I'm Gina Livi and welcome to the Livi Method Podcast.
This is where you'll have access to all of the live streams from my 91 Day Weight Loss
program.
With a combination of daily lives, guest expert interviews, and member stories, there is something
new almost every day.
Miss the Morning Live?
Want to relisten to one of our amazing guest experts?
Well, this is the place.
This podcast is hosted on Acast,
but it's available on all podcast platforms, including the one you're
listening to right now, Spotify, our last Monday session of the winter program
before we roll into the new spring summer program starting April 21st.
Hi, Odette, hello.
Hi, how are you today?
I'm good, how are you?
Good, we didn't, I'm near the Lake of Lake Ontario,
just west of Toronto, and we just got rained this weekend.
I know a lot of our members are affected by the ice,
but it missed us, so I'm feeling very fortunate today.
Yeah, so if anyone doesn't know where we are here in
Ontario, we had this massive ice storm go through three days. I was watching the radar. It was like
a stream of pink sheet of ice that just kept going and going and going. It was insane. We had like
the ice on the trees, but nothing really heavy in the roads. Never got too bad because it stayed
above like one degree. The pretty much the whole time my mom, I haven't spoke
to her yet. I talked to her Saturday morning and power was out in many places where she
was, but that was like before the brunt of it. And then north of us just got like pummeled.
Drew our creative director producer, he is in Peterborough. And so he still has no power last time I checked.
So yeah.
Yeah, if you ever are struggling,
we've sent a couple, we had a program specialist too,
who's in Arillia.
So she also has no power in state of emergency
and one of our shift supervisors.
She's working, but she's also working with no power.
So I think everyone's just trying to-
What a way to start the last week of the program.
I just saw Grace pop up.
Hi, Grace.
People are, it's the last week of the maintenance program.
People are wondering what are they doing?
Some people will be back and do another round of maintenance.
Do as many rounds as the weight loss program as you need
until you reach your goal.
Do as many rounds as that maintenance program until you feel like you are ready to go on to that third stage, which is live
your life the livey way. So there's lose your weight. What you learn and do and work through
while you're losing will help you in maintenance. What you do and learn and work through in
maintenance will help you to that third stage, which is this wake up look good, feel good. So
which is this wake up look good feel good. So Grace feels like she is ready to move on to that live your life phase. When I saw her comment in the group, I'm like, I'm gonna miss her showing up
in the lives on Mondays and Wednesdays. Yeah, it's this catch 22 where we are so involved
with our members, you know, and I think the thing about the maintenance group
is that, you know, it's a bit,
it doesn't have as many members as the weight loss program,
the weight loss group has.
So when you see the members commenting and popping in,
you really get to know them and you really get to,
you know, remember, oh, last week they were talking
about this and this week, this is where they are.
So even someone like Grace or, you know, we have Karen on here, Margie, Margie watching.
You get to know them and you get to understand who they are, what they're going through.
And then when they go, you're like, oh, where are you going?
But that's where we want them to go.
We want them to go and live their lives.
And we've had this conversation before like, oh, I haven't seen so-and-so in a while.
And then you reach out and they're like, yeah, I'm good.
Like, leave me alone, I'm living my life.
Like, I'll come back if I need to.
Right, I know.
Cause I was like, oh, I'm so proud.
That's so great.
That's what we actually want people to move on.
But here's one of the things that we are coming to realize
is that our community is amazing.
We have the best online community on the entire planet. It's like next level. And I think people want to stay connected to that. So we're,
we are actually working on like a third group, like an all access. Um, it's a place to go as
a community where we can do fitness and we can do cooking and lifestyle and beauty and
really stay connected and have, continue to have these positive conversations.
What I like
about the maintenance program though, and there'll be more information coming out on that in the next
couple months, we'll let you know how we structure that and how that's gonna work if you're interested.
But what I love about the maintenance program, it is like, it is a place where you can sort of pop
in and just be reminded of things or connect and it's always really gonna be relevant. You know,
some people need more
and they need that 91 days structure. I think everyone should go through the 91 day maintenance
program, but we have a lot of people who continue to join us who've been in maintenance for
like two, three longer years. Is this going to be our third year of the maintenance group?
