About 10 minutes later, a kind gentleman just walked over to me. He said, sir, somebody had changed, adjusted to shit. Shit was on a smaller head. I'm like, this motherfucker. He tried it. Starting point is 00:03:45 yo, yeah, we'll come hang out with you at strip club and kept you safe. We could have kept you safe. We would have kept him off of him? Yeah. That was some amazing acting by Parks. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Yo, Flip, man, yo, Flip.

Starting point is 00:04:20 This nigga will call me on the phone. Yo, I'm telling you. You keep cracking on my Uggs. Them Uggs just came in handy. Bro, if you don't get your ass out of here, stupid-ass Uggs. You know what's so crazy? Why did we think because of the fight we had a day off? I didn't think that.
Starting point is 00:04:35 Who thought that? I did. You thought that? I wanted a day off for all of us. It's nice trying to get a day off. That's not true. That ain't true at all. They ain't call and say, yo, you good.

Starting point is 00:06:10 Yeah. What that mean? They could go on the raft with the Jamaican niggas and massage their ankles and shit? No, no, no. Ish, what do you mean, Ish? What ish?
Starting point is 00:06:17 What do you mean, Ish? Ah, he'll get you. What it mean is I could lift you up in this water. It could hang in the water. It don't even matter if it get wet when I lift. You know what I mean? You guys, narrative Nancy over here.
Starting point is 00:06:31 No, no, that's what the brace mean. That might not be your thing. That's the translation for you guys. So they can't pull it though, ish, right? You can't pull on them joints. Yes, you can. Yeah, you can. I'm just making sure.
Starting point is 00:06:41 I'm just asking you. You can wrap around. Show me this. Now, I have been around the I'm to that. You can wrap around. Show me that. Now, I have been around the block a time or two. A little bit. And I, too, know exactly what these braids are here. The braids tell a story. And they normally do come with a call-out combo.
Starting point is 00:06:59 They normally come with a call-out combo. You usually get the call-out first. And then you see the braid. Yeah, then you see the break True We found a dog sitter I'm assuming Yep Is it someone that's unstaffed here? No
Starting point is 00:07:14 Somebody got food in they house? Oh shit Really? They got rice Daisy ain't coming back like no we good Stay over there We eating over here, fam. I got four meals today.
Starting point is 00:07:29 I'm good. No, she's good. I'm good. Everything's good. Yep. You ain't stopped smiling since. I know.
Starting point is 00:07:37 I'm so excited. Mel is not even here right now. Our good brother Ice wrote on the board today. Yeah, yeah, you know. It's Mel's birthday, so I figured she's normally our board writer. I'm not going to lie.
Starting point is 00:07:48 I can read Ice's handwriting a lot better than you. Yeah, he writes way better than Mel. Yeah. Oh, well, it looks like you got the gig now, Ice. No, no, no. Gender roles. Gender roles. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 00:07:57 We just gave you the pass because it's your birthday. Okay. Gender roles. Gender roles. So it's the female's job to write on the board? Yes. Oh, Lord. Gotcha. Oh, shit. I'm just learning something. I'm write on the board? Yes. Oh, Lord. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 00:08:06 I'm just learning something. I'm learning something new today. Yeah, yeah, yeah. New today? You speak to that all the time? No, I don't. I don't. I speak to equality.
Starting point is 00:08:14 There are gender roles in equality. Come again? There are gender roles in equality. I'm all ears. Please enlighten me, my good brother. Give me an example. An example of what? of a gender role in equality That's that's customized customized by each relationship what they are. There are no set standard
Starting point is 00:08:40 Gender roles, but in a relationship the genders are gonna assume roles Even with the quality on the table. I think the people assume roles. Who are the people? Who are the people? The man and the woman. So you're saying what I'm saying? No, I'm not. They're not based on gender. So it's not gender roles. If the husband is a better cook, the husband cooks, but it's not based on the standard gender roles.
Starting point is 00:08:59 You get what I'm saying? I got to disagree a little bit. I'm going to tell you. I'm going to use myself as an example. Like, I don't let my girl touch garbage. That's you. But the reason is I don't think women
Starting point is 00:09:10 should be touching garbage. Gotcha. So that's where the gender role comes in. It's mad gender role. I know some husbands that say I won't get head from my wife
Starting point is 00:09:19 because I look at it as demeaning. That sounds depressing. No, I... Oh, that's... No, no, no. That's the Madonna whore complex. All I'm telling you is... I That sounds depressing. No, I... That's the Madonna-whore complex. All I'm telling you is that... I've heard that
Starting point is 00:09:28 before, too, but... That the genders in the relationship can say, hey, some of these roles are because I am a man and I am me. I am better equipped to do some of what I'm doing. That's true. And she can say, I'm a woman.
Starting point is 00:09:44 Let me do blah, blah, blah. We know man relationships with a woman is the brain behind the business. A bunch of them. Yeah. A bunch of them.
Starting point is 00:09:51 Super common, actually. Yeah. It's probably unspoken. It's not rare no more. Not spoken about enough. So that's all I'm saying. That's it. Gotcha.

Nah, I'm not back to making fee-fees. This shit feel like cheating, yo. Yeah, but that's the bad problem about all of this is the...
Starting point is 00:24:47 Inconvenience. Yeah, man. Now, y'all know I done played out a worst-case scenario, all that shit, right? Like, in scuffles, you normally lose your wallet with your Social Security card in there. You got to go back up to the DMV. Yeah, you got your chain on? Oh, okay. You didn't have your chain on? Oh, okay. You didn't have your chain on that night, though.
Starting point is 00:25:08 Oh. No, foolish. That would be foolish of me. The way you moving, you moving like Night Rider. But wait, that would lend to the idea that you knew it was going to happen. No. It lends to the idea that you know it could happen. Yeah, you know it could happen yeah you know
Starting point is 00:25:25 probability got it you're not going to the hood strip club late at night with a bunch of racks on your neck
Starting point is 00:25:31 that's true etiquette man yeah not by yourself that just don't that don't seem wise if you're making that decision
Starting point is 00:25:37 you shouldn't have bought it okay I don't know all the details I don't know where you were at the time
Starting point is 00:25:42 everybody called but you? That's a fact. That's a fact. Don't do that again. She texted me about it. Oh, shit. Yo. Wait, what?
Starting point is 00:25:55 Yo. Wait, what? Run tell that. Don't be playing. Yo. Wait, what? It's your birthday. You get a freebie.
Starting point is 00:26:05 You put the cake in the oven on a birthday? Oh my god, you're perfect. I wasn't even talking about it like that, bro. I was talking about your rat. I was about to say, you got to go shake it off. You want to do the flip on this? You want a bathroom break? You got to go shake something loose.
Starting point is 00:26:22 This nigga just snitched. Yo, you terrible. She was concerned. You hit flip. I did hit flip because I started getting texts that something had happened to you. The words were Joe got jumped. And I was just like, nah. And then the next thing that I saw was you and him on the live. And I was like, oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:26:47 So I didn't really know. I was like, Joe got jumped, question mark, question mark, question mark. Is that what I texted you? Yeah. Yeah. So then I was just like, you know what? I know he's getting inundated with calls and texts. And he's probably like, this is stupid.
Starting point is 00:27:00 No word of the day. Inundated. I'm going to find out how he is. That nigga is good. When I of the day. Men in daily. I'm going to find out how he is when I actually see him. He gonna teach you a bunch of new words. You get all your little
Starting point is 00:27:13 good words out now. Get all these little words out now. They all Batman words. Hey, real quick. Poof. Hey, watch the people from Baruch College
Starting point is 00:27:24 hit me up later. I played with Baruch. Oh, shit. They want you to do a skit? They were so offended. They were fucking pissed. My mother with the Baruch. I would just. You keep playing with niggas.
Starting point is 00:27:39 I didn't even know Baruch had gang members like that. Oh, shit. That nigga, that don't own the college They would take my deal Like seven people Baruch is a Is a prestige Prestige school
Starting point is 00:27:53 I'm like nigga Wait what What you said about Baruch I forgot what I said A little jokey joke He was insinuating That the only kind of Professor or teacher
Starting point is 00:28:03 That I could land Was a college professor from Baruch. I remember. Yeah, that was me. That's me. We went in. Yo, Joe, they were sending me messages. This shit is crazy. I spent $250 for this education.
Starting point is 00:28:15 You've been crying all the time. Let me find it. Oh, man. This guy. It's hilarious, Joe. Okay, but back to you. Hold on. Look, not too much of Baruch College, all right Okay, but back to you. Hold on, look.
Starting point is 00:28:25 Not too much of Baruch College, all right? It's an amazing school. One of the best public universities in the country. Y'all get a lot of uninformed shit off, but be careful what y'all say about what y'all don't understand. Oh, shit. Wait, yo. He said be careful.
Starting point is 00:28:39 Be careful about what you say. Nigga threatened me about Baruch College, nigga. The bees from Baruch. Beat that ass. You better watch it. Get me out of that. You wasn't there for mine. Nigga threw up the bees for Baruch. You're going to beat that ass you better watch it. Yeah, get me out of that. You wasn't there for mine, I don't want to be there
Starting point is 00:28:49 for yours. Oh, shit. I'm just saying. You going to let me get jumped by Baruchians? All right, keep playing with them. Nah, salute. My mother went there.
Starting point is 00:28:56 She graduated with her master's. What would you like to know, Big Mel? Come on, I feel like this is your time to shine. Give it to me. No, I just... Ask me everything
Starting point is 00:29:04 you should have asked me when you called to check on me. Check on my health. Come on is your time to shine. Give it to me. No, I just... Ask me everything you should have asked me when you called to check on my health. Come on, let's do it. Fuck you. Why me? I want no beef. Okay. Well, um...
Starting point is 00:29:15 Everything... Come on, please. Come on. Where were you... Okay. Skipping that question. Were you with a group? No.
Starting point is 00:29:29 You were by yourself? It was just me and knees. That's it. By myself. By myself on a Saturday night. Okay. It was a dark Saturday night. It was a dark Saturday night.
Starting point is 00:29:43 Stormy, brisk wind. Dreary, dreary night. Just the rain dropping. Now, I want to start with good for me. I want to start there. It was good for me. Good for you now. You can't jerk off. You got to go see the hand specialist.
Starting point is 00:29:59 Good for you, Dodo. The universe was telling your ass to sit down. God gave you every sign in the world to just sit down. And I'm getting older. So, right, the time, I feel like it's November. And I'm still thinking that September, like, we just, it's Christmas time. The time is, but this is sit-down season. It's sit-down season.
Starting point is 00:30:22 He told me that when that dusty, uncultured heathen took my good bag from the airport and took it to the Bronx. Nigga rolled in. You follow them? That was sign number one to sit down somewhere.
Starting point is 00:30:43 Then the little fat ass nigga come rolling up with the beer made. Fucking beer made. Sign number two. To sit your ass down somewhere. I done been over there a bunch of times.
Starting point is 00:31:00 I just been running around. Then I had my baby this weekend. I said to myself, oh yes, finally. I get to sit down and then on Saturday at around nine o'clock my baby said daddy I want to go to Jackie and pop grandpa house and I had to ask him about ten times because I really did want to stay in bed with my baby and cuddle up. And he said, yeah, no, nigga. I want to get the fuck out of this house
Starting point is 00:31:31 and go over there with dumb to the fun. They got video games over there. I did this all day. This is a wrap. Please. All right, you mean it. Take my baby over there, kiss him goodbye, and I'm about to tread on home. Take my baby over there, kiss him goodbye,
Starting point is 00:31:45 and I'm about to tread on home. And then my dad says, what you doing tonight? And I said, nothing. Going home. And he said, it's daylight savings time. That's a dangerous night. I just knew you would be out. Get that extra hour.
Starting point is 00:32:04 Well, you lose out. Get that extra hour. You lose out. Now you gain it. A little light bulb went off in my head. You right. Oh, shit. Get an extra hour. I could go take a nap. Get up and move around.
Starting point is 00:32:22 Oh, we are lit. And I get to do this by myself. I've been with people just for weeks. Like, I was so excited about this. Good for your stupid ass. So I roll right up in. Here go another song I gave you. I roll right up.
Starting point is 00:32:39 I sit there for a second. And then I step out and the security said we was just saying I knew that was you Joe that's God again trying to say
Starting point is 00:32:57 nigga get your fucking ass somewhere and sit down but no because niggas. I walk up in that spot. Hey.
Starting point is 00:33:13 Hey. Hey Joey. Hey Joey. I'm going to see you. All of that was divine. You got to put the accent on. Which one?
Starting point is 00:33:28 Hey, y'all. Hey, y'all. Yo. Every time you do it, I'm going to pause. Every time you wild out, I'm going to just pause and give you the grace. Well, I think that was racist. So that was the vibe, man. I walk in.
Starting point is 00:33:48 I walk to my nice spot in the corner and I sit down. Front or the back? In the back. Is there a song playing in your head? All the way in the back. Listen, DJ is rocking. DJ is rocking and it's the Saturday night lineup. It's a good lineup in here.
Starting point is 00:34:04 This ain't the lineup you really want to fight in front of like why would you do that? There's some good-looking chicks in here right now sit down clearly other people Had the bright idea of daylight savings time getting extra out coming outside to a little more crowded not enough elbow room niggas are celebrating birthdays The niggas right next to me is the niggas with the money. So it's 900, whatever strippers there
Starting point is 00:34:27 is just in that row. They do a shot, shot, shot. So what I'm saying is I'm sitting there as all the liquor is hitting the floor. This is a hindsight review, by the way.
Starting point is 00:34:39 I'm sitting there. Eventually, me and him could fly. That's how long I'm sitting there. Hey, I got birthday. I see, ah. You drinking? We chilling.
Starting point is 00:34:49 Yeah, he in his bag. He in his bag. Should I order pizza? Let me get a pepperoni pizza. I'm just telling you how long I'm sitting here. I done walked outside once. Looked around. Came back in I know but I mean
Starting point is 00:35:14 not that this is too different from my normal that's your normal roots on my normal you can't go there you know security dear but this is a night daylight savings is a night like it's a night it is supposed to it's one of the nights you got to Like, it's a night. It is. It's a thing. It's one of the nights you got to go home early. It's about to be some bullshit. Yeah, it's a thing. Everyone got an extra hour. An extra hour does nobody no good.
Starting point is 00:35:33 No, they need the minus hours. We don't need more. Yeah. We need to deduct. Anyway, I eat my pizza after my second trip back. Y'all, y'all, y'all, this is great. And now I feel like I've sat here too long without Tim. I'm comfortable now. I let me I get some singles I know I'm a bust it down in front of the bar I am so let me go bust it down to my friends first
Starting point is 00:35:57 because I don't want them to get mad that's what I think hmm so I get up and I walk through the crowd, bust a left. Remember, that's where the crowd is. And just at some point, a nigga with a mask pop up. And he cocked all the way back. Like, all the way back. Like, you see them niggas with the punching machine with the bag when they be trying to. That little nigga cocked all the way here and said, bow!
Starting point is 00:36:27 And the whole club said, oh! And I was like, oh, somebody getting, oh shit! It's me! It's me! Oh, wait, it's me! So now he doing whatever he doing, and now I'm trying to just see how many niggas I'm fighting. And once I see I'm only fighting one nigga,
Starting point is 00:36:51 well, now we fighting one nigga. It's cool, Tom. Yeah, we fighting one nigga. But we fighting in the spot that I'm mad these niggas was at drinking at. They crowding my space. It's liquor all over this floor. And we just slipping and sliding. But I got my all-terrain hugs.
Starting point is 00:37:10 Get a good look at them. You might need them in the same, in the event that some niggas try to jump on your ass. Hey, some uncultured, nasty niggas without healthcare
Starting point is 00:37:23 try to put their unmanicured mittens on you, you too might need a pair of these. Oh, man. So I got up over the pool of 1942. This nigga's an idiot, yo. This nigga's an idiot. Hemmed him up on the wall. Now I'm surprised that nobody's jumping on me yet.
Starting point is 00:37:44 But now I can't get up and keep them there because I fall. Slipping and sliding. But if I'm falling, you falling too. Hey! Boom! Nigga, we on the floor now. And it is
Starting point is 00:37:59 bear hug time. Bow! Warm embrace. Chris Brown, my favorite song. You ain't gonna be down here because he's on top of me on the floor. You ain't going to be punching on me down here, nigga. We just going to hug and you not strong. He down there. He down there doing all this bullshit.
Starting point is 00:38:24 Bitch ass nigga. Then once his friends seeing him looking stupid and me rolling over and about to get up now they break it up. Motherfuckers. That's the good one.
Starting point is 00:38:35 My man about to get it. You got to get up off my man. Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo, go. Yeah. And that was that. Respect to them. Fuck them niggas. Respect to them. And respect. them. Fuck them niggas. Respect to them.
Starting point is 00:38:45 And respect. Fuck still fucking niggas. Oh, man. In this same shirt. He really ain't changing. Same. Yeah, I had to remind myself. I had to get back to the 90s.
Starting point is 00:39:04 So, fine. That Bottega, fuck your mentals up. You got to go back to champion hooding days. Well, Haynes. Yeah, I mean. So, I did prove a few of my theories to be, a few theories that I had to be correct. I did always want to know what happened
Starting point is 00:39:19 if you get punched in the face while you got veneers. I found out. Still there. Oh, thank God. Thank God. That could have been bad. That's an expensive punch. That could have cost.
Starting point is 00:39:30 We would have been off today. That's for sure. I ain't coming in here like for Sean, nigga. I'm not doing it. So yeah, that was cool. And nice little warning. Nice little exercise outside. Listen, it could have been a exercise outside. But a good way.
