Let me see it this connects because I just went live over on Facebook for my morning live.
And apparently there is a big sort of, what is it, a Wi-Fi streaming service?
AWS.
I don't even know what that is.
The cloud, something, Amazon is off, Facebook is off.
So I thought I would go live here.
because it is day 43 of the program. We're rolling into week six. We are halfway done and we're
going to talk about it. So we are doing our last round of downsizing this week. Okay, we're going to
really double down on asking those four sets of mindful eating questions, right? If you got any
questions about that, make sure you let us know. We started with this tweak because this is the one that
most resembles a diet and brings up all the fields, food waste issues, food scarcity issues, fear of being
hungry for weeks we ate all that healthy nutrient rich food dissatisfaction and we are back to
feeling slightly unsatisfied remember this is all about one day you are going to reach your goals
and you've got to be able to trust when to eat i'm actually hungry now versus habit versus
being triggered versus being like dealing and coping right and using food for that um what to
knowing I want a steak I need some protein I need some leafy greens I want some fruit and more
importantly be able to trust how much you need to eat knowing the exact moment where if you take
a few more bites are going to be walking away feeling overly full so six weeks in six weeks left
how are you feeling it is normal to be like oh my goodness is this working is this not working
it is normal to feel frustrated because it is taking so long but you knew you signed
up for a 91 day program. You knew you signed up for a 91 day program. So no matter how you were
feeling, you feel like you blown it or you feel like a freaking rock star, take a minute today and be
really proud of the fact that you are still here. You are still here. It is no easy fee for sure.
I mean, listen, even though you know you signed up for the 91 days, it's so easy to be taken back
by what's going on in your life. Maybe some things have popped up that are unexpected to be taken
back by some of the thoughts and the feelings that you are having as well. Remember your thoughts and
feels are giving you insight into the things that you need to work on. It's not doing all of the
things. It's knowing the things that you need to focus on at the end of the day. So it's a great
time to take a minute and be like, okay. Deep breath. How am I doing? How am I feeling?
I've made it halfway through this weight loss program that I signed up for.
How are you feeling about the way you've been showing up for yourself?
Right?
Do you feel like you could be doing more, should be doing more?
Why aren't you doing more?
Maybe there's good reason.
Maybe you're dealing with something in your life that needs your time and attention.
So just taking a minute to recognize that and be like, oh, like, you know what?
Okay, I would like to be doing more, but this is the best I can be doing right now.
and doing something is better than doing nothing.
It's also a great time to take a look at your why.
I saw someone in the group talking about how they were concerned about their longevity,
being able to stick around long enough because they're feeling bored with the food.
And so that's not it, right?
Because you in a sense, want to be bored with food.
It doesn't mean that you can't enjoy food.
And the whole point is to lose your weight in a way that you get to enjoy all the yummy bites of bits of bits that life has to offer.
but for the most part you need food to survive and you can't always be entertained or need to be
entertained by your food every day so if you are feeling a little bit bored great because we're
going to be making changes to the food plan that'll keep things a little exciting for you
but maybe you know search out some great some great cookbooks or follow some people that inspire you
or check out some of the recipes right look to be inspired by food or maybe it's not the food that
you want to indulge in. It's the creating the food, the smelling of the food, the eating of
the food, the being surrounded by friends and family. Maybe it's other areas in your life that you
are looking for excitement or looking to indulge in, right? So you can't always be motivated
every day. You're not going to be motivated every day to show up and do the things that you need
to do, right? So struggling emotionally. So I've been grateful for the program as that's the consistent,
reliable friend one front in front of the other the living method is the method it's the system
that's going to get you there then you have everything else that's going on in your life and then you
have all the thoughts and feels that are popping up all those issues and associations around food how you
how you your relationship with food how you utilize food all of that right so the longevity piece there is
like okay well i'm getting bored with the food so i'm not sure i'm going to stick around
but okay yes look for ways to make the food more inviting maybe more exciting but that's not it either
the longevity part that's a bigger piece maybe it's your why right at six weeks in is a good time
to assess why six weeks into following this program why are you following it right and the why that
got you to click sign up might be a different why than the why that's going to get you across that
finish line and actually keeping you in it long enough to
reach your goals the living method 91 days but it's no different than any other program we just
structure it in a way that you can more personalize the program but you want to start it and then
keep following it right until you reach your goals keeping in mind that the whole point along the way
is to acquire the tools and the skills that you need and lose your weight in a way that you're going
to be actually able to maintain so these thoughts and feels they keep popping up they're all part
of that there's no way around now right so it's a matter walking right through that and so to
Lisa's point, I'm struggling, not going anywhere. So this is where you want to be like,
okay, so that's two people who have brought up struggling. It's a tough time a year. I just,
it's a tough time of year. I went for a walk. I have two of my girls here with me. And they're like
22 and 19, they're in 20, 20. God, 22 and 20. And my one daughter was really struggling all day.
