Starting point is 00:00:00 I'm Gina Livi and welcome to the Livi Method Podcast. This is where you'll have access to all of the live streams from my 91 Day Weight Loss program. With a combination of daily lives, guest expert interviews, and member stories, there is something new almost every day. Miss the Morning Live? Want to relisten to one of our amazing guest experts? Well, this is the place.
Starting point is 00:00:23 This podcast is hosted on a cast, but it's available on all podcast platforms, including the one you're listening to right now, Spotify, Apple and Amazon music. I don't know why I'm nervous. Hi, everyone. Happy day 91 of the program. Also happy Sunday. My goodness. It's kind of like I don't want to go live because I don't want the program to end. But it is the last day you have made it this far. Congratulations. So we're going live in the group.
Starting point is 00:00:53 We're also going live over on Instagram. Hi, today we like to share the results of the survey from those of you who've had an opportunity to fill it out. So first of all, if you haven't had a chance, we're going to leave it open to the 18th. So another couple of weeks to fill it out. Sometimes people like to make sure that they finish up the program. We do have some people who are working behind in the group for whatever reasons, which is so normal and happens.
Starting point is 00:01:18 So hi, I'm Gina. You may have not officially met yet, if you're new to the program. So Tony is my husband. He's also my business partner. He's also a livy loser having done the program and himself. In fact, that's one of the reasons why you came and join me here because you did the program. Yeah. And I saw how amazing it was, but most importantly, it was the impact that you're having on people's
Starting point is 00:01:44 lives and what you were doing in terms of helping people lose weight and get healthier and I saw how impactful that was and I just had the joy. Yeah, so if you haven't had an opportunity yet check out the Celebrate and Inspire post. It's one of my favorites. I can't actually go into it while the program is going because I'll just spend the whole day crying. And I have other things to do. So after today, I'm going to spend some time reading over. I've seen a few here and there.
Starting point is 00:02:13 The impact is real. The Living Method works. You all know that we offer an amazing weight loss program. But really what we want you to do is be able to maintain and sustain your weight and then move on and live your life. And that's where the results from the survey are so important and so impactful because you know, Ruth has been studying the Living Method, Ruth and her team from the University of Ottawa for the last couple of years.
Starting point is 00:02:36 We know the Living Method weight loss program works. It's a really healthy way to lose weight. She's been studying the last year, people who've been successful in maintenance and people who haven't. We want to find out how can we better support people who haven't been successful? Why haven't they been successful? The survey is not just for people who have been successful and, you know, doing really well. So if you are not filling out the survey because you think maybe we don't want to hear from you, we especially want to hear from you. We want to hear what you loved, what you didn't like, how we can better serve you. We really truly want this to be the last diet that you ever do. Even though I've been
Starting point is 00:03:15 helping people for over 30 years and we have been running these online groups in this way for the past five years. Is it five years yet? Five years? But four and a half. Four and a half. So the Spring Summer Program's gonna be our 25th program. So we really take these stats seriously. Tony's like a stat guy. I always like to say, when Tony first came on board, he's like, we have to do a survey. I'm like, no fucking way we're doing a survey.
Starting point is 00:03:39 We're not doing a survey. I don't wanna know what people think of the program because I really took it personally. But now I come to realize, like, I've made so many changes I don't want to know what people think of the program because I really took it personally. But now I come to realize like I've made so many changes and the program has changed so much based on the survey results and what people tell us. So yeah, there's Mary Ann. Can't believe another program is complete.
Starting point is 00:03:57 Love you guys. Thank you for all the fantastic additions and everyone's support. Yeah. So we'll do, should we do thank yous now? We'll, we'll get to the stats. Yeah. Cause okay. Yeah. Cause we want to thank you guys for putting your faith in us. It's not lost on us that, you know, you've probably done all the other diets and for some people, this was like their, their, their hail Mary. They really needed this to work. And, uh, we're just so,
Starting point is 00:04:18 we're just so honestly, truly grateful that you put your faith in us and we don't take that lightly. I'll get into the thank yous for our guests and our team and all that because we have the best team but let's go. Okay let's go. Let's get into some stats. We're going to share some of the stats from the survey that Ruth put together from us. I don't know any other weight loss program that doesn't want us to gain our weight and come back. Right? It's a really bad business model but we do have our maintenance program to help with that. So today, end of day, ask all the questions that you need.
Starting point is 00:04:49 We're going to be around to the very last, uh, well, what time are we around till seven 37? We're going to be around till seven o'clock tonight. So ask any questions that you have, make sure you're confident in next steps. Our next program starts April 21st. So you want to get signed up just like you did before. Head over to the website, genelevee.com. Okay, let'sst. So you want to get signed up just like you did before head over to the website genelevee.com. Okay, let's go. All right. All right. Okay, so
Starting point is 00:05:08 this time we got a really good number of responses. So 2663. So 2663. Okay, the last survey we got for the fall was about 1900 1900. So a lot more responses. So thank you to everyone that filled it out. All right, so the first part of it is around our members. So first that I wanna share, which is different from what we normally get
Starting point is 00:05:38 is 83.8% of our members heard about the LibVid method through someone they know. Oh, so yeah, you guys are saying that, is that better? Can you guys hear us? You guys are saying our mic isn't working well. So that is really great because that means our marketing is working.
Starting point is 00:05:52 Yes. So it used to be over 90%, 91 to 93% that found us through referrals. So 93% through referrals. And we really used to pride ourselves on that because it means that you did the program, you were successful, and then you shared with friends and family. What's really cool about that number being lower is that we want to get it out there to the world. So we have been working really hard on marketing. You guys have probably
Starting point is 00:06:18 seen our new ads, which are amazing. By the way, real members who've done our program, thank you for all the love that you've shown our ads and sharing and all of that. But this is telling us that our ads are working. Yes. Thank goodness. 48.8% are first time members. So this is kind of always been the split between new and returning.
