The Livy Method Podcast - Become Who You're Becoming
Episode Date: July 13, 2026In this Mindset Monday conversation, Gina and Odette reflect on what it really takes to create lasting change beyond weight loss. Inspired by a powerful discussion with Kathleen Cameron, they explore ...how shifting perspective, embracing healthy habits as acts of self-care, and becoming more intentional can reshape the way people think about food, movement, and themselves. They also share why maintenance is about more than holding onto results, touching on identity, resilience, self-awareness, and the importance of staying connected to a supportive community while building a life that feels good long after the scale stops being the focus. This episode aligns with day 85 of our Spring 2026 maintenance program. I'm going to be honest with you, this podcast is unapologetically a hot mess because that is what midlife feels like sometimes.
Why, though?
And how do we make it better?
Do we all just need facelifts and GLP ones?
I mean, let's talk about it.
No bullshit, no wellness wankery here because we're trying to make real change and change is hard.
But we're in this together.
Welcome to the Living Method podcast.
Sorry, I have to do that thing.
You know, when you, I've got to pull my jeans down because they're all in my business.
I get that.
Yeah.
Christine.
Hi.
Hi.
Is that summer yet?
Yeah.
You know, gosh, can I just tell you?
Yeah.
So it's really interesting how what you focus on and what you are being intentional about pulling into your view, your mind, your world.
And everything just really kind of falls in line.
So I used to be this person that was so chill, right?
Like you talk to anyone for anyone.
who knew me. Oh, Gina, she's so cool. She's so chill. She's like, I was just like, whatever. I'll
figure it out. Go with the flow. Like, spend a lot of time, like intentionally being grounded in
the moment. And God, I lost that, right? I lost it during the pandemic, especially, and then
through menopause and all of that. And I've, I've slowly got to a place where I realized, you know,
like food noise is like a learned behavior stressing about food. I've, I've kind of learned worrying and
stressing about life and I want to be really intentional about being in the moment. And I did that this
weekend where I actually spent time in my backyard, not stressing about the million things that
painting my fence and sweeping my thing, just being in it and went grocery shopping in the morning,
Tony and one of my kids and then we went to Indigo. I can't believe I'm going to have a book with
Indigo. It's so crazy.
Being in there and I grabbed a book and I just spent the afternoon just we came back.
We cooked a beautiful lunch. We, you know, we read books. We went for swims. And gosh,
it was fucking exhausting. Just doing nothing. And then the next day, I went golfing yesterday and just
really trying to be in the moment. I was almost too chill golfing. I was like, okay, I need to like
put a little bit in effort. But just really being conscious and self-refer.
aware of what I'm bringing into my world and the lens that I'm looking through and being
intentional about getting, not getting back to that person that I was, but like being a new
version of that. And that it was really interesting today because we had Kathleen Cameron come on
and she's all about manifesting in the group. Great. I know you're going to post it in here.
We did live stream it. But if our members in maintenance are not part of the weight loss
support group, then you might not be able to see it, which if you are on our membership,
you can do that, right? If you're a part of our membership, you have access to all the content
information in the weight loss program along with the maintenance group as well. And you can
access that through the app. But we had her come on. There's, I know you want to talk about some
of the things that she talked about. But this morning, as I was doing my 20 minutes live with
Gina thing that I'm doing lately, which I absolutely love, Kim La Marche, reached out and
said hello. And Kim is someone who was part of our live lighter campaign. She lost over 100 pounds
of the program. She's been in maintenance and her husband passed away. Devastating loss. Yeah,
devastating, unexpected. And she was like, hey, I tried kayaking. And so I had called her not too long ago.
I was thinking about her. And so I picked up the phone right after. And I said, hi. How are you? And it's just
such a shame that, you know, she had lost this weight and made all these changes.
And then her husband passed away.
Like it's just such a shame she didn't have an opportunity to go kayaking and doing all of these things that she's doing now.
But she was talking about how the people around her life and her sisters were seeing her as being so strong.
And she's like, you know, this is because of you and thanked me.
And I was just like, okay, you're welcome for me sharing the information.
But she was talking about how she's just, she's become this resilient, strong person and really owning who she is.
is and I know you wanted to talk about that, right?
To love learning and learning and lovingness.
Would you say it, this new behavior?
Yeah.
