Hello, hello, hello. Welcome to Weigh In Wednesday, where we like to weigh in on anything and everything maintenance, plus a whole lot more.
Hi, Kim. Hi, Odette. Hello, ladies. How are you?
Hello, Athena. Good. How are you?
Good.
Do you miss me yet? I just saw Kim and Odette over. We were just over in the weight loss program. We're winding down another hugely successful group, our spring summer program.
We're going to take a break for the summer and then we're going to be back actually in
the maintenance group doing, um, you know, I was thinking about this Odette cause I know
that you streamed the conversation into the maintenance group. I was thinking about
like another solidifying round. Our next solidifying round starts September 9th. Do you
know what I mean? Yeah. It's kind of like, um, our people in weight loss were a little bit confused
about what the fuck we do over here in maintenance. I think they're confused. They're scared. They don't really know how to feel.
Yeah. Rightfully so. Right. Rightfully so.
Like a secret society. We're a secret society up here.
We are. We are. So we should let,
we should let our members in maintenance in on what we were up to this
weekend. I know we touched on it in our tweak
this week, this conversation in the weight loss program, but we should have a proper discussion
about it here in the maintenance group. So we were working on a maintenance program,
a 91-day guided program and process to help our members solidify their weight. So you know when
we say that we have those four stages of the living method, lose your weight, solidify their weight. So you know when we say that we have those four stages of the Libby Method, lose your weight, solidify your weight, maintain your weight,
and then move on and live your life the Libby way. So we have the weight loss program check.
Now we want to do like a solidifying program where you would do 91 days. Instead of doing
another round of the weight loss program, you're going to do 91 days of the maintenance program.
And then from there, you would remain in the maintenance group and then work through that third stage of maintenance,
testing the waters and whatnot. So yeah, I think that's a great way to phrase it. It is a solidifying
program, a solidifying session. And, you know, it'll be a guided process, like you said, 91 days.
And then when they are in that next phase, testing the waters, because it is such an individual thing, you know, they have to, members have to kind of navigate that on their own, but with support.
So it's not something that you can guide them through because everybody, like I said, it's a different timeline.
It's a different experience.
So, yeah, they can still hang out in the group still be part of those conversations level up
their optimal health but you know they better it's exactly what it is test the waters dip your toe
and figure it out you know put with support yeah so we're looking forward to that we're going to
let you know more when we know more we took basically we took the research that uh ruth
kane has been doing and plus everything that we've learned over the last couple of years.
And we're like, what do people need when they're doing that solidifying round of the program?
And so we've turned it into our own
solidifying maintenance program
and using kind of these pillars that Ruth came up with,
things that people, commonalities
and things that people need and work through
when they're in maintenance. So I'm
pretty excited about that. I'm so I mean, I, you can probably tell I was super excited because it
really is, you know, you spoke about pillars, let that cat out of the bag a little bit. But it really
is the things that members that weight loss maintainers, I think that's what Ruth called them, weight loss maintainers, it really is what they are doing and what they have had to work through to be
successful. So this is like concrete coming from our members, you know, what we've learned,
what they've shared and combined, like, like you said, with, with what we've learned. I think it's
just, it's, it's beyond, like, I think it's just something that's going to, I mean, we're,
it's blowing our minds writing it. I can imagine that, you know,
once I remember I'll see it there for them, it's going to, it is next level.
It is a revolutionary research-based maintenance program.
Yeah. That's exactly what it is.
What are you doing? You're not on your head, Kim. How are you doing?
Are you like, do you need a nap after running the weight loss program?
Do you need a nap?
I do.
I do.
I feel like I do.
And then just going right into, I'm very excited about all of this.
And I want to thank you guys for letting me be part of the meetings that you had for that,
because I am really excited about it.
And I think it's going to have an impact,
not just on our maintenance members, but the members coming through once that maintenance
program is solidified, the members coming through the weight loss program, it's going to be that,
um, you know, that next step for them. And they're going to feel confident because they're
going to understand that there's like this program they're waiting for them. So,
uh, yeah, I'm, I'm really looking forward to it, but yes, yes, I could use a little,
you know, little bit of a nap. I mean, I just partied hard on the weekend.
Yeah. It's, it's, it's, it's no pressure at all helping, you know, a hundred thousand people a
year reach their finally in forever weight loss goals. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. Uh, we
did, um, we did have our staff party this weekend and we partied hard. We had a great
time. We got to meet everybody. It was, I don't know. I loved it. It was so great. So much fun.
