Starting point is 00:00:00 The thoughts, views, and opinions expressed by this podcast as well as its hosts are for entertainment purposes only. I repeat, it is not serious. It is not real. No one is exposing, revealing, indicting, or telling you anything about themselves. Also, we do not encourage you to try this at home. We are trained professionals who do not have your best interests at art or our own.

But I knew that Mona would be late when I hired her because she's driving from far and you know women can't drive. So, right? Price for me.
Starting point is 00:10:16 Wait, that's bad to say, right? I mean If it's the truth You know I got we driver Good drivers Got a list Of bad drivers
Starting point is 00:10:23 And boy The public shouldn't hear it Yeah Yeah It's a lot of names for them If we say those Yeah Yeah
Starting point is 00:10:30 It's women No No No No It's groups Yeah Yeah
Starting point is 00:10:35 Yeah Yeah yeah Yeah yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah And that stereotype Is dead on
Starting point is 00:10:40 A couple of A couple of Even with glasses Um It's right It never fell When I'm mad at the road And look to the side
Starting point is 00:10:50 Yeah Yep I know it You motherfucker I was right You can't help They do the nasty side swipe too And we don't know
Starting point is 00:10:59 What day permit test is like over there We don't know We don't know What they License tests look like like The roads are wider We don't know what they do Actually
Starting point is 00:11:13 Mine I ain't have to do You ain't have to learn how to drive You don't have to really know how to drive to get your license over here. Hey, U-turn, K-turn, Park. Park, the parallel parking. That was it. That's the hardest one. That was the hardest one.
Starting point is 00:11:25 As long as you ain't break no laws ain't hit shit. You was getting a license. And back then, you could fail one part of the test. Now you can't. That's true. I was a terrible driver. I felt parallel parking. Long as you don't fail two parts, you still got your license.
Starting point is 00:11:36 I don't know if I failed when I first took it, but it wasn't conclusive. They told me to do, come do it again. You failed. You failed. Yeah. That's what that means. Yeah. Because if you passed, you'd have got your license.
Starting point is 00:11:45 that day. We don't look down on you because of the time. And you're a good driver. How many tests you took? Just two. What do you mean? That's it. Just two.
Starting point is 00:11:55 Oh, fuck y'all. The car that I brought was illegal. It wasn't, it didn't fit. You took a stolen car to the shit? No. A jersey shit. You know, they have, that is a jersey shit. I get one on the way.
Starting point is 00:12:08 No, you know, they have the list of things that your car has to be. And the car that I brought there. Can't have a stick shift. You got to have an emergency board. Yeah, it was a lot going on in there. And the car that I brought, I couldn't do it, so I had to come back. Oh, okay, got it. That's different.
Starting point is 00:12:19 That's what happened. Y'all know I could drive. Don't do that. Well, some of y'all don't know. Maybe back then you might, you might not have had it back in. Like, I learned how to drive by getting an accident. Like, I couldn't drive until I could drive. But it took like two or three years.
Starting point is 00:12:30 Between like 16 and like 19, like maybe five. God damn. And now that explains it. Now I'm a great, I'm a great driver. Successful. You just went on the whole thing about your tires on the side of the road. Yeah, but that's skill driving. That's like.
Starting point is 00:12:45 That's like stunt driving. Mark 5 accidents. That age is when you are supposed to get into all your actions. Yeah. That's why you're asking. Well, under 25, right? That's where I got my accent. Yeah, so I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:12:55 And then after that. Not five. I mean, some of them was like side swiping cars, shit like that. You know what I mean? Like little, little things. Side swiping cars? I mean, part cars? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:03 I guess. They, I mean. They just jumped out in front of you? Pennsylvania drivers have a little bit of a reputation. See, I think New Jersey drivers have a reputation. Jersey drivers have a reputation. I know it. Man, I crashed into a house.
Starting point is 00:13:17 You crashed into a house? I came from, yeah, tried to hit somebody. I crashed to a house at a young age. Excuse me? Yes. Let's go back. But I also crashed. You can't just say shit like that and keep going.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Yeah. No, I was trying to, I was trying to hit somebody. I was trying to hit someone. I was dancing. The house was standing still. That's like your life story. Right. What?
Starting point is 00:13:36 My life story trying to hit somebody and cry? What? Explain the correlation. Yo, I'm telling you all. I don't know how. Hey, yo, champ. Listen, anything referring to houses, stop playing with me and shit like that. You heard?
Starting point is 00:13:49 With houses? Yeah. That's like your life story. I try to hit somebody and I crash into my house. You said that's like your life story. I don't know what subliminal and rapper mind you playing with. Don't play with me, bro. That was a good one, though.
Starting point is 00:14:03 But yeah, on Dunkirk, yeah, a guy swung at me through the window, cool, backed up. He stood in the yard and I tried to hit him. And he moved. Was it his house you hit? He moved, no. He moved, and I crashed. He all laid you right into the house? I'm not saying
Starting point is 00:14:15 Once you saw he was going And the house was still there Why didn't you hit the brakes? Man I'm mad in the moment I'm in the moment man I never mad at the ride to a house
Starting point is 00:14:23 A true crash out I never tried to hit someone with the car Crashing and insurance and all of that stuff is normally one of the first lessons black people get and not putting shit
Starting point is 00:14:36 in other people named True Yes We didn't know When we let the person We love get insurance in our name and then they kept crashing.
Starting point is 00:14:46 Or the other way around, y'all. What? Trying to get the insurance in your name at a certain age. Like, again, I tell you, I worked in insurance. A lot of the shit that worked against you, you're zip code. So if you lived in certain inner cities, it's higher. Oh, wait, by now the audience, you know, some of the game. This is the game right here that you're giving out.
Starting point is 00:15:06 Yeah. This is the stuff that the novices don't know they're looking to find out on the phone. You're zip code, your neighborhood, do you have a driveway? You're married? You're married, garage, crime in the area, stolen car. Oh, yeah. Red or black car? Because I want a red car.
Starting point is 00:15:26 That little red two-door Mayback look nice, but insurance. Insurance is going to be higher. Insurance. Kind of car. What kind of car is? Yeah. Even that human psychology, why does red make you want to steal the car more? They say it's more likely to get pulled over to, right?
Starting point is 00:15:41 Red is the first recognizable color about a human brain. So it's just something in there that red jumps out. It would make me want to steal it less. I do look good in red. I love red. Red is my favorite color. Remember that red coup I had? It's high as shit.
Starting point is 00:15:54 And then that's when we learned, oh, shit. In this state, it ain't that high. Yeah, you was one of the first niggas I've seen come through the hood in the red, in the red car. I've had three or four red cars now. I talked a lot of niggas down from trying to speak bad on your name. You can't just come around Yeah, my nigga car red What's up?
Starting point is 00:16:16 You also learn a lesson When niggas borrow your license You know when niggas use your license Your license Niggas use my license Yeah, man Got a lot of tickets under my shit Word
Starting point is 00:16:27 That happened before Niggas use your license Your license, how that work? Is more people that look like you? Yes, yes There's people that like me, nigga Oh wow Yes, yes
Starting point is 00:16:36 I'm pretty sure A lot of them cult members Use your license too, man We ain't had no They weren't allowed to drive. They had wallet. They built that sphinx without a hand truck. What's about a car?
Starting point is 00:16:50 It's a drive. So y'all walked over there in the cell of this instance? Y'all walked to the spot? I was allowed to keep my car because I was the driver. Y'all tried to keep it real authentic to the real pyramid. You're like, don't push the wrong in there. It's something in there. Yeah, look how they programmed them.
Starting point is 00:17:04 I was allowed to keep my car. No, your car was the cult car. It was. That's why it was like the golf car. And we ride them off. The fucking time. I was allowed. That's your job.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Oh, man. All right, listen. A lot to get to. Some of it, I thought we wouldn't get to. But I spoke to the fellas and I was wrong. From one crash out to another? Thank you. That was just where you go.
Starting point is 00:17:28 That was a good one. That was smooth. That was smooth. You should ripe itself far. Also smooth. Also, that was good. Well, since we're here, we are. The last couple days since our last episode,
Starting point is 00:17:41 the world has been watching a major well I would call it a major crash out but at the very least a major battle between Cardi B and Nikki Minaj they've been going crazy on the internet the back and forth
Starting point is 00:17:53 I'm bothered by it but I can't stop it's like a car crash I keep watching it even though I know I shouldn't and even though it's really unhealthy once they got started the next day at around 2 o'clock the day after that I woke up looking forward to it. The day after that
Starting point is 00:18:08 I was like oh I can't wait for 1 o'clock They're going to get right back to it again. And sure enough, as God would have it. Hey, Mona. Hi, guys. Hey, Mona. Oh, look. Let me get the round of floors for a real Mona in this picture.
Starting point is 00:18:21 Oh, love, man. Here we go. I was driving like a girl. I went to East Orange. And book, uh... Wait, what's in East Orange? Harlem. Wait, what are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:18:30 I'm confused. I drove, I went to East Orange. I went to the wrong address, but I went to East Orange. You went to this? I get you. Like, you typed in the address, but you went to the East Orange version of this. Yes.
Starting point is 00:18:39 Yes. I was driving like a greener. That's what I said. I kept getting confused. It was too much. That's just what they were saying. I'm going to get in Florida service. It's too much.
Starting point is 00:18:46 Back to that Pennsylvania driver's shit again. Mark, it's difficult. I think coming from where we're from, it's just difficult. It's like congested, it's difficult, and then people from Jersey can't drive. So all that together is hard. It's nasty.
Starting point is 00:18:58 I've come up here a couple times from Philly. It's a pain nasty. I stopped doing it. Yeah. But I feel like you get the hang of it. But like, one wrong turn, you really somewhere else. Yeah, that's how it works. It's fucking roads.
Starting point is 00:19:09 Yeah, reversed and all that. Goddenial maps. Fucking GPS. Yeah, worse for I. You know, that happened to me before, though. I can't even clown you where I gave my driver the address and he put in an address that wasn't quite the same address. And, like, I thought I had to be on time somewhere.
Starting point is 00:19:28 And I got out and he had left. I'm just at the wrong address waiting. It's traffic. I'm like, how did you fuck that up? You're going to the wrong address can be tough. So I'm glad that. And you're new. So it's going to take.
Starting point is 00:19:40 a while to learn how to get to what you put in the GPS. I got to get my rhythm. Yeah, you go, but you're looking good. Thank you. Oh, yeah, you're looking good. How you feel? And I'm glad you're here right before our shit, because I know, I know where you at.
Starting point is 00:19:53 You are, I wouldn't did my research on you. I wouldn't did my research on you, girl. What that mean? We know. I know what side of the fence you're on. As a matter of fact, why don't you take it away? Nicky and Cardi go. Nick and Cardi.
Starting point is 00:20:04 First of all, I don't know what these fellas are talking about. I am concerned for Nicky Miner. for Nikki Minaj. I feel like first of all, the way she keeps posting about this stuff, like Rock Nation and these different names and all that, right? She hasn't given any background information.
Starting point is 00:20:22 So when you expose it something and you don't tell the whole story, it makes you look like crazy because we don't understand it. Everything is like encrypted, like only speak to the barbs, only barbs can understand the language or something, because it doesn't make any sense to everybody else, right? But when you start talking about stuff like, I'm a prophetess
Starting point is 00:20:38 and Jesus is going to do this, Like, I'm going to send Jesus on you, right? That's almost like getting, like, religious psychosis, like, sliding over there. That sounds like, like, somebody needs to see if she's okay. Like, that's how I feel about it. And I absolutely loved Cardi saying, and I'm not on rock nation. Yeah, that was funny. Like, why the fuck do you keep talking about rock name?
Starting point is 00:21:00 Yeah, the shit is, some of it has been funny. Some of it I wouldn't touch with a 20-foot pole. For sure. The not funny part and the not touching with a 10-foot pole was the part that I find the most disturbing, and that is the kids. Once the kids got into it, I don't even get into who's right and who's wrong. Talking about anybody's kid is not okay. I checked out right away.
Starting point is 00:21:19 So that started? I was like, this is not funny. When Cardi said that her kid's favorite color was five, I said that that is not funny, and nobody should do that. It's beyond a pale to me. I don't think you said that. I think you laughed hard. I think you. Thank you, Mom.
Starting point is 00:21:38 Thank you, Mona. That little bullshit he do. And niggas be listening, too. Yeah, that little bullshit he do. And people talk about people kids. People get mad and say, fuck you and your big head son. Yeah, but that's whack, though.
Starting point is 00:21:47 But you can't do that. I'm not doing that. I haven't seen anybody say it though, but every, when you see the discourse online and so you don't do that, you don't do that. Every time I see you bitch is arguing on Facebook, that's what y'all do it. So people do it.
Starting point is 00:21:57 You just shit and do it. Well, Facebook is a different. Exactly. That's a different world. Everybody on their high road, though, like, like they don't do that. Like, I don't do that. Like, I mean, that's what people do with these times.
Starting point is 00:22:06 You get mad. You get mad. You suck your friend. I don't do that when I'm mad. Oh, you don't. Talk about somebody's kid. Oh, no. Yeah, I just, we never do that. But I get your point that people clearly do it because they did it for days.
Starting point is 00:22:19 Yeah. Like, what? My respect level goes, go. Goes down, yeah. My respect level goes down, though, for people that do that. Yeah, it's disgusting. No, that's not cool. When Cardi tweeted stuff that was like, sound like almost she was concerned.
Starting point is 00:22:32 You think she was being smart or was that? Yes, I think she was being smart. I think both of them have been being smart about all of this. Fainting concern for each other. I don't like the fertility stuff either. I appreciate it that Nikki kind of walked that back and said,
Starting point is 00:22:44 you know what I mean? Like, we shouldn't make fun of people for not being fertile or having fertility issues. Again, they threw a punch and pulled it a little bit, but I thought that needed to be said. Making fun of people's kids, making fun of people's health,
Starting point is 00:22:54 all that shit should be off limits. It should be. It should be. But like we said last part, I do feel like certain women play at a different clip. Like, they get nasty. Two nests.
Starting point is 00:23:04 Like Michelle Obama says when they go low, we go high. But what they say? When you go low, I go lower. We go to hell. Oh, to hell. Right, right, right. That's what they say. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:16 Like, I couldn't do that even if somebody was doing it to me. Same. Like, I would feel like my karma is affected. You couldn't do it today, but at no point in your life would you have been there? No. I had kids early. I had my son. I was 20 years old.
Starting point is 00:23:27 Oh, so you feel like as a parent you can't do it because you understand. At all, yeah. But even, and I saw some people. saying is to Cardi, like, where I come from, you're not even supposed to do that when you're pregnant. Oh, no, you're not. You're not, not pregnant. We're supposed to be just trying to get a healthy baby. Yeah, it's
Starting point is 00:23:43 a superstition that's something bad happened. Also, just leave people kids out. Even if you ain't got no kids, don't plan on having no kids, just leave people's kids out that shit. To me, is a very basic rule. The other piece of this is, if my kid is slow, I know it, and you ain't got to tell me.
Starting point is 00:23:59 There's that. Like, help, community. Like, don't, I don't. That's crazy too. Yeah. Because we have the conversation here about what we've had it before about this country and how they are quick to throw that tag on the kids and some of the medicine and how it relates to that. And the numbers spiking recently about kids that are that. It's serious.
Starting point is 00:24:26 It's serious. I can get tricky though. My wife works with children and she tells me horror stories about parents that should put their kid through some sort of medication or something and don't because of the stigma against it. Right. And this kid is literally like assaulting teachers and other students and there's literally nothing that nobody can do
Starting point is 00:24:43 about it because fuck him up. The age of the kid. Fuck him up. Just for the record, Nick, that's your listen. Before the attackers, we're not suggesting that anything is wrong with Nikki's kid at all. I'm not talking about nobody's kid.
Starting point is 00:24:57 I know. I just want to be clear because I don't need my time. I feel like we don't even post a baby enough for you to be able to judge shit for real. Nick, we come from different times. She don't have her baby all over the internet. We don't even know his name. And you don't have to know his name.
Starting point is 00:25:11 Yeah. That's how it should be really. Yeah, yeah. I tell people all the time, yo, keep your kids off the internet. Like, they want to have your kids best interest in heart? Have they thrown shade that didn't have to do
Starting point is 00:25:21 with the kids that maybe we could talk about? Because I don't even feel comfortable covering that shit. Well, that's why I was thinking more about the JT this at this point because at least there it's off the kids and at least it's a clapback and at least there's some content. Let's go, Mark. Did y'all like it?
Starting point is 00:25:36 Well, wait, before we get there, if somebody do happen to talk about your kids. Because Cardi's base was saying, all right, listen, dog, let's stop tweeting. I have to see you. That's what that is. Yeah, yeah, hey, we don't have to. Enough of this. I heard you, you heard me. You've crossed the line.
Starting point is 00:25:56 One thing that's clear, I have to see you. It's just a whole move. I mean, I don't agree with it, but I respect it. I respect it. We know Cardi said that about somebody else. Cardi, when you make her mind up, I got to see you. But she shouldn't be fighting pregnant or doing anything. Well, then you've seen Nikki say, think it's your sister.
Starting point is 00:26:19 She said she's a kid. Yeah, but see, I don't like that. Only because... Oh, that's fire. No, no, no, no. I'm going to tell you why. Because Cardi's response is, okay, where are y'all at? Let's stop talking.
Starting point is 00:26:31 All of our DMs are open. We can lead up now. I ain't these pitchers again. I get all of that. We can't never say the loud part out loud. You just said it though. I tried to whisper it, but I'm afraid, too. They thubed down.
Starting point is 00:26:45 I get that. Yeah, these bitches is doing drill. So don't say let's see me then. They got, bitch, you know. That's why they say. They're saying that they just came home. No, y'all. For real.
Starting point is 00:26:56 I'm telling you something, man. And they own it. Freeze. That's what they say. On that. I wouldn't get my address neither. They're going to meet up. Oh, okay, I'm coming right now.
Starting point is 00:27:06 Where you at? Yes. You in Harlem? We're outside. Exactly. So I'm not going to invite you. If I invite you, if I say, yo, if I'm arguing with you, let's say I'm on that. Yo, Flip, enough of this shit.
Starting point is 00:27:16 You've done it to people. Where are you at? Yeah, that's stupid, though. It's ignorant. If they gave you the address or they was on it like that, what's their response? To give you an address, right? Got it. But if they're not.
Starting point is 00:27:26 When a nigger asked for mine, y'all already know. I sent that nigger. That's all I was saying. Furth, it's Walmart I can Google. Can't it. I said that nigga to the Walmart in Pennsylvania. I can't understand why you tough niggins be telling the truth about where you at. That's the best time to lie.
Starting point is 00:27:48 No. Yeah, yeah. Here I am. Hey, you coming. Dumb niggas is tough too. No, are you going to know? Let's go. Some niggas is ready for that.
Starting point is 00:28:00 If we're going, some niggas is really ready. What I'm saying is, even if I was that level of tough, you're going to wait some gas first. Hey, over there. Oh, wait, I left. Number of mine, I'm over here now. Even if ultimately I'm with all the shit, you got to hop on 95, north or south for at least two hours. Yeah. Fuck you talk about.
Starting point is 00:28:23 Play with me, especially during Boston traffic. I'm in violent, nigga. Let's go. I'm in Boston, yo. Take the sawmill. shower. Hey, hop on the sawmill at 3 o'clock. I'll be right here. That's funny.
Starting point is 00:28:37 Anyway, anyways. What was we saying? All right. I was trying to ask y'all if that's enough to make y'all have to see somebody. Yes. For me, no. But y'all know how I feel about it. Don't want to. You'll be all matured with this fight and shit. That's what I'm saying. And get into
Starting point is 00:28:54 the most fights. And by that's what I'm saying, it's never backless. Ah, no, no, no. All this person, get the mad fights. And then stay after. You have fought more to me. No, I have not. No, I have not. You might get the most fights. You might be tired.
Starting point is 00:29:09 You might be tired. No, I have You have more fights than me. One, as an adult, at your big ass age. I'm older. Two, and you, yeah, but we're talking about I've been attacked. In your 40s. That's a fight, nigga. The 40s. My shit. All it takes is one to pop the fight off. Yeah. That's a fight.
Starting point is 00:29:25 You're talking about fights. And then you stayed after. In the last five years, how many fights you've been in? I was attacked. How many guys? How many niggas for you? In the last five years? How many niggas fought you? One.
Starting point is 00:29:37 How many have you been in the last five years? Hold on. How many have you been in the last five months? Oh shit. Okay, last five years. There's nothing to glorify. But what I'm saying is that he gets more trouble to me. But let's move on from that.
Starting point is 00:29:49 At the end of the day, a nigger that fights, you like to fight because you entice it or when you was on that type of time. You, nigger, you sit there, you'll wait. Nigger, you don't give a fuck. You walk right. and I heard stories about you. I've never been on it. I've never been on it.
Starting point is 00:30:05 Niggins say that you was, niggins say Joe will see some shit right there. You know, you're walking right through the niggas. Boy, that ain't because I want to fight. That's stupid. I have made a lot of bad decisions.
Starting point is 00:30:16 I've made decisions. I've made decisions. I've walked through there and I know they're going to fight. Now, I win that award. I've made decisions that will make others fight me or want to fight me. A lot of them.
Starting point is 00:30:30 That's true. That's it. That's it right there. That's true. That's true. The nigger told you, asked the DJ to play a record. You looked at the niggas. Are you fucking crazy?
Starting point is 00:30:41 You can't talk to the street niggas like that in the club? That should have been a fight. But it was cool. Shout out to the niggas. Fam, the niggins told Joe, are you looking at my girl? And your response? I wouldn't. What was your response?
Starting point is 00:30:56 Some shit. Your girl is ugly. Nigger, you look at your girl and figure out if you think I'm looking at. Hey, look at me, look at you now, look at her. Now look at every other girl in here. Hey, you can figure this one out. You know, what I'm saying? Why would you say that?
Starting point is 00:31:14 No, but those are my pill days. We're talking about my pill day. I was peeled up. I was peeled up, and I shouldn't have been peeled up, but I went to the hospital with a thumb problem and they subscribed me some shit and it was dope sick and I was hooked and I was a fiend, I was fiend out,
Starting point is 00:31:27 and niggas want to fight me. Okay, got it. So it's the government. no sure you know I always say yes to that big farmer big farmer yeah fucking big farmer
Starting point is 00:31:38 what is the sacklers the dan sacklers and got off scoff scoffrey anyway can we say this like for Cardi like I do respect that you got to see me let's stop all his internet shit I do respect that on a certain level
Starting point is 00:31:51 but I don't want nobody in their 40s fighting like I don't want none of them fighting and not because I don't want them to fight if they were just to go around the corner and fight I wouldn't give them fuck but they crews are going to fight. People won't get shot. And right, they're the least likely people to fight.
Starting point is 00:32:05 They're not going to fight. I mean, look at, I'm old enough to remember a little Kim and Foxy and all the show. You can't say that they're the least likely to fight when they got it on at the McGallon. They ain't getting it on. They tried to. Party for security. People are going to stop them from fighting.
Starting point is 00:32:16 Yo, if the nigger I'm beefing with, if I know that he's willing to fight in places that I'm not, you want. The Meg Gal is on that list for me. If I put my suit on and I show up there, please. Right, McCarty was about that action. That's what I'm saying. But then eventually somebody's going to get hurt from this, and it's probably not going to be down.
Starting point is 00:32:33 Cardi beat out that action every wish. Everywhere. Everywhere you go. Again, I respect that. I just don't want, they too open. You can't take the hood out of some people. You can't take that mentality, no matter how much money you get.
Starting point is 00:32:43 That's a fact. Some niggas is willing to die over their disrespect. Exactly. Why is Nikki saying that Jayze is wearing a lace front? I was confused about you. Yo, I don't like that. You know, she fucked me up with that. And that's why I got to get off.
Starting point is 00:32:56 I'm about to block, Nikki. I'm done with her. I said, oh, shit, now he got us. But I remember him growing his head and fucked up my whole reality. I'm with you on that. Wait, that shit isn't real? No, it is real.
