
I feel bad for him, man, because he's a hell of fire player, man.
One of the far of our best players we ever see, played this game in that being position.
Most generational town you go see.
And probably would never ever get to taste that Super Bowl.
Well, yeah, I feel bad for him.
I feel bad for him, for sure, man.
He's a damn good player, too, man.
Damn great player.
Not even good.
That ain't great.
He's a great, great.
He's a great thing.
Hey, it's us, the Jonas brothers, and guess what?
We have some big news.
What's the news, new?
Huge news.
We created our own podcast called Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts throughout there.
But this one's extra special.
So how do we actually come up with a name, Hey Jonas, guys?
I honestly don't remember.
I think it was on a call about what we should call it.
Well, we were thinking I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band
before Jonas Brothers
was...
This is how you guys remember
it going down?
Yes.
I have a very different
memory of this.
We were talking about a thing,
a bit for the podcast
where people could call in
and say, hey, Jonas.
And then I wrote down
on my little notepad,
Hey Jonas,
and offered it up
as a potential title
for the podcast.
But thanks for remembering that,
guys.
Listen to Hey Jonas
on the IHeart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts,
or wherever you get your podcast.
Just listen.
We don't care where you hear it.
What's up,
Sam?
It's Isaiah Thomas.
And I'm C.J.
Toledano and our podcast Point Game is about defying the odds.
Like LeBron heading into the playoffs without Luca and Austin Reed.
And finding ways to win no matter what.
He's the smartest player to ever play the game.
His IQ is at a level that we've never seen before.
And he knows without Luca and Austin Reeves,
I got to manipulate the game.
We get a player's perspective on the challenges of the playoffs.
I think Joker's going to be exhausted this series
because when they don't have Rudy in the lineup,
he has to really guard guys like Nas Reeves.
He has to guard Julius Randall.
And then he has to give us everything he gives us
on the night-to-night basis on offense.
And when IT's friends stop by, like Quentin Richardson,
we dive into some playoff history too.
Steve Nass, get that thing.
That man, hell get the flying.
He running up the court, licking his fingers,
why he got the ball, like,
after you go through a training camp with that, Isaiah,
you figure it out real quick.
Get your ass up and down the court,
and you're going to get the ball.
So listen to Point Game on the IHeart Radio app,
Apple Podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts.
Keith Giamanka seemed like a mild-mannered suburban dad,
but secretly he became someone else,
a master of disguise who went on a crime spree.
At the time, did it seem like a crazy idea?
It seemed very crazy,
but I felt so desperate that I felt it was the quickest, easiest way out.
Did you allow yourself to think about
How it could go wrong on what that might look like?
No, I didn't want to manifest that.
I was trying to manifest success.
Every family has its secrets.
But what happens when you discover that your dad has been living a double life?
That is not the look of an innocent man.
This is going to change my life and my family dynamic forever,
because everything that had existed prior in my reality is now untrue.
Listen to Deep Cover the Family Man on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Here's something that should not be as complicated as it is.
Getting a racist statue removed.
And here's something that should be a whole lot easier than it is.
Getting a new one put up in its place.
As long as there's a politics of race in America, there's going to be a politics of remembering the Civil War.
To get to school, I had to go down Robert Lee Boulevard.
Get to the grocery store.
I had to go down Jefferson Davis Park.
If you're an historian and you leave out half of what the history is, you're not doing your job.
I'm Akila Hughes, and Rebel Spirit Season 2 goes deep on both of those things.
The fights, the politics, the people who won, and my personal campaign to add something to the Kentucky State House that's actually worth the wall space.
We are more than our bodies.
We contain essence.
We contain spirit.
How do you represent that?
They are just fueling a fire that is really catching.
You'll see what I mean.
Listen to Rebel Spirit Season 2 on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
You're feeling good about your stadium.
You know, I know y'all shared a field with the college team, with University of Pittsburgh.
But Aaron Rogers said today that that field is borderline unplayable.
Did you feel that way?
You're out there with the screws in?
Look, look here.
I never had to put screw ends in America.
You know what I did it out of the country because you play in London, all the grass,
slippery, they got soccer field.
This game here, like, after just being this time,
this is my second time playing in this stadium as a home game.
And the fact that I feel like I'm playing insane.
It's not offense to the stadium.
Like, the stadium is amazing.
The atmosphere is amazing.
It's just like, hey, man, like, this is bad.
Like, I'm running in sand a little bit.
And I watched our kicker, man.
And he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he's trying to mess up his money right
because he was a perfect, perfect right now.
