All right, so we are back on the way concept presented by The Ring.
And today, I've been thinking about the biggest fight in boxing this year.
That's right.
Canelo Alvarez, Terrence Crawford, live on Netflix, Ring Magazine, Allegiance,
Allegiant Stadium, September 13th, Las Vegas, Nevada.
This one is going to be massive.
For all the right reasons.
You have, like I said, Ring Magazine involved.
You have Dana White involved.
You have Max Kellerman involved.
You have obviously Turkey Alice Shake putting the fight on.
You have the biggest name in boxing in Canelo Alvarez and Terrence Crawford looking for
his third undisputed world championship.
But today I've been pontificating, yes, big word, don't linger on it, move on.
I can't help it.
That was a big word.
Proud of myself.
I have been pondering and pontificating as to who actually wins this fight.
And I've only come up with every single scenario possible imaginable and why I think it
all leads to one answer.
That is, Terrence Crawford may need to be absolutely perfect to beat Canelo Alvarez.
I'm going to give a night.
You don't know how a fighter is going to show up.
So maybe I'm expecting a little too much.
But let's discuss why I think Terrence Crawford needs to be perfect to beat Canelo Alvarez.
The breakdown.
Let's go.
He is the star of a Wade concept.
All right.
So, let's lay out the situation.
Terence Crawford, Canelo Alvarez at 168 pounds.
And we've been over it time and time again.
I feel like the buildup has been a while.
washing machine on a repeat cycle. No suds included, just full rinse. We know what this is.
Terrence Crawford moving up to 168, a weight he's never competed at and two divisions higher than the last
weight he competed at. 154. He only did that once before that 147. This is more of a jump up than
Super Mario hitting bricks looking for mushrooms or cats. For Canello, obviously at 168, he has been a bit
of the smaller man at that weight class. And in the last couple of years, has had trouble finishing
opponents and getting guys out of there like he would have at 160 or 154. So you have a bit of a
duality there. Both guys coming into this fight in the, let's say, twilight of their careers,
or maybe twilight of their primes. Whatever you want to look at it. Canello is going to be,
I think, 35. Terrence is 38. So you have a similar situation, different paths and different
struggles for both fighters. But when you look at who has to do more in this fight, it's clearly
Terrence Crawford, as far as what he's giving up and sacrificing to win this third
undisputed championship and to try to beat Canello who has only been beat twice in his career,
one of which was Floyd Mayweather being slick and tagging Canello with counter punches when
Canelo missed, being the smaller, lighter fighter and up there in age that was still able to
take advantage of the youth and experience of Canelo Alvarez, but also just being a defensive
maestro and able to counter off of that, Floyd is one of one. And then you have Dimitri Bevold,
who was the bigger fighter. And the things that Canello does very well didn't really hurt him too
bad, right? The things that had carried
Canelo up in division was his
power and the ability to break an opponent
down, maybe not stopping them
in the early to mid part of fights, but
working on them, wearing on them with
that power, even losing rounds
throughout the mid to first part of fight. Billy Joe
Sonders fight comes to mind where he potentially
is losing a couple of those rounds and then finally
finds the opening and has devastating power
to overwhelm opponents. He couldn't do that at 175
with Dmitzor Bivol. He had found
the weight that he couldn't ascend to and his
power could carry him through or the style of fight that he had come accustomed to since the
Gannati Golubgen fights being a lot more reserved with not only his punch count but also his
movement had seen a new burst to Canello really being defensively sound with his upper body and
slipping punches but looking for almost exclusive power punching to open up holes in the defense
and then eventually finish fights now again those are the only two guys to ever beat canello
so everybody else regardless of the strategy regardless of the skill they got found out at a certain
point. And that's why I'm saying Terrence Crawford may have to be absolutely perfect here.
And I'm not saying he can't do it, but there's only a couple of avenues that I think
Terrence Crawford can take to win this fight. Because I don't see him coming up to 168 pounds
and knocking Canello Alvarez out. Let's be honest, that's going to be pretty difficult to do.
Again, you're talking about a natural 140 pound or maybe 147 pound or now starting to build
and get bigger. And as we've seen in pictures recently, here's Terrence Crawford.
He looks like he's trying to fill in to all of 168 pounds here.
He probably weighs 183, 84 pounds.
I mean, that's what he said.
I think when I interviewed him, he was in the 180 pounds.
So he's coming up in weight, and it looks like he's trying to put some heavy muscle mass on,
which, okay, you know, you want to inflict some damage on Canelo.
If we remember back, their press conference, this is what he said to Canello.
This is not the greatest quality of video, but listen to this.
So when I beat you is you're going to be a nobody.
When I step a mud hole in your ass is you're going to be a nobody.
You're going to be just like everybody else.
Watch.
Watch.
Same shit that everybody else been saying,
since I moved to 147,
I ain't fought nobody.
Every last one of them,
stump a mud hole in their ass and he's gonna be next.
Watch.
So again, you know, you hear the tone of voice
that Crawford is talking in,
and he's not just a talker.
He's not someone looking to sell a fight up there.
I look at this, again, when I look at the style of fight
potentially Terrence Crawford's going to bring to Canello,
it looks like he wants to stand in front of him
and pushing back a little bit.
Even in the press conferences they had,
there was that pushing and shoving
where Canello kind of walked up on him
and pushed Terrence back.
And then the second press conference,
Terrence Crawford pushed him back.
So, yeah, there's a mind game's going on there for sure.
But Terrence looks like he wants to be able to push Canello back,
to inflict some power on Canelo.
And I just don't know if that's the move here.
Now again, I'm not a boxer.
I'm not the one going inside the ropes,
but the way I see this potentially working out for Terrence
is simple but insanely difficult.
You have to be good at.
everything and I just don't know if that's the right avenue like trying to push
Canelo back is one thing trying to to overwhelm him with volume like Dmitri Bivol did
is definitely an idea but again you have to look at the factor surrounding that you
have to look at Bivol's size right his natural aptitude for volume punching that is
his strategy that's his game and it's usually done off the front foot it's not
counter punching then following up with combinations we've seen Bud as a great
counterpuncher but leading the dance and even
the Madrimov fight, it looked a little difficult for him to get going. If it takes you a while to
get going against Canello, you're just falling right into his game plan. Standing in front of him,
you want to go flat-footed with Canelo Alvarez and just be in the pocket? That's not going to,
in my opinion, unless you're, you're shooting inside the big looping shots of Canello because sometimes
he will open up and hit some big looping shots around the guard. Standing in front of him is not the
idea, at least not, not to me. But again, I'm just the commentator guy. I'm just the guy on YouTube,
so maybe I don't know. But my point is, this is why I say Terrence Cruff,
Nefford needs to be perfect because I don't think he's knocking Canello out, right?
Do we, does anyone believe that's the potential possibility here for a guy?
Canelo Alvarez that has probably the best chin in boxing and we're going to watch a video in a second
where Joe Rogan and Jim Lampley talk about Canello and what makes him special and his defense and why he's never really been
hurt ever? I just don't see that as a strategy.
