This is an I-Heart podcast.
Guaranteed Human.
Another podcast from some SNL, late-night comedy guy, not quite.
Unhumor me with Robert Smygel and friends.
Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman
help make you funnier.
This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer, Streeter Seidel,
help an a cappella band with their between songs banter.
Where does your group perform?
We do some retirement homes.
Those people are starving for banter.
Listen to humor me with Robert Smigel
and friends on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal, but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all, embedded in the games and with the athletes
for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
Listen to Superhuman on the IHard Radio app,

On the Look Back at it podcast.
From 1979, that was a big moment for me.
84 was big to me.
I'm Sam J.
And I'm Alex English.
Each episode, we pick a year, unpack what went down,
and try to make sense of how we survived it.
With our friends, fellow comedians, and favorite authors.
Like Mark Lamont Hill on the 80s.
84 was a wild year.
It was a wild year.
I don't think there's a more important year for black people.

The volume.
You know this, sir.
You know for these.
Super Bowl.
Championship.
That should always be the expectation.
All right, man.
That's going on here.
Well, it's been a while.
Welcome back to the Richard Sherman podcast.
We got one of the best players in the National Football League,
Lane Johnson.
Appreciate you joining me, brother.
Yes, sir.
Thanks for having me.
Well, you had another great season.
First off, I don't know how you did it.
Like, when you tour, you're growing.
And they were like, yeah, he's going to be back for the playoffs.
Like, he's going to be fine.
I was like an old lineman.
We'll see.
Yeah.
We'll see.
Yeah, I mean, initially, I was a lot of pain.
But after, like, the first couple weeks, I felt like other muscles are, like, compensating
for it.
So really the first game, like the Giants game, was like, oh, like after the first, like,
live bull rush, it was like, I don't know.
But after that, it wasn't as bad.
Yeah, because that's what I would have thought.
I was like, everybody's just going to bull you, bull you, bull you, and make you.
Oh, they did.
Yeah, they tried.
Right.
Yeah, but how I take my set lines, that's usually how I got absorbed guys.
I'll beat them to a spot and then not really give them a whole lot of hands because, you know,
that's all they work on.
So I use that a lot to my advantage.
Well, shit.
It put a spotlight on you.
and people finally starting to give you your just due.
I mean, you've been on a Hall of Fame track for your whole career.
And I think people finally had to freaking sit there and watch you the whole playoff run,
knowing you playing through injury and be like, damn, this dude is a beast.
He's injured right now and still holding these boys up.
Yeah, I mean, I think it took a while to really transition, like, the right tackle.
I mean, it's never going to be what the left tackle is.
I mean, obviously, their job is harder.
They, you know, it is the blind side.
But as you know, they're starting to put, you know, JJ Watt,
all the best pass rushers, they're going to send them down the line and find the weak link of the chain.
So I feel like the game's kind of involved, like, over the past five years.
No question.
I mean, when Bond came in the league, he was only exclusively on the right.
On the right side, baptizing people.
Yeah.
He was probably the most, like, unique player, just seeing a guy with that.
Because there's lots of, you know, big guys, but they're not, like, his bin, the Miles Garrett been.
That's like, that's why those guys are so unique.
You know, it's like having a DB and a deebus fan body.
essentially. Right. And I'll tell people
like playing tackle and playing corner
aren't that crazy similar, especially at the line
of scrimmage. We just got beer bellies.
Y'all got the bigger beer.
Beer bellies and shitty-looking cleats.
Right, right. So you went
from QB to tight-in
to D-Line to Ola. You've seen
the whole spectrum of football.
Yep. You know, when stuff wasn't working out,
I think I could have played in a smaller school
at QB. It took a lot of time to develop.
But I tell you, man,
Playing defensive van was really fun for the few games that I was in it.
It was like, you know, I actually played a little bit of free safety in high school.
So, yeah, that was funny too.
But, yeah, playing defense is, you know, it's a lot different than playing offense.
For sure.
But, yeah, man, I wasn't playing.
I was going to be a rotational guy best at Devincent's Van.
So one of our guys got hurt.
And, you know, I grew up playing basketball a lot.
So I feel like that was pretty similar to kind of footwork that I do playing tackle.
You guys got a great team.