So she said on the live this morning, Kathleen said, you know, how she got to this place
of where she is now with this new energy and looking through this new lens and seeing
things differently was she really had to manifest or change.
the way that she looked at her behaviors.
So she couldn't just force the behaviors.
She had to learn to love these new healthy behaviors.
So she means that the example of like foods.
Like she didn't love salads and she didn't love vegetables.
But when she stopped looking at it as a place of forcing the vegetables, forcing the healthy foods,
where she looked at them as behaviors that were she was showing love to herself.
She was knowing that.
She was looking at it through the lens of I'm doing this to take care of myself.
I'm not doing this because I have to because I'm punishing myself.
I'm doing it because this is how I'm going to show that I care about myself.
And then once you start to flip that narrative, you know, switch the lens a little bit.
And you're looking at these behaviors now as acts of love versus acts of force or punishment or have tos.
I thought that was really a strong, a strong switch in narrative for, I think even a lot of our members, when they're not looking at this as like, I have to do this.
Like, look how far I've come.
Not just look how far I've come starting 91 days ago.
But look how I've come from the very first day that I made the decision to make change.
And it was probably a lot of have tos back then.
I have to do this.
Yes.
Think about this.
I have to follow through on this.
And now we can switch that narrative.
to I am doing this because I wanted to take care of myself. I'm doing this because I want to love
myself. I'm doing this because these are the behaviors that make a difference for me. I think that was
such an important thing that I really wanted to highlight that. Yeah, it goes beyond you get to.
You get to. You get to work out, right? What's beyond I get to is I love working out. I love being able
to move my body. I love going to the gym, like really owning that behavior. And that's a big part of what
we're doing you've said this all along like in the weight loss program you're trying to rewire
how your body's come to function physically your brain and in and and and we're kind of reprogramming that
in maintenance to get you to a place it's just who you are just who you are she also said something
really interesting it was about kind of like living from in this place of emotion all the time
right which i thought was really interesting and that's where you can really keep yourself stuck
I always say your thoughts and feels give you insight into things you need to work on and work through,
but it's really easy to stay stuck in that place because it's what's familiar.
And I think we all have those moments where we can visualize or feel what we know our life could be,
especially a life beyond weight loss.
But it's about every, so manifesting is everything aligning.
So your thoughts and your feels and your action all aligning to help you achieve, become this thing.
that you know you can be, but it's all about already being that. You don't have to have lost your
weight. You don't have to have been maintaining your weight for a certain amount of time to already own
that and be that, right? So yeah, I just thought it was really great. The rewiring is the lasting change for sure,
says Sue. Hi, Sue. How are you doing? One of the other things I love that she talked about was that
she talked about how she had lost 100 pounds previously a few times before. And that when you lose something,
you're always looking to find that thing.
And instead she talked about releasing the weight
because releasing is about letting go,
whereas about losing is about then finding.
I thought that was really interesting.
When she said that too,
I have never,
that's not even a concept that would have even come to my mind.
Because that's all we say.
I'm losing it.
I'm losing it.
Yeah, when you lose something,
you go looking for it.
I lost my habit of snacking at night.
I lost my habit of of feeling stuffed and overful.
I lost being able to have these foods that never made me feel good.
So I'm going to go find them again.
Yeah.
You release them.
Like, okay, see you later.
I don't need you anymore.
Off you go.
You know, like, bye, bye, don't come back.
It's not like you're going to look for it again.
You're not going to that place that you were where you once were.
You didn't lose it.
You just let it go.
You just released it.
It was gone.
I know.
I never thought that.
I never connected that.
I never thought of that like that.
When she said it,
I'm like,
oh,
yeah,
that makes total sense.
Of course you're going to go looking for it
because you have that sense of loss.
You're like,
I lost those things that never really worked for me,
but I'm still going to go try and find them again.
Why do I want to go back there?
Because it's what's familiar,
right?
And what we're really are doing is helping the body release fat,
right?
Addressing why your body felt the need to store fat,
how the focus on fat loss and follow through and release fat,
which is different than,
a natural fat burning that your body does all day, every day throughout the day, which is really
interesting. I know we are in maintenance. But it still has a lot of context. This comment,
member comment, is this from Sue Bonn, who's watching right now? Yes, it is. Okay. So you wanted to bring
this up. Hi, Sue. This is from you. I've been in maintenance phase. First of all, can I just do
a shout out to Sue and everyone else who shows up live? And I know for so many people,
these live conversations are not convenient for people. It's one thing to show up. It's also to participate
and, you know, comment and share and just we're so grateful for you, Sue and everyone else
who shows up on the regular with us and has been during these live 91 day sessions,
you give us life, honestly.