Yeah. So July 22nd will be our third anniversary.
Yes.
Sorry, July 25th.
It was 2022.
July 25th, 2022.
So it's July 25th, 2025 will be three years.
I know.
It feels like three years.
Sometimes it feels like 10 years.
But really, some days it feels like it's just been a week.
Like we've just, it's come so fast.
I think that saying is true.
Like time flies when you're having fun.
And I think when we're watching this grow and evolve
and change and shift and, you know,
we see our members doing the same thing.
Yeah, it just goes so fast.
Yeah. Here's Teresa.
I too am ready to move on to the live my life. Going to miss this amazing
community. 75 pounds down and holding. Love the idea of a third group. Come on. I love it. See?
I love this. This is what we want for you. Yeah. We want that we have members too. You know,
like I've maintained my 40 pound weight loss for a year.
I think I'm going to go, I think I'm going to go now.
Or we also on the flip side, we have members that are saying, um, I know we're kind of
all over the place, but we have members saying, I have lost 40 pounds.
I've been maintaining and I'm ready to lose more.
Yeah.
Like I, so we've got, we want to really help people have this roadmap and decide where
they want to go and how do they know where they want to go and how do they get there.
So that's so great.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, I saw those decisions.
I saw one of our ads, which I love our new ads that we went and shot with our members.
John Brown, who was a member like four years ago, he was like, hey, like still maintaining
my 40 pound loss.
Four years later, like life is good over here.
I'm like, that's what we want.
That's what we so desperately want.
People lose their weight in the healthiest ways,
feel confident to be able to get to that, live your life,
have the skills and tools you need.
If you wanna pop in and say hello, see what's going on,
you know, of course we're always here for you
because you can do a whole cycle,
a whole year of your life, easily maintain your weight.
And then God forbid something happens
that just shakes your rocks, your world.
And that's where you fall back into old habits
or something happens.
And then we want this to place where you can be like,
hey, I got to regroup, maybe look for tips,
look for support.
That's what this space is gonna be here.
But that third program I wanna work on,
I think there's so much that we don't have space for
when people are focused on weight loss, or
people are in maintenance, you want that to be the sole focus.
But then I think we're starting to realize how we've made real
changes in our lives. And there's a lot more we could talk
about, we could do ton of food stuff and fitness stuff and
lifestyle stuff and travel stuff. And, you know, I think
once people lose their weight, maintain their weight and make the
changes that they have the way they do in our program, they
change and it opens up this whole new world for you. Who are
you now? What do you love? What do you like to do? Like, I
don't know the way you dress the way you carry yourself the
energy the things that you do now versus maybe that you
didn't do before because you felt held back by your weight. It's such a great place to be. I'm smiling. I think it's a great place to be
because there's a ton of these, when you think about groups, interest groups, there's a travel
group out there somewhere, there's a cooking group out there somewhere. But this group will be that,
but it's with like-minded people. It's people who get you, people who you've never met before,
but you have this connection of being part of the living
method, being part of this environment, ecosystem,
whatever we want to call it.
So yes, you're in this group, and you're
talking about interests and living your best life,
but the people that are there with you
have also been where you've been. So it's not like you're talking to these strangers about what, you know, what this
means to you now, how this, these conversations are, have a bigger meaning than they may have
maybe with other people. So I think this is what's going to be a fascinating about this third group is
these like-minded individuals with shared experiences now having
bigger, broader shared experiences. Yeah, and that's special. That's special. And that makes
everything deeper. And like that is something that's really special. And there's a trust there.
And you're right, like like-minded people who all woke up every day with the intention of trying to make change in their life, which is not an easy thing to do, and be open and
vulnerable and accepting and understanding, not just of other people, but of yourselves.
And so I think you just function from a different place when you've been through something
transformative like this.
Like you say, the weight loss program is rewiring your body and your brain and maintenance
is reprogramming your body and your brain. And that third stage when you're ready is just like,
okay, this is who you are. And now you are a changed person. But you do want to stay connected
to people who meet you where you're at now, right? Like it's you've gone through this transformation.