She was like, I'm anxious. And I were like, okay, what are you anxious about? And, and just,
really anxious about everything to the point by the end of the day she was just breaking down and
crying and we're like let's go for a walk let's go for a walk and as we were walking we're like okay
go tell us all the things that you're anxious and feeling ways and and she named everything right so
she got up late late that morning she was go to see a friend she was like i felt feels about that she had to
go driving it was raining it's like the weather is changing her dad is dead she's nervous about
at school. She doesn't know what she's going to do for a life. Like, it was just all of this stuff.
And I was like, okay, let's just like, now that you got that out, what's the word struggling?
And we're like, with what? What is it? Right. So if you can define or break it down into something,
like let it all out and then break it down into something more manageable, what are you struggling with?
So you can really like resonate it and be like, holy shit, this is a big thing that I'm dealing with.
Oh, this is just a bunch of things leading up.
Or, oh, this time of year, I struggle because of this.
Just like really, rather than trying to push it away, push it down or avoid it,
just kind of go right into it and be like, what is going on with me?
Not what's wrong with me.
What's going on with me?
And this is where, and I know that I said this a million times,
I have the opportunity to meet so many of our members just this weekend at the menopause show.
And they're like, oh, guys signed up and this program is great.
and this time having a hard time and I just suck and I need a kick in the ass and I'm like no let's talk
about what's going on with you and there's always something right whether it's kids aging parents
like there's there's always something bigger than you going on with you because they're just
so used to all I'm fine I'll deal with it I'll deal with it rather than actually being like okay
this is kind of big what do I need right now and so this is where weight loss can seem very
trivial. Like when you got big things going on your life, are you really seriously trying to lose
weight? Yeah, because you probably feel like shit. And losing weight is more than just fitting your
ass into your jeans. And this is where your Y might need to change. Maybe it was to fit your ass into
your jeans because you got some good genes that you're not ready to give up and you would just love
to get back there. But maybe your why right now needs to be like, I'm going to continue to focus on
myself, focus on managing my stress, trying to get better sleep, trying to,
just eat healthier so that I can make it through this season of my life. So I can better deal with
this. So this is where you might want to look at that why. If you're not feeling motivated,
chances are it's your why, your why for showing up every day to make sure you're continuing to
eat good nutrient rich food. You got to eat anyway. Got to eat anyway, right? So this is a great
time to assess your situation. Some of you were talking about Facebook. So I am going
live on Instagram today because I love you guys. I can't go without you every morning.
And also because Facebook is down. So there is a big, I guess the servers, the cloud servers that
Amazon, even Starbucks this morning. We couldn't order Starbucks this morning. I know. End of the
world. But a lot is going on. It's not actually affecting our website with Tony and I are pretty
excited about because we're having our big mass of sale today. So people are able to go to our
website, they're able to sign up, take advantage of that $75 deal. If that's not insane enough,
we're offering our $65 subscription service. $65 includes all of the first four months, $20 after.
It's an insanely good deal. So we are really excited. Tony and I are like, wait, because there's
been times, you know, where we've crashed, our website has crashed. There was like major things
going on in the world. There's always something going on whenever we do our big sale. So this morning
we're like, whew, oh my gosh.
I was like going to get out of bed.
I'm like, can I get out of bed?