Starting point is 00:39:47 Absolutely could have been worse. Yeah, it could have been worse. My chain could have been on tour right now. You'd have seen some footage. My chain would have been on. Oh, we'd have footage. We'd have seen a hundred niggas in masks sending my shit state to state.
Starting point is 00:40:00 And then the fans would be out there, damn, man, Joker didn't have his chain for a month. That would have been bad. And then the fans would be out there, damn, man, Joker didn't have his chain for a month in his motherfucking time. That would have been bad. Could have put me to sleep in there. Yeah. Bet the wife, they would have went to Starbucks with that Wi-Fi. They would have went to Starbucks with that Wi-Fi.
Starting point is 00:40:17 Could have went to sleep, nights out. Could have been a jump. Mm-hmm. Could have been a weapon involved. Yeah, that's where my mind went. Could have been a jump. Mm-hmm. Could have been a weapon involved? Yeah, that's where my mind went. Could have been a weapon. It could have been somebody that was actually skilled in hand-to-hand combat. That's the part that's confusing me.
Starting point is 00:40:35 I almost want to talk to somebody. If they had a group of niggas, why would they send him to do it? Why do you say that? Just to lose, they let you have a one-on-one, that's it. That's what I said. Yeah, but they could have put it like, when we used to do that, we sent the nigga that was going to get it done in the one-off. The one-hitter-quarter?
Starting point is 00:40:52 Yeah. When we said the nigga that was going was the go guy. That just don't make sense. It's not logical. That's all I'm saying. That's not true. Because sometimes they send the young niggas over there to prove themselves. Or, you know, the beginning.
Starting point is 00:41:08 No, he might have been the go-god, nigga. Or not just that. Sometimes it be the young nigga that's the crash out. And, you know what I mean? They don't know who he had with him or what could have happened. Send him. Oh, you know, like, remember I was in a tight space? You in the club.
Starting point is 00:41:20 Yeah, tight space. It was a tight space. Tight space to be trying to get it on over all that alcohol. It's a little ass club, period. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? And then with a crowd of people in that same spot. Would have tore that entire club up. We tore up the whole back of the club.
Starting point is 00:41:37 We tore up the whole back of the club. So if it was more people involved, oh yeah, then that, right, back to worst case scenarios. I could have more people with me. I could have had somebody strapped up Bet that's a bad club for shots to just that could have ended That could have ended real bad and then the irony would have been that I won't say but it would have been irony in that Yeah, I see what you mean. Yeah
Starting point is 00:42:00 Whose go guy was this? No, we don't do that. Oh Do you have you have a theory? I know who it is. Okay. I know who it is. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:42:13 Wow, y'all know. Yes. Yes. We do. Nigga, the whole street know. That nigga face done flowed. Yes, baby. People know.
Starting point is 00:42:22 Okay. You're so cute. Yo, leave. No, I'm just, I don't know. yes baby people know okay you're so cute yo leave no I'm just I don't know cause you're on birthday mode while we on
Starting point is 00:42:31 nigga time maybe a little bit oh man maybe a little bit no but it's fine but listen could have been worse thank god
Starting point is 00:42:40 everybody's able to go home to their families yeah thank god there's grace involved here. But I don't want to keep saying all of that, even though I'm thankful for it, because there's a difference between niggas looking for clout and niggas looking to hurt you. Total, total difference.
Starting point is 00:42:58 Which do you think this was? This nigga looking for clout. Okay. They wasn't trying to hurt me. I don't view that that way. Not if it's a group of y'all and y'all send one nigga in there to do that. Y'all leave. Y'all don't even stake it.
Starting point is 00:43:11 Y'all don't stake it out outside. It seems like it was just old school rules. Like, you was talking shit, you're going to get punched. I'll take that. You know what I'm saying? Like, you got to respect that. I'll take that. I ain't never mad at that.
Starting point is 00:43:23 Word. I'm mad at everybody being so dramatic over a good old fashioned 1v1. Well, because we see how it goes way different now. So everyone in their head is imagining how this normally goes in this scenario, which is a different level of violence. We saw what the story that was read was you got jumped. And niggas is reaching out like, yo, you good? And niggas is worried, though.
Starting point is 00:43:46 At some point in your life, you got to get past those stages. You know what I'm saying? Past getting attacked in a club. I told you, last time I got attacked in a club was 2016. I got jumped. And I punched somebody in the face. I popped a bottle. And I got jumped in a club in Queens, 2016.
Starting point is 00:44:02 I remember how hard I was on myself. Like, damn, man. I'm getting jumped. And I wasn't even nowhere. I wasn't even in the position that I'm in the club in Queens, 2016. I remember how hard I was on myself. Like, damn, man. I'm getting jumped. And I wasn't even nowhere. I wasn't even in the position that I'm in now. I was just, you know, oh, that's Queens flip going viral. He went viral. It just felt crazy.
Starting point is 00:44:16 It looked crazy. Nigga, your shirt, you tussling in front of people. They watching you. I want to talk about my fight though next week. I'm just saying. No, salute to your fight. I'm just saying. I don't want to hear about my fight though next year. I'm just saying. No, salute to your fight. Salute.
Starting point is 00:44:26 I'm just saying like- I don't want to hear about the old shit. Nigga. And I appreciate that. But what I'm saying is that as my man, as my man, we worried about you. I want to talk about a nigga that just got active though. Because you trying to play it off like on some cool machismo macho man shit. Shut your ass up.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Nigga, salute. You got the one on one. Niggas is worried about you because you don't have no reason to be in there by yourself. You look crazy. Period.
Starting point is 00:44:48 And I think that is your button. And that is the takeaway. You up. Give it to him. Come on. Your chain is heavy, nigga. That shit would have been on tour.
Starting point is 00:44:55 You would have had to buy it back. You better have bought that shit back. No, nigga, you would have had to buy it back like the footage. Get my shit. Somebody get my shit.
Starting point is 00:45:04 I'd have waited for my birthday. Somebody I love get my shit back for me. You would have paid that one, one, but listen. Oh,
Starting point is 00:45:09 please. They not, that's a discount. It's not. I would have went and got something bigger. Got something nice. Oh,
Starting point is 00:45:17 you would have left it. Like a nigga too, look. Like a nigga. No, but say this because that is the takeaway, right?
Starting point is 00:45:22 Yes, yes, yes. Like, thank God that the lesson came in a good old-fashioned 1v1. I'm never mad at that, and I always like my odds in that. But the takeaway is you're too successful, you're too blessed,
Starting point is 00:45:37 you are too handsome, you smell too good. No, no, no, that's too weird. It's another takeaway in there, though. What's the ice? You put a lot of that energy out. Oh, no. And it came back to you. That's the next one. That's the way it is. That's another takeaway in there, though. What's the ice? You put a lot of that energy out. Oh, no. And it came back to you. That's the next one.
Starting point is 00:45:49 That's the real takeaway. That's the next one. I told a nigga that can suck my dick to suck my dick. So the lesson wasn't learned. Yeah. No. Fuck me up. Not even that.
Starting point is 00:46:05 You got a frozen. How long you thought of that? I told a nigga that's disrespect. Why you saying that? Why did you say that? We all shocked. Yeah, that one fucked me up. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:46:20 That too is the takeaway. Those are the takeaways. You too blessed to move around this way, and now you got to go and do the annoying shit and interview all of the niggas and have somebody. Somebody will be present to handle that differently in those events. You just got to add people to the late-night detail. Same way you hit the driver so the driver know what's good,
Starting point is 00:46:44 now you got gotta hit a few other people, add them to the late night detail when you wanna run around and have some fun. Can't enjoy the fruits of your labor. Yeah, cause you can't even be in these types of places comfortable throwing money if you're not prepared for those types of situations to go that way. But also if you're doing what you're doing, if you're speaking how you're speaking, that's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. Even prior to this, when the shit happened at the hookah spot, the response to that really was inviting more energy.
Starting point is 00:47:16 When you came in here, I'm going to be there every day and I want y'all to come. All of that is just, I know I'm taking a mature route, but that's really how I looked at it. I was just like, dog, wait, you too up for this shit. Like, leave that bullshit alone, fam. Yo, I hear you, I hear you. No, I know. Listen, I get it. I know you're going to move the way you move.
Starting point is 00:47:34 I said I hear you. I get it, I get it. Hey, yo, niggas just calling my phone. I've heard the same type of lecture and speech about 900 million different ways from a bunch of different people. They right, though. I got it. We care, that's all. We really give a fuck.
Starting point is 00:47:47 Message received from people that love and care about me and don't want anything to happen to me. Me and Joe was on the phone, right? And then he called the nigga. We was on the phone and then the nigga called me. I said,
Starting point is 00:48:03 yo, Joe, this nigga calling us. Then he called the nigga back. went to the phone and then the nigga called me. I said, yo, this nigga calling us. Then he called the nigga back. He was calling us. Some crazy, like, nobody want to deal with that crazy shit. If niggas who care about you,
Starting point is 00:48:12 that's from outside, they want to be able to protect you. And like Shampoo said yesterday, man, you were the cash cow. That's the other part.
Starting point is 00:48:20 You got to get security just to avoid things. There we go all right thanks so where is cool I'm never gonna stop telling it suck my dick oh yeah that's gonna like yes okay you just gotta do it different steps he said he doesn't want to be in a world where you can't say what you want to say on a podcast. He doesn't want to podcast if you can't say what you want to say. That's what he said.
Starting point is 00:48:48 Not over a fight. I can't believe people out there so uptight over a fight, though. Honestly. Corey's the only nigga I spoke to that was just calm. Like, oh, shit, what happened? Word? All right. Like, as long as there's no sign of the escalation that would warrant some of the panic
Starting point is 00:49:05 that I've seen out there in the last few days, then we okay, man. I'm happy to be loved, and I'm happy to be here with y'all today. Me and Corey were of the same mindset. Oh. I didn't expect this one at all. It's a curveball.
Starting point is 00:49:23 Yeah. I want to hear this. I got to hear this one. Because she didn's a curveball. I want to hear this. I got to hear this one. She didn't even hit you. Nah, I feel you. No, because I know that God doesn't play about him. He's an atheist. Okay, well, not that kind of mindset.
Starting point is 00:49:40 But just the whole, like, he all right. That girl good. She learning now. She is clocked out of this job. She is clocked out of this job. She is clocked out of this world. That's a good one right there. Yeah. Come on, what else?
Starting point is 00:49:51 What else? What else we need to give him so that we fully cover it on? What is wrong with your hand? What did they say? You fractured it? That's the other part. Yeah, man. A little fracture.
Starting point is 00:50:02 OK. Something like that. A little fracture, some swelling. Yeah, this is dramatic for the picture, but this is the hand that's the problem. This little tip right here on this finger. Got cut? No. Ain't going straight.
Starting point is 00:50:19 They fear that I've ruptured a nerve that makes it go straight. Bend down. Too old to be fighting, man. That's all that means. And that's the other thing. Listen, I was not coming in here to call none of y'all wrong. All of those people that told me those things, I was not, hey, I didn't say you wrong.
Starting point is 00:50:34 I told someone to shut the fuck up. Not right now. Like, I feel bad for my girl. She got it bad. I probably owe her an apology, actually. Here's the floor. I didn't confirm that I owe her. I think about it a little more
Starting point is 00:50:48 first. Because she was the first person I hit. She was the first person I hit while I'm still in there. I just felt like she needed to know we had the rapport. I love her. That's dangerous though because your girl, your wife is going to start
Starting point is 00:51:03 freaking out. And, panicking. And that's why I feel like certain things if they're not of a certain magnitude I don't really feel like you need to tell the people that love you most.
Starting point is 00:51:15 But I mean you had to because obviously the internet's going to tell you. I was going to say you'd rather it be that than you open your phone and read it somewhere. You ain't got to tell it
Starting point is 00:51:22 in the heat of the moment when you still feeling adrenaline from the Rocky movie and now you got to tell it in the heat of the moment when you still feeling adrenaline from the Rocky movie and now you got to deal with your girl's anxiety and fucking all of this shit. No, get out of here. I'm still lit a little bit.
Starting point is 00:51:34 This is not the time. Like, this is a proud moment I'm calling you in. Whatever. Yo, what's wrong with the brain? So what happened? You shut down the bar?
Starting point is 00:51:44 I think the brain is fried. Oh, what? Oh. Yeah. Damn, if I continue. All right, fuck it. whatever so you shut down the bar oh what Dan if I continue she was concerned and she had a lot of questions and she had some suggestions I didn't
Starting point is 00:52:02 feel like that was the right time for any of that. Like, I'm literally speaking to you. I'm hitting you right after and I'm speaking to you 30 minutes later. From my vehicle. Headed on. I'm safe. I'm happy.
Starting point is 00:52:23 I'm really proud of what just. What just transpired Yeah, it wasn't the time for that levelings. I don't do well when people got all that anxiety. Don't be like I need calm to just think You can't think properly when you're erratic and emotional and impulsive and just receiving all of these energies. Everybody relax. Flipboard said, Joseph gone, Joseph gone. Ain't that I'm gone. You can't think properly. I'm a thinker. That's it.
Starting point is 00:52:51 So I probably do all our apology. I barked on him. Okay. And it was like three in the morning. That's just the fire in my way.
Starting point is 00:52:58 All that shit right there was like a lot. And then I got 30 million phone calls of everybody doing exactly what she did. It was like, oh shit, all right. All right, maybe she had a point.
Starting point is 00:53:08 All right, baby, I'm sorry. I'm sorry, baby. She definitely had a point. Baby, I'm sorry. There you go. I love you. Good looking, I guess. Fine.
Starting point is 00:53:14 There you go. You was right. You was right. And I shouldn't have spoke to you that way. There you go. Accountability. Yeah, I'm down. I'm down for that sometimes.
Starting point is 00:53:25 Sometimes. I'm down for that sometimes. Sometimes. I'm down for that sometimes. Oh, man. All right, come on. What else? What else? What else? What else we got?
Starting point is 00:53:30 See, you've been in the hot seat a little bit. Me? Yeah, you. What am I in the hot seat for? Oh, we getting everybody out the way. I'm just saying. You had a couple days, bro. I did.
Starting point is 00:53:40 From what I saw. Explain. Tell me more I saw your interview with Zavon and Alex and the team over there went out and then I saw
Starting point is 00:53:51 some responses to that and I saw your name thrown around a little crazy I saw this has been three years of this
Starting point is 00:53:59 so it's nothing new there's no new story in the story I've told my side of the story several times with a fresh, clear mind. They've been on Park's ass.
Starting point is 00:54:08 I got nothing to bring back or say again or reiterate or clarify because I've said it in a clear, level-headed, concise manner without shitting on anybody. So I have no reason to come in here and say it again. Go back to the episode, whatever that was, 452, whatever the fuck episode that was. Sign up to the Patreon. I don't know if it was, but sign up for the Patreon. It's out there. It back to the episode. Whatever that was. 452. Whatever the fuck episode that was. Sign up to the Patreon. I don't know if it was, but sign up for the Patreon. It's out there. It's out there somewhere. It's out there. I think that Joe went up there
Starting point is 00:54:31 with Savon and they mistold the story. So I understand the other gentleman's reason for frustration with that. I watched their response video on YouTube because I was also upset with the way that that was um reiterated retold they reimagined the story left out some key details said some things that people
Starting point is 00:54:51 didn't say they have a right to be mad about that but as far as the whole story that shit was three years ago bro like everyone's doing good what the fuck are we got to keep treading over this bullshit for like the fact of the matter is what it was the whole time. Dudes was tired of each other, yo. That's really the bottom line of this whole fucking beef. There's no other detail or someone snaked someone or someone did this and that to someone. Dudes was tired of each other and they wanted to do their own shit and they're doing their own shit and they're doing well at it and congratulations to them.
Starting point is 00:55:27 As far as the rest of it, who gets a fuck? I do. Uh-oh. Slow it down. Hold on. Applause. Shout out to you.
Starting point is 00:55:37 No, no. That was so... Yo, you know why you my man? Yo, you the man, yo. You're going to get it from me. You the man. That was so mature and responsible and so greatly articulated that, yeah, let's step all over that thing.
Starting point is 00:55:52 Yeah, go ahead now. With some ignorance, right? Turn it up. It's a balance. I like that, folks. Park smoked that shit, man. He smoked that. Round of applause for Park, please.
Starting point is 00:56:01 Let's see. Oh, shit. Oh, well, I can turn it back on. There we go. I like that. But I do have an issue. Go ahead. First and foremost, I'm from Queens.
Starting point is 00:56:12 Where you from? The web in the air. I am, but I'm from, I have the mind frame of COE, right? So a lot of you have not been as successful as me starting from the bottom. Tell them that they can't fuck with you on success. I've been getting a lot of views for a long time, but I would say is that one thing I've learned in this content space is not to let people who are trying to patronize your content instigate or allow them to get into my mind to make me react i say that like i'm not going to listen to i know a lot of people do blogs and these people that blog a lot about what goes on here and they make up these scenarios that's simply not true um now i also don't like a
Starting point is 00:57:01 white man getting into black people's business and telling me what to do, especially if I didn't speak about him. That's number one. I take that offensive and I play the race card very well. Because now I'm going to start thinking that the N-word was said a couple of times and then I'm going to go deeper and try to find some tweets to validate my story. I don't want to do that. I don't think you'll find those tweets. I know. What I'm saying is this. What I'm saying is this.
Starting point is 00:57:27 What I'm saying is this, though. We talking about, you know, I did see Rory's, what he said about me on his Patreon. I heard about it. I have to say that you becoming a part of the problem instead of the solution. Strange flip response. You're a part of the problem instead of the solution. Right? Range flip response. You're becoming part of the problem. You're becoming part of the problem instead of the solution because the solution would be just to do your investigation to understand. As far as Maul is concerned, we have a mutual friend.
