Starting point is 00:08:21 Expensive. When he left the drug game, he figured he wouldn't get money like that for a while. He held on a jacket from the 80s. Big Freeze is here, still winning the fashion competition. Six pods in a row now. Fact. Six pods. At least six pods in a row now.

Very cute ensemble over there. I love the embroidery on the sweater. Yes, you are. You're going to come to work in partner. No, shut the fuck up. Please. Very cute ensemble over there.
Starting point is 00:08:45 I love the embroidery on the sweater. Yeah, no. Tropical. Thank you. I'm being dead ass. I said thank you. Okay. Look good.
Starting point is 00:08:53 I can take a compliment. Not the double seam jeans. Those are double seam jeans on the thighs. What is that extra line right there? How you feeling today, Joe? Couldn't be better. Couldn't be better. Here at work with my friends, my guys.
Starting point is 00:09:07 This thing is nice. Parks is here. Hey! All right, they don't care about us that much. How's everybody doing? Good. I'm feeling great, man. Pretty good.
Starting point is 00:09:15 Good. So guess what? What? I saw Cocaine Bear. Hey! Hey! I saw it, too. I saw it, too. How was it? I saw it, I saw it too I saw it too
Starting point is 00:09:27 yeah well it was here's the thing I can't believe I went and saw a movie called Cocaine Bear and it wasn't
Starting point is 00:09:35 fucking terrible I thought it was gonna be a piece of shit I honestly did but it was funny it was really funny I wanted to go see it my wife thought
Starting point is 00:09:44 I was joking when I kept saying it in the trailer. Like, yo, we're going to see this tonight. She was like, yeah, whatever. What are we doing though? No, it was funny. And a couple of the actors from Your Honor are in Cocaine Bear. I'm so mad.
Starting point is 00:09:58 It wasn't terrible. Your Honor's bugging, by the way. I know. I am not caught up. Oh, shit. Oh, my God. I am not. I am caught up. I hadn't even watched the show, like, what, two weeks ago?
Starting point is 00:10:12 Well, I have a whole life here. Like, you just kind of got here. I mean, one. You just got here, like. One. You know. But. No sausage.
Starting point is 00:10:26 What? Did you say sausage? All right. You want a movie topic? Wait, we talking about movies. I love this, yo. Any sausage when you watch that movie? Anyway, stop.
Starting point is 00:10:47 Yeah, I'm not caught up on Your Honor yet. But I'm caught up on everything else. Me too. Mary Kingston? Yeah. Yes. Okay. I'm caught up on...
Starting point is 00:10:54 Wait, wait, wait, wait. Not the last one. Yo, you wildin'. Come on, dog. Dog, y'all have no idea how many shows I've watched this week. Certain shows should take precedent, though. That's true. No. See, I have That's true. No.
Starting point is 00:11:05 See, I have the opposite opinion in that. You save the good shit for the last. Yeah, the shows that's my go-to that I know is great, I'm not rushing to that. Yeah. Oh, see, I need to get. I'm not rushing to that. I need to see that.
Starting point is 00:11:15 I need to get Your Honor and Mayor of Kingstown immediately. But then there's nothing else to rely on. I'm cool. Your other shit. What other shit? When they good, I'm cool. Your other shit. Your plan. What other shit? When they good, I'm cool. I saved the best for last. And if I rack up
Starting point is 00:11:29 four or five missed episodes, I'm not mad at that either. I feel that, though. I can't do it. But we do a podcast. I was mad. I caught up on Bel Air. I was mad.
Starting point is 00:11:39 I haven't watched it yet. I was mad. I thought I was weeks behind. And there's only one episode. So I was mad about that. Because I thought I was about behind And there's only one episode So I was mad about that Cause I thought I was about To watch three episodes But anyway
Starting point is 00:11:48 How was the opening That was the opening episode Of Bel Air It was good It was good so far It was good It was good The first episode was good
Starting point is 00:11:57 Yeah it was Same I watched it And thought that I was gonna have Like three four episodes To look forward to One Yeah that was That was disappointing
Starting point is 00:12:04 Oh they dropped one? Just the first episode. But then they give you kind of like what to look forward to. I never watched that. I never watched it. And I'm yet to watch Snowfall. I fell asleep twice trying to watch the first.
Starting point is 00:12:19 They dropped two episodes. I tried to watch the first episode two times and fell asleep. I guess it was just too late or something. That's not super promising. Creed is Thursday. I have my three tickets, and my barber has 15 tickets that I'm sure he's selling or something like that. He's scalping tickets.
Starting point is 00:12:37 The resellers are hitting the movies, too. Hitting the movies. For Creed, when you get a movie like that, that just sells out immediately. So are we going to go as a group? We can. Yeah, we could. I think that would be a great bonding experience. I think so, too.
Starting point is 00:12:52 I think so, too. Okay. But speaking of Creed, Michael B. Jordan, he's back at it. He's back at it. He did the red carpet somewhere. L'Oreal was there doing press. red carpet somewhere. L'Oreal was there doing press.
Starting point is 00:13:08 It's always funny when someone you know is in the news because all the blogs kept calling her some girl. That was funny. I really enjoyed the blogs calling her some girl. Yeah, that was kind of fucked up. Well, I mean, I guess maybe they just don't know her. But she's some girl. They don't know her. But anyway.
Starting point is 00:13:21 She had a show. She had a podcast. For years. Yeah. For years. Been a rapper for a while Before that Morning radio show
Starting point is 00:13:27 Yeah Loving hip hop Yeah They should have known Who that was Yeah But Now you're some girl
Starting point is 00:13:35 The game is the game man It's a cold game The big name in the story Is Michael B. Jordan It is That's really what it is L'Oreal was on the red carpet And I forgot how
Starting point is 00:13:45 it started, but she was trying to conduct her interview and he said, aren't you, didn't you call me corny? She said, yo, we go way, way back from back in the day. She said the school they went to used to be shitting on me, like calling me wacky. Now, before we get into this, has anybody heard the interview
Starting point is 00:14:01 that they were referencing? I heard the audio. I heard the audio too. Yeah. And it wasn't L'Oreal that was calling him corny. It was another young lady who doubled down in it over the weekend. She was like, y'all killing L'Oreal, but that was me. And he is corny.
Starting point is 00:14:18 Damn. Fuck. I hate when you sit next to somebody and they say the fucked up shit, but you end up with a blowback all over your fucking face. I hate when that fucking happens. Welcome to the JVP. You might be sitting next to the wrong nigga. You literally sit next to the nigga.
Starting point is 00:14:37 You know what's funny about that? Pause. My blowback don't end up on none of y'all. It don't. That's true. I was going to say, I have some experience with it, and it's not here. It don't. That's true. I was going to say, I have some experience with it and it's not here. It don't. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:47 Yeah, I have great aim. My shit only lands on me. Some of the other shit ended up on us though. Like, pause. Yeah, pause. Yeah, pause.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Yeah, the pause stuff. Yeah, the pause, yeah. The pause shit when you was pretending to be bisexual. That definitely, phone ain't stop ringing. Couldn't go to the barbershop,
Starting point is 00:15:07 couldn't be seen in public damn near. Yo, yo, yo, what's up with your man? I wish I, I mean, people started asking me about that shit.
Starting point is 00:15:13 what's up with that? People shouldn't be so curious about that. That shouldn't be such a thing. That shit was really a thing. You didn't think it would be a thing?
Starting point is 00:15:24 People started asking me about that. The second I started coming on the show people were like so is he and i was like are you fucking kidding you believe him he knows what he's doing it's fucking hilarious i wish it was true i wish it was true so i could i wish it was true so i could let these niggas that be in my dm know that i would never with yall. Y'all niggas is dusty bums. Like, if it were true, I rattled the community for that week that I was there. Y'all's big dogs were trying to holler. Like, I damn near was the king of the castle already. And it wasn't even true.
Starting point is 00:15:58 Imagine if I sucked a dick. That's a soundbite right there. I ain't even got to do nothing They got a word for that too Like whatever Come on let's keep it moving Well are we going to Well I mean Michael B. Jordan
Starting point is 00:16:12 Oh Michael B. Jordan Lay out standing What the fuck is wrong This nigga just going to Move on from that Are you sad that these people Got a game No finish
Starting point is 00:16:18 Here you go Yo this guy Watch yourself Yo this guy is the greatest yo Anyway back to Michael B. Jordan. Yeah, Michael B. Jordan. I mean, we're talking about Michael B. Jordan back in high school. We have a clear visual of that, and that was when he was in The Wire, okay?
Starting point is 00:16:32 He was puny. He was scrawny. I'm sorry. This is what he was. This was even before that. Nobody was thinking sex symbol, hottie, when you were looking at Michael B. Jordan from The Wire. You know what I mean? With his straight backs and his super baggy jeans and he was like I don't know like a hundred pounds
Starting point is 00:16:50 soaking wet he was not the epitome of sex symbol at that time and he's walking around with like headshots this is fucking Newark in what like the 90s or something like that early 2000s no no what I'm saying is it was probably like... This is fucking Newark. It wasn't like being in Hollywood high school where everybody had a headshot. This is Newark. You're walking around with a headshot. You're getting clowned. I don't even have to
Starting point is 00:17:16 fucking live here and know that shit. I thought she was trying to clean it up. She doubled down. She don't care that y'all from Newark at all, wherever y'all from Newark at all. Wherever y'all from. And I'm not shitting on Newark. I'm just saying.
Starting point is 00:17:29 It was probably. Tell us about the school. Well, the school that they talk about, that's where he went to. It wasn't. That wasn't high school. Chad was in elementary school. It was an elementary school. Because in high school, he did go to Arts High, which is, niggas was walking around Arts High with headshots.
Starting point is 00:17:43 Ew. Well, you know what high school he went to. You know the hood. I don't know what high school. Well, you didn't go to arts high which is niggas was walking around arts high with headshots yeah well you know what high school yeah you know the hood like i don't know what high school well you didn't go to high school so you wouldn't i'm talking about stop your fuck us who was actually in a famous nigga from jersey city you know what high school they went to i don't who never mind he knows we've talked about people be like, yo, he used to go to such and such. People listening, trying to talk about inside jokes. What are you talking about? But no, so, I mean, I get it. And they were saying his name is Michael Jordan.
Starting point is 00:18:12 Yeah. You know what I mean? It is easy to clown on a nigga in elementary school and your name is Michael Jordan. When you are- While Michael Jordan is Michael Jordan. And while you're the antithesis of Michael fucking Jordan. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:18:22 Okay, y'all pussyfooting around. Yeah. Bullshit. I just smell hate. y'all pussyfooting around. Yeah. Bullshit. I just smell hate. Y'all pussyfooting around. And if y'all keep going, I'm going to bomb every single person in here.
Starting point is 00:18:31 Go ahead, bombs away. So I advise you to tread softly. Tread lightly. Is he a personal friend of yours? Do you feel him? No, it's just hate. It's not hate. How much stuff each and every person
Starting point is 00:18:40 that's not in the industry had to do when they were coming up. He did what he had to do. Walk around with his when they were coming up he did what he had to do walk around with his head shots to promote he did what he had to do stop the hate take that shit off your skin not hating i'm just saying i'm just saying i'm just i'm just acknowledging why kids in high school i promise myself i'll leave you alone usually pretty cruel why they would justify calling him people that i'll leave you alone. You need to stop. Keep that energy.
Starting point is 00:19:07 You're doing 90 in a 40. Stop with the hate. That's hate. Mm-hmm. You like that other guy, his man, his co-host, whatever his name is, you like him? Jonathan Majors. Oh, he's such a great star and all this, all this. You be hyping niggas.
Starting point is 00:19:19 I might go be Jordan that nigga. We start staying with him. Go ahead, Joe. Go ahead. Get your shit off. I know you got some shit to say. You ready for this one? Let's hear it.
Starting point is 00:19:30 I wish I was doing that interview. No. I wish it was me. She was kind. She was nice about it. She was hospitable. She took the zest. Boy, did he have a fully automatic, a fully automatic zest.
Starting point is 00:19:52 He was zesty. And I said, wasn't that you? I don't, I think, wasn't it you that called me, right? One time in 1998. Now look. He looked at a girl like, now look at where we are. That's what he did. Oh, shade.
Starting point is 00:20:13 Oh, shade. I wish it had been me. So he could have said, didn't you call me? So they didn't. Not call. No, nigga. You are corny still. You a corny ass nigga.
Starting point is 00:20:28 Now, let's get to the real talk. Why do people get so offended at corny? Michael B. Jordan is corny. There's nothing wrong with corny. But why do he think because he succeeded that he's not corny? You can't say it's not wrong with corny when you're giving it a negative connotation. Who's giving it a negative connotation?
Starting point is 00:20:51 You just said, nigga, you corny. Today, you still are corny. Where's the negative connotation in that? He is corny. Calling a nigga corny is a slight. And you might say he corny, but he don't think he corny. But he know he corny.
Starting point is 00:21:06 It's the Russell Wilson argument all over again. It's the same shit. You having a voice, how should we expect of people that don't think he's corny? And it's not the same shit. It is? It is. I don't think it's the same. Michael B. Jordan, people have seen growing up.
Starting point is 00:21:21 Russell Wilson, nobody has seen him growing up. They got pictures of him walking around with his veryperry top. He's on my pictures. But now you're telling me about pictures. I'm talking about what the world saw. We wasn't with him in high school. We didn't see scrawny Russell Wilson trying to become a football player so we could down him. I'm sure he experienced that. But we didn't watch it as en masse like we did with Michael B. Jordan.
Starting point is 00:21:42 If Michael B. Jordan just popped up like Wakanda Michael B. Jordan, I don't think the whole universe would be calling him corny. Agreed. He don't look or act corny today. But we've seen him long enough to know you tag corny. How was Drake and Degrassi, Joe?