Then you look at what Terrence has given up, right?
Weight, size, him trying to make up the weight and size by putting the pounds on.
This is Terrence having to try to balance putting weight on versus still being explosive, still being able to
some mobility and to be able to throw volume without getting tired at the newfound weight.
This is why I say he has to be perfect. Meaning you have to be able to box Canello,
move, be mobile with Canelo, throw volume with Canello, be first with Canello, not get driven
back by Canello's presence and just him walking through punches and trying to slip and use his head
movement. And I know I'm saying a lot of this stuff like it's a foregone conclusion.
Canello's gonna walk forward. Canello's gonna be in front of you. Canello is gonna try to walk you down.
Like, yeah, that's for sure what I think Canelo's going to do.
But to beat him, you can't let any of it happen.
And then you have to let volume go.
You can't make this a Canelo Alvarez,
circa, the last three years type of fight,
where, sure, you're a mover like William's skull,
but you're not throwing any punches.
You're on your back foot,
and Canello's not giving you any respect,
and he's just walking you down.
That can't happen.
Also, you can't really stand in front of Canello
like Jaime Mungia did and try to trade with him
or else you're going to get caught,
and he'll maybe put you down,
maybe not finish you, but it'll hurt you and put you down.
Or if he can't catch Terrence Crawford clean because Crawford does a great job
in his pocket presence and his defense inside of the phone booth,
Ikello's going to try to punch him in the arms,
he's going to try to punch him in the shoulders.
And while Bevo waved the finger at him,
gave him the Mutumbo finger wag and said,
no, that didn't work with me.
Yeah, that's because Bevow's a natural 200-pound, 210-pound human
fighting at 175.
That's why that didn't work.
Terrence Crawford is not that.
So all these things adding up on my mind,
they just tell me, Terrence has to be perfect.
He has to be able to do everything versus Canelo.
And he, if anybody has the skill to do it, it's Terrence Crawford.
And let's not act like Canello is beyond getting beat here, right?
There is a path to victory for Terrence.
And to me, it's through decision win.
This is why I say he's going to have to be a bit mobile.
It's going to have to take it to Canello at times.
Like you've seen him talk about in these pressers and, you know,
stomping a mud hole and walking forward on Canello, he's going to have to do that at times, right?
You can't just get run over for 12 rounds and expect to win.
Or you can't be on the back foot for 12.
rounds and expect to be Cannell. But Terrence has an avenue where he can out throw outland canals.
Keep himself safe, throw in pockets, circle, back to range, back to the pocket, jab on the way in,
back to range, back to the pocket, jab on the way in, and rinse and repeat. But I want to take
more of a deeper dive for people that know a lot more than I do. So let's take a listen to Jim Lampley
talking on the Joe Rogan experience. We actually never done a Joe Rogan Experience breakdown on
the channel. So I don't know how this is going to go with YouTube, but let's take a look and see
what he had to say and what Joe had to say about the fight.
About Canello versus Crawford?
Yes.
Do you think Terrence Crawford can beat Canello Alvarez?
Yeah, I think he won.
Okay.
I don't know if he's going to win, but I think he can win.
So I asked...
That is the answer that I feel like everybody is having right now.
Terrence can win.
I just don't know if he's going to because of the uphill battle he's fighting.
Up and weight, and the things you need to do up and weight are going to be tough stylistically
with what Canello brings.
The way you fight versus the way Canelo fight.
fights. It kind of does tailor
to Canello if you want to be a counterpuncher
and just look for openings
in exchange, the questions around the wait,
all that. I feel like Joe is kind of
saying what a lot of people are saying is that
he can, but will.
He's going to have to box a
brilliant fight. Okay, what
kind of a fight? I'm going to get to that.
I asked the great
Larry Merchant, 94 years old,
living on Ocean Boulevard in Santa Monica,
looking out at the ocean,
reflecting on all the amazing things he did.
And I asked Larry...
Dude, can anybody set the scene better than Jim Friample?
What a legend, dude.
And I'll say this.
Sidebar in this video,
just getting to do a little two-minute segment
that I got to do with Jim on the Zone broadcast in New York
from Louis Armstrong Stadium was so sick.
He was such a professional.
I remember we did the test,
and like right before we were going to go live,
and he said something like,
I was, you know, doing my fill to intro him.
Before we ever went on the pay-per-view and he said, I said to him,
or I said describing him, I go,
I'm here with the goat, the best broadcaster in all of combat sports or whatever I said.
When we were done, he came back and he said,
I love what you said.
That was awesome.
Just make sure you call me a blow-by-blow guy.
And I loved that because, like, it was one, instructional for me,
and two, it's exactly what he should be called.
He's not just a commentator.
He's not just a broadcaster.
He is the goat, to me, low by blow commentator, broadcaster in combat sports over in boxing over the last however long, right?
That just, that was really cool of him to do.
So anyway, Jim sets the scene like no other.
Looking out at the ocean, reflecting on all the amazing things he did.
And I asked Larry, I said, do you think Terrence Crawford has a beat, has a chance to beat Canelo Alvarez?
And Larry said, Jim, did Ray Leonard get an official decision victory over Marvelous Marvin Hacker?
And I said, yes, he did.
He said, well, if Ray Leonard could beat Marvelous Marvin Hagler, then Terrence
Crawford can beat Canello Alvarez.
And I said, why do you say that?
He said, same equation.
Get in, get out.
Get in, get out.
Over and over and over.
He's got to figure the angles and the approaches that.
Yeah, you know, I don't hate what Jim is saying here.
And this is his talking through the storytelling of Larry Merchant, who said this.
But it's a little bit of a different fight, right?
Like, when you saw Sugar Ray Leonard and Marvelous Marvin Hagler,
that fight, Sugar had to answer different questions.
Yes, get in, get out, but you're talking about Marvin Hagler,
who was still at that point, still a great switch hitter,
could definitely bite down on the mouthpiece and swing,
but he had volume for days.
His output was crazy.
He had great feet.
He himself was able to cut angles and use his feet to switch
and be in front of you the entire time.
Ray had to, like, you know,
is saying there, Ray had to get in, get out, but that wasn't because of just the power that Marvin
was bringing. It was the volume it was bringing. It was the aggression he was bringing. It was him being
able to cut off the ring and switch stances to do it. Canello can cut the ring. Canello can hit you
with power, but he had nowhere near over the last three years, the volume that Marvin Hagler had.
So in that sense, you can look at Terrence Crawford and be like, okay, well, that does leave the
opening, right? Get in, get out. Where Terrence needs to be a heavy volume puncher here, or at least
someone that's going to make his combinations count and then not be there for the return,
not be there for the receipt, as they say. He can definitely do that, or at least ideally he can do
that. And that's where I'm talking about being perfect. That's what I'm talking about he can
have moments because Canello isn't Marvin Hagler in the sense of what Jim is saying here,
right? Being able to get in, get out. And he is right also with, you know, Sugar Ray being the lighter
guy, being the mover. And I just don't know if the comparison makes sense because that's not what
Terrence's game necessarily is either.