And so I think it's really special what our community..., you're, you're, you've gone through this transformation.
And so I think it's really special what our community, um, yeah.
So I feel like I'll be connected on some level, right?
Like that's, we're all connected on some level.
I think we've gone through the shared experience.
And that third group, like until it's ready, I think this is where the maintenance group
is for everybody right now.
You know, if you feel like you're even past solidifying, you're past
maintaining, you're living your life, and you pop into the maintenance group on a random day,
we may have a post that really resonates with you, not about maintaining your weight, not about,
you know, challenges or struggles that you might be dealing with. But like last week, we had a
cottage cheese debate. I mean, that is just something that brings the community together.
You know, it's fun something that brings the community together.
You know, it's fun, but at the same time, maybe it's inspiring you to try something
different or, you know, look outside of your food box a little bit.
You know, that doesn't matter if you're losing weight or maintaining or living your best
life.
Let's come together to within this community and talk to each other and connect and, you
know, inspire each other in little ways like that.
So really, it's much better, Maddie.
More and more I'm feeling like my passion
is helping people lose weight.
Is it though, or is it moving into maintenance?
Like I, you know, really that, like,
for people to get here in the conversations that we have here
is just like, oh my God.
And then I just so excited for everyone
to get to that living stage. And I think my
goal in life is to, to help motivate or inspire people to
truly live their best life. But it's such a you don't just wake
up one day and live your best life when you're still dealing
with your issues and associations, or you don't
believe you are worthy, or you don't believe that you can trust
yourself. There's just no straight line to living your best life and it's the work that you you've done it
And we'll continue to do we'll continue to do that really has you living your best life for designing the life
Whatever you want to call it. Everyone talks. I want to live my best life
well, like I wish we could just snap our fingers and work through all of our shit and get there but
Yeah, I don't know. Like it's, every stage is amazing.
Yeah. And I think part of,
part of this too is that you're allowed
to not live your best life every single day.
You know, sometimes you can be part of a community
and they're like, it's okay.
You know, just talk yourself into having the best day
or talk yourself into, you know,
living your best life today.
And some days you don't want that and that's okay.
And I think having again, that space
with these other community members that feel that same way
gives you that validation that I don't have to live
my best life every single day.
I'm working towards it and maybe more days are like that
than not, but if I'm not having it, that's okay too.
Yeah, it's okay to be you.
And however you are feeling is perfect
and you need to meet yourself where you're at,
accept yourself where you're at.
And that's what it is.
Or figure out like what's going on with me today.
What's my deal?
What is it?
What do I need?
You know, it's not, is you're right.
And that's what I love.
It's not about toxic,
I used to say the groups are such as positive safe space.
I've taken the word positive out of it
because it's not this toxic positivity,
you only get to show up and things are sunshine
and rainbows and everything is wonderful.
And you have to just praise the program
and say how great it is.
You know, it's not that it's like life is really hard
and we want a place where you can go
and be motivated or supported, feel like you belong,
feel like, you know, like, okay, I'm doing all right here,
you know, and whether
it's our weight loss, I think our maintenance program should be our biggest program. Like,
I want to know what's going on that everybody isn't in this. I think what we do is we make
people feel so confident in the way that they lose their weights, that they don't then go
into maintenance. Whenever I see someone like, for example, on ads or social media posts,
I'm like, Oh, I gained my weight back. Like, I want to ask them like, did you do that? I already but I already know the answer
because I Google their names and I can tell they never bought the
maintenance program because they're not in here. Did I do?
And I feel like saying, Gavin, did you do the maintenance? Did
you join the maintenance group? Did you do did you do the
maintenance program? Because like, it's such an important
part of it. I think our maintenance group and program
will be the biggest, our most successful.
And obviously weight loss, I think,
but eventually this will be where everyone
wants to be maintenance and then the live your life.
Yeah, and I think, you know, when you,
a lot of our members have tried,
a lot of our weight loss members have tried so many things
before they've gotten to the Libby Method.