Obviously, Jalen Hertz is at the, you know, in the midst of everything.
You know, he just got paid big.
When did you know he was going to be a guy for y'all?
Because he is in command.
He's always been poised.
You know, obviously how he handled everything at Alabama, going to Oklahoma and shining.
But coming to the league, he looks like he's always been destined for this.
Yeah, I thought how he handled the whole college thing was exceptional.
You know, and he's the guy.
He don't say a whole lot.
But when he does, it usually has a lot of stuff.
too, a lot of wisdom to it.
But, you know, really, man, he just, you know, how he works.
And obviously, you know, his physical stature, you can tell he's putting a lot of work.
But I feel like just how he handled adversity, you know, the first years with Carson,
them going back and forth.
You know, you're a QB battle.
It's publicized every week.
Who's going to start?
How'd you handle death?
Handle death.
And it goes to two years ago.
We don't have the weapons we have now.
You know, we lost that game to the Giants.
We're supposed to be out of the playoffs.
Rounding back, you know, end up losing the Tampa.
but just, I feel like every situation he's been able to overcome.
And I just feel like he's very mature for how young he is and how he handles everything.
So, you know, a lot of guys can rock and do all this.
He does a lot with his body language and how he works.
Right, right.
I mean, I've got a chance to meet him a couple times,
and he just seems way above his years in terms of poise, wisdom.
If I hadn't described, he was like a preacher man in Friday Night Life.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I love it. I love it. So you ain't a lot of sacks since 2020. Like, I know you take pride in that.
Yeah, I got lucky this year. It's the game you in what words that Jerry, I oversat, and Jerry Hughes came in a spear jet and he got out of it. But other than that, I've been pretty sound.
Hey, hey, hey, hey, it's better to be lucky than good sometimes. And you need a little bit of that.
Yeah. You deserve it. Do you think you enjoyed this Super Bowl run, even though, you know, the results wasn't what you wanted to be, but you think you felt and you were more in the moment? That's how I thought.
too. The first one was like, man,
like I'm on a roller coaster. I'm just here for, you know,
see where it goes. And then, yeah,
as you get older, you start realizing your time might be
growing shorter and you start appreciating things that you
may have took for granted early in your career.
Yeah, no question. Yeah. We were there.
Now you're taking the pictures, the selfies. The first time you're like business.
You're like, hey, we're here to get the job done.
Yeah. Yeah, it was a different feeling.
I was proud how we bounced back.
You know, Jay Lynn went through that long ball to
I think Devonte or AJ.
And so we were right back in the game.
But, man, Mahomes, they do such a good job with misdirections, their routes.
They did a good job with their linebackers.
They know what you're trying to do with the line of scrimmage.
So, man, it's a game of chess, too.
Believe me, we lost to them, too, in the Super Bowl.
Believe me, I know you hurt.
Yeah.
At 19, we had them boys up, we were up 10 in the fourth with seven minutes ago and lost the game.
Like, it was like you came into the house and they took everything, even your damn socks out of your drawers.
Even your damn socks.
And you're just looking at it, you're like, damn, this kid's special.
You're like, you don't got to, you can't say anything else.
I was so mad.
I went in the locker room and I was, you know, I said a lot of bad stuff.
And then I was like, well, better look next year.
You better get some guys and laugh.
Yeah, man, it's a lot of learning.
You just, you know, the next go-round, man, you know how special it really is.
Right.
You know, you know how hard it is to get back.
It was five years since y'all went to the Super Bowl the last time.
And that was a crazy run because you lost your quarterback.
You're out of Foles and Foles playing out of his mind.
Yeah, I feel like there's really like a coming like a full circle with Foles.
Because, you know, I came in when Vic was the quarterback and he got hurt.
And that's when Nick came in and had, you know, that good run.
And then, man, you know, the thing about him is like he has like no ego when it comes to football.
He's, I feel like guys kind of flocked to the energy.
He plays loose.
And so in those two games, man, he really, two or three games, he really, you did a great job for us.
No question, no question.
It was impressive to see.
It was great your play calling because you talk about misdirection and all that.
You guys' play calling in playoffs was pretty dynamic this year and in that sort of a whole run.
And it's still all the Andy Reed system, you know, the Andy Reed tree and all that.
But it's really impressive just how far things are coming.