Starting point is 00:06:41 It's been about 50-50. Yep. 97.7% of our members joined to lose weight, which makes a lot of sense, as opposed to solidifying or maintaining. So- You said that again, I wasn't listening, I was paying attention to.
Starting point is 00:06:53 97.7% joined our program to lose weight, as opposed to just solidifying or maintaining. Yeah, some people even sign up just to be healthier, to learn how to eat healthier, being more in tune to their, we hear that all the time, more in tune to their body's needs, or they have health issues that they're working
Starting point is 00:07:06 on as well. Okay. Uh, this one's not surprising. It's been pretty consistent over the last few surveys, but 84.6% identify themselves as someone who has been trying to lose weight for many years. Yeah. Yeah. I'm like every now and then we do get people who just gained weight for whatever reason.
Starting point is 00:07:22 And it's like short term and they're like, I've never done a diet ever before. So we do get people like that. My goodness, like that's amazing. First of all, I'm so happy for them that they've never had to do a diet. But most people, and I don't know if it's because my age or just the living method, because you know, there's a lot to it.
Starting point is 00:07:40 It's not just doing a quick fix diet, eat less, exercise more. Like it's 91 days of really showing up and working through your shit. It's not easy. And so I think people have to be at a certain place where they're willing to try something new, something a little different, because it's hard, the education piece, no counting, no weighing, no measuring your food. I think so many people are so stuck on that's what it is and that's what you need to do and that's not what we do.
Starting point is 00:08:08 So it's hard to educate people on how the program's different and then why it's effective. So I love that. OK. OK, sorry. We do have first time weight loss members though. 9.3%. This is their first weight loss program.
Starting point is 00:08:21 I love that. Our first program or their first program? Their first weight loss program. Wow, that's great. This is the first time I program. I love that. Our first program or their first program? Their first weight loss program. Wow, that's great. They never try to lose, this is the first time they lose weight. Okay, so you have done the program and this is the first one. You pick a good one. This is a good one.
Starting point is 00:08:33 This is one that's helping to address not only your issues and associations tied into food, but really losing weight in a healthy way. And there's that big difference between weight loss and fat loss. And that's what we're going after. So I's that big difference between weight loss and fat loss. And that's what we're going after. So I love that for people. I want this to be everybody's last diet that they ever do. So if it's your first, you picked well. Okay. Okay. Okay. This is a new question we asked was, um, 2.9% of people are currently taking weight loss medication. Oh, this is a new question. How many people are on weight loss medication? So that's the people who filled out the survey. So 3% because I would think it's actually more than
Starting point is 00:09:07 that. Um, you know, that's definitely something that we, we had Sandy van come on. Um, I'm working on getting Sean Wharton y'all to come in the program and, and just highlight these GLP ones. They really can be a game changer and a lifesaver for people. I know a lot of people think that I wouldn't be into them. I think in doing a program like the Livy Method alongside taking medications, surgery. I've helped people who've had surgeries. I mean, so many people, especially personal clients.
Starting point is 00:09:36 It doesn't do anything to help you work through your issues and associations. We had Sandra Elliott come on and talk about food addiction issues, triggers. Some people are dealing with traumas and the way they associate with food. It doesn't really help you work through those things or teach you to be in tune to your body's needs so you can trust when to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat. So we're going to be expanding on this conversation and not like I'm like go and take medications. That's definitely, absolutely not the easy way around here, but good.
Starting point is 00:10:08 I'm glad that people feel confident and that they can talk about that in the program. I want people to feel safe when it comes to everything that they need, especially if they've been advised by their doctor. So I love that. Two points. I'd like to say, yeah, that's great. Okay, good. Wow.
Starting point is 00:10:24 All right. Some demographic results. So typical 93.7% are from Canada, about 5.4% from the US and then the rest from the rest of the world and the top five countries, Canada, US, UK, Australia and Mexico. It's good all places. I want to go to Australia. So there's going to be a Libby loser get together in Australia and Mexico. Okay. Love that. Great. Yeah. How many different countries are we in? Did you? Did you? 51.
Starting point is 00:10:51 51. Okay. It's really cool. Did you guys see that ad like, like the, you know, the Taking over Canada. Taking over Canada. But we have that over the whole world. So we can go into stats and see where people are who've done our program or purchased our program or gone to our website. And it literally is like worldwide. It's so cool. Okay. Okay, some other stats.
Starting point is 00:11:12 97% are female. Yeah. 95.6% identifies white or European. Okay. 46% have a university degree or higher. Yeah. 37.2% have a household income between 100 to 200k and 24.5% have a household income below 100k. Okay, that was a lot of stats you just went through there.
Starting point is 00:11:32 Okay. 97.7% women. I mean, that makes sense because I run the program and I'm sure you're gonna, I don't know if you're gonna get, oh, you're gonna get into ages next. So that makes sense. The delivery method does work for everybody. I think the 95.6% identify as white or European. I'd like to see a little bit more diversity in our program. Absolutely. It works for everyone, but I think that's the thing with diets. A lot of times people don't think that a diet fits their cultural needs either. And that's what I love about the Living Method. It's a lot of flexibility in terms of the kinds of foods, lifestyle, all of that. So I would definitely like to see that number change for, you know, for obvious reasons for sure. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:11 Age of members. Age of members. Okay. So this one has shifted a little bit. So we still have 31% of our members are in that 45 to 54. So that is the biggest demographic age group for us. The next one actually is getting closer is the 54 to 64, 30% now. 54 to 64. I love that. I was just on this show called Savvy Seniors. Hi, Mary. Hi, ladies. I love this so much because when I worked with personal clients, nothing bugged me more than when people go into their doctors and their doctors like,
Starting point is 00:12:46 it's just how it is. You're just going to gain weight, like just basically deal with it. So I love that people are not giving up on themselves, like, especially if you've tried to lose weight forever. I see you guys in the comments. I wish this program was around. You know, when, however many years ago you started dieting. So I love hearing that.
