The Livy Method Podcast - Let's Normalize Gaining the Weight Back
Episode Date: July 15, 2026What if gaining weight back isn't failure, but part of the process? In the final live of the season, Gina Livy, Kim, and Odette get honest about the thing the diet industry won't say out loud. People ...regain weight, and what matters is having the tools and self-awareness to move forward without starting over every time. They share the story of a member who gained back 30 pounds through a brutal year and just hit her goal again, dig into why goal weight was never really a number, and explain why community might be the most underrated weight loss tool there is.This episode aligns with Day 87 of our Spring 2026 weight loss program. I'm going to be honest with you, this podcast is unapologetically a hot mess because that is what midlife feels like sometimes.
Why, though?
And how do we make it better?
Do we all just need facelifts and g-lp-1s?
I mean, let's talk about it.
No bullshit, no wellness wangery here because we're trying to make real change and change is hard.
But we're in this together.
Welcome to the Living Method podcast.
Hey there, before we get into our conversation today and no doubt it's going to be great, I want to remind
you that we have the most amazing weight loss program and maintenance program on the market
and our next live session for the fall is on sale right now. But if you don't want to wait until
the fall, you can sign up today by joining our membership. For more information, go to liby method.com.
Hello. Hi. We took away the intro. No intros anymore. We're done with intros. We don't
have enough time for intros. So we're going to get right into it. I miss the memo on the pink.
but I do have pink lipstick.
Pink lipstick.
Yeah.
Yeah, that looks really good.
How are you doing?
I'm excited about today.
I've been smiling all week.
I don't know, like, what it's about.
I think I'm excited about the guest experts, the new conversations.
I'm just loving the conversations.
I'm excited to celebrate and inspire.
I'm excited that, you know, it's always a vibe this time of the program last week.
People have been here.
They've been showing up, no matter how they feel, you know, with what's going on in this
I hope they're proud of themselves.
I'm excited for Summer Club.
I'm already excited for fall.
We've got some fun stuff planned.
I want to ask you, ladies, what is the word for this last live session?
Odette, of course, does the maintenance program, but very connected to what's going on in
weight loss.
And Kim obviously manages the weight loss program.
But what's your word?
What's your word?
Each session has a different vibe and a word that we give it.
What is it?
Oh, you just get to come right in with that, hey?
Yeah, and I don't fuck around. We only have like 25 minutes. Let's go. Yeah. So I'll go first. Kim, you can think about it. So, um, and I'll ask, I'll ask the members who are watching and joining us live as well. What's, what's your work? We did this in maintenance and, and there was some amazing responses. We asked our members as well. So the word I gave to maintenance was, um, awareness. I feel like that was the word that came up over and over again. If you can't have self-awareness, you can't make change because you don't know what to change. That actually came from Kathleen on my mind.
day. But we've been saying awareness. But I think for the way loss group, I think the word,
and you've been saying it, you know, this whole time too, is community. I feel like the engagement
has been super high. Our members are talking to us, but talking to each other. I think it's been,
yeah, it's been, that's the word. I would say community this round. Love that. Kim. Oh, that's a good
one. I think, um, I think for me,
I think it's, and maybe slightly attached to community is acceptance,
but it's more going like into acceptance of ourselves.
I'm seeing a lot of members who are really like, I'm frustrated.
I'm not where I want to be, but that's okay.
Yeah.
Is the vibe I'm getting from, you know, as in the past,
we've had some people that are, you know, they're frustrated and they're down on
themselves.
And I think I know part of it has been the conversations and we've had some great guest
expert conversation.
that have led towards this, but about I'm not where I want to be, but that's okay.
I can still love myself where I am right now.
And I think that's the big, so I think acceptance.
And I think it's an acceptance into the community too.
Like you see new members come in and they're a little shy of the community and they don't
really want to dig in.
And they're like, oh, I haven't made a comment before.
And we've seen a lot of people that have popped in this group that said they never have
before.
And I think so the acceptance goes both way.
They're accepting the community.
They're accepting that, you know what?
maybe I need to go outside myself and I need to be part of something bigger to support.
You know, it's similar to not that I'm comparing us to a religion, but what people look for
at churches, what people look for at, you know, social groups.
It's the same thing here.