Is everything okay?
And then, of course, are alive.
I must have talked for about 10 minutes before I caught onto the fact that I wasn't actually
going live anywhere.
Losing weight and feeling healthy is a good win while everything else is a dumpster fire.
Yes.
Yes.
You know, the living method, with having to focus on all the things you need to focus on,
it makes you stay focused and take time for yourself at the very least right as long as you're not
putting pressure on yourself to do like all of the things it's just doing it's doing the right things
first world problems i know right no starbucks oh we got the Starbucks but we had to actually go into
the store and order it ah um yeah first world problems for sure all of this we're lucky enough
for all of us probably listening right now it's it's first world problems at the end of the day
Sometimes we just need to take a minute and put things into perspective, right?
For sure.
Thanks for going on Instagram.
I'm not on Facebook.
This is great.
So I was also planning on going live tonight.
So hopefully Facebook or figure their shit out.
So I was going to go live.
If you are on Facebook at 7 o'clock tonight, I was like, let's do a Monday night live.
So if you are around and you want to join me then, I'm going to go live tonight.
But yeah, I should jump on.
I'm not seeing much on the scale, but totally losing inches.
I recommend measuring yourself.
Yeah. So what you're going to, you're going to notice the scale of move or your body will change.
Two kind of won't happen at the same time because when you're losing weight in a healthy way,
it comes off like it layers as opposed to pockets or a lot in certain areas that you might have experienced before when you do like more deprivation style diets.
And then with because you're giving your body good nutrient rich foods, your body's repairing and rebuilding, regenerating and rejuvenating and actually making real change.
And so that's where you will notice that your body is changing and dropping dress sizes
without the scale actually moving either.
Where you might not have experienced that in other diets, that's the difference between fat
loss and weight loss, weight loss being like, yes, fat, water weight, muscle, all of that,
healthy fat loss, it just hits different.
So I highly suggest too that you do your measurements as well.
We're actually working on a place to add that into our new app.
So there's going to be a new app for January.
So it's actually the same, like the same app.
You won't have to upload a new app,
but you'll definitely have to update your app.
It's on a different,
it's actually going to be hosted on the same server that's down today.
But it's supposed to be more reliable.
And we've redone the whole app.
And of course,
we're adding all sorts of bells and whistles and especially the AI in it as well.
But we're looking to add a part where you can do your measurements in there.
working from home today. That's great. Love that. Why do I always feel like having a drink when
you're on the 7 p.m. live? Me too, because I used to actually drink on the 7 p.m.
I used to actually drink on the good old days. I mean, I want to get back to that again.
I had a bit of a situation with my menopause symptoms that drinking, especially my red wine of
choice, is doesn't serve me well these days. I just get so bloated.
on it man i love it so my daughter made this amazing um she made uh ox tail last night and so i had drank
wine over the thanksgiving long weekend and so i thought i drank all of our wine we were done
and then yesterday there was this bottle of like Wayne gretsky wine and i was like it was like
it was like what or was it must have been a cab something um Wayne gretsky wine and i was like
what where did this come from and i was like oh Tony must have bought this but it's told it's not on brand for us to
buy that brand and then i guess my daughter had bought it to make this stewed like ox tail that she was
making and she's like mom do you have one any extra wine i was like yeah no yeah no yeah no yeah okay so you know
you know you know you know i had it so i'm feeling a little bit away so it's only a glass but
makes me feel so bloated the red wine anyway enough about me and the red wine i am going
live tonight regardless and you were welcome to have a drink while we are going live
Gene, have you tried any of the alcohol-free stuff?
My sister loves the upside-down drinks.
So there was a, I did completely cut out all drinking for like 12 weeks, not too long ago.
And in the last year and a bit, there's been all sorts of these new companies that are alcohol-free.
I find that they're really high in sugar.
So if you know any good ones that are, and that's the thing about mocktails too, I find
mocktails are always really higher and I'm just not into like that sweetness.