Starting point is 00:22:00 Great example. How was Drake and Degrassi, Joe? Great example. And you can't say, yo, you just popped up. Was it a great example or what? Y'all didn't say a point. How was Drake and Degrassi? Amazing. Great example. And you can't say, yo, you just popped up. Was it a great example or what? Y'all didn't say a point. I'm asking you, how was Drake and Degrassi, Joe? I don't watch them London shows.
Starting point is 00:22:12 Okay, Drake. I don't know why you look like that to me. Do I look like a nigga that watched Degrassi? Yes. You watched Degrassi-ish? Tell me about episode three, season two, nigga. Degrassi. I hate when a nigga get popping over here in America.
Starting point is 00:22:25 Now you know it's always Degrassi. Shut the fuck up. How was he and Degrassi. I hate when they can get popping over here in America. Now you know it's all Degrassi. Shut the fuck up. How was he in Degrassi? I don't know. You saw the pictures. You tell me. You was watching all that shit. You saw the pictures.
Starting point is 00:22:31 You saw the afro. You saw the baggy pants. He lost his watch to Bishop Regante in a dice game and all YouTube looking crazy. Can I tell you why that's a bad example too now? Because I see where you're trying to go. I'm not going nowhere. I'm showing you hypocrisy or hypocrisy. Can I tell you why that's a bad example too? Michael B. Jordan fucked your bitches. That's what bad example too now because I see where you're trying to go. I'm not going nowhere. I'm showing you hypocrisy. You're a hypocrite. Can I tell you why that's a bad example too?
Starting point is 00:22:47 You mad because Michael B. Jordan fucked your bitches. That's what it is and you hating on the nigga. The corny nigga from the wire came up and fucked your bitch, nigga. And that's how I feel, nigga. Yo, I have very...
Starting point is 00:22:57 Michael B. Jordan? I don't know what he's talking about. Why he mad? He don't explain. But if he did, I'm mad Eskimo brothers on flyweight. I was about to say that. That's a bad example to say that. I'm going to be no issue flyweight. I was about to say that. That's a bad example to say.
Starting point is 00:23:06 There would be no issue with me. That's a real bad example. That's a horrible one. Shit, I'd be trying to kick in the door. Hey, what's going on in here? That's a fact. I don't think right. But what was I saying?
Starting point is 00:23:16 What was I saying? Why is Drake and Degrassi a bad example? Respectfully, Drake is Jewish and Canadian. Okay. Bring the goalpost back back bring it back see i don't like when y'all do that i'm very serious about identifying the differences between michael b jordan being called corny his whole career and these people that y'all are naming so wait hold, hold on one second here, because you know I have. So Canadians are corny? Are you saying Canadians are corny? No, I'm saying y'all are Canadian.
Starting point is 00:23:54 So what the fuck does that mean? And to Americans. That's a verb. He used Canadian as a verb. What the fuck does that mean? It means that in America, you get a Canadian pass for at least four goals around the board. Why are you freestyling?
Starting point is 00:24:10 Like, you really a rapper, bro. At least four goals around the Monopoly board. If you do some fuck shit, an American is going to say, all right, well, they're Canadian. That's not true, man. We all have problems at the border. All right. We got beef in Canada. All right, you know what?
Starting point is 00:24:25 I'm muting up For the rest of the topic I see all of y'all Are here to lie today Which makes my truth Sound truthier So I'm shutting up That's fine Come on
Starting point is 00:24:32 I ain't gonna lie You're tactics Let me shut up Come on We left some beat on the end So we can loop these lies Come on get the lies off I just look at it like this
Starting point is 00:24:42 A nigga be living They journey And doing they thing And once they get popular And they get up Everybody wanna double back And be like yo that nigga is him I agree
Starting point is 00:24:51 You wouldn't talk to that nigga If he wasn't rich I said this shit before With the Russell Wilson shit Like yo we do all this frontin' For men once they get on They would definitely talk to him If he wasn't rich
Starting point is 00:25:00 Talk to who? Mike B. Jordan Nigga looks great He's Cause he's Extraordinarily attractive He looks great They. Talk to him. Michael B. Jordan. Nigga looks great. Because he's extraordinarily attractive. He looks great. They would talk to him without money. He grew up.
Starting point is 00:25:11 Mm-hmm. Yeah. There's very few women that can. The money make you look a certain way. You know that, right? No, I'm not. Listen. Oh, brother. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:25:17 I just told you. My mom said that about you. You ain't want to hear it. And I hate to tell you, I don't know if these bitches would be running behind him if he wasn't Michael B. Jordan well hold on he fine if he was Michael B. Jordan
Starting point is 00:25:28 the accountant I don't think they running behind him the same way fuck out of here no they're not no they're not in his accountant life I think he would have
Starting point is 00:25:35 a lot of them but I don't want us to go off on a tangent no he'd still have he'd still have magic you know what who would have been a good example
Starting point is 00:25:43 y'all keep bringing up these names Nick Cannon to me would have been the perfect example? Y'all keep bringing up these names. Nick Cannon, to me, would have been the perfect example. Why? They used to call him corny. Because he was corny his entire career. Every career change. Up, up, up, up, up.
Starting point is 00:25:54 When do you see him respond to it today? I don't know. I've never. You don't necessarily see him respond to it. You don't respond to it. He has responded before a long time ago. I'm sure he has. But we asked him about it here.
Starting point is 00:26:05 So he has no problem speaking about it. And what was his response? Some fly, some well-mean, some Leo DiCaprio type shit. He said some other shit, too. But that's some Leo shit, literally. Yeah, but that's my point about, OK, let's do it. He's not, he is corny, but corny is a slight. You're comparing Nick Cannon.
Starting point is 00:26:23 I'm comparing what? That has 25 years in the industry and been on top for a very, very, very long time, underratedly, to Michael B. Jordan. Seeing somebody that he grew up with that he heard called him corny. And now this is the first time I've been face to face with you. Well, no, you corny ass nigga, because she ain't even say it. Let me finish. No, you corny ass nigga, because she ain't even say it. So you didn't hear it. She said me finish. No, you corny ass nigga because she ain't even say it. But she stood on it, though. So you didn't hear it.
Starting point is 00:26:46 She said we said. She did say we said. No, I'm talking to him now. No, but my point is this. Now look how the tables have turned. You sitting here kissing my ass, interviewing me, and that's how he feels. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:26:58 And I ain't going to say kissing his ass. Wait, wait. And that makes him a corny nigga. That's corny. That makes him a corny nigga. Like I corny. That makes him a corny nigga, like I keep saying about this nigga Faber. So can I tell a story? Hold up.
Starting point is 00:27:10 She is there doing her job. True. That's what she's there doing. I'm agreeing with you. She's not there. So when you say kissing his ass, I don't take it that way. I don't even know if she really...
Starting point is 00:27:20 I want to retract that, because she wasn't kissing his ass. She was definitely doing her job. But again, now we... Very professional. Now we... And how she handled it... Through the zest. It his ass. She was definitely doing her job. But again, Very professional. And how she handled it and pivoted,
Starting point is 00:27:27 it was dope. So now we face to face. I feel like I want to get my shit off. That's a possibility. A lot of people do that in the industry. So let me tell you. Dog, you doing that to a girl is some corny nigga shit.
Starting point is 00:27:38 I can see that. You being Michael B. Jordan today, allegedly sexiest man alive in all of these blockbuster movies during your highlight week you've probably never been more visible than you are right this second and that's what you do to her and if I bring back them white girl
Starting point is 00:27:54 rumors then it's going to sound even crazier then it's going to sound crazier because why are you talking to our sisters like that on the red carpet we don't even talk to white bitches like that but I'm not going to make it racy they say I make everything racy that was corny of him to speak to that girl like that I'm not disagreeing I would I would have made Michael B Jordan that's why niggas call you corn here I would have made a joke
Starting point is 00:28:12 off here like word hey Creed hey what's this niggas name I want to do that hey Creed in case you were confused that corny ass shit you did is why niggas think you corny yeah in case you were off a little bit as did is why niggas think you corny. Yeah. In case you were off a little bit as to why you niggas keep thinking that money hides corny. But you just said corny, not negative. I don't. You see what I'm saying? Like, yo, you just said corny is not negative.
Starting point is 00:28:40 You said, I don't think it's negative. What Roy said, this one of the moments. Because it's your perception of the word. I'm telling you about mine. I'm telling you my perception of that word. As another nigga they've called corny his whole career. It's not that. Is there different levels of corniness?
Starting point is 00:28:58 Corny's in the eye of the beholder. Okay, here's the thing. What you're talking about in terms of this particular exchange between L'Oreal and Michael B. Jordan, the fact that being rich, famous, accomplished, et cetera, he still remembers that fucking slight from years ago. Nothing wrong with that. It's the way he addressed it. But having the wherewithal to address it on a red carpet. To a girl.
Starting point is 00:29:22 To a girl. So is that cool? If it was a dude and he wanted to do that i have no problem right because that's different a little bit i wouldn't have did it in the serious fashion i wouldn't have did it i would have did it off camera and shout out to her for being professional she navigated right through that shout out to her but so is so when so in calling him corny during that moment is that the same level of corniness that is oftentimes thrown at Russell Wilson? He's just a perfect example. Or Nick Cannon.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Is corniness referred to in the same way in these, you know, with these two different people? See, I think there's two different cornies. We're also spending too much time on corny. But the two cornies I think there are is the corny that guys call you and the corny that girls call you. Okay. And I think sometimes they intersect. Sometimes they intersect. We really don't want to have this conversation,
Starting point is 00:30:13 but we can have it on Patreon. That's our community that call them niggas corny. That's a fact. That's our community that calls Nick Cannon corny. That's our community that calls him corny. Because we got this obsession with street shit. Because if these niggas don't personify anything negative or street or whatever, then you're a corny. That's our community. Because we got this obsession with street shit. Because if these niggas don't personify anything negative
Starting point is 00:30:25 or street or whatever, then you're a corny nigga. I'm going to argue that. I would love to. I don't want to have this conversation. I don't want to have this conversation. Smoke your boots. Shut up. We can unpack it on Patreon.
Starting point is 00:30:40 I would love to give a round. Go to us for the opinion on what's fly and what ain't fly. Period. What does that mean? So for y'all to say we the only ones
Starting point is 00:30:51 to be calling something corny. Well, we tag corny. We also tag fly. We tag the shit. There is nobody else where they come out
Starting point is 00:30:59 and say some shit and that's what it is. That's us. That's a power. You ain't about to make me feel guilty over the power. So, but you could misuse power. Well, true, but it's still power. Alright, so
Starting point is 00:31:09 what's your point? What's yours? Donald Trump. What's yours in saying that only black people call something corny? Alright, well that don't say that at all. That's not what I said. They say I'll bail you out, so I'm going to shut up. Yeah, that's not what I said. They say. No, you do. No, I don't. He tells the truth. You do, but I tell the truth. So you bail him out again. I tell the truth. For him. We could speak to him without you. No, you do. No, I don't. He tells the truth. You do. I tell the truth. So you're bailing him out again. I tell the truth.
Starting point is 00:31:25 We can speak to him without you. Look, he's still talking. Because I'm a member of the pod, Joseph. I'm shutting up. I speak. Go ahead, yo. And if you misquoted me, he's saying no. I ain't with your shit today.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Me neither. All right, cool. That's why I'm here. Me too. I'm still talking to him. And I'm talking to you. All right, so I'm shutting up so you can talk. I'm just telling you.
Starting point is 00:31:44 I'm going to speak to you, though. Dog, my thing is this. Fam, I didn't say what you said. I'm saying in our community, dudes that don't possess any street acumen or any street accolades, we personify them as corny. Ace, you're talking about such a small sample of people. You always do that. You always take like a shoebox sample size and make it whole.
Starting point is 00:32:03 Our community, which we talk about every single week on this fucking podcast, is not a shoebox sample size and make it whole our community which we talk about every single week on this fucking podcast it's not a shoebox community it's a community that we are that we are reaching out to that you be referring to is not the same our community i'll be referring to the our community you speak about that's calling anybody corny is a what percentage of the black community i don't know so then why are you talking about it because we talking about it in a general term and in a general when you say you a general term. But when you say we. Stop, you asked me a question. Let me answer you.
Starting point is 00:32:26 But when you say we. Let me answer you, please. When I say we. Either one of y'all can answer me. I can. I can. Anyway, dog, when you talk about we, we are generalizing. So when you say we and you start talking about they call Nick Cannon corny, what we are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:32:41 And what percentage are you talking about? Because white people wasn't calling him corny. Never. They accepted that nigga like a golden boy yes they did so when you say we nigga i'm talking about us as a whole and you know the weed that i'm talking about but what percentage is that i don't know i don't have the factual basis for it i know when we speak we and we collectively don't have a factual neither do you joe percent but i'm not saying that as a whole we do something and anytime black community top come up, you start getting tight talking about, oh, we ain't going to talk about it here. We'll talk about it on Patreon.
Starting point is 00:33:10 But that's what we do. Well, when you start talking about what we do as a whole, I want to hear the percentage of people that do that. All right. So I want you to start standing on your percentages, too, nigga, when you bring up we as a whole. Ask me. You don't know. I try not to speak about us as a whole. All right.
Starting point is 00:33:23 You got it, bro. Thank you, Newark Couch. Anything more from this section? Semantic man. Excellent. What else we got? Hell, okay. Can we give a round of applause to Zendaya,
Starting point is 00:33:33 who's apparently going to be making $1 million in the episode for Euphoria? Okay. I mean. She kills that. She kills that role. Yeah, she does. She does. She really, really does.
Starting point is 00:33:42 And I just also have to say, oh, my God, award show season. Oh, my God. She is every fucking thing. Sorry. I know it's all guys. You don't give a shit. But she is just stunning. She's just so amazing.
