We have, you know, in my opinion, outside of Georgia and Alabama, a rotating door at number three and number four.

And I want to peruse through everything that happened yesterday all the way from the Pact 12 to the SEC. Got some more great matchups coming up this next weekend. But I want to start off, I want to go ahead and jump right in. But before I do, make sure you're subscribed to the volume, not only YouTube channel. make sure you're subscribed there. But if you haven't checked out the volume YouTube channel, make sure you do that ASAP. And the first game I want to get into, and this is one that's going to be talked about, you know, with Stetson, the way he played, with JT, and kind of, you know,

waiting in the wings. Is Georgia Ford in kind of how this went down? And, you know, it's funny, you can work to prepare for, you know, a game for a week. You come off a biweek, two weeks. You've been getting ready for it since literally last spring, and you can lose it in two minutes. You can legitimately lose it in two minutes.

Now, when you look at the whole of the Georgia-Forda game, Georgia was the better team. I think we can agree there. But Florida was running with them, and we knew that Florida was going to get up for this game. This wasn't going to be another LSU-style debacle where they're just getting ran through and can't stop it. but what caught Florida

and playing Anthony Richardson, I believe, was the right move. You had to let him make mistakes, but you can't get greedy against Georgia. Now you say, okay, well, how can you still be aggressive and not be greedy? The fumble by Anthony Richardson, that was a physical mistake, it happens. But after that, that fumble happens. After you're down, 10 to nothing. you've got to really be smart with the way you play the last minute.

And I don't think Dan Mullen, and it was a tip pass on the second turnover, the third one was egregious. I think we can agree. The third one was a throw. You can't make it for Anthony Richardson, but I wonder, you know, why put AR-15 in that situation? I mean, going down 10 to nothing at the half against Georgia, where you get the ball coming out, where you've had a little bit of success.

I mean, you missed a field goal. You've had opportunities, not a ton, but you're playing with them. I was very surprised to see the way that Florida played the last 45 seconds, 55 seconds, really. And if you're a Florida fan, you look at the box score and you're like, wait a minute, first quarter, 0,0, okay, about 13 minutes, 30 seconds of the second quarter, 3 to nothing, how are we down 24-0 at half? Game was over then. Game was over then. There's not many teams scoring 24

on Georgia, in my opinion, in a game and a half. So very surprised the way that Florida played, you know, the end of the first half. You look at Stetson and J.T. Stetson didn't have a great game. There were some moments. You saw the deep ball to Chiaris Jackson, a guest on our show, that was a dot that he put on there, but, you know, the decision-making.

And that's what a lot of people are going to go back to. The decision-making and the big question, the ultimate question, is this the guy to get you over the Alabama hump? I still believe if J.T. was healthy enough to go out there and play, Kirby and them have to know, and they need to be able to see exactly where J-T is. I think we would have saw him. I think we would have saw him earlier than even expected yesterday if he was able to do it physically. But he's just not right now. So it's Stetson's ball. I mean, you finished 10 for 19, 161 yards, a touchdown, two interceptions.

And interception he threw on the wheel, unforgivable. That was a horrible read. Now, the other interception was really a bad ball, and we've known Stetson struggled a little bit, throwing the ball down the field vertically, but make no mistake. I'll continue to say, I think Georgia can win the national championship with Stets and Benet in the quarterback. And a lot of that is circumstantial, what's around them in the national landscape of college football. Because it's Georgia right now.

It's almost like space. I always say Georgia's gravity, right? Well, Georgia right now is like the planet. Alabama's like the moon circling the planet. And everybody else is the asteroid belt. It's Georgia, then it's Bama, then it's everybody else. There's not a ton of elite teams if there's three maybe this year. And Georgia has a legitimate elite side of the ball, dominating, suffocating side of the ball.

And if you're Florida, you look at this box score, Anthony Richardson, 12 for 20, 82 yards, two picks. including a pick six. Emery Jones came in 10 to 14, 112 yards, no touchdowns, no interceptions. At the end of the day, we said that Florida needed to come out, and for Dan Mullen's sake, not this year, but next year. And I didn't think the defense played terrible at all. And Todd Granson's on the hot seat more than any other coordinator. I still don't think he's going to be retained.

