How are you doing? Hello, Odette.
Starting point is 00:01:38 Hello. How are you? Hi, I'm good. I was just reading our notes from today. Looking forward to getting into it. Yeah, well, before we get into it, can I just talk about the Greta conversation for a couple of minutes?
Starting point is 00:01:54 Because- Was that lovely? So it was so much more than salads. So I just, for our members that didn't watch it, totally transparent, I took the time today, I took my walking pad out and I watched it because I wanted to hear what she had to say. And I'm only what everybody has to say, but her especially. And I thought, okay, let's, we're going to have this really inspiring conversation about creating these salads that are going to
Starting point is 00:02:19 knock your socks off and how you can, you know, really jazz things up and feel inspired to eat all these leafy greens. And it was so much more than that. We talked about her and how far she's come and her dream of putting these cookbooks together and how it started out as this passion project in a basement, I think she said. And now she's got six number one bestsellers. Anyway, that was inspiring in itself. And then she said something about it, you know, it
Starting point is 00:02:51 didn't come without any tears. It didn't come without any hard times. And she said, but it was like the analogy she used was like chopping an onion. Like here you have this onion and you know it's going to add so much to your end result, to your end meal, but you're sitting there and you're crying as you're cutting it and your nose is running and you're ugly crying, but you do it anyway because you know it's gonna add so much to the end result.
Starting point is 00:03:19 And I thought, isn't that just, doesn't it just encompass so much of what we want people to understand about this part of the process? We know you want to be there so bad. We know there's these blips in the road and you know the end result is gonna be amazing, but some days you might have an ugly cry and some days you're gonna have a case of the buckets
Starting point is 00:03:40 and not wanna do it. And I just thought that her saying that in that moment, in that conversation was so powerful and I think everybody to do it. And I just thought that her saying that in that moment, in that conversation was so powerful. And I think everybody should watch it. Even if you don't want to be inspired by salads, come and be inspired by her and what she had to say. Yeah, it wasn't about salads. I mean, the book is beautiful. I first met Greta many, God, this guy be 20 something years ago. I was working at the, on the morning show in Toronto called Breakfast Television. And Romer was the host at the time. That's how far back it goes. And her and her sister came on to promote her loony spoons. And when people bring on books and stuff,
Starting point is 00:04:14 like people who work on the show get to take some stuff home, they're like, here, do you want this book? And I was like, I got it. I was in love with it. And I wasn't even really into cooking even at the time. I just thought the way it was laid out was absolutely brilliant. I love when things are done in a new and fresh way. And I hadn't really given it much thought until Ali, who's our marketing person, was like, Hey, I know Greta, you know, she'd ever come on, she's coming out this new cookbook. And I'm like, what? She's incredible. I know Greta, you know, she'd ever come on. She's coming out with this new cookbook. And I'm like, what? She's incredible. I think Greta followed me over on Instagram.
Starting point is 00:04:48 And I'm like, heck yeah. But then when she sent me the book, it is just gorgeous. You can tell it's a passion project. She has tips. She has things that you can switch out. It's just, it's a whole vibe. So do yourself a favor.
Starting point is 00:05:04 Go buy her book. You can buy it from Indigo and we don't make any money off you buying switch out. It's just, it's a whole vibe. So do yourself a favor, go buy her book. You can buy it from Indigo and we don't make any money off you buying her book. Honestly, you will not be disappointed. It is every single page of that book is just brilliant. But I loved her story. It was one of resiliency. It was one of having a dream
Starting point is 00:05:20 and continuing to work towards it. That Looney Spoons, her first book, she said she got so many nos people refused to publish it they're like this is not going to do well and she stayed true. There was a lot of really good shares in there. And then she's done it all herself like talk about a powerhouse woman. And then she also shared her weight journey. And how she was you know, it's funny because someone had had asked me about
Starting point is 00:05:45 well, are you going to ask her about her views on low fat, no fat, because, you know, that's all she talks about. And, you know, yeah, maybe in like, in the 1990s, like way back in the day, and she even talked about that, how, you know, it's just the, it's changed, things have changed. And back then it was low fat, no fat. And that's what she wrote about. And she talks about how, you know, she was hardly eating anything and her weight had gone up. And now she eats all
Starting point is 00:06:10 this good nutrient rich food. She's lost 25 pounds and she feels amazing, better than she ever has. And she's about, I think she's 59, she said, I think she's turning 60 next year. And yeah, it was just, I thought it was very inspiring. And I thought if you're looking for a play on salads, and I love it, because this is not just all about salads, as you know, man, she's got some good stuff in that book, for sure. And the other thing she said was making, like eating well and eating healthy, enjoyable. And so many of our our members have said, you know, I feel like I'm going to miss my comfort foods.