Starting point is 00:33:59 I'm such a stan for her. That's it. And they said behind the scenes, she really be pushing for all black everything. Like, yo, I want black makeup. I want black... She be using her power to support and lift up mad... Shout out to her.
Starting point is 00:34:11 You know what I'm saying? Shit, like, nope, I want all black makeup. I want all black this. I want all black photographers and be forcing niggas to adhere to what she wants. And that is huge
Starting point is 00:34:20 in the entertainment community when it comes to crew, when it comes to crew. When it comes to glam squads like hair and makeup. They are treated like freshly laid
Starting point is 00:34:31 fucking shit. And she made to use your power like that. That is so fucking commendable. She's so young. Like she's just
Starting point is 00:34:38 a fucking powerhouse. I love her. She deserves every single dollar that they're going to give her. Exactly. Millionaire. does everybody watch
Starting point is 00:34:48 Euphoria by the way I do yeah yeah they love that yeah Parks loves Euphoria you guys don't I never saw it I saw it first season
Starting point is 00:34:54 I saw one episode but it kinda wasn't my thing but Parks he's been telling us he loves that show you watch the tour or you ain't never watched
Starting point is 00:35:03 I don't watch that show ever I thought you came in and was talking about it too never He loves that show. Yeah. You watch his tour? You ain't never watched it? I don't watch that show. Ever? I thought you came in and was talking about it too. Never. Oh, we might have dissed it. I know we talked about it. I know we talked about it.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I ain't never talked about it. No, I know we talked about it, but I ain't know what side of the fence you was on. I might not have been so team Zendaya when that dropped. I think you did this. It was like kids.
Starting point is 00:35:25 I wasn't pro-euphoria because of the subject matter with the kids in high school. So I think me and you might have stood on the same side of that. Yeah, I was on that. Maybe. You were a fan of the movie
Starting point is 00:35:34 that she was in. I forgot what that was. Love that movie with John. John David Washington? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love that movie. Oh, I thought y'all was talking about Spider-Man.
Starting point is 00:35:42 Oh, no. She was in Spider-Man, nigga. Yeah, she was. And a major character. And her manMan. Oh, no. She was in Spider-Man, nigga. Yeah, she was. And a major character. And her man is in that, too. She was in Spider-Man. Yeah. That's all.
Starting point is 00:35:50 All three of them. Spider-Man. Tom Holland. Speaking of Spider-Man, Mayno. Oh, my goodness gracious. Mayno. Recently. Out here webbing these niggas up.
Starting point is 00:36:06 She just said Tom Holland listen okay I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:11 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:11 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:11 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:11 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:12 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:12 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:12 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm
Starting point is 00:36:12 I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm At Daniel Leathers Fashion Week event. And a skit guy was there. I don't know his name. I forgot. I saw his name. I don't care about it. I don't care who he is. But good family. He's doing great.
Starting point is 00:36:38 And they did a skit that Mano says was a skit all the way through. Oh, okay. Yeah, he says it was a skit. He said it was a skit all the way through. Oh, okay. Yeah, he says it was a skit. He stressed it was a skit. He said it was a skit with Angela Yee. He said it was a skit with somebody else. I think I have some audio. Let's try to see here. I thought it was COE.
Starting point is 00:36:54 Gone wrong. No, it's still COE. Gone wrong. No, it's not. It's gone right. We're talking about it. For the YouTuber, even if it's not a skit, it's gone right. I'm kind of curious to hear Flip's opinion on this.
Starting point is 00:37:08 I guess that's what you say. No, I'm talking about from the perspective. The owner said that this prank was, you know, well, that this whole scenario with the choking thing was a prank. Yeah. Now, if it was a prank, let's be real, how come this young man didn't post it on his social media? He didn't. I don't know. The whole thing is about making it look real
Starting point is 00:37:26 right so you want to make it look as authentic as possible right shout out to me no thanks shout out to me crazy i'm not even angry i'm just i'm just in mode so that means that you might be taking more roles like in movies now or whatever moves. Also, just putting it out there, even though it was a prank, a lot of people are giving you backlash. Any regrets on how you reacted? We don't worry about no backlash because let me tell you why. You go up, they tell you you should have went down. You go to the left, they say you should have went right.
Starting point is 00:37:57 No matter what, people are going to always have something to say. It's always going to be somebody that's standing against your action. No matter what your action is, they're going to stand against it. I said it was a skit. It was a skit. So you're not concerned about... So the kid name is Booba 100X. Joe.
Starting point is 00:38:16 And Booba does skits, and his objective is to get reactions out of people. Right. Now... Oh, thank you for breaking that down for us. A lot of people tag me in the video because obviously me and Mando got a lot of skits. But it's a difference. You know what I mean? But shout out to Boobo.
Starting point is 00:38:30 Oh, you're trying to highlight yourself. Got it. No, I'm not trying to highlight myself. I feel like it is a skit. And I feel like Mando probably was aware of who he was and decided to take it where he took it. Thank you. Thank you for breaking that down.
Starting point is 00:38:42 Appreciate that. Are you being sarcastic? No, I'm not. All right. Because we not for breaking that down. Appreciate that. Are you being sarcastic? No, I'm not. All right. Because we not for your shit today. I'm from Newark today. We not for your shit today. All that sarcasm out the window.
Starting point is 00:38:57 I'll take all you niggas. Go ahead and move to Newark, nigga. You start shaking. I see you. You get mad, you start to shake. Slow down, my man. Yeah, because I can't control myself. Yeah, I saw you. I watched your ass. Slow down. I got to get up, nigga. You start shaking. I see you. You get mad, you start to shake. Slow down, my man. Yeah, because I can't control myself. Yeah, I saw you.
Starting point is 00:39:05 I watched you just now. Slow down. I got to get up, flip this whole couch over. I can't control him like the Hulk. So, Maino performed the whole way through. Do you guys have anything to say about? Shout out to Maino Denzel. Great, great acting job.
Starting point is 00:39:20 No doubt. Yeah. I bet you it won't be a part two to that skit. But here's the thing. Even if it's not a skit, I'm going to say it's a skit if I'm right. No doubt. Yeah. I bet you it won't be a part two to that skit. But here's the thing. Even if it's not a skit, I'm going to say it's a skit if I'm right. Shout out to the young homie,
Starting point is 00:39:30 man, you know, because I'm known for those type of skits and I understand it. Have you ever gotten in one of those situations? A lot of situations.
Starting point is 00:39:38 It don't go like that all the way, but a lot. You know, I was tied up in Jamaica. I've been through a lot of stuff. I'm sorry?
Starting point is 00:39:44 Physically tied up? Yeah, but at the same time is that this is what you have to... How is he just going to fucking glaze over that shit? This is what you have to go through. Jamaica, Queens or Jamaica, the island?
Starting point is 00:39:51 No, Jamaica, the island. Jamaica, the island. But also, a lot of times this is why I was successful because people, when they saw me, they knew what it was, right? So they prepared themselves.
Starting point is 00:40:01 So I didn't have to arrange it. So that's like Joe somewhere. He see me. He be like, yo, Flip, come on, Flip. And if I start to go like this, they know what time it is. So they play along. A lot of times I think they play along and I'm scared. But you got to have a rapport with niggas to do that.
Starting point is 00:40:16 Yeah, I do have a rapport. You can't just be doing that. In the beginning, I was, though. You don't have a rapport with them. You just wilding out? In the beginning, I was until it started happening to me that I didn't like it. What you mean? People was wilding out on, until it started happening to me, then I didn't like it. What do you mean? People was wiling out on you?
Starting point is 00:40:28 Like, they were touching me, grabbing me. Like, what's up, Flip? Touching your where? My shirt. Point out the doll where they touched you. Even at the event that just passed.
Starting point is 00:40:38 They would just be touching you. At the event, when I was waiting for him upstairs, the guy had the camera like this, doing the same thing I did. I did the skip like in 2016, but he had the camera like this, doing the same thing I did. I did the skit like in 2016, but he said, look at this nigga Queens flip. Now, I felt myself getting
Starting point is 00:40:49 aggravated, and I was counting. I said, why you doing that? And I grabbed his phone upstairs at the Remy event, but then I talked in the camera, and I played it off, and he started to laugh. So, you know, sometimes you have to find a medium, but sometimes you gotta know who to play with. Like, you took it that way, but the next
Starting point is 00:41:06 person you run up on somebody else like that with, yo, look at this sucker nigga and all of this, it might go a different direction. Hold on, he didn't say sucker. He said, look at this funny nigga in Queensville. Funny nigga, excuse me. He didn't say sucker. Come on. I wasn't. I wasn't trying to do that. You're free. You said you was a nuke boy today.
Starting point is 00:41:23 But no, straight up, if you run up on the wrong person like that, they might not choke the shit out of you. In the beginning stages, it happened. You know what I mean? I'm not gonna lie. There's a lot of scuffles that I got into with a lot of people. We got it, dog.
Starting point is 00:41:34 We talking about Bubba. Yeah, Bubba, shout out to him. Why? Because he's out here creating content. COE. COE. No. Oh, you EOC today.
Starting point is 00:41:43 I'm not shouting that doofy shit out that nigga did Well See how I don't get that I'm not shouting nothing out about that How you content over everything And then against that That's the same
Starting point is 00:41:52 That's all in line Hypocrisy That's all in line with that shit Because content over everything Has a context to it And if you're not intelligent enough To get the context That comes with that
Starting point is 00:42:01 Then you end up doing shit like that That'll lose you your life I honestly think Some of these niggas Don't mind the ass whooping Or whatever that comes with that, then you end up doing shit like that that'll lose you your life. I honestly think some of these niggas don't mind the ass whooping or whatever that come with it as long as they get some content out of it. But if you're asking me who is content over everything,
Starting point is 00:42:12 I'm not content over my life or yours. Then it's not everything. Or anybody else's. It's a phrase. It's a phrase to you. I just think that. But Joe, I'm not trying to be funny. Some of these niggas
Starting point is 00:42:23 really move content over everything. Do you think that he went into that situation thinking that that would happen just think that. But, Joe, I'm not trying to be funny. Some of these niggas really move content over everything. You think that he went into that situation thinking that that would happen. Watch it. Like I said, Maino got a lot of skits out. I'm so glad he did it to Maino. You better be glad. And I like that it's Maino. Like, I think that God has just a funny way of just doing shit up there.
Starting point is 00:42:43 And I think it's going to always be Maino. What, Jim? I think, my pick is Maino. In 2010, when y'all was running around with your camera phones in the mall, it was Maino.
Starting point is 00:42:56 It was Maino. It was Maino that came and found y'all and tried to save y'all and say, yo, you're going to get hurt. You better be glad it was me and not somebody else because this wouldn't have happened.
Starting point is 00:43:07 I've seen some other videos that I won't mention where it was Maino to say, chill out. I know what you're talking about. I know what you're talking about. Actually, now that I'm in this rant, there's some celebrities out there also that Maino had a nice talking to, to say chill out with certain things. Man, here we are again, 2023. And it's Maino.
Starting point is 00:43:34 And it's Maino again. I love that. I love that. He clears things up. Yeah. You need the guy that clears things up. A little straightening. The funniest part about that clip wasn't even Meno to me.
Starting point is 00:43:45 It was everybody else in the room. See, that's what I like watching when shit pop off. I was like, damn. All right. That's Jan. They just look like,
Starting point is 00:43:57 damn, man. I wonder what he did. All right. I was watching the video counting where dude, I mean, I didn't think it was a skit.
Starting point is 00:44:04 I'm like, how'd you not catch this? Nah. He gave him so many clues. And this is what happens. That dude ain't from that, and he didn't know the clues was, yo, when I put my arm on your shoulder and start massaging you, it's like, yo, stop, yo. Chill out.
Starting point is 00:44:18 I see where you going. That's why I be like this. You got to do this. You have to. But when dude went like, when Mando went like this and was like, I was like I was like oh yeah they all of that that's it all of that that was it them clues I mean people are mad at him because he's a young kid or young whatever but I'm not mad if it was real I'm not mad at him I'm not mad at it's really fake I'm not mad at him you asked the wrong it wasn't people said
Starting point is 00:44:42 like the clip would start off saying because he asked to wear his chain that ain't where it went left say yo let's one to how bad you think I could whoop your ass Excuse me. No, I think the change report the change What size you wearing and even that what size thing is you know, it's my man oh shit you trying to put no his mom's Rest in peace. Are you playing with me now? No. His mom's. Rest in peace.
Starting point is 00:45:04 Are you playing with me now? I ain't even know that part. Yes. He has a portrait of his mom's on his chain. Again, I ain't even know that part. You see what I'm saying? He handled it with the utmost. Oh, yeah. He would have got the extended skit.
Starting point is 00:45:16 The portrait, the remix, the beatbox. Again, this is the same main note that him and Murder got a record called Worldstar where they literally are talking about, hey, we will beat your ass, film it, and put it on Worldstar for you. We'll make you famous. We are the right ones to try. We will make you famous. It's a whole song about it. Maino, I liked your skit with the owner of Zeus, too, a couple months back. You got a lot of skits I like.
Starting point is 00:45:43 See, I must be your biggest fan. Nobody knows your skits like me. I didn't know that skit. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. They both came out the next day and said it was a skit. I like that. That shit fire to me. I like it when real niggas can use it, but I don't like it.
Starting point is 00:46:02 Because you don't know what's real and what's fake. And we already entering this age of AI where you're you don't know what's real and what's fake. And we already entering this age of AI where you're not going to know what's real and what's fake. Yeah. Fair enough. They already got this clip going around of this dude making himself sound like Kendrick, rapping
Starting point is 00:46:17 over beats. He really does sound like Kendrick, just like him. Oh no, I went down a little rabbit hole yesterday. It's a page. It's a parody page. Now, you know, on Twitter, in order to not get suspended, you have to actually say that you're a parody page now.