You take a village.
You can't do this by yourself.
And it's accepting help from others.
But as much of that, it's looking at those people and seeing what they see in you.
And that helps you accept yourself, I think.
Well, we know when people work towards a goal with someone, whether it's a loved one,
or friends or community or like work environment, whatever it is, they tend to be more successful,
right? I think awareness and community and acceptance go hand in hand, right? Like awareness and
acceptance because you need to know where you are at to know what you need. And I think that's
the point that people are really getting. It's hard. What we're trying to do is hard because you've
been fucked over by the diet industry who told you it was just as easy as eat less exercise more.
You did that, you lost the weight.
And then it just created this really high set point that all the dieting in the world
isn't going to help you lose your weight in a way you can actually maintain and sustain.
We've all experienced it ourselves, right?
Losing weight only to gain some weight back, even with the liby method.
Right, Tony and I were working on an email going out to members about this.
Like, let's normalize people gaining weight back.
The living method helps you lose in a healthy way, which is going to make it easier for you to maintain and sustain.
The living method helps you to understand yourself, be self-aware.
So that gives you half a chance of not falling back into old habits.
What causes you to gain your weight back is falling back into the old, the familiar,
the habits that got you gaining that weight in the first place, right?
And life is hard.
So you can have lost your weight, and no doubt, we hear this all the time, right?
Well, you can have lost your weight, maintained it for years.
Then all of a sudden, something tragic happens in your life,
and you just fall back into what you did for 20 years.
and then all of a sudden you're gaining that weight back.
So it's more than just losing it in a healthy way.
It is losing it in a way where you are really self-aware.
And, you know, you have the tools and skills to be able to maintain and sustain.
We cannot, we have to normal.
I hate the word normalize because I feel like to speak overused.
But we need to normalize people gaining weight back.
And if you do gain weight back, you need to acquire the tools and the skills.
There's still shit for you to work on.
Mm-hmm.
Right.
What's her name? God, Kelly, Sweeney.
We're trying to, Kelly's watching.
I was thinking about her when you were saying that.
Yeah, we're going to try to get Kelly.
I don't know, Kelly, if we've reached out to her or not.
Kelly, we're talking about you.
So Kelly Sweeney, one of our more vocal members,
she went through a really hard time recently.
She gained, I think, back 30 pounds.
And then she did the spring, summer program,
and she just reached her goal weight again,
like yesterday or something, right?
Like let's like when she went through it was a lot.
I think her dad was in the hospital.
There was a lot of stress going on there.
She was in the hospital.
She had her own surgery and everything too.
That's right.
Yeah.
That's why I was so shocked when I saw her yesterday.
I was like Kelly, what happened?
It was like just to go from to see that like what she's been through in the past year,
how that affected her.
But just to see that that resilience that she has to, okay, I'm not feeling my best.
and I know what makes me feel my best.
And to get back to it, it was, yeah, it's an amazing that, that transformation not being
like this, but being like this is just an amazing example.
Like we've all been trying to lose weight for like some of us 40 years.
And that has not been a straight line up and it hasn't been a straight line down.
It's been a roller coaster.
And I think that's a example just in what she's gone through in the past couple of years of that
roller coaster. Yeah, I've been thinking a lot. Do you guys know George Stombolopoulos? I don't know how
his last name. I just saw him on Instagram yesterday. Yeah, yesterday. Right? With his like guru post about,
like it was really, yeah, it was really interesting. And he was talking about like, like, let's say there's
something that you want to do in a goal you might achieve. Let's say you want to read, you want to be 120
pounds. Well, you might not ever get to 120 pounds, but you're going to feel your best trying to get to
120 pounds, right? Like you're going to feel as best you can be. You can look as good as you can
look. Like you might not reach that goal, but along the way, like, you're doing everything you can
to get you close to that goal. You might get there and decide that's not actually your goal at all,
right? And it's really about, do we ever really get there? Is it ever really enough? Oh,
Dan, I'm going to ask you this because we have these conversations and maintenance all the time.
What's really interesting is that people in weight loss would be like, well, if the program works,
where's everybody in maintenance? We're like in the maintenance group having these conversations.
But now with our new membership, you actually have access to the maintenance group as well.