Starting point is 00:33:08 It's real, I think. We're saying it's real. You only had to think about it because she was spot on with that scissor freckle shit that nobody knew about. I knew about that. But once you come off of a win like that,
Starting point is 00:33:17 right? You're not going to have a buddy. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I know Hove ain't do that. I like, oh, come on, son. That's Hove here. That Hove head looked good. Now, a few of these other niggins that's trying to get the, that's trying to do it.
Starting point is 00:33:33 She acting like Hove is mystical or something, man. I got to be done. Then she said that Hove and Beyonce is copying the, the, the, the poses. Oh, my God. Hey, hey, you make it tough. She's lost. Hey, if you ain't doing nothing else, she's going to call you. Just who job, you make it pretty tough.
Starting point is 00:33:54 Yeah. They show the side by side. I'm like, what? No, Nikki, you bugging the fuck out. Yes, yeah. That's nothing else to say. It's nothing else to say. You can't say shit.
Starting point is 00:34:07 She is copying the fuck out. Oh, the Beyonce. You're bugging out. You're bugging out. Can I ask you a question about it? Am I telling him? I know she ain't about to jump in these disc record streets. That's what makes me mad about it.
Starting point is 00:34:21 Well, eventually. But I got a little hope, though. You don't think so? You don't got no hope? Album time, maybe. Why not? Yeah. I got to look, because they're so direct this time,
Starting point is 00:34:30 because a lot of times it's subliminal, but now they're direct. They're saying things, and I got hope that they're going to go to the record. I got hope that Nikki's going to finally put the pen to the pad, they can go in the booth and call names. In March. In March.
Starting point is 00:34:45 That's the thing. Yeah. March. I don't see it happening. If it does, I think it's going to be underwhelming. Really? I do. I went back to this in the name.
Starting point is 00:34:54 Let me say, let me clear. I love Nikki as a rapper. To me, she's writing the top as either, it's like top two ever, right? Top two, top three ever. But that don't mean you're good at writing disc records. And I haven't seen any, what? I haven't seen anything from Nikki disc record-wise
Starting point is 00:35:09 that makes me think that she's about to set the world on fire with a dis-ray. I'm not saying she can't. She's too talented to not always be in the game. But I'm not expecting it. Based on what I seen from her when she responded to, to Remy Remy before. I just, I don't, I see good bars.
Starting point is 00:35:23 I haven't seen anything. See, and that's the thing. I said that last part too but the thing about streaming is they've robbed us of great rappers picking a beat that was out already and dissing somebody
Starting point is 00:35:35 so now your disc song writing has to come into effect where I don't really care if that's what's that and hip-hop I don't care about I want to grab a beat that you know we like hop on and smoke someone's boots and just smoke somebody and let that be the end of that
Starting point is 00:35:52 Well that's what I wanted JT to do Let's get into JT Because I didn't like the decision I think some of y'all liked it more than me Well we're going to talk about it I got a JT friend of the show I'd like to thank all these people are friends of the show What if you talk to them?
Starting point is 00:36:05 Maybe not Um JT I want to say Her people reached out last week Like yo JT come up there Next week is going to be a big week And then I was like
Starting point is 00:36:20 I've been around a block too long I was like Eh what's that mean No, don't try to insert me in some shit That's how I got caught up With that Totscha K interview Yeah
Starting point is 00:36:30 Don't try to put me in some shit now And sure enough is God we have it Some shit So JT put out two disc records Against Cardi B Has everyone here heard them? I only heard one of them I only heard the first one
Starting point is 00:36:46 I didn't know it was two Yeah I didn't hear a second one come out Well would you like to hear the one You didn't hear first so you want us to talk about the one you did here. Let's talk about the one we did here. All right, so let's play the one they did here. I think it's this one.
Starting point is 00:36:57 All right, all right, all right, all right. Shout to academics with the exclusive. We are now intimate. I don't give a friend. I was too pussy to get that exclusive, man. I'm sorry, buddy. You got it. Motherfucker, hoe and tell her I said it.
Starting point is 00:37:11 I opened up my ass right now and tell her with it. All right, let's talk about it, then, JT. I'm throwing shot that hole going to stay up to catch it. Okay. Okay, I can't adopt a bold hole, let's go. That's why by you. The rebellious, sad city girl, being that beat six birthdays at you do. Stop it, stop it, stop it.
Starting point is 00:37:32 First thoughts. I don't, I like, I mean, not now, but when you heard it. Give me your first thoughts. When this came on, first eight, ten bars go by, you're thinking what now? At first, I thought it was ass. Leave me too. At first, it picks up. It gets better.
Starting point is 00:37:48 Even when she's been, been that bitch six birthdays, at Disney World, like it gets to picking up right there. Oh, you Philly niggas stutter. Them schools are telling you. I like to, uh... Fuck you. I wasn't mad. It sounds...
Starting point is 00:38:00 You're not even? Her father get it on the boat. It sounds freestyle mixed deepy. Like, it's kind of lo-fi. You know what I mean? Once I heard the father... I got it off the boat home. I was like, okay, I'm listening more than I was.
Starting point is 00:38:12 That's where it picked up for me. I'm listening more than I was. Once in there, by the time you got to get to that part, I'm just like, uh, she's going to have to come harder than this. That's what I said. Keep it going. Bring up my upbringing Your man he was around and pussy still was swinging
Starting point is 00:38:26 Hold on, make me spin your blocks Rupertina Pussy so tight I can barely fit a finger Hey Hey hey I like that line Pintry's out Right
Starting point is 00:38:38 La Hoa go for anything off a pill M's in my nigga Birkin bag might feel How you a brim never been on this drill Oh You gotta stretch your pain is ill That's a deal Oh pockets took ho.
Starting point is 00:38:53 Say you steak and paper. Let me see you read a good ho. Hey. I forgot the way you looked ho. Stop this. Now what were your thoughts during this part? It picked up. It's picking up.
Starting point is 00:39:08 This is going to put my coffee down. This is a heaven in my attention. I saw the laugh. I asked you mention the face. I said, oh, okay. Once you get in plastic surgery reviews. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:18 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You, when you dissing somebody with more money than you, like, again, A lot of this shit comes from the fucking 50-cent disc handbook. And you just start talking about your opponent's ability to read.
Starting point is 00:39:32 Yo, I don't get care of you can read it or not. It's funny. It is funny. And the Breakfast Club getting those Floyd drops is some of the funniest shit. That shit's amazing. Nah, that's some of the funniest shit in the world. All right, ten different faces. I don't know how you look old.
Starting point is 00:39:52 lie to me lie to me now come on come on hey black podcasters hard bars there you go hard bars
Starting point is 00:40:04 even if you team carty to death hard bars hey and let me say the line to get me in parks in trouble hey who wrote that
Starting point is 00:40:12 do we think the JT is writing this stuff oh I think you wrote Oh you're right shut the fuck I did
Starting point is 00:40:20 JT is the most Lyrical wizard. Exactly. It sounds like she wrote this. It sounds like, not to me. Not to me, me. If the nigga wrote this, I would be pissed if I paid this.
Starting point is 00:40:32 I don't be thinking nobody write none of this. Wait, hold on a little. What did you say, Mauna? If I paid somebody to write this, I would be pissed. This sounds like she wrote it to me. This sounds like her. That's not a compliment. She could be popping, talking about selling clothes out the trunk and all that.
Starting point is 00:40:46 She's a booster. She a credit card girl. It sounds like her to me. She definitely told that person in her story. the rapper out of them too. That's how I always looked at it unless I was stupid. Chad GBT. I fell for some shit. If there was ever time,
Starting point is 00:40:59 we needed a Caritia please. Man, I've been looking for Carisha please for about a year. How long I'm popping going? That episode will not drop. I hate when y'all do that. I hate it. Anyway, I can put it right under my
Starting point is 00:41:17 footho. Oh, they go betty. My ass chopped cheese. That is looking crazy. Cardi and a diaper bee. Stop that. I knew you was. Come on. What did she say that ass look crazy? Cardi diaper what?
Starting point is 00:41:33 I don't know. That's what I'm saying. What did she say? Diper B. I don't like that. Diper B. I don't like that. Cardi has been, she has been transparent with how her weight is gaining during her pregnancy.
Starting point is 00:41:50 No, that's, I. I can tell when y'all don't be watching. I thought the joke was caught. I thought you said it. No, no, no, no, no, no. Have y'all seen growing pregnant? Her things are accentuated. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:02 More so then, and she's been talking about this stuff. Her ass is fatter because she's pregnant. That happens. That's not really what I'm trying to say. Even if that is what's happening, that's not what I'm trying to say. You can just break out into your full-on plastic surgery review bag. Like, I know that it's in there somewhere. Get to it, yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:20 But it's not really that. It's how, is it plastic surgery plus pregnancy? It's how pregnant weight, yes, it's how you, pregnant weight ain't hitting the same for everybody. Okay, what I'm saying? That's all I'm saying. But you feel like that's a bridge too far. You feel like that that's what I'm trying to say.
Starting point is 00:42:34 I guess that's what, you confuse me sometimes. Like, everybody, myself included, I guess, is like, I don't know what the lines are. Because that to me seems in bounds. This is in bounds to me. Yeah, it seems in balance me compared to some of the other shit they'd be saying. Yeah. I wouldn't say it. If niggas could get pregnant, I wouldn't say that to do.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Yes, you know. Yeah. Yeah. All right, play. All right, play. Yeah. N.A. U.S. Laine school dressing ass ho.
Starting point is 00:42:58 Pick the wrong test. Shout out my bitches who never faked the phone. That shit she break about. I sold it out the trone. Okay. Okay. You man, me ran a horror house. The only time I seen you with a pen was at the courthouse.
Starting point is 00:43:11 That was a good. Okay. That's tough. That ain't your friends. Um, bitch and beatie getting fuck. Oh, the ass bitch. Got shook. Got the car.
Starting point is 00:43:20 You want to stop it or no? Hey, hey, let me just let y'all know Y'all have stopping rights You all have to stop it too Don't just make me be the bad guy Yo, that only time I seen you with a pin Was it, the courthouse shit was tough That was maybe my favorite line on the joint
Starting point is 00:43:35 That was tough That was hard, yeah I don't like the All right, fuck it Say it I don't like the, yo, your dude is a little eh When your dude also looks a little Eh
Starting point is 00:43:48 It's what we're doing What? No stop it. No stop it, Freeze. Freeze don't give a fuck. Freeze don't give a fuck. Freeze don't give a fuck. I didn't know that's where you was going.
Starting point is 00:43:58 Freeze reviews the dudes. I'm not reviewing the dudes. I'm not going to fuck about them. Hey, what it's like? What about her dude, Frees? They didn't want to turn simulations against Freeze. No. Hey, I don't like to say that about Steve.
Starting point is 00:44:13 With Uzi's ass. I'll have y'all know. No, he's out just as much. Tell him, Freeze. There is a bigger point that Frees is making, though, that it's interesting, which is like when you do a disc record and you talk about people plastic surgeries and they buy, if you throwing shit at people that they can be, that could be said at you, does that make the disc less credible?
Starting point is 00:44:38 Not that's credible, but let's hit it's hard to me. Not to me. It don't hit his hard. That's what I'm trying to. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It could be, it could be a hard bar. It could apply. But then if that person could turn around and see the exact same.
Starting point is 00:44:49 same thing to you. If you make it funny, I don't care. Agreed. Yeah, you got to say yours different. Your metaphor got to be different to mine. We got to not be attacking this the same way. And it's cool for me.
Starting point is 00:45:02 Cardi on one of them songs I love and one of them verses I love was like, yo, oh, lame bitch, that's why my friend fucked on your nigger. Come on one of the best Cardi lines ever. Bitches is just going to say that when they beefing if my friend fucked your nigga.
Starting point is 00:45:17 That's a solid line. So if JT's friend Fucked her nigger She's supposed to say it is all I'm saying Even if she did Even if they didn't fuck me He's supposed to say that Yeah
Starting point is 00:45:27 No I'm with that That works It's the plastic surgeon All that other shit Where it's kind of like All y'all got plastic surgery All y'all got writers All y'all got
Starting point is 00:45:33 But everybody don't have the same Plastic surgery Boy, they're going to call me all types of bitches after this I'm fine I said Everybody don't have the same plastic surgery That's a fact
Starting point is 00:45:43 Some niggas got in the basement In Queens And some niggas got it Some people went to the special, the specialist, the good doctors. Some people left the country. Some people went to Turkey. And some people followed directions. Remember the queen's shit?
Starting point is 00:45:58 They locked the person up. Remember that shit that was doing in the building. Some of y'all been to the doctors that have been killing bitches. And that's the flex. Girls going to use whatever the flex. That's the surgeon you went to. He then botched up you and the last nine people and killed somebody on the recovery table. You proud?
Starting point is 00:46:14 You proud? Bitch. We ain't the same. Like, bitches is messy. You got a right for somebody. Me? Yeah. You got it.
Starting point is 00:46:21 No, he's just in the know when it comes to that. I would kill him. I would. You should. I would kill. I would kill. You know what's funny? The last studio session I went to?
Starting point is 00:46:30 Bitches is messy. Right. I was listening. And you. I can hear it. You think it's me? You're a little messy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:42 Last studio session, he went to a while. Last studio session, last few studio sessions, I went to, niggas was writing for girls. And how the verse sound with a nigger doing it? I was in like, I'll smoke this nigga. Hey, whoever wrote this for this girl,
Starting point is 00:46:59 I'd have to write for somebody like a, fuck it. Let me not make it about me. Anyway. Anyway. It's secure ass booby-home dusty-ass bitch Don't want to bang with me Atlantic got you to bang I'm a bang go eat Whole career fell small going against the queens
Starting point is 00:47:14 Who the fuck told your ugly ass to go against me Diss that penthouse flow Bad bitch for pay You pay the bills in the Texas So he can fuck where y'all stay Old bird brain bitch You so fucking pitiful Open the windows in that house
Starting point is 00:47:28 Get off a live looking miserable Wait, stop this She's losing the beat a little bit here A little bit I don't care Yeah, I didn't Yeah, y'all ain't Yeah, y'all ain't
Starting point is 00:47:39 All right, I see Now she was talking Now she was talking I like this I'm gonna say she fell off I don't give a fuck about that Why y'all ain't stop it when she said You're paying the bills
Starting point is 00:47:51 Over there in that house And that nigger Why y'all ain't stop it is what I'm asking you I was focused on the flow It was both It was a convenient time to stop both In review the bars and the flow No matter who says
Starting point is 00:48:03 into that couch. I hate it. I don't give a fuck about that, the flow, like, hey, she, she's, she's talking now. We're talking now. Off the beat, whatever. She's talking shit now. No, she's talking to shit right there.
Starting point is 00:48:10 I just hated that. I just talked to be. Back to the play in parks. I'm in a club in their shit with my ass bouncing. My IG a motherfucking fashion show. Okay. I can't believe I'm arguing with the face of fashion, no. That's funny.
Starting point is 00:48:29 That was funny. That's fire. That was funny. That's what I'm saying. It's fire and wrong. Again, don't matter. No, some shit, you can't be too wrong now. You can't be too wrong.
Starting point is 00:48:42 Nah, you could. Yes, you can. Really? That's the whole point of the shit. You can make it funny. Make it whatever. Yes, you can be wrong as fuck. We ain't fact checking it this record right now.
Starting point is 00:48:52 It's crazy. Let's make the shit funny. I don't think the JT should be talking fast with Cardi B. Because Cardi B really like that. She's sitting there saying I don't get that. Cardi really liked that. It's a dangerous game. I don't give a fuck about that.
Starting point is 00:49:05 You do. That's what she's saying. You do, though. Or not. She do. I don't give a fuck about all that fashion. I don't think you should. But then you just say if somebody could say it back to you, like invalidates it?
Starting point is 00:49:16 Because Cardi could go and say you can't dress, bitch. So if I say it first, if I'm sitting there saying, yo, I don't care about that fashion shit. Because Cardi mentioned fashion first. I don't care about that fashion shit. That's not true. She care about that shit. She definitely cares about it. But this record's always filled with lies in exaggeration.
Starting point is 00:49:33 All I'm saying is be careful entering your opponent's strong suit. Yes, you set yourself up for a bitch's comeback. Hey, if your opponent is cutting clubs, I wouldn't be the first to put a club on the board, is all I'm saying. I feel you. Yeah. And Cardi, Cardi brought the fashion shit up first. She's responding to that. Yeah, but Cardi shit was her, I take you on, I take you to fashion houses and all that shit.
Starting point is 00:49:54 They don't fuck that fashion shit. Let's talk this. That's what she says to it. I don't give a fuck about hair dress. I'm going to talk about that. I still like it because it's like, fucking crap. I'm not trying to outfashion you. I still like it because it's like
Starting point is 00:50:04 fuck them crackers at the fashion hostel. They're not inviting me fuck them anyway. You're all right, but they still pulled up a picture in J.T. dressed in like a lunchbox or something. They're going to pull up your outfits.
Starting point is 00:50:14 Why do you think when I bad, I don't talk about niggins outfits? I don't talk about it. You're crazy. Go ahead. Like a terror car you can never be cut. You're a lame home.
Starting point is 00:50:27 Pregnant by a nigga who suck dick out the game's ho. Let it go. for years I'm getting mad at y'all's non-stopping ability we don't want to stop at that we don't want to stop at that I wanted to stop at that wow that's that's a that's a body shot that's that's pretty yeah come on she hit it with that you got we just hit it with that she hit her yeah that's solid I didn't know that that was happening at the football case that's what I'm saying like I don't know if that's true or not I don't know anything about
Starting point is 00:50:57 that you're gonna make those Patriots games a little bit different Might just be the Packers. Oh, shit. Oh, wow. Come on, that was just... That was good. No, that was a good one. That was a good one.
Starting point is 00:51:13 They got that on cute, dude. Oh, shit, you prepared? Yes, I prepared for this show. I love that. He marveled with that every week. Mark, you get up this up this up, right? You wanted to stop at the dick conversation. Now you want to violate me.
Starting point is 00:51:31 No, but let's get back that. Wait, stop, enough of that. You were saying you don't care about that. No, I don't care about that, no. You say it's a body blow, Mona? I mean, it goes with the text. It's text going, what's the guy's name? I don't even know his name,
Starting point is 00:51:44 but he has texts where he's saying that he fucked him, and that goes with the text. Jay-Z post the text, and she put in her deal. Allegedly. Yeah. Well, let's not repeat stuff from the people that get sued every month. Someone says they have texts,
Starting point is 00:51:57 just for the we don't get sued. Todd's been sued. Malagro been sued. I said something you saw. But I saw the boy, I don't even know the blogger, but the guy, I don't want to say his name. He's a athlete himself. And he alleges that he was trying to fuck him. He got a whole story about it.
Starting point is 00:52:17 And the story don't even sound like bullshit. I'm not saying I believe it or anything. But can you say allegedly? Allegedly. She did. She did. We'll say it again for me. Allegedly, allegedly, allegedly.
Starting point is 00:52:28 So when the guy is telling the story about the athlete, JT. shares that post so she put in her disc to go together. Like she was, you know, getting them ready for it. This is another one of those Spider-Man memes. It is, but it ain't, though. That's my... Go ahead, freeze. Ain't nobody make no accusation on dude.
Starting point is 00:52:50 Did they? I'm just saying here. Oh, who dude? Her dude? Yeah. I mean, what's her call saying? Oh, okay, never mind, then. Yeah, she did say something about him.
Starting point is 00:53:00 She said, you got to borrow your nigger person No, I'm talking about to the level of the accusation that is made about him. Why are we talking? Why are we doing that? Because that's what happens up here. Oh. That's what happens up here. The talk that is. There is a person that has a story that said this man did X, Y, and Z.
Starting point is 00:53:18 I don't know if there is a person that has a story that said her dude did X, Y, Z. If it exists, I didn't know. I'm just saying so, yeah, she could say that. Are you saying, yeah, it does exist? No, no. I'm not saying anything. I don't know anything about that. That's all. Like, yeah, one is just, yo, you look a little, might be a little, and then one, we got a person coming out saying, hey, he did that.
Starting point is 00:53:38 Are we done with our first disc track? Is there more, I don't know. There's nothing more than I need to talk about here. I didn't hear the other one. I can't find it. Oh, I got it. Well, before you get to the new one, so you're in, your final thoughts on JT's disc number one. Not bad.
Starting point is 00:53:56 It's better. One out of ten. Six? Yeah, it's about about it. Six. Six and a half, seven. I'd say seven. I'd say seven.
Starting point is 00:54:04 When you first heard, it was a three, so seven. I had that at a five the first time. Yeah, she worked her way up. Yeah, she worked up to seven. Sorry. Yeah, I'm giving us. I'm giving us six point nine. Okay.
Starting point is 00:54:15 Close to that seven. That was a nice, that was a nice disc track, especially because of my expectations of a JT disc track. That's fair. You was direct. And we had a few hard lines. I thought that your flow, your cadence and all that was fly, maybe up till the very, very, very, very end
Starting point is 00:54:33 where, like, freeze that, or somebody's at, I feel like using your talking to him bag at that point. Let's hear this other shit. I love a Royal Rumble with the ladies. Money coming in. When rap's coming, I'm not here for it. I mean, the Rambore Rory Rwomen.
Starting point is 00:54:48 Yeah, yeah. Money coming in, let it keep coming. Fanned out, bitch. Oh, you ain't nothing. Six-50, cool, but I spend six-honey. I love that, good. All of my watch and bitch, I spit you. Spent two honey
Starting point is 00:55:01 Hose talking shit ain't stopping no money Being framed JT I blew a slight honey That noise in the background It's really wonderful right now Make a count of hooty-hoo Oh, it's holy time
Starting point is 00:55:13 Her face looks scary But she don't scare me Bitch a slight birthday Better as JT Odell blonde put my petty Ice Pink Ho's where they raw But they album dirt cheap
Starting point is 00:55:25 Put me on repeat Put J on repeat Turn me on repeat Okay Yeah, met a frame drum mix Yeah, bad bitch, clad better listen when I shut up. Bitch, you don't want to one, niggas can't clone. Stop there.
Starting point is 00:55:38 I like this better. I like the start of this better. Yeah, me too. Beat, cadence, I like this better. I do like this beat better. The punches ain't, these feel more jabby. Yeah, but I like it better. And start with, to me, to your point about the fashion,
Starting point is 00:55:53 talking money talk with Cardi, to me, ain't the right move. I still want to leave a lot. Because she got a lot more money to you. Don't tell me you spent $200 on the watch. Because even the brags don't. Cardi going to say my daughter got a $300,000 to watch for her first birthday. I agree with y'all until I learn how much money Uzi has. I got to know how much money Uzi made.
Starting point is 00:56:09 Uzi got a lot of money. Ousey got a lot of money. Uzi has a lot, a lot of money. Yeah. If Uzi has a lot, a lot, a lot of money, then his lady could talk like that. If not, then I agree with y'all. And I won't know that. I didn't do an audit on Uzi, but he's going to do.
Starting point is 00:56:24 I haven't done an audit on Uzi. I do remember after the Exotor Life record, which was a. Smash, smash, smash. You're talking about 2015, man? Well, that was arguably his biggest record. No, no, that's not true. I just want to rock his past. That's his biggest record by far.
Starting point is 00:56:43 Two big records, though. And he sells a lot of records. But I was, my point was, I remember after. And he got out that deal. He wouldn't got, you wouldn't did something. That's what I was going to say. After that, he got out of that after that record because he didn't make no money from that. It was saying, he was said how much the record itself made and what he made. the check he got funny so the money talk might come down a little different okay that's that's
Starting point is 00:57:05 my point fair enough want to keep going here yeah for sure yeah this the chorus that little Noise is the winner in this, that little 3-6 Mafia noise. This ain't it. This ain't it. This ain't it. This ain't it. And don't put in it when a book JT sent me three something if you're talking to Cardi. Again, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:05 You don't know what three something can mean? Did the beat change? We know what it don't mean. Did the beat change? Send me three something. The drums changed. The drums changed in the second verse. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:58:16 All right, so y'all hate it. I don't hate it. I would have been cool with just letting that first one rock and see what happens after that. I hate it. I didn't need this record here. Or I would have liked if this one came out first. Yeah. Yeah, this would have been a good...
