Dolphins, Jets, I think is Friday. Saturday college football, Michigan, Ohio State. Sunday, this is a great, if you love football, Thursday through Sunday, money. It's going to be a lot of fun. How much you have to pay you to watch Tim Boyle and the Jets? He's now starting for Zach Watson. That's Aaron Rogers, Buddy. So is Nathaniel Hackett, and Alan Lothard and Randall Cobb.

How are his buddy's doing? I don't know. I didn't authorize that crap. I won in Lamar Jackson and you remember it. I said throw all the money at Lamar Jackson and they settled on Aaron Rogers. Things are going swell. You sound a little bitter. No, me, no way.

All right, here we go. Where Colin was right, Colin was wrong, plenty of both. Where Colin was right? Winning week, Blazing 5, 3-1. We had the Rams close over Seattle, the bills clobbering the jets and the bears covering, but losing to the Lions. Miami game was weird. They were clearly better, but made so many mistakes.

And we have Philadelphia plus the points tonight, so it was a good week, three-in-one. on our blazing five. Where Colin was wrong. Well, I thought when Trayvon Diggs got hurt, the Cowboys secondary would not be the same. They wouldn't be as aggressive. But Duran Bland, how about that? Four pick sixes.

He's been terrific, and their secondary's been fine. Their second and total defense, they've remained aggressive. Now, in fairness, some of this is the offenses they have played. It helps when it's, you know, Bryce Young's in the middle of a lot. rebuild. I still like him, but it's a rebuild, and Tommy DeVito is what he is, but I was wrong on that. Where Colin was right? Sean Payton did it. We said it'll take a while, but he's a great coach. Russell Wilson's not washed. He may not be Russell in Seattle, but I thought last night he looked as close to Russell Wilson, Seahawk version as I've seen. The defense, by the way, he moved off

some older players. It's young, it's aggressive. This team doesn't make a lot of mistakes. They're still not great. They struggled on third down, but they have beaten Kansas City, Buffalo, and now the Red Hot Vikings, we were right. Where Colin was wrong. I had Caleb Williams as a 10 out of 10 prospect. I still think he's the number one pick and I like him, but I don't think he's nearly as perfect a prospect. I didn't think he looked that engaged against UCLA. He can be moody at times, overly emotional. His mechanics have regressed. He looks sloppy at times. Hey, It's not easy. This football team, the offensive line's been a huge disappointment.

But I don't think he's Andrew Lucker, Trevor Lawrence. And I do worry about Chicago because their history of missing on quarterbacks, but he just does not look as fully engaged as I hope he would. Where Colin was right? I said two weeks ago, you got a benchack Wilson. It's a myth by the GM. It's a whiff. It's okay.

It happens. It's not fire everybody. But it is so bad now. This is the least effective quarterback I've ever seen in the other. NFL as a starting quarterback, as a franchise top 10 guy. And again, I got pushed back when I said, yeah, I think I'd move off him. There's no point. Play the backups.

Get a worse record. You're not a playoff team. But you're seeing now what's happening when you don't bench him. Everybody sees the occasional good play. And now they want the GM and the coach fired. And it's man overboard with a New York jet. Where Colin was right. Brandon Staley, a miss.

Folks, if you go look at the Chargers and he runs the defense, and it's a good defense. They're 30th and virtually everything. Rushes of 10-plus yards, catches over 20 yards, and he remains incredibly defiant and snippy anytime anybody questions him. Full confidence, like I've told you,

and like I've told you from the beginning, I have full confidence in our way of playing. Full confidence in myself is the play caller and the way that we teach and the way that we scheme, full confidence in that. We've got to bring this group together and do it consistently, okay?

And that's where it's at. So you can stop asking that question. I'm going to be calling the defenses. Okay? So we're clear. So you don't have to ask that again. Situationally, defense, media, I don't think the players buy into them. Jordan Love had his best game easily as a pro.

And Jordan Love deserves credit. I mean, he made some nice throws. That's a nice throw. But they all come against the Chargers, it seems like. Everybody has a great day against the Chargers defense. where Colin was wrong. Am I on a wrong one here? Or am I in a right one?