Starting point is 00:46:35 But people don't read bios and shit. So you see something with a little bit of traction. It was a sit-down interview of Karl Malone, but they voiceover it, and they used Karl Malone's voice, and he was saying some wild, flagrant shit about age ain't nothing but a number, if she this, this, this. And people were really reacting to it, like, yo, see, he's even admitting it and going crazy.
Starting point is 00:46:53 They using this voiceover shit now. Shit's scary. Getting niggas. That's wrong. Yeah, it's wrong. But I mean, Karl Malone's a piece of shit, still. True, but yeah. Stay away from that, please.
Starting point is 00:47:04 Yeah, yeah, just move on. Indeed. I would like to see more skits in that fashion, to be shit but still true but yeah stay away from that please yeah yeah just move on indeed I would like to see more skits in that fashion by the way with that alternate ending the plant the skit dude got an ending
Starting point is 00:47:21 and the person he got an ending too he got a director's cut. The director's cut. There you go. Literally. I like that. The director's cut.
Starting point is 00:47:31 All right, what else is important or unimportant? Let's see. Dreamville Fest. Yo. You've been dying to tell us about this park. Let's hear it, man. I mean, they're building, man. We've seen it a couple years in the world where it keeps getting bigger and bigger.
Starting point is 00:47:43 Pause. And this year, it is J. Cole and Drake. It is Usher. It is Burna Boy. It is City Girl, Jesse Reyes, Lil Durk, Summer Walker, J.I.D., Glorilla, Mario. That's a nice lineup, man. For an artist-run festival?
Starting point is 00:48:03 We had this conversation last summer, and I said that his festival could potentially grow to be the next Rolling Loud or all of them, and niggas was like, no. And I said it potentially could. It's on its way. And when you got headliners like that... In terms of star power, it's on its way.
Starting point is 00:48:20 It's up there. How you feel about Gorilla being on there, Joe? I don't. I don't care. You feel like she got feel about Gorilla being on there, Joe? I don't. I don't care. You feel like she got paid good money to be on there? I'm sure. Why you asking me these stupid ass questions? I'm asking you because we had a conversation before about the club, so it just came to my
Starting point is 00:48:36 mind, but it just came to my mind. She's definitely packing our clubs too, by the way. I just wanted to ask you that. And it's not a stupid question. Watch yourself. In my conversation, just so question. Don't, you know, watch yourself. In my conversation, just so we're clear, because I know a lot of y'all
Starting point is 00:48:48 out there are stupid idiots, I said I wouldn't pay Glo Real at a 30 grand. I said nothing about how she's actually doing in the market. I don't know. You don't see her
Starting point is 00:49:01 getting that neither. That's what you also stated. This is why I came with that and I asked you the question. You stated that. If you didn't state that, then I wouldn't have asked you the question. Okay. Do you have me saying it right now? Or do I just have to take your word?
Starting point is 00:49:14 I can find it later. Okay. When you find it, text it to me, all right? No, I'll... I'm sure she got paid well. She's going to be great in a festival setting for sure. Absolutely. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:49:23 Like, she's only got a couple hits so far. Where's the festival? North Carolina. Raleigh. It's a hometown. That's where you're from. How many nights, Parks? Is it a weekend?
Starting point is 00:49:34 Yeah, it's a weekend. It's a weekend. Nice. You got a date? I will get to in one second. You trying to go? I might. April 1st and 2nd
Starting point is 00:49:45 Saturday Sunday oh just two days yeah that's dope that's a hell of a fucking lineup that's a nice lineup salute to J Cole
Starting point is 00:49:52 and it's a good weekend nobody's doing anything April 1st and April 2nd that's true yeah so he'll get his shit out the way early before festival season
Starting point is 00:50:00 really really kicks in that's dope go J Cole yeah salute salute to him him and Drake great awesome word I wonder festival season really, really kicks in. That's dope. Go J. Cole. Yeah, salute. Him and Drake, great. Awesome. They're billed as co-headliners. I wonder how they're going to do that. It's like J. Cole plus Drake.
Starting point is 00:50:14 It's like everyone else who is of that magnitude. So J. Cole first. Oh, you're talking about who first? Yeah, J. Cole first, then Drake will come out and he'll give the speech that he gives. No, just stop. Stop everything. DJ, hold up out, and he'll give the speech that he gives. No, just stop. Stop everything. DJ, hold up.
Starting point is 00:50:28 I want to say this in front of his fans. This brother right here. I wouldn't even be doing music today if it wasn't for this brother right here. Yeah, these niggas. It's me to corn. You watch his Yachty interview? And then what, close it out when they rush? No, because I wish they'd fucking stop being losers.
Starting point is 00:50:51 I don't understand. I don't understand. It was kind of entertaining. They have to stop it. You don't like their little friendship? No, I'm not mad at that. I'm not mad at their friendship. But doing an interview on the beach?
Starting point is 00:51:04 Not mad at that either. If you want to do an interview on the their friendship but doing an interview on the beach not mad at that either if you want to do a video interview on the beach and do an interview on the beach but to do the interview on the beach with it looking the way it's looking and then y'all chop and give us three minute and five minute pieces of beach stuff every other day it's like dog you know why content over everything everything? No, I'm just saying you got to play the algorithm game. Also though,
Starting point is 00:51:27 also though, this is why it's funnier. When you get to like Drake level, Drake and Beyonce and them control their media. Fact.
Starting point is 00:51:40 When you know that, when you receive the Drake media and read it, it's the funniest thing in the world. The list of questions and all that stuff. Just the news that comes out on Drake when Drake releases the Drake interview. Drake says that he felt bad about all of those girls. It'd be something like, what was that shit the other day?
Starting point is 00:52:04 Drake is thinking about retiring. So it's like, gracefully, gracefully bowing out or some shit. It's like, I want to throw the phone, yo.
Starting point is 00:52:13 Stop it. Stop. Stop. Do a real interview. Look, now they're going to think I'm begging. Now they're going to think
Starting point is 00:52:20 I'm begging for an interview. Hell no, he ain't doing a real interview. I'm not begging for an interview, but drop it like a real interview drops. Stop doing this. Drake says that blueberry muffins are and have always been overrated. Like, yo, nigga, can we ask you some questions or what?
Starting point is 00:52:36 Nope. We got shit to get to. Do you think he's avoiding you? No, because I don't want to spill his business, but there was a fly idea floating around about just some shit that I can't say. So I won't say. So I don't think he's avoiding me. Okay. He's not avoiding anybody because he releases his own media.
Starting point is 00:52:54 Right. But I mean, like when you're being, when you choose who you're being interviewed with, then you, in essence, are controlling. No, it's no. in essence are controlling no it's no I'm saying if him and Oprah sit down and Oprah does the interview Drake is keeping the fouls and
Starting point is 00:53:12 Oprah's leaving and now Drake will distribute this Oprah video the parts that he likes the way that he likes Drake tells Oprah last week was hard for him. Ah, brother.
Starting point is 00:53:28 Anyway. But again, but you know that's, like you said, because he's releasing this shit, that's why we'll never get a real candid Drake interview. We're not going to get that.
Starting point is 00:53:37 He's not going to give it up. Never. He'll get it, but it'll be in 10 more years. 20 more years. Drake says it's getting tougher to believe in love. What would be the first, if you land the interview, what would be four top questions you'd ask him?
Starting point is 00:53:55 Don't say that to me. Don't land, if you land the interview. If you're lucky enough to land the interview what would you ask her why don't I say it now so all the bum ass copycat journalist niggas that follow me can write it down and steal my shit if they see him scream it from across the street
Starting point is 00:54:15 in Miami no no why don't I save my IP for my IP I got it. I got it. All right. Well, congratulations to Kiki Palmer.
Starting point is 00:54:28 She gave birth to a son. Your news is so girly. I mean, can we not? We have to acknowledge Kiki Palmer. Everybody loves her. She's like our Julia Roberts. Everybody does not love her. Who doesn't like Kiki Palmer?
Starting point is 00:54:44 What the fuck? Who are you people? I like Kiki Palmer? What the fuck? Who are you people? I like Kiki Palmer Thank you I do too Yeah she cool Okay Does she do anything to anybody in this room?
Starting point is 00:54:52 Not to me Okay so I don't know I don't know But I'm just tired of everybody saying That everybody likes these Disney people It's Disney No
Starting point is 00:55:03 Y'all don't know nothing about these people okay no what do y'all know about kiki palmer people what do y'all know about joe neil monae people like kiki palmer she is a pretty candid person she puts her cut her she puts her life out there how is she candid is it because you talk about her skin condition yeah that's why she's candid no i'm just i'm just talking i'm just talking about because she opened up about her skin condition and i'm she's no candid with that yes a lot of things she seems to live her life in a very authentic manner she is extremely likable person she's uh she's like our you know like a budding julia roberts you know that's that's just how she's collectively viewed.
Starting point is 00:55:45 Don't shit on me. I know the fuck I'm talking about. My bad. I was trying to. I was really trying to hold it. Because everything you said, like she's an easily likable person, we don't fucking know her. At all. We don't know her. Do you ever hear rumors that Keke Palmer is a piece of shit behind the fucking scenes?
Starting point is 00:56:00 Is that what we're going home from? No. Do you ever hear the rumors? No. She is. She is. Where would we hear the rumors from? No. Do you ever hear the rumors? No. She is. She is. Where would we hear the rumors from? We'd be at Starlet's.
Starting point is 00:56:11 Who would tell us that Kiki Palmer's evil? Yo, bartender, come over here. Let me tell you, son. Kiki Palmer. That's some bullshit. All that bullshit, my nigga. Okay, let me ask a question. Let me ask a question.
Starting point is 00:56:24 Okay, hold on one fucking second here. Let me ask a question hold on one fucking second here let me ask a question have you guys ever heard the rumors about Gabrielle Union being really mean spirited behind the scenes no okay I'm talking to the wrong motherfuckers yes
Starting point is 00:56:38 but if you have the tea please take us to the next level. I'm not fucking talking about that shit. Can we just congratulate Keith? But you've already talked about it. We did. Congratulations to Keith. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:56:51 She gave birth to a son. He's healthy. She's happy. How much did y'all know about the husband or baby father before the announcement? I don't know anything about him. So then she don't live in such a candid, transparent life, right? Honestly, I have to say i was not seeking out information on her significant other oh you good okay why not okay because i
Starting point is 00:57:12 really i don't want to know about another woman's husband you know but she appears to be extremely happy she's gave birth to a happy to a healthy son i mean shit his name. I mean, shit. His name is Leotis and Drelton Jackson. Very, very black power sounding. I feel like that people that go through things like Kiki Palmer went through. You do it. They are afraid,
Starting point is 00:57:33 you know, because a lot of people are afraid to do what she did. To talk about their conditions or things that make them. Hold on, hold on, hold on real quick. Why are you breathing for, nigga?
Starting point is 00:57:42 Because you're about to banter again. I'm not, I don't give a fuck about you. A lot of people love her. No, I don't. I'm not. First of all, fuck you.
Starting point is 00:57:51 I'm going to tell you why, because I wanted to say this earlier. Never call a nigga corny and let him come up, because this is what happens. He's going to call everybody else corny, and he's going to bother everybody else, because y'all called this nigga corny. Leave this nigga alone. He's not corny, okay? So maybe he can start keeping it real and be a little more nicer. Y'all know Mike B. Jones is corny.
Starting point is 00:58:09 Stop. I'm saying people are afraid to do what Keke Palmer did. She showed her skin and said how hard it was for her. Another thing that Keke Palmer did that a lot of people were afraid to do was she called out Trey Songz, who is slowly starting to develop a reputation for allegedly being a little predatory. And she talked about it when nobody else would. Things like that, that level of candidness, fearlessness, and authenticity
Starting point is 00:58:37 is a valuable combination. And she's very easily liked. That's all I'm saying. Well, congratulations again. I was with you at the K.A. Thank you. I mean, I wanted to talk about
Starting point is 00:58:50 the birth of her son and y'all made me go down this fucking fucked up road. We made you. I'm just saying. We made it. Congratulations to her anyways.
Starting point is 00:59:00 Yo, congratulations to Dame Lillard for the 71, man. Can we bring some fucking man shit back real quick? For real? God damn it. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:59:10 She wants to watch you. Forget it. Go ahead. Dame had 41 at the half, sir. Are you guys in awe of this right now? It was impressive. 71 points. Okay.
Starting point is 00:59:24 It's a lot. Okay. I's a lot. Okay. I'm not trying to, like, just in case you know. Hey, that's pretty cute, bro. I see what you're doing. I see what you're doing now. All right, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:59:35 Get your own shit off. That's so interesting to you men. Go ahead. Come on. Come on. That is so rude Come on Drool over him Hey yo
Starting point is 00:59:47 What? You gonna say that to us? She's talking to y'all And y'all are silent Four men What would you like me to say? She's speaking to y'all Yay 71 points
Starting point is 01:00:00 That's it A woman can say that to us We can't reply Exactly Cause if we reply He's gonna go like this can say that to us. We can't reply. Exactly. Because if we reply, he's going to go like this. Yo, rewind that. Dog, you saying that, right? Let me rewind.
Starting point is 01:00:11 That's why I shut up on the Kiki Palmer topic. Because Kiki Palmer came out, did the skin shit. She was transparent about it. She was. K. Michelle came out, told y'all when she was taking that shit out of her ass she was transparent like women this is a thing that women could do where y'all could be transparent
Starting point is 01:00:30 I follow a couple girls that shape like toilets they show a picture they show a picture of their whole body I'm talking yo stop I have a point that I'm trying to get to. I'm trying to picture the toilet.