So much fun. Yeah, it was good. Who do we have? We have Valerie's joining us today. Helen. Uh,
hi Nicole. Hello. So for all of our members joining us live feel free to weigh in or wait are we weighing in what are we doing today no we're not taking my glasses off can i get a margarita please consider a
margarita please with a tijine rim i heard that is like the new thing now i like how she says i
heard like i heard that's how you have to get them out.
Spicy.
I love.
So when Tonya and I got married at the resort, someone started with a spicy mango margarita.
And then it evolved into a blended spicy mango margarita where they actually took like real mango and jalapenos and blended it with ice.
And then the rim, like it was a whole thing.
So Sonia and I, who was at my wedding, we have been on the search for a spicy mango margarita.
And it just so happens that the place kind of right beside where we were staying this weekend, it came pretty close.
They were pretty delicious.
Yeah.
They were delicious enough, I have to say.
They were, you know what I mean? Like they did the job. I can't, I don't know what, I don't know what your Mexican ones taste
like that. You're like at your wedding. These were pretty good. They're pretty good. They're
pretty. So what are we doing today? What are we going to do something fun? So we, you know,
we've been here hanging out together for a while. And we asked our members if they were curious about any of our favorite things.
So what we're going to do is we're going to talk about our favorite things.
And then we're going to weigh in on each other's favorite thing.
Oh.
Let's see what we have in common and how different we really are.
Okay, cool.
I'm in.
And then we'll talk about, at the end, we'll talk about the summer and next steps and business stuff. Okay, cool. I'm in. And then we'll talk about, at the end, we'll talk about the summer and next steps and business stuff.
Okay, great.
Okay, so the first one a member asked was, what is your favorite exercise?
Oh, I'm going to say I'll lead swimming. Right now it's swimming. I love swimming. Yeah, I just, my hair is wet because I literally was in the pool. I was swimming.
I don't know if it's swimming.
I don't know.
Tony just sat down.
Would you call what I do swimming?
It's not really swimming.
It's more water dancing, water dancing, water floating.
I like swim.
Like I just, I'm not like a, when I think swimmer, I think people think I do this.
That is not at all what I do.
I float around.
I twirl around.
I have some weights, ankle weights that I do.
And I just love being in the water.
So I would say anything with the water.
That's me.
Yeah.
I think I like the dancing part of that.
I'm not much of a swimmer, so I can leave the pool out.
But when you said water dancing, I'm all about that.
So I love any way that you can,
I can freely, I'm not a dancer. I've never been a trained dancer, but anytime I can move freely.
So I was doing a lot, like years ago I did Zumba and then I did Apple fitness and they have like
this, um, this instructor on there and he does a lot of Zumba type exercises. I do that. I do belly dancing.
So anything that's like dancing and moving, I like that. Not so much the water park, but the-
Oh, you do that little, you do the belly dancing?
I do. I do. I ran into one of our members in maintenance there. She came like to an open
house. Karen is her name yeah i love that yeah i love
that all right i would say um that's a tough one um because i've gone through different evolutions
of having a favorite you know one time i was a runner another time i was into bodybuilding
and i would say all-time favorite way to kind of move my body for the intent of exercise would be like a good Pilates reformer class.
I love that.
I love like the drawing out of the muscles and the different things you can do.
But in general, to do like a holistic exercise, I love hiking because I love being out in nature.
I love hiking like all through the year. It turns into snowshoeing in the wintertime
because the same trails here get snow on them and we can wear snowshoes. But I would say holistically
would be hiking. But if we're talking about just like a structured exercise thing, it would be
Pilates reformer in particular. Don't make me think about how I got to put my own body on my own. Well, I saw that they, I saw, you know, everyone's doing, um, it's Amazon prime,
right? Yesterday and today I saw someone with a reformer and I almost hit purchase. I'm like,
what am I doing? I'm not, I'm not gonna, I'm not, I'm not, I mean, I used to teach Pilates,
but I'm not about to know. I'm just, I was like, yeah, no, I still have some sessions at a gym
that I purchased. Here's Helen. Helen is sitting on a floaty. I'm all about that too.
There you go.
If you move your arms like this while sitting on the floaty,
when you get away from your drink and you got to like go back to the edge of
the pool.