But if you were in Florida, like we said all week, you needed to come out and just look super competent. you needed to make sure you didn't get outclassed. They rode the border, rode the edge of that, and I think you have to say Georgia outclassed them, even though a lot of it happened in two minutes, hell, you win or lose the game. So to me, Georgia stays head and shoulders.

Shout out, Troy Palomalo, head and shoulders above the rest of the competition. Now, look at number two. And I'm not going to try and bounce around here too much, but I want to make sure we get, do this kind of from the top down to the bottom. Cincinnati is a team to me that when I watched, and earlier in the year when, you know, you're trying to sort out exactly where everybody is in the pecking order

of the national championship race. Cincinnati looked a whole heck of a lot better earlier in the season than they do right now. Now they're winning, and that's great. but they need to win in a style in a dominating manner. And it doesn't have to be just oh, you won by 50 points. It's that you dominated the game. You controlled the game. Well, if you've watched Cincinnati the past couple weeks,

they really haven't been able to dominate or control a game against inferior opponents. Navy's not a good football team. It was in the game the whole time. And there seems to be some disconnect right now offensively. The timing with Ritter, you know, they're getting after them in the backfield a little bit. Defensively, it hasn't been bad, but it hasn't been as suffocating as it was, especially against the run game. But I just don't see a world right now that I can put Cincinnati in the top four. And two things can be true at once, right?

Cincinnati can have the best group of five team that I think there's been since we started calling it that, including 2017 UCF. I always want to say USC, 2017 UCF. But just because Cincinnati can be the best group of five team that there is or there was, doesn't mean that they're a top four team in the country. And we're going to be talking about this all week, but if I have to throw a top four out there right now, it's Georgia 1, it's Bama 2, it's Ohio State 3, and it's Michigan State 4.

if you're asking me for the four best teams. Now, if you're asking me what the committee is going to spit out there, here's what I think you're going to see. You're going to see Georgia. You're going to see Bama. You're going to see Oklahoma. And you're going to see Cincinnati. That's what I think you're going to see from the committee.

Are those the four best teams? I don't believe so. Maybe Michigan State will hop in there instead of Cincinnati. But I would be shocked with where they have them. But Cincinnati, to me, is not a top four team right now. I don't think they're a top five team. You look at that SMU game. Now SMU coming off a loss,

and we know it's going to be pissed. And that's a team that can challenge Cincinnati, and the way they're playing right now, I think they've got a chance to beat them. I really do. And then you look at Oklahoma right now. They ran through Texas Tech. Great job by Caleb Williams.

You scored double digits in every quarter, 14 in the first, in the second, 10 in the third, 14 in the fourth, 52-21 win over a team in Texas Tech that just fired their coach. And I get it. I get it. Oklahoma's undefeated. Like it makes sense.

I understand. But I look at this team, and they're so Jekyll and Hyde to me. And if you look, I mean, go through their schedule. Tell me, you tell me that this is a schedule of a top four team in the country that's undefeated. Tulane, 40, 35 win. Western Carolina, 76 to nothing. Nebraska at home, 2316.

Excuse me, Nebraska, I believe that was on the road, I believe. I have to go back and double check. West Virginia, 1613. Kansas State, 37, 31. Texas, 5548. TCU, 52-31. Kansas 3523, Texas Tech, 52, 21. Show me, who's the best team in that group?

Who's the team that that win, you go, man. That's a great Oregon at Ohio State-type win. Man. That's a great win at LSU or at Arkansas, even though those teams are fludging a little bit right now. But just for an example, I look at this schedule, and I see the talent, Oklahoma. I can see the ceiling, but defensively, to me, they are still inadequate.

Not good enough. Don't tackle well enough. And in the grand scheme of things, that's what went through these elite games. It is. And speaking of elite games, we have Ohio State and Penn State. This Ohio State team, to me, is so interesting to watch. It's fascinating to watch. They lose at home against Oregon.

