It excludes legacy cable in linear TV networks such as CNN, Discovery, and other non-streaming linear properties. They just want to license. Those are set to be spun out into a separate entity. So that would explain the, my math, $50 billion, whole difference, basically.

Okay, that's pretty interesting. And Netflix is offering $27.75 per share. And Paramount is offered $30 for share. It sounds like the Netflix deal is a better deal, all sold in. But in the meantime, even if they don't get to buy it, they have frozen their main competitor for a year and a half or two years. So if you're selling a show or a movie or something like that, and you're like, all right, the main bidders are, you know, Netflix and HBO,