Starting point is 00:58:29 As a kid. She added. I don't know why they did it at the end. I absolutely love the first record as a disc. The first disc record, I love. The second record has disses in it. I don't think it's a disc record. So I'm...
Starting point is 00:58:47 Exactly. So that's how I'm gauging this. I'm gauging this like an MC who's against somebody that's bigger than me. I'm going to dis you. because that'll get that rolling. But I'm putting a record out. I'm putting a record out. This sound like I'm putting a record out.
Starting point is 00:59:08 Cool. My first two bars was hard. I'm back to, you ain't looking like yourself. Oh, you look scary, but I ain't scared. Oh, I like that. This one got a hook on it. So this sounds like a song. Yeah, this is a song to me, and I like the plan.
Starting point is 00:59:23 Whatever you think of the music, I love the plan from JT, who also just moved to New York, I heard her say. Okay, welcome. And Atlanta, oh, hey, me. I think New York, I like New York JT. I mean, Atlanta, fucking Miami. I like New York JT better than Miami, JT. I'm biased.
Starting point is 00:59:42 Yeah, I'm about to say, that's because you're not from down here. That's a different culture down there. But my only problem with that is, if this is me putting a single out, then this should be, it should have been so hard to find this. Drop this. You said single. I said record. A record, even if it being a record.
Starting point is 00:59:56 If I'm putting a record out. It's a street record. It's a street record. Yeah, but this ain't make it where niggas can get the record then. Nah, it's a street record. It's a street record. If it happened to pick up steam and pick up steam
Starting point is 01:00:09 and then we'll get some other parties involved. But for now, I'm putting a hard street record out with my hard disc record. Fuck you, bitches. I'm in New York. I'm waiting to see one of y'all. I like the plan. Do I think it'll work or how effective I think it would be?
Starting point is 01:00:24 That's where I think that Cardi is. carte blanche. Would it have been more effective with some more space and like if you wait like a week or two to put the second record out? No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:00:33 I ain't given no. I ain't given them no. Hell no. You can't wait a week or two. I ain't given it no more space. Week or two, this might be well, J.T. Who? Not, no disrespect,
Starting point is 01:00:41 but you got to strike what the iron is hot. You know, forgot about this. And Cardi go and do something else and don't ignore you. Now what? Gotcha. I don't know if Cardi has the ability to ignore anything.
Starting point is 01:00:54 I'm talking about music. I'm just saying if she, if she, again, Cardi just dropped the album. You know how people play the deluxe game, Cardi could go drop another version with two more songs on it again. Let me ask y'all, is it a disc for people to keep talking about how much Cardi's album cost?
Starting point is 01:01:09 No. Like the $4.99 thing? No. No. Yes. I mean, only when Nikki said it, I mean, I can see his... I can see it being a disc because if you hang in everything on your numbers.
Starting point is 01:01:20 Your single was 99 cents. My is four bucks. I mean, Yes, it is a disc Because you're Yeah, we sold $200,000 first week, $199, whatever you want to call it, we did these numbers
Starting point is 01:01:35 But then when you go look and say It's like an asterisk Maybe not a dis But it does put an asterisk up there's a dis The normal album costs $999 To 1299 to even higher JT got to sell more It is a disc
Starting point is 01:01:50 It's a dis It is a disc That's all I'm saying But you got to sell a little more I think that's what I meant It's a dis is not a good one Better be sure than sorry, though. That's how I feel. I mean, with Cardi, I think it's a great movie that she did.
Starting point is 01:01:59 Bitches is playing with Cardi. With the hiatus that she's been on for so long, right? You don't know. That's why they're playing with it. That's why they're playing with it right there. It took you seven years to do this that you did. But why would I come out and put my album at $9.99 if it did take me seven years and the people were criticizing me every time I was teasing a rollout, I didn't drop.
Starting point is 01:02:17 I would come just to, I would put it at a price where I can be sure that it was hit. It shows, it's so scary. That's the only part. I think it does. That part of what Cardi did, that's the only part that don't match Cardi's aesthetic. I thought about it long and hard, too.
Starting point is 01:02:33 Cardi, when you hear a rap, it's big boss, numero uno, number one, you see the fashion. I made the money. I sold the record. You bitches can't fuck with me. That's the aesthetic all across the board. From the looks to everything.
Starting point is 01:02:48 You can't have that aesthetic and talk to the bitches the way you're talking to him and then your album come out in the B-49. And be clear. And one other thing, because I saw people saying Nicky's... Well, they're going to attack you over it. But what do you feel about that?
Starting point is 01:03:00 Like, I think if you took a seven-year hiatus and you were labeled with all new people that didn't sign you, yes, I'm making that album 499. That's not a Cardi decision. It's not. It's not. It is. And they don't care how it looks.
Starting point is 01:03:14 They don't care. They're going to shoot at that, but I don't think it's so valid. You bitches can make your album 499, and y'all not going to do what Cardi did except for one of y'all. Yeah. And I'll tell y'all while we're in all this messy shit, fucking Magostalian did preview a record and I like it. Okay, okay.
Starting point is 01:03:33 I like it. Really, it's a flip of total kissing you. Mm-hmm. Total kissing you. I love total. Now it's still, she found a way to make it be twerk music. Okay. Which is, I think that's, by now we can say that's her shit.
Starting point is 01:03:48 Yeah. Not a bad record. Anyway, okay. Anyway, who's. I'm gonna try to find that record where y'all talk. I'm tired of shaking my head. No, I was just saying I saw a lot of people. Well, Hold on, what you're saying?
Starting point is 01:03:57 Hold on a minute of me. It's tired of that twerking shit, man. Why? I'm tired of shaking my ass, man. You been shaking that shit? Yeah, what you do with truck music? Come on. Just go, Mona.
Starting point is 01:04:07 Tap your foot. Y'all don't shake your asses? No. You don't dance? No. That's what's wrong. I have a good time at the party, baby. Oh, with some cut.
Starting point is 01:04:20 That motherfucker move to do. That's her. Oh, she would love love. Oh, they're going to love this. Wait a minute. With that little New Orleans bops bouncing in. That's all right. That doesn't sound bad.
Starting point is 01:04:42 And I do not fuck with that lady at all. But music is music. Goddair. That sounds good. Anyway. All right. We're done with J.T. and Cardi? Do we have more to say?
Starting point is 01:04:55 No, we're done with that. JT, they will do a drill. Like, that's the thing. J.T., yes. And you in New York now. You fresh in New York? I ain't going to lie to you, girl. I like you.
Starting point is 01:05:07 They set traps. Yeah, I like J.T. A lot. They bach off three of the blocks. I do, too. J.T, you fresh in New York. The city is big and it's not. At all.
Starting point is 01:05:20 The city is big and it is not. Don't go to Pergola And just be thinking that you having the sliders And like There will be sliders, all right? And get slid Yeah, don't get slid having the sliders at Pergola Because Uzi ain't but so damn big tall
Starting point is 01:05:40 But nobody plays with Uzi though No They don't play with them No I'm not even going to put that they don't play with them They don't That's true The internet was trying to say
Starting point is 01:05:49 The Offset was supposed to jump in What do you What are you at the about that. I've seen a clip of Offset shaking his ass on stage having a great time. That was not Offset. That was not Offset. Who was it? That wasn't him? No. Who was it? Sick fuck?
Starting point is 01:06:03 You're talking about that clip where the nigga put his leg in the air and was like... No. A real clip of Allset performing. He had a performance and when they were going crazy on Twitter, he was performing. But you said, when you said shaking your ass, we think of something else, my fault. No, there's a clip going around saying Offset shaking his ass, he don't even cared. I clicked on that shit. It was
Starting point is 01:06:21 something nigger that wasn't. That wasn't Offset with his leg in the head The algorithm is crazy I didn't see that you be seeing yo You got a freaky algorithm boy This is bilingual He had shades on he was on stage
Starting point is 01:06:35 I really saw him before me He had shades on he was on stage He was smiling You can see all his teeth He was happy as shit All right is currently on tour He's opening on the For NBA young boy exactly
Starting point is 01:06:44 Yeah, they're in Philly tonight All right if somebody start dissing And this is a quick We don't need to spend a lot of time here But I'm just go If somebody start this Listen, you're a B.M that you don't speak to every day. Your first B.M.
Starting point is 01:07:00 Oh, my thing. Sink or swim, nigga. How do y'all feel about it? I'm not getting involved. It gets where they bring the kids in. Yes, that's what I'm getting involved. Sing or swim is crazy, though. You bring the kids in a game.
Starting point is 01:07:11 If you don't get involved, cool, but sink or swim is like, fuck her. That's crazy. Yo, you see, how niggas. Hey, oh, listen, and that's my, she going to DM me. I can't. Why she's me on sex? No, I'm talking about, I can't. I can't.
Starting point is 01:07:23 Listen, man The shit that niggas got away And I wish Akbar Get the fuck out of this Oh my God Oh my God Get your Alcbar text me too
Starting point is 01:07:37 Huckbar text me To text me Joe Carty wasn't talking about me I'm saying I know I think
Starting point is 01:07:47 Please talk to you said I know Please That's it I know Oh that's Keith You know With all new respect Nobody ever thought
Starting point is 01:07:57 You ain't text that Joe you ain't You ain't exigee You get jumped Stop doing it I'm gonna be up here We know we knew We know
Starting point is 01:08:05 I told I was telling the room that Hey That's exactly You probably don't watch That's exactly what I was telling the room Nobody was talking about you baby It's okay
Starting point is 01:08:15 Anyway I love the girl action Even more than the nigger action I'm such a man You were algorithm, nigger now. You figured out how to get to it. I'm watching you, son. I'm an algorithm nigger. My Instagram followers have been stuck
Starting point is 01:08:31 at 1.7 for the last seven years. No, yes, Joe, that's true. Because you be... Shadow band. You're being suppressed. Yeah, me too. And I'd be on there talking all this independent shit. Oh, right. You don't like that making money shit. They don't like that. That's number one. They don't like that.
Starting point is 01:08:45 You're making money without us? Yeah. Oh, you ain't pressing the boost? Yeah. That's what it is. Just because you're being suppressed. You're still the algorithm, niggas, because you know how to... But why he's saying that about me? You can break, too.
Starting point is 01:08:56 You know, this messy shit, like, I learn I watch it because sometimes I'm like, you know, Cardi said this about Joe, man. Why he keep doing it? I love Cardi. Yeah, and he do that? I don't give a fuck that Cardi think I don't love her. I know you love her.
Starting point is 01:09:08 I don't care that the music fans think I don't love Cardi. Fuck y'all. I don't fuck with y'all. Like, I'm not convincing nobody of who I love. I love Cardi, yo. Just your name-stained. I do.
Starting point is 01:09:22 How can you not love Cardi, though? Like, watching her whole come up. I agree. The only thing that ever threw me off was that she went music. I always thought she would go comedy because she was real funny at her. So I thought she was going to be like an actress or comedic actress. So I was so surprised when she was music. And I'm not the biggest fan of her music, but I'm still just nice watching her wins.
Starting point is 01:09:39 But that's why you got to be a fan of her. She thinks bigger than people. Yeah. That's a fact. She thinks way bigger. And like you said, I've seen the story. I've said this up in a million times. Yeah. and I really should change my lifestyle,
Starting point is 01:09:55 but the strip club is there. I know who was lit, who was not. I've seen y'all when you left, retired, came back. Anything in New York and New Jersey strip club history? All three retirements. In the last 30-something years, I know it. Cardi was in there working. She was.
Starting point is 01:10:14 Working. Like, for real, not sitting down trying to be cute. She wasn't the cutest. she was working getting money into it so to leave there and start putting mixtapes out with everybody like
Starting point is 01:10:27 why is this why is this bitch rapping It went from online to loving hip hop And I say this too She told love of hip hop Now I'm cool now Thank you
Starting point is 01:10:38 Thank you I did my time here That was the great move That was the great move Appreciate you But I have something bigger for me And everybody in loving hip hop There's the classic DJ self interview
Starting point is 01:10:47 Yeah That's like bitch what are you doing boy egg on your face talk about egg on your face so to see her rise that's why I even like that shit did she said to Nicky like yo dog
Starting point is 01:11:01 I listened to you in high school she did we all looked up to you you hated all of us oh shit you hated all of us but I'm not sure like whatever you're doing to me that's not for me
Starting point is 01:11:17 it's not for me when they're going to break the cycle I still don't roll with that when they're going to break the cycle of that did Kim do that to Nicky Cardi broke a cycle of that or was Nicky yeah
Starting point is 01:11:29 did you want to tell the truth yeah Cardi broke a cycle I used to say that when she where I always said this phone she just said she's going to beat people no no but I'm talking about Cardi embraced the other girls
Starting point is 01:11:40 facts and younger girls she did no one of the first Kim didn't do it when Cardi was like hip hop put them against each other they bought into it Don't say Kim didn't do it. It wasn't that to her.
Starting point is 01:11:50 I'm talking about when Cardi. I mean, with Nicky. Oh, they say Nikki. I'm speaking Kim. Oh, that was Remy. But did Nikki try to be embraced by Kim? There was no girls when Kim came. That's all I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:12:00 I don't want to speak ill on Kim. Remy let Cardi get on Summer Jam's stage, though, with her. That was a big deal. What, niggas? Like, yeah, she, I mean, it wasn't no girls, but Remy did do that for Cardi, and it was a big deal. That's true. rock shit or what I'm trying to find out from Joe was that
Starting point is 01:12:21 being around that time was Nikki trying to be embraced by Kim because Nikki has always had that bravado about her, right? That queen, I'm this I'm that. She's always had that if you've been around her. She's always believed in that since back in the days. But I don't
Starting point is 01:12:38 remember if she tried to be embraced by Kim. I know that she did the photo shoot over and all that shit and people would compare her a little bit. I thought the story was that. I thought the story was that that Kim always said that she tried to but Nikki wanted to be the only bitch so her whole thing was
Starting point is 01:12:54 regardless you I don't want nothing to do what you're on a rap tip you know and Kim was still trying to put shit out that's what Kim always said who knows what's the truth but that's what Kim always said it's just now after you writing a list and it's 50 rap bitches on the list
Starting point is 01:13:07 it just make it like well then was Kim lying because she was the first one it's 50 bitches on the list now like literally it's this who hasn't if you haven't had it running you're not popping your shit ain't doing well That's almost a way to know you're doing well If you run into it with the queen
Starting point is 01:13:20 I don't even make no sense because she's the queen I love all the girls Except for a few of y'all But for the most part We love Foxy too I love Foxy too I love Foxy Of course of course
Starting point is 01:13:33 I love Foxy I figured out why I Why I connect to Foxy more than Kim Please explain I figured it out I want to hear Because the Gav We'll shout the Gav too
Starting point is 01:13:46 but no Fox when Kim came out it was the picture the album cover right and I was a teenager or I was a teenager
Starting point is 01:13:55 or I was John or I could talk about it it was the album cover she had so many verses that as a guy you couldn't rap yeah
Starting point is 01:14:04 she had so many verses Fox did too but not as many not as many as Kim first lines on Kim album Fox Fox Fox was the first one
Starting point is 01:14:15 that I heard rapping outside of the brat and all of it but yeah these is drug dealer nigger bars yeah dope house get you set up this was this was those bars as a dude I related to that so when she left that and do a Stalin or one of the club records for the girls I don't care she ain't on there talking like Kim Kim it's like you go eat my pussy yeah you go motherfucker thing did see that's how I mean you know West I always say West Coast music that's how thought about rage was that she Like a nigger with niggas.
Starting point is 01:14:49 Rough and stuff on my Afroperage? Yeah, yeah. But, Chuck DeRoe, he or he or. That's just a hook. That's just a hook. That's just a hook. Freed. I didn't, did she get a rave?
Starting point is 01:15:01 He filled it away. I, she had an album. Y'all can say that you all right. He's got to get mad and shit. It's just the hook. You know, Free said rage. That's right. That's how I thought about rage.
Starting point is 01:15:11 And that was 92, 93. You right. You're right now. You're right now. You're right. You're not. You're not. You're not.
Starting point is 01:15:15 No, you're not. No, you not. You be your bias and I'm going to be... Yo, he's going to squeeze the West Cook. You, Jay-J. Fad. I love Freezing. What's your fucking about? This thing is.
Starting point is 01:15:27 Hey, that's how I felt about it. Oh, town, 35, seven. Watch him off, though. Oh, my God. This guy, I feel like to worry about yo, yo. But she was... She had bars that I really... Yo, Frie.
Starting point is 01:15:41 I love me up. Rage. No, that's my band, yo. Oh, shit. Did she put an album out of those ice here? She had an album. Necessary Ruffness. Hold on.
Starting point is 01:15:50 I'm a rage fan too. Me too. But Freeze is funny still. Oh my God. You'll learn I listen to music outside of New York. No, you'll learn that he makes it his business to let you know it. That's the part you'll learn. His music taste is amazing.
Starting point is 01:16:09 What do you go out of his way to let you know he's listening to is a different talk. Who else, Freeze? Nobody. I'm not playing these games at you at all. How do you feel about music bullying like bullying people based on what they listen to?
Starting point is 01:16:23 It's funny but it's wrong. No, it's not wrong. Depends on what they listen to. It depends on a person. No, but like I'm too cool because you don't listen to the cool enough shit is wrong.
Starting point is 01:16:34 It's wrong. However, but we do it. Some people will be wrong in what they listen to. Yes, some shit is it's bad. No, y'all are wrong for saying that. Nobody is wrong for what they're listening to. That's how I feel.
Starting point is 01:16:45 There ain't nobody wrong for what they listen to You can't like what you like, but you can't like what you like and act like it's special or good But it can be special Why not? Yes, you can. No, absolutely can.
Starting point is 01:16:57 No, I'm being a nine albums, an album of the year. That Jay-elect shit. Mr. J-elect. I'm a slob, though. I love J-Elect, right? So I'm gonna say, like, I'm not like if you don't like J-Lake, you don't know hip-hop, but if you're listening to like,
Starting point is 01:17:10 I don't want to dis- Anybody say it's no sign like a diss, but Diss somebody. No. But I'm just saying there's somebody y'all think is whack There's probably somebody here we all agree is whack And there's somebody listening to that shit like it's hot I judge you
Starting point is 01:17:22 Nobody likes me talking about How much I love Big Boog's music Nobody in New York, northeast Knows what I'm talking about When I say, yo Big Boogs come on in the club Let's go And I understand that Because that ain't really what's going on now
Starting point is 01:17:39 I don't know Niggas dead there'd be street niggas in the club Y'all know that big boasts Brooklyn? No big boobers come on Brooklyn? No big boob. No, Big Boogs is from... Boogie.
Starting point is 01:17:47 Why do you keep saying bugs? Well, I keep saying books. Oh, yeah. Big Boogie. Oh. Big Boogie. I think so about the blood nigga. There's a blood nigga name on...
Starting point is 01:17:56 Huh? Leave that nigga alone. You know, whatever. You know. Oh, okay. Anyway. Now, to your point, what if they are good to that person? Or what if they are...
Starting point is 01:18:07 Everybody's entitled to their opinion. Yeah, that's... I just think music is... So, you know what? Some music is just suck. They don't mean. Exactly. Exactly right, right.
Starting point is 01:18:15 See, I think the opposite of that. No, but it's harder when somebody likes something that we don't like, but I'll tell you this. There are people who don't like some shit we like, and you definitely judge them for that. If somebody said, yeah, I just, I just don't. I went on a date with a girl one time, a million years ago. I never forget it. And she said, she said, I'm just not in a Stevie Wonder. How could I fucking not judge that?
Starting point is 01:18:35 Yeah. How could I not judge that? For the first 15, I just kept going, Stevie Wonder? She is serial killer. Something. And actually, she ended up moving to Alaska and had this. Exactly. That's a good place to not like Stevie Wonder
Starting point is 01:18:46 We were talking music And it was like what kind of music you went to We were in our 20s You know what I mean it was regular And she said Stevie fucking Wonder You said go to Alaska Exactly right It blew my fucking mind
Starting point is 01:18:57 I just never met How can I not just say why She said it just doesn't do anything for me And see I understand that I say Stevie Wonder I'm just saying with certain music But like yo How do you feel about this artist
Starting point is 01:19:08 We all love them I'm like okay that's cool Like I can respect that you love something If music make it got to make you feel Yeah, but I don't get that, then it's like, all right, it just ain't for me. Not saying it's ass, but they kill me because how I am about MobbD.
Starting point is 01:19:21 Yeah, but I said, yeah, what I... That's bad. How are you about MabD? I just didn't do it for me. He didn't even listen. Freeze, you still do it? You don't like them at all? See, and I never said that.
Starting point is 01:19:31 I'm asking. And that's what I'm talking about. He said, I don't like. Sometimes. You just don't fuck with them like that. Like, you don't feel nothing when you hear. How can I not judge that? You can.
Starting point is 01:19:40 I just don't give a fault. Just like you judge about if they said that about Hove, right? They said, yeah, Hove just don't do it for him. You'd be like, what the fuck is wrong? No, I wouldn't. Not even a small party you would be like, what the fuck is wrong? No, I would not. Well, you better than that.
Starting point is 01:19:49 I don't judge because I don't give a fuck what you think. Okay. You just say I don't fuck with Hove and I'm like, all right, cool, I do. We got it, we got it. I'm just thinking, that's my bad. I'm doing it's fucking. Yeah, man. Tea free.
Starting point is 01:20:01 Hey, he's going to let you know. Look at my nigger, though. Mom, deep got an album dropping it in a couple of days. He'll get around, man. He's telling you with his hands. in his pocket too like the blickie. Say something else about Lady Rose. It's cool.
Starting point is 01:20:20 I'm cool. I'm cool. Oh, my God. I just think we get too hung up on people. But the mob deep opinion is. It's wrong. You got to know. See, that's the thing. I'm not mad at the nice to say.
Starting point is 01:20:29 Music is objective. I'm not like what you like. Do what you like. Like, did you on the ground? But you're a snob too. I'm a music snob. That's all I'm saying. I'm a music elitist too, though.
Starting point is 01:20:36 And I'm a musician. And I come from, like, I'm a musician. I'm a musician. Right. My dad is a musician. Right. So you just, I'm not really here to talk with fan opinions. Perfect.
Starting point is 01:20:49 But I'm also a fan. So I could do this with the fans. But deep down the party, he's like, you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. You're not entitled to your time. I know that most of them don't know what they're talking about. It's like Kevin Durant talking basketball on Twitter. Yeah. Right.
Starting point is 01:21:02 It's Kevin Durant. He's doing it because why not? I'm on the phone. You digger sound stupid and I'm doing it. But he ain't looking at you, niggas like basketball savants. Right. He's not talking to appear. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:21:12 You got that part. I love us big enough rage and saying that about my... I love that. You think it's that important to me that if I was dating a guy or if I met a guy and he didn't listen to certain shit
Starting point is 01:21:25 or did listen to certain shit I would absolutely not fuck with him because of that. Or like being around people like you know you hate their playlist so you don't want them to have the all-score because some people
Starting point is 01:21:33 just nice with the play with the all-cored. You feel what I feel I? Yeah. I could live with somebody who listens some shit I don't like. It's harder for me to deal with somebody who doesn't listen to some shit
Starting point is 01:21:42 is essential. Yes. Like me and my wife had a conversation last night about Josh Stone. I don't think I don't want to say that. And I have a secret. I'm one of the few people in the world. I don't think it's a big deal.
Starting point is 01:21:52 He don't like Mobb D. Yeah. No, no. My question to you is, who are you to determine what's essential? I'm saying, Steve Wonder is essential. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:21:58 Well, he said he would have a hard time being with someone who doesn't listen to what he thinks is essential. Right. Who made you to end all be all of what's in? The person of what I think is essential. That's what I'm saying. The brother is stepping on his Josh Stone.