You're trying to get out. That could be core workout. I'm totally into that.
Getting out of a pool without a, without a ladder as a workout in itself.
Oh, look look we're
getting bumped along by the production team okay okay next question favorite drink that is not
water okay coffee i uh i love coffee yeah i'm gonna go for yeah anytime of day morning afternoon
night like i can't wait to go to bed so i can wake up and
have my morning coffee same same yeah yeah i'm gonna say yeah yeah well so then what's your
favorite like drink that you don't have often like that's my what coffee's like yeah i just
love i don't know if it's coffee but what coffee represents but what's your favorite like don't
have it often but i would say for me for that one
yeah i do like gin gin's not my favorite um i like tequila um i've always liked but a nice tequila
i like gin particular with my gin i like a tank region but but a drink i don't have very often
we were just talking about this earlier are these, I have one on my desk. These, um, she doesn't have an option,
but she happens to have one right there.
That's on my desk.
But that's that sparkling water thing,
right?
Yes.
But it's the limoncello flavor.
I don't know if you can see.
Oh,
oh,
limoncello.
Yeah.
If I'm going to have a carbonated drink,
that's the one I'm having because it's like,
it's amazing.
Well, I'd like to have some
limoncello in italy right now i'd love a malphite coast little i like ice wine leslie is bailey's
and coffee oh i really that is a hard combination to beat you know speaking of tequila there was a
tequila what was it called tony the 1970 something the one we were putting in our coffee
it was a creamy tequila whoa yes yeah tony's gonna google it google it right now came like
in a pink bottle and it was like bailey's but it's tequila based and we were i mean by the end
of the wedding we were dumping it into our coffee for breakfast in the morning, but you might enjoy that. I might enjoy that. I'm not a Bailey. I know. Was it Leslie that said Bailey's
and coffee? I can't remember now, but I'm actually not a Bailey's person. I like PJs. Have you heard
of PJs? What's PJs? So PJs, it's a wine based cream. What? Yes. And you put it at Panama. I think it's Panama Jack, but it's PJ's for sure.
It's not quite as sweet and they have different flavors too. And like they have a salted caramel,
they have an espresso and I love that. Nice. All right. Cool. Next question.
So next one. Yeah. Favorite go-to lunch meal. A member was asking, what is our favorite lunch meal?
Mine is easy. Hands down. Beet salad with some goat cheese any day. And I am in heaven.
Yeah. I can eat it every day. Yeah. I can eat that too. I don't know if that's my,
if that could be my go-to. I'd have to make that.
Okay. Let's say if you, okay. I see what you're saying well I just I grabbed some chips
off the counter um our niece and nephew are here and they were eating some chips so that was no
today I had fish no I would say like yeah I like a good beet salad with some goat cheese on it
yeah yeah I'm sticking with mine I'm sticking with mine. I'm sticking with mine. What's yours? What is it?
I always have like, I don't know, so boring, canned beans, like black beans or chickpeas.
And then I just, because sometimes I don't, you know, we're home, we're busy, even though we're home, you don't have time to cook something.
So I love just canned beans.
I think that is my go-to at lunch.
And whether I have it with leftover veggies mixed
in a bowl or over like a green salad, or sometimes I'll even mix it with like, you know, you can buy
those little mini cans of tuna. Yeah. So that's what I'll do. I always have, yeah, the canned
beans, black beans, navy beans, chickpeas. I forget about black beans. I do love black beans, like sauteed with some garlic and avocado.
And, oh, man, I need to eat more black beans.
What about you, Kim?
What's yours?
Mine is seasonal, I would say.
I like to make a big pan of roast beef.
Good answer, Kim.
Good answer.
I mean, I do change what I eat seasonally. So, uh, I do, I like to roast like beets and
mushrooms and sweet potatoes and carrots and Brussels sprouts together, um, in the wintertime
and then have like when the weather's colder fall winter. And I like to have that with just
sort of leftover chicken and heat it up. And then I sprinkle feta cheese on top of
it. That's my favorite in the fall and winter, I would say, but, um, I do do the other one all
year round. I would say Greek salad with some spinach up in it. And then I will either use
the canned chickpeas or tuna or whatever kind of meat we happen to have leftover in the house for
protein. But the common denominator is feta cheese.
So if I could pick feta cheese as my lunch meal,
it's really just whatever is the best vehicle for feta.