Starting point is 00:58:03 And I've always stated that I wanted to interview him in January, but I signed to the Joe Bundt podcast and I got a call that I was doing some funny stuff, not from him, but just people that are inquiring that were in the situation. Now, when I said what I said, the line that I set up here is just to bother Joe. It wasn't really a shot at Maul and my subliminal tactics like Joe said is really not that good. Because I didn't think it was offensive. And he understood it. I would say, yo Joe, Joe makes bad choices in friends
Starting point is 00:58:37 because that's what he was saying about me. So I was like, yeah, just like the other fat nigga, do that and do this. It was just a conversation between him and I that we had or with others that I got some information on. And that's what I'm saying. Your subs is bad. Hold on, nigga.
Starting point is 00:58:52 So what I'm saying is that it was never meant to throw a shot because I'm appreciative. I said up here plenty of times in front of you niggas that Rory and Maul, them niggas, one of them niggas, shouted me out a couple of times. I even put a picture up. They shouted me out on the podcast. Write the time down. Yeah, write the time down.
Starting point is 00:59:08 They shouted me out on the podcast and they shouted me out up here and flipped the script with G-Money and I'm appreciative. I always said that. So, I just don't like that. So, if you're going to cause trouble, I'm a nigga that's outside and I'm tangible. All this old nigga shit you see these niggas is doing, no disrespect, that is
Starting point is 00:59:23 not me. I'm a nigga. I stay outside. I'm going to come. I'm going to record it. Hey, take me. You can't say that to me. All right, cool. 72 hours after.
Starting point is 00:59:31 You can't do that. Take me out of that. All right, salute. You don't be outside neither. Who? You. I be outside everywhere, nigga. Oh.
Starting point is 00:59:38 Hey, yo. Oh. Hey, yo. Hey, yo. Oh, shit. Here you go. The nigga that posted. the nigga that posted, hey, Caesar Brother that posted a shirt called Fat Boy,
Starting point is 00:59:49 I went to the house that I met you in, nigga, and you don't live there no more. I went there right in that backyard where I shot the skin at. I have it documented. Soon as you posted that picture that I gave, I went there, nigga, me and JR. Look at the cameras and call the niggas that live there.
Starting point is 01:00:02 That's the type of nigga I am. I'm not going to do it online like how y'all want me to do it. Don't listen to none of these niggas. I'm a nigga that's outside. If you play with me, I'm going to make content out of you and I'm going to post it. And I know the doorman really well in that building. And I got mad
Starting point is 01:00:17 at Fatboy because Fatboy made me put on that Trap Lord shirt. And I said, Fatboy, why you made me put that on? He's my best friend. Nigga, I'm going back over there. Flip, chill, I don't think you live there.
Starting point is 01:00:26 I went over there and I got it documented. I can provide the proof. Tell me the other address. And don't do that again. No, I'm just saying, no, no, why not? You can't tell me
Starting point is 01:00:35 to be responsible and then start over. Because they said that I gave location so I went to the location. I need you here, yo. I love you. I went to the location
Starting point is 01:00:41 that they said, they said I dropped location on you. You might not be able to scrap your way out the club like I did. You need to just chill. Watch your mouth. Watch your mouth.
Starting point is 01:00:50 See, it's two of us. It's me and JR. See, that's the difference. You always call it on security, though. Yeah, it's not security. Watch your fucking mouth, old nigga. Watch your mouth. JR, you're security.
Starting point is 01:00:58 See, y'all niggas take the high road, and I take underground railroads. Harry and Tubman, rest in peace. I don't take no high roads like you niggas. At all. I'm taking the high road. That nigga going to invite his son into the scuffle. Holy shit. Didn't I text you and I said, yo, look at this shit?
Starting point is 01:01:13 I texted you. I was over there. Okay, get your shit off. Yeah. I'm not playing with these niggas. So what I'm saying is that I don't want anybody causing any trouble. Shout out to the fellas and all the podcasters. I think that you guys are doing great.
Starting point is 01:01:26 But please don't paint any narratives and make it seem like I'm throwing shots. I have nothing to do with nothing. I did say something. Whether you liked it or not, it wasn't in malice. It wasn't malicious. It was in fun. And that's it. I leave it at that.
Starting point is 01:01:41 I have nothing bad to say. So that is your apology. It's not an apology. I'm just saying, no, I'm telling Rory, don't mention my name because I never mentioned you. And that's it. I leave it at that. I have nothing bad to say. So that is your apology? It's not an apology. I'm just saying, no, I'm telling Rory, don't mention my name because I never mentioned you. I didn't say white boy. I didn't say a nigga that want to be down with black people. I didn't say somebody that's misappropriation of the call.
Starting point is 01:01:57 I didn't say none of that shit. I don't know you. I don't play like that. Don't play with me. I will use that. I don't make no face. I will use that call for real. I don't know that nigga. Don't call my name. Me and Moore have a friend in common, and he cool. I spoke't make no face. I will use that call for real. I didn't make it. I don't know that nigga. Don't call my name.
Starting point is 01:02:05 Me and more have a friend in common. And he cool. I spoke to the nigga on the phone. I never spoke to you. Don't call me nigga. And when me and I ain't gonna say the other part. Stop. You did it.
Starting point is 01:02:15 You did it. I don't like that. You did it. You did it big dog. Cause you can't cause trouble between blacks. You instigating. Cause I wasn't even. Okay. I don't like that shit bro. Because I wasn't even doing it.
Starting point is 01:02:25 Okay. I don't like that shit, bro. Because I like that guy. Oh, God. I love y'all, yo. That shit got me tired. Yeah, because you said all that yesterday when we recorded.
Starting point is 01:02:42 Yeah, but I got to say it again. You know what's funny? You did that yesterday when we recorded. I went home I got to say it again. You know what's funny? You did that yesterday when we recorded. I went home and said, that ain't coming out till whenever it come out. I bet that he going to come in here tomorrow and try to get them same bars off. And sure enough, that nigga, yo, the content be burning a hole in you. You see what he said there? Why the content be burning a hole in your soul, man?
Starting point is 01:03:05 Just chill. Just chill. Ready to go, man. You supposed to hold me down, though. You know I ain't mean nothing bad. I fought alone, nigga.
Starting point is 01:03:12 I don't give a fuck about it. I don't give a fuck about none of that shit y'all niggas are talking about. Hold yourself down. I don't hold nobody respect. Oh, man.
Starting point is 01:03:22 What else we got? What else we got? What else we got? Who else we got? What else we got? Who else got a docket? Ish, clear it up. Ish, clear it up. Get at some of them niggas. Get at some of them niggas
Starting point is 01:03:31 trying to buy fucking property out there. I don't want no sauce, bro. I'm good. How many daps you think you gave out the other night? Can I ask a follow-up question? Sure you can.
Starting point is 01:03:41 Answer his question. Answer my first. 50? My turn? You had some sanitizer on you? I had a question for your fight, too. How many hugs did you give out? The Dap Hug combo or separate hugs?
Starting point is 01:03:56 Smoked them right there. Okay. So, 70 greetings. Oh, you're talking about a different hug. No, just... Well, you know sometimes there's a Dap Hug. Like the Dap into the hug. No, just not. Oh, okay. Well, you know sometimes there's a dap hug. Mm-hmm. Like the dap into the hug.
Starting point is 01:04:07 What do you think the capacity is? Here we go. Three, four on it. Antoine, all right. Where? Stop, yo, stop. Come on, come on, stop, stop. He's talking about the parking lot, too.
Starting point is 01:04:20 Yeah, he don't know what's going on. What are you talking about? We got to be close. All right, what question you gonna ask me? So you said you was going over to your homegirl bar to show some love to your friends with an old boy. Yeah. You dropped all your money?
Starting point is 01:04:37 No. Oh, okay. I told you I stayed there after and did it. No, I'm saying like when he rocked you, did you like your shit just... Oh no, I ain't on... These are not the, did you like your shit just... Oh, no. These are not the pants. We definitely need to see the video. I need to see that. The pants I wore yesterday.
Starting point is 01:04:51 The sonic rings out this nigga. Looks like a pillow fight. No, no, no, no. Look what you're hoping for. Look. You my man. You made it home, so it don't matter. No, fucking the pants I had on, I wore yesterday.
Starting point is 01:05:04 The big baggy Balenciagas with deep pockets. All right. And the Velcro on the side pockets. I had a stack over here, a stack over here. Money was good. Wallet was good. Shirt was good. Everything was good.
Starting point is 01:05:20 No headache the next day. No aches and pains. The next day, I was lit. No headache the next day. No aches and pains. The next day, I was lit. As the days went on, my hand just continued to puff and puff and puff and puff.
Starting point is 01:05:34 So I was like, all right, now we bugging. And then this finger never went straight. Yeah, so I was like, oh, okay. Time to make a phone call. Gotcha. That is the annoying part of fighting. Niggas are too old to be doing that shit. Thanks.
Starting point is 01:05:45 I'm too old. I am too old. That nigga, and he of fighting. Niggas too old to be doing that shit. Facts. I'm too old. I am too old. That nigga, and he revealed himself all over the internet. So now I'm real mad because he a nigga with dirty jeans. He did? Like, yeah, just a nasty. Where? The page I sent you, that's a nigga?
Starting point is 01:06:03 Stop. I'm asking, was that a... Yeah, dirty, nasty. Just a little nasty, nasty-ass nigga. He DM'd me. Somebody, yo, you said that we saw. Stop playing. All right, Ish don't want to talk about the daps. It's fine.
Starting point is 01:06:29 Who's networking? What do you think of the new staff? They got new staff? Yeah. I think they have special staff for the birthdays. Okay. It was cool. All of their staff is good, though.
Starting point is 01:06:44 On a normal shift. Very attentive. It's just like a normal shift. Very attentive. Is this like the secret spot? Very attractive. Look, let me, I'm going to give you what you want. The staff was really pretty. A couple of the girls were really pretty. And again, the way that the spot is ran, they are attentive, period. That's true.
Starting point is 01:07:00 Them niggas treat you like, you know what I mean? Like, I was hungry. My car broke down the other day. I'm hungry. I ain't eat. It's my man birthday. And even more so when you're famous. Now, yo, stop your shit, man.
Starting point is 01:07:12 You're famous! So listen, as I was saying. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. As I was saying, it's even more different when you are famous. That was a question. I wouldn't know. Can I ask you a question? Shoot.
Starting point is 01:07:23 Do you think you get the same attention and treatment as just a random person in that spot? Yes. You know I've been in there. Antoine, what is going on? Aki. Can I finish my fucking story, yo? No.
Starting point is 01:07:39 I am acknowledging you. You're a little famous, bro. It's okay. I'm never invited. If somebody has a membership to that particular spot, they treat them like a VIP member. So my man was eating potato chips. He ain't famous. He gave me a bag of potato chips. The owner went and got me a bag of potato chips.
Starting point is 01:08:01 Is that what you're doing on the airwaves? Telling us about your man giving you a fucking bag of potato chips. Is that what you're doing on the airwaves telling us about your man giving you a fucking bag of potato chips? Let me ask another question. Yo, go ahead. Does everybody get to walk through the kitchen? Yes.
Starting point is 01:08:12 That's been a spanking. I've never walked through the kitchen. That's a perk. That's a perk of you ain't walked through the kitchen. I've never walked
Starting point is 01:08:17 through the kitchen. Why would I have to walk through the kitchen? The door right there. No, it ain't. No, I'm talking about the door that I normally walk in.
Starting point is 01:08:24 That's not the door. That's not the door. I'm fine with that door is what I'm saying. No, you're not. Now, once you walk there. No, it ain't. No, I'm talking about the door that I normally walk in. That's not the door. I'm fine with that door, is what I'm saying. No, you're not. Not once you walk through that kitchen, you ain't. And your car's sitting right there at the door. I don't drive. Your man could be right there. My vehicle pulls right up. You're not listening. It's fine. I'm going to show you.
Starting point is 01:08:40 It's alright, bro. It was nice, but to your point, I had a rough day. You had a rough day. Your day wasn't rough. I spoke to you that day. You was chilling.
Starting point is 01:08:55 Yeah, you was chilling. You know what I mean? You was in your splendor. I ain't seen you like that since... You were saying? Like 07 All-Star game. Oh, shit. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:09:10 You were saying? That's what I was saying. It was good seeing you in your glory. Are you guys not able to say the spot the child was at? Yeah, it's a secret. I got it. Moving on. Come on.
Starting point is 01:09:23 Is there something that needs our attention? There's some other fights that was going on. Come on. Is there something that needs our attention? There's some other fights that was going on. Yeah, what's up with the Tasha K fight? I didn't.
Starting point is 01:09:30 Oh, Tasha K got it popping in Miami at a podcast event. Really? The podcast threw heads? The story is some guy said, you know, you
Starting point is 01:09:40 look good. You got a fat ass or your ass is sitting. We only know this because the guy that got beat up allegedly did an interview or got on his Instagram and responded. With mad band-aids on and shit. Yeah, like mad band-aids.
Starting point is 01:09:54 You should have did that. Why would I do that? He can't sue. Don't check on me, check on him. I ain't need no band-aids or no Ivy Grove. That nigga getting the lawsuit Grove. That nigga getting the lawsuit ready. That nigga's on the phone
Starting point is 01:10:09 with his lawyers first thing this Monday morning. Who? So he said, the dude with the band-aid. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That nigga just came home. Oh, hell no.
Starting point is 01:10:17 Talk about luck. I'm about to drag that nigga. He can know his own background. Yeah, I think it was fake. I think it was fake I think it was fake the story is he said yo you got a fat ass and her husband
Starting point is 01:10:31 and some other niggas jumped all over him allegedly and there's video of it and Tosh K threw a couple of kicks and then they all scattered in the club
Starting point is 01:10:39 and blah blah blah the video looked fake it all looked fake to me it looked like a love and hip hop set like a love and hip hop scene straight out of straight out of love so it would be the purpose yeah I made I can't say that it made I don't know the purpose cuz I don't do that right but it hit every blog in a matter of minutes
Starting point is 01:10:59 like all of them the same which there's value in that for people sure so go toss okay we know she's been running around doing press. Shout out to y'all. I see y'all pieced it up. I never had no beef with her. But still, just even people that thought there was beef, it's good to see. I don't be having beef until the beef comes while you're trying to. But yeah, I didn't have
Starting point is 01:11:18 no beef with Tasha K. She didn't like a decision that was made. She's entitled to that. I didn't like how she went was made she's entitled to that I didn't like how she went on and responded and handled me she did, she did, she 100% fired on me but even that, I don't have a beef with you
Starting point is 01:11:33 I enjoyed my time with you you angry, that's on you that's not me gaslighting and being dismissive but that's your shit to deal with, we don't talk everyday who posted the text messages between you two? she did so now I posted the picture messages between you two she did Okay, she did So now I posted the picture. I was doing a photo dump. Mm-hmm and in photo dumps
Starting point is 01:11:50 I'm just looking at some of the pics. I forgot that while she was here I even took that picture back there because these guys faces was hilarious So I thought the pic was funny so I posted it and then she responded saying uh Hey, she texted me to say hey if you put that out whatever the text said, please edit because my legs and I'm married and I'm a married woman and please just do some editing. And I was like, don't you owe me an apology?
Starting point is 01:12:14 Let's start there. And then she said, I gave you one. And she sent me a video link to some shit where she was kicking my back. But I guess there was an I'm sorry in there somewhere. And that's that. You know women don't know how to apologize. Oh we know.
Starting point is 01:12:29 Women don't know how to apologize. We deal with it up here. Oh my God. It's her birthday. It's her birthday dog. Why are you kicking my back in?
Starting point is 01:12:38 Today of all days. It's your birthday and you look amazing. Thank you. I just have to get you to get. It's your birthday. I've said.
Starting point is 01:12:43 It's your birthday girl. I've said sorry. Man, with the way you, it took a long time to say sorry for some things. Okay, we're not revisiting that shit. No, we're not. That was.
Starting point is 01:12:52 No. He didn't like that. I'm sorry. Not even a fucking little bit. Where's Hug? All right, we here, man. Hug's all right. We back.
Starting point is 01:13:00 We back. Hug's for everybody. How's it? Y'all good? I'm great, man. I'm great. I'm great. Everybody good? Did any of y'all get a chance to listen to Lloyd Banks' new mixtape?
Starting point is 01:13:10 I did. I did. I did not. You not hip-hop. Hey, y'all, Queens nigga put some music out. You gonna go listen. Anywhere else across the world, nigga. Shout out to Bynum.
Starting point is 01:13:18 Bynum sent to me. Shout out to Banks, Halloween Havoc 4. Shout out to Blue. Shout out to Banks, friend of the show. That's my man. Shout out to Blue. That's my man. That's my man. Shout out to Blue. That's my man. He's deeper than music with me and Banks.
Starting point is 01:13:27 I care about him. Facts. I will get to the music, though, because that boy is good. That boy is good. He's rapping. Any takeaways? From the tape? I mean, it was a solid tape.
Starting point is 01:13:37 Another solid tape. He's been on a run of delivering consistent good projects for the past couple years. Yes. And it's good to hear him again. Like just, like you said, consistent. Banks was real quiet
Starting point is 01:13:49 for a long time. He was. He was. And now it's like, I got the leisure to drop whenever I want. He said he did his tape in three days.
Starting point is 01:13:56 Okay. So, not mad at it. But, I'm done with rappers in that line. That line, I don't care.
Starting point is 01:14:02 It's over. Although, I don't write, I did this. However long it took you, I don't care. Yeah, is it fire or not? I don't even need to say it. Yeah, that's all we care about.
