Oh, we're up.
Oh, I was just looking at my...
Do we not really have any introduction?
What's happening?
Do we just give it up?
The team's gotten home.
It's Odette and I.
We're by ourselves.
Yeah. And if you leave us in charge, something always breaks. So
yeah, well, whatever. I was just looking at my Wrinkle Shminkels. I
ordered these. Have you heard of them?
Wrinkle Shminkels?
I don't like that like the tape thing.
Yeah, they're like silicone. And there's like one for your chest
because I skin all wrinkly up in there. Right? Like I wake up in the
morning, there's no way I'm wearing like a you know what I mean? And
then these ones are for the men look like I
smoked for years I did I don't smoke so I don't know why I got
these like I think it's just an old white lady thing I so I've
got the they go on your lips and then they're reusable so I'm
gonna I'm gonna test drive them and see.
I've heard of them I've seen the ones for like here because this
is where I like I'm always you know like like this, I just get Botox there. I Botox. I'm gonna call Dr. Rice. Yeah, think you can hook me up.
I can you can tell well you can tell you can tell when I need new botanical. Why my why is my whole face like this? I don't know why I'm talking like that. You can tell when I need Botox because it's not these wrinkles.
These ones I get like this moves.
I don't get my forehead like those are my wrinkles.
To me it's these ones here.
I get a really strong line up here.
I look like a Klingon.
You know, remember Klingons from Star Trek?
I do.
I do.
And then that because that is how I'm always thinking.
Like I'm always like this.
This would be my resting bitch face.
This is how I'm judging thinking. Like I'm always like this. This would be my resting bitch face.
This is how I'm judging all the time.
With the butt.
Yeah.
And so I get the Botox.
And I remember the first time I got it,
I realized I'm always walking around with a stress headache
because I'm always like this.
I'm a hard thinker.
And so I get the Botox just in here.
I mean, a little bit here and a little bit here.
But you can still see it.
It's not like I don't have any,
like I don't get it to freeze my face.
So yeah, you can always tell when my Botox is wearing off.
Yeah, I get that.
It looks like I'm judging everybody.
That's why I walk around.
That's great.
Makes you look busy though and intense also.
Yeah, I tell you, super intense.
Yeah.
Thinking, you're very pensive.
Odette and I are delirious because we just came back from our super fun, joyful weekend of meeting the team.
I wish everyone could meet the people, like actually meet the team.
Like it's so incredible when we bring our team together. What a just a truly wonderful group of people.
But I wish I was thinking about this morning, I wish our members could make really experience.
I know they have because, you know, we've been at the home show and
there's been some opportunities to meet some people behind the scenes. But I
mean, really truly like have an opportunity to talk with and get to know
the people who help them because it's just an incredible group of people. So
if you're in the maintenance group, you ask questions on the weekend, we didn't
ignore you. We were just all hanging out together, having the best time.
It was so good for the soul.
We've been having that conversation on finding joy.
And you know, living method is not just losing weight,
maintaining your weight.
It's truly designing the life that you want to live.
And are you happy?
Is there joy in your life?
And my goodness, just an abundance of joy this weekend.
It made me feel lighter.
I just feel lighter today.
Yeah.
Even though I'm tired as fuck.
Yeah.
Yes.
Tired is the perfect word.
And re-energize.
I feel re-energized.
You know, like you know you have it in there.
It's that, you know, but then you get, and I think I don't want to speak for our team
and our program specialists and maybe even our members feel like this, that, you know, but then you get you and I think I don't want to speak for our team and our program specialists and maybe even our members feel like this that, you know, you're just going through the motions. This is their work. They come to work.
And they do their jobs and they do it so, so well. And they, you know, they're reading everybody's comments and then they're just, you know, you think they're just people behind a screen or people on their keyboards and you get them together.
or people on their keyboards, and you get them together, and you know, you can feel that what they're typing
in the group and what they're saying to our members
is coming for such a genuine place.
That's exactly who they are.
And I think a lot of that emotion and a lot of that passion
is hard to come through on the keyboard sometimes.
I think they do an amazing job, and then you get them together
and they're still talking about our members. They're still talking about you know
amazing things our members have said or they've talked about you know a member that was struggling
and now they're not anymore and they do that in person as well as you know behind the screen. So
I think that's what's really amazing too is that they bring that same joy like you said that same
energy and they come together and our
team knows they're all in it together and they're doing it
together. I think that's what's really amazing. Yeah. Yeah.
The sweat and the heat did not hold us back.