So if you know any good ones, let me.
me know. Same red wine doesn't like me anymore. It makes me sad. It makes me bloated and I can feel
my whole body puffy. It takes me about a week to calm down my eyes. You can see these bags under my
eyes or like from the from red wine. I normally don't have those every time I drink red wine.
This was only a glass. And same thing. I feel a little depressed too. It's this it's this same
weird feeling and it happens and I always think I can get away with it. And then, and I always think I can get away
with it and then yeah i get hit by that that feeling it wasn't so bad uh what is that basque basque sangria
is nice no sugar okay good to know good to know p c president's choice has a great mocktail line all right
all right i'm gonna i'm gonna look in i'm gonna look into this i prefer to indulge in food rather than booze
hi helen right i hear you uh doctor suggested no red wine is giving you leg cramps not an option but magnesium
night is helping yes okay so let's talk about our guest this week speaking of so dr lincoln
trejo is going to join us tomorrow one of my favorite conversations always is talking about
hormones and weight loss with her and i'm not just talking menopause sex hormones we're
talking about all the hormones involved in your body that factor into weight loss and there's a lot
of them and there's a lot you're already doing just by following the the living method in general
we're going to talk about cortisol what is the deal with that it's not everyone's like
extreming on cortisol these days. The problem is not cortisol. Your body, you need cortisol.
Cortisol is a good thing. It's normal for your cortisol to rise. The problem is you also need it
to fall back down again. So it's not really the cortisol. It's chronic levels of stress without
coming down from that stress. We're going to talk about why that factors into your weight.
And everyone talking about insulin. Obviously, everyone's talking about insulin resistance, which is great
that everyone's talking about it. But you know, like what's going on there. There are so many of
people are concerned about eating more often in the day because you're told that jacks up your
insulin levels, but it really comes down to the kinds of foods that you are eating are really
important. We're talking about your hunger hormones. We talk a lot about set point how your
body kind of adjust around a certain weight. And this is where it's factoring in your fat
reserves, body temperature, blood flow, hormones, homeostasis. And what we don't talk about
is how your hunger hormones get factored into that. So a lot of times we're feeding in.
into the amount of food we are used to consuming rather than the amount of food we actually
need. There is a new thing we're talking about now, which is leptin resistance, just like insulin
resistance where you eat and eat and eat and you don't ever seem to really feel full or that
signal that lets you know when you've had enough is kind of kicking in, which is a whole thing,
which is really interesting. So we're going to talk to Dr. Lincoln. I love her because she has a way
breaking hormones down in a way you can understand because you you can't balance your hormones
your hormones are always in flux so it's all it's all about understanding how your body works and how
you can help your body work its best and that's what it's about so a really great informative
conversation so that's going to be on tuesday and thursday and then sandy van is a world-renowned
obesity medicine expert um she's going to be joining us tomorrow to talk about gil
P1s, weight loss medications. If you are taking them and doing the program, anything that you
need to know about that, maybe you are considering them. And again, I don't sell them. I'm not pushing
them anything like that. But we do have people who are using weight loss medications, which can be
a game changer, but it doesn't do any of the work for you. Doesn't help you work through the
frustrations, the issues, the associations. It doesn't help you when you cope with food. Doesn't
help you work through any of that. It doesn't help you learn or acquire the skills and tools that
you need to be actually able to not just lose your weight, but be able to maintain and sustain it
in the end. So it can help. But it is not having an unfair advantage is definitely not the easy
way out either. So everyone taking weight loss medications are welcome in the living method.
We want it to be a safe place for you to ask questions and follow along. So whether you were
taking JLP ones or not, the work is the same. And that this, the work that we do in the living
method, it's, it's just as inconvenient for people to follow the food plan, right? It's just as hard
for people to not, you know, eat at night, especially if they've had a stressful day. So Sandy Van
is going to join us and share some tips and info with us. Let's hear from our sponsor today.
It's bomb us. It's a feel-good company. My goodness, fall is here. Kids are back to school,
vacations. Let's not even talk about that. But I'm still out golfing and my Bambas socks there with me
every round because they're so comfortable. It's like walking on pillows. And they actually look good
too. Comfort and style. All in one. Love that. Bombas has all the fall essentials. They have
socks, teas, underwear, even slippers. Their marina wool and sweat wicking socks. Perfect for cooler days
or workouts. And those slippers, oh my goodness, with their Sherpa lines.

