I'm Gina Livy and welcome to the Livy Method podcast.
This is where you'll have access to all of the live streams for my 91 day weight loss program.
With a combination of daily lives, guest expert interviews and member stories, there is something new almost every day.
Miss the morning live?
Want to re-listen to one of our amazing guest experts?
Well, this is the place.
This podcast is hosted on ACAST, but it's available on all podcast platforms, including the one you're listening to right now,
Spotify, Apple, and Amazon music.
This is not really a good look.
No, they say you don't want to ever bend over a mirror.
When did that even happen?
I don't know what's going on.
You just wake up one day.
You just wake up one day and it's like, I don't know my hair.
That's what I keep saying.
You know, I was reading somewhere that when you, once you're like five years after
menopause, you actually hit menopause, menopause, where you don't have your cycle
anymore, that your collagen starts to deplete like 30%.
or something crazy like that.
So this is where now there's new hype on collagen supplements,
which of course we talked a lot about in the weight loss program for skin, right?
It may not help lose weight, but it can absolutely help for skin.
So I'm going to get all my collagen products.
But hello, hi.
Hi.
How are you?
I'm good.
I'm fired up.
You know, I went to the Canadian obesity summit.
Mm-hmm.
I know.
I feel like I want to talk week 12, but I also want to talk the obesity summit.
So it relates.
It's unbelievable.
Here's what I can tell you.
Okay, so one, doctors are not trained in obesity care and medicine, just like they're
not trained in menopause, which we know.
And I would never want to, like, doctors are amazing, right?
I'm so grateful.
I have a doctor.
I wouldn't want to be with that one.
But they're not trained in obesity medicine.
So when people go to their doctor, that's why a lot of times doctors are like,
we'll go lose weight and they don't really have a way for you to do that.
So that's number one that you need to understand.
So what are they teaching?
They're teaching doctors how to actually communicate with patients,
which I think is really important around weight bias and weight stigma.
That's really cool.
And about time.
Then we also have the weight loss medications, which great.
Help with food noise.
They help with appetite.
You know, they are beneficial for a variety of other reasons.
The problem is they do not have a fix for sustainability.
You go up and you say, okay, so this is going to work for me for a couple of years.
It stops working.
Then what?
Well, we don't know, but hopefully we'll figure it out by the time you need to know.
These doctors are doing research because they get paid to do so, and that's how they make funny and no disrespect.
We need research, but it doesn't go anywhere, right?
Like it's not helping anyone at the end of the day because no one knows how to scale.
The very few people that are actually understanding that weight loss is your doctor, a dietitian, a psychologist, a kinesiologist, like everything that you're a whole team,
not just to take care of you, but educate you. They have 75 people a year. Like they're not really
happening on it. Behavioral change. Set point can rise. Set point can also fall. Every time you do a diet,
it ruins your metabolism. It makes it harder for you to lose weight. So you're stuck at a set
point that's hard to change, but is absolutely you can change. But it takes work. It takes that
whole team of professionals it takes for you doing long enough. And the thing about behavioral
change is there's no money in actually helping people lose their weight in a healthy,
sustainable way. It all comes down to there's no money in it, which is incredibly frustrating
because the living method is sitting there, but I am not credible because I'm not a doctor.
And even though doctors are not trained in this area. So incredibly frustrating, but also
incredibly exciting because it just talks about why,
what we do is important here. And so Ruth Kane was there presenting maintenance. So it was all
about like weight loss in the real world. So she's talking about maintenance. So Ruth studied a group of
people who were able to maintain and sustain their weight for over two years. She also spoke to
and studied people who were unable to maintain and sustain their weight. And so she presented the
commonalities, right? One was that people understood that they made changes. It changes
who they are, right? I am now this person who lives a different way because I need to live that
different way to be able to maintain and sustain my weight. So they have adopted the changes that
they have made in their lives to be able to continue to sustain and maintain. The people who
gained their way back after doing the maintenance program understood the reason why they gained their
weight back. And they were able to then implement back on track to get back to getting on the road
to being able to maintain and sustain their weight. So it was really interesting. You know,
Obviously, education piece, understanding it's not just what you eat and when, community and support
a big part of that.