I think I got a wrong. Oh, Golden State Warriors. Yeah, I'm wrong on that. They've lost six straight and looked bad. And by the way, outside of Steph Curry, nobody can score. Clay Thompson looks shot. Andrew Wiggins, look shot. You know, the crisp ball thing's been okay, but now Steph Curry's hurt.

They just, they got guys who are, in a weird way, it's pretty good that Clay Thompson's done because they don't have to pretend they have to extend him but they look old they look small and they are completely utterly Steph Curry dependent where Colin was right I don't get Kenny Pickett I never got Kenny Pickett last seven games two touchdown passes pass a rating in the 70s you can blame the play calling but some of these throws are brutal he's not even close and he's losing confidence I don't see it I mean a rookie backup outplayed him I just don't see it I've never seen it his last seven games he barely complete 60% of his throws I thought accuracy was one of his was one of his

go-to straights like I don't get it with Kenny Pickett where Colin was right when people said Chip Kelly's gonna get fired I said that's ridiculous chip's an excellent coach albeit a quirky personality he's not a great recruiter but the truth is I watched them go play USC and they were energized They played their butts off. The players were into it. The sideline was emotional. It looked like UCLA had a lot to play for more than USC.

I thought they had a great defensive game plan. Chip Kelly's won nine games, eight games. He's beaten USC three times. His teams struggle this year because they've got a freshman quarterback and they don't really have a great quarterback. USC does, but I'll say it again with Chip Kelly. He may not be your cup of tea. And he's not great with boosters.

But UCLA is a basketball school, and Chip Kelly puts a lot of guys in the pros. I've seen him beat LSU. There's no reason they would ever beat LSU. I've seen him beat USC several times, and I thought Saturday, they look completely energized, well-coached, an excellent game plan, and executed it precisely. Colin right, Colin wrong. Per Ian Rappaport, the Jets are benching Zach Wilson. Tim Boyle is now the starter. Good luck, J-Mack.

All right, let's bring in the former Jet Kishon Johnson. Undisputed. I heard a lot of wrongs here. Jeez. Well, you know, that's okay. I can admit it. I want to start with this. I do want to start with Russell Wilson

because when you're high profile, you're high profile and you struggle. You didn't even have to deal with like Twitter. It's a lot. And I think Russell, I watched him last night. Kishon, I don't see, he is just all focused in. There's no, he's, and I thought to myself, this guy, I know he's rich, I know he's got a beautiful family. But when you're in the center of something in your high profile, it is hard.

It's hard to tune it out. I think he does look like he's mostly back. Is that fair? I would say he is getting comfortable, more. more comfortable. Sean actually likes Russell. He doesn't dislike Russell. You hear everybody talking about how Sean is doesn't like this about him. That's not true. I know Sean very well. Sean likes him. Talk to him multiple times about him. He's learning this style of offense to Sean wants to run. He's learning it. It's not it's not as easy as most people want it to be. But he look. I mean, look fine. He's fine. I mean, he's fine. They've got a long ways to go.

but he's not going anywhere anytime soon. Can't go anywhere. Right. So it's like you're not going to have a $45 million quarterback sitting on the sidelines. It's just not going to happen. Right. You know, you follow the breadcrumbs. You follow the money trail.

And I think over time, Russell will get the rapport with Corton Sutton, Judy. You get this rapport. You can see the Cortland Sutton thing's kind of working. Yeah. Yeah. It's coming along because he's starting to trust that he has the ability. to help him out. And I'm sure Sean's just telling him, just throw it.

Give him an opportunity and chance. It doesn't have to be 40 yards of separation. Yeah, by the way, Cortland's, that was a jump ball. Yeah. I like Cortland Sutton, and I thought last night was, it looked, it just, there was that play had a little, it had a little Seahawk Ross to it. It was a little bit of,

I'm going to take a big shot down the field. Sometimes. For the last throw, last week, yes. Was also a Seattle deal, giving him an opportunity. That's all that really matters. So we didn't talk about the Cowboys today because I said two weeks ago they're going to hammer Carolina, they're going to hammer the Giants, they're going to beat Washington, and here come the Cowboy fans. And I'm like, I want to see him against Philly.