Starting point is 01:14:08 It was fire, it was high, I like it. Yeah, it's fire. That was a thing back when me and Banks was out, so I get it, but now it don't matter. A lot of the rappers today, real quick, should stop saying they don't write. Like, some of y'all should write, try to write. Like, sit down and try to put some thoughts.
Starting point is 01:14:22 No, no, no, not Banks. We good with him um but then he also announced that he's gonna do cold corner three okay and he's gonna sell it himself for a hundred dollars yeah okay not mad you got damn right that's what he said and he received quite a bit of backlash a lot of it really yeah a lot of backlash it was a lot because that sounds crazy to people who don't know okay that's why that sounds crazy to people who don't know shit that's why that sounds crazy to people who don't pay for shit
Starting point is 01:14:49 that's really what it is here I'll take it a step further in a great way that sounds crazy to the people that consume music today yes yeah the people that pay $10 a month or $12 a month whatever it is and get
Starting point is 01:15:08 every song from these streaming platforms that is where the music business is right like when I was a kid and we used to get the little pamphlet shit whatever it was with the 99 CDs for 10 cent or a dollar or whatever the fuck it was. Columbia house. BMG. BMG. Get it back in blood. That was a dream. I want to say that this is, first of all, dope.
Starting point is 01:15:34 And as someone who has put out music through like Bandcamp or some of these sites where they can kind of pay whatever, I have had multiple supporters spend that kind of money on a $10 project. So it's not crazy. And I've bought projects in the same manner. Someone I just like and support. You're putting this out, pay whatever you want. I'm going to give you $100. I fuck with your shit.
Starting point is 01:15:53 There's nothing wrong. It ain't for everybody. But there's going to be enough people that love your shit that will pay whatever you put the ticket at. And I'm probably going to make more money than if I put it on a DSP. 100%. No probably about it. That's the part that y'all keep missing.
Starting point is 01:16:07 Like, yo, dog, I don't care if, like, listen, listen. The beautiful thing about cultivating a real fan base who really will support you is that right there. I can go put a project out. Hey, it only take a couple of y'all to buy it. I'm going to make more money off of this small percentage of y'all that buy it than if I go throw it up on a DSP
Starting point is 01:16:25 and get.001 cent a stream me and my partner Passport Gift have put out a bunch of projects in the last couple years we put it out on Bandcamp first shout out to Bandcamp
Starting point is 01:16:34 and we make more money off the week or two that it's there by itself than we do getting hundreds of thousands of streams per song for the whole album
Starting point is 01:16:43 so salute there's no money in streaming yo and your real supporters will support you getting hundreds of thousands of streams per song for the whole album. So salute. There's no money in streaming, yo. And your real supporters will support you. So at $100, if 2,000 people bought your shit, you made 200 grand? Yeah. And it would take you forever. The math is a lot more favorable.
Starting point is 01:16:58 It would take you forever to make 200 grand from streaming. You won't make it. Well, they got something going around now that says a million streams is worth 25 cents on Spotify. Spotify is low. Their cut is like, it's.00... They said 25 cents.
Starting point is 01:17:15 I don't even know that to be accurate. I don't know if that's accurate, but it's bad. There's a little calculator that you can find I forgot who posted it. It may have been Billboard or something like that. And you can punch in the streams you want. You're not making any actual money until you're getting into hundreds of millions of streams. Which is really fucking hard to get, by the way.
Starting point is 01:17:34 Yeah, that's what I'm saying. And most artists don't even get to that level. This also, I believe, is the future of music. I agree. This is the future of music i agree this is the future of music the same way that i said the shows would become a luxury ticket a luxury item music is going in that direction and and the people that will be first to that party are the people that own their rights and own their music and if you own your music lloyd banks that's another reason i don't like that it took me three days to do this shit
Starting point is 01:18:05 we are already the cheapest art in the world and we not I don't look at it that way I don't look at us that way I don't look at the music that way
Starting point is 01:18:15 I don't look at the effect the impact that it has in the world that way what you mean when you say we're the cheapest art it's the cheapest
Starting point is 01:18:21 it's the cheapest it's the cheapest art in the world these songs cost 99 cents this album this EP costs 4. These songs cost 99 cents. This EP costs $4.99. This project is $10.99. I don't think that any fan should be able to get a future album for $9.99.
Starting point is 01:18:34 Word. No fan should be able to buy a Drake album for $9.99. Word. That's a good point. Why? Really good point. That's wrong. Yeah. But if you don't control your shit, I'm not talking about them no more.
Starting point is 01:18:47 If you're in that major label system, then you kind of sign up for certain things. Lloyd Banks is not. I'm sure Fab is figuring out a way now. Some of the people that already went through all of that shit now are figuring out ways to finally reap the benefits of their music. And when you do that and you just start playing around with numbers like you just did, everybody is going to eventually sell their music for more than $10. Yeah. Yeah. Everybody don't have the privilege of going to get that live show, arena, stadium money.
Starting point is 01:19:26 Everybody can't go get a Happy Meal deal, Waffle House deal, Burger King deal. The alternative for the people that are not playing that game, and that game is only 10% of music. Not even. Not even. Not even close. Everybody else got to do it the other way to sustain. The only way to get to the, I really do think it was 100 million streams to have like $100,000 a year kind of income.
Starting point is 01:19:53 I thought I was looking it up. Yeah, I was looking it up. Spotify, it says the average price per stream is.004, which is $4 for every thousand streams. So for a million streams, it's four grand. Wow. So that's ridiculous. But even that, you still got to pay out. That ain't four grand in your pocket.
Starting point is 01:20:13 Yeah. That's four grand that this song made from here. And you still, whatever your splits is in your contract now, it comes out of that. For a million. For a million streams on Spotify. Some of these other ones are even worse. And that's just the artists. That's the artists, right?
Starting point is 01:20:28 That's before the splits and all that. Right? Yeah. That's low level. That's the low level business. Because the big business is I'm the label. Y'all are my artists. All of y'all are platinum and do numbers.
Starting point is 01:20:42 All of y'all are platinum and do numbers. Now I'm going to go cut the deal with Spotify as the label for all of my acts. So you can continue to have that music license. It's the labels negotiating your rights the way they're supposed to be negotiated. Not you. You don't even have that phone number. Right. You can't, you're not invited in that level of conversation.
Starting point is 01:21:08 Yeah, this streaming calculator I'm using, 100 million streams would get you $350,000. 100 million. And you got to bust that down still. Yeah, you got to bust that down. Unless you're a super unicorn and you can do literally everything yourself, which not many people can. So if I'm Lloyd Banks,
Starting point is 01:21:23 today I can forecast that I'm not getting 100 million streams. Yeah. Right? Because that's... That's not going to happen. Especially now where the labels and their subsidiaries control most of the playlisting, which is the only realistic way to get to those kind of numbers. Exactly.
Starting point is 01:21:41 Because people are... The biggest fan in the world. How many times are you streaming your favorite artist's single song? Like maybe a couple hundred times? In a year. In a year? You got to have that or streaming farms galore.
Starting point is 01:21:54 Yeah. So Lloyd Banks, and Lloyd Banks got a family and always been low and to himself. He don't want to go on the road with you niggas. He don't. Pop out of control.
Starting point is 01:22:04 I'm sure they've approached him about G-Unit reunion, blah, blah, blah. I'm sure he's had conversations and he probably been on the road. But do I think Lloyd Banks want to depend and rely on going on the road
Starting point is 01:22:17 for the bulk of his income? No, I don't believe that. And like you just said, Park said 100 million streams gives you 300 grand. 350. And I said just said, Park said 100 million streams gives you 300 grand. 350. And I said, yo, 2,000 people buy your shit
Starting point is 01:22:28 at $100 a pop. 200 grand. You had 200 grand. Right. All I need to sell is 2,000. Right. And when you have that fan base, like I remember when Nip did it
Starting point is 01:22:38 with the Proud to Pay campaign with Crenshaw tape, which I think was 2012, if I'm not mistaken. Yo, I'm going to put it over here, but if you really fuck with me, buy it directly from me for the $100. And he sold it out. And he still threw it on streaming.
Starting point is 01:22:55 Eventually. No. All at the same time. Oh, was it? Yes. I thought it came out later on streaming. No, it was all at the same time. I remember because I bought it on iTunes.
Starting point is 01:23:05 I downloaded it from DatPiff, and I no. It was all at the same time. I remember because I bought it on iTunes. I downloaded it from DatPiff and I paid the $99 all at the same day. And they killed him. They did. Yeah, because it's the same argument I'm seeing about Banks. They killed Nipsey for that.
Starting point is 01:23:16 And then Hove came and bought 100 and then that story went out. Then the dick ride. All it takes is for something to happen for the sheep to be like, okay, that might be a vibe. Oh, shit, if Hov already bought $100, that means that Nipsey already made such and such.
Starting point is 01:23:31 That's what they started doing. And then you see how it can start to be fruitful. And then you see how if anybody owns their own shit, why would you do that? My project, whenever it come out, will never be $10. And I'm beating that hundred that they keep doing when it did it again cuz I don't give a fuck about what it sell they did it again he did mail by this is art I haven't done this in 10 years 12 years I stepped away to take my time blood sweat tears internalized process
Starting point is 01:24:02 write it down search for beats search for engineer mix master bring the real band in instruments guitarists you you're busting fans take this shit for granted they do 100 fans take for granted that was a big reason for my retirement yo for me to make an album i'm not part of the microwave era like that shit take me some time right i can't go in and i was mad when slaughterhouse was like oh we did this album in 11 days yeah it's true because we four rappers but why would we ever say that i hate that nah i put my life into this shit and y'all was able to buy it and review it 10 seconds later and then bypass it put it to the side or hold on to it nah i'm
Starting point is 01:24:41 not playing that game and in underground music by way, there's like Brownsville Ka is a dude that's been doing direct-to-consumer sales. Griselda and them with the vinyl and CDs and merch have been doing direct-to-consumer. Ryan Leslie.
Starting point is 01:24:52 Ryan Leslie. Shooter. Shooter. Shooter's been doing it for every project. Shout out to Shooter. And he told you from the rip, I'm never putting none of my shit
Starting point is 01:25:01 on streaming or nothing. If you want it, buy it from me. Buy it. Yeah. Buy it. I think that's the dopest shit ever like i'm never getting caught up in that i still buy music i'm saying i buy music i buy music i love buying any song i want to hear i purchased it if i can't find it that mean that for some reason it didn't download out the item new phone you know all of
Starting point is 01:25:20 that bullshit but and then if i don't have that, I might go to a stream. But I look at streaming as bootlegging. It really is. I've always looked at streaming as bootlegging. The only thing is the people that own the shit gave you the license to stream it. Whereas the people
Starting point is 01:25:36 that own the shit didn't give you a license to sell it on the street. But the concept is the exact same to me. See, I think it's worse than bootlegging to me because the
Starting point is 01:25:46 same way they gave you the lot that's my y'all know that's my beef with streaming tomorrow they could say hey you know what you can't hear that album no more they do it all the time that happened what the you mean I can't hear this album no more I've been listening to this all week now you just took it down it don't exist yeah no no out of here I got that album no let me buy that now you can do whatever you want with your streaming server. I bought the album and downloaded it. I can listen to it whenever I want. You don't control what's in my head.
Starting point is 01:26:11 I do both. There's advantages to streaming. If it's something new that you haven't heard of before, something you want to try it. Yeah. And I think as an artist, you should have some things available on streaming so people can find you and see if they like you or not.
Starting point is 01:26:24 But relying on streaming as an can find you and see if they like you or not. But relying on streaming as an income source is an impossible reality unless you are the top of the top. What if you could do something where it's like I put it on streaming for a short time and then I take it off and it's for sale only. That's the commercial. I got it
Starting point is 01:26:40 on streaming for a month. But after that month I'm pulling it and now if you want it you have to purchase it that's the only way to get it yeah he could do it like I'll let you stream it that's how we get the word out that it's out there but now now you gotta buy it if you own your shit you can be creative in how it's distributed as a market right but the first part is you gotta only got to own it you gotta it. And that's not to deter anybody out there with big record deal dreams, right?
Starting point is 01:27:08 If that's what you want to do, I support your decision even in that. And it works for people. It does. It works for some people. The major label system or label system in general works for some people. There are advantages to it, but it ain't for everybody. And if you have a cultivated fan base, you probably don't need it. It worked for me even though it didn't.
Starting point is 01:27:26 It does work. It has its advantages. That's why so many people do it. There's plenty of advantages. And you want to bet on yourself and believe in yourself that I'm talented enough that with the right push, I can get something going. There's certain lanes that are not going to be open to you
Starting point is 01:27:42 without access from a label as far as getting on late night talk shows or any marketing type of thing is easier when you have someone else, major or independent, helping you. Well, what happened, and with the rise of the 360, where labels realize,
Starting point is 01:27:58 okay, the money in music is down, but I'm still a label. I still have connections and relationships and distribution over here. I can get your merch sold better. I can, hey, check this out. You can't perform at certain venues if you're not down with us.
Starting point is 01:28:12 And by the way, the money in music is not down. The way the money is being distributed. Distributed, yes. The way the money is being distributed is down. Music for the artists is down. And that's where we really fucked up, right? Because once the labels adopted or got with all of the streaming standards,
Starting point is 01:28:28 they lowered their overhead and still didn't increase the money. Right. Ain't no more production. All they're doing is pressing a button. Yep. And y'all albums is going out. They don't have to store shit nowhere. They don't have to call all these people and order and then fucking all of that old school shit
Starting point is 01:28:46 that they had to do. Shipping, pressing up a hundred thousand or a million CDs. They don't have to do none of that. They're not even
Starting point is 01:28:52 marketing anymore. Word. No. You market yourself. They're not even marketing. You're the marketer. They're not even signing you if they have to market you.
Starting point is 01:28:58 Yeah, go do it. Go get it done. Go get it done. We'll come in and take the bulk of everything else. They're signing marketing people, essentially.
Starting point is 01:29:06 So look, what stops, I'm just asking because you know I don't know this shit. What stops them from saying, all right, cool, right now 100 million streams is 350. In six months, they could say, yo, 100 million streams is 275. They do that all the time. They do that all the time. They keep doing it. They do. They do that all the time.
Starting point is 01:29:23 They do that all the time. They keep doing it. They do. Yo, y'all on Caesar ass? Oh, no, it's a racket. You get what I'm saying? Y'all on their ass. Call these niggas.
Starting point is 01:29:38 This is a motherfucking, a different type of scam. Now you're seeing, this is part of like why SAG-AFTRA Is like on strike Streaming Yeah It makes sense Why Yeah that's what They're fighting over Is there a reason
Starting point is 01:29:50 Why like this magic number Seems to be a hundred dollars Because I saw like The reactions were It's funny you say that About bandwagon jumping About nips Nipsy
Starting point is 01:29:59 How everyone was Just like oh You know that's bullshit But then The reactions to Lloyd Banks People were saying in the comments, you're not Nipsey
Starting point is 01:30:07 to be charging this amount. Like, why is $100 seem to be like the magic number? I don't think it was the fact that it was $100. It was just, well, one,
Starting point is 01:30:15 that they both did it. But I think it's how dare you charge more than just putting it on streaming where we can pay our $9.99 and get it. How dare you try to charge a ticket? It could have been $50. It can pay our $9.99 and get it. How dare you try to charge
Starting point is 01:30:25 a ticket for that? It could have been $50. Yeah. It could have been $75. It could have been $30. How dare you, who the hell you think you are to say I'm not putting it
Starting point is 01:30:34 on streaming and I got to pay you directly? That's not how we get music, the nerve of you. My shit going to be $500 a pop. I'm at you. Let me tell him. You should be hiding that shit.
Starting point is 01:30:43 Let me tell him in advance. I would do a stack, but I still want a few a few of the less fortunate to be able to go that's what I was saying like this is the second the double up the second time that came around that's he did the mailbox money mixtape for stack mm-hmm and he sold those mm-hmm thousand dollars each hey if you the campaign was just so genius because it was like, I'm still giving it to you over here. This is only for those who really support and want to pay. And the people will.
Starting point is 01:31:12 And they did it. We did it, because I did it. Yeah, I'll pay a hundred bucks for a bass project. If you make it available, see, that's the thing that some creators know and some don't. If you make it available, niggas are cop. Facts. If they never have the option, then you'll just never know that I have fans.
Starting point is 01:31:29 That's what Banks and a few of the independent artists out there, we are privy to different metrics now. So now you're looking at, okay, I have a base of 20,000 people that spend with me with the merch and yada, yada, yada. They're spending $300 a year with me. How can I get that person to spend three-fifths? You're really just targeting your base. That's it. It's your base. All the people that's complaining,
Starting point is 01:31:56 it ain't for y'all. The move ain't for y'all. And all y'all doing is helping with the promotion of what I'm trying to do because this is a solo move, so thank you. But this ain't for y'all. This is for the people
Starting point is 01:32:05 that's going to bust it down. And the Banks fans. Myself, part like, we've been waiting for Cold Corner 3 forever. Yeah, that part. I got 100 bucks for you, bro. You got my 100.
Starting point is 01:32:15 The second it's announced. That's dope. And a lot of you artists, by the way, I got 100 for you too. Facts. I got 100. GZ could have dropped this project.
Starting point is 01:32:23 I don't care what it would have cost. That's dope. You know what I'm saying? When it's GZ could have dropped this project. I don't care what it would have cost. That's dope. You know what I'm saying? When it's decent people. If Future dropped for a buck,
Starting point is 01:32:28 I'm buying it. Sorry that you niggas ain't heard the new Future. Yeah. I'm enjoying the hell out of it. Word.