You know what I'm saying?
And he already had his time about sitting out a little deal, trying to get some money.
And I know them GMs, they go bring that up.
You miss one.
Right.
Hey, yeah, you got a very specific set of skills.
Yeah, you miss one, though.
You can't miss.
And you miss one.
And they ain't going to play no grabs.
They're going to bring nothing to that.
They go, so, man, you know what I'm saying?
I always found a one year deal.
so I ain't going to be the one to change it.
You ain't going to be the one to change, Big Plac.
You ain't going to be the one to change it.
I love everything about Pittsburgh, but, boy, that feel is a little something else.
I don't know.
I ain't go lie about that.
But usually I'll probably like be at bad at it.
I'm like, no, I can't.
I'm a DB.
And if I did up top pork chop because I'm stuck in sand,
or you slip.
Or you slip.
Slay your trash.
Get him out of here.
He's old.
Now I'm everything.
book right they're waiting to say that they they already got that message type slate your trash
they wait and they hit enter did he catch it right now he batted it down yeah yeah damn pop
i already know it man you know boy i'm in my young days boy i just after a game i go type my name
in on twitter see what they were talking about so are you crazy i want to quote some people
i used to do it a heavy i just do it real bad my at stop i had to stop because it doesn't get to me a little bit
yeah yeah it get to you it gets to your spirit don't let it get in there
It getting in my spirit every time.
Yeah.
And speaking of Joe Flackhole,
y'all got to play them this week on a short week.
Your guy, Joey Porter, Jr., said this is what y'all built for.
This is what y'all brought you and Big Ramsey
and got him to deal with these guys,
to deal with Higgins and Jamar Chase, the big dogs.
And the other receiver, who I don't want to even name right now
because he couldn't catch a cold in the snowstorm last week.
I felt bad.
I said, I said, they would have had a chance in that game.
had Yosevaush just caught a few passes.
I mean, you could understand the tough ones,
but I'm like, these is, these is...
Routines.
These, you know what I mean?
If you ain't got these, and you're receiving?
You don't need to be out there.
Not 100% sure.
I haven't even watched the game.
I haven't watched the game.
I haven't watched the game.
It's on the tape.
That boy, slant, open, trap.
Cramp, curl, open.
Can't happen.
Damn.
Dang.
Black all.
But tell me how you're feeling about these dudes coming into this game.
Man, I'm great, man.
It's going to be a great matcher, man.
I know that's the first thing Mike T. told us when me and Rams got here, man,
we got some dominant guys in the division that's, you know, some receivers at this level.
So, and he specifically said this day and his team, this and that, you know, with Chase and the more's over us.
So it'll be a great matchup.
I got a chance to play against them guys last year.
Except for Higgins.
Higgins didn't play last year when I was in real Philly by guy
a chance to play with Chase.
Both of them are tremendous, man.
They both got a tremendous talent.
Both of them got great catch radius.
I for sure know that Jamar Chase is one of the best receivers
I'll probably seen in a long time.
He gave me the whole Odell vibe.
You know, except for Odell had great hands,
but he didn't have the best hands.
You know what I'm saying?
I think Chase has some of the most best.
hands I've seen that can get up feel just like he's old death back. I'm like to put his foot in the
ground and get vertical because I watched the play last year man when he caught that damn
slant and and on on the Ravens and got out of there and then he had the damn screen on the Ravens
got up out of the air like his after the catch is just amazing man and that's why he's one of the
highest pay receivers he was leading one of the best in the business it'll be a great matchup man
so I'm looking forward to it man because yeah that's why I signed up for well I don't
want to give away y'all game playing or how you tell nothing that that ain't out there already.
But is there any following this week?
Because I know Jay Lynn, this is one of those games where he would sit there and be like,
I got one.
Slay, you got everybody else.
Yeah.
It's up in the air right now because we just had, you know,
the Thursday game we just got done playing.
So I just left work.
You know what I'm saying?
We just did a little mean, just a little walk through.
So we ain't really go down over the crazy report.
They're going to give us to the Mar.
But I know Jay, most like it.
go be the idea.
That's he's going to probably go
to be the idea.
You know, Jay, and then,
you know, I know how Jay is.
Jay wanted to get back too
because he didn't play the best way he could
in that Super Bowl.
And so he kind of wanted to get back.
I said, hey, I said, look,
everybody, everybody wants to get back.
Sometimes you get back is hard to get.
Yeah, they'd be hard to get, though.
It's sometimes.
Don't get again when you're trying to get back.
You know, don't get again.