Starting point is 01:00:49 I can see it. I can see the toilet. I know a couple girls that's shaped like back teeth. Oh, man. And when they get on the Instagram with a picture of like their worst body pic ever, with like a real warm, touching caption like, for so many years I was afraid. I never let anyone know what I look like.
Starting point is 01:01:07 But now, I just want to take control of myself and my narrative. And in the comments be like, oh, you're so powerful. So when she said Kiki Pong, I'm like, well, niggas can't do that. No. I can't stand her. Hell no. Show you my birth
Starting point is 01:01:23 mark on my dick and be like, yo, this shit, I always felt insecure. Yo, man, yeah, my dick just broke to the left. And now I got my shit straightened out. And I just want to come out and say. No girls would be like, oh. Say any niggas that's hanging on the other side. He's so brave. How do we get here, Flip?
Starting point is 01:01:41 I don't know. Any niggas whose dick ain't straight. Yo, we feel for y'all Dame 71 What y'all got on him? Nothing That's great Is it a mistake fam
Starting point is 01:01:51 To be in Portland or nah? Yes or no? Just give it to me And we'll move on In today's NBA year Yeah If he values Accolades
Starting point is 01:02:00 Potential championships All that shit Like yeah I saw somebody put I saw somebody put A quick little meme up And it was like before or how it started and it was like one rookie of the year zero score in title zero championship zero MVPs zero like all the way down to say how it's going one rookie of the year. Zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero, zero.
Starting point is 01:02:25 Like, you're not doing it. In today's NBA, you got to respect him for keeping it authentic. But if he wants to win something, he'll never win it. Do you think that he pays more attention to his rap career than to... No, hell no.
Starting point is 01:02:40 He's good at both, but he's a little bit better at basketball. So that's unfortunate. A little bit better at basketball. There ain't no more homegrown teams that's built like that. So why doesn't the owner of Portland feel the need to build a super team around him? Because a lot of players nowadays have control of their careers. And they don't want to go where he is.
Starting point is 01:03:00 So if I could go to LA. He's never really in the conversations. The NBA has, they changed the rules and made some, when they were changing the rules about their contracts, they put like a super clause in the contract where if you were with the same team for a certain amount of years, you can get some inordinate amount of money that another team can't offer you.
Starting point is 01:03:17 So that's what he got. The super max. He got a super max. So he stayed in Portland for whatever it was, and he got like 500 million or 400 minutes I'm crazy do you think that that is so I do think that he feels a loyalty to the team town city organization I just think yeah and he's really a good dude in man world is that more important than titles and championships it can be it depends it depends
Starting point is 01:03:42 on a person that's a personal thing some people want a legacy to be yo he got five rings he got six rings and they'll do what cause once you get the money everybody's rich so now for some people
Starting point is 01:03:53 it's about the accolades and winning championships cause look real quick one of the knocks you see when you when you hear the LeBron versus Jordan argument
Starting point is 01:03:59 is Jordan did it all with one team LeBron had to go here to get it he formed a super team in Miami to get it then he went here and did it though he's team. Bron had to go here to get it. He formed a super team in Miami to get it. Then he went here and did it.
Starting point is 01:04:07 Though he's jumping around. So that's like the Jordan fans knocked Bron for that. That's a major knock. Like, yeah, he had to go and link up to do it. Mike stayed here and did it all right here. So it depends on what side you look at it. I still got my rings. Or I stayed loyal
Starting point is 01:04:26 and sometimes it don't play out. Some players stay loyal. Karl Maloney never won a ring. John Stockton never won a ring. Reggie Miller. Reggie Miller never won a ring. Because of Mike Joy. That's another conversation.
Starting point is 01:04:37 What you think? About Dane Miller? You think he should stay or you think he should bounce? I think he should go. He should have been left. Okay. Should have been left. Yeah. Okay. Should have been left.
Starting point is 01:04:46 Yeah, in today's NBA, it's just a different ballgame. All right, my favorite topic. Let's hear it. Natalie Nunn. Ice, did you watch the fight? You're absolutely right. Did you watch the fight? No.
Starting point is 01:05:01 Okay. How was the fight? Was it everything you thought it was going to be? No. How much was it? And who won? 30 bucks. Natalie Dunn won.
Starting point is 01:05:08 Second round. Didn't I fucking say that? I feel like I said that. I feel like I kind of said that. You might have, but from the rip, we knew something was off. Okay. How? I don't know what Tommy was on, but she was on something.
Starting point is 01:05:23 Like a substance? She might have been a little inebriated. She wasn't like, the referee's explaining the rules and she's like this. Like, she couldn't stand up straight. Tommy was drunk. Tommy was high. Tommy had an ounce of fentanyl.
Starting point is 01:05:40 It was, yeah. Tommy was staggering. Before the fight even started No, she didn't have an ounce of fentanyl, that's a joke So yeah, it was she was under some influence and that's why I'm saying get it clear clear clear. Oh she was a mess Sorry, Bob. You're disgusting after the first round No knockdowns or nothing. Referee, you go to your corner.
Starting point is 01:06:09 You come back out. She stood up, staggering, and she just laid down on the mat. And they was like, yo, she's quitting. She's not coming back. Wow. You paid $30. You ain't ask for a refund? No.
Starting point is 01:06:20 Well, that was the undercard. The Floyd fight was after that. Refund for what? And I got my money. That's what you were going to get. That's what you were going to take. Yeah, I'm going to take. That's what you were going to get. It almost looked like, because then right afterwards,
Starting point is 01:06:28 she got on her Instagram and stuff and started to say, it's chess, not checkers. What y'all think that rematch is worth? True. I was just about to say that. So it almost. That's the $35. And he's going to give you $40 more.
Starting point is 01:06:39 Oh, no, no, no. You can have it. I've spent $40 on much less bullshit. How was the Mayweather fight? We're not done with that. No, we're going to. You can have it. I've spent 40 on much less bullshit. How was the Mayweather fight? We're not done with Natalie. No, we're going to end it. I was just curious. But Natalie took that shit like she really wanted to fight.
Starting point is 01:06:54 She was training. You can tell. Yeah, because everybody said that Tommy was going to knock her out. And that she was out of her depth. She was tagging the shit out of her. I'm talking about flush, hitting, neck snapping back. She was beating her ass. all in the first round. The fight was only, I'm talking about from entry
Starting point is 01:07:11 to fight being over like eight minutes. Natalie, my co-host thinks you have hands. I don't still. Yeah, I just wanted to clear. I do not. I don't. People have been tweeting me nonstop, harassing me, warranting an apology from me.
Starting point is 01:07:32 You will not receive one. If anything, this fight has further proved my theory that that girl is a fucking mess and can't fight a lick that Natalie know. Okay. It's bad. Natalie, I'm going to celebrate your one and only fight victory
Starting point is 01:07:54 in your illustrious fighting career because you, baby, God damn it. We've seen a couple other ones that ain't go that way. Yeah, but this one Was cheating right The girl Tommy was drunk Tommy we gonna talk about you At another time
Starting point is 01:08:10 Tommy was drunk But Natalie is mad Bigger than her She's throwing her weight All on her Headlocking her Throwing her to the ground I seen enough clips at least
Starting point is 01:08:21 Yeah She's throwing that fat gnat I can't really Did y'all watch the Paul fight Paul brother No I didn't enough clips at least. Yeah. Just throwing that fat gnat. I can't really. Did y'all watch the Paul fight? Paul brother? No. No. I didn't do it.
Starting point is 01:08:30 No. I'm never going to give him my black dollar. And you know, a lot of funny shit though back. He lost though, I think.
Starting point is 01:08:37 That's messed up, right? He lost? He lost. Yeah, he lost. He did lose. I mean, he won 30 million according to him.
Starting point is 01:08:41 So, the other guy got 7 million. And got a rematch clause. Yeah, I definitely won. I think. He won $30 million, according to him. So the other guy got $7 million. And got a rematch clause. Yeah, I definitely won. I think. He won. Yo, them two, the Paul brothers, have kind of showed me. Because you know what they've been saying?
Starting point is 01:08:54 Boxing ain't really been. Once Floyd retired, the attention hasn't really been on boxing. Outside of the diehard, diehard fans. It's almost like boxing is becoming WWE. Damn. Like now you're boxing is becoming WWE. Damn. Like now you're getting, just hear me out, not fully scripted, but to where it's the entertainment side. Now you're going to grab reality TV stars and shit like this
Starting point is 01:09:16 to get the attention back on it. But there's still real boxing. Yeah, but it's like. And nothing about this event should be confused with a real boxing event or or one of the successful Jake Paul events
Starting point is 01:09:31 wait which event you talking about cause it's I'm not talking about Jake Paul I'm talking about the Natalie Nunn Floyd Mayweather fight no no no
Starting point is 01:09:41 not that no no no he was talking about the Jake Paul shit I'm talking about the Jake Paul shit I'm saying that's where boxing is. They try to get you there. Yeah, but Floyd and them tried to do a Jake. Jake Paul inspired that to me.
Starting point is 01:09:51 True. That's true. That's why it's... The one on Zeus was pure spectacle. Pure spectacle, pure theater. That's it. Let me tell you. The main event.
Starting point is 01:09:59 I know places our guys had throwing flyers up. Yo, we having a Floydyd even though it's an exhibition fight we having a floyd fight the party here the main event was five o'clock name a time you've seen a main event never never it's always like 11 p.m over here on the east coast yeah jake paul was what sunday or something that was the next day sund Sunday. Yeah, that's weird. Jake Paul and them getting to it. They are. They getting to it. I saw the fight. You watched it?
Starting point is 01:10:29 30 mil. Can you tell our audience something about it since you saw it or no? Apparently, Drake lost $400,000 on that fight betting on it. I mean, in the seventh round, he knocked Tommy down. All right, don't worry about it. It's fine. Why would you ask me to tell me not to worry about it?
Starting point is 01:10:48 Don't worry, it's fine. Because I didn't answer quick enough? No, because you're not going to get the commentator gig anyway. I can't hear you what? Nothing.
Starting point is 01:10:57 Whoa, whoa, whoa. Were you insulting me? No. Is that an insult? I'm not going to be the butt of your joke. I'm not insulting you. Are you sure?
Starting point is 01:11:09 All right, so Lotto. Lotto. Off of beef topics. Off of beef. We right here. Lotto. I wish they'd leave this girl alone. Wait, we done with Floyd?
Starting point is 01:11:20 Oh, no, we can. No, I ain't throwing. No, we ain't brushing right over there. Let's talk about the debacle that that fucking Floyd... That whole car was a debacle. Yeah, but let's talk about it. I want to talk about that part.
Starting point is 01:11:31 You know what else? Real quick, you know what else? That was the first time ever I've seen a Floyd fight in an empty arena. That's what I want to highlight. When I say... Jake Paul and the YouTuber guys that are fighting and successfully uh driving in revenue right like that is a big business cool Floyd as the biggest boxer ever
Starting point is 01:11:57 I could see him seeing that template and saying why am I why would i not do this i don't want to fight for real but i can keep doing my exhibition thing i can go over here i can see his team saying we need a building of that could fit 20 000 people uh but where did they go wrong for the event to go like that with floyd mayweather being involved now i'm not knocking him because i think he owns zeus now i still think that he didn't take it he said that he didn't I still think that. He didn't take the L. He said that. He didn't take the L. No, not him. He didn't take the L, for sure.
Starting point is 01:12:28 But, yeah, somebody didn't recoup. I don't feel like I saw a lot of promotion. It wasn't that much promotion. If it wasn't for this podcast, I wouldn't even know Nate was fighting. I feel like I saw more promotion for the Korean or whoever he fought a couple years ago than I saw for this. And that wasn't even televised, I don't think. There was a lot of, I mean, there was social media promotion,
Starting point is 01:12:50 but that's... I didn't see much. And unless you watch, unless you subscribe to Zeus, that's probably where all the advertisement was. It was. Where else would it be? You couldn't open a Zeus app. Right.
Starting point is 01:13:02 And there you go. It was everywhere. I think that's where they went wrong. But I'm talking about the Paul brothers even in person like even Floyd fights bring folks out based on promo where was the fight people didn't know London people didn't know he was having a fight but people in the UK don't like well he wasn't having a fight that's that's the other problem exhibition whatever the case may be yeah but still even in that just went to it. See, hold up.
Starting point is 01:13:25 Because with Jake Paul, at least you knew the other dude all the time. No matter where you knew him from, you knew who the other dude was. So they selling it, a competent dude? You want to see this person fight this person. Yeah. With Floyd, none of us knew who the dude was. Apparently, he is a really big reality star in london or has been for a while yeah so you can see the thinking in that but that ain't big enough but and they were probably feeling like floyd was
Starting point is 01:13:52 a big enough draw true get the cool guy from london because we in london and that should get it done sure natalie nunn tommy big internet youtube kind of reality star type of and even that was a mistake. That's my that's a mistake too. Pay some money for your undercar. Don't go get Natalie Nunn. Give her $700. Give Tommy $800 and call this the undercar to a Floyd Mayweather fight.
Starting point is 01:14:17 In London, you gotta go get some big London people. Natalie, I don't, no disrespect to the young ladies. I don't know if Tommy and Natalie Nunn are popping in London like that to where it would draw the crowd. You know how popping
Starting point is 01:14:30 they would need to be? Creed is coming out this week. He's like, I need this nigga alone. You know what I'm saying? We could go watch Creed. They would have had to go get Apollo. I know.
Starting point is 01:14:39 And Dolph Lundgren and have Tommy and Natalie fucking Nunn. You could tell it was just like it's a Floyd fight. Even the person you know he get a rapper
Starting point is 01:14:49 or somebody to walk him out. Nobody knew who this nigga was. That's even that part. The dude that walked him out rapping was like OK who the fuck is this? Who is that? Like you knew nothing about
Starting point is 01:14:59 this shit just did not look like Floyd. Tommy is right though. I am waiting to see her next fight. I'm waiting to see her next fight. I'm waiting to see Tommy's next fight. Yeah, because now we know you can't fight neither. She was drunk.