Starting point is 00:06:45 I feel like I'm going to miss the foods that I used to enjoy. And I think it's because they are putting this perception on the foods that they are the best for them, that are good for your gut, are good for your overall health, nutrient dense. They think those are health foods, right? And I think, you know, members still can struggle with that a little bit
Starting point is 00:07:08 when they're thinking long-term, I have to give up all my comfort foods. But she said, like, let's make these salads enjoyable. Like, why not make them delicious and robust and like the depth of flavor? So I think that's what, you know, was a massive takeaway there too, is they don't have to be like we say, like the gloopy Catalina dressing on iceberg.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Like make this salad, and there's warm salads you can have. I think when people hear that word salad, they're like, oh, I'm going to eat like a rabbit. No, like it can be robust and it can be delicious. And I think if our members can think of it that way, that, you know, make food enjoyable, and the foods that also make you feel good, it doesn't have, you don't have to feel like you're missing out on anything. Yes, and salads don't have to be diet food where you're eating your salad and Sally comes by, oh, you're eating a salad, you're still on a diet, right? Like, no, I'm eating this delicious, yummy, you know, meal right now. Yeah, just all I gotta say is go grab the book like every single I would eat every single thing in there. And it's all I love cookbooks that have a lot of photos. And I see Rhonda here, like I don't cook, but I will try the dressing. You know, I don't even need to cook. I'm sure a lot of us is
Starting point is 00:08:20 chopping and preparing and putting it together. And honestly, whatever makes your life easier around here. It's that mindset changing, right? It's that mindset, changing your mindset. I see here that you have a comment from someone that you want to talk about and read. Do you want to read it? Do you want me to read it? Yeah, it's pretty long, so we can read it. Yeah. You want to go read it? Okay. It says I realize that a big part of it for me is going to be believing that I can maintain my weight I think we this is hot off the heels of Monday where we talked about that, right? Like supporting the new you is really understanding what you need to be able to not just maintain your weight
Starting point is 00:09:00 But believe you are worthy believe that you can trust that you're going to make choices, you're actually going to be able to maintain and sustain your weight. With over 35 years of losing and gaining the same 20 and 40 pounds, I hear you, I'm noticing the feels coming up about whether I can maintain. But I have noticed after the program, I was terrified of eating anything off plan. And when I did,, I over indulged. That started a slippery slope towards gaining all it back because when the first five pounds came back, I couldn't face the idea of having to go back and starve and deprive myself again. So I just got a bad case of the fuck it. Yeah. And I think this really goes into that all or nothing mindset, right? Like I think this is when you when you have this mindset like oh
Starting point is 00:09:49 I have to go back and I have to do all this hard work again And I have to do all the things all the time and I have to starve myself and deprive myself Just to feel good about what I'm doing I think that's where that mindset can really start to hold you back. And yeah, it sounds, it doesn't sound fun. So that's, I think when you get into that cycle of spiraling and like, well, forget it. I like, like she said, fuck it, I'm not going to do it. You know, this is, this is how it's going to be. To me though, well, first of all, I hope you don't feel like you had to starve and deprive yourself to lose weight on the living method. Like I, but I can understand that's your association to that. Oh, here we go again, right?
Starting point is 00:10:27 But is that all or nothing where you went off plan? It's not going off plan. It's like going off plan and then overeating. Like it's that downward spiral. Oh, I had a little bit of this. Oh, fuck it. I might as well just go completely off the rails. We talked about that with Sandra Elia,
Starting point is 00:10:45 she's a food addiction expert, food addiction counselor, sorry. And it's that spiral that happens, right? You don't just have the thing, it's the aftermath that comes. We've talked about this with Dr. Beverly, right? That capture, cancel, correct it. Don't forget about those techniques, right? Like you have something, right? Like, oh my gosh, I blew it. No, you didn't blow it. You're just choosing to have a little something, something. You haven't ruined anything. You're not gonna gain all your weight back.