I'm a preacher.
Don't get again when you're trying to get again.
He'll be ready in a lot there.
No, I know it's going to be a good matchup.
I look forward to seeing that.
They can't block for a flag call.
They ain't going to be able to stop T.J. Watt and Cam and them boys anyway.
And boys had, and boys got getting hired at the right time.
They bring in pressure already.
Cincinnati's offensive line is one of the worst,
if not the worst offensive lines in the National Football League.
At some point, they might call you to get over there and get in the way.
I mean, at this point.
But on social media.
Oh, good, I don't know what I'm saying.
week big plate.
The fans caught you in Philadelphia.
Yeah, yeah.
I don't think I love about you just like you ain't wearing an old hoodie.
You're in the mix.
I'm in, uh, like Swinwell.
But that's,
that's one thing about me.
I got, I probably need to start being that,
but I don't see myself as that.
You know what I'm saying?
But some people see me as that.
I'm like, man, I'm really just a,
I was trying to blend in, be a nice guy and vibe out.
But then, uh, yeah,
That ain't happen this late.
That was my worst time actually being a fan of the game
because I never had that type of, you know, situation before.
So you just bought a ticket and came in or are they gay?
No, no, no, no.
No, you know, I'm like, one thing about fitting now, that's always home.
They love me there now.
So I hit, you know, I got up with my boy, AJ,
AJ got a sweet A's.
And I hit my boy, Dom up, Don say, hey, you want to get an AJ suite or Smitty Sweet?
I said, no matter.
Anyone that's open.
No, I just got a, so I just went in AJ's on, man,
chill with his family. And that's my great friend. And that's my great friend. We'd be chilling.
Not just supporting my dude, watch my boy at Q work and all my little young boy. So I'm always
go show love. You know, I'm a, that's what I do, man. So that ain't going to never change
about me no matter where I'm at. If I got a chance to show love to, you know, a friend of
minds in them kind of areas, I'm always going to do that. No question. That's pretty cool.
That's pretty cool. Now, you know, the NFL world needs to be. Philly fans, some of the toughest
to deal with. So once you ain't with them no more, you're against them. But I'm sure they feel it a little
different about big play because they CB2 situation right now is leaving a lot to be desired.
Young Quinyon, I was there, man.
I was there against the Giants.
I was out there.
I don't know.
They had Juan Dale.
They had Theo Johnson.
They had, they didn't, that high it, they didn't have a ton out there.
They didn't have a ton of guys out there that were guys that you would expect to have a lot of success.
Wondell Robinson has been having some success,
and he had a good game.
But once Quignan went down with their hairstring,
yeah, it was tough out there, man.
Everybody, big party.
All I saw was long days.
All those all was long days.
Look, man, it was tough out there.
It was hard for me to watch, man.
And I love people.
I said, dang, bro.
Because we're my young guys, man.
It's about young guys to go, and, you know, I'm like,
hey, boy, it's looking bad out there, man.
Look it bad out there, man.
So, I had this.
I had to do some checking in with my boys, man, to try to get the aid.
Look, now, y'all, look.
And he definitely does, you know, I called you for Keeley when he first ducked.
Yeah, I know.
You do want to tell him.
Make sure he got, I said, oh, I got you, right?
You know, there ain't no big time with me.
You know, I got to have a certain.
And he's doing, he, he's just got to be consistent, man.
That's why I always been telling him, man, stay consistent.
Stay consistent.
That's the only way you get standing this league.
If you don't, everybody big play real, you ain't going to be there.
You know what I'm going to be there alone.
It don't matter if it's, if it's, if you're,
Somebody catch a little hits or whatever.
That's cool.
You tap and you do it.
But if you want them big play reels.
Look, I live by that.
I'm staying on top.
Look, y'all can throw hitches.
I tackle hitches and comebacks.
If that's the game, y'all want to play.
When you've got a long ball, I'm catching it, and we'll call it even.
Every time, every time.
You better than I get this, but everybody thinks they just want to guard everything.
Look, so time in the place for that.
I'm in the place.
You want to survive a long time?
Right.
Third down.
We are man.
we're chasing everything.
Thing.
First, second, you, yeah, a bit of pot.
Yeah, I'd be sore short because I'm deep.
I'm deep.
I'm deep.
And I'm playing the percentages.
Did y'all just get an explosive run?
Are we within the 50?
Are we on the logo?
Because they might take a shot now.
You know, see.
Is it max protect look?
Okay.
I see this.
Backside post.
All right, double dig.
Okay.
Okay.
I see what you're all, you're setting up.