Starting point is 01:15:12 I know. And high. Yeah, but that's the problem. They dropped the ball over there. But that's what I be saying about all of you rappers and entertainment people that want to be drunk and high and tough. I say that all the time.
Starting point is 01:15:25 You barely got a fight game sober, nigga. Now, when you adding the drunk and the high. I'm so confused as to why she was drunk and high. I'm sorry. Like, is this. She'd be drunk and high. Do you watch? I'm about to say.
Starting point is 01:15:37 You watch it. Because she'd be drunk and high. Okay. Is this like. Are we watching like a severe substance abuse problem in real time? Is that what we're... Don't try to serious road me out. I'm not.
Starting point is 01:15:49 I'm not. Because this is like, how... None of us here are qualified to be able to say that somebody is going through that. I'll tell you this. She went to rehab and she battled... She's had a tough week. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 01:16:02 Prior. So I don't know anything else though. I think that's just mad unprofessional though. Tommy, if there was one time you shouldn't have been drunk, it was the organized fight that you set up. That's what I'm saying. That's all. I don't think I'm saying something.
Starting point is 01:16:17 I don't think I'm saying nothing wild. Yo, you genius, bro. You might be on to something. You might be on to something. You're a little genius. I think they dropped the ball anyway. Because if you really wanted to get folks to really tune in, give them Tommy Crescian. Niggas would watch that.
Starting point is 01:16:32 Well, you had to pay Crescian. Exactly. Or Blueface. Who wanted to, I mean? No, no, no. Lil Baby ain't take her rights yet. Moving right along. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:16:44 Moving right along. Moving right along. Moving right along. Now can we discuss Lotto? Who's Lotto beefing with? So Lotto put out a... Nobody. Absolutely nobody. So she was saying how she doesn't charge female rappers for a verse.
Starting point is 01:17:00 Anybody up and coming, if she's doing a verse with you, I'm not charging. Girl power. Yes. I'm trying to help you out, et cetera. That's dope. I think so as well. A young lady, I don't have her name. I'm sorry, y'all.
Starting point is 01:17:12 But she came out, and that's not true. We tried to get a verse. She's Kodak Black's artist. Okay. And you wouldn't do the feature. You wouldn't do the feature for me. And it was a little back and forth over that and she was like, well, no.
Starting point is 01:17:30 He said, meaning Kodak, I get a feature from you for any artist on my label of my choosing but I need you to come to this party first. She's like, no, I'm not doing all of that. So I think it was a disconnect but it just it was more so people just be piling up on lotto I don't know why she's constantly the girl don't bother nobody and she's constantly having to deflect negative yes left and right
Starting point is 01:17:58 left and right like she came in here and talked to us and was telling us about how just this whole social media shit and all of that, how it really wears on your mental. And it's like every time you turn around, she can't sneeze without somebody attacking. That's when you win it. True.
Starting point is 01:18:17 She can kind of look at it like that, but that's when you win it. Good point. Yes. Yeah. But yeah, the bigger debate I think is dope of her if not charging female artists yeah come up we don't you know it's been a big thing in hip-hop where the women wasn't really sticking together mm-hmm so with lotto having hit records rather than hey I'm not fucking with you. I'm too big.
Starting point is 01:18:47 You go figure it out. Reach back and help the next one to come up. I think that's really dope. We just saw Glorilla sell out her tour. And when she did Urban Plaza, Lola Brooke came out. And also Cardi B came out. The girlies is trying to stick together a little bit, at least.
Starting point is 01:19:07 Love it. Finally. Girl power. Yeah, man. Love to see it. Love to see it, bro. Oh, you get your look. Go ahead.
Starting point is 01:19:15 I love it, man. I didn't say nothing. I saw it, man. This is basically what he just did. He just did this. That was it. I don't care. I didn't do that. No? That was it. I mean, it was funny. Y'all be talking about this. That was it. I don't care. I didn't do that.
Starting point is 01:19:25 No? That was it. I mean, it was funny. Y'all be talking about me. It's just because Ice can't see Ish's, like, eyeline. Ish is looking at me. So I'm looking at him. I'm laughing at him.
Starting point is 01:19:33 You thinking it's me. I ain't saying nothing. I could just hear his 50-year-old brain from over here. I just like to see this shit, bro. I like to see some type of unity. Well, I don't like to see you girls getting along. I like to see some type of unity. I don't like to see you girls getting along at all. I like to see unity at some point, bro.
Starting point is 01:19:47 I hate that shit all the time. You don't like when the girls get along? No. You like the girl beef. Assholes. Have you ever met her? Have you ever listened to this show? Yo, I'm sitting here
Starting point is 01:20:00 letting Ice get his shit off. But you gotta balance it, bro. I don't even think Ice believe in that shit. I do. I really do. You gotta balance that shit. You don't even think Ice believe in that shit. I do. I really do. You got to balance that shit. You don't think so?
Starting point is 01:20:07 It can't be beefing all the time. It's enough money out there for everybody to get to it. Well, see, I ain't one to have it. Oh, wait, wait. I'm going to crack y'all on Patreon. Never mind, bro.
Starting point is 01:20:16 On Patreon, I'm going to cancel this public free shit. I'm going to get real opinions out of y'all. That's it. For real, man. I like that.
Starting point is 01:20:24 We're going to cancel that shit. Yo, all right. Keep it a buck. We all 90s hip-hop fans. that's a for real man I like yo I remember yo alright keep it a buck we all 90s hip hop fans remember the posse cut yeah like you don't get
Starting point is 01:20:32 you don't get none of that shit in hip hop today no more no posse cuts barely even remix posse cuts that's what I'm saying like this is dope I only want to see the girls
Starting point is 01:20:41 get along when they're new and up and coming once y'all establish yourselves and get some hits, then I'll fucking go crazy. Dizzy each other. Let's see who the real big bitches around town. I'm bad for saying that.
Starting point is 01:20:55 I like saying that. I had the best morning ever when Remy dropped that Nicki diss record. No, because the fans the same way. They try to pit them against each other. I had the best year of my broadcasting career when Cardi and Nicki was going back and forth. I don't think, I ain't been that hot since. I'm home waiting for
Starting point is 01:21:12 somebody to beef again. Oh my God, bro. I don't want to see them beef. Oh, please. Lotto, that's what y'all new niggas get for trying to be all fucking cryptic. Lotto won't tell us who her boyfriend is, but got some shit tattooed on her ear.
Starting point is 01:21:27 Y'all don't know who my man is. And his 21 Savage real name. Like, what are these people doing? Y'all gotta tell them my business. No, that's not how this goes. We got Wikipedia, shorty. We know his name. Oh my God. But anyway, y'all know
Starting point is 01:21:43 I fuck with Lotto. Lotto didn't have all these people on her dick before Mariah did that remix. And the latest record shot up the charts on like some pop shit, though. Musical? Oh, yeah. Lottery? They're going to end her soon.
Starting point is 01:22:00 Actually. Who, the Illuminati? Let me see. Am I going to be on Lotto's side when they come for her? I fuck with Lotto. Me, too. But that don't see Am I gonna be on Lotto's side When they come for her I fuck with Lotto Me too But that don't mean I need to be on her side It's called lottery
Starting point is 01:22:12 Actually Dog If this was If she didn't come Do this interview If she didn't come Sit on this couch And a girl named Lotto
Starting point is 01:22:19 Put out a record Called lottery And it's a pop record I know what I would be saying In the alternate universe I'm not gonna say it right now. Y'all let Lotto put out Lottery. Man, the album was 777.
Starting point is 01:22:32 The slots. Put that, get your shit off. That's your first sense. Lottery. Did you hear it? Yeah, I heard the hook. Is it working? It's not out yet, is it?
Starting point is 01:22:42 No, it's out. Oh, it's out? Well, they gonna pay for it to work. See, that don't mean nothing to me. Lotto. She's an A1 actor. Yeah, now, shit. When Mariah do the remix, we paying for the next record.
Starting point is 01:22:56 Yeah. And I hope I don't sound like I'm discrediting Lotto. I'm talking about the music business infrastructure. Like, Lotto's fire, but Flo Milly is too. Girls are fire. Whose building is for them, whose building is not. All right, what else, what else, what else, what else, what else? President Biden acknowledges the divine nine.
Starting point is 01:23:15 Okay. Okay. Okay, so can somebody, okay. I'm a volunteer myself as tribute. Yo, what's wrong with you, yo? What? That's a fire ass. Okay.
Starting point is 01:23:29 I'm going to volunteer myself as tribute. Divine Nine, can somebody fill in the blanks for me? Blanks for what? Who's Divine Nine? Oh, because you're Canadian. Yes, we'll go with that. Okay. See how fast it comes up?
Starting point is 01:23:44 Fucking fuck. Okay, Divine Nine, help me out. Is that like Nation how fast it comes up? Fucking fuck. Okay, Divine Nine, help me out. Is that like Nation of Islam? Oh, this is great. Keep going. No, next guest. It's like Family Feud. You're getting even more Canadian.
Starting point is 01:23:59 Is it a rap group? You're getting close. You're getting close. I'm coming. You're getting close. You can have as many exes as you want. Just go. Okay, no.
Starting point is 01:24:07 Okay, Divine Nine. And look at your phony ass dude, Ishobi. They're not even going to jump in and help you. Come on, Ish.
Starting point is 01:24:14 I'm just waiting to jump in. I thought it was C-O-E. Go ahead. Come on. It don't get no better than the Nation of Islam. The Divine Nine
Starting point is 01:24:23 are the... The Israelites that hang out at 34th Street? Yeah, that's them, man. It's the Ferraris and fraternities. The Ferraris? Wait, wait, wait. Okay, everybody slow down. It is not the Ferraris and the Corvettes.
Starting point is 01:24:41 It is the Ferraris and fraternities in the HPC. You have no one little word. Yo, stop it. Stop it, yo. Yo, stop doing that. You gonna make me mad. Stop. Okay, so here I will say that that was my Canadianism.
Starting point is 01:24:56 I swear that prevented me from kind of knowing that. That's just. That's what I'm saying. If you would have been Canadian and you would have went to Howard, you would have been in there. Oh, my God. I would have had like five baby daddies. That's what would have happened if If you would have been Canadian and you would have went to Howard, you would have been in there. Oh, my God. I would have had like five baby daddies. That's what would have happened if I'd ended up at Howard. Anyways, I digress.
Starting point is 01:25:10 Chris Webber. I'm missing that bus. She ain't giving me no money. Yeah, she ain't giving. Oh, okay. Pardon me. I digress. I think he said, I'm white, I'm not stupid or something like that.
Starting point is 01:25:21 He said, I know real power when I see it. Yeah. Yeah. So a lot of people are talking about, they're saying that he he said i know real power when i see it yeah yeah so so a lot of people you know we're talking about they're saying that he's pandering because elections are coming up and blah blah blah blah is he pandering i don't know the context at all yeah i don't i don't know the context but he was speaking about this so what basically he was basically like making a speech and he was talking So what? Hey, good. Yes, he is saying that. Y'all don't know the context. Now answer the question. Basically, he was basically like making a speech, and he was talking about the divine.
Starting point is 01:25:50 Biden, we are not voting for your old wrinkled ass again. Enough of this fucking pandering. Enough of it. We should have stopped you when you was at Roscoe's ordering chicken and waffles. When you was in L.A LA handing out fish and grits to the fucking underserved communities. I knew you was on some bullshit and that's fine.
Starting point is 01:26:10 But now you can't even walk up the steps to the plane. I wasn't mad at the pandering. Hey, chicken is good. White people like chicken. The shit is good. But you can't walk up the steps to the plane now.
Starting point is 01:26:26 Apoliticians' job is panning. No. That's true. To every number. Yeah, but make it look sexier when you pan more to us. For sure. More genuine. More genuine.
Starting point is 01:26:35 Because it's a clip going around of Biden at the black church. Now, Biden also says he grew up in black churches. Wordy clap. He was looking around at all of the choir and the shenanigans and he was like, this is what y'all be doing? He grew up in a black church. The church might have been painted black.
Starting point is 01:26:53 Fuck out of here. He ain't grow up in no black church. We're not voting for him again. Biden, you might have done a great job too, but nah. Nah. His representation is terrible. He's pandering, though.
Starting point is 01:27:09 I know real power when I see it. He's going to make that tax rule for next year that's coming into play, I think. A good one or a bad one? I don't know. I can't answer it publicly. Good for the poor? It's good for someone. It's bad.
Starting point is 01:27:26 He came in and fucked the rich niggas. Rich niggas about to be tight next year. These star attendants think the strip clubs is empty now. He get the ass, and guess what? His ass is gone. Oh yeah, he's out of here.
Starting point is 01:27:37 He playing around with that rich money, you will be out of here, nigga. Democratic congressman be like, yo, yeah, yeah, he fucked up,
Starting point is 01:27:42 yo. He's gone. They not fucking with him. They not fucking with him. Nobody fucking him but that's funny he pandering to the divine nine the divine nine out there stepping the nation is long they got their Q dogging he said I'm white but I'm not stupid he said that the people are mad about it thehan have like a secret meeting this weekend? With him?
Starting point is 01:28:07 It wasn't secret. He did his broadcast. Minister Farrakhan, shout out to the... 19 Keys, I seen y'all and them over there. I know that's where
Starting point is 01:28:15 y'all was at with y'all little suits on. Go ahead and play. They gonna stop y'all little algorithm. Keep showing up. Rashad, I know y'all niggas was over there with Farrakhan fucking around. Play if, I know y'all niggas

Starting point is 01:28:40 They gonna fuck y'all up. What's wrong with you, yo? That's the real Roc Nation brunch. Bro, I seen these niggas looking all fly in their suits on Instagram. I'm like, damn, what's happening this weekend? Oh, shit, Far to fuck you all up. What's wrong with you, yo? This is a real rock nation. Bro, I seen these niggas looking all fly in their suits on Instagram. I'm like, damn, what's happening this weekend? Oh, shit, Farrah Conner, though.