So if you want to go in there and take a look, the app connects directly into the maintenance group.
So you can go in there and check that out.
But that's the conversation that we have a lot of times in the maintenance group, you know,
that people, you know, they think they're good and then they decide to go back for more or they get in the
maintenance group and they are good, but they're still trying to see the scale.
move without even realizing it. It's a complicated conversation. It's a complicated conversation for sure.
And just to touch on what you said there about going back and forth in the weight loss members asking
where are these people in maintenance. Now with this membership, we are seeing these curious
weight loss members popping in and saying, oh, this is what this is all about. I didn't understand
that this was this whole other community here. This was this whole other conversation happening.
Not that they're ready to be part of it yet, but that it's there.
they're familiar, they know what it's all about.
Because maintenance can be this foreign thing.
Like, what does that even mean?
Like, what do you mean I have to,
don't I just keep doing the same thing over and over and over again to maintain my weight?
So just to say that, we're loving seeing those weight loss members come over and say,
have those aha moments.
And then, yeah, I think what you said there too about everything could be going great
until it's not, right?
So you could be going great, maintaining your weight.
And then you might change your mind and say, oh, I want to go for a little more.
or you might be, you know, going along in your maintenance journey, everything's going great,
and then something happens.
Something's triggering.
I think Kim used the word resilience earlier.
And I think that's what we're helping members in maintenance do is have that resilience,
have that belief that they don't have to start over, that they're able to just move on, move forward.
It's not a starting overpoint if those, you know, if you do find yourself slipping back a little bit.
So those are the tools, those are the skills that we're giving you so that that cycle doesn't have to continue.
Yeah, it's great conversations we're having in there. And I know I've said this before, but I didn't think we needed a maintenance program because we're trying to teach everything about maintenance.
You would just continue to personalize the plan. But boy, was I wrong. Boy, was I wrong. And so the maintenance program, although very similar to the same tweaks each week, because those are designed for a rhyme and a reason equally effective of helping your body. Just because you're done losing your weight doesn't mean that you are done helping your body be as healthy as possible.
doesn't mean that you're done being as in tune to those portions as you could be.
It doesn't mean that you're working through those issues and associations, right?
But it's based off of the research that Ruth Kane and her team at the University, Ottawa,
did and based on these pillars that she came up with.
So when she studied and talked to people who had maintained their weight for at least two years,
what were the commonalities between the people who were successful and the people who struggled?
The people who were successful, and 98% of people who follow through on the maintenance program
feel confident in their ability to maintain and sustain their weight because they believe that they
know what they need to know in order to be able to do that. A couple questions here. That's my question.
Don says, how do I know when I've lost enough? I know we've all had conversations with people.
It's never been a number. In all the conversations I've had with people about how did they know they were
done, it was never, ever, ever a number. It was just that they just knew that they felt great and they
were just done. Some of them tried for longer and then realized like, what am I doing?
Right? Like some of them even went into maintenance and were like they hit that number,
but they were still trying to see the scale move every day. And they were like,
why am I doing that? Just because it was like out of habit, right? Yeah. Goal weight is an interesting
thing because I don't think any, my opinion is that I don't think people really nail what their
goal weight is. They do one of two things. They either make a goal weight that's really small because
they think that's attainable and it'll be easier to get there or they make it really big so it's
motivational and then they end up feeling like a failure nobody really is and I think that's where
that question is what my goal weight should be is that we all know we do that we either set some
our goals too high or too low for ourselves depending on how motivated we feel or what we feel we're
capable of and you know all the you know the confidence and you know what you were talking about
yesterday about confidence and stuff.
I think that's a big piece of it is take the,
it's not the confidence about whether you can get there or not.
It's the confidence you're going to feel when you are there.
So when you get to your goal weight,
you're feeling that comfortable,
you're feeling confident.
Like I feel really good where I am right now.
You're not going to know when that's going to come ahead of time.
That's what's so hard about setting a weight loss goal.
You can set micro goals for yourself or you can set,
you know, like this is an idea that I have.