He's going to have to change and be a little bit more Sugar Ray-esque in this fight,
and that is a path to success.
Now again, can he be that?
And also, how does that affect him fighting at this weight?
A weight he's never been at by a lot bigger difference than Sugar Ray had when he fought Marvin Hagler.
So it's a little bit of a different situation, but I like the idea of, again, being mobile,
stick and move.
You got to be able to keep Canello at bay when you are doing your work.
That's the difference to me is like, I just don't see an ability for Terrence Crawford to be a backfoot fighter for 12 rounds and win this fight.
He's going to have to at some point push Canello back just a bit and get him on the defensive and then let those combinations fall.
We'll allow him to step in, land to the body or occasionally upstairs, and then get out before he's facing any damage.
That's what Ray did so effectively against Hagler.
And it frustrated Hagler.
And the more you frustrate the opponent, the better off you are.
Yeah. Canella has such unique skills.
And one of the weird things that he does that very few people since Rocky Marciano does is he punches your arms.
Yes.
He brutalizes your arms.
He's another brilliant guy.
He has the greatest punch resistance in the sport.
Now, again, yeah, I mean, by the way, Joe knows a lot more boxing than people give him credit for, especially old school boxing because Joe was a fan.
Even though, you know, he had that big tirade on ESPN about who was he talking to, Lou Debella, where he was like, boxing is getting swallowed.
Your sport is one dimensional and he was cooking a little bit back then.
But yeah, I mean, Canello's ability to target different parts of the body to try to get to his end goal has been something he's relied on in the last couple of years, right?
Again, you go to the Canello versus Callum Smith fight and that's kind of the way he broke Callum Smith down.
I think he bruised up or maybe broke something or tore something, bicep, I don't know.
It looked like he had beat him with a freaking bat or a broomstick or something else.
But that was something he used to break down a bigger fighter in Callum Smith
when Canello was moving up and wait.
Now, he can do this same thing to Terrence Crawford.
Again, the power is there, the explosiveness still there from Canello?
But the difference will be can Terrence Crawford counter that
by either being out of range, not being hit there, frustrating Canello, like Jim said,
or in those moments where Canello gets super wide with his hooks
and everything is outside of that frame,
That's where Terrence, you know, short punches inside to the body upstairs, whatever, those counterpunches, and then break the action circle.
That, again, there's going to be moments throughout the fight.
It's just about stringing those moments together on the front foot, on the back foot, making Canelo pay even when he's in dominant positions.
And this is why I say he almost has to be perfect, but he can.
There are going to be openings to do it.
We talked about it earlier.
One knockout in the whole career.
Knockdown.
And it wasn't a knockdown.
And it wasn't really a knockdown.
in my personal view.
So, because he didn't touch the canvas.
He's never been on the canvas.
And we call it chin.
And I think that we kind of missed the point by calling it chin.
Because I used to be Canello's neighbor in Delmar, California.
I used to run into Chepo, his senior trainer at the grocery store.
I'd look into the cart and say, oh, he's eating tuna.
And he said, yes.
And he's eating chicken.
What else eating?
And so.
So I also used to go...
I'm kidding. Okay, relax, everyone.
Go down the hill from my house off of Via Del Valle in Del Mar and watch him train at the
equestrian center, where he would go to the equestrian center in the morning and do two
and a half hours of hunter jumper riding before going to his gym in the afternoon to do
three and a half hours of boxing training.
Hunter jumper riding?
What is that?
Hunter jumper is where you go over jumps and you...
With a horse?
Yeah.
On the horse.
Yeah.
Why the fuck would you do that when you're training for a fight?
What if the horse falls?
He was riding horses since he was a little kid.
He was skilled enough to do it.
You control the height of the jumps.
You say set the jumps at 36 inches or 40 inches.
You know what the horse can do.
It's all about staying on the horse.
And I asked him, you know, how can you do that?
And he said, everything I do in boxing is upper body and everything I do on the horse is lower body.
And on that basis, I am the one who theorizes that the reason you can't knock him down is not because of his chin.
It's because of his legs.
His base.
You can't get him off balance.
He's too strong from the waist down.
And, you know, if other fighters would pay attention to what can that.
That's actually a genius level take.
from Jim Lampley there. Holy shit.
So his basis is because Canello has strengthened his leg.
I mean, it's basic strength training progression, right?
Like, a lot of boxers don't actually strength train.
I mean, you didn't see a lot of heavy lifting from boxers really ever.
Outside of maybe the heavyweight division.
And really outside of guys like Vander Holyfield, you know what I'm saying?
Like there weren't a lot of guys that were on the muscle and fitness magazines that were also boxing.
Mike Tyson was shredded and was just a naturally built freak athlete.
But I don't remember him even being like a super heavy lifter in the gym or anything like that.
But what Jim is essentially saying here is that Canelo string trains.
It's a weird way of doing it, right?
Riding Equestrian and using his legs to like squeeze the horse and keep himself on the horse while he's doing the jumps and stuff.
But essentially he's just string train.
And I guess maybe the motion of jumping over the whatever they're called, the little barriers,
is keeping Canelo on balance as well, right?
not getting too forward, not getting too back, not, you know, on one side or the other.
So it's unique.
I mean, I've never actually heard of anybody doing something like that to be a strength athlete
or, you know, to be a boxer.
But maybe it's just one of those full body workouts that you just don't expect someone to do.
But to be honest, we've never really had an answer for why Canello's chin is so good.
And like Jim said, we call it his chin.
But maybe it is more of his base.
Maybe it is more of just him being able to have great eyes, see punches, take punches.
but also you can't get him off balance.
So even if he were to be in a bad position,
he's taking the punch still on balance,
so you're not going to clip him with anything heavy.
So that's another good point as well.
Can you get Canello off balance if you're Terrence Crawford?
Can you stun him with a shot?
I just, when I look at this fight,
I just don't see Terrence being able to hurt him badly with one punch
and get him off balance.
I didn't realize why until maybe Jim just broke the fourth wall for me there.
But yeah, I mean, my opinion is Terrence Crawford's
path to victory is based on him being able to do everything. I don't know if he will do it,
but I know that he can. I know that he can box on the front foot. I know that he can counterpunch.
I know that he can move. I know that he can switch stance. I know that he can provide different
looks. I know that he can fight on the front foot, maybe not as successfully as I would like for him to
or as much volume as I would like for him to, but I think that those things are going to be crucial.
They absolutely are. But it is interesting to see who's picking who in this fight. I still don't have
my pick locked in for the longest when it was announced. I was full Canello. I was like, listen,
is going to win this people are crazy especially after watching the madrimov fight but then you watch
canello's recent performances and you see there's there's opportunity there's holes there and if we look at both guys in the way they're training you see like i said
terence crawford getting really strong getting built up potentially to try to go you know i don't want to say power for power but to be able to impose his will on canello
and to take some of the punching from canello whether it's the body work that canello loves with the lead hand the chopping right hook
Or just to be able to keep himself strong and clinch situations inside, push, pull action.