Starting point is 00:13:05 It does work for everybody. And this is where we're working on the app to get that younger, we know the younger generation is more like kind of techie. Also working on a program specifically for men as well. Men do really, really well in the program, which one of the reasons why Tony came and joined us here. So working on like how I would love to do like a program for everybody, right? The menopause weight loss program, one for men, one for students in school, I would love.
Starting point is 00:13:31 But the living method in general works for everybody. And this is how it's for you to figure out what you need and where you're at. Like we just try to like give everything in terms like all the information. It's not always relevant to everybody, but it works for everybody. Okay. Sorry. Go on. No problem.
Starting point is 00:13:48 The next. They already know this. Not like I'm trying to sell the program, but I'm excited. Every time we go through these stats, I'm like, I'm in love with the program. Okay. Oh, here's Nazneen, right? I'm glad you were looking at diversity in your members. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:00 I agree. This works for all backgrounds and cultures. Yeah. I love that. Have you guys seen Nazneen our ads, by the way? Oh my goodness If you see the ladies out there show them some love because it was such a fun day. Anyway, okay Yeah, the next two demographics are pretty similar now
Starting point is 00:14:15 So the 35 to 44 which is you know, the younger generation 15 point six percent and our 65 plus Population is growing 14.8%. Well, there's Anne. I'm 74 and ready for round seven. Love the program. Okay, amazing. Almost 15% above 65. I love that.
Starting point is 00:14:34 Wow. Okay, great. Okay. Our youngest member was 18 and our oldest member is 90. So last group, our oldest member was 89. So this might be the same one who just had a birthday. So. Yes. And here's Kathy turning 67 and feeling great, right? Love it.
Starting point is 00:14:50 OK, all right. All right, now moving to engagement. So 80.4% of members check into the Living Method multiple times a day. Say that again. 80.4% of the members that filled out the survey check into the Living Method multiple times per day. Yeah. Well, we know that, right? And this is why there's so many touch points, whether it's the
Starting point is 00:15:10 check-in and the Facebook support group, commenting, engaging, setting your intentions, end of day reflections. The stats show that if you are journaling using our app and you're consistently, not perfectly, consistently showing up, you are more likely to be more successful doing the program. So that's why we wanna make our app even better. We wanna make everything better. And 94.3% check in at least once per day.
Starting point is 00:15:39 And we know these are the members that are probably the most engaged. So there are a decent amount of members that are not checking in. We would love to know why. What's holding you back? Yeah. Maybe it's me. Maybe it's me.
Starting point is 00:15:52 I don't know. But do it for yourself. You don't have to check in with us, but as long as you're checking in with yourself, right? You may not be into the Facebook support group or, you know, in the app, you could, there's that place to set intentions, end of day reflections, midday check-in, you know, whether if you're not a techie person, use our journal or use your own journal. Like we just, we know that putting pen to paper and, you know, bringing it forefront
Starting point is 00:16:19 of mind helps you be more successful. Like that's just, there's a lot of stats to back that up. Yeah. Okay. So we asked another question. What was your reason for checking into the Libby method? Okay. So 90% said to track things in the app. So 90% checked in to put something in the app.
Starting point is 00:16:34 Yeah. 87% said to track weight in the app. 80% said to watch live segments. Okay. 85% to read content. Only 36% to ask a question, and 19% to interact with other members. I love that.
Starting point is 00:16:50 Yeah, I mean, that's where our community is built. It's members interacting with members. That's like, that's, I love that. And then engagement in our Facebook group. So some really great engagement stats. We saw 148,000 comments. This group versus this is about 25% more than our fall group, which had similar 148,000 comments during the entire 91 days. Yeah. I was like reading Diane's comment when we first start, not quite sure where to go. I don't know if that's feedback on the
Starting point is 00:17:21 program, but I think everyone you're not supposed to know, right? Like that's the thing. We're very sort of anti-diets, typical diet, and everyone feels like they have to start perfectly and know exactly what they're doing. And if this was your first time, you think back, like we could never have prepared you for the living method. Most people don't know what they're getting into because we give you the whole first week to figure that out. And that's And that's why prep week is there. So for example, next program,
Starting point is 00:17:48 you come in and you know exactly what you're doing. So this is an opportunity, you got the routine, the tweaks each week. This is where it becomes more of a mental process. So day one, you hit the ground running. And this is why we do include a prep week for, and there's a lot of thought that went into that for our members. But there is, I mean, Sandra Elliott talked about this. There's that expectation to start perfectly. And that's why we give you the whole first week to figure it out. Do you want to be in the Facebook group?
Starting point is 00:18:15 Do you want to use the app? Are you using the book? Are you listening to podcasts? It's not for everybody to use everything. That's that first week for you to ask questions, read the information, run out and grab anything that you need and figure out how this is going to work best for you. And if you remember, we had that conversation with Dina and Kara on during the first week, the learning strategist talking about that, right?
Starting point is 00:18:37 But I think people just, they, they come in and you, you have these expectations based on other diets that you've done. And so, so now I hope that you can look back in hindsight and be like, okay, yeah, that makes sense. Or if that's your thought, how could we have done that differently for you? And this is where people will send us the information ahead of time. And I've done that before. The problem is that I start on the 21st, the team starts on the 21st.