Okay.
I've been in maintenance phase for a while now, two years, and I feel I will be here a bit
longer.
Although almost everything is becoming automatic, I want to really solidify.
Yeah, it's better than gaining your weight back and having to keep focusing on that, right?
I really want to solidify.
I'm getting lots of insight from the post and the comments.
I love the morning check-ins and lives.
So here I stay until my mind and body tell me otherwise.
Yeah, there's so much, like I'm also learning the benefit is this.
I want you teach you what you need to know and off you go.
That's my own money, not wanting people to spend more money than they need to
and wanting people to just move on and not focus on weight loss for the rest of their lives, right?
But I'm learning that I knew nothing.
and there's so much about you also didn't want a maintenance program at one point.
And here we are.
And I think one,
there's to have a place to focus on yourself.
It doesn't matter whether it's weight loss or maintenance.
It doesn't matter.
But having a place to do that.
And online is part of the world now.
Also to have a community in which you can do that and pop in and out.
And,
you know,
it's hard to be everything for everybody,
which is why it's up to you to figure out what to put in what you want to get out
of this process.
And if you want to do all of the nine,
one day live sessions. Like I think there's so much to learn from that each time you do it,
especially if you're coming with open eyes and you're like, okay, let me see what I got this time.
Also really valuable to maintain connection to the community if you're just popping in and out.
Or if you maybe next round, you want to join us live, but you don't necessarily want to do the,
you know, 91 day whole thing, but you just want to practice personalize in the plan.
There's value in that as well. What did you want to say specifically about this comment?
it. Yeah, I thought, well, a few things that you said, too, that there's so much value in the checking in.
So I think it's great to know that you want to come back and you want to do the 91 day program again.
You want to follow through on those tweaks. You want to follow through on the food plan as laid out and how it changes and still do all that mindset solidifying as we go.
But on the flip side, I want to say, like you said, there's also the value in still being a part of the community.
and personalizing the plan, taking that next step, right?
Like seeing how the focus of the weeks change while not doing the tweak.
So personalizing the plan, but still thinking about that focus each week, right?
So if you want to take that next step, that's almost a safe place to go.
So when we're in, you know, week four and we're talking about self-determination,
But maybe you're talking about self-determination, but not using downsizing along with it.
Maybe your personal lines in the plan and working more on the focus.
So, yeah, so still being part of this community, still checking in every day, still being
part of the lives, still being part of this group and the community, but not necessarily
having to feel like you have to follow the tweak, which is totally fine.
If that's where you still are and that's what you have capacity for, that's what you do.
But I think there's also this place where you can still be part of all of it.
because as you know, as our members know, very rarely do we talk about the nitty, gritty details of the food plan as it's laid out.
Like we talk about, you know, we're feeding the metabolism.
This is how it is.
This is what you want to work on.
But this is why.
This is the focus this week.
This is the deeper level we're getting into.
And you can still do that while personalizing the plan.
And I think, you know, if you, for those members that think, oh, I feel like I should be done at this point.
I feel like I've done the maintenance program enough times.
I don't want to do the tweaks as laid out.
You can still be part of the community, be part of the program, and be personalizing your plan
while still working on those areas of focus that we bring up each week.
Yeah, you know, we have a great weight loss program.
We have a great maintenance program.
I think more than that, we have a lot of great relevant conversations just about living
life, showing up resiliency, not giving up.
We're really expanding the conversation beyond weight lots and maintenance.
I don't know that we need a third group or maybe we need to combine the community.
we're thinking about that. We've created such a safe, amazing place to focus on yourself,
no matter what you're focused on, losing, maintaining, living your life, whatever that might be.
There's so many incredible conversations because the things that you do to lose weight,
maintain your weight, live your best life, all of those tools and skills can be applied to anything
that you want, any goal you want to accomplish in your life. And so community is really important.
That's why with my new book, Live Lighter coming up, and I don't want this to sound like an infomercial,
but what I want to do is bring our community members together.
So we're going to do a cross-Canada tour
and we're going to connect with our community
and stay connected in this space.
I don't know if we need a third,
like beyond weight loss, beyond maintenance.