And they've never been told or they don't know the understanding and importance of maintenance.
They don't know that they need it until they come in and they're like, I really needed
this.
I didn't know I needed this because I've never done it before.
No other program has said,
spend time maintaining your weight, spend time getting into a new mindset, spend time working
through habits and associations. So they don't know they need it. And then when they come in
and they're like, oh yeah, this is what I did need this. So I think eventually it's gonna,
it is gonna snowball quickly when, you know, it's just people that
run through it and talk to other members.
And once, you know, as we start talking about it more too, then you're gonna know that
it's basically.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Let's take a minute out to hear from our podcast sponsor today.
I mean, listen, we're always talking about how important it is to take care of your skin.
Your skin is your body's largest
organ. We also talk about the importance of creating routines, especially a
nighttime routine that can help us sleep. But this one here is for the new moms
because Aveeno has a product for newborn babies. Skin is the first line of defense
and baby skin is about 30% thinner than our mature skin, making it even
more important to take action to help strengthen skin moisture barrier.
So using the power of oats as the hero ingredient, Aveeno Baby harnesses the power of oat to help
achieve skin hydration.
So if you're looking to learn more about how you can maintain and strengthen your baby's
skincare, head over to the website aveeno.ca.
That's A-V-E-E-N-O.CA.
Great. For the sake of time, I want to get into a couple of things here. It's okay if
you want to do another round of the maintenance program, right? Just like you needed as many
rounds. Remember, this isn't just about solidifying your weight. It's about solidifying your mindset.
And before you move on to that third stage, you really want to feel like I'm here, just like when you you got your goal weight and you knew like, okay, I'm done. Like I've reached my goal weight, it's time for maintenance, you should know, I'm, I'm ready to, to move on to the next step. So I just want to mention that I'm doing as many rounds as you need of the maintenance program until you feel ready truly to go to them.
And that could be, you know, feeling like, you know,
longer up to ask the four questions,
feeling like you no longer need to get on the scale.
You can pretty much guess your way before getting on, gone,
like just ready to embrace not being a person losing,
not be a person maintaining, ready to embrace the living.
I do wanna, we have some new members who are purchasing the program because they understand
we're going to make some changes to the pay structure.
So you're smart and you're like, I want to buy it for the 75 bucks and get in this place
is for maintaining.
So what I wouldn't do is be trying to lose weight in the maintenance program.
I think that's really, really important because the maintenance program is a space
for people who are truly done with their goals.
And that doesn't mean that you can't listen to conversations
but you shouldn't be following the maintenance program
and then being expected the scale to move.
Even though, yes, it's a very,
it's the same kind of food plan and all of that.
It's about intention.
The posts are different.
The conversation is different.
So if you are looking to lose weight
and you're not sure where to be,
you're gonna wanna be in the spring weight loss program.
You're absolutely gonna wanna be
in the weight loss program.
Now, we also do have people
who have been in maintenance for a while.
And I know you have a comment from Jessica here
who been in maintenance for a while. And I know you have a comment from Jessica here who been in maintenance for a while
and now you wanna lose again.
Like you're like, I wanna go for more.
Again, I would also suggest let maintenance sit tight
and come back to it.
When you've reached your new, new goal,
sign up for the Spring Summer Weight Loss Program,
focus on losing your weight.
Anything I'm missing there, Odette?
Or you wanna add?
No, that part's really important.
So the part about wanting to lose more.
So we talked about this before,
where we say like, it's great to be in the maintenance group
if you're not done losing your weight yet,
because it's like a roadmap.
You get to the park, you have your map of the park,
you know where you're going.
It's a little bit familiar,
but you're not going to go to the part of the park
you're not ready for yet.
So that's what's great.
What you don't want to do is try, you know, still be losing your weight with the weight
loss program and try and connect and resonate with what we're talking about in the maintenance
program.
It's not going to make sense to you and it's going to muddy the waters.
So yes, you can be here, have, you know, have a peek around, see what we're talking about.
But the weight loss group, that vibe, that community, those are your people.
So that's where you want to make sure you are.
And I think also that is very true for members.