Starting point is 00:19:02 And when we've sent the information ahead of time, y'all start messaging us on social media and sending us emails and customer service and asking us questions about the program before the program starts. And so there's just this big, massive team behind the scenes here to help you and support you. And so there's usually rhymes and reasons as to why we do things the way that we do. Yeah. Six groups ago, I had no idea what I was getting into.
Starting point is 00:19:25 So happy I took the leap, right? I think the price fools people. Like it's like almost like it's a little more than a dollar a day. And I think the price, I know we're going, hi guys over on Instagram. I keep looking up. You guys are seeing up my nose. I think the price fools people because what you get for a dollar a day is insanity. It's insane. It's insane. Okay. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:19:49 This is going to take us forever if I don't. Five hours. So just finishing off the Facebook engagement. So again, 25% increase in comments over the last group with similar kind of members in Facebook. Yeah. 21.9% increase in reaction. So more highly engaged group this time around. Yeah. Well, we% increase in reaction. So more highly
Starting point is 00:20:05 engaged group. Yeah, well, we want you to be engaged, right? This is what like you are engaged, you are in you are all all in doing all the things isn't necessarily all the things it can just be showing up in all the little ways that you can show up each day. Love that. Okay. Okay. Again, Ruth's team is going to really do some cross tabulations to see if there's any kind of correlation between engagement, satisfaction and success.
Starting point is 00:20:31 So we're going to really dive a lot deeper into the... Are we going to post them? Like we'll get them on the top of this post, maybe? We'll post some of these stats. All right. Now, in terms of satisfaction, so 93.6% were satisfied with the living men somewhat or very, but again, 93.6% are satisfied. I love that members. 74.1% are very satisfied. Okay. And then we have that 1.4% or 34 members report being
Starting point is 00:21:01 dissatisfied. So dissatisfied. So I hope you told us why. I hope you told us. I hope you told us why, right? Like that's, I mean, we do, what more can we fucking do around here? What more can we fucking do around here? But actually, really, I know I'm, I'm jokes, but like, why tell us why you're dissatisfied, right? Like, I think that's really important. Sometimes people are dissatisfied, you know, and I know Ruth has spoken to people and she'll reach out to people who are dissatisfied and they're just like, it's not necessarily the program. It's that like their life was a, things happened in their life that stopped them from being able to show up. There's reasons, the dissatisfaction isn't necessarily that they don't like the program.
Starting point is 00:21:41 Their dissatisfaction sometimes is what happened on the scale or their expectations or whatnot. So if you can like really let us know why and be like specific about it, that will really help us. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Moving on to focus on that. The 74.10 that are very satisfied and then 93.6 that are satisfied. I hope so. I mean, especially for the value of what you get, right? Like I think it's pretty awesome what we offer. I always take that one personally Even if it was one member she would still take it What I hope everybody like why everybody why come on tell us why what more what do you need? What can we do? What can we do? Okay
Starting point is 00:22:21 One of the questions we had was health or medical issues that some of our members are facing. So 38.3% said no health issues, so good for you. That's great. Yeah, that's amazing. I love that. 18.5 report high blood pressure, and it's high cholesterol. One thing that really did go up,
Starting point is 00:22:38 and it's not surprising considering what's happening in the world, is mental health challenges and depression. So last week, it was about 8.1% for mental health challenges, 7.4% for depression. This time it's 10.2 for health-ish mental health issues and 10.2 for depression. I think people are more self-aware. I think they're allowed to say out loud that they're dealing with some mental health issues. Absolutely. Yeah, for sure. I think maybe I don't know that it has been increasing because of what's going on in the world, although that's been a lot going on. I think people are just more self-aware
Starting point is 00:23:13 and not struggling in silence the way they probably were in the past. That's true. Yeah. All right. We asked our members to agree or disagree with statements about the living method So 98.2 percent agreed with the statement. The living method is different from any other diet I've ever done 98.2 percent You know why that's so big is because How many people have done another diet before how many people what was the stat there? I don't know like so many as there's a stat in the beginning that you talked about people who've done years and years and years of diet.
Starting point is 00:23:47 84.6%. Yeah, 84.6% of people have been dieting for a really long time. And then for you, so you've done all the diets. That's what I'm trying to say. You've done all the diets. And now you're saying 98% of people are saying it's different than any other diet. And it's so hard to explain to people how it's, how could it possibly be different than any other diet that's out there? I mean, this is what we're trying to figure out, right? So, I love that.
Starting point is 00:24:12 Oh, I love that. This one increased, 97.5% agree with the statement, the living method has restored my hope in diets versus 95% last time, 97.5%. restored my hope in diets versus 95% last time, 97.5%. Yeah. I mean, that's what we want. Yeah. I mean, so if you, if you've seen our new ads and I know I've, I've shared this before, but the whole, when we were like, what are we selling? Like, what are we selling? Obviously we, we,
Starting point is 00:24:41 we need people to buy the program because if they don't buy it, we can't help them. I said to my team, we're selling hope. I want people to feel hopeful that they can make change, not just in their weights, but actually make a difference in their health. Like, especially if they're dealing with health issues, I want them to feel like there's, there's, there's like power and control. Like you can do something about your health and your body's on your side. Like your body's not trying to screw you over, make you fat, make you miserable, make you unhappy. Your body truly is there.
Starting point is 00:25:13 It wants you to feel your best. And so it was hope. I'm like, how do we sell hope, hope that you can make a difference, hope that you'll be able to lose your weight and hope that you'll be able to maintain it actually after hope that you will be able to move on from all the diets that you've done, the time and energy and money that you're spending. I know I'm sounding very like, but honestly, like this makes me it's not a diet. Yeah, I'm actually, I used to get really pissed. I'm like, it's a fucking diet. It's a diet in the sense that you are taking this 91 days or how many groups you need to do, you're setting aside this time to focus on weight loss specifically.