You've been an Iron Man for most of your career.
Obviously got a little banged up.
Like, what are you doing in the offseason, take care of your body?
versus now versus when you were younger and you're like, hey, I just got to show up and get it done.
You know, as I got in the league, I saw how, you know, people after they got a contract,
they started taking, you know, the nutrition more serious, you know, as you get older,
you know, things are different.
You got to adapt.
You know, I hired a guy named Gabe Rangel, you know, worked at Exos, has worked with a bunch
of guys.
I hired him back in 2018, 2019.
So, you know, obviously you've got to be strong.
So, you know, we do a lot of heavy left to him.
a lot of it's about being flexible and, you know, like plios.
For me, it's about short area quickness and being able to transition my weight.
So I do a lot of that.
And then, yeah, really, you know, no one to rest.
You know, I talk a lot of a lot, you know, ramp it up on the raw, raw a lot during this time.
It's easy to do.
But as you know, sometimes guys that are big in August or casualties in January.
In January, no question.
Yeah, so really it's about your mindset and having a good routine.
I think a lot of us about time management.
You know, it is a lot different than college.
You get in the NFL, you know, you do have a lot more time to yourself.
So, but as you know, you see guys that take it real serious.
You're like, damn, man, that's why that guy is who he is.
So, you know, I had a lot of great teachers.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean, it's a lot of dudes.
I tell young dudes.
I mean, they're like, man, you know, season's just ended.
I'm going to work in February and March.
I'm like, all right, you're going to work in February and March.
You'll never make it back to February.
Wait until you get 28, 20, 30.
Went to 30 hits you in the face.
he will be
right
right wait to you
wait to you got them
full playoff games
and you your season ends
February 5th or 6th
and you're like
and I feel like
as far as it's tougher
on skill players
as they get older
I feel like linemen
might be the easiest
to because you can make it up
with timing
you can make it up with wisdom
it's like you know
I'm not running 20 yards
I got to be quick in a five area
in a five area box
so
Yeah, it's really good.
Look, I never forget, I was in Tampa, and I had just come back from injury, you know what I mean?
Like a calf injury or something, and we had you guys on like a third, no, no, I had just came to Tampa.
So that was my third game.
And we had you on a Thursday night, and Devante must have ran this comeback.
And I had him under control, you know what I mean?
I was like, bang, quick jam, like easy, got him under control.
He must have stopped, and I tried to stop.
And my whole growing said, snap, snap, snap, snap.
I said, oh, whoa, whoa.
and then you're trying to guard him.
You're like, chase him around.
Like, please don't throw him the ball.
Please.
And our coach is looking at me on the sideline.
Like, hey, you want to come out?
You want to come out?
I'm like, yeah, but they're in the hurry up.
So I'm like bailing out.
I was like, at that moment, I was like, yeah, this is probably my last year.
I don't got it for these young dudes right now.
Yeah, man, it's just, I feel like the receiving core in the NFL now is probably the best
it's been in a few years.
You're getting guys that can, you know, smart.
They're getting a lot of good coaching in college, so it's not of a big learning curve early.
So, yeah, man, I mean, that's what I see.
I remember, you know, just by 50 year.
I'm like, I mean, I still feel like one of the young guys about about the sixth year.
I'm like, man, I'm on the old heads in here now.
It's just, you know, it's funny how the whole circle of the NFL life comes back around to you.
Right, right.
It always comes back around.
The college landscape has obviously went crazy.
What do you think about everything from the NIL to the transfer portal?
Like, they said 6,000 kids got left in the transfer portal this year.
Like, what?
Got left behind?
Man, you know, I would have to be.
to be a college coach.
You don't know.
On top of being a coach,
you got to worry about recruiting,
which is just as important.
As far as the players getting paid,
man, I remember being in college
and guys going donating blood plasma
so they could get $250 next time
be 100.
So, you know, I'm not opposed to guys
getting this money.
I think they should set it up to better
to where they can have success,
you know, maybe put it to where
they get a big portion of it
after they graduate or something.
So there is like a little bit of
you know, loyalty, you know, just like a contract,
you're going to face the NFL, it's going to be very similar.
You can't just up and leave.
So, yeah, I mean, I'm not opposed to it,
but, you know, now the rabbit's got the gun.