Do you like olives, ladies?
I love olives.
I love all olives.
I cannot even.
I know you can't.
The last two in-person meetings we've had, I've ordered olives for lunch.
I'm like,
I don't even like some olives.
And you're like,
I try not to be like one of those people that goes like,
I don't like it,
but I just,
it's like,
it's a no for me.
Olives.
Yeah.
No.
Yeah.
Jody loves,
Jody loves olives.
Yeah.
No,
no,
no.
Brandon's a no olives.
Favorite on the go snack.
Okay.
We're okay. We're on the go. Brendan's no olives. Yeah. I'm just, it Brennan's and no olives. Favorite on-the-go snack. Okay, we're on the go.
Brennan's no olives?
Yeah.
I'm just, it's no.
Favorite on-the-go snack.
Oh, I read this one in the group
because they were saying specifically too
that they were traveling, going on a plane and looking.
So that's my answer.
Because my favorite on-the-go snack
is always to just have nuts available.
But when I go, when I'm flying,
and it depends on when in the program I am,
if I'm going through it and stuff,
but beef jerky is the one thing that I love to have
when I'm on an airplane.
I would never have thought of that.
I was going to say, doesn't it make people mad around you?
Not my problem.
I usually, I'm trying to think on the go I'm usually like yeah I would say nuts for sure
like I'll add them in my car I'll have them I just have extra bags of nuts everywhere but I would
I don't know like I don't know I mean yesterday I went to go drop my kid off and Tony was driving
at the go chain train and I was eating dinner because I was doing something late and I just
took the whole plate of food in the car with me and I was ate it. Um, so I'll like take anything that's convenient
when I'm heading out the door, whatever, whatever's convenient. I'll take it out.
Yeah. That's not a very good answer, but that's, that's my answer.
I know. Oh, well I think maybe the, maybe the, yeah. Point is just grab whatever you can and go.
Yeah. Yeah. I'm nuts too. I'm nuts. I I'm also I like to buy those little um pre-packaged
um cheese you know oh yes baby bell or something and then I mean you can't let them in your car
for hours but if you keep them on your in your bag or whatever and you're in somewhere where
it's air-conditioned it's a little bit um yeah a little bit better yeah yeah yeah here's uh
here's Susan love the flying tips heading to New Brunswick
and Nova Scotia from BC in two weeks. Ah, I'm trying to get Tony to think I keep sending him
golf courses in Nova Scotia. I'm like, here's some golf courses in Nova Scotia. I don't think
he has a real keen interest to go that way, but I, I would love to go. You figured out your angle
by sending him the golf courses. Absolutely.
Yeah. That's the way to go.
Yep.
I just,
I'm like,
Hey,
look at this golf course.
Look at this.
Like that's our thing.
We're going to travel the world playing golf courses.
I think there's supposed to be a really like a pretty amazing one.
Like in Nova Scotia.
Yeah.
Like closer,
like up to the Cabot trail.
I think,
I think it actually is.
I'll tell you.
I think that's the one. It's the Cabot Trail, I think. I think it actually is. I'll tell you. I think that's the one.
It's the Cabot Trail, I believe.
I just literally sent it to Tony.
Everyone can please wait in the comments on their favorite.
Cape Breton.
Oh, sorry.
It's Cape Breton.
And I am.
Am I in the same Cape Breton?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Is that the same sort of.
That's probably what I meant.
And I said, yeah. St. Andrews sort of? That's probably what I meant when I said cat.
St. Andrews is a good one.
It's amazing.
Oh, in New Brunswick.
Oh, okay.
Does it have a good spa?
It's going to have a good spa.
You'll find one.
It's going to have a great spa.

Favorite podcast.
I mean, besides the weigh-in with Gina and the Living Method podcast.
Who has time for anything else?
Who has time?
My third favorite is, it's called Smartless. It's
Jason Bateman. I had to write it down. Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett do that
one where they interview different famous people. I think that's probably my favorite outside of
our podcast. Really? Okay. Please send me your podcast ideas because I need them.
They're hilarious. That one is hilarious.
I would concur with that, Kim.
There's one that I just started listening to recently.
It's called the I've Had It podcast.
Oh, yeah?
So it's not for everybody, the easily offended or the faint of heart, but it's really funny.
That one's called I've Had It.