I'm trying to tell you, look here.
All I got, you got one time with me.
Oh, yeah, I just had that.
Oh, Explosal run?
Hey, Slay, Slay, you plan.
this play. I ain't even playing around.
No, no, but big play, big play.
They're talking bad about you now.
PFF, say it's a big play,
123 yards since week four.
No, no, no, no. This is what they said.
Now, this was made a crazy. They said a hundred and twenty-three yards
week four, not since week for,
week for the whole week, that whole damn week I gave one hundred.
I said, y'all got to be out. Y'all rabbit ass, I would have got bit.
With a hundred and twenty-three yards on slate,
I would have been going crazy. I would have been,
myself, first of all.
You mean, you wouldn't even have to tell me
to go out to the fifth. That's why I know
who P.A. Who, hey, whoever run this PFF's
a little down. I know y'all be doing some
mess that probably type in and say, the nearest
defender. Who is the nearest defender to this?
Y'all got to know the difference
in between man and zone,
please, y'all, because
a hundred and, y'all got people tagging me like, yeah.
We knew Slay was watched. I'm like,
what the hell
y'all watching? Like,
no might
I don't have two people go
for a hundred yards with me
and I'll tell you
it was DK and
and uh
Devante Adam now
nobody else ain't going
for no hunt done on sleigh like that
no serious
right
right no sir
I don't give a damn
it's no
you can even take turns
trying to get a hundred
y'all won't be equal to a hundred
y'all crazy
I'll take myself out
right
right
yeah yeah yeah you go do me like that
it ain't no damn
oh damn who spank
sleigh first
I'm gonna you smack when you smankin
nobody ain't doing that shit
I saw exactly
And Xavier on there, and, you know, Xavier said, hey, how's enough?
The Xavier's, they said, hey, I'd rather go spend time with my family if it's going to be like this.
That's my dog.
My dog said, hey, my dog said, hey, we like, hit him in the group chat.
X, you good, bro?
Man, I'm going to stay with my family, bro.
I'm going to, hey, I'm going home, bro.
I ain't got time for this shit.
Hey, that boy said, hey, and I felt him.
I felt him.
It's like, and you.
your body can't do what you know your mind is capable of,
and you got to set a certain standard for yourself,
you're like, bro, I'm not about to keep going out there
and embarrassed because it hurts your soul.
Yeah, yeah.
It hurts your.
It do, because you were like, ain't no way I just gave that up,
and I know I do for break that up.
Nah, I got to go.
Yeah, and they can't do it at halftime like our guy, on our peace.
Rest in peace, my boy, man.
But, yeah, at least he ain't do that at a half time.
Rest of peace, no.
He let the game get over.
And the team doing well.
They're five and won right now.
So what, like, the team was just bad.
but yeah he was just he was just tired you can tell that it was more like i got time to get no body ready
i ain't got time for this mess no more i'm done just like my boy did derry smith to say anyway he
well hey then i want lost two back to back man shit the offense ain't kicking no good as i want to
a j ain't getting this ball i can see it i see what it's going let me go home hey my boy said
let me go oh but i hope the boys do get it right over the aback because they got
Gotta get that shit right.
That shit got me hot over there.
Then boys should be doing with Dominating.
Hey, it's us, the Jonas Brothers.
And guess what?
We have some big news.
What's the news,
huge news?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
Pretty, yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts around there.
But this one's extra special.
So how do we actually come up with a name, Hey Jonas, guys?
I honestly don't remember.
I think it was on a call about what we should call it.
And, well, we were thinking I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band before Jonas Brothers.
This is how you guys remember it going down?
Yes.
I have a very different memory of this.
We were talking about a thing, a bit for the podcast, where people could call in and say, hey, Jonas.
And then I wrote down on my little notepad, Hey, Jonas, and offered it up as a potential title for the podcast.
But thanks for remembering that, guys.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
What's up, fam? It's Isaiah Thomas. And I'm CJ Toledano, and our podcast Point Game is about
Defying the Odds. Like LeBron heading into the playoffs without Luca and Austin Reed.
And finding ways to win no matter what. He's the smartest player to ever play the game.
His IQ is at a level that we've never seen before. And he knows. Without Luca and Austin
Reeves, I got to manipulate the game. We get a player's perspective on the challenges of the
playoffs. I think Joker's going to be exhausted.
at this series because when they don't have Rudy in the lineup,
he has to really guard guys like Nas Reid.
He has to guard Julius Randall.
And then he has to give us everything he gives us
on the night-to-night basis on offense.