Starting point is 01:28:49 These niggas. Why you ain't go? Why didn't I go? Why didn't you go? I ain't know nothing about it. You Muslim. You nigga don't eat bacon. But likes Joel Olsen.
Starting point is 01:29:06 That's on Brampton. Put it nominally. Oh, man. Yo, this nigga said, why you ain't go? You was low. All right, come on. Move him right along, man. Y'all ever sit down and take a shit but only pee?
Starting point is 01:29:18 Most embarrassing 30 seconds of your life. Tell me how y'all feel about it. Mad. And tell me what you do. What do you do? Try to squeeze a fart out of me. Yeah. Something's coming out.
Starting point is 01:29:30 I'm not, I didn't sit down for no reason. Something's coming out. Not you. I'm chilling now. I'm here. Pull your phone out. Yep.
Starting point is 01:29:37 What you mean? Something's gonna come. Get up and there's just nothing there. And you're like, legs, no. Yeah, leg, man, no. My bad, no. This nigga said I'd be mad. Do you guys like, legs, no. Yeah, leg, man, no. Leg, man, no. Do you guys like hold on to it when you sit down?
Starting point is 01:29:49 I'm sorry? To go to sit on the toilet? Hold what? I'm going to catch the next bus too. Look at this. You're walking right on with a bus transfer. Hold what? What do you mean?
Starting point is 01:30:02 You're walking right on with a bus ticket. Here you go, Mr. Bus Driver. I'm missing this bus. Yo, this is going downtown. Yeah. Nope, not me. No, sir. Go ahead.
Starting point is 01:30:16 So you just like let water just like. You were talking to him. You were talking to him. You were talking to him. He responded. Look this way. Right there. Just saying. No point in me. Nigga's going to stop saying it were talking to him. He responded. Look this way. Right there.
Starting point is 01:30:25 Just saying. No point in meeting him. Nigga's going to stop saying it's Joe. Don't be Joe. Saying what, Joe? Y'all done? Go ahead. She asked you a question. Go talk.
Starting point is 01:30:34 She asked a rumor question. What's your question, ma'am? I did ask the rumor question. What's your question? Do you hold on to it when you guys are sitting on the toilet? Well, only one person responded, hold what? Hold on to your dick? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:30:44 Because doesn't it get in the way? Doesn't it like fall down and water splash up on it? I don't know. We don't have anything that's in the way when we sit down on the toilet. So speak for yourself. Looking for it. I hear that I want to go home. Speak for yourself, Antoine.
Starting point is 01:31:06 Tell your co-hosts How big your dick is I just want to let you know This is not us Making Oversexualizing male This is a male Oversexualizing herself Yes
Starting point is 01:31:13 Yes We're not doing that Oh man Okay Why do you want to know If we hold our penises While we sit on the toilet It was
Starting point is 01:31:23 Honestly Girls are curious, okay? Have you ever seen that meme with the baby elephant and it says, if a woman had a dick for a day, what would we do? And the baby elephant's trunk is going like this and just spinning around. No, man. That's not on our album. That's not on our album.
Starting point is 01:31:41 I don't want to see that. I didn't see that one. Yeah, all right. I don't want to see that. I didn't see that one. What's wrong with you? What am I listening to? Do you hear this shit?
Starting point is 01:32:07 Oh, man. Got a wet pussy in a hot plate rollin' through with a thot nigga He drinkin' lean, I'm drinkin' juice at him My nigga said you was grillin' him, he came home, broke my phone case But you was here before him, I'm gon' fuck you anyway Last time you put his hands on me, you pulled up and you added out That's why I still bring toast for your kids when they at your mama house Remember when we was fucked up, had to sleep on your mama couch I'm a loyal bitch, if I fuck with you, we gon' stick it through, we gon' suck it out Get up in this pussy get up in this pussy? Starting point is 01:32:45 I was playing that for a little horny ass. I was completely laughing. I felt like that song was just to neutralize the conversation. Okay, I'll shut the fuck up. Are y'all finished? We'll just sex your ass with you? Let's see. What else?
Starting point is 01:33:00 What else? What else? What else? What else? What else? On the music, we got to shout Nas out, yo. Yeah, I'm mad I ain't going. Are we allowed to?

Starting point is 01:58:31 I hear you, dog. But I'm not going wherever you... Y'all going to find somewhere to... I'm not going to Gen Pop. So you're like, all right,
Starting point is 01:58:39 I'm going to have to move some people. It's like, wait, how many people? Because he said, nah, it's a whole gang of people over there. I said, well, I don't said nah it's a whole gang of people over there
Starting point is 01:58:45 i said well i don't want you to move all gang we had to get it together is all i'm saying sure i went over there and that's all the st louis people that just happened to be in the area that the security guard came and cleared for singular joe button to sit down with his murse and juice i'm just painting a scene for you. Battle number one, come on. I've never seen this battle. They ripping it so cool. It's a good time.
Starting point is 01:59:09 But now to walk me to this section, they walk me through the back, through the kitchen, across the stage, another right, secret door. Now you at the section. There's a lot of people in there. Battle number one, come on, is great. Battle number two, come on.
Starting point is 01:59:22 Your phone don't even work in there, really. But Flip is calling to say, come on, it's great. Battle number two, come on, your phone don't even work in there, really. But Flip is calling to say, come upstairs. I'm so stupid, I thought there was some type of VIP section upstairs that Flip was in. That he was saying, yo, I see you down there. You good. Come up here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I'm saying to him, is it lit up there?
Starting point is 01:59:44 He says, no, I can't get in. I'm not on the list. Please come upstairs. The second battle is on and I've been waiting to see with the postavia. And she's about to go off. The whole crowd is erupting. And I have to leave the section with my murse to go upstairs and get flipped so I walk out the section and I make a right they brought me from the other way but I try to be creative and make a right because it's a
Starting point is 02:00:10 shortcut right I fight through 90 people I make enough I'm going to some secret room I didn't know was there they're like you can't get there you got to go somewhere else I go upstairs to a dead end I go downstairs now you got to go across through the bar. My point is I fought through at least 700 people to get upstairs to flip. Who's just standing there making a scene? Yo, yo, I'm not a little bit. I ain't mad loud. They looking at me, Joe. But what you want me to do?
Starting point is 02:00:36 The nigga's loud. Please just let him in. I can't find him. Remy's working. Please, please just let him in. But he's clowning me. Yo, you mad out of breath. Ha, ha, ha. Yo, you mad out of breath.
Starting point is 02:00:47 Yo, you so out of breath. Damn, what's up with you, nigga? Look at you. You die in a blink. All you did was walk upstairs. Can't smack him. You can't do nothing. You can't do nothing to him.
Starting point is 02:01:01 So we go back downstairs. Different way, through all these people, back to the table. The nigga starts making a scene, hitting me, turning up on me. Flip? No. I didn't see that. But that's fine. After I just did all that, though. After I went through an obstacle course to get you.
Starting point is 02:01:20 After I just did all of that, though. He's turning up on me in the event, screaming, we got him, hitting me. Goddamn, that's what I do. That's how it was. That's how it was. And I look at him like, yo, you wasn't even going to be here. I just fucking went out of my way to get you. But anyway, it was a great night.
Starting point is 02:01:44 Shout out to Remy. Shout out to Chrono23. Shout out to all the battlers, winners and losers. Cautious, Caution, who else? Who else battled? A-Ward, Vixen, Official,
Starting point is 02:02:00 Stavia, and Hitman and Easy huh Hustle and Shuny I wasn't there for that but shout out to Hustle I'm sure she won
Starting point is 02:02:10 yeah she said she won I'm sure she won but a real good event Easy did what he had to do Hitman is online saying it was an uphill uphill battle for him that's what he's saying
Starting point is 02:02:21 out there so he's on he's on YouTube y'all can watch it for yourself to see their afterthoughts. But really good performance. Again, I commend Eazy for the win.
Starting point is 02:02:31 I bet on him, contrary to popular belief. But yeah. Hitman's online sound crazy, bro. That's what he's doing. He sounds nuts. Yeah. And we called and spoke to him.
Starting point is 02:02:42 We'll put it out in a separate piece so you can hear it for yourself. But it was just a real good night, Saturday night in New York City, packed house. Beautiful. Packed house of peace. Not one incident, not one fight. Black owned.
Starting point is 02:02:56 Yeah. Black ran. That's one thing I do love about that battle culture, though. They don't really be trying to fuck up the event. Well, not necessarily with a lot of shit happened at battle rap events but i'm i'm talking about like these big events like some shit i'm little shit will happen but not nobody trying to shut your shit down okay okay like i've been to some shocking i mean it's everyone it's every once in a while though yeah yeah not as much you're right That's what I'm saying
Starting point is 02:03:25 As long as that shit Been going on And not just that With the aggression That comes with battle That's a fact You know what I'm saying This ain't no R&B show
Starting point is 02:03:31 So And it be a lot of niggas You know Hitman and Eazy He has a lot of St. Louis niggas in there It's a lot of Philly niggas in there That's a fact
Starting point is 02:03:40 That's a fact Drinking involved Smoking involved It's young niggas from the bottom, too. Give me an example. When you got the St. Louis hood niggas and you got the Philly hood niggas all in the same venue
Starting point is 02:03:53 and niggas is talking about... I was joking, man. Yo, I'm just saying, that shit could be a powder keg and they be holding it down. That's to be celebrated. I think so. I think so, for sure. That's all? celebrated. I think so. I think so for sure.
Starting point is 02:04:06 That's all. That's it. Again, shout out to Remy. Absolutely. Shout out to EZ. Yeah, I can't wait to watch this. I missed it. I was about to say.
Starting point is 02:04:17 I don't remember now. I was going to go, but I got fronted on. He invited me to go, and then he never hit me back. So I didn't go. The manager, the guy that runs the spot. That's what I was goinged on. He invited me to go, and then he never hit me back, so I didn't go. The manager, the guy that runs the spot, that's what I was going to say. The guy that runs the spot, you know, he introduced himself, Greg. Shout out to Greg. Then Greg was like, yeah, run the spot.
Starting point is 02:04:35 Ain't even going to get you a couple drinks. The bar was far. Greg got our drinks a few times. Where was this at? Sony Hall. Oh, Sony Hall. A few times, Greg. Yeah, that bar was far.
Starting point is 02:04:45 Like a few runs. That bar was far, and it was a lot of drinks people were ordering. Then Greg leaned into me. After about the second or third trip, he was like, okay, Ms. Carr, my name is Greg. I run this spot. Listen, if ever you want to pop up and do your show here, your podcast, all you got to do is say the word.
Starting point is 02:05:05 My numbers, that's my real number right there on the card. And I use that cranberry pineapple and orange juice, right? Drinks came fast, swift. Good service. I was like, Greg, Greg, Greg. Extra pineapple. Greg, listen. I got to talk to my people.
Starting point is 02:05:20 My crew. My dogs. Set the rules. Break the laws. I had to talk to my, I don't know to my people. My crew. My dogs. Set the rules. Break the laws. I had to talk to my... I don't know how my guys... Don't sing that. Don't sing that.
Starting point is 02:05:31 You know what I mean? Represent from... Don't sing that. Yeah. From them up high. I know what's coming. I know what's coming. I ain't gonna lie.
Starting point is 02:05:42 I wanted to hear it, though. I ain't gonna lie. That's on fire it, though. I ain't gonna lie. That song was fire. Oh, my God. Hey, Flip. Yo, I don't know how they got that off the road, son. That song was fire, son. Ran from it.
Starting point is 02:05:53 That was on radio, son. That was on radio. Is that what y'all want me to tell Greg? No. You want to finish singing a little stupid song? Or you want to tell me what to tell Greg, who has a money-making opportunity? Oh, no. Tell Greg.
Starting point is 02:06:07 Exactly. Tell Greg. I said he's with it. From them apart. Come a da da. Come a da da. Yo, tell Greg. Let's get it.
Starting point is 02:06:17 All right. I'll tell him. I don't want to tell Greg nothing. Okay. No getting defensive that night. See? Don't defend me, that's true. It's a two-way street.
Starting point is 02:06:27 Yo, friendship is a two-way street. Yo, I wonder if my friends are going to be my friends when I become that guy. Like the guy version of the Crystal Chick girl. No. Oh, the Bohemian Joe. Yeah, Bohemian Joe. Yeah, Bohemian Joe. Friendship is a two-way street.
Starting point is 02:06:48 Hey, dog. Type of. Super. I mean, you are a little bit with astrology. Super enlightened. You're a little bit on that path. Sage. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:06:55 Look at his face. That's what I'm learning. Yep. I don't know what you're talking about. Hippie, a hippie. I think he's on the path. He's on the path. What?
Starting point is 02:07:02 He's totally on the path. Been on the path. He's on the path. Candles, mad candles. What? He's totally on the path. Been on the path. He's on the path. Candles, mad candles. Now I know everything. Who are we talking about? Yeah. He sit Indian style around a bunch of candles.
Starting point is 02:07:11 I'm going to sit Indian style for this next topic I'm going to bring up. Listen. This is going to be an ISO. Y'all can leave this one if y'all don't want to do it. I'm about to get him up Rose Quartz. Hey, check this out. Oh, I thought. Never mind.
Starting point is 02:07:20 He panning on me. I'll take all the smoke. I don't want the blowback to get on my co-host because I'm getting this out. I was going to skip it, too, because I don't care about this person. But then I thought it was funny. Now I can't skip it. It's about to be bad. Listen, you see me.