Oregon loses C.J. Bradale Jr. Ohio State plays a bunch of teams. I guess you really couldn't call him Murderers Row. But they dominate up 44-7 at half. 35 to 10 at half in a game. And you see C.J. Stroud and the progress that he's making, the defense has made adjustments. You're getting some more zone coverage,

which I think is helping them in the tackling department because you don't have guys over running things. And Penn State, I thought, put up a very valiant effort. Got to score points in the fourth, though. Scored second in the second, or scored three in the second, scored zero in the fourth. But Ohio State, to me, I know they have the athletes to be able to compete with anybody. And in a one-off game, I wouldn't be shocked to see them beat some teams. Nobody thought they could beat.

But there seems to be a gene in this Ohio State team that when they play a team, that when they play a team that's worth their salt, they tend to go up and down, up and down, up and down. It's not, and Ryan Day is an unbelievable coach, but it's not some just smooth ride where Ohio State, like usual, just running through everybody that they play in the Big Ten. I mean, this was a football game from kickoff to the final whistle. And you love C.J. Stroud, you love his ability, you love his future,

but you just wonder how legit this team. really is when you're when you're putting them up against a Bama or a Georgia I mean it's going to be fascinating hopefully eventually when they link up with with Michigan State but I mean you look at the numbers in this game you know Clifford who I still don't think is healthy 35 and 52 speaking of Penn State 360 one touchdown one interception CJ Stroud 22 or 34 305 yards in a touchdown what it was it was a very good performance from C.J. Stroud, I think he would even tell you there's some intermediate

passes that he thinks he should have hit. But I, you look at Penn State, you're leading wrestler only has 20 yards on 13 carries. And Johan Dodson, who's an unbelievable, he's going to be an NFL water receiver, had 127 receiver yards. Washington at 108. And you wonder if an Ohio State team

isn't a little vulnerable against a big play in the past game. You think about them playing in Alabama, you think you're giving up passing yards now? So there's not, and again, it makes college football great, but it makes it harder to identify. To me, there is not a team out there. And Georgia's offense is good.

To me, you can even say very good if you want it with the way the offensive lines playing, even though they didn't have to do much yesterday. But name me, I would say, Alabama offensively, name me another team with a truly elite, elite side of the ball. I don't think you can do it. So the jury's still out to me on Ohio State, not nearly as much as Oklahoma. I mean, I already feel like I know who Oklahoma is.

But let me tell you who the jury is still is not out on anymore. Let's say that they've put in their verdict and read it out loud in front of everybody, and that's that Mel Tucker is for real at Michigan State. and, you know, one game and this, that, and the other, I get it. Some people say, oh, well, you know, there's plenty of time. You have this, you have that. That's great. But that team fought back against Michigan yesterday.

You can tell that it's not a selfish football team. You can tell that locker room culture is right. And to me, I'm starting to think, you know, we've heard Mel Tucker at LSU, Mel Tucker at LSU, this, that, and the other. I still think Kiffin goes to LSU. And Mel Tucker may be in the NFL for this thing. said and done. He may be in the league for it said and done. I mean, what he's created over there is special, man.

I mean, getting those transfers in, being able to come back against a Michigan team that Kate McNamara is having the game of his life. And one of our co-host, David Cohn, who played quarterback at Michigan, you know, talked yesterday in the live stream. This wasn't on the players. It was on Harbaugh and did the decision-making with J.J. McCarthy

to bring him in the red zone and then keep him in after he fumbled, which I agree with Cohn. and it will continue to say this. When somebody shows you who they are, believe them. What do I mean? Jim Harbaugh has shown the inability. I'm going to get to you, and I don't want to take anything away from Michigan State, but Jim Harbaugh has shown the inability when it comes down to big games,

whether it's against Ohio State, whether it's against Michigan State and Mark D'Antonio, whether it's against Michigan State and Mel Tucker now. you look around at the big games and the people that have owned him. Urban Meyer, Ryan Day, go down the list. When it comes down to big games and then Michigan has to have it, whether it's against the brother who lives in the same house in Michigan State are the hated neighbor across the street in Ohio State. He just can't get it done.