Starting point is 00:11:14 So it's that spiral. The second part is the consistency of the basic food plan is building my confidence in my body that it knows what it needs. And the true awareness that I've built over the weight loss rounds is really helping me clarify what's driving my habits around food. I'm a work in progress for sure. Mad love and respect that you recognize the importance of that routine. And just because you've lost your weight physically
Starting point is 00:11:43 doesn't mean that you don't still have a lot of work to do mentally. And I love this whole like realization that's happened here. Love that. And I love that she said about the consistency of the basic food plan. When you don't, when you feel like you have nowhere else to go, you know, when you feel like I don't know what to do next, come back to that consistency of the basic food plan. We've been saying that this is back on track. This is what we're doing now, reestablishing that routine for you, making you feel solid in that routine, knowing that you can trust that routine. And that's, you know,
Starting point is 00:12:14 her just saying that the basics, the consistency of the basic food plan is building my confidence that my body knows what it needs. And I think that's, you know, exact message. Yeah, like, let's, let's reverse engineer this. And let's say you gained all your weight back. And I'm going to say to you, why? How? What happened? What was going on? And let's just say for shits and giggles, you actually had to like, talk to me about this and tell me why what happened. Oh, something happened. And then I
Starting point is 00:12:46 went back into old habits. Or I wasn't sure I was going to be able to lose weight. So when I did go off plan, I just overate everything. And then I felt bad about that. And that spiraled like, you know, if your fear is I'm going to gain it all back, let's say you're already there. And let's backtrack and think about how did you get there? What was the process of you gaining all that weight back? And that will give you insight into like what you can work on right here, right now, in the here, and now to make sure that that doesn't happen. Like let's just say your worst fear comes to light. How did you get there?
Starting point is 00:13:20 How did you get there? Yeah, and not just how did you get there in terms of, you know, what were you eating, but how did you get there? Right? Yeah, and not just how did you get there in terms of you know, what were you eating? But how did you get there? How did you what did you talk to you? How did you talk to yourself? What did you say to yourself? What did you believe about yourself? You know, what was your truth in that moment? You know, that's all part of how did you get here? Not just mine? I think I got here because I over ate know how did how did you talk to yourself when that was happening? You know, it's not the overeating. It never was the overeating.
Starting point is 00:13:47 It was the overeating and then the starving and depriving and the berating and the punishing that came afterwards along with the high stress, the lack of sleep, right? Maybe the deficiencies you had going on that you addressed early on with supplements, right? It was, who knows, it was the hormones that you had going on that you addressed early on with supplements, right? It was, you know, who knows, it was the hormones, you know, that you were going through, maybe you're on perimenopause, right? Like it was never the overeating. It's never the overeating
Starting point is 00:14:14 that causes you to gain that weight back. It's everything in combination. That's, you know, so yeah, it's like those, those other routines replaced the routines that you had, you know, not just, not just around food, but around everything. So I'm really happy this member put that in the group. I think that a few of our members can feel that way. When we did start talking about optimizing in terms of maximizing, we got excited seeing how it really resonated with our members now. And being able to let go of that mindset of I have to do all these things for the rest of my life, it sounds like so much work
Starting point is 00:14:50 and it's not about doing all the things for the rest of your life, it's about doing the things that you optimize in those areas that you need to work on in that moment. I like, Linda here, a huge non-scale victory was learning that my comfort foods were cravings actually sourced from my deprivation diets by denying myself good fats, whole foods, all the delicious foods that is part of life, right?
Starting point is 00:15:15 And that's this concept of you're missing out. A lot of people go back to old diets that you did, right? And when I that feeling that you missed out and you couldn't have foods and you just starved and deprived, like that's your thought, even though you didn't starve and deprive the weight off this time, that's how you feel, because that's what happened every single time, right? And it's that it's that understanding is that understanding that peace that this is not about starving and
Starting point is 00:15:43 depriving yourself forever to keep this weight off. It's about being in tune to your body's needs and be able to enjoy all the yummy bites, a bits that come with life. It's about waking up in the morning. How do I feel? Looking good, feeling your best. Or if you don't, then why is that?