Starting point is 00:25:53 You have to be very intentional. I think that's the thing. When you're trying to lose weight, you have to be intentional about it. There's a start, there's a middle, there's got to be an end. And then when you reach your goal, this is why it's so important to go into maintenance to give your body time to adjust to your new weight, not just physically, but really mentally and like solidify not just your weight, but the habits and the changes that you've made. So you can get to a place where you are just living your life, right?
Starting point is 00:26:19 You wake up, you look good, you feel good, you know when to eat, what to eat, how much to eat. And essentially that's what you're, that's what you're learning while you're doing the program. So I love that it's given people hope. I want you to, you can, every single person, I'm talking to Instagram, I'm talking to Facebook, every single one of you who is watching right now, you can reach your goals. You will lose your weight. I know sometimes it feels like it's taking fucking forever, especially if you've been trying for like 20 years, you will lose your weight. I know sometimes it feels like it's taking fucking forever, especially if you've been trying for like 20 years, you will get there.
Starting point is 00:26:49 And that's why the living method, we actually truly want this to be the last diet you ever do because you're going to reach your goals. And you're going to learn the things that you need to learn, work through the things you need to work through to be able to truly move on. And that's what you are how you what you are learning in weight loss gets you to maintenance. What you learn in maintenance gets you really to living your life. I've been able to live my life for the past 30 something years having lost over 100 pounds. And my weight, yes, fluctuated when stuff should going down in my life.
Starting point is 00:27:21 And things are happening, but I have the tools and the skills that I need to be like, oh, okay, I'm having a stressful period. This is what's happening in my life and things are happening, but I have the tools and the skills that I need to be like, oh, okay, I'm having a stressful period. This is what's happening in my life. My weight is going up. I'm feeling uncomfortable. I need to get a handle on my sleep, on my stress, start eating, you know, I need to start having dinner instead of, you know, having sour cream and onion chips
Starting point is 00:27:38 for dinner and drinking wine for dessert. So, you know, it's having the skills and then to understanding triggers, right? Understanding habits. Okay, sorry, go on. Again, don't need this to be 64 hours long. All right. Let's take a minute out to hear from our podcast sponsor today. I mean, listen, we're always talking about how important it is to take care of your skin. Your skin is your body's largest organ. We also talk about the importance of creating routines, especially a nighttime routine that can help us sleep. But this one here is for the new moms
Starting point is 00:28:10 because Aveeno has a product for newborn babies. Skin is the first line of defense and baby's skin is about 30% thinner than our mature skin, making it even more important to take action to help strengthen skin moisture barrier. So, using the power of oats as the hero ingredient, Avino Baby harnesses the power of oat to help achieve skin hydration. So if you're looking to learn more about how you can maintain and strengthen your baby's
Starting point is 00:28:37 skincare, head over to the website avino.ca. That's A-V-E-E-N-O dot C-A. The next one was the new one that we put in. So the statement, I have a better relationship with food since following the living method. 97% agree with that. I love that. That's huge. 97% what? Agree that they have a better relationship with it. I'm just going to let you talk because otherwise we're never going to finish this.
Starting point is 00:29:03 I'll quickly go through these. 95% agree with the statement, I have no need to try any other diet now that I've discovered the living method. And then another one is 94% agree with the statement, I feel better about my body since following the living method. Oh, I love that. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:21 And 93.1% agree with the living method is more effective than any other diet of ever 93.1% Say the living method is more effective than any other diet that they've done Yeah, it's because we do all the things it's because it's not just counting calories weighing measuring It's literally doing like managing your stress and trying to get better sleep and moving your body. It's it's like the whole approach Okay, sorry. I's like the whole approach. Okay, sorry. I'm just, I'm a big fan. I'm a big fan of the program.
Starting point is 00:29:49 Next question I can tell, are you really? Next question is related to non-scale victories. So we love this one because it's obviously more than the number on the scale. Non-scale victories are such a big part of it. 70% said that their clothes fit better. Yeah, yes. That's fat loss, weight loss. That's like, that's the difference there.
Starting point is 00:30:08 65.5% had fewer cravings. 66% feeling more in tune with their body's needs. 53.5% improved relationship with food. 51% better sleep and 50% increased energy. Yeah, and I think people are being hard on themselves because you can't finish the program and be here and not feel more in tune. Do you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:30:30 But people might not understand what that, there's no reference there for them. Okay, amazing, yeah. Next question was what elements of the Libby program are helpful to members' weight loss journeys? So 98.4% report that it's the Daily Posts about healthy eating, water, nutrition, weight loss journeys. So 98.4% report that it's the daily posts about healthy eating, water, nutrition weight loss. Yeah, so that was helpful.
Starting point is 00:30:50 That's the content like the guidelines are all you really need to follow at the end of the day, right? Those are the guidelines. Those are like your lack of better word instructions for the week. I think it's all the other supplemental information, the daily posts, but also the probably there are guest experts. All that's probably in there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:07 95% guest experts were helpful. The guest experts are worth the dollar a day. Honestly, the guest experts alone to have their like concentrated, like their knowledge shared in a way, again, knowing where you are at in the program, like that is so like if you do this, your body responds like that, right? That's the thing with the living method.