A little montage, but you can still see bits and pieces here.
Obviously, neither guy is going to give too too much up of their training.
But you see him primarily working Southpaw in most of his sessions so far.
And Southpaws have given Canello some problems in his past, right?
So I think, again, the way I started this video, I'm unconvinced that my theory is wrong.
Because I just, there's path to victory for Terrence Crawford.
Absolutely.
To me, he almost has to be perfect to win this fight.
Because, yeah, Canello can win a decision.
He's been doing that for the last three years,
even though it's going to be a bit more difficult because Crawford,
out of the two of them, everybody's saying is the better boxer.
He's going to have to be.
And he may be, but he's going to have to be to beat Canello on September 13th,
live in Las Vegas.
That's my catch-up breakdown because I haven't,
we haven't talked about this fight since the press conferences.
I wanted to refresh everybody's minds and put it back in your frontal cortex that this thing's coming back round yonder.
September 13th live in Las Vegas, Allegiance Stadium, Canelo Crawford on a stacked card.
Apparently a weekend of fights, there's still so much information coming out about this thing.
I don't know if I'll be there yet.
I hope so, Las Vegas, I'd love to see you, but I'll leave this video off with the question that I've asked to begin with
and the question we're going to keep asking until September 13th.
Who wins and why?
Let me know in the comments down below because I don't have those answers.
But guess we'll find out.
All right, so we are back on the way concept presented by the Ring Magazine.
Quick question for you guys.
Can I go full conspiracy theory?
I have a hold of a rumor that's a little juicy, all right?
One that I didn't even get from the esteemed Ring magazine.
One that I didn't call any sources.
I didn't call Mike Coppinger.
I didn't call anybody in the know-how or in the know-of.
I was simply going about my day here in beautiful Orange County, California.
And I heard through the great.
Vine through a couple of people that if I named them on camera, you wouldn't even know.
But that oddly makes me think this is even more credible.
That not only are the rumors of many Pachial fighting again true, but that it's going to happen
even sooner than you think.
And I heard potential opponent names.
What do I mean the breakdown?
Let's go.
So like I said, I was going about my day here in Orange County.
I was going to the gym.
You know what I'm saying?
Hit in the bag.
Hey.
He's heist.
Hi-ish, staying in shape in case your boy has another fight.
Soon potentially, we don't know.
I'm just saying, stay ready so you can gotta get ready.
Doing that, I was talking to some people
because I'm an outgoing person, I was shopping, I was getting some food,
I was getting ready, by the way, as you guys see this video,
to go to SummerSlam.
I want a plane probably.
Again, as this is out right now,
and go do some things in New Jersey at MetLife Stadium for SummerSlam, day one and two,
but I was just going about my normal daily life.
And again, if I told you the two individuals that I'm about to bring up,
their names and everything they do, it wouldn't really make a difference. But let's just say
they have a close connection to the Pachial family, or at least one close enough to have the
information that they had on hand. And they said they had spoken to people, maybe even the man
himself directly, and that he or they said, rumor, allegedly, that Manny Pachial is going to be
back in October. And there's two or three opponents, potentially that are right there for
Manny Pachial, two of which you guys have probably already heard about. And I don't know if these
set in stone if this is talks, if this was something that's just been thrown out there by people
that I got swindled by, but this sounded credible to me. And I'm again, not bringing you this
as any official source, not bringing you this as any official news, just a complete fucking rumor.
And you've probably heard from actual credible people in boxing, which again, kind of tied
my story together here. They said it could be either Roli Romero. That's right, the WBA welterweight
champion of the world now, because Geron boots in, it's just,
moved to 154, vacated his belt. Guess who was the regular welterweight champion of the world when he did
that? That is Rolando Romero. He is now the official 147 pound WBA champ. And Manny Packiow just fought for
the WBC welterweight belt against Mario Barrios. He's probably only going to take big fights.
Roli is there as a champion and one that Manny probably thinks he can beat because of his performance
against Mario Barrios. Hold on to that thought. Second opponent choice, one that I was like,
Maybe we don't do that was Jervante Tank Davis.
And this video is also to talk about the Tank Davis situation.
One, he's dealing with a domestic violence allegation.
That's what we know right now.
And it's not the first one that he's had.
And we've heard Tank Davis talk about how he's not in love with boxing anymore.
He doesn't even want to box anymore.
That he's done with the sport.
He wants to retire or he's thinking about retiring.
So who knows what's going on there.
But again, if you think about it,
Hank Davis was supposed to have if he beats Lamat Roe.
just a couple of months ago was supposed to fight Jake Paul this summer.
That was apparently almost a done deal.
All Tank had to do was beat Lamont Roach.
And here we go. Jake and Tank Davis, a circus fight of all circus fights.
You think Jake versus Anthony Joshua is a crazy fight?
And that looks more likely than that that it's actually going to happen.
If you thought that was a circus fight, Jake and Tank Davis was going to be even more of a circus fight.
That one's not happening because Tank didn't beat Lamont Roach.
Now, Tank and Lamont Roach supposed to fight sometime in the
middle of August. We don't even know if that's going down because Tank just got arrested. Then he got
released from jail, but now he's got a court hearing and we don't know when that's going to happen
because they just pushed that back. It's all fucking chaos. August is not looking likely.
October, on the other hand, if you haven't had a set rematch with Lamont Roach, if you're looking
to have one more big fight and exit the sport, if you want to make a shit ton of money before your
exit and if you want an easier fight than your last one on the way out, potentially any Pacquiao
might be that guy, although I will say,
watching Many Pac-Yau not only keep up with,
but in my opinion beat Mario Barrios,
it does throw a little bit of cold water
on this Jervante Tank Davis win.
That's maybe before the Frank Martin fight
and the Ryan Garcia fight, his biggest win,
or one of his biggest wins.
The Mario Barrios fight at 140.
Tank was down in that fight
and came back with the touch of Floyd Mayweather's hand
on his glove, Tank, I Need You,
gave him some sort of superpowers,
and he knocked out Mario Barrio.
Barrios late in that fight, that win doesn't look as great now, especially when 46-year-old
Manny Pachial comes out and is bloodying up Mario Boreos and giving him a black eye. I'm not saying that
Manny Pachial will beat Jirante Davis. In fact, I think you should keep Manny Pachial away from
Javis because of his explosiveness, because of the power in his hands, because he's still
youthful, even if he isn't fully committed to the sport, I still think it's a bad matchup for Pachial,
but Lamont Roach was faster with his hands. He was putting the power on Tank Davis, a guy that's a
natural 130 pounder coming up to 35 and kind of giving Tank all he wanted and some. So if you're
talking about Tank coming up to 47 to fight Mani Paci-au, because of course that's where it
have to be. And again, think about that. Mani-Pakia is actually bigger than Tank Davis. Who knows?
My point being that these fights are intriguing. And again, just from a random occurrence,
going throughout my daily life, speaking to people that seem to have knowledge on the situation,
close to the people close to Mani-Pakia, close to his team, I'm starting to want to
wonder if this is reality.