And Mel Tucker in Michigan State snatched one away from him yesterday. Snatched one away. We need to be talking about Kenneth Walker right now, the way we're talking about Bryce Young. I mean, you go for 23 carries, 205 tuds? Touchdowns for you people, you individuals out there that don't understand

the vernacular of what tuds is, which that's okay. Some people call them tugs. Some people say tuds. But 197 yards at five touchdowns on 23 carries? 23 carries? That's the scariest part of that whole deal if you got to play them. And Michigan had the game.

You have 23, 14 at halftime. Come out, lose by a point in the third. All right. You're up eight. Then you get outscored 15 to 3 in the fourth quarter. And McNamara did have a great game. 28 to 44, 385 yards, two touchdowns, a lot more than a lot of people expected out of him. Now the question becomes, how does the Big Ten end up evening out?

Well, you've got to look at the rest of the schedule. Michigan State's got at Purdue, and we know how giant slayery Purdue is. That's some terminology I can use. Maryland at home, then at Ohio State and Penn State at home. Woo! They always remember what happens in November. You get past Purdue in Maryland, you go to the horseshoe.

you go to the horseshoe. I mean, we have got some unbelievable matchups that are getting set up, everybody. Unbelievable matchups. Huge win from Mel Tucker will continue to cover him and Michigan State and what this means for the Big Ten as we go on throughout the week. Now, moving forward.

Going to skip ahead. I want to duck back into the SEC for a second. Had some great action going on yesterday. Some big game. and none in the SEC yesterday was bigger than Ole Miss and Auburn for many reasons. Auburn, Alabama, the only two teams in the SEC West that control their own destiny. Auburn wins 31 to 20 and really a weird game if you look at it. Auburn came out hot, take the ball right down the field and score.

Ole Miss answers with the field goal. Auburn really dominated the first quarter. I mean, it's 14 to 3 going in the second. Matt Corral goes down. and you're thinking, okay, door's about to be blown off. Auburn's going to run away with it. But I'll go back to something that I said, and I have been saying about Lane Kiffin's teams.

They have a lot more mental toughness than what people give them credit for. A lot of people don't like Coach Kiffin, and that's fine. But you can't say that his teams don't play their guts out. Matt Kowell comes back. Second quarter is 14, 14, talking about in points, not in score. And you go to halftime up 2817. So you got 45 total points. You've got 45 total points.

You're looking at this game, you're thinking, all right, well, it's going to be a shootout in second half. Because if you watch the way this game went, Ole Miss was trying to survive defensively. Auburn was able to run the ball. They weren't hitting huge plays, but they were able to eat up 5, 6, 7, 8 yards. It was setting up to play action. They were able to squat in zones. and you saw a very similar game plan for Mike Bobo to what you saw at Arkansas.

Because Arkansas plays that three-down umbrella coverage. Ole Miss plays that 3-26 umbrella coverage. And Bo Nix is actually to a point in his career, thanks to his hard work and Mike Bobo's, where he'll set his feet, go through his read, and actually put the ball where it's supposed to be, not where the biggest play could happen possibly somehow. You'll take 12?

you'll take 13 on the crosser. Hell, you'll take seven on the checkdown. But Mike Bobo for Auburn continues to breathe fire early on that script. I mean, if you look at the way Mike Bobo is called the last three or four games, I mean, he's calling him about as good as he possibly can and putting the players in the position to succeed. And it wasn't, it wasn't, I thought Auburn was very balanced offensively, Bo Nix going through what he had to do,

but just making the plays you have to make. Now, there's still some stuff they have to work on. And if you look at Ole Miss, and you know it's a devastating loss for them with what they wanted to do, with what Matt Corral wanted to do, the way he was able to come back and this, that, and the other. But I think, you know, the story of the game as crazy as this sounds, and you wouldn't have thought it really,

if you had watched the first half and about half of the second half, the Auburn's defense really was the story. You hold Matt Crowell without a touchdown pass for the first time in 19 games. Matt Crowell goes 21 to 37 for 290 yards at a pick. You hold their leading rusher to 57 yards. You get the turnover in the red zone, Chenin Simpson. You're able to cause havoc. I thought Derek Mason made a lot of good second half adjustments.