Starting point is 00:31:31 If you're human, you have a body, the program's going to work for you. It's about figuring out like what your needs are, any health issues that you have, triggers, habits, all of that. And our experts just come on knowing all the things that you are working through and the thoughts and the feels and all of that like and know the program which is why I just think that in itself is just like so grateful for them. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:55 So 95% said it was the guest experts and then 89.8% said it was the daily lives. Oh, I love that. Well you guys know I like I can fucking talk forever about this shit because I'm never it never gets old. So 25% sorry, April programs gonna be our 25th program. And it never gets old. It's it never gets old. It's there's Pam. Yeah, our guest experts alone are worth 10 times the price. Yeah, I know. Right. guest experts are beyond amazing. Yeah. yeah, okay, all right. All right, next question. Oh, the lives, yeah, thank you.
Starting point is 00:32:27 Thank you for showing up. If you didn't show up to the lives, I would probably still have stuff to talk about. Yeah, you would still be able to talk. It's so complicated. There's so much to talk about. When I started, when I wanted to share my program originally with, because I used to do it one-on-one,
Starting point is 00:32:44 when I wanted, obviously I was like, you know, I was helping people, but I knew I can have the opportunity to help more people. That's how the Facebook group started because I knew people would have questions. I was just like, people are going to have questions about my program. And so that's where the live started. I used to sit on the live for hours and just wait. My first program had like 400 people, 400 plus, 484 or two, it's blurry.
Starting point is 00:33:07 People show up and I would just, there was no structure to my lives. And I would just sit there on a live for like hours sometimes, like three hours I would be on. And I would just, people would come and go and I would like do work and people just randomly ask questions and I'd show up and work things out. So I loved doing the live. I always wanted to say I wanted to talk for a living and I
Starting point is 00:33:29 feel like I get to talk for a living, right? So yeah, Tanya, right? Love the lives. Best positive supportive community only yes, right? It's and I think our community and it's like it's special. It's so special because it's so safe. I'm not gonna say positive because you know, it's a place where when you're not having a good day, you can go and you're allowed to not be like, you know, everything is sunshine and rainbows. But I think it's really, that's one of the things I'm most proud of is facilitating this amazing community. Okay. All right. Okay. Next question was around resources. So what resources were most useful to the members in supporting their weight loss journey?
Starting point is 00:34:05 Yeah, Tina said I said the app because without the app I could not track this keeps me coming back But everything else keeps coming back. Yeah, and it's more than a tracker, right? You're not just like doing your weight and your foods and your fluids and your moods and your movements and all that It guides you through the program as well. So a lot of people don't realize you can just use the app You do not need Facebook in order to be successful. So yeah. And the app was the number one resource, 96.7%. Yay.
Starting point is 00:34:33 It costs us a shit ton of fucking money, y'all. Apps are not cheap. And we wanted it to be, I just think, you know, technology is the future of all things. And we wanted to have an app that was really easy to use, but is really cool, like has some really cool techie features. There's a lot more that we're trying to do with the app. We're trying to have the program so you can start it anytime,
Starting point is 00:34:56 not just fall and winter and spring, although that's super effective. We're trying to have the app sync up with your watches and your scales and all that really cool stuff. So we're not, and be able to have the community in the app. There's so much we're still working on with our app. So I love hearing that. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:11 So that was the number one most useful resource. Number two is reading Libby Loser Spotlights, 83.2%. I believe that because you can't just, because you can't just hear it from me, right? Like I think you need to hear it from lived experience. You need to hear it from people who are in the journey with you who've done it. And I like the range too. It's not everyone is like, oh, I lost 100 pounds, which of course is incredible. So is also losing 15 pounds.
Starting point is 00:35:40 So is also lowering your blood pressure or dropping your A1C, like that is also equally important. It's not just the weight as well. So yeah, love that, okay. So are real people real journeys plus reading program specialist profiles was the next one, 78.9%. They love reading about our team's journeys. Well, because I think everyone who,
Starting point is 00:36:01 especially our program specialists, every single one of them has been on their own journey. And that was really important to us because you have to be empathetic and sympathetic and you have to be able to answer that same question a million times with the same thoughtfulness and enthusiasm as the first time. Like everyone's journey is individual and profound. We got that from one of our members. And it's not an easy thing to show up in the way
Starting point is 00:36:26 that our team shows up, in a way that they truly authentically care. And they have conversations behind the scenes how to better support members. And this is a lot of the conversations that we have. We believe business-wise, if we just focus on helping you be successful, we will have a successful business.
Starting point is 00:36:43 Obviously, we want to run a successful business. Obviously, the people who work for us, they have lives and families and careers, and it's important to that. But if we just focus on less meds and lower dose, right, Michelle? Like massive non-scale victory. That's it. That's it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:02 Okay. The next one was asking questions through the Libby AI app. Oh, I love this. 75's it. Yeah. Okay. The next one was asking questions through the Libby AI app. Oh, I love that. 75%. Yay. Yes. Yes. We're working on making this even better. There is nothing like that personal experience that our team provides, but it's like those quick, can I have cream in my coffee? Can
Starting point is 00:37:16 I have this? Can I have that? Can I have whatever? Because our response time personal wise is anywhere from a few minutes to like, usually doesn't go past an hour, which I think is incredible, which is insane. Can we just talk about that for amazing, like actual people there to answer? And this is why there's still limited space when it comes to our program, because we only have a limited number of people there to answer your questions. So if you haven't signed up yet, haven't signed up yet, go to the website, GinaLibby.com, get yourself signed up.