Oh, my God, I was surprised that my weight up. Oh, dad and I
were just joking that I peed once the whole weekend. I was so
dehydrated. We went out for a walk the Thursday morning or Friday morning, Friday morning, Friday morning. And then Saturday
we were out on a bike. It was so hot. So we were like biking in the sun and we were dancing
in the sun. It was almost too hot to even drink alcohol. Like I think I had a one sip
of an espresso martini and a like half a Corona and I needed water, water, water, water.
So just a reminder that your weight is going to be up in the heat for sure in the summer.
So but oh my god, yeah, just so much, so much sun and so much heat, but they were stuck
in a heat wave again today.
So it's not going anywhere.
But I love it.
It's nice.
I saw a photo on Instagram where someone was talking about reminding us of the snow
Pile 10 feet high and just writing people
If you're complaining remember this in just a few months ago, right? I'm not complaining about the heat
I mean, I think we joke like it was so hot and we all like you said didn't pee for the whole weekend
But the heat is just it just really felt like
summer and it felt like we were away. And it was really, it's really amazing. Yeah. So speaking of
summer. Yes. Yeah. So we're in our last week of the program week 12. Really helping our members
think about next steps and what's to come and make a plan for the summer and make a plan for the fall
and think about where they want to be. And that's what this week is all about,
really just taking a minute, taking a pause,
before the pause and figuring out
what their plan is for the summer
and what their next step is.
Where do they wanna be next?
Yeah, so we're also taking a pause for the summer, right?
So we're gonna shut down the maintenance group
over the summer and we're gonna start it up again
with our start of our next 91 day maintenance program.
So it's a little different as we have forewarned everybody, we are changing the structure.
Eventually we're going to have an app.
We're going to be running our maintenance program that way.
If you've bought into the maintenance group as it is right now, you have ongoing access
to this group and you can do as many rounds of the maintenance program as you need.
And it's all here for you.
So we are taking a break this summer.
So we're going to be moving over into our summer club.
So if you want to join us over in our summer club, that's going to be a place to stay connected
to our community, whether you're looking to lose weight, maintain your weight, you have
any questions, you want to stay motivated over the summer.
And then we're going to start up again here on, I think, September 8th, right?
September 8th.
But that was, I saw someone asking, they're like, do I have to sign up again?
So if you're in the maintenance group and you're watching and listening to this, you
do not need to sign up again for the fall program.
You automatically will have access to it in the fall, September 8th.
So that's how that's going to work.
Yep.
And just like you said, you know, we're shutting down the
group, but the information will still be here if you want to pop
in and review anything, it's all organized. So just the team
won't be here answering questions or reading comments
and no new lives as we shift everything over. I think what
you said there, too, I just want to touch on you said about doing
as many rounds as you need. And this, you know, this the
maintenance program is 91 days, and it's here to set you up for the next stage
for the next step.
But if you feel like you're not ready,
come back and do the program again,
follow it for all 91 days
because we had a member say that, you know,
I was reading today, she has moments of clarity
that her gut has, her gut is talking to her,
her body is talking to her,
but she just doesn't have that calmness and that trust yet to go
it alone to start testing things out. Michael, this is the
perfect opportunity to come back and and you know, give the give
the round another go like give the maintenance program, another
go work through that mindfulness work through that calm work
through that trust. So I think that's a really important point
we want to make. It's not like 91 days, see you later. It's 91 days. If you're not ready to move
on, it's okay. You don't have to move on.
Yeah. Well, I just want to say in the weight loss program, if you were losing weight, remember,
right, we're just finishing up our spring summer program and there was a break in between
the groups, just like the same break we have here, but people are continuing to personalize
the plan to continue to move the dial on the scale.
Some people may be just like looking to maintain over the summer.
This is no different here in that you are actively working towards maintaining and sustaining
your weight, stabilizing your weight through doing the maintenance program, the 91 day
maintenance program.
And new research is coming out saying it takes two years for your body to
adjust to your new weight for it to become your new set point. That's just two years you randomly
living your life. In the living method with the maintenance program, you are actively
working on that. So you're not just like doing nothing. You're like, this is where you're going
to be able to fast track the time that it takes for you to solidify your weight.
I believe you can solidify your weights physically in three months because it takes that long
to adjust.
It's the mindset that can take much longer to adjust.
So just like people who are in the weight loss program are personalized in the plan
for the summer to lose, you are going to continue to personalize the plan to maintain and sustain
your weight,
getting back on track whenever you do find yourself indulging, and then you're going
to make another concentrated effort to dig deeper, to level up even more, to really work
hard to solidify that body physically and your mind mentally.