I want to see him down the stretch. Yeah. What do I make of yesterday's win? It was a win against the Carolina Panthers. There's nothing to make of it. The Carolina Panthers are not a good football team. You got one win. Yeah.

One win. You know, if you're grading it on a scale of a 1 to a 10, it's a 1 to a 10. it's a six. Yay, they won. The defense of Michael Parsons got some sacks against little old Bryce Young. They're covering Adam Thielen for crying out loud.

Adam Thieland's your age right now playing the National Football League. I mean, like, come on, no, Colin. You can't, I'm with you. I need to see you against, I thought maybe Washington, but that,

I need to see you against Seattle. Yep. I need to see you against Philadelphia. Yeah. I need to see you go to Buffalo. I need to see you go to Miami and I need to see you play against Detroit. Yeah. And that's

fair. That's fair to those of us who want to see that because you haven't beaten a team with a 500 plus record. Those are playoff level teams. Yes. We never question Dallas can beat bad teams at home or away. We question they can situationally

make plays to beat good teams. Because those games are close. Yeah, if I'm going to run through every bad team, every single year, but when I get to the good teams, I can't seem to get over the hump. That's suggested me that you're just another team with a logo. So I don't predict blowouts very much because it's not college football, but I thought the dolphins would blow out the Raiders, and I've got it.

I've got to be honest. How? Why? What made you think that? At home, Mike McDaniel. So what do we do with Antonio Pierce the coach? I, on undisputed, before we left on Friday, we predicted the score. Yeah. And I obviously took the Raiders to win it. I took the Raiders to beat Miami because what you got to understand in those two games prior to this Miami game,

you can see a shift in how they were playing. You could see a shift of the comfort level that the Raiders, players, and coaches now had. So going to Miami, they were going to take that energy on the road with them. Have they had a quarterback? Guy played okay through interceptions to the other team at the wrong times. If they had a quarterback, they win the game. They win the game. And as far as Antonio Pierce goes, why are we even still talking about if he should be hired or not?

That's done. That should be done. Right now, Mark Davis, if he didn't do it on a plane home last night, he should be meeting with the president and general manager of the team, sitting down and talking to them about announcing Antonio O'Brien as a permanent head coach or Tony O'Brien. Antonio Pierce as the permanent head coach for the Raiders. There's nothing to talk about. why would you go hire anybody first of all who are you going to hire you go hire somebody else

you now are having a team make another transition from another coach in personality you went from a stale personality and Josh McDoward's and none of the players like they couldn't stand him he's gone

you bring in AP it's totally different world now you say ah well you know AP didn't win enough games well he shouldn't be judged on winning the games He should be judged on the way the team responds to him Because if you sit up and you worry about the Ws and the L's That's not going to help you make the same mistake with with Satchia

Now you're going to make the same mistake again where the players are telling you I'm looking at you Colin and I'm telling you This is our guy we want to play for him But you want to say that you know I like this coordinator over here or I like this guy over here in college And you make that same mistake again you'll be Doing this three weeks three years from down again,

said, oh, well, you know, another coach. They should just hire him and get it over. Just hiring. What's the problem? One of the, you know, the NFL. What are we waiting on? College football gives the NFL, on average, last 20 years,

one franchise quarterback year, big time guy. And one of the things I always liked about Andrew Luck is that Andrew, I went to a USC Stanford game. He threw late in the game, a terrible pick six. Well, he's a pick machine, though. Next drive, machine.