I thought you saw a little more pressure in the second half. I think he's still filling out what he has. And when you have a ton of weapons, it's almost like, you know, it's like Todd Munkin. It's like, what the hell I'm going to do with all these running backs? I think Derek Mason sometimes is saying himself, what the hell I'm going to do with all these talents at DBs? You know, they're getting very exotic with smoke.

You know, to me, I feel like he's freelance blitzing, but obviously it's part of the plan. But looking forward if you're Auburn, I mean, it's win and survive. And now you look next week when I talk about a huge matchup. Going to Kyle Field. to play a confident A&M team. This is a huge, this is a massive game. It's an absolutely massive game.

A&M, at the end of the day, do you control your own destiny? No. But you can do a lot to help yourself. You can do a lot to help yourself. And Auburn's got at A&M, Mississippi State at home, at South Carolina, Alabama at home. Man, it's a hell of a way to finish. That's a hell of a way to finish.

But you've got to take your hat out to Brian Hartson. We're going to continue to break this time. We've got Bo Nicks coming on tomorrow as we're breaking down everything. But if your Auburn, it's winning and survive. Is this Auburn team great? I don't believe you can say great right now, but they're good enough to be doing what they're doing, and they're getting better, and they're confident,

and they're having fun, what it looks like. If you know, you know on that inside joke. and if you're Ole Miss, if you're Matt Corral, is it a tough break, yes. For Len Kiffin, is it a tough break? Yes. But, I mean, you're still looking at a season in which you're six and two right now.

It could still be very above average for what you've seen from Mississippi State. And let me tell you what was not above average while we're on the subject of the state of Mississippi. The way that Kentucky played, the way that Will Levis played against Mississippi State. Kentucky's still six and two, four and two in the SEC. But this was the game for them to go 11 and 1.

For them to be the Kramer's of the college football playoff, what I mean by that? The guys who just bust the door up and say, hey, I'm here. We're 11 and 1, our only loss is the best team in the country. Now that's out the window. And it's out the window for pretty simple fact. Will Levis didn't have a great game? They weren't able to run the ball nearly what you thought Kentucky would against Mississippi State. I mean, Chris Rodriguez Jr. had 30, 40 yards.

Will Levis pass for 150 yards? If you would have told me that Marks would have out of, rush Chris Rodriguez Jr. in this game, I'd have really worried about the state of your mental and your chicken, to quote Marshawn Lynch. I mean, Will Rogers had a day,

but they do that over there sometimes. And we know how Toddles of Will Rogers is. But Marks goes for 60 yards, and Chris Rodriguez goes for almost half of that. To me, I feel like Kentucky rolled their helmet out this game. Oh, well, you know, it's Mike

Leach in the area. They're just going to throw it around and do this, that, and the other. This is a devastating loss for Kentucky, as crazy as that sounds. Expectations are up over there, and you got up 7-0-0. Ran the punt back, had a lot of momentum. But Kentucky didn't score over 7 points in any quarter. You're not going to beat Mississippi State like that. Mississippi State only scored in the second and third quarter,

but they scored a combined 31 points. In the second and third quarter, Mississippi State outscored Kentucky. 31 to 3. And hats off to Mississippi State. Who's now a little sneakily three and two in the SEC. Five and three overall. Mike Leach and what is the high-flying, high-wire act of college football? You never know what you're going to get.

You know, they can lose to Memphis and then beat the Packers. It's unbelievable watching Mike Leach do this. And it happens every year. and we've talked about it a ton on the show. You want to talk about Jekyll and Hyde? Jekyll and Hyde. That's Mike Leach. Mike Leach is Dr. Frankenstein.