So it's kind of the same, same, but different, right?
So throughout the summer, you want to personalize the plan with the intention of working
on maintaining and sustaining your weight.
Yeah. And you know, we had another member who was saying
that she's she's done, you know, she's been with us in the
maintenance group for a while, she's worked through the
maintenance program a few times, and she feels ready to move on
now she feels ready to move on to that stage, where she is, you
know, it's still the second stage of
the Living Method, but it's the maintaining part where you're starting to test things out.
You're starting to, you know, maybe add in some new foods. You're starting to, you know, really
experience those firsts, you know, without being on a plan or without personalizing the plan,
really just out there living your life. So, you know, I think that that's important to those
members that aren't actively working the program
because they feel like they're able to move on from it now,
they still have a place in the group.
You know, they still have a place in the group
with these other posts that are coming up
to be able to share or ask questions
or if they need support while they're, you know,
moving on to this testing phase and maintaining phase.
So I think there's also a place for them.
They don't have to be, they don't have to think,
I'm done the 91 day program, I'm outta here. There's also a place for them. They don't have to be, they don't have to think I'm done the 91 day program, I'm, I'm out of here, there's still a place for
them as well. So if you're ready to move on to that place where
you're you're testing things out, and you're really starting to
maintain and you know, it's real life for you with without the
program, there's still a place for you here, too.
That this is your safety net. Yeah, right. This is your safety
net. This is a place where you'll be able to come in, ask
any questions, because just like again, what's three reasons why you gain your weight
back, right? Not putting time into maintenance, which to solidify your weight, which you have
done, right? Situational change. That can happen a year after you have been maintaining your
weight. You could easily be maintaining your weight for a year. You know, something happens
that just rocks your whole world,
causes you to easily fall back into old habits,
or maybe you change jobs, move countries,
change relationships, whatever that might be.
It's so easy.
Again, I was sharing in the weight loss program today,
I maintained my weight easily for 30 years
until I had to deal with menopause, my kid's dad dying,
I'm dealing with a kid with mental health issues
running for the pressures of a big company.
None of those things I had experienced in 30 years
of maintaining and sustaining my weight.
And then I fell back into old habits and gained my weight.
Right, so that situational change.
And the third one is mindfulness.
And that's something that's always, you're always growing,
you're always evolving,
your life is always changing.
And so it's just a matter of continuing to stay connected.
The reason why we got so disconnected in the first place
is we stopped listening to when to eat, what to eat,
how much to eat, stopped eating when we're hungry,
drinking when we're thirsty and sleeping when we're tired.
We prioritized everybody else and everything
in front of our own needs.
And it's so easy to go back to that, right? And that's a big part of that mindful piece and sleeping when we're tired, we prioritized everybody else and everything in front of our own needs.
And it's so easy to go back to that, right?
And that's a big part of that mindful piece
is remembering it's your job to take care of yourself.
You don't gain weight back without noticing.
And so this is why you're acquiring the tools
and the skills to be able to notice.
So you can go on and maintain your weight for 30 years
and then get hit with something right so whether it's
five months, five years, whatever that is. It's all about
really making sure you feel confident in the skills and
tools that you have to be able to go on to that next step,
which is to live your life. So there's there's losing your
weight, there's actively solidifying your weight, then
there's like maybe staying in that test in the waters, still in maintenance, still keeping an eye on things until you're really just ready to let it
all go and be like, I am just turning the page on my weight journey and I'm moving forward and I am
just living my life because I have become this person with, you know, and living this lifestyle
that supports those changes that I made. Right? Like you're no longer in probationary
mode of your life. You are just ready. Live it. Off you go. It's time for today's podcast sponsor,
and this is a company that I can feel good about. It's Bombus. Did you know that socks are one of
the most requested items by organizations supporting people experiencing homelessness? Yeah, socks. The thing most of us take for granted every single
day. That's why I love Bombas. They make the most comfortable socks in the history of feet.
Seriously, once you wear them, you'll never go back. And for every pair you buy in Canada,
they donate a pair to someone who really needs it. Same goes for the insanely comfy underwear and tees,
which just so happen to be the most requested items
by Shelters.
So far, Bombas has donated over 150 million clothing items.
That's not just doing good, that's doing real good.
But let's talk about how they feel.
Every sock, slipper, and tee is made
from the softest, dreamiest materials.