Starting point is 00:37:44 Also share with your friends, family, tell everyone that you know. But yeah, okay. Yeah, so regarding the Livy AI, we're actually seeing a lot more usage. So up 46.6% in terms of total questions asked. Well, I think people are getting used to it. And it's not like chat, GBT,
Starting point is 00:38:01 like it's not like you can say, what's the weather in Wisconsin with our, with our AI. There's like, it's just our program content. Right. And so we've taken the book, all the posts, you know, guest experts, like all of that is all in that AI. So yeah, it's contained. Even the menopause stuff is in there too. Right. So the menopause, that's one of the things. So all the menopause information is also in there as well. It's not something, obviously we have the conversation with Dr. Jennifer Zalawitzki. We do address menopause, but that's not the only conversation in the program because obviously there's young, there's old, there's men, there's women, there's, you know, and everyone else. But that's all in there too. And I think people don't realize that.
Starting point is 00:38:43 Okay. Yeah. Yeah. What's she's got here? I'm trying to sign up now, but I'm trying to take the Friends package. She's only got 24 hours that I'm signing up by myself. Don't wait. Don't wait. Come on.
Starting point is 00:38:56 Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Okay. All right. My God, this is the longest end of program. We're almost done. Are we? Okay. I We're almost done. Okay.
Starting point is 00:39:05 I'm here for it. Okay. In terms of confidence in their weight loss journey. So we always ask this, how confident are you in your weight loss journey? 96.6% are confident. So somewhat very or extremely 96.6%. Yes, you can do it. You have the skills.
Starting point is 00:39:21 You know what, like you truly know anyone who's done every, sure, if you've done all the other diets, you can look back and be like, okay, obviously, I was never going to be able to maintain and sustain that. You just counting, weighing, measuring, starving, depriving, exercising your ass off long periods of time without eating, punishing yourself, not just from a physical perspective, but from a mental perspective, you've got to look back and be like, like that, that was never sustainable. And then also the quick, your body needs to adjust. You can't just lose weight so quickly, although people do lose weight quite quickly on the program. Um, you need to be able to, this way you want plateaus, you need plateaus, you have to help
Starting point is 00:40:01 your body adjust to your new weight. And this is where people would make the change. And then the minute they're done, go back into old habits and you just can't do that. So I was asking, what's the friends package? So we have, um, there's like a better together. So if you buy more than one program, you actually get like a discount. I don't know the marketing team as Tony or the marketing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:21 So if you, it's, it's an incentive, because we know that when people do the program with someone else, they are more likely to be successful. It's still an amazing price. If you don't got any friends, we'll be your friends. Still an incredible deal at $99. Like less than like, it's, I don't, it's not less than a dollar a day, but it's like a dollar eight a day. And then if you're in the US, you're in the States, it's what five cents?
Starting point is 00:40:43 $70 something dollars. Even if you're in the US, if you're in the States, it's what, five cents? Five cents a day? $70 something. $70. $70. That would be like, that's less than a dollar a day. That's crazy. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:40:52 What's next? Moving on. Next question is a new one. Readiness to move into the maintenance program. We added a new question. What the readiness is. What is the readiness? 8.8% said they're ready now. Okay.
Starting point is 00:41:05 63.7% said they'll be ready in another program or two. So 63.7. 25% said it'll take more than a year. Yeah. I will get there. Yeah. And 2.3% said maintenance just isn't for them. Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that.
Starting point is 00:41:20 I just don't understand that. And you know why I can say that? Cause I didn't think we needed a maintenance program either. I was like, y'all don't need a maintenance program. I mean, they could just be really confident. We know people who've done more of the weight loss programs, they kind of get it. We do talk about maintenance at the end.
Starting point is 00:41:37 And people who've done more programs have an easier time in the maintenance program because they spent more time working on their stuff. So I'm going to say, if they feel really confident about being an easier time in the maintenance program because they spent more time working on their stuff. So I'm going to say if they feel really confident about being able to maintain and sustain their weight, then I love that for them. That was initially my intention was I'm going to teach you everything that you need to know so you can maintain and sustain your weight.
Starting point is 00:41:58 People begged me for a maintenance program and I'm like, y'all don't need it. And boy was I wrong though. I think people don't understand the conversation and how it's different. And maintenance is a whole other, like it's a whole other can of worms. It's a whole other beast. It's a whole other, but you may have someone like the people
Starting point is 00:42:13 that I don't know, the whatever, 9% of people who've never done a diet before. And if this is your first time doing a diet, I could totally understand you not needing maintenance. Cause you're not talking years and years and years of like a pattern of behavior and all of that. So, but I love you all if you work so hard and it's not a money thing,
Starting point is 00:42:31 it's not a sales thing. It's like a, it will, it's truly a game changer, the maintenance program, understanding what you need and who you are in maintenance because what you're learning while losing helps you get to maintenance. What you learn while maintaining helps you get to maintenance. What you learn while maintaining helps you live your life. Like it's, yeah, I have a lot of passion for the maintenance program. So some feedback putting time into maintenance.
Starting point is 00:42:54 We are just, you got to put time into maintenance. That's all. That's all. So yeah. Okay. Sorry. Go ahead. So we also asked them what would be most helpful to include in our maintenance program to get some feedback on that.
Starting point is 00:43:07 So 75.5% said a clear process for what to do when my scale is moving in the wrong direction. 60% said accountability. Let's see again. 75.5% said a clear process for what to do when my scale is moving in the wrong direction. Yeah, we have that. We have that in the maintenance program. Yes, because these are people in the weight loss program. Yeah. One in maintenance. That's in maintenance. It is so clear and maintenance. Yeah. accountability to stick to my desired weight. Yeah. Love that. Emotional support and gentle reminders. We have that. Content from Gina. Yeah, we have that. Well, all the content is me. More guest experts. Yes, we are adding more guest experts.
Starting point is 00:43:46 And pairing from members who have maintained their weight, all things we already have. Yeah, all things we are. Yeah. So because people in the weight loss program are like, well, if your weight loss program works, where are the members, like where are the people talking about maintaining and sustaining their weight? I'm like, they're in our maintenance program. Like they're not in the weight loss program because they're in the maintenance program.