But I think one of the things we also have,
seen in the conversations and maintenance is that some people get a little too attached to that number
and are feeling amazing and feeling fantastic and they're not being flexible about that number
and getting locked into that. Like, why can't I stay at that number? And we do know that that's
going to be, it's, it's a range. It's not actually a number. And that range has more to do with how
you feel than what that number and the scale is. Such a good point. Your, like you're, just
have you have your set point that weight that you tend to hang around and we're trying to release the
fat and lower your set point, right? Maintenance is about helping your body adjust to that new weight,
but that's a range. And it's normal for your weight to fluctuate in maintenance, just like it's
normal to fluctuate when you are trying to lose weight as well. And then when you're just living
your life, so there's weight loss, there's maintenance and living your life. We're expecting that
you're maybe you're incorporating more bread back in. It doesn't cause you to gain weight, but your
body will retain water in order to process and digest and have your weight up, right? Sometimes people in
maintenance are like, well, I don't feel as good in maintenance as I felt in weight loss.
Well, because you're not trying to move the scale.
So you're not trying to maximize your efforts and move your body as much and try to get
sleep and manage your stuff.
A couple questions about if we join maintenance group, can we also access the weight loss
group too?
So the new maintenance program is only available through membership.
And so when you have the membership in maintenance through the app, yes, you can also
access the weight loss program as well.
I say that because we had people who bought into our old maintenance group who still have access to that.
So they follow along in the group, but they don't have access to the app and that membership is no longer available.
How long is the summer club program as my app counts it as an 11th round?
So it's its own kind of contained program because of the way the app is structured.
So we're not going to do day one, day two, day three, day four, but it runs about eight weeks.
so the entire length of the summer.
So after Sunday, you open up your app on Monday.
You're going to see all the new content that we're posting.
You can still track all your data is there.
You can ask AI.
You'll also have access to Summer Club Group,
which is where you're going to be able to connect with the community.
So that's going to run about eight weeks right to the day before,
I believe that the fall program starts.
So with the membership, everything's included, right?
$20 a month, you get everything.
You get use of the app, tracking, content, all of that, and of course, access to our community group.
And that's one of the things that we are really trying to, I don't want to say recreate or foster,
but the community group, rather than it sort of just be like Q&A, like a place for our members to actually connect.
So that's one of the things we're looking at changing in the fall as well, just making more community base.
So that's how that's going to work.
Anything you guys want to add about that, then maybe I'm forgetting?
Maybe just if you, if you're in the maintenance group because it is part of the,
because it is part of the membership, you do, people ask all the time, do I have access to the guest expert conversations?
You don't have them through the maintenance Facebook group.
You can, two options.
One is Odette does store them in a guide in the app after the fact we have the recordings done.
Just Odette, she stores them in a guide.
She's an app wizard.
She just stores them in a guide.
Yeah.
So if you're in maintenance, you have access to all of those.
in the app. Yes. You have access. Yeah. So if you choose not to be part of the weight loss
Facebook community, you can watch them after the fact. If you want to watch them live,
you'll, with your membership, you have access to everything as well. Yeah. I mean,
you don't need face. You won't need Facebook to follow along. Most people are not. Like,
we have 25,000 people following this program and only 15,000 in the actual Facebook support group.
So now I think it's like seven. People are like, I have my app's good. I'm fine.
Yeah. People love the app.
One of the things that we're working on, I just had a meeting with the app team yesterday, and they're like, what do you want to do next after they get them, they're working on fixing all the graphs. Those will be done that we're going to work on the measurement part. And then from there, we're going to add like in-app community where you're actually going to be able to comment on the post, connect with other members in the actual app itself.
Though I love Facebook. I love opening up Facebook every day to see what my mom's up to or my family's up to. So, you know, it's pretty easy to do that.
What's the name of the summer club?
The summer club, it's summer club.
So I think what people are looking for is they're trying to find it in Facebook so they can ask to join because normally that's how we run the Facebook group.
So I think that's a bit of a question is how do I, how do I get in there?
We're going to send you links.
So we're going to send you links.
If you're part of the summer club, part of our membership, or you can also purchase the summer club individually.
So we're going to send you links for all of that.
Everything you need to know.
So if you're on our membership, your app will work day 91.
you complete the spring summer program and it just roll you right into summer club.
Now, if you're also on our membership and let's say you're watching this today, but you're on
day like 40 of the program, you can also choose to stay in the live session and then finish out the
spring program, right?