I like, remember Trevor Lawrence against the Chargers playoff game? Terrible first half. Short memory. Won the game. CJ had some real turbulence yesterday, and I'm like, didn't affect him, doesn't care. That's a real quality. I think

that game yesterday, I'm like, oh yeah, that's what a lot of quarterbacks can't do. You see the shoulder slump, Kishon, a couple picks. Are you ready to say C.J. Stroud? hit home run oh yeah for sure no no doubt for no i'm not worried about i was never worried about him that was all the naysayers that don't watch college football don't really study it they look at

clips that they listen to somebody say well he's not this he missed this he should have done that he didn't he didn't show up to the manning camp he blew him off i dare you do the mannings that way like what well i'm looking at a guy who playing big time college football leading his team down the field in charging games. I'm looking at the Georgia game. I'm looking at real stuff. Yeah. And he's with a coach in D'Amico Ryans who gets it.

Who gets it in their young football team. So one of the things that I've always done with quarterbacks when they throw interceptions is I discount them. I don't give them a full slate. You on the other hand, you may say, well, the guy threw 10 interceptions. I'm like, nah, he probably only really threw four. The other six was everybody else's fault. Bad route.

Bad route, tip ball, halftime, throwing forward and see what's good. Or fourth down. We don't have a chance. Let me just see if I can get a flag. People don't look at it that way. They just look at the number and go, well, he threw X amount of I&Ts.

You can't do that. You got to really look at how did this all unfold what happened in the process of them getting those interceptions. And so when I look at CJ, like you said, he didn't. It's like, oh, man, I'm going to get my team in position. We're going to go down to score. We're going to winning a. So you can't fool the players.

And so whereas the Jets are moving off, Zach Wilson, everybody in New York knows it. In Kenny Pickett, you got Tomlin supporting him. You know, Nogie Harris is like, I'm over it. The receivers are like I'm over it. And I've said this. Pittsburgh tends to be loyal to a fault. I'm for loyalty.

You're for loyalty. Got to be careful. Listen, you watch Kenny Pickett. You can keep blaming the play caller. it was bad, it's getting worse. Like Jordan Love, I see elements of growth. But Jordan Love, but see,

Jordan Love could be a good quarterback. He hasn't gotten the reps. Kitty Pickett has gotten reps. There's a difference here. It's getting worse. And he's not, I understand when Malik Willis came out and Desmond Ritter and all those

quarterbacks and that clack. It was really nothing there. You could, they forced, not force, they had more information on Kenny Pickett because he was next door. They shared the same locker room. And he started for years. So they looked at him. They seen him every day.

Somebody, you know, with that being said, Colin, when you are in the same building with somebody, you tend to fall in love. You see you every day. Like him. You like a nice guy. Oh, look the way he goes and he works hard. You get more information than people on the outside. So you automatically go, if he's there, we're going to take him.

If he's there, we're going to take him. So they kind of forced themselves instead of saying, you know, because now... Had he played at Stanford or Cal? Exactly. So now you stuck with him. If he's in Stanford, or Cal or ASU or something. You're like, guys, good. Is he there for us in the third?

Good. Let's take a look at it. Right. That's what they got. Yeah, yeah, they did. So I'm not a big fire the coach guy, mid-season. am do you have to fire Brandon's tailie oh my god yesterday okay oh I'm just tired of him I'm tired of him I'm like I'm dumb okay so a lot of this too is a little

personal for me because of Anthony Lynn yeah you didn't give Anthony Lynn a real opportunity a chance to succeed you didn't you didn't build the team for him the way you built the team for Brandon Staley yeah he spent money excuse me I mean, they spent money for Brandon. This defense is expensive. Yes. So when you look at that, I look at it and I go, well, you didn't did this, this, this, this, this, this, this. You want this, this, this, this.

Yeah, you drafted another receiver for it. And another, you know, it's like, and he can't get you to the playoffs. He can't win a playoff game. His defense, which he's supposed to be the strength of, I've never, I've never, you probably have in your mind, I can't think of a defensive course. coordinator that's a head coach who defense is bad. Well, is worse than the offense and all the money is on the defense. I don't understand that for the life of me.

Like when you talk about Belichick for the years of the defense was always solid. Even though they had Tom Brady, defense was good. You're talking about Rex Ryan, the defense was good. If you look at defensive coaches that were fired, Big Fangio, Denver, the defense was good. By the way, Brian Flores Miami. Good. Good. You got to get your side of the.