So I think what's going to happen, and I was talking to a friend who's a doctor, and she's
like, there's a wave of people coming where they realize the weight loss medications are not
the answer, not that they're not helpful, not that they're not beneficial, but that alone
is not the answer.
and they are going to go looking for maintenance, lifestyle,
sustainability, but now people are just like they're either taking GLP-1s and looking to lose weight
or hoping or thinking about taking GLP-1.
So we're really ahead of the game here in the maintenance program.
And this is the work that you need to do to be able to maintain and sustain your weight.
And that is absolutely a possibility for you.
You absolutely can lose your weight.
you can maintain your weight, you can live the rest of your life.
Understanding that weight will fluctuate depending on where you're at in your life,
what's going on in your life, and how you're navigating all of it.
And so here you're learning the tools and the skills to be able to maintain and sustain your weight.
When life gets stressful, when you're dealing with grief, when you, whatever's happening
in your life, you know what you need to do to take care of yourself and to make choices that don't
lead you to gaining weight. People gain weight because they don't give
their body time to adjust to their weight. That's why the maintenance program is important.
They don't, they fall back into old habits, which is why the mental part of what we do here is so
important, right? Or they, or they, they stop being mindful for whatever reason. And this is why you need
to adopt. It needs to, you need to be the change. So yeah. So like really infuriating,
frustrating and very exciting at the same, same time. Yeah. I think.
I think, you know, when you said there about behavior change, it's so part of it, I think it's also that identity change, you know, like no, no, identity change. Yeah, like they're not talking about identity change. And they're, you know, that's always like, you should love who you are. You should just be who you are. And yes, so when you hear that and you want to do that and you want to embrace that, I want to be who I am. I want to be true to myself. But being true to yourself is, is, has changed, is different. It's not better. It's not worse. It's just different.
And you have to be able to adopt that new identity.
You are that person now that whose habits have changed, whose routines have changed, whose outlook has changed.
And I think that's a big part of it is behavior change, but then accepting identity change.
And, you know, when you talk about the skills, like, yes, I think that we have these GLP1 medications that are tools.
They are important, needed tools for so many people.
but there's no skill being learned with that tool.
And I think when we look at the maintenance program as another tool, you know,
it goes along with those JLP ones.
And it's helping you build those skills because you can only survive certain circumstances
with the skills that you have, with the skills that you know.
And until you get new skills, until you get new tools to help you survive circumstances
that are going to come at you later on, you know, stressful times, traumatic times, situational
change. Until you have acquired those skills, you're not going to be able, I know you use the word
survive, but you're not going to be able to survive those circumstances until those skills are in place.
And that's what this whole maintenance program is all about. It's helping you get those skills,
those coping skills, those mindset shift, the behavioral understanding, the trust, the confidence
that needs to grow. Those are all skills to help you survive what's coming now.
next. I know survive sounds dramatic, but it's true. You want to be able to get through it.
No, seriously, no shit survival, right? Like, we don't even talk about what's going on out there in
terms of like cancer rates and what's happening with our health and wellness. We know we live in an
obesitygenic society. So the food choices are out there that, you know, that we're constantly
faced with that just cause inflammation, all sorts of issues, plastics. Like, there's so much
going on there. It's how do we live long?
how do we live a healthy, happy, long life?
We're all trying to live as long as possible, right?
So this is so much bigger than that, so much bigger than that.
I want to read a couple of comments.
Here's Dave.
Hi, Dave.
Drugs are never the answer.
Everyone knows it, but it's so hard to not take the easy road when you know how difficult
the best or hard way actually is.
The living method, though, presents the middle ground, in my opinion.
And yes, right?
It's like you have the medication.
We have the method.
but how do we also, the problem for me there, and I'll be honest with that, is the living method
worked really well before weight loss medications came to town. I know they've been, they've been
stuck around for a long time, but before they came mainstream, the living method always worked
really well for weight loss. That's why I was so busy with personal clients. That's why I came up with
the way we do the living method today to help as many people as possible. People always lost a clinical
amount of weight more than, which was the standard and in a healthy way, right?
So how do you honor people who don't want to use medications, but also welcome people
who do want to use medications?
And it's that fine line, I think, that we're trying to do both.
Like, could we make probably a shit ton more money and attract a whole, like, new audience
saying, like, hey, GLP1, we're like the method to the GLP ones.
Yes.