Starting point is 02:07:37 E. Y. K. Osiris's baby mom tweeted, don't ask me about what happened with me and my baby daddy. I caught him with a nigger. The Internet didn't quite know how to respond because could be a troll. But could not be too now. And that's where my brain went.
Starting point is 02:08:10 And then I got to, well, I've been caught with girls before by women. But I imagine it's got to be a new level of tough to get caught by a girl with a dude. None of y'all could cut the PlayStation on. Yo. Yo. Hey, man. Hey, wait. Hey, hold on.
Starting point is 02:08:40 Hold on. Hold on. Wait. Yo. Yo, you are stupid. Hey, wait. Wait. Yo. Yo, you are stupid. Hey, wait. Listen. None of y'all could have just brought in the miniature football, anything guys do together.
Starting point is 02:08:55 How does someone get caught with a guy? Oh, that's crazy. You're guys. Yo, you are a fool. Play something. They was playing something? Yo, nah, he was just asking to borrow my shirt. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 02:09:09 Dog, you got to be a really bad cheater to get caught with the dude. You didn't think it through at all. How you explain that? It's not how it looks. Fuck through the zipper, nigga. That's a dude. How you explain that? It's not how it looks.
Starting point is 02:09:24 Fuck through the zipper, nigga. That's a dude. You in there with your pants down on Duke? You naked with him? All right. All right. Forget it then. What's wrong with you, yo? Never mind.
Starting point is 02:09:41 Never mind. I can say fuck through the zipper, dog. Oh, man, yo. Oh, my God. I'd be devastated. never mind never mind fuck the zipper dog oh man oh my god I'd be devastated what are you gonna do with that it's fucked up
Starting point is 02:09:55 alright can I ask you a question yes I have consent to ask you a question cause like if a guy catches a girl with a girl, first thought might be, all right.
Starting point is 02:10:10 But I asked you guys that. Do you guys consider that shit cheating? It's still cheating. Okay. But to the point, because. We can deal with that later, perhaps. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So now I'm asking you, if you was to catch a dude with a dude,
Starting point is 02:10:24 would you have that same mindset of, you know? I think she did. Dog, why y'all didn't start slap boxing immediately? Word. They were slapping. Now I'm going to fuck you up. That community is going to hear you, and they listen to this podcast.
Starting point is 02:10:40 I don't want that blowback on me. So that's what you call gay sex? Slapping? Like, what do you expound? Nope. You know what? You right. I cannot believe that, if that's true, that you got caught with your dude by your BM.
Starting point is 02:10:55 Then there's the other side of that. What? That she's lying and she's bitter? Yep. Wait, what'd you say? That she's lying and she's bitter. Who's lying? The girl. The girl's lying and she's bitter who's lying the girl the girl's lying
Starting point is 02:11:07 oh she could definitely be lying yeah they'll never put that on you today that's the one before it was his dick little now it's
Starting point is 02:11:15 oh he was doing that yeah I don't know I came on here last year and said why was this nigga hopping around at everybody's house? You definitely did.
Starting point is 02:11:27 You definitely did. That's where I thought you was going. You definitely did. That nigga was on the yacht with niggas. He would not go home. He would not go to his own house. You did. Whatever.
Starting point is 02:11:41 If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, huh? I wish we could make jokes. Quack. Don't you play the drop. Don't you fucking do it. Don't play the drop. Man, yo. That was Antoine.
Starting point is 02:11:59 I won't try to say what it was. Anyway, moving right along. That's all I had on that. That was just confusing me. Nigga, you have a football game. Record it. Put one on YouTube. Put it on the screen.
Starting point is 02:12:14 Do anything. You didn't catch me with a dude. He was just showing him how to post up. You know what I mean? Drop step. Don't go to nigga. Running drills. But drilling.
Starting point is 02:12:30 This nigga stupid, yo. All right. I'm done. Oh, man. Professional. I'm done. Yeah. This nigga always trying to get it off him, yo.
Starting point is 02:12:41 Look over here like it was us. Yo, go ahead, yo. I have nothing to say. I'm Gucci. Sleepers. I don't think I have anything else that I'm dying to share
Starting point is 02:12:53 with the audience. Let me see. Weekend. Oh, it's not even a week. I don't even know what day it is. I don't know anymore. It just be about it.
Starting point is 02:13:01 Yeah. It's spring. Look, New York trying to give us this little last second of snow. Nigga, move. I know what's about to happen. Hey, Jersey pissed me off, too.
Starting point is 02:13:10 They treated this little bullshit like we was in Houston or fucking Atlanta or something. Courts was closed. All that shit. Schools closed. I'm like, we didn't. I don't even know if we got an inch. No. It was a little more than an inch.
Starting point is 02:13:20 I didn't see. Bam. They closed everything. When we do that? Since we've been having 50 degree winters. They got them days. They got to use them for something. The kids don't get snow days no more.
Starting point is 02:13:35 If the school is closed, it's virtual school there. You don't get a snow day. That's some bullshit. Yeah, fuck that. What? If school ever since COVID. So if the school is closed and you know, like physically'all can't come to the building, open your laptops and it's virtual school. Oh, that's crazy.
Starting point is 02:13:53 You can't even get no cha-cha. Snow knocked out my internet. Snow Day used to be the cha-cha. Damn. Girl, your mother and them gone? I wish I knew how fast I would drop out of virtual school. I can't quite figure it out. But I can't imagine it would be long. Wait, so I don't even have to leave?
Starting point is 02:14:12 Word. I just got to cut the computer off. I just got to shut the laptop to drop out? That's funny, son. All right, I'm just going to read this from Perez out loud, this part of the show. All right, let's go, Perez. I haven't read it yet. My parents charged me rent to live there. Well support that Perez I'm sorry you don't have a friend in me on that one my parents charged me rent to live there so I moved out at 19 so I could
Starting point is 02:14:37 be on my own money wise I'm making it and it feels good to be on my own a few of my white friends still live at home, but they have no plans of moving out soon because they're saving so much money. Oh, here we are. I spoke to both my parents to let me move back home for two years and just let me save. In two years, paying no rent is close to 40 grand, but they said no. To me, that's messed up and I feel like your parents should help you and give you the tools to be financially stable. What are you guys' thoughts on that type of parenting? That's a really good question.
Starting point is 02:15:11 That's a great question. All jokes aside, that's a really good question. Thank you, Perez. Did he say how old he was? 19 was mentioned. 19? Okay. He didn't say how old he was. He moved out at 19.
Starting point is 02:15:21 Oh, he moved out at 19. Yeah. My views on this have changed in recent times. Before, I used to big up the guy that left the house early. Because I left the house early. And it gives you a different set of tools and different character building. But it was never properly explained to me all the benefits of staying at home either so I totally understand
Starting point is 02:15:47 that part now and I'm not against it I'm definitely not against it I'm not against it I'm with it and I might even be a proponent of it yeah I'm not mad at it
Starting point is 02:15:56 especially today with the way rent is with inflation of everything I was going to say depending on where you live price of everything but his rent is roughly $1,500 because he said in two years
Starting point is 02:16:06 it's $40,000. So he paying, you know what I'm saying? He paying a pretty pity for rent. My whole thing is, why you ain't want to pay rent to your parents? I think that's what he said
Starting point is 02:16:15 in the beginning. He said he didn't want to pay rent. No, he moved out because they were charging the rent. So I'm saying, I think that it's a middle ground. I think that paying an amount of rent teaches the kids responsibility.
Starting point is 02:16:30 Like, you know what I'm saying? It prepares them for the real world. But you don't got to crack them. Like, if he renting that, you know, outside entity, I just think that it's a middle ground that he could have. But he's saying in two years he could have 40 bands if he didn't have to pay rent. That 40 bands is a four family. You know where my brain going to go. That two years is a really good head start on life when you're in your early 20s.
Starting point is 02:16:56 I'll also say, though, and I know this thinking might not apply to today's times. I might be a dinosaur here. But I wouldn't have got a job ever if my mom let me do that, too, though. Just stay home and not pay rent? No, even if she said pay rent, but you could stay home. Even under that, if I were never outside, back to our outside argument, I wasn't looking for a job. You would have worked some bullshit. A couple hundred dollars a month.
Starting point is 02:17:22 Those weren't my goals or what I was doing and thinking. Now back to our outside argument. I've used myself as an example. To get my first car, that's what my father told me. Yo, whatever number you come up with at the end of the summer, I'm going to match it. And we'll take that to buy you a car. You got to find a job. If you got a dollar left, you can take your money, blow it, do whatever you want to do.
Starting point is 02:17:46 But when September gets here, whatever you have, I'm matching that and we're going to get your car. So even me not being outside, that taught me that, damn, I have to get a job to get some money. What do I want to do with the money? Do I want to get a car or do I want to go have fun with everybody? So it still could teach you to the inside- argument it could still benefit you even if you inside not to be this guy but you lost me at dad oh yeah that's true yeah that's that's word you're right and if dad is there maybe i'm inside good point well Or learning some of those go-bass lessons. Or getting some advice, getting some fatherly advice.
Starting point is 02:18:28 True. Like, my mom had her hands full with me and my brother. I'm not going to lie to you. When you get older and look back and know kind of what you was doing and what was going on, you're like, damn, our mom survived him and then five years right after, smack, smack, bad, bad. Two totally different bads. You got to learn a new set of bad.
Starting point is 02:18:45 No, my mom's had her hands full. That's a good point. And the other part about this, right, is that kids, I paid for my son to dorm at college, and he lived 15, 20 minutes away from the college because kids don't be wanting to be at home up under mom even if my mom would have offered me that when i was young like that i probably would have cursed out but you can't get me to stay here what you mean you said oh she would have offered you what offered me to be able to stay home until i'm established and i could save and you know what happens i don't know if i would have been able to do that. When she moved in with me now, I said,
Starting point is 02:19:27 oh, I don't know if I could live with my mom. Right? Just instinctually. But you know what happened? But also look how that worked though. I think Perez is learning a lesson. See what I'm saying? Loved it.
Starting point is 02:19:36 I think Perez is learning a lesson. A lot of times, you're a young motherfucker, you be on your independent shit. Right? Oh, I got this. I could go live on my own and you get out there and now he sees
Starting point is 02:19:50 the other real side of shit now when your mother done wanted you to pay 500 you was balking at that now you like can I come home cause outside of that I get to wash clothes here
Starting point is 02:20:02 I might even go upstairs and raid the refrigerator. Mom Dukes be cooking. All of those things. And sometimes that grass be greener on the other side. That shit be painting again when it rain to wash off. You be out there desperate as hell with the brown grass. Like, yo, that shit is different.
Starting point is 02:20:18 So I think that plays a part in that. I totally agree. Dan, that was such a great point. Now I forgot what I was about to make. Oh, and to take it off of the financial aspect, what I learned through just living with my mom, it's just great to live with somebody that loves you still. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:20:35 Like niggas be trying to rush into relationships for that type of help and support. But that relationship with your parent is all that love and support. That relationship with your parent is all that love and support. I had a blast that year just getting love done by somebody that loves me. Like, oh, shit, this is dope. Nah, shit. He learning.
Starting point is 02:20:54 Yeah. That's how he learning. You want to rush to move out. Yeah, you nigga. If I could do it again, that sounds cheesy anytime someone says that. If I could do it again, I would want to leave home at 26 or 7 versus the 17, 18 that I did it at. Not me. That was an option for me.
Starting point is 02:21:21 I was upstate. Like, I couldn't do what I wanted to do there. No, that wasn't me. I would have left when I left. I think that... When did you leave? 18. 18, 19, 18. 18 or 19, but
Starting point is 02:21:35 I think the lessons that I learned and the hardships that I faced, they really molded me. You know what I mean? I went to college. I ain't had no money. I lived at home first, and then I got shot. I moved to Maryland once I got shot. But when I was in college, niggas was getting boxes from their parents at college.
Starting point is 02:21:55 I wasn't getting shit. Like, I paid my own rent. I had to pay my own fucking gas and electric, all of those things. You know what I'm saying? They was life lessons that molded me into who I am. So I wouldn't change it. I wouldn't change it.
Starting point is 02:22:09 Yeah, me either. Even though on some of the benefits, I still wouldn't change it. Although I did go back home for like a year and I paid rent. They didn't force me to. I just did
Starting point is 02:22:18 because I was used to paying rent. No, that's dope. I wouldn't. I'd keep it the same. I didn't have that experience at all. I got my first job at 11. I don't even know how that's dope I wouldn't I'd keep it the same I didn't have that experience at all I got my first job at 11 I don't even know how that's fucking legal But I did
Starting point is 02:22:30 No I forged the papers In New Jersey you had to have a promise of employment I forged them shit In Canada we have something called social insurance numbers It's basically like social security numbers And I guess you get one If your parents kind of sign off on it And I don't know I remember I wanted a pair of red jeans and my dad was like you got champagne taste on a beer income sweetheart you better go get a fucking job
Starting point is 02:22:52 I'm 11 and so I did I ended up working at like a dry cleaners and from that point on I have always had a job since I was 11 I'm fucking tired honestly like seriously I would have loved the luxury to be able to stay home and not contribute and in my early teen in my early teens because I was at 11 I started to contribute like I had a phone line and I paid for that and then I paid for you know I contributed to groceries then my father passed away when I was like 15. So then shit got super duper fucking real, you know? So yeah, like that's, I ended up having to become like really independent, really, really early. And it definitely shaped, you know, the rest of my life and just my outlook on life and
Starting point is 02:23:42 my sense of independence and always having to take care of myself. And yeah, like, I don't know if I were I'd loved I'd love the luxury of being able to stay at home a little bit longer. Love that. Especially today. For some reason, it's like, I guess our culture or whatever, be like obsessed with that. Yo, when you 18 you gotta get out put the baby bird