Starting point is 01:22:10 Steve Wonder is essential. I gave up on it. Johnstone. You know, it's not that deep. I happen to like Johnstone. Right? Oh, all right. We went to Raphael Sadeek's show last night.
Starting point is 01:22:19 Who the fuck is Josh. In J. Pack, by the way, which is one of the best shows I've seen in a while. It's a super good show. If anybody loves Raphael Sadeek, go check him right. It's kind of like a one-man show thing. I love a man. I was free. Wow.
Starting point is 01:22:30 Damn. I took my wife instead, but. How dare you? I like, I'm better. Okay. I'm a better time. It's crazy. He didn't have a band or anything.
Starting point is 01:22:41 It was just him, about four guitars. He had an acoustic guitar, a bass. He had a bunch of shit and a piano. He just went through his whole life telling stories, playing music, playing other people's music, playing shit he wrote, telling... We had to put our phones up. He wouldn't even let...
Starting point is 01:22:54 He secured the phone, so you couldn't even record it. Which was great for the experience. He also told some Doran Robinson story, some shit. He said he didn't want on YouTube. Oh, he told the truth finally about Don't Robbins. That's exactly what he did. That's exactly what he did.
Starting point is 01:23:06 And Raphael, even if you never did that. Like, just... like just if you've been listening tell us what he said about doing no you can't do that I'm not going to do that you can't be a rat yeah especially on the biggest podcast in the world you know he went shook Raphael's hand too
Starting point is 01:23:24 do you want the tea or not nigga you messy or what but he respects the boundaries of the mess yes once these cameras cut off I also know like I don't need nobody to tell me oh you know already it was
Starting point is 01:23:39 it was sounds like a great show It was amazing. Anybody who gets a chance to see it, see it. And afterward, my wife's like, I love him. It was a great show. I just could never, the one thing I, the one thing in his armor, one dent in his armor for her is the John stone thing. And I was just like, John's amazing.
Starting point is 01:23:52 Me and my wife have a very similar music taste. But she clowns me for not liking John. She probably secretly judges me for that. I could live with that, right? Yeah. I think you said you did like him. Her. Her.
Starting point is 01:24:03 I do like Johnstone. Oh, her. I'm saying, yeah. What I'm saying is, the flip is, though, our relationship can function with, me liking John Stone or her not. It could not function if one of us didn't like Raphael's D. That was my next question
Starting point is 01:24:16 to y'all. Does music have to be a love language like for you and your partner? A little bit. It helps so much. It helps so much. No. We have some common ground. That's what I'm saying. Common ground. They can like some shit I don't like, i.e. John Stone. They can't dislike or not fuck with some shit that I think is essential like
Starting point is 01:24:32 Raphael Sadee. I've had both of the spectrum and I hated it like guys that just don't know what to listen to or what you're supposed I just, I am one of the people think you're not supposed to I mean, certain shit is, like, it's corny. It sucks. You should know that. But, like...
Starting point is 01:24:44 And I think that's sweet that, like, on the date, niggas is trying to woo you with, like, the music choice. Me and my ex would be not speaking, and we would play certain music, and that we would talk again from listening to shit. Like, the Beanie Siegel or something? No. Mostly it'll be thugged.
Starting point is 01:24:58 You funny and shit. Nothing romantic. Bitch. Seekin was the name that they gave me. That's her love language. Fuck y'all. Warriors movie. music.
Starting point is 01:25:11 I like having a party that puts you on a shit too though. Yes. You know some new shit? Yeah. Like finding a common ground together
Starting point is 01:25:17 is fired to me too. It is. It is, parks. I'm to find the new music guy in the relationship. She's to play
Starting point is 01:25:24 an old slap that I forgot about. Yeah, it rhymes like that for the most part too. But she finds new slaps too. Like she took me to a concert
Starting point is 01:25:31 at the other night that I really didn't want to go to but she gilted me into it and it was actually pretty good. Who was it? It's a girl named
Starting point is 01:25:36 Janine. She's like a Saronbee. pop-ish kind of just from England or something like that it ended up being a good show but I didn't want to go I was like vehemently like no I'm not going
Starting point is 01:25:49 She guilted you into it Why did she have to do that point? She couldn't find anybody else That wanted to go She couldn't make me go by myself That part Oh yeah Yeah she got me
Starting point is 01:25:58 But then it ended up being a good time So I was like hey man So it don't matter Good for her Yeah you won Them London England motherfuck is taking over on me Yeah they're doing good
Starting point is 01:26:06 Listen A lot of you out there I know. I know what you're thinking. What is prize picks? Well, I'm here to let you know. What do you? I just thought about it. I just thought about it. My bad, bro. I just thought.
Starting point is 01:26:22 You're about to pop that in your mouth? It's a lollipop. Yeah. I can't put it in my ass. Oh. I know a stripper. No, my. I'm saying. I'm actually seeing that trick.
Starting point is 01:26:35 I know that you brought it. I knew you was going to say so. to the crib with her twin sister. Look what she can do with a hit-a-see bottle. It's like, that doesn't turn me on. You ever have to talk to your niggas about what turned you on and what? No.
Starting point is 01:26:52 No, actually. You don't until they bring the twins to the house that's putting the intimacy bottle. Like, forget it. They were cool girls, sweethearts. Intelligent. So go ahead, yo. They would like to know.
Starting point is 01:27:05 I would appreciate it. They could have took that after 40 seconds, I appreciate it. I appreciate it. I appreciate it. Yeah. Send me. You think, you know.
Starting point is 01:27:13 Tell us more about. I saw you're interviewed. I've seen the two girls tink, chink, the bottles in the couche and the black, boop, boop, poop, poop, poop. That's dangerous. Oh, you got Zeus Plus. I do not watch juice.
Starting point is 01:27:26 I used to be in a shoot-up, though. I was always in the truth. For real? Yeah, I like the truth. That's why I say I want to go. We should go. We should go. We should definitely go.
Starting point is 01:27:33 I tip and all it. I do. I get ones. I do the right thing. Like your own? Yeah. Oh, get out of it. I would still give you like $500.

And the Joe and Freeze picks of the week. Oh, shit. We are going with. This is next man up mentality. My son is that. Yeah, I'm not going to do.
Starting point is 01:28:58 And the Joe, I hate him. I really, really, really, really, really hate him. It don't mess well, though. The Joe and Freeze picks of the week. It don't flow better. It don't roll off the tongue. Like Joe is? He's so dumb.
Starting point is 01:29:13 The Joe and Freeze picks in the week we're going with. It's a good pick. Hold up. Don't play with Freeze. I'll play with it. Freezing my head. Dak Prescott for more than
Starting point is 01:29:20 241.5 past yards. Travis Kelsey's a little tricky freeze, but I see. Travis Kelsey for more than 41.5 receiving yards. I don't know about that one. And Hollywood Brown, that's another one,
Starting point is 01:29:37 for more than 30. and a half receiving yards. That's a spooky ticket. I don't know. We got to see. I didn't take that. I played that. We got to see how that ticket does.

Starting point is 01:30:06 So good luck to all participants out there. On Price Fix, where it's good to be right. And all right. Big Mona. Mona, I've seen your interview that you did out there. I like them interviewer, so let me not say no. I've seen your interview where you went on there and talking about them. Them niggins ain't paying me enough to be up dead twice a week.
Starting point is 01:30:28 They strict sometimes. Joby playing and then he gets for real. I ain't used to that because I'm a boss. I try to build my own shit. I see that. Matt. He's like, watch my interview. You did that?
Starting point is 01:30:40 Then you said that they tried to pin me and you. You should have heard what I said about you flip. That hurt. Oh shit. I know, Faith. You should have heard. I just keep here. I'm on fire.
Starting point is 01:30:50 That's a compliment. I love you. I have a funny story about that. I want to hear it. I do. I went to see a play called Ain't No Mo. The day he was inviting me, personally sent a car. Really?
Starting point is 01:31:03 Yes. And we sat. Did he pay Dan back? Yes, he did years ago. Thank God. Lee Dan was also from North Philly, we're in here. And we sat like four rows back. Clive Davis sat in front of me.
Starting point is 01:31:16 I wasn't sure if he was alive or not, but he was sitting up right. So Clive is still outside too, okay. Every time anybody talked to him. We've been looking for him. Every time anybody talked to him, they had to repeat it at least three or four times. Like he's really, really almost up there. Oh, he's trying that shit from Godfather Hall. Oh, oh, oh, right.
Starting point is 01:31:37 All right. What did we say? You see now. Oh, you can't hear. Alzheimer's dementia, yeah. Hey, I know. I know. Clive, sharp as attack.
Starting point is 01:31:53 It looked like if he sneezes, he will fall down. That's how, like. It's working. Yes. But Queen Latifah walked up from the back, and she bent over and she kissed me in my cheeks. She said, Faith, how you been? And when I looked up at her, she was like,
Starting point is 01:32:05 and she ran. She kissed me. She thought that was her. Big Jersey Yeah, you and your tongue out move It's the show You gotta That's the other thing too
Starting point is 01:32:16 Like you was talking up there About being ugly But I gotta let you know I mean I can't say That's not what I said Niggas love their girls But back in the day What I said was
Starting point is 01:32:28 Knock a ball Hey Knocked Oh wood Niggas A spake you girl Hey Hey I got to the crib
Starting point is 01:32:37 What's up Make sure you come in front. Back in the VCR days. Hey, hey, you seen this DVD? Hey, yo, tuck the high back TV. Yeah, okay. I bought your favorite DVD, Ma. Put your hand right there on that board.
Starting point is 01:32:51 Come through the journey of. What's the shit? Yeah, you look good, girl. You want to go to the shower with me, girl. First of all, what I said was, was my favorite comment from a troll was that she said, this bitch built like flip. I thought that was funny. That's what I said.
Starting point is 01:33:08 not. And I'm a And Flip's frame is improving, too. He's been working out. Yeah. Okay. And you're built better than to me. Thank you. I appreciate that. And the second state was, they was, because I'm getting a lot of comparison, and they just said they think that I would do better on the podcast because y'all don't want to fuck me.
Starting point is 01:33:24 But I didn't think it was true because that's crazy. That's really saying that y'all like, kind of like, you know, it's boring for this to y'all. We're all and love and married and got girls. But they're making it like y'all ever wanted that. On the single, I never thought that y'all went, fuck me. In fact, I said, niggas fuck beefy.
Starting point is 01:33:43 On the dollar bill tip tip. I said, niggins fuck bags with Vaseline and that's what I said. I know niggins fuck anything. Hey, yo, that's you. Yeah. Hey, your turn on the Tory. B.I.G movie. Niggas take that thing behind the duster and go, hey, y'all.
Starting point is 01:33:58 You guys let that niggas are turn up where you want. I never, bro. But you're absolutely right. But you're absolutely right. When you say that niggas have fucked plastic bags and Vaseline, that's me. It's going to I have.
Starting point is 01:34:10 I was in rehabilitation right there in Newark and I was going to make me a Fifi. That's one thing that was for show.
Starting point is 01:34:16 The mother niggas was going to bed, not I. And it was the dorm with all us in it. It wasn't like
Starting point is 01:34:23 we didn't have a home room. And it was right there. And it was fucking a bag. And it was a bunk bed. Oh, sure. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:34:32 It was all bunk beds in the room. You know the room with all in there. Y'all know a time. Stop it. But maybe y'all
Starting point is 01:34:38 Word on the rehab streets is you made the best fee-pee and you was selling them. I made the best. I wasn't selling them, but I did make good. My fee-fi was so good the niggas was asking me to make them a fee-fi. Huh? I always knew that that would sound weird when I was free. You was flipping Pee-Fee-Fee-Fee's? You made Fee-E-Fee-I is with the mattress so you could hold it.
Starting point is 01:35:01 It was making them make the Peefei. Well, only the niggas on the bottom bump could get that off because they would make the Fee-Fee-E and then sticking there, and then they would be out. So you've got a whole body to correct. But I had the top bunk. Yeah, I had the top bunk. You got out of pocket gel. I was just up there shaking the bag.
Starting point is 01:35:16 Do you all understand? You listen, I need everybody in this room at home to understand. This man, because jail rules. It's crazy, yo. This man is in a dorm, an open dorm on a top bunk. Fucking Afifi. Everybody has that. Yeah, we got that job.
Starting point is 01:35:30 We don't want to picture it, but yeah. Top dorm. Imagine waking up to that. And. Can't. And. And Joe was this crazy. Y'all can have that.
Starting point is 01:35:39 There was like elitism between the niggas that made Feefees. Because some niggas, some niggas ran out of socks. Yo. So they will come, I told you there's a room
Starting point is 01:35:55 that's everybody in. They're coming around. Yo, you got socks? No. It's real, though. We fuck your socks, man. So they just had to bag,
Starting point is 01:36:04 the towel, and the bad sleeve, but you didn't have a socks So you wasn't really, they ain't the pussy. That's your little loosey goosey. The sock is wet with a rubber van. Bad boy.
Starting point is 01:36:15 Yeah, he's... I feel like running out of Vaseline bigger issue than the socks. Nobody in the rehab was running out of Vaseline. Nobody there was running out of Vaseline ever. So I'm glad you said this because this actually makes me think about something that you said, Mona.
Starting point is 01:36:28 I was looking at your interviews on the internet too. You was watching this? Yeah, stop talking about us in the interview. We do our research. I'm talking about you about once. It's up. see me? What's up?
Starting point is 01:36:39 I don't want no smoke, but you did another interview where you said my unpopular opinion is jail's not that bad. Yeah, I said that's old. Yeah, you said you was happy. You was like, you was cool. You had a good time. You said you got a little break. Let me, let me, let me clarify.
Starting point is 01:36:54 Because I thought that shit was wild. Let me, let me clarify it. Did you get out what you were saying? No, yeah, go. Okay, this is the thing. I'm the type person, I'm a glass-haired fool person, right? So whatever situation I'm in, I'm going to make
Starting point is 01:37:07 the best of it. You sentence, you are already stuck in there. I've been in jail where I didn't have a sentence where I'm just stuck federal whole and no bell, no nothing. So you want either be in there crying every day, right, or pulling your hair out. You're going to be in there, you know, bitten. I'm talking in the toilet. I got a boyfriend in the kitchen.
Starting point is 01:37:23 All right. My nigga coming down, Sixth and Arch on the four-wheelers doing willers doing Willie's running. I'm surprised to hear you said. And I'm spending the Max every week. He was, uh, he credited prison with a change in his life. Yeah, I'm spending the max and all that. I got a big Wasn't that bad.
Starting point is 01:37:38 See, it's a difference we're saying making the most of your bid. Your interview, you turn to the day. It's not an interview with my podcast. Your podcast. You turned it down a little bit now.
Starting point is 01:37:45 The podcast, you were like, I'm yelling. You said, I get a break. I got a break from the kids. It's no bills in there. There's no kids in there. I say, jail's not that bad. There's no bills in there.
Starting point is 01:37:55 You were selling that shit. And at the end, I told them bitches, I hope you watched the whole message. I told them bitches, keep your head high in court, your little DUI. You walk in there with a bun in your hair and a briefcase.
Starting point is 01:38:06 It don't even matter. There's nothing in it, girl. And you fight that case and don't play out. You go to jail. You don't cry in front of them white people, bitch. You can't get head hell high, and you're going to do your little time, girl. Do you know how many Americans are in jail, Mark?
Starting point is 01:38:18 In this country, we have more people jailed than anywhere else in the world. He only knows about the Casa jail. Oh, see how they're jailed? Don't do that. Don't do that. But no, really, like, that's a total normal experience, especially for the people that follow me.
Starting point is 01:38:32 Like, they get, do you know how people write me and ask me real live legal advice? And most of the time, I'm telling them the content legal aid in their cities, and the line is a year long. So it's like, yeah, I'm going to give a bitch a little game. You know what I just gave them recently? When they offer you probation, they offer you a year or two. Ask them how much jail time that is.
Starting point is 01:38:46 One year, last time I was offered a probation, they offered me a year. It equal 11 days in jail. Go do your little 11 days. You ain't got worried about them trying to set you up to come back to jail. It's big business. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I agree with all that. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:38:57 Make the best of it. I was in jail telling jokes. Really, that was my first stand-up. If you think about, I was staying on the top tier, crack jokes for people at the bottom tier, everybody would be laughing and shit. You know what I'm thinking about while you're talking? Freedom.
Starting point is 01:39:09 Right. Why would you ask? Come on, bro. You don't understand what I'm saying, though. I'm not trying to glorify it, but I feel like if you have to go through it, don't tell on your friends. Oh, yeah, I do it all that.
Starting point is 01:39:21 You have to do and go to jail. Like, that's the thing about it that's so irritating, especially with hip-hop culture and just was buzzing. It's so cool to be a criminal and do a wrong thing, and then you go to jail, and it's like, oh. I can't. I ain't built for this thing. Yeah, or I don't like it or what they do.
Starting point is 01:39:34 It's like, no. Like, that's a part of this shit. And a lot of people live them type of lives where you might go to jail, keep your head up. Tell me about when y'all was supporting your friend that did a crime that nobody can know about so they couldn't get a job ever. But that's your people, so you had to hold it down.
Starting point is 01:39:49 His coaches be so personal to his shit. I don't be knowing where to go. What do you support them? That's some shit you went there. No, no, back when you could not get a job because of a felony. Okay, okay, okay, okay. Like those days, those times changed.
Starting point is 01:40:03 Yeah. But back then, shit, you know, niggas had all the time. Yeah, back in the day, he was really stuck. Now it's a lot of big companies that hire felons, Amtrak, I think. And he's trying to outlaw the box so you don't have to check the box. And it's big companies that hire without even a background check now. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:40:20 I can't think of nobody that I would have to take for that. Because every time Mona get to talk, every hour, I feel like she's saying like a new crime she did at some point. But I see it a few reels. You know what? I haven't been in trouble in so long I changed my whole life That shit yeah But you know
Starting point is 01:40:39 It was hard Like my whole adult life That's what I did So it was hard to like change them happens Like you used to fast money And I've never had no respect for the law I don't understand how people follow laws Like I don't get it
Starting point is 01:40:50 They don't follow any rules of laws So why the fuck do we have And I've always felt like We're never gonna get paid The reparation so we should take them I got mine though I don't know about yours I got mine You feel him motherfuckus
Starting point is 01:41:02 I ain't go I used to be a street bitch I'm a comic now and it's crazy because I'd be saying they call me ghetto and all in the comments and all that I'm ghetto but it's you know it's like I like the ghetto like I don't know people even that it's like ghetto is only ghetto
Starting point is 01:41:17 when you see niggas do it when you see a white girl do some ghetto shit it's like fly that's racism speaking of racism I got a question for you all might even be Mark just relax trust me trust me trust me
Starting point is 01:41:30 I just the trust this last works The trust is going off of... The trust is dwindled. In the last few pods, the trust has dwindled. I told you that in our two, you're going to come politicize some shit. Pause. That was it.
Starting point is 01:41:44 That's it, girl. You're coming out. Girl, that's it, girl. I'll tell you about it later. I'll tell you. That's it. Girl, that's it, girl. The train is moving.
Starting point is 01:41:50 Hey, your, chance. The train moving, champ. Wait, tell about what? All the boy. I mean, I just felt like, oh, we'll talk about it later. We'll talk about it was going to be something. No, that's their way here telling you. Shut the fuck up.
Starting point is 01:42:02 Yo, he's doing that because you're from Philly. This one is my nigger. This is all, this my nigger, period. I need it straight like that. That's all I needed. I got it. Because you be so passionate. I got it.
Starting point is 01:42:18 Your face be right. You be passionate. I'm light skin flip. I can't help it. I know and I love it. And I brought you here to do that. So I smoke these niggins if they don't get you the runway, but you take the runway and run and run.
Starting point is 01:42:31 And you like, when you get on. the plane and the pilot be like, yo, all right? We got a taxi for a little bit. We got a have a safety word, guys. That's true. We'll think of one. Think of one for me.
Starting point is 01:42:39 We'll think of one. All right, Mark. He takes a girl. Mark, come. She don't give a month. I just want to. Freeze. Okay.
Starting point is 01:42:48 And now if this one, hey, that's my nigga too. Shit. Yeah. Just bleep it. You know, just bleep it. Hey. Hey, hey, I ain't going to lie.
Starting point is 01:43:00 Yeah, then y'all are right. You got it. Hey, you got it. Something happened here. And I'm still here? It's over. All right, shut up. They're going to really talk about webbing nitty.
Starting point is 01:43:13 Shut the fuck up. Mark, take us away. So, family, I see stuff in the news sometime. And sometimes people get outraged and be like, this is racist, this is racist, this is racist. And sometimes I like to look at it and decide for myself. But I'm a little bit skewed sometimes, so I wanted y'all take it. There was a kid at a school. It was a kid's birthday.
Starting point is 01:43:32 The teacher sings happy birthday and then things went a little awry. Parks, you played. Of course. Let's see. I'm sick. You're sick. Can we sing happy birthday to you? All right, here we go.
Starting point is 01:43:44 Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Would you like the funny song now that I say? sing to you? Happy birthday to you.
Starting point is 01:44:07 You live in the zoo. You look like a good. And you sound like one too. Woo. Good for fun, everybody. All right, I'm going to ask the questions. So. I got to ask the questions.
Starting point is 01:44:24 Okay, okay. She has a great voice. White and black. She sounded good. She sounded like a dude. She's white. We couldn't see the teacher, but I would have assumed the teacher's white. based on the sound.
Starting point is 01:44:33 She calls monkeys mom like, she should do doo-op. You got a nice little box to her. Happy birthday, she did have a little bit. Go ahead. Go ahead, go ahead.
Starting point is 01:44:44 I was just asking. Yeah, so what do y'all think? I want to, first of y'all, I have an opinion on this. Might be an unpopular opinion, but I'd never heard that version of Happy Birthday. Stevie shit.
Starting point is 01:44:58 That's the black version, though. Is that the white version? Is that the white shirt? If she would have said, a funny version and then did Stevie, that would have been bad. That would have definitely been racist. That would have been racist. I have a problem with that.
Starting point is 01:45:08 Okay, hold on. Wait. And I've heard, I've heard, Nat it, you've played it, I've heard the extendo be you smell like a monkey and you whatever it is. It looked like one, two. Yeah. And when I... I've never heard you look like a monkey
Starting point is 01:45:26 ever in my life. I heard that. I've heard that one before. Well, I know you heard that one. Where were you when you heard, that was a rabble? Was something burning on the lawn? Did you sing alone? Were you slapping? Is this some regular shit?
Starting point is 01:45:49 I want to add this, right? When I was talking about the story in the pre-show, some of y'all weren't here near me and Corey when we were talking about someone on the balcony, Corey knew the song already. So a lot of people know this song. You know this song. You heard that song, Mark?
Starting point is 01:46:03 Yeah, I heard it. You know they called Corey. Every nigger name in the fucking book. Yes, Corey's heard this all. Hey, I never heard that song. I never heard that. They look at me insane. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:46:16 Can somebody look up if it smell like a monkey or looks like a monkey? I want to know. Yeah, because I've never heard you look like that. Wait, wait, is that the determining factor whether it's racist and that's important. I want to know if she remixed it. Yeah. I don't think she remixed it's both. It's both.
Starting point is 01:46:29 It's both. It's both. I've heard it look like a monkey and smell. Black people. Raleigh Tend and I say look because of the what comes on. I heard look like a monkey and smell like one too. I want to point out that in the videos. Oh look like a monkey
Starting point is 01:46:40 smell like one too. The entire classroom appears to be of my complexion. It was one black kids one of whom was looking like. Like what the fuck that's what made me listen that's what made me I should you not. When I saw the kid do that
Starting point is 01:46:54 I should you not. That's what my flag went up. Jamal was like what the fuck is. For real. The fuck this bus and shit And listen, my little, it does go, you look like a monkey and smell like once. I told you, yeah.