Starting point is 01:32:37 I'm enjoying it. And if you do that for somebody like Banks, you know, if you incentivize and reward taking your time on the art right and you and you don't take capable amazing artists and make them feel like they have to rush right back out with a project in two three four five months then we might get
Starting point is 01:33:00 better product for financial reason yeah might get better product, too. For financial reasons, yeah. Might get better product, too. Hey, his last album affords him the ability to maintain a living for two years or a year and a half and not be stressed and fucked up while he making a project. Right. He don't have to go on the road and fucking change his diet and leave his family and fight with his girl.
Starting point is 01:33:21 You just don't have to do those things, man. Salute the banks. Yep, salute. Salute the banks. Sorry y'all don't understand it but in the next in the next 10 years you better get with it i don't think 2034 is getting here and y'all gonna be getting music for 9.99 at some point leor or or lucian or somebody powerful is gonna get enough of the streaming sites playing with them it ain't gonna be us the artists ain't gonna be y'all ain with them. It ain't going to be us. The artists ain't going to be us. Y'all ain't
Starting point is 01:33:47 if you buck enough to revolt. But they going to piss off some of them back there. Every time they have those negotiations it be heated. It get heated with everybody but YouTube. YouTube don't play with them niggas. But then TikTok came. Now you got to be humble when you talk to them.
Starting point is 01:34:04 You got to be humble when you speak to these places that have amassed the audience and the information. That's true. Anyway. But that's the scary shit. That's another reason why you should build your own infrastructure, websites, whatever marketplace you need. Because any of these sites at any given moment can start fucking with your shit. That's true. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:34:29 Yeah. Direct to consumer, if you have the fan base is always the way to go if you have the fan and if you don't have the fan base build it yeah you gotta start somewhere build it you gotta start somewhere build it yeah i agree well said gotta start somewhere anything else in music shit selling 20 copies at 50 bucks you're gonna make more as a small artist than any streams that you would have seen. Promise you. And that's the other part that really pissed me off. Let's say he do 2,000. You know what these fucking idiots, ah, look, it flopped, 2,000.
Starting point is 01:34:58 Nigga, I made more off 2,000 than you made off going platinum. Yeah, but niggas don't want money. They want clout. True. That's true. Yo, clout is number one now. Yeah, but niggas don't want money. They want clout. True. That's true. Yo, clout is number one now. No, it is. Number one.
Starting point is 01:35:09 Clout rules everything around me. Seriously. Might need to update that beat and do that. That's the title. But it does. I said that when I was able to make it to my vehicle safely. I was like, oh, okay. What you just wanted was the moment
Starting point is 01:35:27 to capture the moment of a knockout. Like if you would've got knocked out, it would've been, yeah. All over the place. All over the place. But the clout is more important than, them niggas ain't try to rob me. Them niggas ain't tap my pockets. I'm used to wild shit. Oh, y'all really only just wanted the moment. Fucking
Starting point is 01:35:43 Maddie running up to me so make a call don't walk outside like bitches that's used to like the real shit oh no y'all really just did that and went home to bed thankfully yeah salute yes but no in the grand picture. Yes, in that moment, because I need to move around better and do those stupid good for you nigga learn a lesson. That's how I learned my lesson. So I'll take that. But in this in this conversation, we talk about about clout. Right. That was dumb niggas version of clout. Other niggas have different ways of going about getting clout. And that's where it can get dangerous, if clout just rules the land.
Starting point is 01:36:27 Yeah. If clout rules the land, it gets tricky. Dog Phab said a long time ago, fame is the new drug. Mm-hmm. Y'all want clout before money? Niggas would really would do this. What? Do you know how many niggas would take celebrity-ism
Starting point is 01:36:40 over money? Yes. Well, no, but. In a fucking heartbeat. I can imagine. I can imagine. In a heartbeat in a heartbeat What? God, you know, it's funny about God man as if one finger on this hand wasn't already as dumb as could be I'm a blast I wanted to edit you earlier but I'm that nigga in my relationship so I'll
Starting point is 01:37:13 just speak to my girl about that shit you said but somebody gonna shoot no I'm a blast What do you mean cheating? What? You scared me, Issh. Is you all right? Oh, Issh. She said, what's going on? Look, you're scaring us, Issh. That's not what he meant. Don't put that on my name. No, black men don't cheat. He's solid.
Starting point is 01:37:35 Black men don't cheat. Oh, also, real quick, can I leave music for a second? Sure. And then we can go back to whatever Lauryn Hill said or whatever. Yo, I was picking, yo. I'm dead ass about this. Sometimes you don't know your feelings about situations until you get into it. I went to pick up my baby, pick up Lex.
Starting point is 01:37:58 That's my man. And Cynthia and I had quite a bit to discuss. You know what I mean? So she keep trying to go in the house. Come in. Hey. Come on. I love that.
Starting point is 01:38:09 Don't try to make it fast between us. Come on, let's talk. So we talking. We talking outside. It's a nice day. My baby in the car, he chilling. So we get to have the parents talk. You know, a car roll by.
Starting point is 01:38:20 Honk. While I'm talking about some serious life shit, nigga said, B-B. She going, hey. Oh, god. She put her hand up in the air. Oh, yeah. Hey. What you was saying?
Starting point is 01:38:34 What you was saying? Oh. Talk about talking about talking about. That's like the same shit that happened yesterday with Keenum. A lot of shit getting crazy. Talk about why. I'm glad that y'all find that it as funny. No, I'm sorry, bro. It is funny.
Starting point is 01:38:48 I didn't know that part. It is funny. I didn't know. Talk about, she knew to honk her. Yeah. That's hilarious. I don't honk when I'm talking about my ex or whatever. Man, that's Joe Budden.
Starting point is 01:38:59 Nigga, he just got jumped. Bam! Oh, shit. Well, if it was that, that's different. But she waited, nigga. Oh, yeah. Salute. got jump Fistico You said something? That was before I got my little fisticuffs. Oh, that was before. You said something? You said something though? Yeah, I fucking said something. Hey, yo. Hey, that town nigga ain't no honking while you talking to daddy outside the house.
Starting point is 01:39:31 I don't like that. You were serious or you playing? You know you be... I'm play serious. I'm play serious. Play serious. Was it the short honk or was it just like... No, it was a little quick, little beep beep.
Starting point is 01:39:41 But it was two. It was a double. It was a double honk. Hold on. Nice car. Was it a big boy hunk or a little Honda Civic hunk? It wasn't a bad car. It wasn't a bad car. Oh, yeah. It's disrespectful.
Starting point is 01:39:50 They might have rims on this shit. If it was a Honda. They might have BBs on this shit. That shit don't mean nothing. That's my cousin. Eduardo. Hey! Salute!
Starting point is 01:39:58 I did want to come here and be like, damn, I wonder if this ever happened to my co's and how they would feel about it. Because this is real trivial. Like, it's stupid. I wouldn't like it. It ain't trivial, yo. It's stupid. But while I'm out here, don't do no honking, my nigga.
Starting point is 01:40:14 And if he gon' honk, don't you put a hand up in the air. You got to like this. I'm talking about some real shit. Like, what you talking about? I'm talking about like some sneakers and some Uggs, and to school, and Halloween and Christmas, and the birthday. And I'm talking about like some sneakers and my legs. Life. And some Uggs, went to school, and then Halloween and Christmas, and then the birthday, and I'm getting in there and Beep Beep! Wait, wait, wait.
Starting point is 01:40:31 It's two types of honks. It's the tap, but the... So it was a quick tap. Yeah. It may not be... There was two of them. But like Beep Beep. Yeah. It may not be disrespectful.
Starting point is 01:40:41 A little longer. That means a little longer. Oh, no. That's the attention. That's the attention. They got the attention. Don't do it. She gave it back. Beep, beep. It's just, you know. Yeah, I'm sitting here trying to come up with fucking birthday party plans. If anybody out there co-parent, you know how that could be a thing.
Starting point is 01:40:53 Yeah. That could be a thing. We as men don't talk about it because it's traumatic for us. But how many years you want to have two parties? You know what I mean? A couple. You want to do a joint party? parties. One of them years you tricked me.
Starting point is 01:41:06 You told me it wasn't no party. Then it was balloons. Fucking mad people came out. It was food. I was just on the gram feeling like Kanye. I'm feeling the gram like Kanye.
Starting point is 01:41:18 Then I just got to go to fucking Walmart and get a little bullshit cake. No, let's organize. What's up? Togetherness. They hate that shit. Why do mom and co-parenting hate togetherness?
Starting point is 01:41:30 All right, forget it. Look at that kid. You know what that kid. You know what that kid. Hold on. Look at this kid. I'm going to get you. Look at them.
Starting point is 01:41:36 How long have you been trying to do a co-partying with Sin? I'm talking shit because Sin will do it with me. It was only one year we had a bad year. Sin has no problem doing that with me. Me and mine is good. Me and Sin are all the way good. Okay, because I was going to say you was inspired by Sade. I was about to big me. It was only one year we had a bad year. Senna has no problem doing that with me. Got it. Me and mine is good. Me and Senna are all the way good. Okay, because I was going to say you was inspired by Sade. I was about to big up.
Starting point is 01:41:49 Like, you was inspired. You went there. She threw the shit. Baby daddy was there chilling. So you probably like, we can do it. Oh, no. My girl is bugging. My girl want me to talk to Sen and see if we part square.
Starting point is 01:42:03 Hey, bro. I got to drink a water. I done a sucker. Forget it, man. Say it, nigga. What? Yo he 14 they start throwing them ages out there it's been seven years old like big enough nah I'm pussy but since you already kind of gave it okay
Starting point is 01:42:36 which is another problem too but we can't we can't talk on this public broadcast once you get the okay that mean you did the okay oh yeah no you can take the, that means you did the okay. Oh, yeah, no, you can take the baby, fly wherever you want,
Starting point is 01:42:48 be with whoever you want. I don't care. He's old enough. He's big enough. He's ready. And if you're telling me that just on the cuff, like I ain't asking none of that shit. That means you want reciprocity. It happened already.
Starting point is 01:43:02 I'm going to let you go ahead and get yours. And it's going to happen again. That means I got a nigga with money and he flying us around. I'm going to let you go ahead and get yours. And it's going to happen again. I mean, I got a nigga with money, and he flying us around. I'm talking shit right now. No, you're not. You be always trying to make him shit with jokes, nigga. She ain't playing. Because I pod in jokes, but me and Ten are all the way good.
Starting point is 01:43:17 All the way good. If we wasn't good, I don't think I'd be able to even joke. We are great. Shout out to Sen. You got to say that, because the fans start thinking. The part that men kind of, we be thinking we have more say-so and control in that. We don't. Some of us do.
Starting point is 01:43:32 Okay. Some of us do. You with your wife, so. Speak for yourself. You with your wife. I'm talking about those who are co-parenting and want to set these rules and shit. Even if I wasn't, nigga, I'm going to make it very hard. I'm going to have to go to jail when it comes to my children.
Starting point is 01:43:46 My father, I'm making it very, very difficult. I'm one of them niggas. Guess who's harder? Who? That wooden bench. Yeah, I know. You experienced that. And Rikers. Not me. That wooden bench is harder, nigga. I'm going to lay the ass. Nah, but you're famous in there, so he came out
Starting point is 01:44:02 faster. I know he don't like to admit it. You had your phone in the cell, it. He had the captain to carry him. You had your phone in the cell, nigga. Let me ask you. What was the captain name? Don't ask me shit. I don't want to ask my man nothing, nigga. Yo, why do you get so mad?
Starting point is 01:44:11 I'm not even. Why do you tell us? I don't do that. He's offended by his fame. I don't be mad. No, but I'm saying it. This nigga's on LinkedIn records. He's on LinkedIn 360.
Starting point is 01:44:23 Why do you get mad? At what? You be a famous. At fame. Time out. records maybe four months when I went to the pot I was on I mean when I went to right cuz I was on the pod for a month when I came home it wasn't based on that it was based on money but the treatment you got in there Joe the judge said yo you got six months until you pay every dollar they didn't say yo that white lady don't know no Joe Button
Starting point is 01:44:51 Antoine fuck you that's funny but that's hate that was mad funny where what you mean meaning were you like sitting separately you had your phone that wasn't in Rikers When I'm with Where what you mean Like you were sitting In a separate cell At first You told us that You had your phone
Starting point is 01:45:05 That wasn't in Rikers That was not in Rikers That was in the Holding cell in Queens That wasn't in Rikers Island In Rikers Island nigga It was Rikers Island Did you have special treatment
Starting point is 01:45:16 In the holding cell in Queens Yes or no Go Yes Why do you think that was I did too What Cause you're famous Nevermind Just say it It's fine And why do you think that was? Why? I did too. What?
Starting point is 01:45:27 Because you're famous. Never mind. Never mind. Never mind. Just say it. It's fine, bro. Just say it, dog. Hey, big dog, it's fine. Y'all doing what y'all did.
Starting point is 01:45:33 Stop pandering, my nigga. Some of us is fathers, man. We are fathers. Some of us go harder than others. Some of us are willing to deal with the consequences when it comes to their children. Correct. Correct. Period. That don't stop nothing.
Starting point is 01:45:46 Some of us are willing to deal with the consequences when it comes to their children. Flip, all I'm saying is this. What I'm telling you is I will lay outside the crib, nigga. I'm not touching nobody. I will exhaust all resources
Starting point is 01:45:58 to make, nigga, I'm a part of this. It's my children. Nigga, right there on the ground. Nigga, I'm laying there. Rest in peace. It's my man. No legs. I'm laying on the ground. Check the time on. Nigga, right there on the ground. Nigga, I'm laying there. Rest in peace. It's my man. No legs.
Starting point is 01:46:05 I'm not out. Check the time on that. And you will be right there, too. Because when them boys come, they're going to put that paper on you. No, that's not true. It's no nothing. That's not true.
Starting point is 01:46:16 Can one of y'all or two of y'all articulate the different points that y'all are on? I'm going to tell you. Tell me. Where you want me to start at? You said if you, God forbid, you and your wife break up. Yes.
Starting point is 01:46:27 Your wife want to move how she want to move with the kids. Yes. Right? Cool. You going to go lay in front of her house. I am. They are going to come pick you up. You won't be laying out there long.
Starting point is 01:46:37 Depending. First of all, she may not call the cops on me. She may laugh at me. Like, look at this idiot. All right. Because I'm not breaking into the crib. Second, my children love me. They're going to come outside. Yo, daddy, we outside with you. We look at this idiot. All right. Because I'm not breaking it to the crib. Yeah, but once... Second, my children love me. They're going to come outside.
Starting point is 01:46:45 Yo, daddy, we outside with you. We're not saying that. Hold on. I'm just telling you my scenario, how it differentiates. Now you're getting arrested in front of your kids. Great. No, what I'm saying...
Starting point is 01:46:53 Flip, flip. I got arrested in front of my kids already, so that's not... Flip, what I'm saying is this... Second of all, y'all niggas always want to cater to the women audience, nigga. This is not catering.
Starting point is 01:47:01 I'm telling you some... You good. Hold on. You saying I cater to the woman? You trying to play around. Don't talk about my kids. I told you that earlier. And I remember that joke you said. We running a daycare here.
Starting point is 01:47:14 You said I want to cater to the woman in the audience. Me. That's what I do. Right now you trying to do it. Yo dog, let me say you are talking from inexperience. That's me say, you are talking from inexperience. That's not true. You are talking from inexperience.
Starting point is 01:47:29 You are in a relationship. You don't know what happened. Are you right? I could have been broken up. You don't know what extent I'm going to go for my children. I want you to listen, bro. I don't want to, yeah. What I'm telling you is, is if your wife is on bullshit time, it's nothing you fucking can do.
Starting point is 01:47:47 That's all I'm saying. That's not true. Okay. What can you do? You may lose at the end, but there's a chance you really could. Oh, no, you got stuff you could do. All right. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:47:55 That's what I'm saying. And it won't be in your favor. The long-term benefits will not benefit you. Okay, so we speaking long-term game. No, short-term. When you go in there banging on that door and she hits 9-1-1, short-term. It ain't long-term. You can knock on the door.
Starting point is 01:48:06 You can ring the doorbell. And if she hits 9-1-1. Wait a minute. I don't know why y'all have to. Why do we have to hold the airwaves hostage? Because Flip has come in here a million times and says that my wife runs this shit. He says that to us. He has said that on air.
Starting point is 01:48:23 Yo, I be on here and my wife had to pull me to the side. What are we talking about? But that comes with understanding. That comes with years of understanding and communication. It wasn't like that always, nigga. When my daughter was born, I got into it with my wife. Nigga, I took her, nigga. I took her.
Starting point is 01:48:37 I took her and drove to Brooklyn, nigga. Two days old. What? Y'all never let me in? Boom, boom, boom. Nobody is more rebellious than you. Hold on, stop, stop. Keep going. Don't edit me. You win the rebellious award. All right. Boom, boom, boom. Nobody is more rebellious No, no, no. Hold on. Stop, stop. Keep going.
Starting point is 01:48:45 Don't edit me. You win the rebellious award. All right. Don't, because it's a fact. True. Keep going. Not saying that it was good.
Starting point is 01:48:51 I had my mother, you got to bring the baby back. Of course. I'm saying that the initial reaction of how, y'all niggas not running. At the time,
Starting point is 01:48:59 I was ignorant. My mother said, nigga, you can't do that. You're bugging my father. Nigga, you better go bring that baby back. And I did. What do you think would happen if you didn't?
Starting point is 01:49:06 I know what would happen. I'm just saying the extent that I'm willing to go to for my children. But that's our point. That's the point. That's the point. That's all we trying to say. We all agree. Salute.