And you will have access to the spring content and also the summer club content.
I'm asking if she contacts support, if she wants to switch to a membership.
I think that's a really good point.
If you have purchased the single purchase fall program and didn't purchase the membership when you joined here,
you can reach out to our customer service and they will set you up so you can get in on that membership deal as well.
Yeah.
The single purchase.
Yeah.
I mean, our membership is, you know, you know what was really interesting about Kathleen Cameron.
I think that I've gotten really kind of like, I have this like remod's program and it works and like, you know, it's body friendly.
and you should try it.
I mean, I used to show out this program from the rooftops.
And Kathleen Cameron really, a couple of things.
At the beginning of this program, I had an opportunity at one of the, it was a show downtown
where I was doing a talk.
And I had an opportunity to meet some of our members.
And it just reminded me the people doing the program.
The program really works.
Like, it fucking works, right?
Like, we want this so bad for you.
We are, we just, like, we spend all of our time figuring out how to help you reach your goals.
And we know the living method works for.
for healthy, sustainable weight loss.
It's just so different than what other programs focus on.
And I had an opportunity to meet the members.
And I was like, you know what?
Like, I really need to like, I think through the way that we've had to advertise the program
because there's a lot of limitations when, and we got into trying to advertise
and get the word out there.
It used to be all word of mouth.
And then we thought, oh, okay, let's blow it up and advertise.
But there's a lot of restrictions on how you can advertise weight loss.
And we tried to be kind of like savvy about that.
But I think the messaging got lost.
You want to lose weight?
Living Method helps you.
You want to lose weight you can maintain.
Living Method is the program for that.
And so I really want to get into and shout that from the rooftops.
And the same with the membership.
It's $20 a month and everything is included.
When you guys posted the, when I saw the post on all of the guest expert conversations,
I was like, oh my God.
Like you look at other programs out there.
They'll cost you $200 a month.
and the person goes live once.
People pay 200 for one live with some people.
That's what I'm saying.
And I think we've just kind of normalized all of this for that price.
And when I hear people say, oh, I'm nervous to go on my own,
but I should be able to do it.
I'm like, it's $20 fucking dollars.
Like, you know, lobster roll.
That's what I'm going to call this program.
Lobster roll.
I might be confusing for people when they sign up.
I would assume I'm going to be getting some lobster rolls out of it.
I might be a little disappointed.
I just love it all so much.
And it's so great and something can feel good about,
but for less than a lobster role.
And I had six of them when I was in PEI.
You can follow along the program.
The app alone,
just to use the app,
have all your data.
The AI is worth that.
Like that's the value.
And then we have this amazing community, you know?
So yes,
if you want to switch.
But my point is I'm going to be more bold
about telling people two things.
Sign up for the membership.
It's insane.
It's $20 a month.
That's like,
where do you get anything for $20 a month anymore?
And two, do the fucking maintenance program.
That's the other thing.
I've been really mousy about that way, you know,
do the fucking maintenance program.
Protect your progress.
Protect your progress.
Do the maintenance program.
We even have people do the maintenance program.
They think it's fluff stuff.
And then they're like, oh, shit.
I should have, you know, and then they go back and they're like, okay, I'm in it.
Right.
So.
Yeah, I think that's a huge point because that's the area where,
I personally feel very let down by the weight loss industry over the past years is that that's always been.
It's been 12 week pro program. It's been this. Like I'm either a lifetime member somewhere or a life,
like a lifetime and I have to maintain a certain weight in order to maintain that status.
Or I'm paying and then it's over and everything drops the support. You feel like the world has dropped out from underneath you.
Yeah.
you finish the weight loss program because you don't know what to do next.
And I think that it's like with this, we have built that up because we know that we've all experienced
that.
That's where this is here.
That's why you are offering this because we all know that that's the situation.
That's the case.
And a lot of people think that they should be done when it's done.
Okay, I've lost my weight.
I should be fine because that's what we've been taught.
and there's no shame in needing that support.
It's like, you know, it's like when people, like when your kids, when they move out,
you don't just kick them out of the nest and you never see them again.
They're like, I'm still calling my mom and asking her for stuff, right?
You don't just drop that.