We need a third group that maybe just that's where everybody could go.
Maybe that's what I'll make my new Live Lighter group.
I don't know.
I think staying a part of the community
and not feeling like, oh, I've done this for long enough
or I should be able to do it on my own.
I just reading a couple of the comments here,
members and what they're saying, I feel proud for doing the work and reaching the place I'm at.
I'm excited that soon. I'll be going it alone. And I know that if I need to, I'll be smart enough to
return. And so I think that's really interesting because you never have to go it alone because we have
this amazing, incredible community. And it just reminds me of the lobster world with the membership.
Like I'm just, for what we've been able to do and the value that we provide with such a low cost,
And I know for some people it's not a low cost, but, you know, whether it's, you know, one meal out at a restaurant, you know, two drinks from Starbucks, fancy drinks from Starbucks.
One lobster roll, you know, it was $24 that I had in PEI.
Like, oh, I'm like, oh, my God, this costs more than the whole program.
Another one, I love the line.
The Livy Way is no longer a program.
It's just who you are that pretty much sums up how I feel right now.
It's not a diet.
It's the way I want to live the rest of my life.
That is it.
that is what this is all about.
And then this last one, Monday's last live is bittersweet.
I'm excited to move on in my journey.
I will pop in from time to time and will not stop sharing about my experiencing
and encouraging others on their journey.
Yeah, you're stuck with us.
You're stuck with us.
This is all part of it.
And everyone is in different stages and phases.
And that's what I love that we've been able to do really well is just everyone
is welcome no matter where you are at your journey.
And we are thinking about those of you who are living,
your life part, but still want to stay connected and part of that. So we're going to be adding a lot
more of that kind of content to the app, you know, creating a third group maybe or combining them,
who knows. But we really are thinking about that for sure. Yeah. And I think that this,
what you said about this or what you read here at this last comment, like popping in from time to
time. Like you might not think, right now you might think, oh, everything is going amazingly well.
It's going swimmingly. It's the summer. I feel great. And then all of a sudden,
something happened. You're like, oh, man, what is happening here? Where do I go? What do I do next? Who can I talk to?
You know, where do I feel like I need to just ground myself again? And that's what this community is
about, just coming in from time to time when you need it. If you were beyond that, like if you are beyond,
you know, wanting to follow the 91 day program, but this is where this community is. And I don't
want to, I don't want to make it sound like it's, you know, going to your doctor for your annual exam,
because that's never fun. But you know, that's always there, right?
Like, okay, I'm just going to go check myself with my doctor.
Go check myself with my healthcare practitioner.
So I go check myself with my community just to make sure I'm feeling good.
I'm feeling like, you know, my mindset is still where it needs to be.
And if you need a bit of encouragement or cheerleading or even if you just need to dump and rant,
that's where this place is as well.
I want to talk about the opposite of that, which is Rose saying,
should we continue to track for the weeks in between?
I feel like I have a bit of app fatigue.
I get that, right? Maybe it's like working towards your goal fatigue. I do this all the time. Sometimes I'm like, this is what I want. And you know, the universe helps me align. And it's like, hey, here's what you got to learn. Sometimes I'm like, okay, I just need to just give me a minute from it. Right. It might be, though, part of the lens that you're looking through that width that I've got at fatigue. Like, would you have journaling fatigue? Do you know? Like I, because, you know, if you love to, I have a daughter who loves to journal.
she goes, blows through, and they're not cheap, those nice looking journals.
She just blows through them, but she loves journaling.
So if you looked at tracking or change the lens in which you're looking through,
why is it that you are tired of that?
Because the app is not supposed to be work.
It's supposed to be a place for you to journal, to learn, to reflect, to work towards your goals.
But if you do need to take a break, by all means, take a break.
But I don't know back on track is not.
There's two totally different things, right?
Like it's it's sort of like, it's like, how do you want to show up this summer, I think is more
the question than what you do or what you don't do. Yeah. And I think it's how you want to show up this
summer. And it's when we think about this, the big picture, it's not just the next couple weeks.
It's not just the summer. It's what are you doing in the fall? What are you doing next year?