The underwear, effortless, the t-shirts,
they're gonna be your new fave, and the socks, game changers. Especially if you're working out,
walking lots, or just love a cozy vibe, they even have compression socks if you're into recovery
mode like me. And the best part, Bombus has a hundred percent happiness guarantee, meaning
you can return, exchange anything, anytime, no questions asked.
So if you want to feel good and do good at the same time, just go to bombus.ca slash
liby, use the code liby, L-I-V-Y at checkout for 20% off your first purchase.
Again, that's bombus.ca slash liby.
And don't forget to use the liby discount.
We had a post come out today actually,
just as a reminder to our members that was,
you're not on a plan, you are the plan.
Oh.
Like this plan that you had before, this is you.
This is you making decisions.
This is you following, following, I mean,
I hate to use the word rules,
but you're following the new rules that you've set for yourself.
Yes.
You're following these new principles that you have put in place for yourself, these new principles that you have put in place for
yourself these new guidelines that you've put in place for yourself. That is the plan. The plan is
not following a structure or, you know, hard and fast rules. It's all about what is personal for
you. That is your plan. That's what you're doing day in day out setting yourself up in a way that
works for you that makes sense for you. That's the plan that you're following. It's what you're doing day in, day out, setting yourself up in a way that works
for you, that makes sense for you. That's the plan that you're following. It's the personal,
I mean, I want to say that's, you know, it's the Gina plan. It's the Odech plan. It's the,
it's whatever, whoever you are now, that's your plan. That's for you.
You're not on a plan. You are the plan. That's exactly it. That's exactly it. I love that.
I see a comment here. Remember a comment that
you wrote down? I've been maintained from Jessica. I've been maintaining my 40 pounds
for a year. First of all, amazing, but I'm ready to lose more. I love that. Every time
I try to get back on track, I sabotage myself. I know I can do this, but for some reason,
I can't fully commit again, any feedback. So there's a couple of things going on here because you say that you've been maintaining your weight
for 40 pounds lost for a year, but I'm ready to lose more.
And then you say, every time I try to get back on track,
I sabotage myself.
So I think it's the verbiage
and maybe the way you're kind of like positioning this.
So you don't wanna get back on track to lose more weight. Back on
track is when you are maintaining your weight, you go away on vacation, you go away for the weekend,
you trash yourself during an amazing weekend and you're you're like, Oh my God, I really feel the
effects. I need to help my body calm down from the party, right? Recover from the party, calm down
from the stress and you implement back on track for that. Back on track is not meant for losing. It's for helping your body. It's for
recovering, right? And so I think that's problematic if you're trying to get back on track as a weight
loss method, because that's not it. I know I can do this, but for some reason, I can't seem to fully
commit again. So my feedback would be sign up for the fall program.
Yeah.
Sign up for the program and do it again.
But you're doing it from where you're at now with the knowledge that you have.
So first time you did the program, you come in here, your metabolism is low, you know,
you're lacking knowledge, whatever that might be.
You go through however many programs you need, you're losing weight, increasing your metabolism,
making your body healthy, increasing self-awareness,
more in tune with your body.
And so the next time you do the program,
you're not starting from here, you're coming in here.
And so you have changed physically, mentally,
so you wanna do the program again,
like in some respects, like you've never done it before,
but you also have the advantage
because you're bringing all that knowledge with you
and do it from day one.
Sign up, get the app, show up on day one
and commit to following through and doing it.
Because otherwise you're gonna be in this no man zone
and this wishy washy space
and like it's hard to commit to that.
You need to commit to the 91 days, here's a start,
here's an end, you know you can do that.
But if you leave it open-ended
and you're just kind of floating around trying to do it,
like that's where you're having a hard time committing.
Committing to what?
What are you committing to, right?
Yeah, I think she's been really great
at committing to maintenance,
using back on track when you need it.
You know, that's obviously been working for her. But it's that mindset. Again, if you're in this, this mindset of of sorry, you're not in the mindset of being all in and losing weight and you're back on track and I'm maintaining and I'm doing well. I think yeah, being in the weight loss group and being all in over the maintenance group will be here again. So be in the V in the weight loss group, do the program.
And that's where you're going to be with those like-minded people.
You're going to be saying, you're going to be hearing that message over and over
again. It's a weight loss message. It's not a maintenance message and it's different.