Starting point is 01:49:15 I see why that nigga sock me. Some niggas just talk too much. Yo, what's up with you, man? You want to smoke with me, bro? Yeah. Yeah. Here we go. Your hand's fucked up. Your hand's fucked up. Both your hands are fucked up. you, man? You want to smoke with me, bro? Yeah. Yeah. There we go. Your hand's fucked up.
Starting point is 01:49:26 Your hand's fucked up. Both your hands are fucked up. Hey, hey, hey, hey. Yo, he's saying he'll beat you up with the right, though. You're my man. I'm serious. Oh, Jesus. Stop giving an? Nah, you my bad. I'm serious. Oh, Jesus. The Uggs.
Starting point is 01:49:45 Stop giving the Uggs ass, yo. Me too. Hey. She took my niggas in on a cake. She went live. She did a video when you was outside. Like, yo, these niggas forgot my birthday and went around the room. Oh, cloud chasing.
Starting point is 01:49:58 Cloud chasing. Man, I wasn't in Mel's little cloud chasing video. No, she said all these guys up here forgot my birthday. Yeah, but I wasn't in it, so I don't care what she said. As long as my likeness can't be abused. It's a real world birthday! Hey! Who do you love?
Starting point is 01:50:19 I love you! You so old school. He don't even shake. Hey, listen, I brought it back. You look good. Yeah, get your shit on, man. I take you to the game to show I let you into my heart Go to the game to show I take you to the game to show I let you into my heart Go to the game to show I let you into my heart
Starting point is 01:50:43 Go to the game to show I take you to the game to got that from you oh my god the migrants got some bitches Yo, what you think the girl for? I'm not asking. Yo, Ish, that shit was fire. Yo, you think they just a population of males? Yo, I was driving up today, nigga. My girl had the fatty on the back of her shit. It was spread out on the back of her scooter. Crazy.
Starting point is 01:51:13 I saw that nigga. I had to salute that nigga. Yo. Yo. That's funny. He said, mi amigo. Yo. They lit?
Starting point is 01:51:21 Holy shit. You had to shoot me with the mic, bro. I had to. I rolled out the window, nigga. I had. I said, hush it out. Mommy had to spread? She looked nice.
Starting point is 01:51:30 On a little bullshit scooter, too. Not a Yamaha. That's just like a five-fiver with them bullshits. Oh, man. This nigga is a fool, yo. I said, when did they get the girls? The migrants got bitches. But then I had to remember and think, like, there probably was some lady migrants as well.
Starting point is 01:51:46 I just thought it was niggas. I didn't see the lady. I just thought it was niggas. And she got me down. She's like, I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't.
Starting point is 01:51:57 Flip, I had a great joke. I'm good. Can't say it. I can't. Aw, y'all pussy, man. Say it. I don't know the joke. If I knew it, I'd have said it. Y'all't. Aw, y'all pussy, man. I don't know the joke. If I knew it, I'd have said it.
Starting point is 01:52:07 Y'all pussy. Yeah, y'all pussy. Say it. No, I'm good. Well, in other music news, man, since they want to be pussy, they'll let him introduce his Cloud Chasin' vid. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Go ahead.
Starting point is 01:52:17 Your man that called out the rappers. I don't think that's necessarily Cloud Chasin'. I think that... Let's hear the clip. Well, let's hear the clip. So, D1, who's a podcaster from New Orleans, called out Meek Mills,
Starting point is 01:52:29 called out Rick Ross, called out Jim. And he said that basically you can't say on both sides of the coin. You can't say that you are about black progress, et cetera, et cetera, and then...
Starting point is 01:52:41 And prison reform. And prison reform, et cetera, and then you call it... And your very next dope album, you just, I mean, song you put out, you talking about a nigga getting murdered at the red light. Yeah. He's saying that that's contradictory.
Starting point is 01:52:54 And what are you saying? I'm saying that he has a point. I'm not saying that I necessarily agree with it, because, again, it is art and it is music, but when we start talking about kids and the music and the art being a proponent and leading our kids they right what the fuck are we that's not something i don't think could be disputed so you don't want to play the clip oh we could play it you told me it was too long to play it you could play some of it okay we're not gonna play it basically homeboy states that um this era, we have almost a responsibility.
Starting point is 01:53:28 And he's not the first person to say it. I mean, it's a fine line, but it's worth a conversation. He says, basically, we have a responsibility to our children, to our communities, to try and find a different message to preach to them. He's like saying, basically, you can't be on one side of progress and be also a detriment at the same time. I love his message. I just don't like how he did it. Why?
Starting point is 01:53:52 Because he could have got that exact message off without mentioning Rick Ross, Meek Mill, Jim Jones, and telling people to at them and getting into a back and forth with them. That comes off a way. If you're just about the message, then get your message out. But I mean, like, if you're just,
Starting point is 01:54:09 then that would just be generalizing it. He's making a specific point and using very specific examples. No, I disagree with that. I don't think he's making a specific point. He is generalizing. He went on to say that music are frequencies and it's no coincidence that the murder rate and the crime rate is up in certain areas because we're putting this trash in
Starting point is 01:54:32 our system he's making he's making a general point about the music that's being consumed cool now he highlighted that and emphasized that by targeting three different people i just think that he can get that message out without naming a name. I don't think the message goes out. In his defense, I don't think we'd be up here talking about it if he didn't name a name. I think that general message has been one that a million people have said, and it falls on deaf ears. Again, no disrespect to nobody.
Starting point is 01:55:01 When he uses Meek as the example for prison reform, he's saying that it's contradictory if you are pushing prison reform and you are still pushing a message that's sending the kids to prison and that's what i mean by being it being a specific but meek reserves the right to be contradictory he does i'm not saying that at all that don't that shouldn't stop your plight it shouldn't but again i think so that you're highlighting somebody that's doing whatever the fuck they want to do but i think the message lands and it's more um i don't want to say tangible it's a bad word but i think the message hits harder when you're stronger yeah when you could directly
Starting point is 01:55:35 point to somebody that is doing x y and z and then preaching against x y and z the message lands harder than if you just had it as a general statement. I agree. I agree. I think his message definitely has credence. You don't think it's Cloud Chase? It might be Cloud Chase. Both things could be true. The thing when he came back with the second time and was like, yo, tag Rick Ross, tag Rick Ross, tag Rick Ross.
Starting point is 01:55:56 That's whack. That's Cloud Chase. Fuck Cloud Chase, JC. That's whack. I do think, though, his message is still a relevant message in today's hip hop. Well, then lean more into the message and less into the people tag me tag me yeah that was whack because that wasn't his first message yeah but his first message still had people get to the message not the because we still we still see messages go viral without you naming anybody in specific i know but again it's not taken with
Starting point is 01:56:22 the same but it is it does the same but that shouldn't stop his work right like let's say you're right and it's not taken the same then back to the drawing board to figure out how I can amplify my message not clown or belittle or downgrade or just
Starting point is 01:56:40 say disparaging things about successful business owners I don't like the way you just framed it because he didn't clown them. He didn't say disparaging things about them. He didn't do those things. He pushed his message. Who's to say? I heard it.
Starting point is 01:56:55 So that's you saying that? Yeah, but where do you get clown for him saying, yo, I love you brothers and I love y'all enough to X, Y, Z. He didn't say clown. He didn't try to clown them, Joe. And he didn't say disparaging things about them in the initial point that he was trying to make. He didn't. And he might not have the line to talk to you directly, so I'm going to do it this way. And it falls on deaf ears if I don't necessarily use the examples.
Starting point is 01:57:16 Put a name on the bullet. All right, I'll roll with Barks. Two things could be true. I still think it's cloud chasing. There's elements of cloud chasing in there for sure. No question. And it worked. We're talking about it.
Starting point is 01:57:25 And I hate them things where, again, I come up here every other week and be like, who are these people? I don't know him. I'm not trying to slight him. I'm just saying, you get qualified first. Tell us who you are first before you decide to just go calling name after name after name. Let me learn about what you said. D1 is his name?
Starting point is 01:57:47 You said he's a podcaster? Supposedly, yeah. I mean, I don't know the guy. You got other things. But he might be solidified in his- He might have qualified himself. He might be qualified. We just don't know anything about it because this is the first time he's been introduced
Starting point is 01:57:59 to the public by and large because of this particular message and the bullet that he named. That's cloud chasing. Two things can be true at the same time and the bullet that he named. That's clout chasing. Two things can be true at the same time. We can agree to disagree. That's nasty. Clout chasing. Clout could be like a byproduct. He's a speaker and he makes music.
Starting point is 01:58:15 He's a speaker and he makes music, like a public speaker and he makes music, according to his link tree. Yeah, I think he got a lot to do before. A lot of times, you know, this is my problem with people with messages, man. You don't have to put somebody down in order to lift yourself up. Yeah, that's my problem I don't like simply put you know, you don't have to you don't have what you don't have I'm not putting you down
Starting point is 01:58:32 I'm literally just but you put you are putting out something that you're saying that I'm a contradiction Yeah, you're not speaking about these people And you're trying to say that the kids are not if that's that's the case, all of us up here are guilty of that. We all are. I've been saying that. Of being a contradiction? Hypocrite. Because I don't think he put them down.
Starting point is 01:58:51 Why did he call their name in the first place? To give an example of the shit that's going on in hip hop. This is a very recent example. First off, what other rappers, now you got me sounding like I'm on his dude side. What other rappers are we putting with the face of being like prison reform outside of Amik? It's him. You arguing my point. Music is music.
Starting point is 01:59:12 So what I'm saying is the point he's arguing is, yo, if you want to be on that side, you should not preach the same message that's going to lead kids to prison. And the person that is doing that is him. Y'all are ignoring what we're saying, which is then you could simply say, there are artists out there that's trying to be the face of prison reform. And blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. You do not have to personalize it to none of these niggas.
Starting point is 01:59:35 You don't know these niggas. They don't speak to you. Go get your message out without putting other niggas down. Why is that so bad to say? I ain't even saying anything wrong in the message. I agree with that shit. When he says that. But Meek, Ross, and Jim are not,
Starting point is 01:59:48 they not the important part in this for me. I respect what you're saying. Again, we can agree to disagree. I agree with him. And again, I think it's a fine line
Starting point is 01:59:58 between how somebody puts food on their table for their family and if this is putting food on the table for your family, now I think you putting food on the table for your family, now I think you got to go in the lab and find another way in which to do that.
Starting point is 02:00:11 If you are really sincere about what your message is going to be. Why we can't look at music as like we look at the movies? We don't think that these niggas out here, Denzel and them niggas is out here killing people. Yeah, we've even said that a billion times in these conversations. the reason you go in the studio you should be allowed to do whatever the fuck you want to do in the studio i think that's my same message we can have my message out really quickly that's the same message that we say when we bring up lyrics in court like the people that are on the side of creation and making art should just be able to go hey i wasn't running around
Starting point is 02:00:44 shooting at nobody. I got a million lyrics. Going around, blah, blah, blah, blah. The problem with that, Joe, is a lot of them niggas was running around shooting niggas and rapping about it. So the lyrics was the truth.
Starting point is 02:00:54 Sure. The movies are not the truth. The movies are acting. Unless it's Alec Baldwin. A lot of these niggas... Alec Baldwin make it the truth. Look, y'all defended him, too. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:01:04 Y'all defended him. Got it. But what I'm saying is a lot of these niggas. Alec Baldwin making the truth. Look, y'all defended him, too. Yeah. Y'all defended him. Got it. But what I'm saying is a lot of these niggas are telling the truth in the music. They blow right by that stuff. But go ahead. What did you say? A lot of these niggas are telling the truth. Oh, you still going to blow my ass?
Starting point is 02:01:14 Alec Baldwin. I was trying to get my point out. He jumped in and said something different. I was trying to finish my point. You're right. When I'm allowed to finish my point, then you can do that. You're going to let D1 get us arguing with each other. I'm not arguing with anybody.
Starting point is 02:01:24 D1 got that type of power? See what I mean about this is disqualified? This is a flexion right here. This is a flexion. You gonna let D1 get us arguing with each other. I'm not arguing with anybody. D1 got that type of power. See what I mean about this is disqualified? This is deflection. This is deflection. This is deflection. This is what D1 got us doing. Known this nigga for years. Facts.
Starting point is 02:01:33 D1 said something. D1 said something. Now look, he spicy to flip. Why does it gotta be spicy? Fuck D1. Now what? Y'all gotta stop. I ain't learned.
Starting point is 02:01:43 Y'all dumb as hell. I ain't learned. Y'all dumb as hell. I ain't learned. Y'all dumb as hell. Y'all got it. Peace, love, thoughts, and prayers. Nope. Peace, love, thoughts, and prayers. See, when you do that, we get attacked. You should get attacked.
Starting point is 02:01:51 I finish this shit. I've been trying. What R2-D2 said. I'm supposed to argue with you just to get a point off? Y'all got it? What everybody said. I'm not going to do that. Facts.
Starting point is 02:02:01 Why you talking about the now? Don't do that, Joe. That's fine. I'm not, because I don't know The gentleman So I don't want to Come off like that You did nigga But that's clout chasing
Starting point is 02:02:08 He's clout chasing If you got a podcast Go get your podcast Popping And all your messages Will be amplified Do we So you feel like
Starting point is 02:02:18 We do the same thing When we talk about Other people And what they're doing Okay We definitely have Me included I'm saying that It's not the same thing When I do it Wow Because I'm me and what they're doing. Mm-hmm. Hmm, okay. We definitely have. Me included.
Starting point is 02:02:26 I'm saying that. It's not the same thing when I do it. Wow. Because I'm me. Because you got a bigger voice. No, no, no. I don't agree with that. It is. It's true.
Starting point is 02:02:33 Because you got a bigger voice than me. Listen, everybody got to run around with their face card. I am me. At this juncture, 20 plus years in, I don't need none of these niggas names to do anything and nor was that how this was built so when I'm talking this is me certified qualified nigga talking that's what this is what qualifies this is very different what qualifies me I have over 20 years in this business in every capacity of it I have relationships relationships, networks, people at every label,
Starting point is 02:03:05 at every agency, at every... I'm well-connected and immersed. In music. In... No, in the music business. Music business. Music and the music business.
Starting point is 02:03:16 But this is not a music business conversation. This is a conversation about the socioeconomic issues that are facing black people. This ain't a fucking music conversation. This nigga's talking about little boys going outside killing each other based on what they heard from their favorite artists.
Starting point is 02:03:29 If it's not a music conversation, then why you mentioning musicians? Because the music is spreading that message. Let me answer you, please. I can answer you. But let me repeat it, though, for emphasis. You don't have to for me. But I am.
Starting point is 02:03:39 You don't have to. But I am. I'm not trying to fight, nigga. I do what I want. You wasn't there. The fuck out of here. And if it's not a music conversation, why are you named musician? Because the musicians are playing a part in the social downfall of what's taking place with our kids.
Starting point is 02:03:59 You don't agree with that? I think that. I get on me all the time listening to this fucking music. That's why this is hilarious hearing you take this on. Why? I'm consistent in my points. I'm not arguing against the message.
Starting point is 02:04:11 I'm arguing against how he delivered the message, which was naming other people. Gotcha. That's it. I ain't saying he wrong. This ain't a debate. Oh, that's the point
Starting point is 02:04:20 that I was making. No, I'm arguing him saying the name. Deliver it without saying their names. That's it. That's it. And it's just saying that it was making. No, I'm arguing him. So you said deliver it without saying their names. That's it. That's it. And it's just saying that it's necessary to deliver the message using specific examples because it's relevant to the message.
Starting point is 02:04:33 I don't think that's necessary. A D1 did. Go D1. No, and then our last thing was just based on him being qualified. He could be, I don't know the dude. And let me clear that up. I don't think you need to be qualified
Starting point is 02:04:46 to make an astute observation. Right. You don't need to be qualified. But once you start talking about other people, yeah, you need to be qualified. You have to have certain qualifications.
Starting point is 02:04:56 Who the fuck are you? That's Joe's opinion. So what if this dude does all kind of work with the inner youth and trying to help them stay on the right path? Just said he gave out 1,300 pairs of sneakers. I ain't talking about that.
Starting point is 02:05:08 I'm talking about mentoring. I'm talking about programs to help people avoid those pitfalls that are set up for them. I think that would qualify him to say certain things. He's seeing it. And he's seeing these artists and entertainers that these kids, these same kids that he talks to. I don't think that's qualifying. This is all an example. You talk about Rick Ross,
Starting point is 02:05:25 Meek Mill or Jim Jones. I think that would just be awesome. I disagree. I disagree. I think that would just be great. I disagree. I don't care. So what's the qualifier?
Starting point is 02:05:33 Oh shit. In this example. Like they always say that like it's the, like they say that shit with some sass. I don't give a fuck. No, nobody's saying it
Starting point is 02:05:40 with no sass. Let's keep our separate opinions. What are you talking about sass? He gave an opinion that he wasn't sassy about. No, I'm not talking about how y'all tickling it. I'm talking about when y'all, I disagree, I disagree, I disagree. Yeah, that's not sassy neither. Nigga, we could disagree with you.
Starting point is 02:05:53 We could fight. We could. What's up with you? Holy shit. He trying to get his leg back. Oh, oh, it's, it's it. This episode is called Let's Fight. Y'all, y'all, y'all.
Starting point is 02:06:05 That's it. Oh, Yo! That's it. Oh, man, you moved back. You got him. Oh, shit. It's just quick. Look, you back on him, right? Look, you're right back. Look at that muscle.
Starting point is 02:06:15 Yeah, yeah, you're right back. Wow. Yeah. Look how easy that was. Wow. Oh, my God. He moved over here quick. This nigga's an idiot.