Yes.
Love that.
So Alyssa is our new guest expert.
She's a dietitian that we've added to the program.
She is also, if you're looking to be inspired with meals,
you should check out her Instagram account.
healthy you underscore dietitian.
Thanks for having her last week.
The team approach with the Livy Method and meds have been a game changer.
Yes, and of course the CBT,
our Dr. Beverly David clinical psychologist joins us.
If you're just watching this and you don't know nothing about the program,
so we are the Livy Method and I show up every day and help guide you through the program.
We go live.
We talk about sort of where we're at and some of the things that are,
are coming up that we need to address and work through I answer some of the questions that
people have but it's not just me we have a whole team so for example um obesity medicine
specialist dr sandy van dr sean wharton oh my gosh he's going to be joining us clinical
psychologists um learning strategist because it's about unlearning and relearning and learning new
things and making change um menopause specialist actual MDs doctors
natural pathic doctors of course um we are very science backed very science backed we are not like um
vilifying food we don't use diet dialogue we're just really helping you make the changes that you
need to make in your life to see change and then be able to sustain and maintain your change so
the thing about the living method it's weight loss yes but that's kind of just the gateway once
people get into it it's so much more than just a diet they start talking about lifestyle and
and making the changes that they need to just look,
but more importantly, feel their best.
And our focus is really on doing that
in a way that you can maintain and sustain.
Sign up for the subscription program.
We'll give it a try.
Hi, I love your handle, spring weather.
We need that right now.
It's so dark and gloomy outside.
So we are having our big one-day sale today.
It is $75 for our next live session.
So that starts in January.
If you sign up today, you can get started with our jumpstart program.
It will give you access.
access to our Facebook support group for January. You won't get the app until January because we're
introducing a new app that we're really excited about. But it's an ridiculously amazing deal.
It's insane. Once you get in there, you'll be like, holy shit. This is pretty amazing. And then we're
also offering a subscription service, which is also, it's more insane. So it's $65. You get the first
four months, which includes a January program and then and support in between. So that's the
subscription service. You get ongoing access to our app.
all the information, the AI, any support groups that pop up, like our summer club and whatnot.
That's $65 includes the first four months.
So you get that for like $16.25 a month.
I know, it's crazy.
And then after that in May, you start paying $20 a month.
And so people aren't even believing the deal.
They're like, well, do we still have to pay for the program on top with that?
I'm like, no.
No.
No.
That's it.
It's $65 for the first four months, $20 after that.
And you can follow for as long as you need, which will include any weight loss programs that you need,
our new maintenance program in the app that we're going to open up in spring.
And then we're also working on a lifestyle program.
Or you can cancel after the four months.
You can also cancel after the four months.
I've worked in gyms all my lives.
I've been very weary of subscription services.
And so I haven't really offered one up until now.
Of course, with gyms, they don't have any other options.
So they're like, you're going to lock in for a year.
And that's how it goes.
So that always felt really icky to me.
But more and more people were asking for a lower buy-in, a lower monthly rates,
also asking for support in between groups.
So yes, we've run three live sessions a year in the fall, in the new year, and also in the spring.
But we're going to be offering up support in between two, which is really cool.
So it's an insane deal.
But the reason why we can do that is because our members have shared with their friends and their
family and we have grown where we have been able to like really build our contents what's not just
me we have like 43 people on our team everyone from social media hr group operations um all of that
behind the scene so we have grown in such a way that has enabled us to offer an incredible service
at a ridiculously low price so do not let the price fool you the value that you get is
insane will they be support between this program and the january fifth program
sign it for a subscription.
So over the holidays, I'm not sure if we're going to do a bridging the gap group.
So this all starts in January.
So I have to figure out where we're at with that, the end of this program, what's going on
with support in between groups, this group.
So all of that that we're offering up with the subscription service starts in January.
That all starts in January.
But here's the thing.
So a lot of people will be nervous if they sign up.