Then we have that sort of that community is there to support you.
It's like a family that's going to continue to support you.
We're not just going to like, okay, you're done.
You lost your weight.
Like, bye, Kelly.
You hit your goal.
See you.
You can fuck out, bitch.
This is why community is so important.
And I don't know if it's something.
This is kind of my next motivation.
Like I knew weight loss.
Okay, we did that, the program's gate.
But my next thing is, like, I think it's women and its community and its connection.
I want to work on that third space.
Maybe call it the Live Lighter.
I don't know.
Like, once you've lost your weight or you're done maintaining or still in the midst of both,
lifestyle is such a big part of that.
And I think there's so many conversations still to be had.
And the way that you have gone about losing your weight with the living method is
so huge. Like, it's going to enable you to do anything in your life. You didn't just starve yourself
to lose the weight. You did some serious work, right? And that's why with my new book coming out,
which is so crazy, but we're going to do across Canada tour. We're going to do some,
we're going to do some meet and pop-ups. I don't want to say meet and greet. I mean, for the
community to meet up. We're going to do some walks. We're going to maybe hook up with Good Life,
YMCA, do some classes. We're going to, who knows, maybe we'll get together and do some art classes.
I don't know, but let's bring that community together.
And that's one of the things I want to focus on.
Here's a question from Diana.
I purchased the maintenance program in advance.
So that was the maintenance group as it was.
So we did a like a pay one price get in.
That's before it evolved to what it is now and the support that you get, the app and all of that.
So she's like, okay, now I'm on the membership.
Did I pay twice?
No.
So that will give you access to that maintenance group forever for as long as you need.
We're not selling. Also, if anyone's like, I want that, you can't get that.
So we're not selling that anymore.
I mean, some people picked it up for $30.
They have ongoing access in the maintenance group.
That is no longer available.
That was when we didn't think we need.
That was like, oh, we're just going to do a maintenance group to support people.
And so now we have the app and everything that goes along with it.
So when you're done, your membership, for example, you can maintain access to that maintenance group for as long as you need it.
And like we've had people now maintaining their weight for over four, four years.
years and they will pop in and now depending what's going on in their life they're like oh my god
i got this going on i want to come in and be reminded of the things that they need to do in order to lose
your weight so i would still hold on like hold on to that that is like not that's definitely not a loss
that's like a massive win if you're able to purchase that but that's access to the support group
which is where we are running those programs as well you just don't get the app and all of all of the
bells and whistles that go along with that um for the speak of time what do you want to add
I'm just going to say, yeah, we have people, like you said, that have been maintaining for four years, five years since the inception, longer even, since the inception of this group.
Yeah.
And they, like you said, they'll be out living their lives, having a great time. Something will happen. They're like, I just need to feel supported. I just need to vent.
Yeah, yeah. I just need some clarity on something. I just need, you know, to come back and connect. And that's what that ongoing access to that group is going to give you.
So you can be like, everything is fine until it isn't, right?
So I think that's, you want to hold on to that.
And then with the membership, you just have that leveled up access, that leveled up experience.
So that's where the two are just a little bit different.
It's so funny because I used to say you shouldn't need a lifetime membership for weight loss.
And I think that still bodes true, like, you know, when you're just counting and weighing and measuring calories.
But I think, you know, a membership to community to like, I think that, you know, I'm starting to change.
my mind. And I think it's not, it's not necessarily the lifetime membership to weight loss.
It's the lifetime membership to protecting this lifestyle, protecting this wellness that you've created.
You don't, you know, you don't say that you don't go to your doctor. And he's like, you're good.
You're like, okay, I'm never coming back here ever again. No, and it's the same. Like, okay, like,
I'm maintaining my weight. Everything's going well. But once in a while, I might need to check in.
I might need tips on how to navigate my holiday season.
I might be tips to navigate my vacation.
So that's what it is.
It's about a lifetime membership to your own life,
to your own lifestyle,
to your own wellness.
That's what it really is.
Weight loss is where it started,
but this is what the continued access is for.
That continued support is for.
Ladies, I got to go.
I feel Tony lurking.
I got to run down to Indigo.
Someone's asking about tour date.
So I'm actually running down to Indigo right now.
I have a meeting to discuss our cross.