I say this about Lincoln Riley. The offense is okay. Offense is fine. It's the other side that stinks. You can't fail at your side. And Brandon Staley has failed at his side miserably. You can blame injuries, in and out of lineups. You can blame overspending or J.C. Jackson, whatever you want to.

But at the end of the day, it's your job to take care of your side of the ball. and what, right? What? Nothing. And I think, I think I would fire him. That's just me. But, you know. Well, I don't think you're in the minority.

I think, you know, the high, listen, it's not even a Chargers town. If you turn on sports talk radio today in L.A., it's all Brandon's Daley. And he probably will be just. It's bad press, but it's press. The Chargers don't get. And he probably will get dismissed at some point. Maybe not now. But he, I don't.

I don't see a way that you bring him back. Or you can't bring him back. There's no, right? There's just no way. There's no way. No way. Absolutely no way. No, it's probably Kellynne Moore.

They don't like to spend big money on coaches. So I think Kellynne more to do what? He'll be the head coach at the end of the year. I think they'll name him coach. Interim. I think he'll be a 50-50. I wouldn't dare. I wouldn't dare.

Why not get rid of Staley now? Give Kellan about six games to coach see if he can do it. That's not a terrible idea. Yeah, but there may be better people than Kellynne Moore. All right. That may be better. I don't understand. Kelly Moore hadn't the offense is not like lighting it up.

Fair. So they're not lighting it up. There's some opportunity to hire some guys that's out there. Well, it could be out there too. All right. Finally, could I make the argument that going with Tim Boyle, who's really a borderline NFL player, quarterback for the Jets. What they're saying is,

listen, we know we need a left tackle. Yeah. We just want a better pick. There's three good ones. We want one of them, and we're not going to be competitive the rest of the way. I could argue there's two great left tackles. One at Penn State, one at Notre Dame. They're just saying today, we want to be in the top ten and get one of them. Because the quarterback's going to take two or three picks. Harrison's

going to be gone. There's a couple defenders. The bottom line is the second left tackles available probably at 9, 10, or 11. I don't know that they're thinking that far ahead, to be honest with you. because a lot could change between January and April on players. Right. Locker change. So I don't know that they're thinking that far ahead.

So why start a guy that's probably not even an NFL player? I mean, this guy was not a dominant college player. I mean, to me, it feels like. But here's what I would say to you, Colin. And don't you sit up here and try to lie to me either. I love doing that. You thought Brock Purdy wasn't an NFL player either. Mr. Relevant.

Well, just like everybody else. Once he got here. But wait. Just like I did it, everybody else. Yeah. All right, Mr. Relevant,

he's just a guy, whatever name it. It did all of a sudden. So I don't know that he's not capable of maybe being better than Zach Wilson. I don't know. You know what I'm saying?

Like, I'm not there in the room. So I don't know. Typically, when they keep a guy is something about that guy that they like. You know, Austin Reeves and NBA, if you saw him at Oklahoma, he'd be like, a dude just go play pickup for the rest of his life. Then he gets a little G-legy, he gets some two-way going, then all of a sudden, LeBron likes him, and now the rest is history. Right.

Right. So I don't know, but when you get to the third quarterback, chance is hard. Not great. This is not great. It's probably not great. You know, if I had that, you start playing with the third guy's like, okay, they're not giving up on the season, but they're tired of watching that. Right. You know? They're done defending that. They're done defending that.

It's exhausting, by the way. Saul is at a press conference three times a week getting nailed, having to talk one subject. Yeah, I think it was last week. It may have been last week or a week before he goes. They asked him a question about why is that cool. He'll start. He's like, I don't know.

I plead the fifth. Or plead the fifth. Yeah, it was like, I was like, well, okay, that's a very, very encouraging. Yeah. So, yeah, did they miss on Zach Wilson?