So when you're around that and you're immersed in that,
and that's the vibe that you're,
you're bringing to yourself and cultivating around you,
that's going to make it easier. Not easy, but easier to be in that mindset of losing again. It's the energy of it because you
can say, Oh, I already know what to do. I can just do it on my own. It's that's not the same as signing
up and committing to the 91 day process and the energy of doing that. Right. It's kind of like reading a book versus being in a
book club. If you had a book club, you had every Monday, you had to show up, read certain chapters,
you'd probably be more likely to make time to read that book, right? You already know how to eat,
you know how to lose weight. That's not the problem. The problem seems to be you showing up
and actually following through and doing it because
life gets in the way, there's so many other things. And so that's why when we do things with other
people or we are more committed, we are more likely to be more successful. There's a lot of
science behind that. So it's not really about knowing what to do. It's actually about the
structure of doing it. That's the difference there. So that's what I would do.
I would sign up for the fall program, get her done.
Yeah.
Get her done.
Being that weight loss mindset,
commit to starting, finishing.
At the very least, it will just more actively
solidify the weight that you've already lost
while also losing the weight that you wanna lose.
Yeah.
So yeah, I wanted to make that point.
I think, you know, sometimes our members can feel,
I don't want them to feel bad or feel like they failed
or they're embarrassed because they want to go for more.
But that's not what it's about.
No, it's not like that.
You should never feel like you have to do it on your own.
That's, you know, it's like you can't have this mindset
that, you know, you know it all already.
I know the program. Why can't I do it?
Why am I sabotaging myself?
That's not what it is.
And that we don't want that to be the underlying message
that you're giving yourself.
If you need, you know, if you're ready to go for more,
whatever the situation is, whatever the reason,
that's where you should be in that vibe,
in that space, in that energy.
Happens all the time.
Happens all the time.
You feel like you've reached your goal and you're good. You maintain for a weight. There's so much value in that space, in that energy. Happens all the time. Happens all the time. You feel like you've reached your goal and you're good.
You maintain for weight.
There's so much value in that.
And then going back for more, there's so much value in that.
I think it's normal, especially as you adjust to your weight.
Sometimes I think the need to do it on their own,
I think as women, especially being like,
well, I've already taken too much time for myself,
or I shouldn't spend the money on myself, or I shouldn't need the help because you're weak if you if
you if you ask for help or you you're weak if you need the community or you should we
feel like we should do it all can do it all should do it all and without any help, right.
And there's just so much value in signing up and being committing to it, you know, for
yourself.
So I mean, that's what the program is always the buy in was always the commitment to yourself.
When I did my first program, I did it for free.
And I probably would have kept on doing that except I'd have people in there who weren't
serious and taking up a lot of my time.
And I was like, okay, I need people who are just serious.
We're going to spend my time.
I need people to buy into
I'm here in that commitment. And that's these programs. Yeah, I
can't do them for free, because you like to feed your family.
And I can't I need this whole team of people to help me and
they all need not need jobs, but they want jobs so they can buy
the things that they want to buy and feed their families and
stuff like that. And this is why we try to keep the price as low as possible and offer this great value
because it's the buy in.
Yes, we want to help people.
Yes, we also need to help ourselves and get paid.
But it's that buy into yourself.
It's that commitment.
It's amazing how people will stand in line at Starbucks for a $10 drink or people will stand in line at Starbucks for a $10 drink, or people will buy a hoodie for a hundred bucks,
and yet they will him and haw about the cost of the program.
And don't get me wrong, I've been so broke ass y'all
that I know what it means like to not be able
to string five cents together.
So I know there are, you know, extreme circumstances,
but for some reason we have this issue
with spending money on ourselves when it comes
to something so personal for some reason. So sign up. Sign up. Yeah, buy in that commitment. And yeah, and it's,
it's like a reinforcement to yourself. Like I'm taking this 91 days to do this for myself. I'm
taking this 91 days to commit and get it done. And yeah, yeah, I think that's an important place
to be an important message for anybody that's ready for more. Yeah. Well, in fact, how we're kind of designing the new app, we're coming up with like a subscription
model so people would just pay monthly, which you can cancel after whatever we're not doing
it the same way everybody else, but you can actually switch between programs.
If you want to do a weight loss program once, then a maintenance program, go back to weight
loss, you're going to be able to do that because so many people do that.
They decide they want to go for more after spending time in maintenance. Nothing wrong with that. What's people's homework? So for our final week of the program.
I know. Well, for those that are still here and listening, I mean, thank you. I'm so happy that
everybody's still around. Yeah. No, I'm really, I was thinking about this homework and I feel like
so many of our members are really starting
to make a plan for themselves and whether they're recognizing they aren't ready to
move on or whether they're recognizing they are ready to move on, I want them to solidify
that plan.