Starting point is 01:47:07 But as you not real about you Googling stuff. Fuck you. No, I'm a Googling. He's got it right now. That one black kid, my middle. The reason why he caught my eye right, because the first. Parks! What the fuck?
Starting point is 01:47:23 Ow! White power, Parks! My bag. Oh, this is shit. Parks, you all right? I'm back. He didn't sit on a white tip. Correction.
Starting point is 01:47:33 Correction, it's not that. Correction. That was reading from her version. The original is you live in a zoo, you smell like a monkey, and you act like one too. Thank you, Fries. That's the original one.
Starting point is 01:47:44 That's the most of the whole time. I've heard it look like one, though. So now that's racist as far. But all of those, listen, all of those old songs anyway, most of them was all little racist as picking any bullshit songs anyway. First of all,
Starting point is 01:47:58 second of all, it was hard to God because I'm like you too. Like, I feel like sometimes People just jump on it and it's not that deep. I don't want to waste time. But the video that I saw, somebody, like, edited. So when Lord Jamal made that, what the fuck is zoomed in on him, and I just straight went with him.
Starting point is 01:48:12 You know how black people are, one run, another one run. And the thing about it is my middle son is around that age, and my middle son would have reacted like that because he hip. He know that monkey mean and all that. So that's what really made me think like, because even him making that face might even lead to, well, bitch, normally you just say happy birthday. What's the funny song about?
Starting point is 01:48:28 You feel what I mean? Even if he didn't get monkey, either way. It's just it don't look right. where did you share that at? Why are you filming kids? You're the teacher. To the gallows. Hey, if you ain't singing happy birthday
Starting point is 01:48:38 for every fucking kid in that class, then we got to fuck you up as parents. Here's my unpopular opinion. Oh, go ahead. I'm just saying, that shit's interesting. First, fuck that. Here's what I say. First is September.
Starting point is 01:48:50 So, this might be the first birthday we've had. You know what I mean? If it's September, right, in a school, a class of 10, 12. It's a good school. There's only like 12 kids in the class. September birthdays. Maybe, but it could be like two.
Starting point is 01:49:01 It could be one. in the ghetto because it's 10 kids in the class. You got a fighting chance. That's number one. Number two, I think the there's the intent and then there's the practice. Black people have been called monkeys. We've been associated with monkeys. That we're not human. So singing that song to that kid, whether you meant to or not, becomes an act of racism. I think we should need to establish that. She should know better. And you should
Starting point is 01:49:25 know better. And that's why when you train teachers, you should train teachers to have cultural competence so that you don't do that. Cops too. So that you know that cops, everybody. But I do want to at least say that we shouldn't assume that the teacher had an ill intent when doing it. That doesn't excuse the teacher's actions. But this idea that the teacher
Starting point is 01:49:43 decided to shame this kid, I find that harder to believe. I think it's more of like the white privilege of not knowing that you don't sing this song for this kid, that you can't treat everybody exactly the same in that way. He had toned up that you would be comfortable to sing that on a camera. Because you don't videotape yourself in your first month of school calling the black kid a monkey and putting it on the internet if you
Starting point is 01:49:59 Like I don't think they would do that I think she actually thought she was doing something cute and funny and wanted to showcase her doo-wob voice And actually Clearly she has another career Yeah, she's trying to get on I don't think she was trying to do that But that's sometimes how racism works
Starting point is 01:50:12 And white privilege where you don't realize what you're doing Well now you know And she should still be reprimanded for that I was going to say what's the punishment Bired You know please You're still going to run out and watch Planet Aves We watch all these movies
Starting point is 01:50:26 They send these little messages in It was secret messages in planning That's what I'm saying Nicky that are you saying that You just You just was complaining that You didn't know Caesar died I went to go watch it
Starting point is 01:50:37 And now you're saying this Yo my nigga Caesar died See? And he was the same shit And he like Joe like it took me A hour Caesar died
Starting point is 01:50:45 Joe said it took me an hour To realize that Caesar wasn't there Wait hold up now Because y'all gonna say I'll be an FBI again You are I'm not Nobody else here
Starting point is 01:50:55 He heard the stories That was running around when Planet of the Apes came out? I did. I did. I did. I did. That is an FBI algorithm. Yeah. That's supposed to be Harlem.
Starting point is 01:51:07 Nobody's going to believe me. I just never been in any FBI space. I've never heard any FBI talking about. It's okay, nigga. Is Caesar alive or not? He's dead. No, he did. They killed the shit out of Caesar like the dead.
Starting point is 01:51:21 No, they didn't kill Caesar. He got old and died. Stop saying that. You spread wrong. He didn't kill him. Did he have sickle cell? Diabetes Did he have sick of cell?
Starting point is 01:51:31 Drive by That's crazy How many of you know what sickle cell was Before Tupac said it? Me For real My classmate had it
Starting point is 01:51:40 She would always get out of school Because she would be sick all the time And I found out that they only have like a life They usually died like around before 25 back then It was then And they scared the shit out of me as a kid Because I looked into it And I'm so freaked out she was going to die
Starting point is 01:51:52 I couldn't even talk to her after that But that's why I told you you're not supposed to ask I'm sorry I just I thought you looked so young I thought that was been after I thought that would have been after Tupac that's why I asked
Starting point is 01:52:02 You look so young I was like that was a You look so young That's why I said it We already secretly agreed on Twitter That we would go against all these niggas If we had to because of the city It's purely because you look so young
Starting point is 01:52:16 That was it Stick with the plan I'm with the plan I'm with the plan Black liberation Always You all try that Philly Co-Wing all right
Starting point is 01:52:23 They're going to work up here It is, girl. What slide, y'all, and the Rocky steps. No, I can't talk about the Rocky steps. Slide y'all and Oprah. The only people are very tough, though. We are. Tough people like to fight.
Starting point is 01:52:34 Yeah, and we're good at it. What do you think about Bill Cosby? Keep a pocket rocket. I haven't been a fan of Bill Cosby since he, like, went on that little rant about black men and shit and all that. I lost, I never, I never, the thing about Bill Cosby is you niggas think of Cliff Huxstable. I've seen Bill Cosby, and he don't like niggas. That's how I took it from the door. There you have it.
Starting point is 01:52:55 That was the... Yeah, fuck, Bill. There you have it. Montgomery County did you dirty, too. They did me dirty before, too, Bill. Another case. There's ain't no joke. I beat that, shut up.
Starting point is 01:53:04 Oh, gee. This one. Are any of y'all going up to the school if the teacher sings Monkey Happy Girl Day? Yes. On that video, Joe? Yes. I ain't got to be video.
Starting point is 01:53:15 The kid come home and say that happened. Yeah. I'm going to school. My wife went up to the school for some other's a hair fiasco last year. What happened? I can say it now because we left to school. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:53:24 they basically told all the kids to have their hair in French braids and everybody's hair don't grow that way, look that way, is long enough like that. And they weren't thinking about the two or three black kids who might not necessarily be able to do that. So my wife went up there and made a report, talked to the school. We ain't got no daughter in the school. It wasn't even our issue. But we cared enough about it.
Starting point is 01:53:47 Or she cared enough about it, actually. She cared enough about it to go up there. And you ain't got no kids in the school? We got a kid in the school. We have a son. Oh, then you got a boy. You got a boy. You do it.
Starting point is 01:53:59 Oh, I was terrified. So you did have a kid in the school. Yeah, so it didn't affect us because we don't have a girl, is what I'm saying. He got a son. He's not going to have French brades. So I'm saying it wasn't our, it wasn't like we're complaining. Just slow down. So your son was chilling.
Starting point is 01:54:14 Oh, he was fine. I'm not affected at all by this. Great. He was French braid day. Yeah, Marcus, I'm fucking, it wasn't him. He said his wife did it. His wife didn't. She, I got notified from the school.
Starting point is 01:54:25 It wasn't me. I support. You know when your girl goes up to the counter like that meme? This ain't where we're going. And you hiding behind? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, then I got a shut up. We got to shut up.
Starting point is 01:54:37 No, my wife. I love my wife and she's 100% right. I wouldn't have thought to write in and advocate for this other parent, these other parents who not exist. And then the parents kind of sold us out. That's the other part. See, that's why I wouldn't do it. That's exactly why I wouldn't do it.
Starting point is 01:54:53 Unless I'm alive with the parents. Well, because my wife, she contacted the school. She contacted the parents. She contacted everybody. And she did the right thing. She was 100% right. The parents on the low was like, you're right. And then when the school reached out,
Starting point is 01:55:06 one of these hangaches and the girl said, we will do whatever we have to to comply with the school's regulations. Like basically, like, and they would have sold you out. Sold us out. I think one of the most important lessons to learn in raising a kid is don't trust none of the parents of the kids at the school that your kid go to and don't trust your kids
Starting point is 01:55:27 friends parents that's all true hey call that house before and after the sleep over check in make sure she's straight adoring who up in there
Starting point is 01:55:39 yeah yeah send me some videos and clips you gotta get fly with the parents you gotta get fly with parents I'm saying no the sleepovers anyway what's the point like really why are we sleeping over my daughter didn't do no sleepovers she did one No, like things happen to sleepovers
Starting point is 01:55:53 And it's never like It's never the people that live in the house It's the visiting nephew and visiting sister or whatever Fuck no What's the point of it? Why are y'all playing all day? The fuck y'all got to sleep together for I could bring you in the morning You'll get breakfast together, no
Starting point is 01:56:06 Yeah, I don't trust sleep over Yeah, go sleep at your cousin's house Oh, you just watch the kids Exactly Yeah, you know, you know, just watch Make sure to, you know, check on them, hey yo Flip, you always come like that How much can you check on these motherfuckers
Starting point is 01:56:18 If you got to move and do what you. You got to take a shit, right? Take a shower. I rode with an eye and fist. In reality, you sit on the couch, you get lost in the game. No, not me.
Starting point is 01:56:28 No, no, he definitely don't be a couch at home. That nigger don't know what color to couch. You have a couch at home? What kind of? Do you have a couch at home? Huh? Then you hurt your back brain in the couch at home, nigga, huh?
Starting point is 01:56:43 Pick up that fridge. Watch your fucking ball. Watch your fucking about. I'm talking about my family. No. If y'all dig his talking about my family, I'm going to fry y'all up. Who's y'all up?
Starting point is 01:56:50 Both of you, niggas. But both of you guys. Yeah, me and you going to fight. Tap dance and boss, nigga. Both of you niggas. I dare y'all niggins. But me and you're going to fight. Because I ain't said nothing to you,
Starting point is 01:57:00 and you keep trying to bring the smoke to my door. I'm not trying to, but you know I'm hurt. I'm projecting. But you can't talk about the family, my couch? I didn't. But you agree with him. I'm telling Mark that you got mad couches. What's wrong with the niggas?
Starting point is 01:57:12 Like, he's got couches in the car. It's never worn. He's never worn. I don't be home. I'd say he'd be out all the time. The mobile house. Mobile house from the woods, sleep over the back out. You know, they're playing.
Starting point is 01:57:26 Hey, yo, they violate it. They flip. Y'all got security. Couch is coming all for all. Excuse me, the point that I was making to you, Flip. I feel like when you talk, like, almost like, I don't know, help me with my words, Mark. I'm trying to say, I mean, I know I can say it, but I'm trying to spit it out, like, almost like, best case scenario on the perfect world. We were talking weeks ago about something,
Starting point is 01:57:51 I think about dating, letting your kid date. And he was like, oh, my kid is just not allowed to a certain age. And I'm like, well, realistically, you can't really stop. Especially, God, and listen, I'm not because what you said before, you know, I'm not talking about specifically your family, right? I got you. But like me, for example, my little sisters, right? What people say in the street, like when teenagers or young adults get a little sniff
Starting point is 01:58:10 a dick is nothing you can do to stop that. That's number one, right? And then on the side of it, the real point we were making is that if the kid comes to you and speaks to you, that's the best case scenario because now they know they can come talk to you, but even in this situation, you're saying, oh, well, we can have a sleep over as long as we watch the kids, but in a perfect reality,
Starting point is 01:58:28 you will always be able to see everything done, and in real life, you have to shit. Can I respond to you real quick? They're rumbling on the block. No, I got an hour left. Anyway, so, sight. Here's the thing. Here's the thing. I have, my son, J.R., he's 20, so he's on the same type of time I am when it comes to
Starting point is 01:58:44 his siblings. So while I'm not there, I know J.R. is there. And after I said that, I had that conversation, I went to go talk to Princess. Did you? Yeah. And I said, yo, do you have a boyfriend? And she confessed, Daddy, you want to have the conversation? Yes.
Starting point is 01:58:58 Okay. And I was there like this. Scratching my face. J.R. already knew. J.R. already knew. J.R. said, Pops. I met him. I checked him.
Starting point is 01:59:03 That's what I was busy. I said, cool. But you guys opened my eyes. And I went to go sit down with Princess. And she told me, her grades lined up. She told me, I said, tell me the truth. What's going on? She said, Daddy, I never went out with the guy.
Starting point is 01:59:14 He asked me. She's the second time asking me. She showed me the first time he asked her. Months ago, nearly a year ago, she said, I said, I said no. And the second time I'm like, and she opened up to me. Even though I was talking bullshit there, I was retaining the information. I said, let me go home and we do that. Just in case I have to kill somebody.
Starting point is 01:59:30 That's what's up, Flip. I'm proud of you, Flip. And then Jay-R, but Jay-R already had the breakdown. J-R show me his whole thing on the phone. He's real, big brother, for real. That's what you're supposed to do. What? He's supposed to do.
Starting point is 01:59:39 Yeah, that's what's up. Shut up. He back up. I don't want no beep at my back hurt No, this is my man He's my man He ain't going to hook off on me when he do that You know what I said
Starting point is 01:59:54 I told him on the phone I said Joe said the best time to fire a nigga Is when he's going through personal issues He said He is right I said wait what I said Ian that's not nice He said yo flip
Starting point is 02:00:06 Him and I are in alignment on that That is the most Even though you're right A lot of people didn't agree with that if so many other facets of your life is fucked up I'd be a fool to think that work is going to be the only slider that's at 99 But you don't think that that was the point
Starting point is 02:00:22 You don't think that people will come to work to get away To escape from If you're doing great at your work Then there should be other areas you're doing great at Right yeah I think the premise is if you're not doing good at work Not just because you're doing bad I'm going to fire you
Starting point is 02:00:37 Yeah that's what I'm saying Like if you're not performing well as work 9.9 times out of 10 there's some other areas that you're not performing well into it all kind of bodes over. That makes sense. That makes sense. The first way it sounded crazy.
Starting point is 02:00:55 It sounded like, oh, my wife left me. It sounded like, all right, well, you're already down, so. But he didn't say it like that. I know, I'm with you. I may have explained myself poorly. You played it well this time. First time it sounds crazy. It makes sense, yeah.
Starting point is 02:01:09 Yeah, I mean, it happens. The first time I just sound like you was just. being like a dick. Well, you're going to come off like a dick no matter what. No, but that makes total sense. And I'm a dick. I don't mind.
Starting point is 02:01:19 It's okay. I'm starting that you have to be a dick to make it to the top. Now you're talking. I wanted to get this price of tiller, but you're cooking now. You're cooking now. My shit growing.
Starting point is 02:01:29 I'm about to be a dick. I'm going to the top. All that nice shit feed the homeless. Fuck that. I don't know. Feed the homeless. Keep the homeless. I'm just saying.
Starting point is 02:01:38 That's my brand right now. Being nice trying to put niggas on feed homeless. They'd be having attitudes on the line to the home. Yeah. What's the fuck is up with them? Homeless digger told me last night, I want something sweet. You know, being homeless might give you an attitude. Might be a little quinky. Right.
Starting point is 02:01:53 I'm not in the best mood today. I got shit to worry. I live in the fucking alley. I might have a tune. Niggas in the back. Cut that out. Cut that out in the back. The homeless person said they want something sweet.
Starting point is 02:02:05 Yeah. No, I got the nigga. I got the nigga two drumsticks in the thigh. I got him a pack of cigarettes. I gave him $5 cash. My exact words to him is, I didn't give a fuck if you smoke crack with this to eat this, I don't care
Starting point is 02:02:16 because he was trying to lie about why he went. You know what I mean? I'm like, bro, you can have both. It's not that deep or whatever. But we got the chicken, we got all that stuff. And he was like, I was like, you good, bro? He was like, man, I just wanted something sweet. Like, nigga.
Starting point is 02:02:28 I went right back in a guy, got the honey bun. Oh, that's a way. But what you did after that? He did. And went where? Was he with you? See, that's what I was wondering. Like, you lived that close to,
Starting point is 02:02:40 Like, all right, all right, hey, we're going to make a few tapes. All right, all right, all right, all right, that's, best peace. No, because I give them niggins shit, too, but it'd be by the Lincoln Tunnel or how she had two thighs, the drum, she went from the kitchen. She said, that was a hard. And it's too far, bro. Eat this. To take this medicine.
Starting point is 02:03:14 That's crazy. Oh, my God. That's crazy. Holy shit. That's crazy. Mark, are we done with the happy birthday? We are clear. Who else they call the nigger, Mark?
Starting point is 02:03:28 That's my report for the week. That's my recent report for the week. Mark, God, damn it. All right, there is more in music. Yes, there is. I don't know if you guys care about Bryce and Tiller's album dropping. I do. know what happened? I don't know what happened. The first
Starting point is 02:03:41 disc dropped. The first is weird. The second disc dropped in August. Which was the rap project. I was cool off of them. Which I never listened to until this morning when I let the R&B album play and then I fell asleep because it was
Starting point is 02:03:59 three in the morning and then I woke up and this nigga was rapping. You want to talk about a nigga that was confused. Like yeah, what the fuck is this thing of doing? And contrary to what y'all told me, he's doing some pretty good rapping. I just don't want to hear that shit. That's what we said. That's what we said.
Starting point is 02:04:16 I didn't say he was bad at rapping. Yeah, it ain't bad. And the little rap song that he snuck, did you listen? Because you said it to me. The rap song that he snuck on there. On the R&B one. All right. Yeah. It ain't bad. Nah, he's rapping. But the. Yeah, we were just saying we don't, we ought to hear him say. We wanted the R&B album. That's what we wanted.
Starting point is 02:04:33 Not saying he can't rap or nothing like that. He did a little rapping on the first one, just a little bit. A little bit. That's okay. be wanting to be they rapers and they had they fucking nods yeah so I ain't mad at it I support that niggas what they want shit I'm not mad at that
Starting point is 02:04:46 you gave the fans that want to hear you hear the R&B we got that and then the fans that want to hear rap you covered everybody you think people won't react to it like they did the first one the first clip I ever seen Bryce and Tiller was the whole theater singing you couldn't even hear him singing and that was before it was even big he already had like this little fan base
Starting point is 02:05:00 follow him yeah because he blew up SoundCloud and shit like that yeah yeah the fan base won't respond well to this one like that all the feedback I've seen is like this is some of the best music he's put years. I can't believe I didn't know it dropped. Like, what the fuck? I didn't hear nothing.
Starting point is 02:05:12 It was tough. It was Taylor Swift week. Oh, yeah. Most people got to fuck out the way. It was like 200 white girls in front of Target. And I'm like, what the fuck are they doing here? They was waiting for something. It sounds like that new record.
Starting point is 02:05:24 This Bryson album is tough, but his last album was really good. It was. I don't know how it's sold. So I don't know what people think of it critically. His last album was really good. That's the one with the song. Are you daring at me like you want this book? That one.
Starting point is 02:05:43 That's your stuff. Ced in Manet, right? Cisions 2-9. That album got joints on it. Yeah, it does. On this R&B album, it's more the same. It's more the same. It's really good Bryson R&B.
Starting point is 02:06:00 So this is the third. Week 1 of the last album. What? 39. That ain't bad. 39. You said you didn't know what it's sold. I mean that's great
Starting point is 02:06:10 I don't care what it's old I just didn't know if people out there knew that his last album was that good this R&B shit he's in his bag he's talking that shit is good I like the state that Bryson is in like he's quiet he's on some introvert shit we got it it looks like
Starting point is 02:06:25 now he's learned how to do that effectively even him coming out at the Chris Brown show with the hoodie over his head you can't really see him but he's doing the hit that he's on like he looks more comfortable and the music sounds like that
Starting point is 02:06:40 that's what I'm trying to say I'm like you found yourself yeah pretty much grew up a little bit here because remember he said the success came and then he damn they hated music yeah I thought he was going to stop
Starting point is 02:06:50 he told us that up here I feel that story and congratulations don't the single 15 times platinum let me add the round of applause 15 god damn that's amazing that's crazy
Starting point is 02:07:03 it's a great song it is And this is the anniversary We've a Trapsil from obviously Yeah Yeah So congratulations
Starting point is 02:07:12 But yeah back to this I'm not being If I fuck win it I gotta be good This one This is a solace Well the album is called Solis and Devices
Starting point is 02:07:20 You know what I mean Just so you see the vibe Here on my bad for you Oh no no go ahead This is track one This is called strife I like playing The first track
Starting point is 02:07:31 When we're talking about albums Just so you can kind of Hey that's what set it off No more yelling No more no no more skipping therapy No more swearing no no no more tearing clothes Oversharing on what you're hearing that's embarrassing No more to a young disappearing
Starting point is 02:07:47 That's embarrassing What else is embarrassing All they want to fail Who we're careless, no awareness No more rush and marriage Lesson cover all the things I've done to you In our fetus Can we hear things
Starting point is 02:08:00 Consider everything All the things No need for comparing things You know what I mean by like Brice and R&B? Yeah, I do. Yeah, I do. Yeah, I do. Show more kind and some more bad.
Starting point is 02:08:18 That's all there. Huh. Huh. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. No, me, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Spint all night trying to rap by it. Round and shit Droving the time
Starting point is 02:08:35 Trying to recollect what I said Checking up on you text And sent them flowers instead I'm Claim out again Ah, nah, that's a doggy Hey Track 2, it's no context
Starting point is 02:08:48 And if you all got something Y'all want me to play Please let me know Um, sunsons is my shit But that's the toast the end What you say? Sun signs is my shit Star signs, excuse me
Starting point is 02:09:01 That's a star sign And that one is... This whole shit is pretty tough, I know. This is a good, good, good project. Salute Rice. Are we in the right place with the wrong time? Yeah. Yep.
Starting point is 02:09:19 This is the one right here. Yes, sir. Could we be in the right space with the wrong star signs? Ah, I'm not so I did. We can be compatible, potable. Are we being rational? Hmm. Wait a minute, eh.
Starting point is 02:09:36 Are we in the right space with the wrong star signs of? I'm really feeling in my soul. Let your heart belongs in my own. Are we supposed to shine in this life? Are we spaming in a little blow? Because my fire, I'll power your water. Because most moments were both out of order. Well, the good time we shed in illusion.
Starting point is 02:10:03 Want to run for the border Ah This sounds great Yeah, bro, this is That's your favorite one? Yeah, that's my favorite one On this. That sounds great.
Starting point is 02:10:14 I didn't even know this drop, man. I'm excited. Nah, shit is hard, man. I've been waiting on this for. I was disappointed that the rap one dropped first, but I get it. But I've been waiting on this for a while. Shout to Bryson Tiller, man, friend of the show.
Starting point is 02:10:27 And shots are doing what you want to do. He's been saying for years this is what he wanted to do. Yeah. I want to give her. rap album and an R&B album. You did it. I mean, it's just good music. All the way across the board, so
Starting point is 02:10:39 salute. I'm going to play off the phone for a second. Okay. Right? Because I woke up, I didn't buy all the songs I wanted to buy. I was doing what the fuck I wanted to do this morning when I woke up. Nigg got three in the morning, nigga, walked around, butt-ass. The house?
Starting point is 02:10:55 Yeah. Text your girl some emojis so she'd get off your back. You know what I mean? You know, I'm thinking about you. Move. Yeah, nigga, what's up? Anyway, so Leon Thomas put out a song called Just How You Are. Have y'all heard it? No.