Starting point is 00:16:01 And what do you need that day? Understanding the basics. It's always gonna be beneficial to start your Understanding the basics, it's always gonna be beneficial to start your day with protein. It's always gonna be beneficial not to go too long without eating. It's always gonna be beneficial to not eat, you know, late into the evening,
Starting point is 00:16:14 not because of calories, because it messes with your sleep. Always gonna be beneficial to making sure that you're hydrated. Supplements for some people, well, it's always beneficial to make sure that you're getting enough omega-3 in your diet, vitamin D, magnesium, things that with or without dieting, we tend to be deficient in,
Starting point is 00:16:29 right? And just understanding and knowing what you need. Am I hungry? And this comes back to personalizing the plan that you're going to continue after you've done your maintenance program, right? It's checking in. Am I hungry and need to eat? If so, what is the best thing for me to eat? Or should I eat because if I don't eat now, shit, I'm going to go, you know, it's going to have to go all day without eating. Could I eat? Oh, have a little bit of something, something, right? Or maybe I'm not hungry and I choose not to eat. Remember, but all of that, you'll have done that so often that it'll just become second nature. So it's about having all the things come together
Starting point is 00:17:06 so it's easy for you to be like, oh, no thanks, I don't want that donut or, yeah, thanks, I'll have it. I eat a couple of bites and then just don't think about it. Or I eat the whole thing that was delicious and then move on, right? So it's a lot of things coming together
Starting point is 00:17:22 to make sure that you are gonna be able to maintain and sustain your weight. Yeah, just all the things. All the things, as I say that out loud. Yeah. Acast powers the world's best podcasts. Here's a show that we recommend. So let me start us out.
Starting point is 00:17:41 I love hearing from Gunn. we recommend. So let me start us out. I love hearing from God. Sean Bowles has been a celebrated and trusted prophet for decades. God said that you are being given to your boyfriend. But did he have everyone fooled? There's pretty much no way to make any other conclusion than he was data mining. Season six of Heaven Bent, the smartphone prophet. Listen wherever you get your podcasts.
Starting point is 00:18:14 Acast helps creators launch, grow, and monetize their podcasts everywhere. Acast.com. Here's Carolyn. What's she dealing with? I have empty nest syndrome. podcasts everywhere, Acast.com. Here's Carolyn, what's she dealing with? I have empty nest syndrome and I've come to terms. Eating is a big part of it as change, whether good or bad, brings out the fields that I need to cope with. Food crept back in.
Starting point is 00:18:39 Oh man, my son is heading off to university in the fall. And although I'll still have a child here and when it lives close and One always comes back and he'll probably be here and move back in in the summertime and they're probably never really leaving You know and I want them to leave and be independent. I'm already stressing about this I could totally drink a bottle of wine just thinking about this So I I get this and I'm wondering like, okay, so if I'm not that mom, who I am now, did I do a good job?
Starting point is 00:19:10 Did I spend enough time? I miss him already and he's still here. I think being a parent is so defining, especially no disrespect for the dads, but especially as being a mom. Like society defines us as we're the moms or the parents, it's just so defining that I think when your kid goes off or your kids leave, it's kind of like, who am I now?
Starting point is 00:19:34 What do I want? Right? And so that's where I would say the tools and the skills that you use to lose weight are the same tools and skills you'll need right now to be like, what is this about? Can you name it? What do you need? Like what? Why are you going to the food? Like what's the feeling you're avoiding? Right? And you have the skills to do
Starting point is 00:19:55 that and be like, what's not what's wrong with me, but what's going on with me. And you'll realize these same tools and skills that you lose you learned while losing and maintaining our life skills to be able to help you be able to deal with anything in your life at the end of day. What do I need? What's going on with me, right? And food is just a reflection of how we deal. And our body is a reflection of how we're coping
Starting point is 00:20:19 and caring for ourselves. When you're stressed out, broken down, you gain weight, chances are you're not caring for yourself in a way that you need to be. Yeah, and I really resonate with what you said there about having one go away. So I'm not an emptiness, but one did, I still have one at home and one away. And that whole summer was 2023, I guess, summer 2023 is when my son was
Starting point is 00:20:48 getting ready to go off to school. And that whole summer, I was reverting back to being in a comfortable place because it was uncomfortable thinking about that change that was coming. So even though it was still three months away, I was starting to almost like protect myself. Like I'm going to go back to this comfortable place of this routine that felt good, even though it wasn't good for me, this routine that felt good. So I don't have to think about that situational change that is coming or that, you know, that big transition that is going to be happening for us. So just reverting back to comfortable routines in a comfortable way
Starting point is 00:21:27 was a way of not having to deal with you know what was going on. It wasn't it was about the food of course but it was about other things as well. I stopped moving as much, stopped you know because I was like well if I don't move as much then I can be home to spend time you know with him before he leaves. So it was going back to those routines that felt a bit safer and a bit more comfortable and would allow me to stay in that pocket versus having to move forward. You love what feels comfortable. Everybody loves what feels comfortable, even if it's not good for us. I, like Michelle says, I realized that mindfulness is the key to not letting the food creep in.