It's a different thing, but I think the next few years,
they'll get that lined out because I feel like as a coach,
it would drive me nuts.
I don't know how they do it.
Yeah, because you can't secure a kid.
You develop a kid.
He becomes a big time, you're out of small school.
You got a big time guy, and now he's going to FC.

Do you remember when Diana Ross double-tap Little Kim's boobs at the VMAs?
Or when Kanye said that George Bush didn't like black people.
I know what you're thinking.
What the hell does George Bush got to do a little kill?
Well, you can find out on the Look Back at it podcast.
I'm Sam Jay.
And I'm Alex English.
Each episode, we pick it here, unpack what went down, and try to make sense of how we survived it.
Including a recent episode with Mark Lamont Hill, waxing all about crack in the 80s.
To be clear, 84 was big to me, not just because of crack.
I'm down to talk about crack all day, but just so y'all know.
I mean, at this point, Mark, this is the second episode where we've discussed crack.
So I'm starting to see that there's a through line.
We also have AIDS on the table right now.
Thank you for finishing that sentence.
I don't think there's a more important year for black people.
Really?
Yeah.
For me, it's one of the most important years for black people in American history.
Listen to look back at it on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Who do you think the four best pass rushers in the league are?
Obviously, you've dealt with most of them, the bosses, the Watts.
Man.
They're all like so unique.
I would say, you know, Miles.
I think Max Crosby is a really good player.
You know, T.J. Watt, those guys, man, they're so, I mean, obviously they're skill,
but those players, man, they're so smart.
They look at your stances and they're looking at your eyes.
So a lot of stuff, you know, maybe you can get away with lesser players.
Those guys there, you've got to be at your best.
Say those three, you know, Micah.
I had some good battles with DeMarcus.
It's like everybody has different matchups.
I'll tell you one guy who people don't know, I guess, I mean, they know who he is,
but you can ask Trent, you can ask Tyron.
Olivier Vernon might have been the hardest player for a lot of guys to block.
Really?
Yeah, just say a weird build dude.
You know, he's 6-1, 6-2.
He has like a, where's like a size of 17, 18 shoe, long, just weird built.
Almost like, you remember how Elvis Dumerville.
was so special because he was, you know,
five, eleven, six foot, but he had, you know,
33, 34 inch arm.
So as he got that leverage,
he'd just forklift you and do whatever you wanted to leave.
Right.
Right.
I mean, y'all got the best line in football.
And it's been that way for a couple years.
Obviously, Mike, being in your division is going to be, you know,
it's a handful every year.
But this year, how are you feeling about everything?
You guys got another great team.
You got a lot of the guys coming back defensively.
You got that same defense coming back.
A lot of big time playmakers.
obviously, Gardner Johnson is gone, but the pass rushers are still there.
Yeah, we just added Nolan, well, thanks to me still are to the son, same body type, but, you know, a 4-3 guy, Jalen.
I mean, you can't have, as you know, you can't have enough great pass rushers, and that helps everybody involved.
It helps the defensive backs.
It helps the linebackers, you know, going into a year where expectations are high.
I think a lot of it, you've got to go down the Middle League, and you've got to really, you know, when you're up in Seattle, every year, y'all were contending,
and y'all are either winning it or in it or close to it.
So you just got to avoid all the BS.
You know, there's a lot of hype and stuff early in the year.
I feel like the toughest part of football might be early in the year just because, you know,
training can't be going out there.
You know, you've got thousands of people there for practice every day.
It's game day every day.
Preseason takes a while.
And then after a little bit, you know, you start the season.
So I think mentally just, you know, staying on top of our stuff is going to be key.
I think the hardest part for us and the part we,
have to be really conscious of is just not, is overcoming expectations a little bit and
understanding it's a long season. So sometimes you start, I think one season, the second time
we went, we went back to back, the second year, I think we started off three and three or something.
And everybody was like, yeah, they're not the same team. They're done for, like, and that, that affects
you as a team. Yeah, I mean, when you start getting that scrutiny, that does get your attention.
And when your back is against the wall, when that pressure is applied, I feel like it does make you
become your best version of yourself.
So it sucks when you deal with it,
but I would rather have that early in the year
or maybe rock four playoffs
to get your attention to wake you up a little bit
because, man, you know,
every team's talented.