Starting point is 02:06:25 That nigga got a little burst. You should have been there with him, sir. You should have been there with him. I ain't got no money to be throwing, you know what I mean? That nigga got a little burst. Hey, Big Poe, do me a favor and put that to 70, please, if you don't mind, when the song comes out. I hate white people touching the temperature.
Starting point is 02:06:45 Did you put it on 70? White people's 70 is different than temperature. Did you put it on 70? White people 70 is different than on 70. Did you put it on 70? It's 70. It says 70. I hate white people. What did I say?
Starting point is 02:06:52 You said turn it down. I hate white people touching the temperature. It's a surprise every time I come in and it'll work. It's either too hot or brick.
Starting point is 02:07:00 It's never appropriate for what the temperature is. I don't understand why we don't just leave it on like 70 or 70 Because it always get does some automatic funky shit and auto settings. I tried to go and reprogram it Hopefully it work America is about division and I don't think they abandoned that when they started with the temperature things This is another way for white black people to argue and fight Yeah, we talked about that yesterday.
Starting point is 02:07:23 No, no, no, no. No, that's gender wars. And gender wars. That's gender wars. That's what that shit is. It's all of the above. Oh, shit. And I got you. Back to gender roles.
Starting point is 02:07:32 Back to gender roles. Yo, you let your girl touch the thing in the house? Yes. What thing? The thermostat. Oh, thermostat. Oh, my girl can't touch that shit. My girl white.
Starting point is 02:07:42 So why would you do that? You not. It's like, no, my girl, no. My girl's reversed. My girl know not to touch that shit. White people could take the cool. My girl. That is true.
Starting point is 02:07:54 Girls shouldn't even look over there. Girls don't even deserve the updated one with the circle. They should get the old school shit. Slide that shit down. They get the slide. They'll fuck that shit all up. You don't want the dirty brown joint. The manila.
Starting point is 02:08:10 Yeah, that dirty shit on the wall. Hey, go slide that down. Fucking ungrateful bitch. 173. Honeywell. Honeywell. Honeywell. Honeywell.
Starting point is 02:08:21 That's it. That's it. Honeywell. Tell this nigga to build houses for a long time. God damn, man. Oh, man. That's it. That's it. Honeywell. Honeywell. Tell this nigga to build houses for a long time. Damn, man. Oh, man. That nigga burst, though. Yo, he got the drop on me.
Starting point is 02:08:30 He did. I got to get back at you. You good. 0 and 2, that nigga's getting the drop on you. I don't want no problem. I'm 2 and 0, and that nigga's sitting in there. I tell you what. Yo, you're a fool.
Starting point is 02:08:40 Careful where you put that zero at. What else? What else is in music? Y'all was pissed that Lauryn Hill went on stage and defended herself because Ice is a Lauryn Hill hater. It told the truth. Yeah, come on. Get your Lauryn Hill hate out, Ice. I don't hate Lauryn Hill, bro.
Starting point is 02:08:53 What you said? You're a hater. I didn't say you hate her. She just went on there and was just like, y'all lucky I'm even here. All y'all complaining about me being late. Y'all lucky that I even blessed the stage. Y'all lucky I'm up here. It's a privilege and an honor to see me when I'm up here.
Starting point is 02:09:05 Yeah, Art. She's right. Art. That's how Art should be handled. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Yes. Please tell me the context in which she said this. No, that's it.
Starting point is 02:09:14 She was late as fuck. No, she's known for being late. Yes. That's her thing. Late as hell. And she's also known for- Well, she had a paid venue where she was. Yes.
Starting point is 02:09:22 Yes. No, they not lucky. Yes, they are lucky. And y'all know I defend Lauryn they not lucky. Yes, they are lucky. And y'all know I defend Lauryn Hill, dog. Yes, they are lucky. They're not. I pay for service.
Starting point is 02:09:30 That's like the nigga, the good chef telling you, you lucky you get a chance to taste my steak. Ish. But you are lucky to get the steak. No, you not. I paid you for the steak. No, I cannot be here making steak. Then you wouldn't be able to pay me.
Starting point is 02:09:43 You wouldn't be able to pay me. You're not in the argument. That's dead. Nigga, you wouldn't get my steak. You wouldn't be able to charge me. You wouldn't get me back for the argument. That's dead. Nigga, you wouldn't get my money. You wouldn't be able to charge me for this shit if you're not here.
Starting point is 02:09:49 You kidding me? Y'all are lucky that I decided to show up. To do all of the, can I finish my point before y'all? Yeah, finish up.
Starting point is 02:09:58 I'm chatting up. Go ahead. I have one question. What's a consultation? No, everybody, everybody, especially y'all silencing
Starting point is 02:10:08 I'm sick of this couch today after a fight look no silence without y'all stupid feet shaking nigga hurry up what's your fucking point
Starting point is 02:10:17 you fucking dodo get your shit on dog no he's about to repeat what I'm saying but still it is an honor and a privilege that Lauryn Hill,
Starting point is 02:10:27 who doesn't typically tour, who most people recognize as having a classic album, a classic that can and should be toured and performed in a moment where all of the old school acts
Starting point is 02:10:38 are touring their legacy. A couple of them hoes, too. A couple of classics. Yeah, come on. All of the acts right now are touring their classics. Come on. All of the acts right now are touring their classic and legacy albums.
Starting point is 02:10:49 It is an honor for Lauryn Hill fans to be able to see her. When I went to see Jill Scott. She brought out the outlaws, man. And that was an honor. Yo, there's mad people out there that want to see us go on tour. And they ready to pay for it. They're saying the same thing
Starting point is 02:11:05 we were saying about the $100 album. Guess what? Date, your money is rendered useless in your pocket. Know why? Because we ain't do it. So once you decide to do it and you want to reply to rumors,
Starting point is 02:11:18 I have no problem with you saying, hey, it's a privilege to see me. The art should be recognized that way. It should. I think they are. That is disrespectful. No, stop. When they pay you $300, $400 a ticket, they are recognizing
Starting point is 02:11:30 your greatness and your art and appreciating both. So now you need to appreciate the marriage that you have just made to these people that got kids at home that might have taken their light bill money to come see you and show the fuck up on time. Wrong. And my nigga, I'm a one hell stand. Wrong.
Starting point is 02:11:45 Wrong. Wrong. Wrong and wrong and I'm stopping all of that cap about artists having to be appreciative. No, they don't. They don't. They don't. They don't at all. Back to my earlier point with Louis Banks. Sometimes niggas is only concerned about their
Starting point is 02:12:01 core. Sometimes if I... Nigga, so what? Yo, you'll be the only concerned about their core. Sometimes, sometimes, if I'm, nigga, so what? Yo, this will be the third fight.
Starting point is 02:12:11 Sometimes, I'm cool with that. Sometimes, if you're saying something that sounds foul and wild, you're saying it to the people outside your core.
Starting point is 02:12:21 You're not talking to the people that support you. Dog, all y'all got to do is stop paying the shit. That'll teach you right there. Stop paying the shit.
Starting point is 02:12:30 They won't. They need to. Because that's my core. The core that you say When you start disrespecting your core, all of your fucking fans. I got to give a little bit
Starting point is 02:12:38 of pushback. I got to give a little bit of pushback. Yo, hold on, hold on. At this point, if you pay to go to a Lauryn Hill show, you deserve whatever the fuck happens. I don't want to hear shit no more.
Starting point is 02:12:51 That's exactly the point. That's about to be the point that I was about to make. No one is buying a Lauryn Hill concert ticket in 2023 thinking that she's about to be on time. Thank you. So the 200 people out of the 20,000 people in the audience that are pissed off are just going to be pissed off.
Starting point is 02:13:07 Wait a minute. And I'll take it a step further than the great words of this fucking nigga right here. She said that and the crowd erupted. Happy. Thank God. We are seeing a queen. A queen. She's a queen.
Starting point is 02:13:27 They didn't boo her. Y'all are not victims. They didn't boo her. Y'all are not victims. Look at you. Y'all are volunteers. And that's hate. It's not hate.
Starting point is 02:13:34 You're saying that as hate. No, it's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not. It's not.
Starting point is 02:13:36 It's not. Y'all are not victims. They ain't booing Hill, though. Huh? They ain't booing. They accepted it. I am a Lauryn Hill stan. They cheered her on.
Starting point is 02:13:43 If I go to a Lauryn Hill concert I'm clearing the schedule like we're not getting home it's gonna be you staying with grandma for the night you gotta stay with grandma I'm calling out of work
Starting point is 02:13:53 it's gonna be a late night like that's crazy I ain't going nah fuck that and you've said many a time hey I'm not going to a Lauryn Hill
Starting point is 02:14:01 so you've said that shit exactly so I don't wanna hear like you said at this point I don't want to hear, like you said, at this point, I don't want to hear the people that went to the show complain no more. You're right. If you want to send a message, it's not to sit here
Starting point is 02:14:14 and jump on your phone and, yo, I went to her show and she did the bullshit. No, you know how you do it? Stop paying. He's right. They're not the fans anyway. The ones that's complaining is not the fans anyway. Yeah, but if the venue holds
Starting point is 02:14:26 10,000 or 15,000 and just a diehard fan you know she about to be on. But what I'm saying, if the venue holds 10,000, 15,000 and the diehard fans there's only 300, let them 300 buy the tickets.
Starting point is 02:14:39 That won't be the case. Let that venue happen and then you'll see. I'm just throwing numbers, bro. I'm just throwing numbers. Those numbers are skewed. I'm just throwing numbers, my dog. The just throwing numbers. Those numbers are skewed. I'm just throwing numbers, my dog. The people that those numbers apply to wouldn't be on stage saying it's an honor to be here.
Starting point is 02:14:51 I'm just happy she brought the outsiders out. Rod Digger and them for the Cowboy Outlaw. Shout out to Rod Digger. Y'all supposed to be repping for the new ones. I'm a Lauryn Hill stand. I fuck with Rod Digger, Young Z, all of them. What I'm talking about is business-wise, a nigga paid for your product.
Starting point is 02:15:06 You can't tell a nigga it's an honor to have my product so I can do whatever I want. You know what's funny, though? If Beyonce walk out on stage at her tour and say, yo, to everybody here tonight, I just want you to know,
Starting point is 02:15:17 it is an honor and a privilege to see what I'm about to do. Boom, boom, boom, boom. That crowd is going crazy in this procedure. You know what, though? Beyonce would not do that. Confetti falling from the stage.
Starting point is 02:15:28 Beyonce would not do that because she appreciates her fans. No, Beyonce would do that and even if she did it and the show posted and started at nine and she came out and said that bullshit at nine,
Starting point is 02:15:37 all right, let's dance. If you came out at 10.30 and said, yo, I don't know what the fuck y'all complaining for. I'm doing y'all a privilege. Nigga, It's not free It's you would be late to the stage
Starting point is 02:15:55 Don't let it be like a show I'm peeing Imagine a local show. Yeah, yo, where are you my nigga? Imagine a local show. Yeah. Yo, Ish, where are you, my nigga? We piss around on the phone. Nah, I'm in Elizabeth. Yo, nah.
Starting point is 02:16:09 I got in an accident. It's crazy. And my car just stopped working. It's traffic by the tunnel. Yeah. Nigga, we supposed to be here four hours ago. Nah. You got a big dog.
Starting point is 02:16:20 I don't want no seat notes, bro. Again, shout out to Lauryn Hill. Shout out to Rod Diggins. Shout out to Jersey. Big Jersey. Big Jersey Big Jersey Nigga Pan You gotta deliver bro I bet the show was great
Starting point is 02:16:28 Actually I saw a bunch of people At the show Saying it was a great show I was gonna say That's all I heard Fuji's out Yeah Get there whenever
Starting point is 02:16:36 You wanna get there It's cool They got a bar right They got a bar right Yeah it was Exactly Any more music news Wait hold up
Starting point is 02:16:44 Real quick Cause the sun is shining. You see it? What about it? I didn't know you were so into weather updates. I was actually, I was interested in
Starting point is 02:16:59 following the weather after the post. It's beautiful out there, right? But he knew, Joe, he knew that. He knew that. Why are you watching my story?
Starting point is 02:17:08 She's fire. You do a lot of promotion. She's fire. She's fire. Flip got to stop, yo. She's fire. That Mary nigga's way of just, I don't know. Hey, yo, the weather star, Channel 11.
Starting point is 02:17:17 She looks good. She look good. She make me want to watch the weather. Shout out to the weather star. T-H-E-W-D-A-T-O-N-G-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W-D-H-T-H-E-W- There's more weather here to cover. Oh, yeah. Nah, that's true. She's trying to expand her shit. Nah, that's true. How many days are you going to say 70 and something? Get out my stories. What page you be watching me? Starting point is 02:17:49 You be watching niggas. Nah, the chicks been asking me what's my fence style. I don't have a fence style. Yo, a little foot game. I don't have a fence style. Oh, shit. You said what? They're about to bond.
Starting point is 02:17:58 They're about to bond. Clear it up. They're about to bond. They are. There it goes. There it goes. There's the bonding. What's up? All right, alright what else what else is going on
Starting point is 02:18:08 no I was just saying the music news man Tory Lanez finally is dropping the Alone at Prime Deluxe a lot of people myself included are really really
Starting point is 02:18:15 really happy about this it drops next Friday so oh yeah Alone at Prime is still one of the
Starting point is 02:18:23 best R&B albums that I've heard since it dropped. And I'm looking forward to it. We've been wanting the deluxe for a long time. It's finally here. That's it. I'm going to do something.
Starting point is 02:18:32 I'm excited about that. How many new songs do we know yet? I don't know anything about it. Got it. So people's mad though. Yeah, of course. Why though?
Starting point is 02:18:40 What are they mad about? That you put up? That he's dropping albums. Still public enemy number one, my nigga. That's true. Still got to keep them niggas off his ass
Starting point is 02:18:47 in the jail. I need some new music. Fuck your dick, what? I'm excited about it. And that Meg shit is still fire to me. It is? It's fire.
Starting point is 02:18:59 I've been playing that shit on repeat. That shit is tough. And it keep getting but what a beat. That beat is bugging. That beat is hard. That beat is hard. And it keep getting, but what a beat. That beat is bugging. That beat is hard. That beat is hard.
Starting point is 02:19:07 All right, what else? What else? In Deluxe album news, Dirk announced that he's no longer dropping a Deluxe album. He didn't even announce that.
Starting point is 02:19:14 That Deluxe just, it was, last we saw, he was at the fight and had the shirt on saying it was coming in August, into August or something. And we never heard
Starting point is 02:19:21 another word about it. But then he just announced that he's dropping a new album this Friday. And it's not the Deluxe. Oh, so fuck that Deluxe. Yeah, it's just fuck the Deluxe, I guess. I mean, usually, I feel like his Deluxe be whole albums.
Starting point is 02:19:33 They always, yeah. For the last three albums, he's come back with the Deluxe that was an entire album. I appreciate them. They want niggas hustle. I don't know, niggas. But this is what they are. You kind of have to do that if you're playing the major game in the streaming game
Starting point is 02:19:46 you have to you have to keep you can't go a year without dropping that's some sick shit they got us conditioned to that is some sick shit yo put out more shit
Starting point is 02:19:56 for us to take all the profit from the only way to beat the system is to give us more shit you ain't beating it you're not beating it you're not beating the system he's working harder
Starting point is 02:20:04 that's crazy. That shit is fucked up. Yeah, they got him. Let me get this phone call out the way really quick. Okay. Two seconds, you guys. This is important for all of us. Yeah, no doubt.
Starting point is 02:20:20 For each and every one of us, especially my cleaning lady spoke to me this morning Hey, buddy, hey keep you. All right. Yeah, I'm good. Yeah. How are you? I'm great. I'm live on the air Just wanted to give you a quick message. Okay, please you're fired from ordering up chips to the pot Oh, I thought it was something important, like fantasy football. Oh, chips. Okay. No, our sustenance.
Starting point is 02:20:46 All the snacks. Our sustenance. I already did the fantasy move. Do you see it? You see them? I did see it. I like it. I love where your head is at.
Starting point is 02:20:53 You are. Can you acknowledge the fact that you buy bad snacks? You are fired from buying snacks. No, the fruit snacks are good. That's the one thing. You like your salt and vinegar chips. I thought we... Not salt and vinegar, pita chips. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:21:06 Regular old black people wise, Bontan... I'll take some hearts. Why? But when I ordered good snacks, it's just like, keep that shit away from me. It's too good.
Starting point is 02:21:20 We don't want that many lentils, yo. People don't eat lentils like this. We don't want seaweed chips. I don't know why the lentils are there. I thought't eat lentils like this. We don't want seaweed chips. I don't know why the lentils are there. I thought I canceled the lentils. No, you didn't, Keith. You keep ordering them. My cleaning lady said that we have too many boxes of chips.
Starting point is 02:21:33 Please tell someone to stop ordering them. Then I came here, and the guy said, yo, what the fuck is it? You're done, yo. You got a week to rectify it. I can do it. I can do it. I can do it, boss. Give me another chance. All right, man. That's my man right there shout out the key thank you keep on the key
Starting point is 02:21:50 shout out the key but yeah he's about to get fired from the chip yeah that's your duty crazy so i got fired from ordering uber you got fired from ordering food for us yes that's true it's over for you don't do it um let's see what else else? What else? What else we got? Lauryn Hill, D1, Jinder, what else? We did that. Over A, Taj K. Faya did that. Anything else important? It's stunning on your vinyl shit. I ain't like that. Yeah, I ain't. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:22:15 I ain't like what you did. I ain't like what you did. I was fucked up. I don't know what y'all were talking about. It's stunning on Joe's vinyl album. You had the vinyl. That was over there on the table. Somebody had sent it to you. I know who that's from. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:22:27 You're like, oh. That's Stuntin'? Yeah, no, you Stuntin'. Oh, I know who that's from, because they sent that to me. I been had that. I didn't say any of that. I'll get this nigga adding dialogue.