But then also, like, I don't want to piss off or not piss off, but.
deter people who still want to lose weight without using medications because the living method
always was and always was always will be really great for that right like i think the living method
is just a great way to lose weight medications or not um here sue it was hard to be true to myself and
happy with myself when i was a hundred pounds heavier i couldn't be the active joyful person i
wanted to be yeah and sometimes we just resolved to where we're at and if you've done a lot of diets think
this is just how I'm just supposed to be happy and love myself. But that's, I think, where the diet
industry or the body positivity thing made things more complicated because if you're just trying
to be okay with who you are, yet there's a voice inside you that says, hey, oh my God, we could feel
better. We could live better. I'm uncomfortable in my skin. I'm not, you know, I'm not doing well
with the choices that you're making. That's kind of disconnecting and not honoring where you're at,
right like you but i think you can love yourself and want to make change that's the difference right you
don't have to be accepting and be like okay i just okay with being like this for the rest of my life
but if you really are not then you are allowed to make change and still want to love yourself
um and then there's christine here happy to be here at the end of my first maintenance session i
continued eating mindfully while still enjoying the special moments and not beating myself up lost a
couple more but very content with myself fluctuating right like and that's that's it's learning to
navigate life while maintaining and sustaining your weight. There will times that will be more
challenging and maybe at the higher end and times where things are like you can do all things and everything's
line and life is easy and you're maybe at the lower end of your weight. I don't know what that one is
healthier than the other, probably more stressful or what's happening in your life causing you to gain
weight. But I say that because there was a time when I was dating Tony and I was happy and I just was
gaining weight because I was eating bonbons and like legit candy at like, you know, staying up to
three o'clock in the morning and didn't give a fuck because I was happy. So to say that you're,
you know, if you're on your higher end of your weight life is difficult and not, you know,
not as happy, wouldn't be true. So I was just trying to try to find that. And then I was like,
got on the scale one day and I'm like, okay, honey, glad you're having fun and glad you're happy.
Yeah. Right. But you don't need to be going buying new clothes, which is fine, but like you might
want to check yourself there, sweetheart. So anyway, yeah. Yeah. I don't know what I'm saying today,
Well, I think it's great.
I think we're talking a lot about real life and, you know, being okay with those higher ranges too,
like being okay, knowing that it's normal.
It's going to go up, but it can easily come back down again.
That's part of what this maintenance program is as well.
And when, you know, Christine says, so she continued to eat mindfully.
She was still enjoying those, you know, enjoying those times, understanding that it's going to happen.
It's going to go up.
It's going to come down.
It's going to go up.
It's going to come down.
But it's that awareness too.
I mean, we use that word awareness so much.
It's that awareness and that comfort.
in that awareness, knowing that it's going up. Oh, my goodness, it has to keep going up. It has to
keep going up because that's all I know. That's all I've done. That's the only thing that I understand.
But having this piece where you know, getting this place where it's normal and those fluctuations will
slowly start to become comfortable. We know they're not comfortable in the beginning, but they'll slowly
start to become comfortable and just part of this journey. Part of who you are. Part of who you are.
Part of who you are. That's who it is. You have to adapt the changes that you are making.
You cannot live your life the way you did before because you were a direct result of that.
And so although that's comfortable, it may feel safe for you.
It's not where you wanted to be, which is why you embarked on this journey of change in the first place.
What do you want to talk about today?
You want to talk about the three stages of the living method.
There's lose your weight, obviously maintain and sustain your weight and then go live your life.
What do you want to say about that?
I think many people are not really sure what is next for them.
They don't know.
They want to have this clear defined line in the sand where they're like,
okay, this is where I'm going next.
I know it for sure.
And I think that there doesn't have to be any sureties right now.
You don't have to be 100% confident of sure.
You can take a minute and think about it.
Coming back to do another round of the maintenance program is totally fine.
It's not like it doesn't have to be a one and done.
Remember, there's no rush here.
there's no pressure here. You can come back to do another round of the Levy Method maintenance program.
If you feel like you still have things to work through, because I mean, who doesn't have things to work through?
Really? And if you still have learning to do, if you still feel like you need a bit more extra support,
you still don't have the capacity to just go on and personalize the plan, you know, and start testing things out,
you can come back for another round of the program. Just want everyone to feel okay with that, you know, being able to do that.
And it's also okay if you feel like I've done one round or I've done a few rounds of this
maintenance program. And now I want to try and go and test things out with less structure.