All it takes is just a few big plays.
100%. You guys were undefeated for most of the year
and then had that adversity just in time.
Just when you needed it.
Yep, just when we needed it.
Yep, last two games, we lost to Washington
about middle of the year.
You had the last two games like, yeah,
You want to be turning another direction.
But yeah, it does.
It gets your attention.
Yeah.
I feel like you guys got everything it takes.
You guys got Jordan, Dave, you got all in Georgia kids.
You got a bunch of Georgia kids.
You guys got...
It makes a lot of sense.
I mean, when you look at the skill position players, they're pretty talented across the board.
When you get to the SEC, man, that O-line D-line is usually those guys are going high every year.
And just, yeah, man, I'm walking around the locker room.
I'm like, man, we got a bunch of damn dinosaurs in this in this.
this thing. You know, he's 6-6-3, you know, 350 plus, you know, ran a 4-7 something at the
combine. So you just see some guys with some freaky traits. And you see them and they look
like a grown man, but you realize, man, they're still, they're still young. And so they,
and, yep, and once they get it figured out, you know, it's going to be game over for a lot
of people. Yeah, you guys are one of them off-the-buss teams, old school. You see them get off-the-bush
you're in for a long day. Yeah, we, man, it was fun. It was funny. It was. It was
and we got Linball in the year and Sue.
So I added those two guys.
Yeah, I mean, I really enjoyed having those guys just playing against them
and seeing how they work.
You know, Sue was all business all the time.
I really had a good time hanging with Sue.
He was no BS.
He went around for jokes.
He would crack and joke really every now then.
But, hey, he's about watching his finances and he's about working out
and being the best he can be.
100%.
I was in Tampa with him.
It is great to like, you know, you see guys work for social.
long and same with Tom and same with Mike Evans and all the other great players.
And then you get the close up and you're like, I can see, I can see why you are who you are,
you know.
Yep. Yep. That's what I enjoyed seeing this year.
You guys got, I mean, you got the old heads, Brandon Graham and Fletcher have been there.
Boy, them boys, they ain't never going nowhere.
They, uh, they're Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy.
They stuck in that thing.
Yeah, man, uh, man, BG is so funny. Fletch is funny.
I think, the older we get, the less, the shorter our fuse is, it's like having a family dog to get so old.
You know, he may be nice when he was young, but as he's gotten older, he's got a little bit more feisty to him.
So, yeah, man, the way those guys work, it inspires a lot of guys.
But, man, they're a lot of fun.
You know, BG, everything he does is, you know, he ain't touched you out of football field.
He's probably the most positive person you'll meet.
Never had a bad day type of guy.
So, yeah, man, that's why those guys play so long.
I think it's like his 14th year.
You know, Kels is 18, Fletch is 12.
So, yeah, man, it's passing by.
Right.
Veteran, veteran group.
Who all is coming to this O-line masterminds with you and Whitworth?
Will Schills is going to be there.
Jeff Saturday is going to be there.
Bruce Matthews and Big Orlando Pace is going to be there.
Oh, my God.
Y'all got some real, you've got some legends.
Yeah, we had some guys last year, Willie Rove.
Willie Anderson came, Marks,
archelarist. So yeah, man, it's just like when I was coming in the league, I was so new to
position. Like, really, only guy I studied was Trent because he, you know, who played at the same
school a little bit older. And I watched Jason Peters, you know, because he was on my team. So, you know,
as you know, everybody has like different play styles. So I feel like with all these guys coming
in the room, they can say, hey, this guy's like me. I can learn something with him.
But really is getting guys in the room and talking ball. But, you know, I credit, I think
Vaughn, you know, started the whole summit thing, you know, a decade or so more ago.
really it's been a good time, man.
You get to see a lot of unique personalities
and how it all messes up.
That's a good thing about playing the NFL.
You see everything on the spectrum.
Right, right.
And you get the brotherhood.
We tried to do one.
You know, D.Bs are more pre-Madana.
So everybody didn't come like they were supposed to.
We paid for tickets to people didn't show up.
But O-Line is more of a brotherhood.
Y'all, like, in the trenches.