And hats off, like I said, Mississippi State, but if you're Kentucky, man, if you're Mark Stoops, you just talk about opportunities. Because the rest of that Kentucky schedule isn't a gauntlet either. And shoot, we had them in the top 12. Football landscape.

I had them in the top six, seven. Tantalizing and, but now, I mean, you've got to take them out. That, you know, kind of go in interesting ways. Not that the season's over, but there's a lot of aspirations that were killed a little bit. And look, Kentucky's still going to have a great year for what Kentucky does. We've doubled up on an action. I've got a taste. Wisconsin and Iowa.

Wisconsin was a two and a half point favorite. And it is a tantalizing. I took both of those. Hit that in the first half. Excuse me. But Iowa. again, just offensively, it's just not good.

And there's really not a lot of answers. Like I was sitting there watching Iowa, like if I was calling plays, what would be my answer? Petrus' inability to run, and I don't think he's that great at with Thore. And they scored seven points. They scored a touchdown in the third.

Wisconsin really dominated the game. But Petra's inability to run, this offense isn't even really one-dimensional. And in the Big Ten, you say, all right, well, you know, you always want to be balanced. We know Big Ten's run heavy. Iowa, all they can do really is run. That's it. They don't even do that very well.

I mean, Wisconsin, Jim Leonard had a great plan yesterday. But Iowa is 100% inept on offense. You got to get them out of the top 25. They're number nine. They're six and two. You got to get them out of the top 25. It's that bad. And losing Riley Moss always laugh.

because you know you have analysts whatever you know talking about oh well you know they're starting corners out so they're going to pick on them through the air what a lot of people don't realize is that corner is very important in the run game corners that are able to set edges corners that are able to tackle not not just elite backs but good backs consistently those guys aren't aren't easy to find riley moss was one of those guys so they always think it affects the past and it does obviously duh, it's playing corner. But it also affects the run game. And you saw that a little bit.

But Wisconsin did exactly what they wanted to do in this game. Exactly what they wanted to do. And they threw the ball. I think they threw nine passes in the first quarter. I mean, that's basically the Harlem Globetrotter approach. For them, at least what they've been doing offensively. Paul Christ does an unbelievable job of figuring out, okay, This is working against y'all what we're doing.

So we're just going to continue to do it over and over again. Not defer from it at all. That's just how Wisconsin is kind of like a ball rolling down a hill. Not a steep hill, not going super fast. There's enough gradient. They're just rolling down the hill. It's not like Georgia where it's like gravity or where it's like, you know, they're just crushing you into one little piece that you can look up and be down 28 in the fourth quarter.

But Wisconsin had no answers offensively. You want to know why? Because there are no answers offensively. Wisconsin had answers offensively. Iowa didn't. But again, what are you going to do? You got a 3D print a quarterback and guys on the outside? We're at least five years away from that. Shout out to you, Elon Musk.

Just be careful. We don't want an iRobot situation going on. But, you know, perusing around the rest of the country, Oregon can, you know, beats a Colorado team we know it's not very good. 52 to 29. The question is, how good is Oregon, really? we'll have our power rankings this week. We'll have our top 10. Is that the team that can throw a monkey wrench into it?

And then again, you know, kind of looking outward across the country, at least from a ranked standpoint, Wake Forest moves to 8 and 0, and this team intrigues me. This team intrigues the hell out of me. I just don't think they're good enough defensively. Offensively, I think they can put up points against a lot of good teams.

They just keep winning. Just keep winning. Their schedule. You're going to find out a little bit. I want to see that offense against Clemson. Even though I know Clemson's beat up. I get it. But I want to see that offense against Clemson.