Let's say you've signed up for the fall program and you're just like, okay, I'm going to sign up for
January.
you're nervous about what's going to happen during the break.
So I find that breaks are always really great for people.
You get to see sort of what you've learned, what you need to continue to work on.
We're going to make sure you're set up for success.
We're going to make sure that you are set up for success throughout the holidays, rolling into January.
It's nice to have that support, of course.
You do believe you will be able to continue to use the app up until January if you are part of the fall program.
so we're going to make sure you're good.
I redeemed some of my referral points and only paid five bucks.
That's fucking insane.
That's ridiculous.
Who are we?
How are we making any money?
That's not sustainable for us.
So you might have missed it, but we do have our new referral program.
You can't actually use it on the sale.
But moving forward, if you know anyone who's interested,
We have an insane. Everything we offer is insane. I'm insane. We're all insane. You know, the reality is, let's take a beat for a second. We actually really want to help you. And we know that we can help a lot of people. And even by keeping the price down, we can still be successful as a business. Because I am a entrepreneur over here. And we do have paychecks to pay at the end of the day. But Lisa got, you were able to pay $5. You want to know why? Because you shared. You shared with friends and family and all of that.
So I love that for you.
I love that for you.
Two of my girlfriends signed up today, too.
You know, I love this because we have a whole referral thing on our website.
I don't actually know.
I'm like the ideas person and the motivation person and the creating the programs and helping the people person.
That's the whole business and them.
But if you go to our website, you'll be able to read more about our rewards service at the end of the day.
Hygiene and second program.
Love it.
I love all the science behind their program.
being a nurse. I appreciate the science. I have never felt so healthy. Thank you for all you do for
us, Libby Losers. Okay. I love you guys. We have the best community, by the way. Thank you to all of you
who have been sharing with your friends and your family. This is a program you can feel good about
sharing. It really is because talking about wheat loss and making change, it's icky. It's, it's
icky. We shouldn't be commenting on people's bodies and where they're at. But the same time,
people do want to make change. But you want to do it differently than maybe how you've done
diets before. And it is a really great way to lose your weight in a healthy and sustainable way.
It is science-backed. It is something that I offer so I can sleep at night. I truly look for the
best experts. We're not trying. I don't want anyone signing up for this program that isn't ready.
wanting to make the kind of change that we offer. So we're not trying to pressure sell anybody
or, you know, offer clickbait out there. We really are trying to offer a program that everyone who
works for me feels good about and you can feel good about sharing. And it's really why we're
successful at the end of the day. It really is a program worth sharing. I love that. I love the
comments on my new look. Yeah, it's so interesting, right? Because it's interesting because it's really
not cool to comment on how people look anymore but the same time with our program you feel so proud
of the way you've got about making change and you do it's nice when people know this so it's like
you know it's the same thing the diet industry has gone through a bit of an evolution for sure in the
last few few years diets absolutely suck the way they were originally designed eat less exercise more
starve deprived diet culture is icky and it's gross which is why we're trying to be everything that
diets aren't. But at the end of the day, it is an effective program for weight loss. So we're not
trying to not be a diet. But the living method is just so much more than just a diet. Before I go,
someone's asking, will you be able to offer the subscription service after tomorrow? Yes, you will
not be able to pick it up for the $65 price. You will never see that ever again. That's not ever
coming ever again. Even that, my team was like, hmm, the business people behind the business
this behind a living method we were like I don't know and I'm like come on guys it's the first time
we're offering it you know it's something to be excited about I have my own personal issues with
subscription services I want this to be like a no-brainer for people I want to offer this up in the
best way so they're like okay fine you know we trust you yes you will be able to um you'll be able
to still sign up for a subscription service but you will not get it for that $65 for the four months
up front. So the reason why I was on here today, if you did go looking for me over on Facebook,
is because Facebook is having some issues with their server. So I wasn't actually able to go live.
I'm going to try again tonight at 7 p.m. if you want to join me before the Jay's game,
go, Jays, go. Tony's going for Dodgers. He loves Shohay and is really hoping for the Jays
to win, although we're not sure because, you know, we would love to go, but we can't afford tickets
because they're insane. But we're rooting for the Jays. So if you want to make time,
time for me before the Jay's game today.