Starting point is 02:11:16 Amani, I know you heard it. I'm going to let you all hear this now. Hey, okay. Up tempo, Bob. Yeah, real uptempo. This niggas's taking over Let this rock for a little bit I absolutely love this
Starting point is 02:11:37 I left my chemics at the bar last night Don't know how I called a call I must have stumbled up I'm standing in your place I guess it was it too far I always find the opportunity for my stay me off the next stage
Starting point is 02:12:01 when you pull up the memory and phrase because that's just how you should go Hey. Hey. This sounds tough
Starting point is 02:12:31 That's fire right there's nice I love that You're Prince vibes Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, he got a EP coming up. When? October 24th, it says. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 02:12:58 No, I love that. like it. I'm just trying to, I guess, the drum patterns, I have to get a use, you know. That's the part I love it. That's why I was kind of mesmerized by. Yeah, groovy. I'm over here like. Yeah, make you want to dance. Who?
Starting point is 02:13:11 Well, the scary, I was about to say, the scary part is nothing like that is on his album. And his album was close to classic. Yeah. Like, that album was all the way. It's so he, you're still hearing songs from it.
Starting point is 02:13:28 and it came out a while ago every artist has been up here has given all the praise and props and flowers to Leon Thomas he said he's felt it in his career and now he's right back not even having him on a month later
Starting point is 02:13:40 with an EP with a new sound well yeah not new sound because I'm sure he he sounded like he's comfortable in his pocket that would to me be scary
Starting point is 02:13:51 for other R&BX well that's what I was going to ask you about last night it made me think of something Ralph O'Sadiq said last night he said when he would was writing he was talking about ask of you he or me and one of them ask of you he said that um he was always
Starting point is 02:14:04 writing against baby face and he was like every time baby face came out a song he was like man I can't what the fuck can I do with this what the fuck can I do with this or I can't fuck man a little bit with guy too but he was saying baby face was the person he was always like the competition that was the standard see that's the and that's the conversation I kind of wanted to have here a little bit right artists for all of their
Starting point is 02:14:21 glory and their machismo and superstardom they're never going to tell you who they was really writing against yeah every artist was writing again somebody yeah yeah yeah every artist in the world i'm not saying when you maybe first wrote the record but every artist has somebody where you watch during their career you see it it's you keep me your eye on what they're doing even if you're the best yeah yeah right it's where we get the best music from the steel sharp and sharp and steel shit yeah exactly if you're the best you're really watching because now i got to watch who creeping up
Starting point is 02:14:54 who here who the newcomer i'm hell yeah so Like, I'm listening to new music in my morning routine. That's what I do on Friday. And on the new music side of the streaming, because I don't stream, I buy albums. But on that side, when you play it on the new music streaming side, when the record ends, the next record comes on. Okay.
Starting point is 02:15:14 Boy, I'm glad that wasn't my error. Like the suggested shit. It's coming right on after. Whatever's next that they put there is coming on after. And, boy, you better make sure that your shit stands up to whatever they putting on after you. They are controlling the playlist And some of y'all
Starting point is 02:15:32 And the vibe you are trying to go I went from Leon Thomas To some whole other shit To some whole And then it got the blast Who put out a song called A girl I'm gonna let you all hear
Starting point is 02:15:41 A little bit of that right now Shout out the blast Another friend of the show I love these chords So I was on this dick already Hey girl You're the only thing real And it's fake world
Starting point is 02:15:55 No you want to sit still But I can't girl I don't know if you go to work you're a break girl Keep you know I'm saying dangers I'm safe girl You know the tribes come with greatness okay girl Yeah I just want to know if you're gonna wake girl I mean you can't the back shape
Starting point is 02:16:13 Have I ever never had your back yet Wait a minute hey Your disease Baby needs you come in back yet Just left it ain't even time to relax yet Tapped in when she gets to it She ain't tapped yet Reminis in the way you do it.
Starting point is 02:16:27 and I'm back there I'm not a money I make a knock yeah That's why I fuck with you I say hey girl You're the only thing friend in this fake world No you want me sit still
Starting point is 02:16:37 But I like that I like it It sounds Boy's Mind is safe Typical black Yeah Well those are the boy's mind chords
Starting point is 02:16:47 But those are the boys' mind chords Yeah it sounds like No matter what you think of the song It sounds like blast and I was vibing a little bit. It sounds cool. I like that record. When that came on a few songs after the Leon Thomas shit,
Starting point is 02:17:04 I wanted to come ask you all, does Leon Thomas make it difficult for blast? Yes. I mean, in that case scenario, yeah. I think it makes difficult for everybody right now. Yeah, but some more so than others. Blast more than others. Some more so than others.
Starting point is 02:17:20 Yeah. He's just playing my song and you think Prince, like that's a high standard. to even be compared to, you know what I mean, prepared to? But he sound good like that. Are you comparing them because they have similar sounds? I don't, you know, just my first time. I don't think they do.
Starting point is 02:17:33 Not really. If you, if, if, if you are fighting for market share in the R&B world, as a guy, you got to look at other guys. Okay. That's what I'm saying. I don't think it's just. No, I was trying to see what he was saying. Are they on the same lady? So if you a new act, Leon Thomas might be from the Nickelode and all that, but.
Starting point is 02:17:53 Got it. But it's album time. and now we're in the big dog park. Got it. Everybody got deals. My label believes in me, your label believes in you. They're putting me out.
Starting point is 02:18:04 They're putting you out. Well, I'm just talking. I'm not saying them too. I'm just giving a scenario. I'm going to eventually drop my R&B album. Somebody else that's new in the field drops one and it kind of takes off and it starts getting heat
Starting point is 02:18:18 and now remixes come and now Chris Brown is on these songs and now Victoria Monet is on these songs. Now this R&A is on these songs. Now this artist is on a feature run. Now the album is critically acclaimed. And now I pop out with a whole new sound that wasn't there before. Has changed blasts and added at Lucky Day?
Starting point is 02:18:35 No, Lucky Day is not worried about nothing Leon Thomas is doing. Lucky Day is not worried about nothing Leon Thomas is doing. Why do you say that? I think he would be for the same logic, right? Like you said earlier, like even if you're up there, you're still looking around for everybody. And New York Thomas is taking up a lot of space. Well, no, I think Lucky Day is aware of what Leon Thomas is doing. I'm sure he's a big fan.
Starting point is 02:18:52 I'm not trying to say that. Oh, okay, okay, okay. I don't think Lucky Day and who's my man to do all his whole shit Lucky Day got a team D-Mau D-Mau
Starting point is 02:19:02 that's what I'm thinking about Shout to D-Mau They're aware and I'm sure that they're fans I don't think that they're worried I don't think they're worried and I don't think they would be in the same boat as glass
Starting point is 02:19:12 Lucky Day album was out already Lucky Day did this before was a Leon Thomas anywhere in the field Yeah I don't think Lucky Day's worried about Yeah he went off already Is what I'm saying He established himself He said Lucky Day's worried about
Starting point is 02:19:24 Leon. I hear. I'm saying. Yeah. I'm saying that at the top, you got to watch that one that's creeping up. Anybody from the Leon Thomas era, I think Lucky Day beat that out already. Lucky Day was at Rosamow was,
Starting point is 02:19:38 I know time flies. Rosamow was probably seven years ago. More than that. Maybe more than that. Yeah. Yeah, that was like 2016. He's gone already. Yeah, 2017, I think.
Starting point is 02:19:47 He's gone and ready. Lucky Day is gone. Sellout tours. He's gone. He's gone. He's out of here. You've seen the show? You was there.
Starting point is 02:19:55 I know. You were there. And I could say something. Yeah, if I'm blast, I'm worried. I would, I would, that would be on my radar. That would be on my radar. Sorry, I know y'all might think I'm crazy. That would be on my radar.
Starting point is 02:20:08 I don't have that on my radar. I think Blass got much bigger problems anyway right now. Like, the statement you made about my label, believe in me, I don't, I don't see Blass having that. And I think that's the, yeah, I don't. Yeah, but that's. Blas should model more after Bryson Tiller than anybody else on some introvert shit. Yeah, yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 02:20:30 And, I mean, not for nothing. Their music is a little more close. Hmm. Yeah, but... Leon Thomas is a different beast. He's got face recognition. He's good at talking to the public because he's been doing it since he was a kid.
Starting point is 02:20:42 He can play. He's got bad fucking people in the industry that love his shit. I mean, Blass has that too. If I sold 15 million singles, then I don't care about that shit either. Yeah. I like Guy to Guy R&B Ward. I'm going to dig deeper into that pause.
Starting point is 02:20:59 Because you made the war up. They probably ain't. I didn't make the... If I'm talking about it, I ain't never making nothing up. And I'm not talking about something existing between them. I'm just talking about art, the mind of artists. Yeah, it's a competitive game is all I'm saying. You might, if you leave on Thomas, I'm not going to sit there and say, like, I'm worried.
Starting point is 02:21:19 But you could definitely look here and say, God damn, this nigga got another one. Yeah Oh my God Yeah Like that's what I'm saying I'm annoyed You're a headache No
Starting point is 02:21:28 Yeah But you think that The record that you just Played The last You're talking about that You know what the problem is in music
Starting point is 02:21:37 Honestly Honestly If me and you are of equal skill Me and you Flip or me and anyone Yeah And you have to rely
Starting point is 02:21:48 On The producers That you just Come in contact with Or the producers from your hood or the producers you grew up with or the songwriter you grew up with. If you're just relying on your toolbox
Starting point is 02:21:58 and the other nigger got that other bag this Leon Thomas song sounds like that other bag. Yes. It just sounds like it was mixed by niggas not from the hood mastered, written by the beat done by the engineer
Starting point is 02:22:14 sounds like a lot band. And the not to compare but and the blast record sound like the same records I made with the same people from... But a really good version of it. Yeah. But a really good version of it.
Starting point is 02:22:26 I ain't sitting and I been in and not the bad girl. Hope the guy go to work. me, right, girl. I like it. I like it. I love the song is dope. I like it too. It's just...
Starting point is 02:22:38 Oh, you said... Thomas's making a harp. I ain't going to lie. He is making a hard. He would be a... Because what you got to worry about as an artist is that other artist that you're talking about
Starting point is 02:22:47 training and programming in the ears of listeners that you're trying to get. Mm-hmm. Oh. Yeah. I see what saying. It gets deep if you
Starting point is 02:22:54 artists to artists. I sound like a madman to some people out there. But it could get crazy. We just was talking about all these artists that may or may not be, may or may not have waited
Starting point is 02:23:06 for Taylor Swift to get out the way. Her date is now, right? Today. Her date is now. You heard of them was 200. They moved. Why do you think we only got a couple little things to talk about?
Starting point is 02:23:16 They got out of the way. Everyone got the fuck out the way. And they should have. I didn't listen yet. It's good. I'm all Max Martin, so I'm sure it's high-level shit. Yeah, it's a particular vibe. I didn't hear a single from him.
Starting point is 02:23:26 You heard Taylor Swift Al-Harm already? Yeah. Yeah, that's Teddell Swift. I'm, yeah. I like to listen to pop music. I listen to Doja Cat today, too. Just try to get a sense of some of the new podcast. He's a fan of Doja.
Starting point is 02:23:36 He's a fan of more whites than he lets off. That's the real talk. The Doja shit is hard, yo. It's all right. That 80s shit? Yeah. I'm a fan of 80s. I'm a fan of 80s.
Starting point is 02:23:47 I like the music. I liked all the sax solos. That was very 80s. Yeah. I like the vibe of it. I like that sound. I'm a fan of that, that sound. That's the sound that fucking shake used to do.
Starting point is 02:23:58 Shout to shake, too. Yeah. Shout out of shake. But Doja is projected to do 58K. She is online treating this like it's a flop. Her streaming numbers are down. I think the first day streaming was at 14 million versus her last project, which was 25 million. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:24:15 So the numbers are down. She's having fun with it. I could be wrong. I don't know if I follow her on social media, but I don't feel like there was a lot of buildup for this in terms of marketing. If it wasn't, I didn't see it. It wasn't.
Starting point is 02:24:27 I just knew it was a pop. It was going to be pop, but I didn't see anything else. And it's super pop. It's very popular. I just want to highlight a Doja flop because we'd be acting like the white bitches can't flop. And I don't even know if those are white. That's why I didn't say that other.
Starting point is 02:24:41 I don't know if she's white. But she's part of that protected group where if something happened to her and the hood niggings ain't say, oh, look at Doja's first one. week. Now, bring your ass over here, too. That's because she don't market to us like that. She don't care about us. She don't give a fuck what we think she in there showing feet. Audience, I got to let you all know.
Starting point is 02:25:01 We having a tough time up here with our no phones on set where we are. We have a tough time. No, we're not. Sell us. It's Mark. No, we need. Please. It's Mark. I ain't having a tough time.
Starting point is 02:25:13 It's Mark. But we're going to get through it. We cool, y'all. I don't need the phone. During breaks, I just like to look up stuff so I can have it in my head for the next segment. I'm just amazed that y'all use your phones to speak to people. That's the part that's not what these are four. That's the part that's the most mind-blowing to me. Y'all take your phone out and talk to people. Yeah, they use the phone app.
Starting point is 02:25:35 I didn't leave that shit off from page and all that shit. Yeah, yeah. They got to search for it. What do you do? How do you communicate mostly? I don't. Pull up. I text Joe.
Starting point is 02:25:46 My time he took 40, 42 days to text me back. But he was right on the combo, though, like he was writing it. You're just bad. Huh? You definitely take, like. Rewind that and cut that one out. Oh, only y'all could do that? No, you could do it, but you want to do that?
Starting point is 02:26:04 I don't know if you were joking than that. I'm joking. Oh, hold on. We don't know what you do. We learn your sister here. Yeah, y'all don't know it. That's crazy. It's kind of dry, like, you know.
Starting point is 02:26:16 I love you. My face is straight, you don't really, you know. I like. to. And your face is beautiful bitch. Thank you. 86% of what I say I'm fucking around. Same, but nobody takes me like that. Nobody takes me like that. Don't try to relate and shit to her.
Starting point is 02:26:32 Me too. You're sicken as corny, you're sucking up. I'm trying to relate to her name. I never talk serious. You hired already. She is my dog. I never talk serious. She's right there. She's safe.
Starting point is 02:26:41 This is my nigga. I'm going to fuck. You said what? Fuck you, nigga. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. What's up? Flip, I'll fight you.
Starting point is 02:26:49 Have you ever for it? I don't. You'll make I get one off. I don't want to fight you at all. I love you too much. You speak to me like you want to fight me. Yeah, we're not fighting today. It ain't happened on bad.
Starting point is 02:27:00 It's got to be fair. Yeah, you're strong. You're strong. I need my full working back pause. Don't want to let me fight you, they try to jump in. Thank God. I go outside.
Starting point is 02:27:11 I call Tye and all these niggas, chill. If y'all remember who you got jumping you? Everybody. If it did something to me, niggas were hurt. niggas would do something to him. Niggas would have a long, stern talking to him. If he even thought about doing something to me,
Starting point is 02:27:25 niggas would walk him to a conference room and have a conversation about it. Okay. It's a big picture. Mark, don't politicize. Yo, just when everybody up here started getting money, here come Mark.
Starting point is 02:27:47 Yeah. Ashanti Erz's funeral What about it? Well, that's the topic you want to Ashanti
Starting point is 02:27:59 apparently didn't attend Ur's funeral Yeah, Chris Gotti mentioned it and during his breakfast club interview
Starting point is 02:28:04 and it's an interesting thing to think about like if you have a strong, loving relationship that's
Starting point is 02:28:12 rocky and maybe ends poorly, do you owe it to the person or the family to show up? That was his
Starting point is 02:28:17 argument. that you kind of do Oh, no you don't No, you don't I think it's more about your meat What does your meat say? Was she married to time? Oh, that's interesting.
Starting point is 02:28:25 She could be single. I don't owe it to you to do anything and the way that y'all have behaved like at post baby for her and post her getting with Nellie and you keep
Starting point is 02:28:38 rest in peace, Irv but you kept my name in your mouth every five seconds and it wasn't good. I don't have like I want to move on from, I want to close.
Starting point is 02:28:48 that chapter of my life completely and that could mean I'm not going to the funeral I don't want to be around people there I don't want any extra attention I don't want nobody to take a picture and now I'm going to make this a thing and now the internet's
Starting point is 02:29:03 running where I am protecting my peace and my family and I'm staying the fuck away from that and I think she's well within a right to do so I wish they stopped saying I said this before I wish her brother Chris stop saying Ashanti's name leave her alone she's done with y'all i heard that they had a really close personal relationship as well and that's the
Starting point is 02:29:22 tough part cannot be close after a while because of your brother too yeah but what if they are still close right do you do you owe it to that person like hey my brother just died i need you there for me i expect you to be there for me i'm not saying that's what happened i'm just asking i don't think you owe it to them but it could be a conversation yeah dog i would have showed up but i have my reasons i think that if you do that you should maybe do that privately as opposed to going on broadcast social media and doing what your brother was doing. Yeah. When he passed, she was with Nelly, right?
Starting point is 02:29:51 When he passed, she was with Nellie, correct? Yes. In my experience, I've seen men, like, I'm not going to say not allow you, but like, well, y'all, if you're a lady that you with right now, her ex passed away, and that bitch was crying every day for four days. Would it bother you? Honestly. Because I've seen men where it's like.
Starting point is 02:30:09 Four days is a little. Four is a lie. I'm just saying, because I've seen. Three is a lot. That's the limit. That's the line. That's the lie. Let me let you on answer.
Starting point is 02:30:16 What are you talking about. three days if she's crying for three days does it bother you honestly how long with it together how did you die how long with it together what's the nature of that relationship when y'all when y'all do this
Starting point is 02:30:29 it makes my fucking head pop off let's say they were together for a few years that's why I'm asking let's say they were together for a few years right after that relationship it was a relationship with you they had a okay relationship ups and downs but it was okay but they were most definitely in love for years
Starting point is 02:30:45 how about be sad Yes. Be sad. For a couple days? Yeah. Okay. That's human. It's a long time to be in the bathroom.
Starting point is 02:30:52 I mean, in my personal experience, I've seen men get pissed about a woman grieving her ex. I've seen people beef about a woman grieving her ex or going to his funeral. I've seen that in real life. You can cry? So I feel like, can Dennelli say it was cool for her to go to that funeral? Because when she goes to the funeral, like you said, to your point, it makes the news. When she goes to the funeral, it's a thing. Unless he goes back in the cycle again.
Starting point is 02:31:13 True. But if he don't want you to go, I'm not even going because you're not allowed to go. I've seen both. I've seen where the nigger don't want you to go and I've seen where the niggas gone and support you and when the pictures are taken, it looks the way it's supposed to look. If Nellie wants to go to Irv's funeral,
Starting point is 02:31:26 then nobody makes the big deal about Ashanti being there or not. But that takes a big person, particularly given how he was talking about her, that situation, the documentary, all that stuff. I can see if you've made my lady that upset. We're not going.
Starting point is 02:31:42 We're not going. I'm not going. I also made your lady, that lady. Right. I get to that. I'm with you. So, y'all don't have to rebut that. I'm with you. You did, though. Yeah, you're right. Yeah, I'm not.
Starting point is 02:31:53 It's, listen, funerals. Some people are just not funeral people. Before we even get into all that, some people just don't do funerals. Yeah, I'm one of them. Some people be having other things booked when you, when you, that, nigga, you died at the worst. I got a head off. I got a, nigga. Some people got books.
Starting point is 02:32:15 It's crazy. Some people got bookings and you died. Oh, shit. And your stupid family had it on a Saturday. Sorry. Playoffs. I'm part of the funeral. I was booked in AC.
Starting point is 02:32:25 Like, what the hell? Yeah. Since it's us in here, we can tell the truth now. Whether you go to the funeral depends on just how soon the family get it together. Sometimes. The first thing you say or the second thing you say when somebody die or think at least is, okay, when is the service. Mm-hmm. if it's this weekend
Starting point is 02:32:46 I'm in there but if it prolongs and we gotta wait for the go fund me I see some niggas died and they funeral one day a month and a half later the go fund me had to hit hey
Starting point is 02:32:58 I'm cool if it was instantaneous I'd have been there my brother the next month is like we got to if y'all had to wait that long that kind of tell me what type of service is about to be too
Starting point is 02:33:10 what is that facts I'm still not over my family oh never mind I got turned away at a funeral before and it was rescheduled because they didn't have that final payment that morning to all of us was at the church on 23rd of Lehigh he was all there
Starting point is 02:33:25 and they sent this on it was horrible that's just what happened to don't say no more affiliate addresses up here is what you were saying he's talking about that 30 Vildoagin's thing what happened with your family what your family did
Starting point is 02:33:36 I don't know I don't even I don't think I could talk about it but somebody died and we all was coming out because this one was no but it was important family got it's not like yeah yeah this was the whole family is coming out to this family and it was a smaller venue it was a smaller funeral home so most of the family had to stand up in the back oh you talked about overflow it whoever
Starting point is 02:34:09 plant this hey but I was back there saying now y'all knew we were showing up for such and such so now I'm back there tippy toe and you see
Starting point is 02:34:22 I'm saying David my cousin's some boy they boyfriend and my mom brought a boyfriend I'm saying in the back like hold up a second so many plus ones hold up there's a lot of people
Starting point is 02:34:32 sitting comfortably in my aunt funeral but anyway later later learned there's somebody in the family owned the funeral home I said it did happen fast is nasty
Starting point is 02:34:44 is it she died that's motherfucking funeral fly was the next hour like god damn anyway is there anybody whose funeral people would expect you to go to but y'all absolutely wouldn't go to?
Starting point is 02:35:00 Yeah I don't have nobody that I absolutely would not absolutely is harsh that's a strong word or that you probably wouldn't go to. I had, but we squashed it, squashed it. Yeah. I don't, I don't care, no beefs like that. I do. I don't feel like all beefs should kind of be tabled when, when death happens. I feel like I said that before. Depends. No, it depends. Why? I'm still here. You're not, and now you're gone and you go over there. I'm still here. Listen, people hold on to relationships for no reason. I'm not going to hand with my sister. My sister's
Starting point is 02:35:35 Mike, Mike, Mike. I'm sorry. I'm not going to, if your sister steals from you and fucks your boyfriend and treats you bad, that's not your sister. You have a relationship with a woman that treats you like a sister. You'll treat each other like sisters. That's your sister.
Starting point is 02:35:48 A lot of times, because when you ask something like that, the first thing I think is a family member, a grandmama, you know what I mean, people like that. It's people in my life that some of y'all probably be shocked about, like, I'm going to shock you right now. I wouldn't go to my grandmother's funeral. I don't fuck with my grandmother. She's not a good person.
Starting point is 02:36:01 And it's like... So we're saying the same thing. Yeah, like, listen, it's no, Why the fuck is the beef squash because you left and I'm here. Yeah. It sucks to be you. I'm still here. And it ain't got to be beef. And it's not beef. I don't fuck with you. I'm forgiving you. I just don't fuck with you. That could happen.
Starting point is 02:36:19 Would you feel phony going to you? Like your grandmother's funeral or whoever your person? At that time, yeah, would have felt phony. Would you feel like I'm going for the wrong reasons? I'm going for other people. I'm going just so that y'all could say, yo, he was here. Sometimes that's what funerals are for, by the way. That's really what it's for to me. Yeah. Which I think was Chris Gotti's point. Yeah. And also, I don't. And also, I don't. I don't. don't do funerals anyway, you know, like religiously you're supposed to go to people with genazas or, you know, if you're in the area or whatever,
Starting point is 02:36:41 but I don't like them. And then the peers that I had and the life I lived, people died a lot. So it was like I'm not going to do this whole, because I think at a certain point people glorify it so much as almost they like, they like it. You go to somebody page and there'd be all these RIPs and their bios. Like some people kind of like the whole grief
Starting point is 02:36:57 of the attention you get. You know how people post. Oh, my God, don't ask yet. Just pray for my family. And the next one is. No one. Everybody's going to ask. Yeah, like, that A lot of people kind of get something out of that with the balloon releases and even with the whole thing of nail, because when we were younger, I don't remember celebrating people's death date and their birthday.