And if I'm looking at the situation as it sits,
man, he's in a good spot. Everybody
now wants to fight, manny, because
not only did he come back and he was a credible
name when Barrios fought him, but he fought
a decent enough fight versus Barrios to
look like another credible matchup
is there and potentially way more money is
out there for him. And now with this breaking
news, Roli Romero, now being raised
to the actual
WBA 147 champion, that's
that seems like the most likely option.
Again, rumor, speculation, I'm just putting it out there.
And if that's the matchup, I mean, Roli hits like a Mack truck.
And everybody that spars him and everybody that talks about him says the same thing.
Is he a high-level skill technique boxer?
No.
Can he be hit and hurt?
Yes.
Broso was 40 when he knocked down Roli.
And a lot of people thought he potentially would have won that fight, if not for a weird kind of flukeish stoppage there for Roli.
It's not out of the realm of possibility that Manny Pachiao could have a lot of success with rolling.
Mani is fast, even still.
Got calf muscles like most people's quads.
Yeah, he took some punches, and when he did get hit, it was like, oh, gosh, he's not taking those punch as well.
So if really connected with one of those dynamite right hands or left hooks, we could see Pachial on the floor.
He shouldn't even be competitive.
He's 46 years old.
It's an indictment, honestly, on the sport of boxing when Manny Pachiao is contending for world championships
and arguably winning at 46.
and also at 147 pounds when he started at like 108.
But if he gets Roli, and honestly, you know, hey, good for Roli if he gets a payday like that.
Good for him if he gets a fight versus Manny Pachia.
As much as I don't think Manny Pagyau should be fighting for world titles.
And he's cutting the line for a lot of guys at Welterweight or guys moving into Welterweight.
But at the same time, fuck, he looked good against Boreo.
So two opponents that I've heard, not only from these people,
from some of the other people in the know and journalists that are talking about potential
Mani Pachial next fights, no one is calling for the Barrio's rematch.
We don't want to see that.
If it's between Gervante Davis and Roli Romero,
Jervante looks like everything is up in the air.
I don't know that Jervante is going to retire
because the money's probably way too good for him to just walk away.
But secondly, I also don't know how committed he is to boxing.
And the obvious legal situation going on is not going to help him.
So who knows what you can rely on there.
The obvious choice looks like Roli Romero.
And again, they have both fought pretty close to each other.
May for Roli.
now July for Mani
I don't think Mani's going to take too much time out
Roli's already had a little bit of rest
They were talking about maybe doing Roli and Ryan
At the end of December
But if this comes up and you're Roli Romero
You take this
You take a Manny Pachial fight
Hell Ryan Garcia was calling for a Manny Pachial fight
And he probably would have got it
Had he beat Roli to become at that point
The WBA regular Welterway champion
Been elevated to actual world champion
But he lost
So to the victor goes to spoils
And spoiler alert, if I'm actually right on this, you heard it here first.
Manny Pac-Yau, Roli Romero, in October.
That is a prediction, not a spoiler, Paul Heyman, I see you out there.
That is just my prediction based on almost nothing but hearsay
and things that are being said in the boxing media space.
And again, something that was said to me, literally walking down the street in Orange County.
I can't make this shit up.
That's what I heard.
I don't know if any of it's true.
If it happens to be, you can call me Nostrawaitis
because I predict these things.
Anyway, that's all I got today, y'all.
Puyer, Pekyall potentially could return in October,
and if he does, I'm calling he fights Rale-Ramero for the WBA
147-pound championship of the world.
And I just believe some random person
that has absolutely nothing to do with the world of boxing
but saw I was an absolute mark
and would believe anything he told me, yeah, it's possible.
But I also could be right.
So stay tuned and potentially we'll see Manny Pac-Yau truly is back in October versus Roli Romero.
I don't have those answers.
But I guess we'll find out.
All right.
So we're back on the way concept presented by the Ring magazine.
And today, KSI has put out what he calls potentially the best video he has ever made.
That's saying a lot because he used to put out videos with him and DeGie whipping each other after letting each other score goals.
and FIFA. I wasn't around in YouTube land in 2011 and 12. It was a different world.
Apparently then that was a good video. Now, today is a video called Can You Survive One Round with the Pro Boxer.
KSI invited, I guess, a ton of KSI fans to like the video says, try to survive one round with a pro boxer.
And I guess they earn money each time they survive around. KSI brought some of the misfits guys and then apparently some higher level guys as well.
This should be an interesting video because I want to see how many of these fans.
or fans from what I've heard online potentially have any skill in boxing and on the other side who are the pros that KSI brought in and also
Do you go easy on the guys? Do you try to kill him? Let's take a look at this video because this potentially could be something he continues to do
Right this this could be a brand new idea that KSI continues to move forward with but let's take a look KSI fans can you survive one route with a pro boxer the breakdown
Let's go he is the star of a weird concept this is the most dangerous challenge
we've ever done. We have 10 KSI fans. What is this guy doing? We're like three seconds into the video and this dude is
already letting the tongue fly like he hasn't seen his girl in three weeks and he's trying to get freaky. I don't know what's going on there.
I was just going to pause it to see what the fans of KSI look like and if they're ready for a boxing match.
Stepping into the ring one by one against four real fighters.
Is that now?
Round getting harder and harder.
All right, here's how it's going to go down.
Each fan steps into the ring for up to four brutal rounds, two minutes each.
The first round starts up 1,000 pounds, and the money doubles for every round they survive.
After every round, they get a choice.
Take the money and walk, or continue to win more money, and risk it all.
If you got to a point, I saw Vidal and Ty Mitchell in that promo, if you got to a point where you're having to survive,
a round with Ty Mitchell and Vidal Riley, or Vidal Riley, I should say,
and you have no boxing experience, you take whatever money you've made at that point.
If you haven't made any money, you don't do it at that point because they're monsters.
British champion being the final round.
If they survive all four rounds, they will walk away with 15,000 pounds and a misfits contract.
And don't worry, we've got medics on site and everything's under supervision.
He had the medics standing in front of a green screen because they're definitely not.
There's no freaking Apache helicopter and ambulance outside.
Like, this is technician, by the way.
Anyway.
Now, let's meet the fighters standing in their way.
Okay.
What the fuck?
Who let this goofball fat-assed Modine in here, dude?
Who let him in the pro-boxer section of this?
I mean, listen, Danny Aaron.
why is he in there too and what sets he rep and throwing up gang signs but we got fox good
pick Kenny good pick obviously tie Mitchell time Mitchell though give a fuck about all those guys
and then Al Riley all good picks but then you got to want to be cosplay roadman in there dude
mo fiend more like mo done would ever see in his bum ass in a boxing ring again oh michael
vennepage is here Alex follows one Alex follows one last one that's
Okay Danny.
Oh, Alex, he's coming.
Alex with the right energy here.
Oh, oh, okay.
I don't know if Alex is gas now.
He's just buying his time.
All right, let's get some action, guys.
Action, action, action.
What's Danny afraid of?
I mean, here's the thing, too.
This is what I wanted to see.