What are you doing five years from now? You know, this is about also this is not,
the summer is not just a wait and see holding pattern. It's still a, it's still a,
time where you're going to go through with those habits you've created it's going to where you go through
with those behaviors it's not like okay well it's the summer i'm just going to quit everything i'm going to
stop all the things that make me feel good i'm going to stop thinking about you know how to feel my best
and just wait until the fall it's this is this is who you are now so this is someone who's conscious
about your hydration it is someone who's conscious about getting those components on your plate
more times than not.
So whether you're tracking it or not,
those behaviors, those patterns don't change.
So, okay, if you have that fatigue
and you don't want to track it, fine.
But that doesn't mean that you just stop doing it.
You're still going to, you know,
you still want to think of it as the big picture.
This is not just seven weeks off, eight weeks off,
and then I don't have to think about it.
Because you're not going to do that in real life.
When you're done following the 91 day program
and you're ready to just live your life,
you're not just going to stop that.
you're not going to stop those things because you're no longer following along. So that's,
the summer is the same. You don't just stop doing those things and have been holding pattern.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, right? And that's sort of about like, maybe you use the app differently.
Maybe you know, whatever. But I get also what you're saying like, because with a 91 day
tracking, making sure we're doing all the things all the time and maximizing whatever, I can see wanted
to take a break from that, which is why our live lighter summer club has got a different vibe to it.
Like we're ready to kind of like move on to the next and kind of like celebrate.
and enjoy and live and all those things throughout the summer.
If you're part of our summer club, which is included in the membership,
you'll notice that it is less arduous or taskus, for lack of a better word.
It's just going, how's your day going, how you're feeling, how we're showing up,
lots of great tips for this and great tips for that.
It's kind of like taking a course.
If you are kind of viewing the 91 day live session as a course,
it could be like summer break, right?
I think summer break, but I also think if anybody remembers summer school,
summer school was always a little bit like okay I have to open up my computer today and take my summer
course it's a little bit easier I'm going to still be learning and doing and checking in and having
discussion but I'm going to be doing it in my bathing suit and on my back porch so it's a little bit
less structure I mean it's still you know part of your course it's just maybe a bit of a lighter
course load so you're not going to come away with nothing but you are certainly not going to
feel like there's an exam at the end. Yeah, I had to do, I had to do grade 10 fucking math because
I failed grade 10. I hate math. I'm dyslexic in math and numbers. That's just probably why.
But gosh, summer school was fine because it was hosted at a different high school than when I went to.
And I remember we just kind of hang outside the whole time. And the teacher was like,
yeah, whatever. True. And now summer school even online, it's even, you know, it's asynchronous
online. You kind of log in when you want. You don't log in when you don't want to.
but you still are accountable to what needs to get done.
So Summer Club is going to be like that.
You come, you show up, you know what you need to do.
You're so accountable for that check-in and for, you know,
doing the things that are still important.
But, I mean, you can do it on a bit of a looser timeline with a little bit less structure.
Yeah.
And then you'll know if you're failing your course.
You'll know.
You'll know.
You'll know.
I know you're going to be checking in all this week.
And then on Wednesday, we're actually going live at 9 a.m.
So we're going to be streaming in 9 a.m.
you, me, Kim, we're going to be wrapping up both groups. So this, this, this actual support group is
going to go on hiatus over the summer. Our summer club is going to be hosted over in our other group
where it's going to be there. And then we're going to have a new weight loss group for fall.
And then we're going to start up again right here in this group for the fall live session.
So taking a break in this group. So come Sunday, we're going to put it on pause. You'll be able to
find us over in summer club. Or if you are part of our.
just our Facebook support group, we're going to start up again in the fall.
Or if you're on our membership, then that you can choose which program you want to do in the app.
So you'll be able to join the fall maintenance session, the live session within the app.
So everything will be able to be done in the app.
Anything else you want to add?
I don't think so.
I think over the course of the summer is a great time to keep practicing personalizing the plan,
you know, for all of our members.
Really leaning into that, taking action, having those learning experiences.
And that'll help figure out where you want to become September, you know, what the next part
of this journey for you looks like.
I also want to say the summer club is for everybody.
It's not for only our weight loss members.
It's for everybody because it is a more generalized conversation.
You know, we're there to support.
We're there to answer your questions.
We're there to have a bit more fun.
Yeah.
So it really is for everybody.