Starting point is 02:37:15 Yeah, motherfucker's celebrating the death date, the birthday. They at the cemetery, like, what the fuck is that about? You don't think that, because if it wasn't for grandma, you wouldn't be here. So you don't think that if grandma passes away that you should, whatever good person you think she's not, just put that aside because that's still grandma, right? Nah, no, I don't fuck with her. At the end of the day, she calls. I don't fuck with her.
Starting point is 02:37:36 She causes way more trouble than anything. Like, my grandmother is messy. She's a troublemaker, like. All grandmas are messy. True, but my grandmother is, like, super messy. Like, I feel what you're saying. Like, some people are bad people, and some of those bad people happen to have kids.
Starting point is 02:37:52 Exactly. And grandkids. Exactly. And she had children young. And another thing is, when you, when you, sometimes when you, like, get stuck, you don't mature past that age, so you'll just be a 60-year-old, 17-year-old.
Starting point is 02:38:05 And that's really the vibe. She's like a younger. Oh, wait, his grandma in the 60s. CF 70s. Niggas be saying, grandma. I don't talk to her. I don't know how old she is. I don't deal with her.
Starting point is 02:38:15 But she calls her too much trouble. I'm a grandparent. My grandmother has called the police on me, found a false report. My grandmother got in trouble for that. The cop was like, yo, you could have got her shot. She told them that I was breaking the house. I was like sitting on the steps.
Starting point is 02:38:26 But were you? No, I was sitting on the steps. No, for real. Tell the truth. You don't get admitted to mad crimes. No, I wasn't. I wasn't. She lied.
Starting point is 02:38:34 She really made it up, made it up. She wanted them, but she said is that black people don't, they don't come. The police don't come when you call them. So you have to say something drastic. So she called, but she called now on one, probably like 12 times with different things. I'm a white woman, somebody breaking my house. Somebody just pulled a knife on me. Where did your grandma?
Starting point is 02:38:51 White? No, but she was making it. She's because they only going to come. She's saying that. In her mind, they're going to come. But the cops whole thing was like, yo, we could have can't guns out. We could have shot her if she moved or whatever, thinking she's doing, she up to something. Like, she literally got chastised in front of me.
Starting point is 02:39:04 And I was young. I was like 19, but that's what I'm saying. This has been a constant thing with her. And now I have children, so now you're doing a little shit than my kids. Like, it's just too much. So you're not going to do that. I can see why in that case you're not going to do it. I don't think you owe nobody a funeral visit.
Starting point is 02:39:15 They're dead. You know, I ain't going to lie. I don't care. I don't agree. With respect. If I'm a grandparent and I'm on bullshit, but you cool, I might wait until you have kids
Starting point is 02:39:31 and get my shit off on them little niggum. And then, I ain't all the way fuck with you And you lead them kids over here And then that's when a person can Cut you off Yeah You're wrong cut off grandparents No
Starting point is 02:39:44 All they want is they little briars They little ice cream I could never cut more They're cheap with their little judge shows My girl don't want no motherfucking ice cream I can't remember with a cash app or an apple pay See you think about them old school Yeah
Starting point is 02:39:56 Like traditional grandparents Well I haven't had a grandmother In a long time If somebody told me my grandmother Got in a fight yesterday I wouldn't be surprised. My grandmother was still mixed. I've seen my grandma fight somebody before.
Starting point is 02:40:07 Where did she live at, Philly? She lived in North Philly. Yeah, yeah, that's the thing. It's a nice neighborhood, though. Good gated community. Do you Philly got gated communities? Do you have gates? Not really.
Starting point is 02:40:19 Shut up, you. Just walk out, Mark. Just walk out. I feel like we should leave. Why Philly don't have gated communities? God, damn. That was good. What else needs our attention?
Starting point is 02:40:33 What else? else needs or doesn't need Do you all care that reading rainbows coming back? Yeah, actually reading her. It depends.
Starting point is 02:40:39 Who's the host? Is LeVar there? Lovar is not the host. I'm going to kill more. Impossible. Lovar is not the host, unfortunately. I don't know if they asked him.
Starting point is 02:40:48 It's a younger guy. I didn't memorize his name during the break because it's on my phone, but he is a younger guy looks to be biracial, light skin, like a very different aesthetic than Lovar Burton. They went light skin?
Starting point is 02:41:00 Yeah, they definitely went light skin. Some bullshit. And he, and I don't know if the theme songs, that's the thing for me. I was just going to ask me. I care about the theme song. The theme song better be the same. I don't know. Same lyrics.
Starting point is 02:41:11 Word. Yeah, something. They're going to put it on a drill beat. Oh, that'd be hard. That might be hard. Reading Rainbow should have been back years ago. Yeah, we need that. All these children left behind.
Starting point is 02:41:22 These kids can't read for shit. At all. And adults. And me. Butterfly in this guy. The kids don't write in cursive or nothing. Curzing. They don't write.
Starting point is 02:41:32 They don't get homework either. Shit, look. Yes, the hell they do. My son don't get homework now. One day, their work is overrated. Mine never got to get to homework, ever. And they never have school. They never have school.
Starting point is 02:41:42 And by the time my son go get his book bag and show me what the homework is, I'm busy trying to do something. So I just do it real quick. I'm like, all right, nigga. He's a family. I mean, how's he doing it? What kind of grades are getting back? His hand right in the pass. Wait, all right, wait, hold up.
Starting point is 02:41:58 Because I know we pretentious up here. I'm the only one that ever did. kids on work. I promise I never did my kid homework. I wasn't judging it. I was just curious to how like do you always get it right?
Starting point is 02:42:11 They changed the multiplication. They changed the multiplication. They changed the division. It's some shit I didn't understand. Once we got the sixth grade math, I had to start back in. Once we got chat GPT and you take a picture of the homework and say answer this
Starting point is 02:42:25 from the perspective of a whatever age your child is, it will break that shit down just like the kid did. Oh, my God. That's too. Where fuck? That defeats the purpose. Yeah, I know.
Starting point is 02:42:34 Nigger, I'm doing my kid homework, nigga. We back on the iPad. You're all crazy. I respect it. Nepotism, nigga. I like that he asked the room, but I've never did it. Like, I've never done my kids. Me neither.
Starting point is 02:42:47 Oh, you have? How did that work out? I did that shit last year. What was the grade? 90. Cat. Wait, my daughter. What grade?
Starting point is 02:42:55 Wait. Cat. 90. Like, I got a midger school? No. Cat. Not a 90. We're not even going to do that.
Starting point is 02:43:00 You ain't get 90s yourself. How are you know? You're stepping on my head of old. But you didn't get on 90. I'm sorry. That's disrespectful. No, no, it's okay. I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, I got, we're great, we're great, when did you stop to?
Starting point is 02:43:26 It was, hey, great. Language arts are 80. Mom, I'll fry you up again, man. I don't want to get it. Like, did you get good grades in school? He went to a special school, yeah. I didn't go to a special school. You told us you went to.
Starting point is 02:43:37 I went to 11 schools. With special help. No, I did not. Wait, stop. You had IEB? They were in the trailer. Yeah, he definitely had IEP. How many kids was in your class?
Starting point is 02:43:45 Listen, seven. I never had IEP. You got to remember. You can't finish as me with all the homeless. You got to remember these people. Because my aura is so magnificent, they got to try to play with my intellect. So let them do it.
Starting point is 02:43:56 Let them finish. Wait, wait, wait. That's not an attack on the intellect. Yeah. By saying that I was in an, the IEP or I was in the IEP program, yes it is. No, it's not. It's not. Saying that I'm a special a leg. Wait, you know in the
Starting point is 02:44:07 correct term don't help your shit. Listen. I've been to 11 schools, but when I gave 11. He was so smart they just kept putting them in the new No. No, no, no, no. We're going to try third grade here. You know, why did you go to 11 schools? You went to a special program, Nick, you went to a cult school. What? Why did you? Why did you? My behavior, I gave a lot of trouble.
Starting point is 02:44:29 Did you go to any alternative schools? Two. I did too. I went to satellite and another one. I went to New Beginnings. Yeah. I went to... Y'all going to have a new beginnings.
Starting point is 02:44:39 Right. But hold on, listen. I got... And I got in and out, and I only went once. I got accepted to Murray Bertram. That's my first school. I don't know these places. Murray Bertram is a school.
Starting point is 02:44:50 Murray Bertram is a school, right? No, is it... Murray Bertram is in Manhattan. It was a good school at the time I went to. But we don't know. You see like, oh... This is a hard... We don't know all this school.
Starting point is 02:45:00 I don't know all this school. I don't know... Mr. Smart man, you know who fuck Murray Bertram. He was a president, nigga? Blit. Nobody. What? What he talked about?
Starting point is 02:45:06 Murray Bertram was the president? Wasn't he a president? What he said? This thing he said Mary Bercher was a president. Of what? He wasn't the president? Of what? Mary Bercher.
Starting point is 02:45:15 Which one? Who was Mary Bertram? Yo, flip. No, fuck that. No, no, no. Let him go. Fuck that. Murray Bercher was not president of the United States.
Starting point is 02:45:25 No. I didn't say he was president. Who was president? Who was president? No, no. answer the question. You said he was president? president or what?
Starting point is 02:45:30 You said he was president? The president of what? What did you mean? Answer the question. Can't say it. President. President. President.
Starting point is 02:45:34 I know. President. I'm going to fucking business, my girl. I'm trying to help me. They go. They go to watch, President. Just like a typical of a white girl coming in between black folks and talking to the vision. Who was the president?
Starting point is 02:45:46 Who was the president? Mark. He wasn't a president in the United States. I know. I'm unfamiliar with him. I just know. But I am familiar with the President's of the United States and he wasn't one of them. What's your fucking mom?
Starting point is 02:45:55 We had no murder. When you went there, you still don't know who he is? You Googling it now. No phones. No, no, no, no, no foes. No foes. Jack Chittarelli supports Donald Trump's in a bunch. What the fuck?
Starting point is 02:46:05 This is not what I clicked. It's cool. It's cool. Yeah, as you can see, yes, he was the very prestigious schools. Okay. Oh, shit. Oh, don't play. Awesome.
Starting point is 02:46:14 Thank you. I can go twice the side. Take a look. It's in a look. I'm reading rainbow. I make you feel good. Can do anything. Oh yeah
Starting point is 02:46:31 I was right Fuck you, niggins So stop this He's the president No, not that, no Mary Bertram A former president of the New York City
Starting point is 02:46:42 Board of Educating I knew what the fuck I was talking about Nicky Fuck you, yeah You bitched ass niggas The New York Board of Education Yeah So I wasn't wrong
Starting point is 02:46:50 Okay All right You got to do background checks boss A prestigious school And they decided to name it at the president of the
Starting point is 02:46:58 board of education. It was Murray Berger School of Business but then I'm going to I'm going to tell a business Oh you know business Like how do you use the register Come on you guys We did it
Starting point is 02:47:11 That's where they're going to get mad at you We did it. We did it. All right y'all We did it We did it We're not done We did it sit the fuck down
Starting point is 02:47:18 We're not done girl We did it Do you ever get the feeling Like Will you talk about something That we're alone? Tom Mark? Another day is gone.
Starting point is 02:47:33 Holy shit. He's going to be a singer. Or you want to jump on your man at Ty? You want to jump on your man, Ty? Right? Huh? Huh? Sing it.
Starting point is 02:47:47 Wait, what's your real name? Sing it, Trevor. Hey, sing the acting. No, I'm not fucking. No, I'm not fucking. No, I'm not fucking with that. What you're fucking about that. Go ahead, man.
Starting point is 02:47:57 This is my conspiracy question for y'all, right? What's up? You know, like you talk about something, and you immediately go to the internet, and the thing you just talked about? Pops up? Yeah. And we all think that we're being bugged or conspiracy. The head of Instagram came out yesterday.
Starting point is 02:48:12 What the hell he did? No, he didn't. He said the opposite. He said, it's all in your head. He said either you looked at it ahead of time and you forgot. Or it's an algorithm thing, and it's connected, or it's a total coincidence. He said, you would see the light. He said if the mic was on, you'll see the light
Starting point is 02:48:28 right above it on your phone, a green light to show you that it's on. It's the second one. I don't know if there is the algorithm. That shit is so sharp to where it can pinpoint what you doing, what you're thinking. Okay, let me ask you this. Is this the same thing? You ever go to the grocery store, right? And then you open up your app and they
Starting point is 02:48:44 suggest you to follow the person that you saw in the grocery store. Has that ever happened to me? No, that's some jail shit. That's bumble. That happens a lot. That's bumble, that's what the fuck is all the shit? That's Tinder. That's him. Please laugh at this.
Starting point is 02:48:59 You finally got one on. Oh, few pies. That's finally. You know. What I'm saying that you then. Face back, too. Face back. Okay.
Starting point is 02:49:10 Some of them is nice. Listen, we are getting along today. I don't fuck with you right now. You don't want to get back in that spot. I do. You don't want to get back in that front. Fix the mic. Okay.
Starting point is 02:49:22 Excuse me. Mary Bell. I think it's a lie. I think it's a lie. don't think it's the algorithm, there's no way. It's many times I had phone conversation and they suggest what the buy. It's no way.
Starting point is 02:49:30 I don't know if it's a microphone, but it's something. She's right. No way. Some bullshit he did. He was lying. When I was listening to, he was like, he was lying. Why would he tell us that?
Starting point is 02:49:39 Ice, I feel you know the predictive thing, but sometimes it'd be like, we can literally be talking about like tacos. Like, and I ain't thought about tacos in two years and then I go to Instagram. That's a fact. And I see a taco. You have not rolling with algorithm.
Starting point is 02:49:50 That shit is listening to something. It definitely goes through your photos. Of course. That's no question. And the thing you said about is suggest you follow the person. That's just because they got location on, you got location on, y'all next to each other. All that shit is all creepy. So that's not, it's like creepy.
Starting point is 02:50:05 It's all tracked. Everything is trapped. Everything you do is track. That's not as creepy, though, because that makes sense. Because I think some of these apps, that was the whole point. They went to, because they just did that to Instagram where you can have location on because the idea is you want to meet and hang out, I'm guessing. I see something like that.
Starting point is 02:50:18 And the first thing I think is somebody's going to rob me, me or something. Like, I turned it off. Because you put your location on Instagram now and they can see where you at, and I'm at. Like Snapchat. You can pull up Snapchat. A lot of you don't even know that. Yeah, we got them both. You can pull up Snapchat, zoom in and see exactly what rest of my
Starting point is 02:50:30 a nigga sitting in. That's scary. Is it right? It is. What? That is pretty scary. It's like it flipped me off and I was looking for him and I knew that he was at McDonald's in Queens.
Starting point is 02:50:40 And he was at McDonald's and Queens. And he was at McDonald's in Queens enjoying the Big Mac with extra sauce. Eating cheese, yeah, yeah. And extra sauce on the side for his fries. Yeah. And I just ran down on him and pop, bop, pop, bob, from the back, punch them all in the teeth. It's very dangerous. Lone is a hood.
Starting point is 02:50:52 This bit. That's why I stopped going to do it. Just know this shit. These motherfuckers. As we sit here, I have quick hits for y'all. I do have quick hits for y'all. What's up?
Starting point is 02:51:04 And I do have a part of the show. But before we go any further, we made it this far without saying go Yankees. Fuck is wrong with you niggas. The fuck is wrong with you niggas in here. The fuck is wrong with y'all. They're from Phillies. Talking this long.
Starting point is 02:51:19 It's not. Philly's doing great. We're the first round. It's not a big. Phillies have the Dodgers tonight. I ain't gonna lie. I'm scared of the Dodgers. Good series.
Starting point is 02:51:25 It's very good. It's a really, really good series in baseball. I don't know if people are, people don't be fucking with baseball. But that Phillies don't be fucking with baseball. That's a series. I'll probably start watching this round. Yeah. This is about the time where I can watch baseball.
Starting point is 02:51:36 This is, yeah, this is the time for casuals. Yeah. It's too much season for me. I watch, I try to watch a hundred, Phillies, I try to watch a hundred games. I can't watch all 162. There's just no time. But like, I try to get a vibe, start to know how good we are. We losing the ace in the, and halfway through the season.
Starting point is 02:51:50 it was tough for us. So I'm extra scared to the Dodgers right now because if you have an ace in a seven game series or two aces in seven game series I like my chances. One ace and some B-level pitchers
Starting point is 02:52:01 is tougher. But the Yankees, the way y'all handled Boston? Dog, that was a really exciting game, yo. It made me, I'm still sad that the Mets didn't make the playoffs because I know what that New York energy
Starting point is 02:52:12 is like when both teams are there, but that game three was a game that you wish you could have been at. I wish I would have bought my four other tickets to that game. game last time we were here on Friday the Yankees lost okay uh best of three old school NBA rules best to three we won the next one word and then game three we sent a rookie pitcher out there shitler we having a blast with this guy's name shit and he had one of the
Starting point is 02:52:38 best performances that Yankee fans have ever seen never been done before he's a name now 10 shitler I say he's a he's a name now yes nobody gonna forget him and a great name for all that marketing brats. I saw all the people, oh Shickler and just playing around but I think he had 10Ks. This game was over in the fourth. Bro, that shit said, because I saw it, I don't watch baseball
Starting point is 02:53:01 but I did. They had the screen on the barbershop. That she said the Red Sox ain't make it the third base. The whole game? No. That's crazy. It was a Molly Wopper. That's an ass whoopper. Yeah. No, the pitcher was dominant. The Red Sox pitcher not so much. And it was
Starting point is 02:53:17 a win in a fashion that Yankees fans. or not it was like old uh Tampa Bay like they got that double then the singles to follow like getting the right hits at the right time the Yankees never been like that it's been short field less home run this out of here but they was playing a different type of baseball and with the pitcher doing that Yankees fans was lit that whole game it was never uh there was never there was never where that game was over the fourth they jumped on their eyes early that game that game was over in the fourth before home boy came and pulled uh that picture out of there five minutes I was like oh he's getting out of here early did they lighten this boy
Starting point is 02:53:49 way up they had the bases loaded fucking scored put two men put two men on the base right after that like just it was it was it was the fourth was bad it was bad go yankees uh it'll be much more difficult now oh yeah i got now uh we have toronto not a good match up or Toronto worry Toronto ended the season cold the Yankees ended the season high was very beatable Toronto typically has the Yankees number in regular season. This is the first time I want to say that they're playing in the postseason.
Starting point is 02:54:24 I think Toronto's, like you said, I think Toronto ended the season in a position where y'all could beat them. And I was not big, I've ever talking shit about the Yankees, halfway joking, but like I wasn't big on y'all for most of the season. It just seemed like this was a down year, but y'all got a chance to make a run. They're beatable.
Starting point is 02:54:40 Yeah. They're beatable. I don't want to say that in jinx shit, but I feel like we got a good chance, especially if Homeboy is pitching like that. Yeah. Homeboy is pitching like that. We got three pitchers, and baseball is always going to be pitching. The Yankees' demise will be the bullpen. Okay.
Starting point is 02:54:58 So we'll see what that looks like. But the city's still lit. Go Yankees. Go Yankees. The city still let go Yankees. Congratulations. Shout to Yankee fans. I'm not going, but if they do what they got to do, I'll say my dad.
Starting point is 02:55:13 Yeah. I'm definitely hitting Phillies Dodgers. And if we make it out of this, what I'll do Phillies Brewers. I'm assuming Milwaukee's going to win, too. And if it, that's a different, a Philly Dodgers game, though, that series. And the two most obnoxious baseball fan bases are still a lot. Yeah. And that's saying something.
Starting point is 02:55:28 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. So that, those games are going to be crazy. And if, and we got to make a bet if it comes to Phillies. Oh, I'm down. I'm down. The Phillies are real good, though. Yeah, the Phillies are real good.
Starting point is 02:55:38 Yeah. But. Y'all do friendly men bet, bet, so y'all be betting some money. We bet money. Not like stupid money, but enough. I'm betting too. I'm betting too. We bet money, but it's friendly.
Starting point is 02:55:49 Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm feeling a way. It's between rich niggers. I like that. Yeah, between rich niggas. I like that. What else? What else? What else?
Starting point is 02:55:56 I had more questions I wanted to ask y'all. One was in sports. Give me a second. Give me a second. Take a time. Give me a second. We here, dog. Bomb.
Starting point is 02:56:07 Pooka. Yeah. That was a great game last night. The other night, but yeah. Oh, yeah, two nights ago, my back. The other night. And he, and, but I wrote them down because the Colts cornerback retired after that.
Starting point is 02:56:22 Don't do that. Do not do that. The Dolphins cornerback retired. Oh, okay. He played for the Colts for four games. He had five Pro Bowl or all pro seasons with the Dolphins, 29 interceptions of some shit. Xavier.
Starting point is 02:56:35 Xavier. Great career, man. Great career. I think Pook is the best receiver in the NFL. And I had that talk with Keeb when it was fantasy draft time and I had the seventh pick and Justin Jefferson was sitting there. Like, Pooka's the best receiver in the NFL. I don't think so.
Starting point is 02:56:54 I think that Matt Stafford is propping that up. I think Pooka's great. I think people are afraid to put Puka's name in that conversation because we're used to the same names. But if you're watching Puka, he's doing things that you don't see other people do. He does do a lot of blocking. He does play outside, he plays inside.
Starting point is 02:57:09 He does a lot of different shit. He's great. We hear a lot of St. Brown from the Lions, and we don't hear enough about Puka. If you want to chase Jefferson, in me cool, but I think it's an argument there. Right after that it's Puka time and I don't hear it enough.
Starting point is 02:57:24 I don't hear it enough. So I wrote it down. I'm not all the way mad at that. I'm not mad. I don't hear it at all. I don't put him there. He's on pace for something stupid. He's on pace for something like 2300 receiving yard. He's the only person through four games with 500, 500 receiving
Starting point is 02:57:40 yards and 46 receptions. Matt Stafford still looks great out there. He was throwing fucking bombs all over the place. Because that's when the Matt Stafford injury rowers. Yeah. Here's my question for you guys. I saw Mickey Fax tweet this. I saw Mickey Fax tweet this. It's not of any importance, but it was interesting to me, so I wanted to say it to y'all. Mickey Fax says that rappers should go back to shouting out the year in songs. I was cracking it with us. I need that. And then somebody said to him, well, no, because that dates the song. And then he's
Starting point is 02:58:17 said every song with the year in it is still being played yeah that's bad i thought that was a pretty good discussion it depends on how you do it i think if you just say it at like the beginning of a song it can be weird especially if the song what if you record it in november like it gets weird because that shit ain't coming out till march yeah you got to take it up for the nine nine two thousand right cover your bases the other problem this music ain't like if they start this shit today The music ain't lasting. So, like, even the record that you do, if you talk about,
Starting point is 02:58:50 if it was recorded in November, and it was a song that actually lasted. Yeah. And nobody can't, the year, whether you say it was 2024, 2025, seven years from now when it's playing, no nobody gives it fuck.
Starting point is 02:59:01 Oh, that's true. That's true. Nobody gives us fault. Yeah, you got me thinking about some of the classics that mentioned years. I'm sure there's some duds that mention years that we just don't remember. Yeah, they didn't last.
Starting point is 02:59:10 That's what I'm saying. The music ain't lasted. But there's, I mean, Raquel. I mean, there's some big ones. There's a bunch of songs with the year in it, that. are classics and it's still played and when it come on you're going to say the year no matter what the year yeah because of the i get what y'all is saying but that's the year don't make the song classic
Starting point is 02:59:26 it's a classic song that's what i'm talking about so the classic song is going to get played regardless the year being in it's just a dope mention it ain't a lot of classic music being made today so adding the year ain't going necessarily make that last so when you play it ain't going to be played years down the line anyway i understand your point i just think it's premature to determine the class you need time so we can't say right now what will make it and what won't right but with the we could assume we we can assume what's the last in the last let's say five no 10 years how many classic songs 10 years ago how many songs we still playing today let's make it easy she is a bunch there's a lot from 10 years of 2016 is one of the best hip-hop years ever see now I want to advance
Starting point is 03:00:13 you and let's do 15 because my memory is cloudy right now. If you do the last 15 years... So from 2010 to now. There's plenty of classics where you would have love for one of them bigas to say... Okay. The year, just in a cool way. But that was my point.