I'm going to go live at 7 a.m. I think the game starts at 8.
So I just thought I pop over on Instagram. Maybe I'll do this every now and then.
I saw some people who are not on Facebook.
You do not need Facebook to do the program.
So many people are just using the app, which is great because that's, that was our whole
intention with the app is that you don't have to use Facebook.
But of course, that's where you can connect with our incredible community.
I've purchased the maintenance program.
I've not used it yet.
will have access to the app when say I'm ready to do maintenance. So you will, if you purchase
the maintenance program as is, you will have access to it on Facebook as is. And then as a one-off,
we are going to offer our maintenance, those maintenance people, an opportunity to try the app
version. And you can decide from there which one you're going to use. But you will have ongoing
access to the maintenance group as is for as long as you possibly need it. That won't affect
anything. Okay, everyone. You wish everyone was on the app. Yeah, we're actually going to
a chat like feature in the app too so if you have friends or family you're doing with you can do
like chats we got a lot more that we're working on and more to come how to go uh this was so fun i'm so
glad that i took the time to go live on instagram thanks for everyone joining me um will we pay the
subscription will the $20 be locked in for us or subject to change i don't know i love the idea of like
that's what you signed up for that's what you keep paying although it probably depends on features
that we're adding like i i i'm like you know i offered up the maintenance program for example so people
have been using that for years and only paid seventy five dollars i try to always go by our company
model affordable accessible doable doable and sustainable the thing with the app though is like the more
tech and things you add to the app the more it costs to run the app so as long as our costs make
sense for what people are paying but i can guarantee you won't be paying like not for the next year or
Yeah, I'm talking like, you know, five years down the road, maybe.
I don't know.
It's not locked into the fine print.
I'm not guaranteeing that's the price you get to pay, but that's an incredible price for right now.
And there's no plan at this point to bump it up for people who get in at this price.
So maybe we'll grandfather it in.
I don't know.
I have yet to discuss that with the team.
So just being honest, there you go, full transparency.
Well, you can always cancel because you can cancel anytime after four months,
but it will not be going up like anytime soon.
Definitely not within the next year or probably the next couple of years,
but don't hold me to that.
Do you think supplement tracking can be added to the app?
Yes.
So period tracking, supplement adding, work with all the bells and whistles.
Like we're, that's so we,
the reason why we have switched over to a new app is to create an app that is capable of
growing with us and adding all those things.
Technology has changed so quickly that the old app that we built to,
two years ago is causing a lot of problems with that for us.
It means you guys aren't really noticing it so much,
but we want an app that does all the cool thing.
When we started our app,
there was no AI.
And I was like,
I want an app that kind of knows what people are doing
versus what they need to do and can provide a more customized experience.
So for example,
you're like,
oh, I'm frustrated and whatever.
And it's like,
okay, well,
based on what you've been doing,
maybe you can try drinking more water or maybe you're doing this
and doing that that is going to be able to create
specialized podcast for you based on your needs.
There's so many cool things that I want to do that are coming your way with the
app.
The current app asked for a seven digit code in January or do we wait for the new app.
So there's going to be a new app.
When you register, you will automatically get access for that app when it's available.
We're going to be rolling that out in January before the program.
So there are going to be lots of notifications.
I'll talk about it on social media.
We'll send you emails and whatnot.
So for anyone who's interested to getting a.
jump before they have access to the app they can start our jump start our jump start program we're
going to email that out also be a part of our if you are on facebook the support group for that so
love your vision and energy you keep keep me going hi linda you are so kind my goodness okay thank you
everyone um for people who don't do the subscription will they be using the old app or the new app
in january everyone will have access to the new app in january everybody so it's not a new app that
you have to download it's the same app you will need to
to um what do you call like upgrade what's that called when you update update yeah okay i got to go
i got to drink my coffee all right everyone uh have a great rest of your day thanks for joining me i'll
see you later bye i'm not going to figure out how to get out of here go jays go