So if they are not on membership, they could still purchase just the summer.
club so they can just join us there and then come back here in the fall but if they're on membership
it'll just switch over and then they'll be in the summer club so okay um so someone's asking will there
be a Facebook group for the summer club there will be so we'll have another community group for them
and that link will be sent out i think just a couple days before or yeah so if you're part of our
membership that link will be sent out to you or if you have purchased the summer club then that link will be
sent to you as well yeah yeah we have a different
right yeah we had the summer club last year it was great you know you checked in i checked in kim checked in
we sometimes we're on the beach sometimes we were somewhere else um yeah so it was just a great
environment to everyone like you said just feel supported and to come in check in and it if it's also a great
way for routine you know if you're not someone that feels totally stable in that routine yet
you don't want to you're not ready to give up that routine you can still check in with us every
morning because we will you know there is something there every day you can check in that that's the
way you start your day you can still do that whether it's a live check in from one of us or even just
you know a new post that's come out something to think about something to talk about something to
do so it's a great way to also help just keep that routine going yeah safe place to continue to
work on your goals we're going to have new content we're going to have helpful tips we're still
going to be going live checking in we have some guest experts joining us
some of our residents, some new ones too.
And that's one of the things we're working on too for the maintenance group for the fall
session is just a lineup on expanding the conversation and guest experts too.
So we're going to be working hard on that all summer.
Just expanding that conversation, meeting you really where you are at, right, in your journey.
I don't want to, hi, Maryland, lurking here in maintenance from time to time.
Appreciate the extra content.
Yeah.
So this is where if you are a part of our membership, you can flip back.
and forth, you might not know that in the app. You're going to be able to go while we're running our
live sessions. You might not, let me try to find my app version here. Where is my app? Just toggle on at the top.
So if you go into where it says spring, summer here, well, obviously you're in the maintenance group.
You just hit the top button. So, you know, if I'm in maintenance, I just click on that. And then it
takes me the maintenance group. And then also will flip you back into the other spring summer program.
So you'll have that option throughout next year if you're part of our membership,
the fall, the winter, spring, all of that.
A lot of it is going to be some crossover content as well and some guests and whatnot.
So I'm looking forward.
We're working on changes.
Listen, I know Odette also has a survey going out.
So please fill it out.
Tell us what you like, what you love, what you don't like, what you want to see more of,
less stuff.
You know, if you want maybe you like these live conversations at a different time.
Maybe you want exercise.
Maybe you want more mindfulness.
this, please give us your feedback.
This whole program has been based on your feedback.
Even all of the research that Ruth did and the pillars of maintenance was based on talking
to our members.
And so I know you, I don't know when you're putting that out.
But if you can take time, fill that out.
Yeah, it's coming out on Thursday.
So we'll put it on Thursday.
And it really is.
So, yes, there are some questions that we want, you know, pretty specific answers to if you
have them.
Like, yeah.
You know, what about this and what about that?
But then there's a lot of space.
there for your comments, for your open feedback, for like you said, what you, what you loved
and maybe what you'd like to see improved on or changed a little bit. That's, that's there too,
because we want this to be about experience, right? We want to make sure, we want to make sure
that this is something that you are, it is a value to you, that it is an experience that you
want to have, that you want to be checking in, you want to be here. So that's, excuse me,
really what this survey is all about.
Okay, now we're procrastinating.
We've got to go.
No.
One word to sum up this group.
We'll be back on Wednesday with Ken.
Yeah, we'll be back on Wednesday, but one word to sum up this session in the maintenance group.
I think this, I think the word that's coming to me right now is awareness.
And Kathleen used that word.
Now I can't think of the context that she used it in this morning.
But you can't have something without self-awareness.
And I can't remember what that something is.
I think awareness is that word that we've been.
using so much this i feel like i have i know i've been catalyst a lot as well everything we do
is a catalyst for the next thing i think really awareness is the word that comes to mind and and having
kathleen say that this morning in that live i was like okay this is we've been manifesting this word
and she said it and it really stuck out to me so i love that well i know you're going to repost that
segment in the group too yes to download and listen when that's up as a podcast okay we got to go
thanks everyone for joining us i know we're going to see you wednesday so i
Goodbye. It's to see you later. 9 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. We'll see you then. Have a fantastic last week of the program. Remember to ask all the questions you need to be super clear. As if your first time in maintenance, you want to make sure you are super confident and personalizing the plan. Ask all the questions that you need before we wind this down on Sunday. Okay, Odette. Thanks. Thanks, everyone joining us live. Thanks, Odette. See you Wednesday.