Starting point is 03:00:29 That the classics that are being played from 2010 to now are still classics. The year don't matter. Saying the year didn't... No, we're not saying it matter. He's just saying that that was flying. Mickey wasn't saying that that's what made the song. He's saying that was important. He's saying that was some fly shit.
Starting point is 03:00:46 a year and a year used to do. Right. Okay, okay. I thought you were saying like it helps him. Like 9-6 and forever, like just, it's a part of your ad lives where we as fans could be like, okay. He ain't saying it was important. Okay.
Starting point is 03:00:58 I just thought it was an interesting topic that nobody would ever talk about. There's a lot of people that don't do it fly, though. They just come on and be like, yo, some 20-25 shit. Yeah, yeah. You just purposely tried to do that corny, and this is why I agree with him a little bit. Tell me. Because if there was ever a way to, like, 2025 is a dope year to say it is it is like he just tried to say that corny and it wasn't that bad
Starting point is 03:01:22 you still rapping in 2025 nigga I'm getting the 25 in there that day I'm saying 25 on the record that year shit worked because Drake yelled out I'm looking for revenge all summer 16 and that made the song that shit was fired that's my favorite that's a sign that's a time when that made the 16 yeah 16 we know 16 was 16 that made the song that shit was fire Mickey Fax That was a real good point It would take a rapper brain To even come up with that shit
Starting point is 03:01:51 You just came up there Let's see, let's see, let's see Let's see, let's see Stand to my list Don't worry, I own y'all yet Oh, we're good Puff, no updates on Puff, no updates on Puff? I don't think so
Starting point is 03:02:01 Oh, Joey Badass Canceals his tour Absole was supposed to be on that tour Speaking of Absole, has anyone heard the freestyle, the correct freestyle that he blundered on Kossin that shit But that's what you suggested he should do.
Starting point is 03:02:15 I didn't even heard it actually. It's out. Oh, that's dope. I already did that. Did anybody hear it? No, no. Okay. And that is exactly what I am here for.
Starting point is 03:02:25 Oh, shit, I was supposed to call abse old. Says the court is now taking a 10-minute break, and when it reconvenes, Combs is set to address the judge. No, he already did that. Yeah, that's old news. Oh, well, yeah, that's. That was 31 minutes ago.
Starting point is 03:02:40 Yeah, all 31. Okay. There's nothing yet. I got an exclusive ladies and gentlemen Aslan played this a little bit Quick quote A judge Significant sentence is required to deter
Starting point is 03:02:53 You say you're sorry And you won't do it again So we shall see It's gonna be What? Say it again? This is a tweet thread So it's kind of hard to keep track
Starting point is 03:03:05 of everything But he's saying that A strong sentence is needed For him to learn lesson essentially Did judge say that? Yeah Yes Oh my God
Starting point is 03:03:12 I'm sure to tell you They're giving them some time. Really? I think they can go by a guideline at this point. 60 months, 72 months, something like that, yeah. Nothing suspended. I thought that until the judge started talking today.
Starting point is 03:03:24 The judge seems, and I didn't hear it, I'm only reading the verbates, the transcripts, but it sounds like the judge sounds like that. Last tweet in this thread, the court reaches a few conclusions. 135 months would be more than necessary. What? Right. Let's talk about it.
Starting point is 03:03:40 I'll get to this absolute freestyle after this. What do y'all think? about the gray area gray area in the language being used. The judge is saying that acquitted behavior can still be considered
Starting point is 03:03:56 when sentencing. So the people that are on one side are like, hey, that's not fair. That's not right. Shouldn't do that. I was acquitted. I'm not on trial for none of that stuff. The judge is saying I can indeed consider that. Well, I was
Starting point is 03:04:12 one of the people saying you shouldn't hold people accountable for things they were found not guilty for. And that does scare me as a legal precedent. Again, we always have to say this. It's not because I defend Diddy. It's not because I have any soft feelings for Diddy in terms of those actions or behavior or character. It's just that I don't want to set a standard where you can get acquitted for something and the judge and they can backdoor you and punish you for something you didn't do or something
Starting point is 03:04:33 that you were not found liable for. However, the judge legally can do that. Or the Judge Sipomani and cited case law to show that you can do it. So legally you can. But beyond that, when I thought about it more and read more about it, I was like, I mean, there is an argument. Sometimes you can be found not guilty, but still agree to some of the facts of the case, right? So for example, I'm just going to pick one off the top of my head, but let's say I go into it. Let's say I go in there and let's say I agree that I attempted a robbery.
Starting point is 03:05:04 Okay. I agree that I went into the bank and did it. And they charged me with a bunch of stuff. I get acquitted for a lot of the stuff attached to the robbery. Let's say I even get found not guilty of the robbery. But I, in defending myself 50 months. That's what he got?
Starting point is 03:05:17 50 months. There you go. How long he's been in? I ain't got to talk. He's been in for a year. A year. He said a sentence over 11 years is not reasonable. Even the probation department recommends a sentence
Starting point is 03:05:29 less than half of that. But 14 months, time served would not be sufficient. He got 50 or 60 months? 50. 50. 50 is common in the feds. I never hear no idea. 60 is what the probation department would recommend it for him.
Starting point is 03:05:40 60 is common. That's something they give out. all day long. So four years when one year that he did. And then every year, you get a certain amount of good time. Federal good time is like 50 days. Yeah, you get like two months. So you really only doing 10 months on each fair year.
Starting point is 03:05:54 So you got a counting in 10 months. And then he goes to the halfway house when he got like 13 months left. So this prison map is crazy. If he got one in. And there's a lot of programs. He's already been involved. Yeah, he started programs. I mean, that's not that bad.
Starting point is 03:06:08 That ain't bad. He probably do another two and a half three in real time in jail. He probably do another two and go to half a house. Go like a year and a half. It goes straight to that house. That ain't that bad. You get two months off each year. Oh, I'm sure he's...
Starting point is 03:06:17 I'm aware, but it's just, I don't... I don't know. How do we think he feels? Crushed. I think he expected... I think he expected the best. Yeah. I think he thought he was going to walk out of it.
Starting point is 03:06:28 Oh, it's 50 more months. That's minus... I don't know why he worded it like that. That's minus the 14 months I already served. Oh, that's more like... Yeah, 60, essentially. 64. Oh, they gave him 60.
Starting point is 03:06:38 Yeah. But they did the time served... That's a lot for prostitution, but... his ass. Yeah, they are not fucking around with that boy. That's, that's, I never heard no shit like that. But again, to the point that the judge was making, just to tie it together,
Starting point is 03:06:52 there is an argument that even though Diddy was found not guilty of these other things, even in his defense, he acknowledged that he did certain things. And I think the judge is saying these are things that make you a risk. In the court, in the court exchanges that I read in the transcripts earlier, also the judge was disputed Diddy's claims.
Starting point is 03:07:08 Like Diddy said, I was seeking prostitutes for companions. and for their time, not for sex. The judge found that not plausible and said your statements are contradicted by reality. When judges start saying shit like that to you in a courtroom, they're showing
Starting point is 03:07:23 some, some... What side? They lean into it. Yeah, exactly. I'm not buying the shit you selling. That's a crock of shit. But why would you say that exactly? Why would you say that? That's dumb. Because plenty of that prostitutes got up there and said, I didn't do nothing with Puff. He was just sitting there watching me. Yeah. Yeah, that's
Starting point is 03:07:39 a good point. But I, they still did something with someone and he purchased the prostitutes so it's the charge ain't saying that you bought them and you fucked them I get there I'm just saying if I'm saying I was hiring prostitutes for companionship and whatever it was I wasn't fucking them
Starting point is 03:07:54 true but if I paid for the prostitute to fuck somebody it's the same thing it's the same thing the judge's bigger point which goes in response to what you just said and what you just said is that they're framing this is a victimless crime the defense and the judge is saying there are plenty of victims including
Starting point is 03:08:11 being Cassie and including these prostitutes. That I agree with. So, but I think their point is you might not have been using them for sex, but they were used for sex. And so therefore, and I think that's tricky because I actually don't think sex work should be stigmatized and criminalized.
Starting point is 03:08:23 But if you begin from the premise that it is, and the judge seems to, because that's kind of their job to, then you have to say, okay, this was not victimless. The idea of the victimless crime, the judge seemed to have a particular part in expression contempt for. And I think that hurt Diddy a lot.
Starting point is 03:08:38 Seems harsh, but I mean, every step along the way they gave you something to let you know that that's how they would be considering this. Yeah. And it's not as harsh as it could have been. Yeah. Yeah. So, I mean, it's bad news, but not the worst news.
Starting point is 03:08:50 For him, for him and his family. We were expecting him home. Soon, he can be 60 when he comes on a bit. He might be close to 60 when he comes home. You know, like, that's a big difference than, like, the spring, which was kind of what we were projecting as the best case scenario for him. I don't think, nobody, but Corey in here, I think, thought he was coming home today. Oh, you did.
Starting point is 03:09:07 You said today. Some of us were saying, like, the summer or the spring. I thought he'd get a I thought they were going to give him the 11 but suspend a lot of it And I definitely thought it would be time Some of the time served Right
Starting point is 03:09:17 It is a little bit 14 months time served So they basically gave him 60 64 64 14 times served Right So 50 more from Which is well
Starting point is 03:09:26 I knew 50 sound weird Yeah But you know The other thing The prosecution used As a piece of evidence Against Puff was They said he had a
Starting point is 03:09:37 Speaking engagement in Miami set for next week, and they were using that as evidence of his hubris that he not taking this process seriously. Let me be clear. I don't know if Diddy really had a speaking engagement next week in Miami. Yeah, that's a fucked-up tactic.
Starting point is 03:09:52 The prosecutor is saying that. It's a tactic. I don't know if it's true or not. But it looked really bad. Yeah. Even saying to the judge, like, oh, I was using him for companionship, it's like, why would you even go that around?
Starting point is 03:10:04 I don't know why his legal counsel would allow him to say. It's just stupid. I mean, I think Diddy might really believe that. Oh, well, even if you believe it, your lawyer will say, look, I remember that distinctly from going to court with paid lawyers difference from the public defenders. Paid lawyers' whole thing was how to win. They didn't give a fuck about what the truth was. Then we say you how to win.
Starting point is 03:10:22 I remember them telling me, like, you look too, like, angry. Like, look a little more meek in there. Like, I'm trying to not cry in front of him. You're looking like you're with it, you know. We're trying to win. So it's like, if you're already a black man, you already been exposed to being so freaky or sexually, you know, so it's like that's the last thing you want to say is oh I just wanted to hug them
Starting point is 03:10:40 the last thing I'm fucking going to imagine you doing what any of these people is hugging or chilling or companionship or whatever that's what I'm saying that shit those judges are they just they got big like little small egos is real easy they feel disrespected by shit like that you lying
Starting point is 03:10:52 it was like direct disrespect to them versus you trying to save your life so you had to be super honest especially about what you do when you have admission of guilt especially if you're trying to plead that something I did this I just want to get a chance
Starting point is 03:11:04 to get back into society I know I did something wrong that's the whole flow of it like you know it's also important to remember that a lot of these prosecutors a lot of these judges were prosecutors so it's possible i'm just saying it's possible i don't know but it's possible that the judge also resents that did he didn't get found guilty for more things so a lot of times the sentencing becomes an in road around the actual criminal legal system and the criminal process like okay you were acquitted for these things so now i'm going to roof you on the thing
Starting point is 03:11:32 the one thing that we did get you for yeah and again i'm not defending ditty's behavior i don't it's hard for me to even come up with what's a fair sentence because of how I think about the system itself as abolitionists. But it's a messy outcome and I don't know what the right answer is, but the judge's behavior and the judge's words are just very There's also a half a million dollar fine.
Starting point is 03:11:54 Yes, half a million dollar fund. Right, damn. Yeah, that's... They whooped his ass. I mean, a half a million dollars. I'm not talking about the fine part and he said they whooped his ass. I'm just... It could have been working.
Starting point is 03:12:06 It could have been worse. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it could have been worse, but they fumbled these shit. So, you know, I don't know. I'm like you, like, I'm not, I'm not defending Diddy. I'm not, you know what I mean? I think a lot, I think of what he did was wrong, you know?
Starting point is 03:12:19 Like, I feel for the victims all that, but it's just, when you're a black person, you just get fucked all the time. So it's hard not to look at that. You want an appropriate sentence. Yes. Yeah. What do you think would have been appropriate? That's the thing, like, the charge is confusing to me.
Starting point is 03:12:33 Like, I don't, I don't get it. You know what I mean? Like, I don't understand. like federally how that's that high up because the thing in the feds they have a ranking system my court a fake case as the kid my number was 52 because an amount of drugs i had right so i had no felony so i was facing 10 of life my co-defendant had one felony's facing 20 life if he had three it'd have been 30 life so it's just automatically the guidelines ran down for you right but i just don't man it was right about you oh i don't i don't get it you know what i mean it don't make
Starting point is 03:13:04 sense how that's a federal case like it just don't make sense to me. What's that interstate stuff? Is it the state lines? It's the interstate stuff, yeah. And there are a lot of sex crime sex crimes that the states just don't have provisions for. Yeah. You know, and so they make them fed.
Starting point is 03:13:20 That's what happened to the leader of the cold I was in. They became a Fed case because it was traveling across state lines with the kids. Right. You know what I mean? Not because he, it was all Georgia. Georgia could have prosecuted but because of the state lines and they made it a Fed case. And with Diddy, I think the feds were targeting him anyway. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 03:13:35 So I think that was getting another way to get to get at him. Yeah. Do you think he had a speaking game game? No, I don't. I don't think Did he want to speak anywhere publicly? Yeah, who says, you know what? When I get out of jail next time, I'm going to go speak in Miami. And who also is booking him.
Starting point is 03:13:49 Right. I think that's, I think that's bullshit. Wait, wait, hold up now. I'm booking him. Somebody was booked him. If he would walk out of there today, somebody would book him. In appearance, appearance is different than speaking of him. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:14:05 No I'm saying. Well, yeah, you book it on the contingent. If you were, okay. If you were a booking agent and someone was facing a very public federal sentencing, you wouldn't be putting down no money to book him for none. Or I put a clause in there. And, yeah, I would. I would book that early as possible to be the first one.
Starting point is 03:14:23 But what kind of place books him for a speaking agent? And see, I live. Oh, my fault go. No, because I was going to say, it's one thing to say he had an interview. He's going to give his first interview to somebody for X number of dollars. They might be using semantics. Technically, that is a speaking engagement. I can see that.
Starting point is 03:14:40 But I don't see somebody saying, you know, and now for our keynote. Yeah, come to the university. He was speaking at Murray Bewell. Where you went? That's a callback. Mary Birch, whatever the fuck you were. He was president.
Starting point is 03:14:56 I don't disrespect. Don't disrespect. Hey, that niggas. No, disrespect to Mary Birch. Mary Birchum. Bertram, excuse me. President Birchum. President.
Starting point is 03:15:04 So even if they called it a speaking engagement, and again, we're just freestyle right now because we don't know if that was even happening, if they called the speaking engagement, it wasn't going to be a speaking engagement. Right. They just called it that so it could look a certain way. That's what I'm saying. In the court. Same way like everybody was talking about, hey, young thug performed at the courthouse,
Starting point is 03:15:25 and he did. But the main point was that little speech. They needed that speech. Hey, y'all, crime is bad. Yeah, that's pretty same thing. Crime in Atlanta, come on, y'all. Unity. And how he was doing it, you could tell he was doing the crime.
Starting point is 03:15:45 That's funny. Yo, yeah. When niggins don't know how to do the peace talk, you know, y'all, we got to come together. That digger didn't give a-up. You got to stop, man. That's exactly. Was he trolling free?
Starting point is 03:15:57 Stop. Was he trolling? Nah, I'm doing what I do to stay free at this point, but I ain't used to doing it. No, we know that. I'm signing I'm going to do that I got to do this to get out I'm doing it
Starting point is 03:16:08 I'm saying in the act of him doing it I don't think so I think that was him trying his best I don't this ain't me I'm trying to be something that I'm really not right now that I got to be that whole shit you just did that was dead on for an impersonation
Starting point is 03:16:22 that's what he did I was like oh you know he's like I don't know how to do this shit even the crowd he was like yo we gotta stop kill each other The guy, you're a boy? You're just, the crowd was like, I don't know about that. Yeah, we're not with that. We're not going to stop no killing.
Starting point is 03:16:39 You got to just chill, man. You know what a nigga does. He'll give you no, no substance. You've got to just chill. Just relax. And now Young Doug is trolling. Like, he's making the interview run. I think he's trolling.
Starting point is 03:16:51 He's on Aiden Ross now. Yeah, so. Talking about I only brush my teeth one time a week. He said he got dumb. He said he got dumb. Well, we knew that. Well, well, the poor girl called it takes so much. Yeah, nigga, like, but.
Starting point is 03:17:07 See, that's the, that's the wrong. See, there's a toxic, old toxic side of me that heard something totally different what he said right there. Did that guy say, bitch? When he said the part about him, he has a girlfriend, but she don't have a boyfriend? Yeah, I heard that too. He still go with her. Yeah.
Starting point is 03:17:19 But she don't go with him. You know what that means? He still fucking. He popped. He popped yesterday. He just kids. Chill, free. He ain't got a good guy for you.
Starting point is 03:17:27 Don't go down that down. Stay good, man. No, when they do this. When niggas go wrong, man, niggas be thinking that they, they ladies just about to put up with all of the bullshit you could bring their way. You're rapping niggers going to learn to it.
Starting point is 03:17:39 Y'all, they'll get to fix you all up. Y'all keep playing with them. When she fed up, ain't nothing you can do about it. That's what the boy said. Y'all keep playing with them like that. Anywhoos, I don't think I really have anything else that we have to get to. I got a part of the show that I'll read for you.
Starting point is 03:17:55 Let's go. Let's go. Part of the show. Chris Roscoe, 24. Chris Roscoe says Am I wrong for cutting off family? No. No. You're not.
Starting point is 03:18:10 You're not. You're not. All family. All right. Nana's seen this little, this little. Nana get busy still. Nana, what up? Nana.
Starting point is 03:18:19 What up, Nana? I'm gonna talk about Yale. I fought about Nana, Nick. I caught a Fetchard. That was 12. Nana got that Nana intuition. Yeah, digger. If the 12-year-old is breaking in the bank
Starting point is 03:18:28 or some shit then. With mona, a little bad ass. Don't bring our ass over. Like, yeah. We came in that all the time, yo. A backstory. When me and my now fiancé first started dating, I wasn't the best boyfriend.
Starting point is 03:18:41 A lot of week-long breakups. Oh. Lot. In those breakups, I'd go back to an ex. Now during that my older brother, same mom, who was and still is married, would tell her things. say I'm still with my ex you should leave him
Starting point is 03:19:04 you deserve better he'll never be faithful and my personal favorite it'll take him a miracle oh yeah I used to have been and cut this nigga on one yeah that too on one occasion he slid in her DM and commented on her sexy maid costume
Starting point is 03:19:20 and said I would love to see you in that in person he also tried to invite himself over for a plate of food when he's seen a post of her cooking in a rather inappropriate manner that made her uncomfortable. I came clean to what I did
Starting point is 03:19:36 during breaks and she told me everything he was saying behind my back because in her words she said he doesn't love you the way you think he does. I hate when women say that in a relationship but she should have said. She's right. She's right.
Starting point is 03:19:49 But I hate when women do that. Nobody in that family does. Oh, that was the end of the quote. Since that moment, I've cut him off. But that's what Barr me is that the rest of the family doesn't see it as a problem, which lets me know, oh, okay, he can move
Starting point is 03:20:04 however out here, even to those close and it's okay, because he's family. Oh, because he's the family favorite. Okay, cool. I'm going to step back from all of y'all. Oh, shit. Oh, he cut. Oh, shit. The whole friend. Family
Starting point is 03:20:18 I'm going to step back from all of y'all, which I have no calls, which I have. No calls, no texts, no family gatherings, No contact, period. Am I wrong for this? Also, at times, I want to be a messy bitch
Starting point is 03:20:34 and tell his wife a little something, something. But I feel like I'll be the exact same person he is by doing such, so I don't even bother. But the thought does linger. Distinguished cast. Have a blast with this topic. So if everything he said there is true, he's not wrong. However, I feel like if the entire family knows all this creep shit that he just said,
Starting point is 03:20:58 and they're on that side I don't know I feel like something might be missing something might be missing I want to know like even even it's definitely something missing the shit that he's saying like she brother slid and old girl DM saying
Starting point is 03:21:12 XYZ I wouldn't know if she gave him any rhythm back that he don't know about that could be that could be what nice come on it could be he could be getting one side of a story if she did that's true you're right that's all I'm saying and there could be something totally different
Starting point is 03:21:28 that went on and now she's trying to make it look this way. You're right. I was going to say you're wrong because why would she tell him but I'm wrong. That's wrong. Yeah, yeah. But which would still be wrong, but like... Yes, but if everything he said is true definitely
Starting point is 03:21:44 I'm not talking to the brother. We got we got to square up. Yeah. But the rest of the family? I don't know. I think you're wrong. That's why I don't know. That's weird. That's why I feel like something's off. It's something else. It's more to the story. Something is missing from me. Unless the family is just real fucked up
Starting point is 03:22:00 I was going to say like that She's a floosy But even if she's a flusy The family should intervene in some Better way than you're a flusy man You're open for everybody man Why not cut the whole family off fuck them No
Starting point is 03:22:14 You're talking somebody who don't talk to their grandma I mean like you're all a toxic So you're just gonna sprinkle that in the conversation That's just that's perspective That's something big to some of us though for it Yeah well don't bring it back up That's my grandmother We love us right
Starting point is 03:22:27 We can't be too much in there. You'd be like, old because that bitch shit on the grandma. We can't be doing that all month. Call her, nigga. Give me her number. I'll get you a number. Because the grandma's at that power. They can tell how you're going to be at about eight.
Starting point is 03:22:41 Nanny seen. You're a little ass. Please. She would love if I call her. Please. I think back, family means a lot to me. So it would be hard for me to see a single person's actions as a good reason to stop rocking with everybody.
Starting point is 03:22:56 Yeah. I would have to be. Yeah, it'd have to be a real deep pattern of a lot of things. A lot more, actually, to cut the whole family off, no. Yeah, not the whole family. Yeah, not the whole family. Yeah, same. I don't give you my brother if I, if I deem you don't mean me.
Starting point is 03:23:10 If you're doing all that, you're not my brother. Yeah. If that story's all true, the way you said it, that's a good way to think about it. That's not my brother. It's not my brother. It's the brother. You all right. You all right.
Starting point is 03:23:20 You know what? Y'all are right. What? About what? About everything. Y'all right. My grandma? You're going to call her?
Starting point is 03:23:27 you all right chris i hope we were able to help man i do i hope we were able to best of luck that's right yeah best of luck she must have been away and what she was cooking in like it's dangerous um i don't have anything else oh to have so free's down y'all y'all don't care we'll do a picture that's a good picture job look at you great page now right you know what and now i'm playing it. Because that pocket is complicated. You're saying it's a lot it's a lot going on here. One. Two, it did explain that he wrote that
Starting point is 03:26:51 to well the producer that beat said he originally wrote to bodies the body's beat they they cleared it then they said no we can't do that
Starting point is 03:27:04 or they didn't want to do that because if you do that beat we can't put it on streaming so then they decided to do an original beat and then that didn't get cleared and then it was back to the body's beat so I can see it