So less structure meaning you're not following the weekly tweaks. You are there personal lines
in the plan. You're checking in with yourself still. You are following those principles that got you
here. So you're not following a program and a plan, but you're following those principles that got you
here. And maybe you start testing things out. Maybe you start dipping your toes in where you haven't
been because you felt like you weren't ready to go there yet. And that's like maybe you want to add in that
burger and fries one night. See how your body feels. See how you react. See if you know how the scale is going
to react. You know, if that's where you feel like you are not, you know, not wanting to or not
needing to follow the tweaks week in and week out, then that's your next stage for you. And I think
we also have members here. We want to acknowledge those members that have been here,
have put their time in with the maintenance program. They've started to test things out. And now
they're just going to go and live, you know, live their lives, live the livy way. They just will
come in, check in if they need to, when they need to. But they're just going to be out there living
their life. And again, I think what's so important is talking about those principles. We're going to
talk about them more as the week goes on. Because I think in the beginning of this, when the maintenance
program came to be, it was, you know, I'm going to follow the maintenance program. I'm going to follow,
you know, the program I followed when I was losing weight that worked for me. But I think what we
want to not mix up here, it's not about following the program. It is about following those principles,
meaning always choosing nutrient rich foods, you know, really focusing on protein for breakfast,
keeping yourself hydrated, not going too long between eating, managing that stress, getting good
sleep. Those are just principles. That's not a program that you're following. Those are just the
foundations that you've built and the, you know, the guidelines that you want to take forward.
Yeah. So that's really, yeah. No, I said, that's really what I wanted to say is that it's really
looking at those three stages and having an understanding of what might be next to you.
I also understand that there's not a huge rush to move from one stage to the next. If you don't feel
like you're ready. If you're feeling more fearful than you are excited about a next stage,
then maybe just stay where you are for a little bit longer. Yeah, there's, you're rather losing
your weight. You're either intentionally maintaining your weight or you are living your life,
but there's gaps in between. So I'm going to get to that in a second, but I just want to read this
comment from Mary, watch some 2006, 2007 videos over the weekend where I was 100 pounds heavier
than so difficult to watch myself at that weight trying to manage life. Right. So it's a good up,
opportunity. Here we are at the end of the program, reflecting on how far you come.
And what is your motivator moving forward? It might be different. It might be different.
Have you actually checked on your why, why you're continuing to show up?
Given that it's the last week of the program, I think you have three options here.
You can do another round of the live session with the maintenance program intentionally,
understanding that the tweaks each week are designed to help you dig deeper to level up more.
It's like designed to challenge yourself to fast track the maintenance process. The standard
is maintaining your weight for at least two years. And it takes at least two years for your weight
to adjust, your body to adjust to your new weight, right? Not saying you have to do the maintenance
program and all the live sessions for the next two years because it fast-tracks that.
That two-year standard is based on just someone losing their weight and then just trying to
haphazardly out there in the other world trying to maintain it. With this, you're fast-tracking
that whole process. You're being very intentional. Give me the shit I got to work through so I can
work through it now, right? Let me intentionally give my body the time that it needs
adjust sooner rather than later. So that's it. Very effective for helping your body adjust physically
and mentally. Right. The other option is I just don't have capacity right now. I'm just going to
work back on track for like whatever until I feel like I can be in the mindset to be a little bit
more proactive about where I'm at. That is an option. Just like it's an option in weight loss.
There is capacity as a whole other conversation. The third is like go live your life. You are
done with maintenance and you are ready to go and like you don't have to keep doing another round,
Like you just might need a minute with all of it.
Just focus on back on track.
Do the bare minimum to sustain and maintain your weight.
See how you make out.
So intentionally do another round of the live session.
Just hold the fort, toe the line.
Do the bare minimum.
Maybe you got a lot going on in your life, which is fine.
Pop in and out of the group.
Look for support.
The other is live your life.
You're ready for that third stage.
This week and last week is a good indication if you are ready for that or not.
Are you excited about this fucking week?
Or you're like, I'm really enjoying this.
I totally got this.
look how far I fucking come. Like I'm ready to wake up, look, and feel good. I'm ready to move on.
I understand that there may be times in my life where I am challenged. I understand that when
life fucks me up, I need to like hunker down and, you know, show up for myself. Like I think I've
got enough tools in the tool bag to handle that. Like, are you ready to take this journey forward,
right? Like knowing what's coming down the pipeline of life for you. Do you feel like your
tool bag is your backpack is full? I can be like, okay, I'm closing the door. I'm like,
thank you. I'm ready to go live my life the live you way. Right. And that isn't following a plan.