And speaking to offense, boy, Miami's kicked it into gear a little bit. But what a terrible loss for Pitt. I mean, Kenny Pickett's out there thrown for 519 yards. And y'all can't. I know we do a couple interceptions. but y'all give up 38 to Miami y'all gave up 21

y'all give up 31 to Miami before the half Pat Arduzziah well what's it what's you're a defensive guy man and they made Van Dyke like Dick Van Dyke out there it's it shocked me to watch the way that Pittsburgh played defensively in that game it's like they just thought they were going to show up Royal Miami

Miami's got too much pride for that mani Diaz is is in trouble I definitely think he's in trouble. But Miami's got too much pride for that. And Pitt just thought they were going to show up. Throw the equipment on, run out there, and run it up. I mean, that was one of the biggest letdowns on Saturday I thought was Pitt. Now, Kenny Piggy, you got to throw the hides, but you got to.

Can't give it to him. But it's a terrible loss for Pitt. Another terrible loss for Texas. And it's starting to me, if you're a Texas fan right now, and you know you're going to the SEC to play regular seasons, not one-off bowl games. To me, it's kind of like you can hear

the daunting music in the background getting closer and closer because I'm going to tell you right now, Texas doesn't have the will or the fight to go win. Man, they're great in the first half. Man, they're great in the first quarter. but that second half, that fourth quarter hits, Texas shuts it down.

I want to read to you one of the craziest things that I've seen in a while from a stat standpoint. And I'm not one of these people that just gets lost in every stat. But let me read you the teams in the state of Texas with the most wins, FBS schools, since 2011. Listen to this. Since 2011, the state of Texas. Texas A&M, 90. Baylor 84, Houston 84, TCU 83, and Texas 77.

That's mind-boggling. Mind-boggling. And Sark's going to be fine. He'll get it done there. But Texas has to start being mentally tougher. I'll tell you right now. They're not mentally tough enough. I mean, they've given up more leads than one of Leo DiCaprio's buddies at Wolfel Wall Street.

It's unbelievable. It's unbelievable to watch Texas just deteriorate in every second half that they play. You almost want Texas to get up on you. You almost want them to get up on you early. Because you can lock in the wind. You can lock it in. To quote the great theologians, Cuevo and the Migos,

Texas just gets the bag and they fumble it. They don't get it and flip it and tumble it. And that's the best way I can put it. And the crazy part is, I think y'all can understand. at least maybe some parents are in the car that don't know that reference, your teenage son or daughter will, I promise you. But if you look at the landscape of college football right now

and you look at the schedule we have going down the stretch, the parody right now, trying to project it is a hell of a ton of fun. A hell of a ton of fun. And the way that I'm looking at it, to me, the top four, and I'll say it again, and I'll continue to say it, the top four to me is Georgia, it's Alabama,

it's Ohio State, and it's Michigan State. It really is. And Cincinnati, and again, love Luke Fickle and what he's doing, and we'll talk about the coaching searches and stuff this week. But, I mean, to me, those are the top four teams. And look at the next one. week. You got the Auburn at A&M matchup. It's going to be unbelievable. Six and two, Auburn,

three and one, the SEC, playing six and two A&M, three and two in the SEC. LSU is going to go and get destroyed by Alabama. LSU could barely practice this past week with all the injuries and everything going on there. Liberty plays Ole Miss. Can't wait to see the line on that one. Another sneaky game, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Tennessee at Kentucky, a fledgling Kentucky coming off that loss to Mississippi State, you know they're going to want to bounce back. But then, nationally as well. And if you start looking at the Big Ten, some of the matchups in the games you're going to get are going to be really good even with the losses because teams are going to cannibalize each other. We see this all the time. We see it all

the time. Teams are going to cannibalize each other. But if you just look through the top 25, you got Ohio State and Nebraska. I mean, Texas at Iowa State. I already mentioned Liberty and Ole Miss. I don't know how game day is not in College Station. Oklahoma State at West Virginia is going to be a sneaky one. It's going to be a sneaky one. It's going to be a sneaky one. So it's not a ton of just elite matchups throughout the board, but there's some sneaky ones, and we're going to have our Saturday saying.

We're going to call it something. Michigan State going to Purdue. Purdue's Jeff Brom, Jeff Brom and the boys. One of the top five teams in the history of college football against top 10 ranked teams, top five ranked teams included. So there's some good matchups next week.