And when IT's friends stop by, like Quentin Richardson,
we dive into some playoff history too.
Steve Nash will get that thing.
That man, hell get to fly.
He running up the court, licking his fingers
while he got the ball, like,
after you go through a training camp with that, I say,
you figure it out real quick.
Oh, yeah.
Get your ass up and down.
down the court and you're going to get the ball.
So listen to Point Game on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your
podcasts.
Keith Gianmanca seemed like a mild-mannered suburban dad, but secretly, he became someone else,
a master of disguise who went on a crime spree.
At the time, did it seem like a crazy idea?
It seemed very crazy.
But I felt so desperate that I felt it was.
the quickest, easiest way out.
Did you allow yourself to think about how it could go wrong
and what that might look like?
No, I didn't want to manifest that.
I was trying to manifest success.
Every family has its secrets.
But what happens when you discover that your dad
has been living a double life?
That is not the look of an innocent man.
This is going to change my life and my family dynamic forever
because everything that had,
existed prior in my reality is now untrue.
Listen to Deep Cover the Family Man on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you
get your podcasts.
Here's something that should not be as complicated as it is.
Getting a racist statue removed.
And here's something that should be a whole lot easier than it is.
Getting a new one put up in its place.
As long as there's a politics of race in America, there's going to be a politics of remembering
the civil war.
To get to school, I had to go.
go down Robert Ely Boulevard. Get to the grocery store, I had to go down Jefferson Davis Parkway.
If you're an historian and you leave out half of what the history is, you're not doing your job.
I'm Akila Hughes. In Rebel Spirit, season two goes deep on both of those things. The fights,
the politics, the people who won, and my personal campaign to add something to the Kentucky State House
that's actually worth the wall space. We are more than our bodies. We contain essence. We contain
spirit. How do you represent that? They are just,
fueling a fire that is really catching.
You'll see what I mean.
Listen to Rebel Spirit Season 2 on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Speaking of the Colts, did you see, did you see the pregame?
What happened to Tarveris?
No, what happened?
Oh, my God, big play.
Charverius, they warming up and somebody wasn't paying attention.
Like, this is pre-warm us, no pads or nothing.
You're just out there catching the ball and like getting your legs warm.
And he was breaking on the out
And one of the tight end or somebody
I forget who it was
But he ran into him and got concussed
And missed the gang
Miss the gang
And he was like real legit knocked out
Like no
Hit him so hard he was just like out
Like out cold
In the protocol
Oh yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
That ain't it done now
That ain't it
That ain't it
That ain't, well, I ain't never had that kind of shit.
I thought you were gonna tell me like he ran an out route
and then he didn't know the ball was coming in more,
hit him in the face, but somebody ran into him,
collision.
Collision, concussion.
Yeah, me and him with a box, too.
No question.
We got a box.
I got to see you later.
Because who ain't paying attention?
Who the fuck ain't paying attention?
Michael Irvin was going crazy on his podcast
in a reaction to saying him and Deion couldn't play in this air.
I know you saw that
And up
Ock is crazy
First off
Oh,
Cuckoo, man
Hey, look
I know what
of you doing at this age
I need it
Right
I need it
Because I see him at the Manny games
And he mind me
When he was in the younger
yard when he was bigger than hour
Who else?
What if I don't know what the hell
you said?
But he said song
So I'm like
Yeah, he's snapping
I might
I might
I need to be going on.
We got to have him on the show.
Because he said, but somebody's saying, first of all, first off, first off, first
of all, nobody that has never played in the NFL should be speaking about who can play
and who can't play in this era, first off.
Not that people can't speak on the game and, hey, who's playing good, who's not playing
good, who's not playing good, who has a good scheme, who has a bad scheme.
I think people who haven't played sometimes know the game better than guys who have played.
I can understand that.
But when you're talking about who could have played in this era and who couldn't play in this hair,
that's, it takes more than an outside observation to talk about that.
You've got to be in the game and understand the skill set it takes to play at a high level,
the skill set that Irv and Dion had.
It translates to what they're doing now.
It 100% translates.
So saying they can't do it is insane.
It's absolutely insane.
There's nothing in this game that's happening right now that Irv and,
Dion couldn't do. Michael Irving, an
old-timer, and Dionne Sanders, one of the greatest
athletes to play this game, could not do.
Like, that's silly.
That's silliness. Yeah, I mean,
I understand that completely.
Like, no way you think Michael Urban can't do this.
Like, I've seen some guys that's in the league
that's playing in this era right now.
I'd be like, how do you get in this motherfucker?