I don't know that they missed yet. I don't know that. Maybe a change of scenery. Changes some things because a lot of times with these quarterbacks, Colin, the NFL, they give up on them like that. You know,

Jack's had a lot of starts. No, no, but that's okay. And so did Gino Smith? But then all of a sudden, Gino goes to the Giants. He's never going to. play because Eli then he goes in the charges Philip Rivers never going to play

then he goes to the right situation in Seattle and Pete goes you know I think I can survive with him and I don't have to give Russell 300 million and I think we can be in the same position that we're always in hmm or Joshua Dobbs is it well you know they bounce around Cleveland doesn't need him you like DTR instead we like this guy Minnesota goes we'll take you now all of a sudden and they look different. So I don't know if his NFL career is over. It may just be over with the Jets.

That it is. Yeah, but if I'm him, I want it to be over. I don't want to be in New York dealing with this every single day of my life. You know, it didn't work out. Go back up Kyler Murray. Kyler miss a game or two. Same sort of style. Yeah, if it fits, if it works.

I mean, you miss you, Kyle and Murray or one of these other quarterbacks that team may need a quarterback, the Raiders may need a quarterback in the future. So it just depends He certainly will have opportunities Because there's a reason He was the number two pick in the draft It was a reason for that Oh yeah, his YouTube tape is something

No, no, no, no, no But a guy A guy doesn't get picked as a number two pick Because he can't play They see something in him That makes them say Because the Jets weren't the only one Right

You see what I'm saying? They're the ones who have the two But there was a whole lot of teams behind them That if they had the two spot they would have taken him too. They certainly would have tried to figure out what it is. You don't think the New England Patriots, if he was sitting at wherever Mac Jones went,

10 or whatever at that time, they would have been like, I like Zach Wilson. We could take that, of course. Right. I mean, that's just, you know, so hopefully he could resume his career somewhere else, but I think his time in New York is over.

By the way, I'm not sure where Mac went. Was it 12? 15. It was somewhere in teens or something like that. 15. 15. But see, Colin, if you look at that, if he was in that draft at that spot at 15

you look at that you go well his tape was pretty good at BYU you know oh no his highlight reel is something it's something he has some moments he's had some moments in the NFL I just I don't know maybe his family has too much money you know life's been easy

I mean, at this point, Mark, this is the second episode where we've discussed crack. So I'm starting to see that there's a through line. We also have AIDS on the table right now. Yes. I don't think there's a more important year for black people. Really? Yeah. For me, it's one of the most important years for black people in American history. And yesterday was a perfect example of what legitimate teams do. Playoff teams can win when it's ugly. Philadelphia

has mastered winning and not playing their best game. Playoff teams can win physical. They can win finesse. They can win from behind. They can win with a lead. Detroit yesterday came out flat. They were looking ahead of the Packers. They'd come off a big charger win. The Lions were totally flat in that game, outplayed for the first half, bunch of turnovers, Jared Goff made mistakes, and here they come, late in a game, roaring back, you're going to have clunkers. But playoff teams, Philadelphia has mastered it. Kansas City this year, when they've played poorly, Detroit or

Denver, they've lost. Philadelphia plays poorly and wins. It is a great sign of a team, and here was Dan Campbell after the W over Chicago. You guys, holy shton, gentlemen. We are resilient. We're going to find a way to win. They freaking came out and they fought us, but we fought harder.

And we went and got the win. That's outstanding. Yeah, that was a really impressive win, and you'd say to yourself, Colin the Chargers game was impressive. No, everybody looks good against the Chargers defense. They did not play well. They were flat. They were outplayed.

And they came roaring back in the second half, picked up the W on a day in which they had to win ugly, that's what playoff teams do. Uncharted territory, 8 and 2. I was really impressed by this because it was not a good day. I've seen Kansas City mail it in and get beat. I've seen Buffalo mailed in, get beat. Detroit, that first half, they just were not ready to play at all in one. I also want to talk about the Rams over Seattle.

Sean McVeigh has really had, he's owned Pete Carroll in this division. He did it again. So Seattle has much better offensive personnel. Rams Cooper Cup was hurt. It's a makeshift O line. The Rams have their backup running backs because Williams got hurt. And here's what I would ask about the Seahawks right now. The good teams in this league, you can define what they are.