Canada tour, which I cannot wait for. So I'm going to give you dates on all of that.
I'm going to jet. You guys stay. Is there any questions that kind of people had that you want to
go over, anything like that? I'm going to leave you with that because I literally have to run.
I'm going to go. Thanks everyone for joining live listening after the fact I'm going to jet,
but you guys can take it away. Bye, ladies. Bye. Bye. Bye. Yeah, I mean, I think we want to talk
about the summer club a little bit. I know we didn't really talk about that that much. So I think,
Kim, what I want to say, but the summer club is that it is for everybody. So it's those weight loss
members. It's those maintenance members. Everybody can join there. It's not a program proper that
we're following. It's more of a community, a support group, a check in and use us if you need to,
but you don't have to feel like it's something that you have to complete. It's not, we're not
running a program necessarily, but it is a support group, a community group, that sort of thing.
And to the point of will there be a group, there will be a group, and everyone will have access
and we'll let everybody know how to join that. So they're in ready to go on July 20th.
Yeah, and I think just for those members that joined us last summer, the difference with this summer
and last summer is now we have that added access to the app. For everything, we will have AI, we'll have
our questions. We're going to have the content, the summer club content in the app.
I think one of the things to your point, what you just said about don't feel like this is something
that you have to finish or complete or put pressure on yourself. One of the things about the
summer club that I would love members to take away with them is that it's kind of, especially
for weight loss members, maintenance members, you probably know you've either done it already or you've
been through it. But for weight loss members, specifically those that haven't been through a summer
is it's a little bit, it's definitely lighter.
There's a reason it's called the Live Lighter Summer Club.
It's lighter.
It's not as heavy and focused.
It's more conversational and it's a little bit more fun and it kind of gets you thinking about
some of the things that are going to pop up maybe when you're done your weight loss journey.
Things that'll come along.
We'll talk about things like navigating barbecues and drink cocktails on the patio and all of that.
And yeah, it's just a nice little supportive place for people to be.
when they're feeling a little bit like the summer might be a long break until the fall group comes.
Yeah, we want you to summer.
We want you to have, I mean, the summer season is so short, right?
I mean, some days when it's 47 degrees, it can feel like it's so long.
But the summer season is so short.
We want you to enjoy it.
And I remember a conversation we had a long time ago.
I know in the interest of time, we don't want to take too long here.
We had a conversation, or Gina did, I think, was Kyle.
I don't know if it was last group or maybe it was last year at this time about
the summer just brings this feeling of lightness.
We want to be looser.
We want to be less structured.
But that doesn't mean that we don't want to make choices that align with our goals.
We don't want to continue to feel our best.
So this is the place where you're going to, we're going to encourage that.
We're encourage you to feel a little bit looser, a little bit lighter, but still keep your goals and the way you want to feel, you know, in the forefront.
Still make those memories.
Still have a great time.
but not, you know, revert to everything that you were doing before that didn't align.
Exactly.
Yeah.
And on that note, I think what, we're going to roll into the summer now and the next time we see
everybody will actually be in the summer club?
Yeah, the summer club.
You'll be checking in.
I'll be checking in.
We might have a few times.
We do have some surprise check-ins.
Yeah, it's going to be a great time.
It's going to be a great time.
Everyone's going to feel supported.
And we're going to have some fun along the way.
Yeah.
Any final last words for all.
all of our members as we, you know, wrap up the spring 2026 program?
I just think thank yourself.
You know, we get, we get, as a team, we get so many thank yous from our members.
Thank you for everything that we provide.
Thank you for the encouragement.
Thank you for the holding space.
I think members need to thank themselves.
I think they need to thank themselves for showing up for allowing themselves the opportunity
to make change.
I think for allowing themselves to have an open mind because this can feel really different.
that they have allowed themselves to do that.
So thank themselves, even if every day didn't feel like a win.
You know, they committed to this.
And thank yourself.
Be grateful to yourself for doing this.
Yeah.
And I think mine is I just want to thank everyone for being here for joining us,
for putting your trust in us, and for putting up with Odette and I for the last 91 days.
91 days, the next eight weeks and the next 91 days, we're here for it.
Yeah.
Okay.
Thanks.
Bye, guys.
Thank you.