Starting point is 02:22:35 You did say that. I said, yo. She said it to me first, nigga. Oh. Well, who played the sleeper? Who played the sleeper? We both have supported her. We both have supported her. I've played her sleeper? We both have supported her. We both have supported her.
Starting point is 02:22:45 I've played her first, but we both have supported her. The real R&B head of the pod. Okay. Oh, man. Who are we talking about? Mayda? Thank you for the compliment. I didn't.
Starting point is 02:22:57 That me? We teach you the DJ game in Yaka Battle. Oh, there you go. Whip Joe ass. I'll get me one of them. What's that called? Serato? Yeah, he get you a Serato.
Starting point is 02:23:08 Whip his ass with some Serato. Don't you play some old school shit? Nigga. You know she's playing vinyl. It's a dawn of memories. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 02:23:18 I got it. Olivia. You know what I mean? I know you got the benefit of a father that was a musician. Brad. Brad. What's what I mean? I know you got the benefit of a father that was a musician. Brad. Brad.
Starting point is 02:23:28 What's up, Brad? Brad from somewhere. Brad from Trade 34. Try to go through a few of these. Okay. Says, good morning. I have an honest question for Flip. A lot of your peers come up from internet skits,
Starting point is 02:23:44 transitioned to flourish in stand-up comedy, and moved on to movies. A lot joined the Wild and Out cast, got around seasoned comics, and developed a set. A movie like The Blackening with just a bunch of internet comedians, I think you would have been great, and I agree with that.
Starting point is 02:24:00 You're very animated, and I think you would be a great New York comic. Have you ever thought about trying stand up that's from Brad and that's directly to you thank you look and he's the king
Starting point is 02:24:11 of being rebellious so he's just going to tell you to suck his dick no I'm not fuck you motherfucker no one tells me what to do don't try to make me do good
Starting point is 02:24:18 don't tell me how to do my content don't ever tell me what to do I almost said I got 20 million views he like that shit Don't ever tell me what to do. I got 20 million views. He liked that shit.
Starting point is 02:24:30 All right, don't hit me. Go ahead. Yes and no. I mean, you know, Ian and them was trying to get me to try stand-up and a bunch of people, but I declined. I'm not really into stand-up.
Starting point is 02:24:42 A lot of things with me before coming up here are ego-driven. So, while in and out, I thought I shouldn't have... I thought that I shouldn't have to do an audition, which I was wrong. I was out of line. I was out of pocket. Cocky bullshit.
Starting point is 02:24:59 I'm a queen, so I don't have to do auditions. But everybody do auditions. So, you learn your lesson through these trials and tribulations. So, you know, I do things different. I think a little bit different now from before then. And a lot of times I act based off of emotion. I be jaded. So when something jades me or when I feel a way about something,
Starting point is 02:25:17 it affects how I move across the board. But now I look at things from a different perspective, and I'm open to doing other things. I'll just say that. I'll leave it at that. I was going to say, cause a lot of the first part where you said that, um,
Starting point is 02:25:32 you never saw you, you never wanted to do standup, never saw yourself doing it. Sometimes you don't even know that something could be right there and be good for you until you actually tried and do it. Yeah. Like I was very anti all of this. Any of this shit. Yeah. of this I know for years and
Starting point is 02:25:46 you sit down it's like oh shit all right cool this works yeah I'm looking into it I mean we got something works all right we got it we got it we got to help a few of these people out there this is our favorite shit to do our backs our Torrio our Torrio our Torrio our Torrio I'm to call you, but I feel you, my guy. Artorio says, yep. Yep. So, Joe, your homegirl Shanti is my ex. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 02:26:13 You should wait and read that one. She broke up with me in 20... No, let Shanti do what she's doing. She broke up with me in 2018 after saying I ruined her birthday, and I never got the chance to explain my side of the situation to her. Oh, let's do it here. That nigga begging for that box back. I'm sure all you niggas can understand why I never got
Starting point is 02:26:31 over her. LMAO. You horny as hell. No, nigga, we don't look at her like that. It's been a block season too. But it's cool. That's our homegirl, nigga. You horny. Was hoping you could call me. No. Maybe me explaining and y'all speaking on it could help her understand
Starting point is 02:26:47 my side of things damn I do want to call her which is aka Joe please get her back I never got I never huh I never got closure
Starting point is 02:26:54 over that shit and been uselessly emailing her ever since oh shit you're emailing Shanty for five years it's over buddy this nigga wanted
Starting point is 02:27:02 this red while she was sitting here I don't expect much and I'm sure that thing is going forever. You know, I can tell you, buddy. Yeah, sorry. It's a wrap for you. But, hey, Ice, give him some hope.
Starting point is 02:27:15 Give him some hope. He continues. Hold up. But at least I want her to know the truth and maybe be cordial. She was begging. Baby, at least try to be friends or something. Oh, yeah. Don't think I'm some
Starting point is 02:27:26 corny simp nigga, though. I been him and my shit is in the rafters, too. I would just hate to never speak to someone that I had such a deep bond with.
Starting point is 02:27:37 You so sound rafty-ish. At all. At all. Nigga, you are the 19th man off the bench. High school gym rapper. Not even.
Starting point is 02:27:46 Not even. Red shirt. You ain't even make it. You tried. You went for tryouts and you was like, nah, not you. I've been him. Damn, you guys. Look at y'all saying disparaging things to a paying customer like Lauryn Hill. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 02:28:00 It's fine. I can't clap, bud. It's pathetic looking. We delivered our service. I can't clap, bud. That's pathetic looking. We delivered our service. I can't clap. One time. That was so pathetic. Fuck you, bro.
Starting point is 02:28:11 Side note, all our laws got me through that breakup, so I appreciate you, Joe. Been a pod fan since the beginning, and you're one of my favorite rappers. By the way, she used to say I was corny for listening to the pod. And yes. Oh, that's hot. He said, and yes, that's hate. Flip voice.
Starting point is 02:28:27 Oh, okay. He got it. He got it. Cleaned it up. Call that nigga. Call that nigga. I want to talk to him.
Starting point is 02:28:33 Call that nigga right now. Call him. Yo. Call him, nigga. No, I'll call him Patreon. Because I want to read it.
Starting point is 02:28:40 This brother sounds like he really needs us as well. All right, bet. And then I'm done. But everybody needs closure. Sure. Fuck closure. I don't know this name.
Starting point is 02:28:52 Miss, Miss Cizelinda? I should call her. You put a little accent on that shit. Miss anything with a Z. She might got that scissor. Miss Cizelinda. Yeah. Go run out somewhere. Go run out. Go in your car. Miss Scissor. Yeah. I want out somewhere.
Starting point is 02:29:05 Go run it out. Go to your car. Get that shit out. Go into Clyde's Mad Bathroom. Take some paper towels. Get that shit out of your system, yo. And you like it. And you do some freaky shit on your phone.
Starting point is 02:29:17 Look. That nigga is a freak. Yeah, I'm stitching, nigga. All right. This nigga different, bro. Yeah. Miss Scissor Linda says, good day, family. I hope everyone is good. freak yeah i'm stitching nigga all right this nigga different bro miss sizzling dust says good day family i hope everyone is good this is a little lengthy so follow me here okay huge love
Starting point is 02:29:33 from south africa been here since 2014 on soundcloud an anecdote to set this up a couple years ago almost to the day i broke up with someone someone I was certain I was about to marry had the engagement ring family convos almost done and everything let me rather say she broke up with me following the breakup we spoke for less than a week for her to kind of get her chest cleared and I was still kind of dumbfounded so I couldn't really speak speak but I understood where she was coming from as I listened long story less long We stopped talking completely after that week Although her immediate family her mom and her little brother still contact me now and then
Starting point is 02:30:14 She has made all means to sever ties with me, but her family still being in touch with me kind of throws me Again, she broke up with me Got the week took uh got the week to get her shit off and then i was left developing questions that i couldn't get answers to see let me stop and say that's why i don't give chicks the closure conversation that right there don't come to me and get all the answers that you need and now when i get some i can't talk to you no more because i kept it real with you no let's stay in separate corners with our questions and we don't need the other person we know sure but I'll continue it was just bullshit it is
Starting point is 02:30:52 do you feel it is valid for me to still harbor some feelings toward the towards the scenario considering I never got the opportunity to ask how we had gotten to that point and I don't know why you didn't ask that in that conversation. But it's cool. When she realized, when she realized and how long before, before, the sun is in my face.
Starting point is 02:31:11 When she realized and how long before then that she had actually broken up with me in her mind and heart, etc. And her family still contacting me doesn't really help because at some point it gives me,
Starting point is 02:31:24 it gave me false impressions that she might still be trying to find means to get in touch with me albeit not to get back together because i don't think i would want to get back however i do feel like i deserved a conversation after eight years ended in a week or am i bugging you're not well you're bugging eight years i'm all I might want some closure. Y'all had a conversation. You didn't. She said, I didn't get a chance to speak speak in that conversation.
Starting point is 02:31:51 For whatever reason, y'all had a conversation. Son, you know, one thing. I've read that our minds work differently, men and women. You read that somewhere? No, no, no, no. You didn't live it? I think it's whole podcast. Yes, yes, yes.
Starting point is 02:32:04 Shut the fuck up, all of you, okay? Like real life? Shut up. somewhere? No, no, no, no. You didn't live it? I think it's whole podcast. Yes, yes, yes. Shut the fuck up, all of you, okay? Like real life? Shut up. Wikipedia? No, but when it comes to processing emotions, women were just quicker with that shit. And so men, it takes them a little bit more time. So within a week, she had the ability to articulate,
Starting point is 02:32:19 you know, everything that she wanted to get off, but he was still like processing. You know what I'm saying? And now that he has all the questions built up and she's to get off, but he was still like processing. You know what I'm saying? And now that he has all the questions built up and she's cut off communication, that's fucked up, honestly. So him desiring closure, I see why.
Starting point is 02:32:35 I see the need for it. I see the need to have some questions answered. And also the family keeping in contact with him, I could see why that would offer. That's a two-way communication. You don't have to be in contact with the family he should absolutely cut off communication with the family giving you false hope are you packed what are you packed yes she is like finally she was back she's back she said she's back yeah she's back since last week okay no not since last week not since last week that's hate don week. That's hate. Don't do that. That is hate.
Starting point is 02:33:06 Yes, I am. Yes, I am, sir. You're just a little rushy, a little straight to the point. You haven't talked, but we with you. Let me fucking meander around the point, and I'll hear it from this motherfucker, okay? So I'm trying to get to the fucking point before he cuts me off and says, Melissa Ford. Wait, and now did you say that that means you do know that you meander around a point you do fuck yeah i like to i like to slow walk my point i like to you know throw around my big words and listen this is not fucking
Starting point is 02:33:34 about me okay we are trying to give help to some that's help okay let's help i feel like he needs to review the tape because if she said that she gave him a week in texts there might have been something in there that his his egos or emotions overlooked that he's looking for an answer to and it may be in there but i do think it's foul to leave someone in a week after eight years so that's crazy to me i don't i don't know but he was also saying he also said something about the fact that she might have mentally already been checked out. And that's absolutely a thousand percent.
Starting point is 02:34:09 That's how women break up too. It is. He wants to know when did the check out He never said him. He never said he's a he. Usher. Okay. Yep. Let's Okay. Well they. They were saying they want to know when the mental checkout happened.
Starting point is 02:34:26 My thing is, what does that do today? And it's none of your business. Whether the mental checkout happened in the breakup combo, a month before, whatever the case may be. You don't have any unanswered questions about anything in life? Let me tell you this. Yeah, but you don't. And they are unanswered for a reason because I don't have the answer to them. You don't take.
Starting point is 02:34:46 Let me do this because, boy, I hear women fuck this up a lot. Yes, as a human, after eight years and it ended abruptly, you should have unanswered questions. You shouldn't go seek the person that wants nothing to do with you to get those answers. It sounds like he's having or they're having a hard time with the treatment already in the separation. That person has made it loud and clear that I want nothing to do with you. So whatever answers I got for you ain't gonna comfort you.
Starting point is 02:35:17 And you start- They not gonna help. You might not wanna hear just how I was feeling in this shit, which made me feel and move so abruptly it was abrupt for you for me this shit may have built up over time and I don't want to hurt you like that I don't even want to talk to you no more this is the best way to go about it I've been in breakups where at the time I didn't realize that her way was the best way for both of us I wanted to have so hey let's talk hey uh let's go see a movie. Hey, let's be cordial.
Starting point is 02:35:45 We ain't got to be together. Hey, the way she doing it, allow the time to pass and then see how you feel. And a therapist told me that after another relationship. Actually, she told the girl that. I didn't like this part. She said to the girl, hey, you think you really love him or you're not sure if he's the one during breakup. Don't talk to him for a year, and then see how you feel.
Starting point is 02:36:10 Oh, okay. That's strange advice, but... I don't think that's strange. That's amazing advice. It's not strange at all. That's amazing advice. It's not strange at all. Why do you think that's strange?
Starting point is 02:36:21 And don't meander. You're not sure about... You're not sure whether you're in love with somebody, so don't talk to them for a year. You're not sure about, you're not sure whether you're in love with somebody so don't talk to them for a year. You're not certain if this person is the one for you. Because in the span of time of when you're not talking,
Starting point is 02:36:35 they can pick up and start with somebody else. If the year passes, you still love them. If in a year, 365 days, you dating other people, you experiencing life
Starting point is 02:36:44 doing whatever you're doing and you still have a yearning and a longing for this individual, then it might be something. But after 365 days, you could be like, good riddance with that nigga. My life is 10 times better. Yeah, but what if I realize you are that motherfucker, but you've moved on?
Starting point is 02:36:59 He just answered that. No, meaning the other person has moved on. I talk about i can talk to someone who's personally done that me and my wife split up and then dated other people for like six months and then got back together we've been together for nine years now for some shit like put big pox but and i think and i think that's in the the mindset of the person that left the other person right yeah so if you're the person that leaves cool you left already now if you're the person that leaves, cool. You left already. Now, if you in doubt about where this person stands in your life, don't talk to them for a year. And if you go back and that person is with somebody else, then you also have your answer.
Starting point is 02:37:36 Word. You wasn't the one for them? They didn't wait for you. I wouldn't say that. They wasn't waiting around for you. I don't necessarily think that that's actually. I don't agree with the second one. I'm just saying they wasn't waiting around for you. Now you necessarily think that that's actually I don't agree with the second one I'm just saying they wasn't waiting around
Starting point is 02:37:46 for you now you gotta tack another year or some more time now you gotta wait it out anybody in a position where you gotta wait out hey the person you like got somebody now sit there and refresh the Instagram nigga
Starting point is 02:37:56 wait for the pictures to get deleted wait for the argument wait for I'm focusing on me now oh my god y'all on Van Zandt quotes you like yes yeah yes come on you be like yeah that's our bag Wait for the argument. Wait for it. I'm focusing on me now. Oh, my God. Y'all have been saying quotes. You're like, yes. Yes. Yes.

Starting point is 02:38:22 Yo, one of the homies that said he was dealing out hope Saturday. I got hope for the low. I wasn't dealing out hope. People are so excited to see us.
Starting point is 02:38:32 You was a leprechaun giving out gold packages at the end of the rainbow. What else? What else you was giving out? Oh. I'm just loading up. I just loaded.
Starting point is 02:38:43 Yo. Y'all play a dangerous game. Now, y'all, that's it. They both want to shoot. That was his. No, I don't loading up. I load it. Yo. Y'all play a dangerous game. Now, y'all, that's him. They both want to shoot. That's him. No, I don't want to shoot. You have the Uzi, right? I don't want to shoot at all.
Starting point is 02:38:52 Yeah, that's in defense. You know what I mean? Nigga's still off on you. You got to, you know what I mean? Shoot him. Yeah. Both of them niggas just want to pop off. Nigga, no, you pop off.
Starting point is 02:39:00 No, you pop off. That's how they win. I don't want any pop sauce. Hey, yo. No, he the nigga when you slap boxing with your friend and he hit you too hard. He don't know. Oh, shit.

And you don't give a fuck about the dog. Oh, just the only thing she can think about is the dog right now. The dog, hey, hey, get out of here, there you go.

Starting point is 02:41:39 she loves me I want to before we end this I want to share my I want to share my sheer and utter disgust with sweet potato fries. What? That's hate.
Starting point is 02:41:52 Nah, it depends on who makes them. It does depend on who makes them. That's true. Except they come off all soft and mushy. I hate sweet potato fries. Nah, if they done right, they fire. Sweet potato tater tots? Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 02:42:03 The shit that Corey B. Corey B. It's fire. I don't know. Where the fuck he got that from? That shit's fire. Sweet potato, uh, tater tots? Yeah, yeah. That shit that Corey be on? Corey be on is fire. I don't know what the fuck he got there. Y'all, shit's fire. A sweet potato tater tot versus a good tater tot? Them sweet potato tater tots. Why would you have them? Corey found some spice.
Starting point is 02:42:15 You don't ruin a tater tot with sweet potato shit and it don't even eat a really sweet potato. It's just marketing. It ain't marketing. It is marketing. Why sweet potato? Why you say that? Doc, look at that. Talk to the doc. You got the potato doc? What the doc say It is marketing. You need that sweet potato. Why you saying that? I love that.
Starting point is 02:42:26 I love that. I love that. You got the potato dock? What the dock say, yo? Have you seen the sweet potato dock? I'm joking. I'm joking. I don't.