Like you look at San Francisco, you're like physical. Philadelphia, great situationally. Kansas City, clever coaching. A good football team you can kind of define with a. sentence or a word, this is what they are. This is what they lean into in crisis. What is Seattle? They're like, they lead the NFL in penalties. Yesterday they had 12. They're now mistake prone. They're bad situationally in the red zone. What is Seattle? I mean, that game yesterday, the Rams, in a rebuild with their roster, leaned into clever coaching, Matt Stafford, and picking up

first downs and just kind of figured a way to manufacture a win without Cooper, Cup. That was impressive by the Rams because once you lose Cooper Cup, it is a bunch of reclamation projects and mid-round draft picks and backup running backs and they just kept figuring out ways to pick up first downs.

The Rams did, Stafford, and McVeigh. And it was like, Seattle should have won that game. But I don't know what they are. Penalties, mistakes. Here's Pete Carroll after. This was the most disappointing loss for us today because of the way we did it.

And we made it really hard on ourselves so many times in this game with the calls that were made. And I'm not disputing any of them. I'm just saying we made the penalties that happened were just out of the line for us. And we have not been good in that area during the season in general, and today it really blew up on us. Yeah. Penalties, mistakes. They're not good situationally on offense, defense. You know, this is a thing.

Oh, Russell Wilson's out of here. Good thing. You know, that was a game in which I get Stafford. You get Gino and Drew Locke. And it was the team that could manufacture first downs in the fourth quarter. That's what that game came down to. The offensive coach and Matt Stafford just figuring out ways how to pick up seven yards, move the chains, move the chains, move the chains.

That's all that was. Fewer mistakes by the Ram, more manufacturing first downs by the Rams. they leaned into what they had. McVeigh, Stafford, Puka, and a pretty decent, some pretty decent cornerback play. The Rams leaned into what they view themselves as. I don't know if the Seahawks know what they are.

Second-ranked Ohio State faces third-ranked Michigan with a national championship hopes and perfect seasons on the line. It all starts with Big Noon kickoff from... Ann Arbor at 9 a.m. Then it's Ohio State, Michigan on Fox. What happens if Michigan beats Ohio State and Jim Harbaugh is not even on the sideline?

So you know they're not cheating. They don't have their coach. So be careful what you wish for, because that's going to be embarrassing. So Michigan has thumped Ohio State and back-to-back ears. Buckeye fans will lead you to believe it's just due to the cheating.

Okay, so we will now know by Saturday, if Michigan without their coach, don't you think Harbaugh is worth something on the sidelines? I would think Ryan Day, Nick Sabin, Davos, Sweeney, they're worth something on the sidelines. If Michigan thumps you again without Harbaugh on the coach, it's going to be embarrassing. Like this is a come to the Big J moment for Ohio State because you want to blame everybody for this. You blame cheating. Okay, maybe you're, and I'm not saying you're wrong.

You may be right. I don't know. But it's going to be ugly. Let's remember Michigan's two games without Harbaugh, total control against Penn State, and they were up Maryland 24-3. I know it was close-ish at the end. I want to see a deficit. How does he handle a deficit with no Harbaugh on the side? How do you know they're going to have a deficit?

If they do. They're a better team than Ohio State. Three years in a row, they've been the better team. So it's just very easy. Be careful what you wish for. You wish for Harbaugh to be gone. You claim that it's all officiating. you may well be right. I don't think you are, but I've been wrong before, obviously.

I think Michigan wins. I do think Harbaugh's absence is not great. I think you can win over a lot of Maryland's in the Big Ten. It's a two-team conference. Ohio State, Michigan, that's the conference. Penn State can be tough at home. Penn State's not winning on a big road games in this conference. It's a two-team conference. It won't be next year, but it is now. I don't know. I think I like Michigan, but boy, you can, I mean, that would be like, that would be like Bama, that would be like Georgia beating Nick Saban without Kirby Smart in the sidelines. That's a big ask. That is a, that's, that is a big ask.