Right.
So that's the other question.
So it's some folks that I don't run across it,
but like, all right, man,
I know everybody, we call them campbodies.
There's a lot of people that be campbody that said to be there.
And I guarantee you, Michael Irving would not be a campbody.
He would not be a camp body.
It would be a Hall of Fame receiver.
First off, they ain't letting us hit them like they used to.
Like, you ain't.
From Sears getting killed, his career, he probably would have played 20 years.
Yeah.
They can't get hit.
He used to play in a time where they could get hit.
That's why I hate the records and stuff.
And we always talked about interception and conversation.
Dion had his 53 and, you know,
play how to illustrious career.
But I wish we played with some of the quarterbacks like that
that could get hit and be concussed and scared of these offenders
and falling off their back foot and not worried about the efficiency numbers
and all that.
And they ain't worried about the PI and the hold and hands to the face
and softening the game so they can have more points.
They're just letting them scrap out there.
I'm talking about really a boxing max.
Right.
That's what it is.
MMA, we pads on.
We pads.
That's all of it.
because I've seen Dion really be still enough on folks in the middle of the game.
Bam, bam, bam, bam.
And not get kicked out.
And not get kicked out.
That's all I'm saying.
So it's MAA whip pads on because you're still up on somebody right now.
They get kicked out.
So, hey, bridge.
He used to get a kicked out.
My boy, well, hey, first of all, let's get this out of the way.
I thought my boy, Juju was flipping for a minute.
There's no way you mush me that hard that you with the rolling tumble and
then hopped up, put your hammer back down.
Like, I thought you were, I thought you were going to try to sell the flop.
But then I realized, like, I think you realized like, damn, that shit kind of hurt it.
Let me, never going to straighten this.
Like, never going to straighten this.
And so he would go run back over there.
You get thrown on the ground and, you know, all that.
Hey.
Hey.
All right.
I take a branch of playing with you.
This is what I'm going to say.
The Kansas City Chiefs didn't get a penalty called in the game.
That in itself is crazy.
Now, I'm not one of the conspiracy theorists that's like, oh,
man, they're cheating for the Kansas City Chiefs.
I ain't one of them.
But I don't know too many NFL games where a team did play perfect.
I don't think it has existed.
No penalties.
And then you see the clip of, and everybody's like, he hit Branch on the side.
I'm going to let you know something.
When you hit me to the side, then I'm probably going to land on my other side.
That's what happens when you hit me on the side.
I land on the other side.
When you hit me in the back, I'm probably going to land on the front.
I'm going to land on my face.
So when Branch landed on his face, that means he got hit.
And it's back.
It's back.
And people were like, well, he put his back on him.
Well, then guess what?
Guess what?
There are plays out there when somebody shows you their back.
You can't hit them in it because then you're going to get the penalty.
Just like, oh, people can show me their arm.
If I grab it, they're going to call hold no one.
Like, just because they show me something don't mean that.
Oh, oh, well.
I can grab his arm.
He showed it to me, bro.
No, that's not what it means.
He showed you his back.
That means, oh, man, he got the better of you on display.
You can't hit him.
If you hit him, it's going to be a penalty.
You hit him, it wasn't a penalty.
So what Branch was saying, and I can understand this as a player,
if this is happening in all game and they're getting away with BS all game,
then y'all, y'all, y'all, then y'all, y'all.
I didn't have enough today.
I'm laying hands on you.
And I, he said he had enough.
He said they all he said, BS.
They say, y'all they're trying to bully me and BS on my hell?
I just had enough of that.
Hey, like what I say to you is,
you know, next time they play,
Juju, you're going to have a lot of respect for him.
Jus you're going to know that boy ain't playing.
I guarantee you that.
And I guarantee you when it's time of crack block again,
he's going to make sure he don't hit him in his back either.
He ain't going to hit him on his back.
Or, this is the part of the game people don't understand.
There's a lot of plays out there receivers have that we keep them safe.
That we don't take the shot we could take.
We don't take the blinds up.
We let them turn their head a little bit when we could really just demolish them.
And I don't think Branch in Detroit, D.B. is going to give them that grace anymore.
I think it's going to be a head-hunting, we'll-pay-the-fine kind of game.
Yes.
Is there fair?
I don't know.
Is it cheating?
Is it anything?
It's just, hey, that's how they used to play the game.
Sometimes you'll take the 15.
Yeah.
I'm going to tell you now, I warn every time I go on the field, any type of
pulling tackle that dude them
toss crap. And look,
I know it's a game. I know y'all got to do your job.