I want them to take the information that came out today.
There's another post coming out tomorrow about moving into that maintaining testing things
out phase and we have another post coming at the end of the week,
closer to the end of the week, about moving on completely,
living the livey way, taking the principles and guidelines with you,
and just living your life.
So their homework this week is just to come up with a plan,
whether it's a summer plan, whether it's a plan for the end of the year,
just write it down. What's that plan?
You know, what do you see happening
over the next little while?
And you know, and how are you gonna get there?
How are you gonna put it into action and make it work?
And also give yourself a plan
if it doesn't go the way that you thought it was gonna go.
You know, have that part of the plan in place,
you know, commit to being ready
that if it doesn't go exactly the way that
you think it's going to go because chances are it's not, you know, it might not.
So have that plan in place to don't let yourself, you know, be stuck in the mindset of, well,
it didn't work for me.
It never will.
It didn't work for me.
What's my next step?
Because you're allowed to change your mind.
You can decide this summer, you're going to whatever and then change your mind.
Right?
Like you're allowed to change your mind.
But it's all about being in tune with what works for you being sick practice that mindful
peace and being self aware.
That's the big part of it.
Yep.
That's all right.
Cool.
All right.
I'm hungry.
I got to go eat and I got a piece since this is the first time I've been great.
And yeah,
Yeah, great.
I know.
Look, I have all this. Someone's like, who's on who's back on track? I said, I'm
not sure I'm back on track when I'm drinking all the water
today.
Well, it's another hot one, at least where we are anyways, to
stay cool, everyone. Although you wouldn't know it, because I
literally had to lean back and turn on my heater. I have this
space heater that Tony went and bought me because I'm just like,
I can't do it. It's so cold. My office is in my basement.
went and bought me because I'm just like, I can't do it. It's so cold. My office is in my basement.
Glamorous. I know. But I'm freezing my ass off here. So yeah, I need to go outside to outside sit by the pool, warm up in your lunch. Oh my god, I'm so embarrassed. Before we go, I don't know if
you saw my Instagram story yesterday. And there was this bird. This there's a bird in my backyard.
story yesterday. And there was this bird, there's a bird in my backyard. And I was like, what is this bird? Because I love, I love bird watching, which is why it's so embarrassing.
And there was this bird there and it kind of looked like a robin, but it was all speckled.
And I'm like, what kind of freaking bird is that? And so Tony's like, I think it's a robin.
I'm like, no, I know what a robin looks like. And so I put it on my Instagram story. Guess what it is. What? It's a, it's a Robin. It's a baby Robin, baby Robin.
And they're all like a little bit fuzzy with the speckled belly and speckled wings.
Yeah. How did, how did I not know that? I didn't want to be the one to tell you. So I'm glad
somebody else did. I'm so embarrassed. I don't even, They're like, it's a robin, Gina. It's just a baby
robin.
You had a busy weekend, you know? Things were a little bit foggy. It's totally fine.
I thought he discovered a new species of birds, but no.
You did? Oh, no.
No.
That's okay.
This is a robin.
Okay. All right.
Well, maybe he'll be back there and now you can see him again and be like, oh, there's
a robin. My new friend. Yes. Okay. All right. Well, maybe he'll be back there and now you can see him again and be like, Oh, my new
friend.
Yes.
Okay.
All right.
Okay.
We're procrastinating now.
Okay.
Gotta go.
Okay.
Bye.
Thanks, everyone.
Have a great rest of your day.
Bye.
Bye.
It's time for today's podcast sponsor and this is a company that I can feel good about.
It's Bombas.
Did you know that socks are one of the most requested items by organizations supporting
people experiencing homelessness?
Yeah, socks.
The thing most of us take for granted every single day.
That's why I love Bombas.
They make the most comfortable socks in the history of feet.
Seriously, once you wear them, you'll never go back.
And for every pair you buy in Canada, they donate a pair to someone who really needs
it.
Same goes for the insanely comfy underwear and tees, which just so happen to be the most
requested items by shelters.
So far, Bombas has donated over 150 million clothing
items. That's not just doing good. That's doing real good. But let's talk about how
they feel. Every sock, slipper and tee is made from the softest, dreamiest materials.
The underwear effortless, the t-shirts, they're going to be your new fave, and the socks game
changers. Especially if you're working out, walking lots, or just love a cozy vibe. They even have compression socks if you're into recovery mode like me.
And the best part, Bombus has a hundred percent happiness guarantee, meaning you can return,
exchange anything, anytime, no questions asked.