Maryland's one thing, Penn State's another. If they can beat Ohio State without Harbaugh and without Stallions, giving them the signs, that could be a bad day for the Buckeyes, Jay Mackle News. No, no, no, no, no. Turn on the news. This is the herd line news. Stroud yet another kind of impressive game. Texans won their third straight.

He did throw for 336 yards and two touchdowns, but he had three picks, two in the red zones. It didn't cost him any confidence though. Here's Stroud. Man, Steph Craig don't ever stop shooting. I'm gonna keep letting it ride, you know? And I don't got no shame in my game. I definitely gotta be smarter, but I don't know confidence

You know, like, of course, I can't turn a ball away that much. Through for 300 yards again and two touchdowns. Like, I don't think I played terrible, but of course you can't turn the ball over. Yeah, it's okay.

Hed interceptions. Stroud has three halves this season with 250 more, 250 yards passing or more. No other quarterback has two this season. I mean, he's just slinging it. Yeah. Big revenge spot this week for Jacksonville. You'll see. I'm giving a hint there.

Next up, oh gosh, I guess we got to talk about the Jets again. Aaron Rogers may be returning this season. Jay Glazer reported on Fox NFL Sunday. Rogers told the Jets he's hopeful to return to practice on December 2nd. Ian Rappaport of NFL Network, adds the game in week 16 against the commanders is most likely. He would have, Rogers, that is, limited mobility and would have to be more stationary in the pocket. I think this is a disaster. This is stupid.

Stupid. Just like move on. Get a better draft pick. Go get a left tackle. Well, here's the interesting question. Let's say the Jets end up with six wins, and they're drafting, I don't know, ninth. They're going to get the second best left tackle. That's what they mean?

For what, one year of Aaron Rogers? Is that what we're doing? Why don't we draft a quarterback? Well, if it's available, you can consider it. Yeah, there's good, like the fourth quarterback. You've got to go get a left tackle. I don't care who the quarterback is. This is a good left tackle class.

There's about four. Go get one. Don't have a second round pick. Go get one. You can get a quarterback in the third. This is going to be a heavy debate then leading up because a lot of Jets fans are like, we need a quarterback. We got one year of Aaron Rogers.

He gets hurt again. What are we doing? This coming back thing is stupid. It's stupid. I mean, it really is. This whole line can't protect anybody. Not a 40-year-old off an Achilles-surge. I think they're just selling this.

I think this is nonsense. I think they're selling it for the owner. Nobody, I don't think in the building. I think it's a bunch of stuff gets out when somebody wants it out. Somebody wants this story out. We're going to go get Devonte Adams. Aaron's on the field. At what point do the Jets say, hey, you know what?

Rogers, we gave it a shot, but Hackett is toast. I don't want to see him around this team at all. Like, the offense is abysmal. Get him out of here. I would move off. Obviously, you've got to keep Lazard. He hasn't had a great season, but no receiver has. At some point, you've got to say, Aaron, we're riding for a year, but we're going to make decisions what's best for the franchise. I would start doing it right now.

And I think that might mean taking a chance on, like, Bo Nicks at nine or ten in the draft. Like, I don't know. Yeah, I think you've got to explore all options. Final story is LeBron, who had a great 35-point effort on Friday. 35 point effort on Friday and then last night just totally dominated Dylan Brooks, who remains a major punk. LeBron just extraordinary. He's approaching 39 in about a month and he just wanted to make sure all the haters know.

He still has it. Just trying to push the limit. See how far I can take this thing. I don't know. I mean, I'm a new verse for all the time. So, you know, I'm trying to change the narrative and started off last year. and see if I can keep it going. But, you know, it's just competition.

And then I looked over at one point and seen Bronny sing course high, too. I was like, okay, I got to turn it up a little bit more, even more with him in the building. He's had some gems this year. So Friday, he had 35 and went on social media and posted, I thought I just came out here to make movies. Oh, I like that. I wonder who that is his shot at. Certainly not me. Some people said that.