But y'all got one time the mud dog me.
Like, if you're blocking me and then you're trying to dump me
and you're 300-something pounds you don't me,
best believe you come around that corner again,
you ain't going to have a knee cow.
You ain't around the knee-kill.
I'm going to take the file and you're going to be out of the game.
Yes, sir.
Every time.
And if you're not, I'm going to do it the second time.
Right.
Run the plate.
Yeah.
Yeah, Michael's going to say, Slay, you can't play today.
Right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Every time.
So if you block me fair enough, I'm trying to get off the edge and you do your,
cool, dig your thing.
But you come over there and you land on top of me, mutton.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You don't got to last, yeah.
Yeah, this is your last play today.
Okay.
Okay, we got to move on big play, but that we know what we're talking about right now.
The Tennessee Titan, we're going to finish it with the Tennessee Titans firing their head,
coach Brian Callahan after a one and five start.
He finishes with a four and 19 record as a head coach.
And we're going to talk about Tua Tulao Tala, Viloa calling out his teammates and the
Eagles losing to the Giants.
So first, the Titans firing a head coach.
That's crazy.
Like, don't, don't fire Vrable.
Backs.
I'm mad.
Like, you don't have a good team.
You didn't draft well.
Now, your players aren't pounding out.
Don't fire a head coach that actually has guys playing hard for him.
that's actually got a really solid defense, a solid plan, philosophy, a good culture.
For somebody who hasn't been a head coach before, I don't think Callahan was even a play caller.
And you put him in a position with a team that's not talented.
He wins four games in two years.
You don't have the patience to wait at least three years.
And it's just poorly run franchise.
Yeah, yeah, they ain't doing it right over that, man, at all.
Yeah, at all.
So, yeah, they got to fix that, man.
But that would happen when you find you can't be just sitting here thinking, like,
coaches are just replaceable.
You know what I'm saying?
First of all, Tennessee was a hard-nosed team.
They always had a hard-nosed defense.
They ran off their defense, and they played groundhouse, I mean, groundball,
like, there was the running back.
Like, it was ground and pound.
Like, hard-nose, we're going to have to beat us.
But now y'all become this old pretty, pretty offense.
Y'all are trying to build a whole different type of coach.
that became, I ain't going to say they sought over there
because they ain't probably salt, they probably just ain't well.
And you make dumb personnel decisions.
Like you let Derek Henry walk out of the building,
you trade all pro always open,
AJ Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles thinking you've done something,
thinking you're just going to draft this replacement.
That was dumb.
Dumb.
So that's something they got to deal with.
And just talking to verbal one time, he didn't want that trade.
He was blowed by that tree.
He was like, hey, where are you put straight, motherfucker,
AJ Brown out of the building?
But they're concerned by the knee problem.
That knee got him three all pros, three pro bows, a silver bowl.
I'm going to let you know something.
People that's concerned about, they shouldn't be concerned about a knee issue.
Like, oh, we ain't going to pay him because of the knee issue.
That boy, needn't got a ring.
And if you like it, then he should have put a ring on any got another payday type of shit.
Any top five right now.
But y'all, y'all think y'all getting ahead of the curve.
Like, man, we won't get rid of him before he gets hurt.
We know something.
Like, y'all had him in your building, and now y'all watching him be great and dominant.
Well, he's pissed off right now.
but be great and dominant for another team.
Yeah, man, he showed him there great and dominate for Denver Street.
But, yeah, he bought up for another team now.
Yeah, so it's Derek Henry.
Derek Henry out there in Baltimore.
Well, he was living his best life last year.
He was living in his best life.
Yeah, yeah.
But still, still, great, great, all the time, great running back.
Facts.
He still going to be a great.
And what about Tuotong of my lord?
Did you see that clear?
Yeah, yeah, he's a little wild for that.
I don't know how he called on his teammates in that kind of way.
I don't know if he's basically trying to say they need to have a better team bonding or something like that.
But it's a way to go about that, not in the same, like, he's making it sound like, oh, we lose it because what?
We're going to hang together?
But that we basically said.
He's saying, he's saying guys don't care enough.
They're not showing up to players-only meetings.
They're not showing up to treatment.
They're showing up late to players-only meetings and not showing up at all.
Like, I hear you to it, but.
It's talk you don't
You don't get to be the one to say it
Like when you out there playing bad
You probably need to jet
What they say?
Shed up
Come back, huh
I want they paying you all that money
For a reason
Right
Not to be that
Right, you threw three interceptions in the game
Like the guy who threw three interceptions
You don't
You don't got room to say nothing to nobody
You just say hey
we didn't play well enough, that's on me, I got to play better.