Danny's clearly not in there trying to get him out of there.
But, like, it would be a weird video
if every single person that went in there their first time.
KSI is clearly power scaling.
That was the whole point of like giving him all these different fighters.
So Danny, Danny's first and then obviously the better guys are after him.
But would Danny not just want to go in there and knock the guy out immediately if that's what the whole thing is about?
You know what I'm saying?
But then again, like you don't have much of a video if everybody does that.
So fair.
Oh, oh, big white from Alex.
Oh, but Danny Aaron returns.
Oh, oh.
Yeah, that's cool.
Oh, Alex, with a few shots of his, he's going to get out.
He's got him.
He's got him.
Who's that?
I mean, oh.
Yeah, I was going to say you also, I also forgot that Danny Aaron is not good.
Like, he's very green still, hasn't boxed but one time, and then that one he got tuned the fuck up versus, what was the guy's name, Danny Simpson?
So, yeah, this is a pretty much even playing field skill for skill between the guy that has had to be.
between the guy that has one fight and like a couple of months of training versus the guy that probably hasn't had a fight and no training
We're pretty much on even playing field year
I say he kind of
He kind of beat Danny up there a little bit
Very good take it all in bro soak it all in, but do you think you can survive round two?
Nah, I'm taking five
Oh, you're just up in there
Oh smart man
This is what I like yeah, hey, look
Listen, may not be good for the video, but this young man right here is a smart dude.
Took a thousand pounds and I'm out of here.
Appreciate the easy money.
Literally kind of beat up Danny and then took his money.
Legend, I love it.
Because, yeah, the next guy they were going to give him, I don't know who it was going to be.
Probably Kenny, probably would have faked him up.
So yeah, cool.
Easy come up.
James Wilkinson versus Mode hit this guy out of here.
Moody.
Hey, wait, wait, more.
You need to get your head guard.
Big man, I'm talking to you, bro.
No, seriously.
No, no, no, seriously.
No, no, explain to me what's coming.
Huh?
No, fuck.
No, man.
Explain your staying home.
What, what this guy doing?
Looks like Moe is refusing to wear his head guard.
MVP is not allowing him to continue until he puts on the head guard.
He's just left.
What is going on?
Well, it seems that Mo Dean...
I don't even... I'm like, I'm glad.
that Modin left but what a little baby what is wrong with this guy dude everything he does is just
wrong i think there's something there too where like ks i and modin go way back and ksai like keeps giving
him opportunities to try to like get his name out there and you know retain a fan base like ks i's being a good
dude even including him in this video and he's such a gigantic moron that he doesn't understand it and
does this instead like why did you even show up bala clava on dude didn't want to put his headgear on because
again he's a wannabe road man what a goof next round
dang this guy got a free thousand pounds and i'm not talking about mo dean's
okay never mind keep it going oh jesus
fox the jay oh jones three two one that's check this oh yeah bro i was gonna say i have a
feeling fox is not going to give a f about none of that playing nice letting you get your shots
in trying to win these people some money box built different he don't give a single
about these dudes and their money he's in there trying to put people out cold side
oh nice one hit by the gift oh my lord they all smoking that's just swinging back
come on he tossed the head gear way body shot oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
There is a false.
Just going on it right now.
Non-stop.
Airplayed this kid though, man.
He's a scrapper.
He definitely has fought a little bit before, but he's in there getting it.
And he's not just trying to survive.
He's throwing punches back.
I like this kid.
Wee.
What are you doing with Fox?
Geez, easy on the break there, buddy.
I never seen anything like this.
Don't push, don't push.
Don't push.
Don't push.
Oh, I'm getting tired.
Oh, James are still coming.
Jets are still going.
Great, right, right, right.
Let's go.
Go.
This is unbelievable from James.
Go, God.
Some hands go.
Some guys.
Some guys go.
Oh, my God.
Like that,
Skip is like grim reaper, dude.
He's a skeleton of death.
He's dead as the menace in boxing gear.
It knows how to.
a fight like he throws nasty punches at this kid and he's not letting up at all nasty overhead hold that
son oh body shop fair play to the kid he never stopped fighting he's wanting to come out he didn't care
good job man I'm cashing out right there because you only you only get worse from that point
Good, good. I'm not to call it there though because...
Yeah, smart man.
Okay.
I need to be smart about it.
Yeah, yeah.
That's 3K in your pocket, bro.
Congrats.
Thank you, thank you.
Smart man.
3K to take home to the fan.
Okay, Danny Aaron's is back.
Emery Atou, uh, Utuk, uh, Utuku.
Yeah.
Three, two, one.
Danny Errs is back oh my lord
okay
oh my god
oh big fighting for Danny though
oh good moving though for memory
yeah i was just a memory kid oh
counter right hand son why do they keep putting daddy in there and danny just keeps getting teed off on like no one's afraid of danny they just go right at it
Look at this right hand.
Oh, son.
On the way out.
Keep your hands up, Gade.
Boom.
Got a right head, son.
I was going to say he's kind of twitchy too.
Swinging from the hit.
My man, don't care.
Jab.
Go for it, Emory.
Bring that backhand behind it.
You can touch him with the jab.
You can get there.
Look at him.
Oh geez right hand.
Oh
What the hell?
Oh, Danny, no.
What happened?
He didn't get hit.
Medic, medic.
Oh my god, did he like, yeah, is it your hamstring?
Did he like tear an ACL or something?
Okay, I don't want to laugh.
Because this looks like it's definitely like he did,
that was what we call a non-contact injury, at least from what I think I saw.
It didn't like he got pulling.
punched and fell like he was on the attack right hand goes I mean he got touched with the right hand kind of but not really
He just falls over and he falls kind of weird on his leg and oh
God what's going on here but this looks like it's a non-contact injury which probably means he tore something
Oh, what's happened? Oh shit
He's pulled his hamstring.
Reporting live on the canvas board, Danny Aaron.
You've hurt yourself here, Danny.
Hello, everybody.
I have no idea.
Wait, what is this?
Is this oxygen?
What happened to me, but I can't move my leg.
It seems like an AC.
Oh, yo!
His kneecap is on the side of his knee.
He, like, broke his kneecap.
He, like, dislocated his whole kneecap, son.
I've never seen that.
Oh, my God.
How does that have?
He was just standing there and letting combinations going.
know if he like twisted wrong or his foot got caught in the mat that must have been what happened he
like tried to throw a nasty right hand and his back foot must have got caught and twisted up in the
boxing mat because dude look at that how is fred not seeing what's going on fred's like did you
tear at acel dude his knee cap is sticking out of the side of his knee oh he'll tear or you
cannot hit oh no i don't know your knee twisted your knee don't look good i'm looking at the
Oh, thanks, mate.
Oh, fuck.
Okay.
Right, you can fuck with you.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
That's insane.
Fred didn't see it.
That's why I said that.
Holy cow.
That is like the most catastrophic thing that could happen.
This is like,
you would expect somebody to potentially get knocked out in something like this,
and thank God they actually did have the medics on scene.
