Hey guys, it's us.
The Jonas Brothers. I'm Joe.
I'm Kevin.
And I'm Nick.
And guess what?
We created our own podcast called, Hey Jonas.
We invented a podcast?
Well, we didn't invent it.
We just contributed to it.
We're the first people to do podcasts.
We get to ask other people questions because we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it.
But, you know, tired and sick.
Listen to Hey Jonas on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you.
you get your podcast. Just listen. We don't care where you hear it.
Another podcast from some SNL late night comedy guy, not quite. Unhumor me with Robert Smygel
and friends. Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you
funnier. This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel, help an
a cappella band with their between songs banter. Where does your group perform? We do some
retirement homes. Those people are starving for banter. Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel and
friends on the ice.
Heart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Hey, it's Edwin Castro, also known as Castro 1021.
And I'm Kunky, his best friend and business manager.
And we've got a new show called The 1021 Podcast.
I'm taking you behind the scenes on how I became one of Twitch's most popular streamers.
We also love sports.
And with the World Cup right around the corner, we'll be breaking down the biggest
storylines ahead of the big tournament here in the USA.
Listen to the 1021 podcast on the Iheart radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
The story I've told myself can then shape my behavior, and that can lead me to sabotage the possibility of connection.
This Mental Health Awareness Month, tune into the podcast deeply well with Debbie Brown.

All right, guys,
A, UFC 324 just wrap,
and this is my post-fight reaction video
brought to you by Total Wireless,
the official wireless pattern,
of UFC. They're in your corner with unlimited 5G data that will not slow you down.
These guys are from total wireless. They want to hear a little bit as we get back into these
renegotiations. Guys, UFC 324 was an absolute banger. You know, I'm watching
Justin Gaichi all week get overlooked by Patty Pimbley by the betting companies. Everybody had him
Everybody had him a massive underdog.
But Justin Gachie told anyone that would listen, he was going to get the job done.
That's exactly what he did tonight, becoming the interim champion for a second time.
You know, Justin Gagy the first time, he became interim champion.
He threw the belt on the ground.
Not anymore.
Tonight he was gracious.
He was grateful.
He was happy to become the interim champion for a second time.
He thanked his parents.
he thanked his coaches and there was a relief about Justin Gigi that is not very present with
JG but after that performance you have to be appreciative of the spot that you're in from the very
start of that fight JG went forward he pressured Patty Pimbley he really did cause car crashes
over and over again with the belief that every car crash
benefited him more than it did Patty Pimbley.
You know, and he hurt him, and he dropped him.
And there were so many opportunities for Patty Pibbley to say,
you know what, tonight is just my night, but he never did that.
You know, it takes a special type of fighter to become a world champion late into their 30s.
Justin Gagey did it tonight.
He's the oldest fighter ever to hold a championship at 155 pounds.
And he did it against a champion.
guy that was intent on becoming a champion himself. Tonight was not an easy night for Justin Gagey.
Patty Pimbled gave him everything he could have asked for and more, and he was able to step up
at every turn. First round, Pibbleau started well. Justin drop him. Look like he was going to finish him.
Pimbleau survived. Second round, Justin drops him, even more dominant in that round he wasn't the first.
Pimlet survives. Third round, I thought that Patty Pimbleau had the best round of the fight that he had.
He was able to land on Justin.
He was able to get some damage off on Justin, and it looked like Gachie was slowing down.
But in the fourth round, Gagey got right back on the pressure, got Patty going backwards,
and when it was able to take control of the fight once again, you know, all week he told us,
guys that pressure, all the champions are pressure fighters.
My intention is to pressure Patty Pimbley.
I thought that when he was saying that, it was basically,
on the fact that he didn't think that Patty could go into those championship rounds and have that
thing that makes champions special, that ability to stay with the pace, the pressure, the mind
that it takes to get up off that stool on round four, round five, and still have the idea
that you're going to win the fight and give the effort that it takes to win the fight.
Pimlet showed that he has that and more.
Look, Justin Gache became the interim champion the night and I'm so happy for him.
He walked over after the fight and said, I absolutely won, right?
I said, you are a six son of a bitch because he went ahead like the old Justin Gagee.
That guy that was measured when he knocked out Dustin Porier and beat Raphaelaziv was long gone.
It was almost like he understood the assignment.
We're on Fairmount.
There's a new network.
They're going to be new fans.
We need to introduce them to what the UFC is.
I think after watching that, everybody that was tuned in
are going to be lifelong fans of the UFC
because on the special nights,
there is not a sport in the world that can compare to the UFC
and tonight we have one of those special nights.