You can say, oh, man, I was trying to get the team motivated.
No.
That's when dudes start having no respect for you.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's what looked like was going on over there right about now.
Nobody got no respect for their quarterback.
They got to find that way to get that together, man,
because they got a lot of talent on that team to be a dunky like that.
Badoonkey is a crazy word.
My power, I'm looking at this game.
Big play.
My power rankings is going to be in the trash.
this week. I don't know what I'm going to do. Buffalo
give you it 21-7 right now
by Atlanta. Yeah, yeah.
Yes, I see that.
Oh, that's friend.
Y'all just saw your rankings the other day, yeah, so you got to get ready
put that ring and get that rick in my... Hey, look here.
I'm going to say this one thing. This is one
to get off my chest because this has got to be
your boy baked NDP right now.
Boy, Baker. Mayfield?
Boy, Baker. That man,
I'm talking about no good way. No Mike Evans.
You go off your other, your rookie that left in the second quarter,
and you still go out and then win,
and that third and 14 play he made,
it's,
like he,
he got all the swag
he won't have the quarterback right now.
I ain't lying.
Right.
Well, look,
I don't know,
he's been had all the swag,
but man,
like,
golly,
bait boy,
he can't,
he don't know,
he's a different type of animal
right now, boy.
He,
I don't know how this game is going to end,
but,
but Atlanta's look like
they're going to be up at the half,
21,
217,
probably,
it's 42 seconds left.
If that result
ended up,
staying and they win that game.
Give me your power rankings.
Top five in the National Football League.
Oh, I mean, of course you're going to say Pittsburgh one.
No doubt.
I got, hmm, eh, whew, dang.
It's going to be crazy right now.
It's going to be crazy.
I want you to think about that.
San Frans just lost.
Philly's gone.
Buffalo's gone.
Going.
Detroit lost.
Detroit lost.
Like, yeah.
So it's like.
it might be a team
and that really might be
three and two at the top five right about now.
You have no mind while you going through your process?
Yeah, it'll be in yours because I don't repent.
Today, because I'm worried about mine.
Yeah, right, right, right.
You locked in.
I got to see the big picture.
I don't see the big picture.
I don't see the big picture.
I don't see the big picture.
I went to thinking like, damn, it really ain't nobody.
So the one-lost teams right now, Tampa, Pittsburgh,
Tampa, Indianapolis.
Yeah, yeah.
Mm-hmm.
those are the one-lost teams.
That's it.
And Buffalo, but Buffalo's losing right now.
Yes.
So if Buffalo loses,
I'm not sure Philly's going to be in my top five,
I'm being honest right now, the way they play.
They can't be right now.
They can't be.
That's bad losing to the Giants.
Yeah, not into the Giants.
Right.
They lost to the Giants and the Broncos.
And they're a bouncing back, though.
They'll bounce back.
Now, Buffalo, if they lose the Patriots and then the Falcons back to back,
like you're out the power rankings.
But one would have to be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
You understand it?
For me, because they just bankers playing like an MVP candidate,
and he's even more so now.
I'd probably put y'all at three just because y'all have had your bywood,
so y'all four-on-one.
They all just played one more game, so I'm going to put y'all at three.
but I'm going to put the Indianapolis Colts that too.
Low key, they could be undefeated.
If Adon, if Adonan Mitchell don't drop the ball.
They'll drop the ball on?
They'd be five and oh.
They'd be five and a six and a little.
Yes, there would be six and oh for sure.
Hell yes.
Right.
And Jonathan Taylor looking like an MVP candidate,
really looking like his old cell.
Then after that, after those two, it gets kind of murky.
I think Seattle, what they've been doing,
it's going to be a two-lost team after that.
Yeah.
But the four and five is what's going to be tricky at the end
Because I'm really not sure who it could be
I mean it used to be Green Bay but Green Bay struggled
mightily in some of these games and looked different
The commanders could be in it
But I'm going to have to really think about four and five
Yeah you go have the thought today man
It's going to be a thought you know I'm going to tune in and see what you pick though
So it'll be a thought
I've always got us in that top three, though.
That's all you got to be.
Right, right, right, right.
I got to have y'all.
You only got one lost.
More now.
I appreciate you, Big Play.

Every family has its secrets.
But what happens when you discover that your dad has been living a double life?
That is not the look of an innocent man.
Is everyone lying to me about who they are?
I felt such desperation.
I felt it was what I had to do.