Danny must be in some sort of shot, right?
Or whatever that gas is they're giving him is keeping him calm,
because for the cap of his knee to be on the side of the side of the side.
to be on the side of his leg, he is way too calm.
Kind of 50-50, you're landing some good shots in there.
Why is Fred still interviewing if he's pulling a Joe Rogan?
Get this guy to the hospital.
I think if he continued, you would have managed to get a school of knockouts?
Who the fuck cares, man?
I just go to hospital.
Fuck, fuck.
This is what I'm saying.
It's like when Connor McGregor's foot was hanging off his leg
and Joe's like, yeah, Connor, how'd it go in there?
Major respect to him and we hope he has a speedy recovery.
Emily, Kurt, versus Fox the Chief.
Three, two, one.
Let's catch this.
Oh, yeah, Fox's about to kill this kid.
Immediately with the hook.
And the kid's got a bit of confidence to him.
Here's the thing.
If you're trying to survive, it's a little difficult for even Fox, you know, who's still relatively new to buy.
He's super talented.
I think Fox is ridiculously talented, naturally skilled, but he's still somewhat new.
And a bit of inexperience for a pro boxer, right?
And I'm not even talking about like the influencer scene.
But it's still relatively difficult.
If you're just in there trying to survive to maybe get you out of there in two minutes.
But this kid has got some moxie to him.
He's got some confidence.
So it might be easier now for Fox.
Oh, why are you putting him in it?
See, this I'm talking about, look.
He's letting his hands go.
Okay, I'm re.
He's got some confidence.
And Fox is just taking a lot of that on his guard.
And then, yeah.
Wait for the counterpunch.
Wait.
I think Henry bit too much.
You come out that aggressive.
You got to remember you're there to survive.
I love it.
I love the moxie.
I love the, you know, the gumption to go after Fox,
but it leaves you open to get hit with some big shots.
You're pissed fucks off, man.
You got some balls, though.
Ready?
All right.
I went back in.
Let's go.
Hey.
Overhand.
So they get three knockdowns to the round, I saw?
Oh my God.
Oh my.
Yeah, nasty left hook, son.
Oh, let me see you.
Out of the clinch, Fox, just more understanding.
Right hand of the body, right hand upstairs, follow up left hook.
Boom, on the nose, son.
Oh, gotta hurt.
Gotta hurt.
Are we going?
Wait, no, no, no, yeah.
Time, right, right, right, right.
Yeah.
Jesus.
Yeah, had to.
Fox was going to keep Gene off on him.
Brew me off against Danny.
That recovered well, but props to Fox, man.
All right, so we have no Mo Dean or Danny Arons.
So here are the replacement fighters for them.
Here, Johnny versus SK.
Three, two.
I don't know who these guys are.
put other like non-boxers in for Danny and in Modin it's not like they're losing anything skill-wise
by doing that to be honest but uh I assume that just means that they already were there to be a part
of the blue side and they just made them go against each other I'm not sure one let's get this
let's get this thing's uh oh getting the blue he's got some skill at least he's got a stance to
look like he's got some skill let's see him throwing out of call okay okay
Yeah, this kid.
Yeah, this kid is never boxed.
Huh?
Oh.
Yeah, this kid is never boxed.
The kid in the blue has.
Damn.
Ready, go.
Keep him back, keep him back,
pushing box.
There's a pretty weird and I'm right.
There's something with it, though, okay.
Punched him in the ass, hell yeah.
Look to the pine.
The slow-mo doesn't do it justice.
Oh!
Oh my goodness.
It's done.
Oh, my.
Keel smoke.
Well, I mean, I imagine you want to continue?
Yeah, Jack.
Versus Kee.
Kee. Kee.
Keehani, we get to see some Kenny.
Let's go.
All right.
So this guy, Kia, clearly has some ability, right?
He looks like he's at, you know, he's got his hands in the right place.
He's got some feints.
He's bringing to the guys.
Didn't really get to see a lot of punches.
The other dude shelled up faster than the gas station.
So let's see what happens with Kenny here.
Three, two, one.
Haven't seen a box in a while, man.
What's what Kenny is looking like after a long layoff?
Oh, there we go.
This is my kid.
Look at the stants and everything.
Oh, oh, oh.
Oh, kids smother.
Break, break, break.
That's a first clinch.
Yeah, I was gonna say, that's not a,
that's a pretty smart move for, again, a kid that looks like he has to
experience him clenching just buys him time doesn't let Kenny get his shots off this kid knows a little bit
about what he's doing very smart using the clinch oh good job and he got them ridiculously long arms
he's running down the clock right now oh just missed Kenny there I'm surprised Kenny's not
countering him here man instead of just kind of trying to roll with that right hand just step in with one of his
own again I don't know how hard they're going on these guys he should probably punch him up like no I don't
know the kid does have some skill but it doesn't look like he's hitting very hard at all.
Oh, just missed any of that.
Yeah, Kenny right there. Just stay in the pocket and throw.
This kid's not, he's winging this right hand. Like, look at the, he's jumping to range to try to
clench you. Tag him with something. Oh, he tried. He tried it up for cut there.
break break break
and the kid is just
he's trying to survive
but you got to
tag him with something
one of these counters
standing in there and fire
okay
all right
listen again
if I'm the kid
I'm taking the 3K
and bouncing dude
because I haven't even seen
Vidal get in yet
but you got Ty Mitchell there
he's a monster
you don't want any part of him
and then if you get past him
you have to get Vidal
oh hell no
Johnny versus Ty Mitchell
If he gets through the round versus Ty Mitchell here, Kenny said he's very skilled, he has some skill.
But he shouldn't get through a round with Ty.
I know it's two minutes, but he shouldn't get through a round with Ty Mitchell unless Ty is being very, very generous with him.
Three, two, one.
Yeah, yeah.
Ty is a tricky individual, man.
He's hard to fight.
He can do it. He can do it.
Easy, easy.
Yeah, Ty is, I mean, the kid's doing a decent job of moving, but Ty is going very light.
Yeah.
Even that left hand, he's just walking back.
We're just pity patting him with it.
Ty's not trying to hurt him.
Good response that from Ty.
Told him, what is up, man?
It's Ty a clock right now.
Single jab to the body.
Here's where Ty should let it go.
He's still in this.
See, but he's not.
He's not trying to let it go.
Even just a sloppy lead hook.
Listen, but I'm not upset that Ty's not trying to hurt him.
Alright, because that's the hardest punch he's throwing.
Touching him with the left hand.
Oh, oh, oh, yeah.
No, Ty's aura ball in.
Oh, oh, damn.
Big left hand.
I am.
The kid's still win it.
Kids still win it.
Can he do it?
Yeah, I mean, fair play.
The kid just made 7,000 pounds.
Damn.
Um, Ty was taking it, I would say very, very easy on that kid.
I mean, again, I'm not upset about it.
I'm not like, yeah, kill it.
Because like, what are we doing?
Obviously, Ty's the better boxer by light years.
You probably would have put him down with an easy three or four punch combination.