Following principles, yes. That's not doing the basic food plan every day. It's not mindlessly following a
program. It's like really being like every day is different. What do I need? Where am I at?
What's going on? And these two weeks, personalize the plan, they give you a taste of that.
They give you a taste of that. So if we shut the whole thing down tomorrow, where would you be? How would you
do. Do you be like, oh, I got this? I'm good. You know, maybe I won't be perfect, but life is not
about being perfect, but I feel good. Or like, holy fuck, I'm not ready for this shit yet. Then do another
round of the, do another round of the maintenance program, right? There's any time spent maintaining
your weight is not lost time, but the goal has to be for you to get to a place where you are living
your life. That is it. You got your backpack full of tools. You're ready to hit the trails.
you're good. There's a there's past Disneyland what you so you've been gearing out planning to go to
Disneyland you did Disneyland now what? Where are you going now? You know so that's how I see it. So
you fall into those ready to move on personalize the plan live your life you know just don't have
the capacity for and being real about that just not having the capacity to do the structured 91 day
live session or like fuck yeah bring it on bitch I'm here and I'm going to see how much more I can
learn how much more I can do and really challenge myself. And I think that's where maybe you're
looking at that live session as a challenge. This is an opportunity to learn and grow and evolve,
right? That's your options, right? Here's Mary, I'm not ready yet. One year on maintenance so far,
each program I've been less connected, but still following the plan for now. 60 years of weight
loss and gained takes a while to maintain. Right? Or somewhere in between says Kath, right? Sue,
I really love the distinction between following the plan and following the principles. I've been around for
years and yet I feel like I'm hearing this for the first time. Right. This is it. Dave,
thank you for filling out my you got this bucket to start my week. Yeah, right back at you.
So this is, this is what this is like recognizing it's hard work and it's not done yet. And that
fucking sucks because we all want to be done and move on. But this is where I think if you can
look at this, maintaining your weight is truly helping you live your healthiest. So this is going
to help you if you're worried about dying, cancer, your immune system, all these sick, like,
you want to live your healthiest life physically, mentally. You're actively doing that while doing the
program too, you know? Yeah. I think that like I said earlier to, and there's no rush and no pressure.
Like just take the time and figure it out. Like, we're going to be here if you need us to be here.
You know, if you decide that, you know, I'm going to go and I'm going to live my life and give things
to go and give it a try. And then you're out there and you're like,
this is not going well for me.
I need to come back for support the group.
That's what, you know, this community is for as well.
And I think that realization won't come until you've tried it, right?
The realization that those feelings, those thoughts that start to come up or, you know,
you may also surprise yourself where you might be like, oh, this is not going so well.
And then you might realize, but that's okay because I know what to do now.
Like my, your mindset has shifted so much that,
yeah, maybe it's not going well for just a little bit, but that doesn't cause you to spiral.
That doesn't cause you to, you know, pack it in. That causes you to have more awareness,
to have, you know, to face those associations, those thoughts, those issues, you know, straight on.
Yeah. And this is where I'm going to bring up how we started this program. A lot of people
are really upset with our app and, you know, they're brought into the program with, like,
I mean, this is the benefit. Like, you will have access to this for as long as you need for as long as
this group is here around Facebook without having paying one more cent.
I mean, if you imagine there are people who paid $36 to have access and had been following
along and showing up and asking questions for like two, almost three years now,
who were upset with the changes that we made with an app.
It's just not sustainable with where technology is.
Apps cost money.
We can't continue to have people use the app for free when it costs us money.
It comes to the point where we're now like paying you to do our program.
But this is the benefit for anyone who got grants.
grandfathered in for a lack of a better word. And it wasn't lifetime. It was access to the Facebook
support group on Facebook for as long as you need it. So just reiterating where we have people coming back
and checking in. Like that's the benefit. That's that that's such a huge benefit. Yes, we have our new
version of the maintenance program. You will have access to all of that. The app will just be part of it for
going moving forward where people will connect to the app. So then we have our weight loss program,
our maintenance program and then all of our lifestyle programming also inside the app.
So I just want to kind of tie that up because it was such a big conversation in the beginning
and people couldn't see the value in what they purchased.
And then, well, we should have to have the app.