Starting point is 00:44:05 And so we go live, for example, on Mondays and Wednesdays, and we'll have members join us. We also used to have them on, Facebook kind of changed the way they did things, but we have members come on and join us and talk about their weight loss journey too. Yeah. All right, the last couple of questions are related
Starting point is 00:44:19 to how members interact with the Livvy Method. So as you know, we have our app, we have our Facebook, we have our books. So 83.2% use your cell phone through the living method app. 6.3 use your cell phone to directly access Facebook. 74.3% use the app and Facebook. And 24% only use the program through the app. And that's up from 22.8%.
Starting point is 00:44:43 I love that. Yeah, I mean, Facebook is an app, but we have our app. And then in our app, you can access all the information, but it links to Facebook if you want to comment or ask questions. And so you can just use the app, review all the same information. We're also going to put the daily lives in the app next program. So I don't know if you know this, but in the app itself, there's a whole guest expert guide. So they're all there. So you can go into the guides and access all the guest experts conversations.
Starting point is 00:45:13 We're going to put the lives in there too for people to. Okay. Okay. And we're on our last page. Now getting to the weight loss data. Okay. So number of responses that we got for weight loss, 2,587. And this is across first time and returning.
Starting point is 00:45:29 92.3% record losing some weight. This is up from 91%. That's great. 2% weight remain unchanged and 5.6% weight increased. The total weight loss in pounds by members who lost weight, 28,986 pounds versus last group we had 20,000, but obviously less survey responses. Y'all still have time to fill out the survey. Still fill out the survey. There is still time. Average weight loss across all responses was 11.02 and last time it was 10.5.
Starting point is 00:46:02 So 11.02 pounds average weight across all responses, about a pound a week. So important because that's the standard. That is amazing. That is incredible. And I think because we do have people who lose an incredible amount of weight where you see that 60 pounds for a program, 30 pounds, 40 pounds. I think sometimes when people, when they've lost less than that, feel like okay didn't work as well for them or for whatever
Starting point is 00:46:28 reason and one to two pounds per week is still incredible lost in a healthy way. That's so so so important. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Now the next part is just for first-time members. So we love to kind of look at what experience our first-time members had. So out of the total 2,587, 1,301 were first-time members. And their weight loss, 97.6% of first-time members lost weight. 1.1% report that weight remained unchanged
Starting point is 00:47:04 and 1.3% said that the weight increased total weight loss in pounds by first time members who lost weight was 18,198 pounds and so an average of about 14.6. Wow. Okay. Amazing. 14. So yeah, that's because usually if you're doing, you didn't know what program that was, second program, third program, consecutive program. Because sometimes people lose a lot in their first program and then their body needs time to adjust to the weight that they've lost. Right? So every program is a little different. Every program is a little... Okay, are we done? I don't want to be done, but we got to go. We have to go because we have to end the program because it's the last day. Thank you to Ruth Cain and her team at the University of Ottawa. Thank you to you who took time to fill out the survey.
Starting point is 00:47:50 Thanks to Ruth and her team that have passion for wanting to research the Libby Method. There's a lot of science behind the Libby Method. There's a lot of research happening behind the Libby Method. We want to prove to the world that the Libby Method not just works for weight loss, but you can sustain and maintain it. We want to prove to the world you the living method not just works for weight loss, but you can sustain and maintain it. We want to prove to the world you can have hope, you can make change, you can lose your weight and you can take all that time and energy that you put into weight loss and you can put it into the rest of your life truly to be able to move on.
Starting point is 00:48:17 That's our goal when we say we want this to be the last diet you ever do. We want you to lose your weight in a way that not just physically, but mentally you feel confident in being able to maintain and sustain it. You have the tools and the skills. There are three reasons again, why people gain their weight back. One, not putting time into maintenance. You've got to give your body time to adjust to its new weights, like your body temperature, your metabolism, your blood, all of it, your body.
Starting point is 00:48:43 You can't just lose all this weight. Your body has to adjust to that, especially when you're losing fat. So putting in the time, um, that's really important. Um, situational change. So you could have lost your weight and then there's a, a holiday or a significant day where you're getting triggered or there's something happening in your life. You lose your job, you get a new job, you move, um, like whatever that might be that you just don't adapt, help your body adapt to new routines, new, uh, stress levels, change, change, situational
Starting point is 00:49:16 change. Um, and the other ones is simply not being mindful. You don't gain your way back and not notice. And then it's one thing to, to notice, but this is where you're acquiring the skills where you can do something about that and recognize, okay, my stress is going higher. I'm not getting sleep. My, you know, my like whatever you got going on in my life, what can I do? It's never usually about the food. It's usually about what's going on in your life. So, um, thank you, Gina and the whole team back in two weeks for the spring program. Yep. So we're going to be back in two weeks. Our spring program starts on April 21st. Please tell your friends, tell your family, please share, let everyone know.
Starting point is 00:49:51 We always have people who miss the deadline and don't get in for whatever reason. Thank you again for if you're listening or watching, putting your faith in us. We are forever grateful, truly, honestly. We want to do right by our community. We really do. We really want to create a program that you feel good about telling your friends and family you feel good doing. We want to do good with our program.
Starting point is 00:50:12 We want to run an ethical business. Thank you to all of our guest experts because without them, honestly, they're just, well, you guys know how much I love them. I just adore each and every one of them. We're just honestly so grateful to have them. Thank you to our incredible team. There are program specialists, people who answer your questions. There are shift supervisors, people who manage the people in the program specialists. There are Laura, there's Laura who goes in. There's people who make sure you're getting the correct responses.