Like you had mentioned, Jessica, she said she's been maintaining
her 40 pounds for almost a year now, but I'm ready to lose more.
Every time I try every time I try to get back on track, I sabotage myself.
I know I can do this, but for some reason, I can't seem to fully
commit again any feedback.
So for Jessica, this is what was also the point is
don't be in the maintenance group,
just trying to get back on track,
just trying to, you know, do things half in half out.
You want to be where people are losing weight
because that's where you're going to thrive.
That is the message you need to hear.
That is where you need to be committed.
So this is where we say too,
you can be here for a while and wanna lose weight
and go back to where people are losing weight
and that conversation, being that energy,
being that vibe,
and that's gonna help you feel driven and committed.
Because you can have reached your goal
and been in maintenance
and still have some issues and associations sabotage pop up and
trying to reach your next goal. Like you're not any less worthy of a hard time when it comes to
continue to move the dodge. It's not necessarily easier for you because you've already reached your
goal and you've already maintained. Now in the end, obviously you're amassing all these tools
in your toolbox. But this could
be a matter of going deeper. Like, what are other people going to think about you going
for more weight? Are you caught between accepting yourself and wanting to go for more? Do you
feel worthy of continuing to spend now more time the time that you know it's going to
take because maintaining and losing are two different solid bed intention, you got to
be maximizing, you got to be on you got to are two different solid bad intention, you got to be maximizing, you
got to be on you got to be do all the things. Are you willing
to make the sacrifices for lack of a better word that you're
going to need to when it comes to like you maybe you've been
like indulging back on track, indulging, whatever loving your
life. And now when you want to lose, you can't fuck around,
you got to be like, let me, you can't get caught in this no man
zone. Right? Like you, you are not doing the things you need to
do to lose and yet you get up doing the things you need to do to lose,
and yet you get up on the scale and you get pissed off
because it hasn't moved, right?
And so that's where I think like be in that maintenance,
that weight loss mindset group,
like sign up for the weight loss program,
and then really focus on getting your,
losing your weight, worst case scenario,
you reach your goal, yay.
And you continue to follow through on the weight loss
program or you decide having already no maintenance,
you do another round of the maintenance.
Like that there's no downside to it.
No downside to it, right?
It's just about, it's about people come so close
and then they get in this,
or I hear people in the weight loss program,
oh, I only have five pounds to lose. So I'm
just gonna go straight into maintenance. I'm like, it can
take someone the whole program to lose five pounds. Like, like
think about how hard five pounds can lose. It seems like only
five and some people Yeah, they'll do it in a couple weeks.
Other people it can take a month, two months to lose that
five pounds. So I'm just think you're going to get into the
maintenance program. You're you're also going to be like,
what is this about? What's the conversation you're going to
want? It's about maintaining, and you're going to want to
lose and you're just going to wonder where you sit and you're
going to end up in this kind of no man's zone. That's what's
going to happen.
Yeah, that's exactly right. So I think that's the the main point
is if you're looking to lose, whether it's you still have five
to lose, or you want to lose more, and you have been
maintaining this, the weight loss group is the place to be. And then this group is here, you know, it'll be here when you're looking to lose, whether it's you still have five to lose or you want to lose more and you have been maintaining this, the weight loss group is the place to be. And then this
group is here, you know, it'll be here when you're already in. So it'll be here when you're
done. So I think that the next thing we want to talk about too is, is those members who
have, who feel like they are ready to move on. You know, they've done the weight loss
program that they've done, they're solidifying, they've done the maintenance program. So where
do they go now?
And they go into the next program that I'm creating,
but I'm not there yet.
I'll let you know.
I'm probably gonna roll that out the end of spring.
Right.
I'm working on guests already.
I'm actually working on guests for it.
I'll roll that out the end of spring.
But yeah, what do they do?
Yeah, so they want to really be in this place now
where they are starting to test things out a little bit.
You know, they are starting to really be okay with themselves not following a program, not
following the tweaks, not, they want to be outside of that mindset, like, oh, do I need
to downsize or not? Oh, should I split the metabolism? Should I feed the metabolism?