And I get that we were letting people use the app.
It's just that wasn't ever part of that particular membership.
And so moving forward, this is where the only option will be our membership for people who
want to follow along with our maintenance program.
So just some changes there.
that's the benefit, right?
It's being part of a community anytime you need it to be able to pop in and say hello or ask for support or do another round or whatever, you know.
So yeah, yeah, that's all.
So I think just today just wanted everyone to think about where they want to go next.
And then also you said, I said it in my check-in today and you said it actually at the top, not forgetting how far we've come.
You know, think about how far we've come from January 5th.
Should we start in the fifth? I think it was the fifth. And that app conversation and being so,
like, thinking that that was going to be the cloud over this program. And that went away.
And then we have had so many amazing conversations since then. We have seen our members change since then.
We've seen the conversations change. We've seen them grow. We've seen them learn. And I hope that
they can see that in themselves. Like, yes, like, oh my gosh, we're at the end of something.
When does the next thing start? Before we start, before we start, before.
we go, when does the next thing start, whether it's the next program, the next stage for you,
don't forget the last 13 weeks and how much has happened and how much you've learned and grown.
Or maybe think to one conversation that was had that still sticks with you from, you know,
week two or week four, week eight, whatever it might be.
We've, so much has happened in 13 weeks that before we start thinking about what's next,
just think about that first.
Well, if I may out, dad, it's even bigger than that.
I know our last fall program, you saw your dad pass away and all the changes in your family.
And in this last 12 weeks, you saw your sister pass away. And most recently, your cousin
pass away. And you're still here and you're still showing up. And so it's so much bigger.
It's reflect on the last seasons of your life. Sorry, I don't mean to bring it up.
You know, that's when we look at our lives and what has happened in your life in the last three months and the fact that you're still wanting to support yourself.
and show up for yourself and you're still here one foot in front of the other.
It's bigger than just having lost your weight and maintaining your weight.
It's about taking care of yourself and it's about taking care of who you are now.
You know, maybe four years ago, five years ago, I wouldn't have done that.
And maybe our members wouldn't have done that either.
They wouldn't have understood how important it was to also take care of themselves.
And, you know, taking care of yourself doesn't mean perfection.
taking care of yourself doesn't mean, you know, talking yourself into doing all of the things
because that's what you have to do to take care of yourself. It's just understanding what you need
and understanding that it's still a priority. Taking care of yourself in whatever capacity you have is still
a priority, whether that's checking in with yourself, checking in with your support system,
you know, getting back to your routines when those feel right. It's still understanding that you
are going to get back to taking care of yourself and making yourself a priority.
Yeah, because life just, it keeps going and keeps continuing.
And those are the tools and skills.
What I love about the 91 day sessions, it allows you to look at that block of your life.
Oh, my gosh, this is what was going on.
This is what's, you know, this is where I was at, what I was going through.
And there's going to be some blocks that are going to be like, oh, my God, that was amazing.
Look what I did.
And there's other ones like, oh, my God, I survived that.
Okay.
And we all get to turn the page on that and that fresh start.
But bringing forward everything that we've learned, right?
And that's one of the things that I love about the next.
the fact that we do have another 91 day opportunity to challenge yourself again.
Okay, what do you want to say before we go today?
I know we're going to be back on Wednesday.
What do you want to say?
So on Wednesday, I want to just talk big picture thinking of what is next.
We've had a lot of comments about what do I do between these two.
I know for sure I'm coming back for another round of the maintenance program.
What do I do in these two weeks between?
What's my focus?
What do I do?
And I want to talk more big picture because it's not just about.
of what you're doing between the two programs.
It's about what you've been building and how this is just a continuation.
It's not just an in-between phase.
So I want to get into that big picture thinking more on Wednesday.
Yeah.
You got in between.
You got you.
You're going to be fine.
And if you don't, it all fucking falls apart, then there you go.
That's what you need to work on, right?
Sometimes we just need to see it.
Everything's a learning opportunity.
We're going to say that to people don't want to hear us say it anymore.
Fuck you, Odette.
Yeah.
I want to hear that again.
All right.
Happy Monday.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Let's get her done.
Let's do this thing.
Let's get her done.
Let's finish strong.
Let's like take some time.
Take some time for yourself to reflect.
We'll see you all on Wednesday.
Bye, everyone.
Thanks for that.
Bye.
Bye.