Yeah, but, I mean, y'all, I mean,
I'm trying to think, y'all are like the only DB group
that I felt like you were the bad boys,
like the distance.
You know, so I remember you walking out, Earl walking out,
damn chance to walk in, hey, he would have been a perfect linebacker right now
because the game, they're all about his size, a little bit life.
So, yeah, man, y'all were feared.
Yeah, y'all beat us.
Like every time we played y'all, you know, y'all beat us.
So, you know, all you talked about to.
Y'all, y'all brought, I think one year,
y'all brought Vince Young out there, one year,
you know, like Sanchez out there, so it wasn't really always the best situation
to go about you.
Yeah.
Now, this is the, this is the question.
A lot of people have been asking, including myself,
is there going to be another Christmas album this year?
Man, we've been in the works, and I've got to tell you, man,
as far as it's being in a music booth and knowing you can't sing very good,
it's a damn awkward feeling, hey, you just, you just sacrificed it for the team.
But, you know, being around that whole group of musicians, you really see, you know,
there's a lot of stuff that goes into a track.
You have the background.
You have the, you know, you have the drums, just a lot of pieces coming together.
a lot of different opinions.
So, you know, it's been really cool.
And, you know, having Jordan is,
man, he's so talented.
I feel like, you know,
he could get on that stage of Jamaica 11.
So, and me and Kelsey just come around
for the good time.
Right, right.
I was about to say,
you and Kelsey held it down, though.
You know, they just got to doctor it up a little bit.
Well, I like about Kelsey, man,
he went and sung the national anthem a few times.
That's what I like about him, man.
He don't give a damn.
He'll just go out there and do it.
I love it.
I love it.
So is it the beer, the O-line?
thing? Is it the whole Eagles O line, got a great beard?
Because you're always said, if I shaved that,
you ever seen James Hardin shaved that beard?
Yes. Same way with us.
You're not going to see Kelston with me,
shaving it too much because our chin's about right under our lip.
It's not down here. So I feel like it helps our jaw line a little bit
until we retire and then we can try to look like Joe Thomas.
Right, right, right, right. Then you get slimmed down like Okun.
O'Coon dropped like 200. Have you seen that?
Yeah, he did that 40-day fast.
I said, hey, it looks like it.
Right, right.
Because he was a big dude, man.
He was, you know, 6, 6, 320, strong dude,
on the down for a long time.
So, yeah, you know, being able to talk to Chris
and guys, like making that transition,
I feel like it is.
It's like a new life for y'all,
but it's like everything you work for,
you can start to enjoy.
And I try to tell people a lot,
it's hard to really reflect on any success
while you're in it because you got the next guy coming in.
You have competition that's really keeping you sharp.
and so now I feel like as I'm getting older,
you maybe can start to enjoy a little bit of what you work for.
Man, I appreciate you joining me.
I know you got other things to do.
I got a very festive shirt on.
Enjoy the rest of you.
Yeah, they send me all these shirts
because usually I'm dressed like Adam Sandler around there.
So it helped me out a little bit.
You look good.
I appreciate it.
Yeah, man, hopefully I'll see you on the field.
Yeah, yeah.
I think we got you guys.
We might have you guys the first game that we have.
Thursday game.
So we'll be in Philly for 15th of September or something like that.
Yeah.
We start in New England.
They retire in Tom Brady's jersey.
So, hey, it's going to be a big night.
That's going to be a big night.
Because, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that's a big night.
Big night.
Yeah.
But, hey, I'm going to be there the next game.
I forget who you guys got.
Yeah, I check.
Yeah, man, it's good catching up with you.
Yeah, man.
I see you.
I see you.
See you do it.
The volume.
Another podcast from some SNL, late-night comedy guy, not quite.
Unhumor me with Robert Smygel and Friends.
Me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you funnier.
This week, my guest, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer, Streeter Seidel, help an
a cappella band with their between songs banter.
Where does your group perform?
We do some retirement homes.
Those people are starving for banter.

Imagine an Olympics where doping is not only legal but encouraged.
It's the enhanced games.
Some call it grotesque.
Others say it's unleashing human potential.
Either way, the podcast's Superhuman documented it all,
embedded in the games and with the athletes for a full year.
Within probably 10 days, I'd put on 10 pounds.
I was having trouble stopping the muscle growth.