But at the same time, the whole challenge is to survive one round with a pro boxer.
I don't know. Ty kind of should go harder.
I don't know. I'm not trying to rain on the kids parade 7k in the books. Does he actually try to go and get Vidal though? Because right now 7K is looking
Prestine and he's not too beat up yet. The only man ready for the fourth
Okay, but he's gonna do it. Well, he won't last week right out for sure
Oh
Kea Johnny versus Vidal Riley
Kia
is now in the final round makes some noise
So Kea is smaller
than Ty Mitchell, who's like 175er. He's about to fight a full cruiserweight in Badal Riley. Yeah.
I mean, again, I'll say the same thing that I said, because he would not have lasted if Ty goes full like he's fighting a boxer, like an actual fighter. He's not last.
And also, Vidal Riley, if he goes full here, this kid will not laugh. Let's see if Vidal actually puts it on the kid.
Kia. Are you ready? Vidal, are you ready?
Three, two, one.
Let's get it.
I'm actually, it'll be, I was going to say,
we'll see really quickly how that I was going to start here.
Solid jab.
Kids don't are white so far.
Solid jab.
This Kia kid trying to smother him with the,
with the clinch. I actually like that.
Again, it's a smart move.
Oh, okay, but I was trying a little bit.
Jesus Christ.
Yo, me.
Oh, jeez.
Yeah, but I was trying a little bit.
I'd be on sprinters.
I'd be on sprinters right now.
Sprinters,
Sprinters, bro.
All right, now, but Kea is through him,
bro, bro.
He's surviving.
Jeff.
He's surviving, bro.
Let's go, Kea.
Come on, bro.
Oh, my.
I just want to see that out really turn.
I'm sorry.
I want to see him really turn a right hand over.
He's not really, like, putting 100% into that right hand yet.
He's surviving, bro.
Let's throw it, though.
Come on.
Oh my God, but...
Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
Fixing the headgear, okay.
Kiyah's done very, very well.
Oh my God.
Standing in front of him, though, kid.
Oh, f.
Don't kick you.
Now I'm Loki rooting for him now.
Now I'm looking for him now.
Go ahead, Kia. Level change, right hand coming.
Nice body shot.
Oh my name.
I think ponty shorts.
Ki-
Kiyah!
Let's got some knockout.
Oh my God.
Okay.
That's what we wanted to see.
This kid is he should win.
After taking that left hook, he should win.
Is that like, again, Vidal's not, I don't know.
Vidal's not like a one-punch, heavy K-O puncher like that,
but he still can hit fucking hard.
And I know there, what is it, probably 16-ounce gloves with the headge gear on,
Look at this left hood.
Boom!
Son, let's stretch your neck out one time.
We're gonna do a side bend here, aided by a left hand.
Damn.
Oh my god,
uppercut.
Oh Jesus.
And we got to the body there, for me.
Oh my god.
He's eaten those.
The kids should win just based off the fact he took two freaking nasty left hoods.
Oh my god
Oh
jeez
Yeah, Vee's not he's trying to put him down
Hands up here
Come on here
You got this
Oh my
Yeah let's go
Let's go
How is this man standing
How is Kea still standing
He's taking so many balls
Oh go head mood man
Damn
That was scary in the ring man
Go, Kim is so close.
He is so close.
Don't jab.
Don't try to punch back.
Stop trying to punch.
Like, again, I respect the heart, but don't punch back.
Just move, kid.
He doesn't.
He doesn't.
He needs to get out of the corners, man.
Kear needs to get out of the ears.
Okay, okay.
Just hold on.
Okay, he actually survived.
You know what?
I was going to come into this and go,
ah, you know, but I wasn't trying.
He was putting some shots on him.
Fair play to that kid, man.
I mean, again, do I think that Vidal could have up the pressure?
Could have put shots together, heavier combinations, more combinations?
Absolutely.
Like, if Vidal wanted to go 100% there, he would have.
He did not go 100%.
But he still hit him with some nasty left hooks.
And right hands to the body.
Like, fair play to this kid, what does he win again?
15 grand?
Something like that?
He deserves it.
I'm going to be honest.
That was cool to see.
He stuck in there and survived.
I'll tell you this.
As somebody that went with Vidal and Vidal went very easy on me,
I know when he's going light and when he's trying to swing.
He went far easier on me and our little back and forth spar, far easier,
not even close to the same.
He was swinging pretty heavy at this kid, at least a couple of those shots.
What a win, 15,000 doll hairs and a misfits contract forgot about the...
Okay, Jesus, they're going to tip him over.
He gets to fight on misfits.
Well done.
With that being said, it isn't all sunshine and rainbows because we have contrivacy,
coming out of this video, and I want to leave it to you guys to decide this part.
Apparently, this is no normal KSI fan.
Now, I don't know the inner workings of how these people would pick.
I certainly don't want to start a conspiracy theory myself, and I'm not the one starting this one.
It's just contrivacy's already online here.
This kid, Kia, is 18 years old, and he just so happens to be an MMA athlete who trains at,
you guessed it, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot fighters.
Listen, I don't know if KSI.
I mean, does he train?
with KSI London shoot fighters a big gym KSI doesn't train with every single person there has he seen him before I don't know I'm not gonna be here screaming like oh my god
The videos rigged KSI fixed it. No dude, you're not gonna hear that for me. It is funny that of course of course the kid that wins it and gets a contract on misfits is another shoot fighters
Fingers milking that guy again baby more money for us yeah listen this is nothing dude like for people if people get upset about this what are we doing because the
The kids still had to go in there and survive some nasty shots from Vidal.
Okay, he's a London shoot fighters kid.
Who cares?
He's 18 years old.
What are you going to sit here and hate?
He gets a shot on misfits.
Who knows?
Are people really going to get upset if he's in an opening fight on misfits?
When we've seen so many people that are called influencers
to have less influence on anything than a fust of win on a breezy Sunday morning?
Like, we've seen some people that have no business being on misfits calling themselves
influencers having a following of like 10 people.
get on cards before, so I'm not upset with this kid getting on here, man. Fair play to him.
He still had to go in there and survive, and he did. This is a good video from KSI, and that's not
like a rarity for me, but I don't watch a ton of KSI videos because they're mostly, you know,
try not to laughs and whatever, but this was a great idea, and I think he should continue doing
it, but like in a way that's more, I don't know, maybe more sports, maybe more skilled guys,
maybe more believable in some cases, because like he'd probably just got what he got because of who
could get in touch with to make the video but this is the beginning I think he can do more like this
and it could get better and better so we'll see but I want to leave it to you guys is kea the right
pick for this video and is he the rightful winner or to kSai cook the books and let me know what you
guys think of the video because I think it was a cool idea down in the comments what do you
think and the last really big question we need to ask should kea fight on misfits is who
should he fight I don't have those answers but misfits 22 is coming up I'll be there
August 30th doing some sort of commentary in some way, shape, or form.
See me on Fight Week, see me on Fight Night.
And what happens next?
For misfits for Kia, for me, I don't have those answers.
But guess we'll find out.