Starting point is 00:22:02 Recently, I had to check myself, start looking at my intentions each day. Yeah, and sometimes you're just going along and everything is easy peasy. And then other times you're like, whoa, what's going on here? Let me like re-ground, like re-center myself. Let me ground myself. Let me, you know, like, let's start being intentional
Starting point is 00:22:18 about the things that I need to do. I notice for the sake of time and where we're at, I want to address this comment that you have here talking about change and how, you know, the only constant is change. And this comment from Ellen, my weight is going up for the first time in six months, not doing anything different. And I know you're probably going to say the same. I'm like, maybe you need to do some do things differently, right? Like maybe your metabolism is increasing and you need like, you know, you need three eggs instead of one egg.
Starting point is 00:22:51 Other things that are changing, the weather is changing, how long the days are is changing, your environment is changing. If not your stress levels, the stress levels of the people around you is changing. And it could be like, I was talking to one of our team members today and she had done the program and lost weight, easy peasy. And now that she's going through perimenopause, she's just like, holy shit, like this is totally,
Starting point is 00:23:20 what is going on? And so like, if you lost your weight, for example, and now you're going through perimenopause, menopause, like that's a whole other thing. And now you need to be, now, you know, maybe you could drink wine and maintain your weight easily before, but you know, now it's starting to affect you more as your hormones are changing, right?
Starting point is 00:23:40 So what, like, it's not about, sometimes you need to change the things that you're doing. And if you're just holding on to the same thing while everything else is changing, including you with your hormones, for just one example, or you've been working out consistently and now you're, you're lifting heavier weights and your body needs even more and you're not giving it what it needs. Coming in hot off of, off of winter, maybe you were taking your vitamin D supplements and you're feeling fantastic and then you decided, I don't
Starting point is 00:24:12 need these anymore. I reached my goal weight. I don't need them. But after the long dark winter, your D levels have dropped. Do you know what I mean? It's not about, oh, I'm still eating. You should be changing the things that you're doing and aware of the changes that are happening around you. I know you're gonna say the same thing. I was gonna say pretty much the exact same thing so we can just wrap it up now. I was gonna say, we get into this,
Starting point is 00:24:36 I think that we hold on to what is working. This worked for me. Maybe I lost my weight a year ago, maybe it was six months ago, maybe it was six years ago, and that worked for me. And now I'm still doing the exact same thing, but it's not working for me anymore. And it's not, it's not, you know, the food plan. It's not going back on track. It's what else is happening?
Starting point is 00:24:57 What else is going on? How is your body changing? Like you said, how is your environment changing? Maybe you do need to do something differently at this point. Maybe you need to take a minute. It's not about, you know, not changing and not doing the same things, or sorry, and doing the same things. When we talk about supporting the new you, yes, it's the new you of who you are now, but it's every day like you're somebody you could be somebody a little bit different every single day or every single month, you know, something new could be happening to you or around you. So I
Starting point is 00:25:24 think when we talk about supporting the new you, that's it's also supporting the changing you and you know, what might be going on and not trying to force doing the same things, just for the sake of doing them. I mean, I maintained my weight easily for 30 years. And then all of a sudden, I had all of this stress from running a company. I had stress with one of my kids who's going through some serious mental health issues. I started going through perimenopause, menopause, I'm almost there.
Starting point is 00:25:55 And then my kid's dad died. And within like over the course of two years, my weight went way up, like way past my setpoint range I was used to. And I wasn't changing. I was like, I'm fine. Everything's the same. I'm good. I'm good. I'm no, and I was like really resistant to that. And that if I could just hold on to what I've always done, that's the way to go. And then I had to make some serious hardcore changes in my life. But I felt the same way. I'm like, but I'm not doing anything different. I'm not doing, I'm not responsible for this.
Starting point is 00:26:24 I'm not doing anything different. I'm not doing, I'm not responsible for this. I'm not doing anything different. I'm done what I've always done. And that was the problem is that was hanging on so tight to that and it wasn't like it was everything changing around me and I needed to change and adapt to that. When you say it's stressful running this company, you don't mean me, right?
Starting point is 00:26:45 This is my happy place. OK, good. I don't want to make sure. This is my happy place. No, I mean, in order to, you know, to make sure Odeck gets paid, I only have to help 100,000 people every year successfully lose their weight and keep it off. That's all. It's no big deal. It's no stress at all.