Because I feel like I'm not sure where I am. So we want to make sure that they
want to be confident in themselves
that they're beyond following the tips and tweaks.
They want to know that I don't need that anymore.
Yes, I'm personalizing the plan, whatever that plan looks
like for me.
But it's personalizing the plan still
with all of the principles.
So it's not personalizing the plan
and doing whatever you want, whenever you want.
It's still being mindful. It's still focusing on the things that make you feel good.
You know, principles like having a higher protein breakfast, checking in with yourself at meal and snack times,
not going too long without eating. That's not a personalized plan. Those are bad habits.
So you want to make sure that, you know, there's a real clear definition in your mind with personalized plan are not, you know, reverting back to bad habits.
This is such a good point, Odette, because we've been constantly changing the structure around here.
So you're losing your weight, you do as many rounds as the weight loss program until you need,
you reach your goal. Then you go into maintenance and you do as many rounds of the maintenance
program until you feel like you've solidified that mindset.
And then the last couple weeks,
as you know the weeks we're in now,
you are personalizing the plan.
Now you can stay in that mode of personalizing the plan,
that maintenance mode, right?
This is maybe where you are,
maybe you're weighing or you're not,
maybe this is you're not asking the four questions
because it's just coming naturally to you.
And then there does need to come a point where you are no longer following a plan at all. And you are just trusting,
I'm ready to wake up, look good, feel good, be aware that I make, you know, my tendency is to go
all day long without eating. So I do that. I have to check in 30 years later, I still have to check
in with myself, remind myself to eat because I have a bad tendency of going all day long without eating, right?
You know, if I choose to, I never accidentally overeat.
It's always a purpose.
Like I'm always choosing
because I know the minute I am satisfied and I honor that.
Whenever I go off the rails and I do find myself indulging,
I am mindful about that.
I check myself before I wreck myself
and I get back on track whenever I need. It's a different way. We used to have this sort of testing the waters, right? And
I think this is what you're getting to. There is like losing weight, maintaining and like
solidifying your weight with doing as many rounds as the maintenance program. And then
there's testing their waters. It doesn't have to be your done maintenance and then you just
go live your life. There can be like a testing the waters kind of like tippy-toe until you're like, okay,
I'm ready.
I'm putting this behind me.
I think that's maybe what you're getting to here.
Yeah, it is.
And you know, maybe in this whole, we talk about solidifying in the maintenance program
is really keeping things status quo, even though we don't love to use that word status
quo, but we're not, you know, adding in foods that we've left out.
We're not, you know, being super flexible with our choices.
But now when we're starting to move away from that, that's when those things can
come back in. You know, you want to have to keep on Friday night.
You want to have a few chips here and there.
You want to go for ice cream with your family or your friends.
But it's this is still a phase of collecting data.
We love to collect data about here. And I don't want to think of it as data. Think of
it as learning opportunities, right? Getting to know yourself better, how you react, how
your body reacts, what's normal, what's not normal for you. And I think that's where this,
in this little phase, this is where you really want to keep doing that. You still want to
keep collecting data. You still want to keep getting to know yourself through these new experiences or different
experiences.
It may be experiences you had before, but now you're having them with a different mindset
and a different body and how are you reacting and responding?
Yeah.
So let's talk about this.
Last week of the program, what are you doing next?
Are you just going to test the waters and keep personalizing the plan until you're ready
to move on?
Are you going to come back here April 21st and you'll start this process all over again?
What are you going to need for that? Right?
Get yourself a new journal. Get like you're in the right mindset.
You know, be prepared to check in. Do all the stuff you're going to do each day.
Like what is your app when this week ends on Sunday?
What is the next step for you?
What comes next?
And how do you feel and feel it in your body?
Like I'm ready just to go live my life
or oh, I'm gonna need to do this again.
Or I'm gonna see how it goes and test the waters.
And you know, see like this is,
that's what today is about is saying to you,
you've made it this far, you've accomplished a lot,
not just through losing weight,
but through following through on the maintenance program.
How are you feeling and what are next steps for you?