You know, very rarely does a guy elevate in the loss
as much as I believe Patty Pimbleau will elevate in this loss tonight.
So many people wanted to call him a hype job.
So many people wanted to pretend that this kid didn't deserve
to be here tonight that this kid was not a viable challenger for a world title tonight he proved
that all that he hasn't fought anybody in the top five yet none of the best guys i don't ever want
to hear that again because what i saw tonight was a kid that has a big future that has a ton of
ability to really challenge the best fighters in the world and he will do that consistently for a
really really long time i know patty was very disappointed but he needs to keep him
Keep his head up because I thought tonight he fought well.
He represented himself.
He represented his family.
He represented Liverpool very, very well inside the oxygen on the night.
So keep your head up, Patty Pibble.
That was title fight one of many that will come down the line.
In the co-main of his Sean O'Malley beat Song Yidong.
O'Malley was more mature all week leading to this.
And I believe that his post-fight speech showed the maturity.
He said it felt so good to win.
right so good to win
wins are hard to come by in this thing
especially when you're one of the best fighters
in the world and you're fighting world champions
or you are a world champion
I think tonight that showed
in Sean O'Malley getting the victory
now is that enough to warrant
him getting the title fight
I don't know I don't think so
I think that he needed to do more
he knew that he needed to have a beautiful performance
I thought a beautiful performance
meant something like
a finish, but he didn't get that, but he did get a victory. So hats off to Sean O'Malley.
Derek Lewis got finished by Waldo, Cortez-Acosta. A lot of people ask me, is Derek Lewis still that guy?
I think tonight we learned the answer to that, and that's, he isn't.
Cortez-A-Cost is very, very good. But the way the fight ended was very tricky to me.
I wanted to see Derek's throw, but he seemed too slow.
He seemed to step behind the entire fight between Waldo.
And Waldo showed that he is now what the heavyweight division needs,
and he's a guy that's going to challenge for a really long time.
Latalia Silva beat Rose Namibunis.
John Silva had a great performance against Arnold Allen.
That was a sick fight between those two guys.
They both should be very proud of their performance.
Umar and the Megamatov beat Davis and Figurado.
But again, at 1.35, that performance isn't enough to warrant him getting a title shot.
So I believe, wow, you know, Piorean dominated Miroab de Wally last time.
But after watching Umar tonight and after watching Sean O'Malley,
I believe that we're going to end up with Marab and Peoria again for a third time.
Just because I don't think that those guys separated themselves enough.
We learned that I tell about Gaultier can go 15 minutes if he needs to.
So half-off to Andre Puleev for making him do that.
Great win by Nikita Krillov.
Last second, TKO.
Alex Perez has been gone from the Akron for a long time.
Comes back, gets a finish in his return.
One that he needed very bad.
Charles Johnson was mad that the referee stopped the fight.
I thought he did him a favor.
Great job by Alex Perez.
Josh Hogan is the real deal.
I mean, he can be abrasive.
He can say some crazy stuff, and he can get the guy holding the microphone, very nervous as to what this man will say.
But he got the job done again tonight in the fight against Denzel Freeman.
With most thought that that would be a difficult matchup for him, it wasn't.
Not even close.
And to start tonight, Ty Miller beat Adam Fuget and got a finish.
Why did I speak to you guys about every one of these finishes?
Because now, as I said, there will be more money.
going to the fighters, every one of these fighters that got to finish gets a $25,000 bonus.
For a guy like Ty Miller, who gets 12 and 12, 14 and 14, that's almost double his salary.
So now you can start to see everything trickle down.
Told you that this deal would benefit everyone.
And I think that right there is one of the things.
And also the bonuses went to $100,000 for performance of the night, performance of the night, and fight of the night.
There are opportunities now.
It's on the fighters to go in cash in and make those opportunities matter by getting finishes.
Hey, Paramount wanted the UFC.
They got the UFC at its best night.
And those two guys that fought in the main event are going to be a reason that so many new fans are going to start tapping into the UFC.
Guys, stick around.
I'm going to go chase down the coaches to talk to them about what they thought about their prize people's performances.
and you guys always love those.
So until next time, like, subscribe, tell your friends,
tell their friends that DC's got a YouTube channel.
And I'm giving you all this access to the UFC right from the Octagon side.
There is no reaction like a D.C. reaction from right outside of the Oxygen.
It really is the best seat in the house.
It really is the best seat in the house.
Until next time, peace.