Starting point is 00:27:03 I bring you joy. That's all I wanted to hear is I actually bring you joy. You know, and it's, it is that stress and it's the stress of helping people. Like I really, you know, you, I don't, you know, I'm preaching to the choir because you want people, they work so hard to lose their weight. You stress about what more do people need to know?
Starting point is 00:27:18 What's the, what's the conversation? What can we do to really help you be successful? It's stressful. It's amazing and it's wonderful. And it's like, so, you know, I'm so grateful and we get so much out of can we do to really help you be successful? It's stressful. It's amazing and it's wonderful. And it's like, so I'm so grateful and we get so much out of what we do, but it's stress. It's stress. I get it.
Starting point is 00:27:32 I get it. Well, I mean, I'm not running this company. But like you said, I think anybody can. You're running the whole maintenance program. You want to go there. There you go. You got your stress. Anybody can appreciate that with the stress in their know, in their job or in their life or
Starting point is 00:27:47 whatever it might be. And you want to just make it be fine because you feel like it's just part of your day or part of who you are. But you know, it's there and it's good for members to hear it because then maybe they can acknowledge it too. Yeah, life has a way of getting in the way for sure. It's probably life that's changing, not you that's changing. Okay, before we go, what's people's homework for the rest of the
Starting point is 00:28:11 week? We're week two, we're going to be rolling into week three next week. We want people to stay invested, keep going. We're already at week three next week, which is just like crazy. The summer is upon us. It's coming. Let's just stick with it. It's going to be so worth it. So what you got homework for us? So we have the giveaway going on in the group right now. And we want it. So we have two giveaways now actually after today. But the one I'm just going to talk about quickly, it's the supplements giveaway. And we're asking people what healthy means to them. And I love that. I love this question because people really have to define it. You can't just
Starting point is 00:28:48 say, I want to be healthy. Because that's just a blanket statement. And you don't want to use somebody else's definition of what healthy is. You want to use what your definition of healthy is. Make it tangible. Make it specific to you and what you see for yourself. What does it actually mean for you to be healthy? It could be, like I said, it could be mental health, it could be physical health, it could be having a functional body, it could be disease-free,
Starting point is 00:29:18 whatever you think that might be. Make it really tangible and try and see it. So if you are at that healthy place, what does it look like? You know, what does that look like? So yeah, just really define what healthy is and write it down. I think this is also a bit of a stepping stone into that conversation of worthiness. When you have this definition of what healthy is for you, and it's your definition, it's not somebody else's definition, you know, we think it's going to help you feel worthy of attaining it, right? This is my definition of healthy. I deserve and I'm worthy enough to get
Starting point is 00:29:50 there and to feel this. So maybe you're going to feel a bit more confident that you're going to be able to get there. Maybe you're going to feel a bit more motivated to get there and you're going to feel worthy of owning that healthy definition because it's your definition. Nobody else is telling you that that's what it needs to look like or feel like. Gosh, I love that. All right, so enter that giveaway. Yeah. And before you enter, take some time
Starting point is 00:30:14 to think about what healthy means to you. Yeah, you've got until next Tuesday, so you've got some time. The post is in the group, you can get there. And then the other contest we have going on, it's a bit more fun, we just wanna see your salads. So just post your salad. Yeah, to win one of Greta's books.
Starting point is 00:30:27 Yeah, and then next week, like you said, it's week three, we're talking motivational and mindfulness around here, and we're really getting back into our bellies a little bit. I think we've been having some conversations about mindset and having some conversations about making that shift in that transition, and now we're reminding everybody to get back to that mindfulness around eating, mindfulness around, you know, those satisfaction levels,
Starting point is 00:30:52 really the core of that weight loss program. We're coming back to that next week. You know, a little bit deeper, but we're also coming back to that mindfulness again, getting back into your belly again. I love that, cause you're right, we've been in our head. We've been up in our head and just following that routine, which is what allows us to be up in our head, but let's ground ourselves back in our belly and our body. Love that. Thanks everyone. Thanks everyone
Starting point is 00:31:16 who's joined us today. I hope you have a great day. Go Leafs Go. That's right. Go Leafs Go. I have a 7pm live in the weight loss program. I don't think anyone's going to show up. Maybe if I live stream the game, maybe. Yeah, maybe. Odette, thank you so much. Always a pleasure. You know, this is, you know, one of my favorite conversations to have here. And we're really moving the needle with this conversation in this group. I'm grateful for you. Thanks, everyone. Have a great rest of your day and we'll see you. I'll see you tomorrow and I'll see you Odette on Monday. Yep.