That's something you're gonna want to ask yourself
by the time the week is done.
Are you taking a break in between groups?
Are you shutting your down in between groups?
What are you doing?
Yeah, so we're gonna take a bit of a spring slow down.
So the group is still open.
The team is going to be here working,
answering questions, offering support if needed,
but we're not gonna be doing Mindset Mondays
and we're not gonna be doing Midweek Motivation.
We're just gonna take two weeks,
let our members just settle into whatever their decision is,
let them make some choices,
but we'll still have posts every day.
Some will be thoughtful, some will just be fun.
Just to keep them engaged, keep them in a routine
of checking in, like come into the group,
check in, see what we're talking about.
In terms of check-ins, I won't be checking in
every single day, but I'll come in sporadically,
we'll check in, see how you're doing,
maybe give you something to think about.
But just a bit of a spring slowdown
so members can just settle into where they are.
And us too, we're taking a bit of a spring slowdown
so we can come back, recharge on the 21st
and we're 100% for our members again.
Yeah, so we run three groups, three programs a year,
but the group is ongoing.
So you can pop in at any time you get the support
that you need.
And again, that's just because of the way we structured it,
how the weight loss program used to work
is there was no ad, there was no book, there
was nothing.
We just run these new programs every three months.
And with the weight loss, with the maintenance program, we run them all in the same group.
So there is only one support group that might change in the future.
We are still working on that app for you.
We're not going to have that available, which is probably why we don't maybe don't have
as many people coming into this program because they love using the app. Eventually we'll have that available for you. But yeah,
we're going to take a bit of a slow down and then we will be back on the 21st.
Yeah, right back at it. And you know, we want to honor where people are at on their journey. We
know people have been here for a couple of years and are living their lives and want to have just
a space to check in until that third group, third program is ready, whatever we want to call it.
So they can come in here, check in, stay connected, let us know how they're doing. We'll have some fun. And like I said, we'll have some posts that are thoughtful as well.
And you never know when you might need support. You might feel really great right now and next week something might happen and you need a bit of support and you can come to the group and
the team is here. So yeah, love it. That's how we work over the next couple of weeks.
Great. So we're going to do our final check in of the program on Wednesday. So I'll see
you Wednesday. Do you have homework for anyone this week? The survey. Yeah. So we are doing
a maintenance. So it's a maintenance group and a 91 day maintenance program survey.
So we really wanna know what the experience has been.
We've evolved so much.
So we're not asking questions about your personal journey.
If how much weight you lost,
how long you've been maintaining or what,
it's not about your personal own journey,
but it is about your personal experience here in the group and
here with the program. And really it's for us to learn what is going really well, maybe
what we need to work on. And it's for current members, but it's also for new members coming
in, how we can level up. We always want to level up. We want to make sure information
is clear. We want to make sure it resonates and it's hitting our members exactly how and when it needs to. So that's what the survey is.
I love that. Yes, please fill out the survey. Yes, please. Please, please, please fill out
the survey. Yeah. So that's the homework. Fill out the
survey. There's also space there. We're not just asking questions. We're allowing you
to offer suggestions and insights as well. So there'll be a space for that. It's anonymous.
So you can say whatever you need to say.
Tell us what you think.
Pardon?
Yeah, it's anonymous.
Tell them we wanna hear from you.
We wanna, we want people to lose.
We want people to be able to maintain
and we want people to move on and live their lives.
And I feel, I'm sure you feel the same.
It feels like we're just getting started with this around
here we've learned so much over the last couple of years.
A lot of it has been what we've learned from our members.
And what you need, this is new territory in the weight loss
industry. No one's talking maintenance, no one's doing
maintenance, no one cares, because they don't actually want
you to maintain and sustain your weight. We do. We do, which is
why Ruth is flying all the way to Spain, to share what she's
learned from our members here in the maintenance group. So if
there's one thing you can do, please take the time.
Honestly, we would be so grateful.
Odette, have a great rest of your day.
I will see you on Wednesday.
Same goes with everyone who's watching or listening afterwards.
We'll see you then. Bye, everyone.
Bye.