And basically, it's these two women. I can't remember their names. And they just talk about's called I've had it. And basically it's these two women.
I can't remember their names and they just talk about things that they've had it with.
Oh gosh.
Yeah.
It's hilarious.
Okay.
Oh,
the birds,
papaya podcast.
I love her.
The birds,
papaya,
papaya.
She has a,
I didn't even know she has a podcast.
She has a podcast.
Yeah,
she does.
Wow. And she's local. I knew she went on other people's podcasts, but I didn't realize she's a i didn't even know she has a podcast she has a podcast yeah she does and she's local i knew she went on other people's podcasts but i didn't realize she had a podcast
yeah she has her own she's in guelph she's local to us yeah she's great local to us she was just
uh showing some um like um bronzer under your eye hack that i tried just before i came out here i
don't know if it worked but anyways um who um, who's this? I'm late,
but St. Anders in Scotland is amazing. So is Glen Eagles in Scotland, gorgeous hotel and golf course.
Okay. I'll go to Scotland. Yeah. You're just going to bypass the East coast and just keep going all
the way. Yeah. So I don't really, I, yeah, I don't really have, um, favorite podcasts. I guess I like
a do love Mel Robbins. I do love, like, I, I, I think what I do is I, I'm on, I'll be scrolling and someone's
like, oh, here, here, like diary of a CEO or, um, you know, a Cuban lab or something.
I'll, I'll like be like, oh, I'm interested in that.
And then I just saw one gold digger podcast, but it was about like rebranding.
And so I'll just, I'll just, I don't like what I don't listen to the same ones over
and over. I'll just, it's more, I don't like, I don't listen to the same ones over and over. I'll just, it's more,
I'm more topic based. I'm more topic based.
I would say that too. Topic and episode specific maybe.
Yeah. Like I'm trying to dig into some menopause ones lately. Yeah.
Nice. Yeah.
Ron is like, oops, didn't realize you were talking about Canada and golf.
That's okay. That's okay.
That's okay.
We can go elsewhere.
She's open.
She's open.
Favorite streaming shows.
What does that mean?
Whatever's just not on TV, like whatever stream, like Crave or whatever.
Oh, I know.
So I, oh gosh, I have a couple of favorites.
It depends if I'm watching by myself or someone else.
If I'm watching by myself, I love old, I love replaying old series.
Like I watched The Golden Girls.
I watched Degrassi Junior High.
I watched ER.
And these are some that I'm watching like on my own.
I watched-
ER.
Yeah. But I also love British period pieces
like Call the Midwife and Downton Abbey.
Like I could watch those over and over and over again.
I love those shows.
So I was just thinking of the Golden Girls.
Yes.
So you know that Rose was 55.
Dorothy 53 and Blanche was 47.
Yes.
They were our age.
And Sophia was supposed to be 79, but wasn't she the youngest?
She was actually the youngest.
Yeah, like in real age.
But that's how old they were supposed to be.
So you go back and you watch these shows like the Golden Girls and you think a lot of this stuff would never make it on the TV now.
Like they just had no holds barred back then.
They just said whatever.
Totally inappropriate.
Totally inappropriate.
Yeah.
Oh, my God.
And, you know, sometimes someone will walk in the room and be like, what are watching i'm like i'm enjoying this i'll let you have that i think the golden girls
i'm like yeah i think that could be funny um i'll let you go next kim what do you what are
you streaming these days um if i'm if going by what odette said if i'm by myself i like a good
crime documentary or crime drama like some true crime if I'm by myself.
But I, well, my daughter and I are watching Bridgerton. We're almost done.
We have one more episode of season three left and we're at the end of it,
but we've really enjoyed that. And baking shows. I think most regularly we will put baking shows on because my daughter,
I rarely watch TV by myself. We've got a family of five.
We have two TVs in the house. You're usually sharing with somebody. So it's about coming
to a consensus. So a lot of documentaries or baking shows, depending on who's choosing the
show. But if I'm on by myself, it's like, especially like a hangover day, if I'm hung
over and I'm lying in bed and I don't want to get up. It's like true crime all day long.
So when you say baking, like competition baking or just?
Yeah, like something like, is it cake?
Or.
Oh, I like that.
Are you guessing if it's actually cake or not?
Yeah. Yeah.
Or like, I'm trying to think of the other one we watch.
It's like Bake Squad or something like that it's
called it's got christina tobe that she's the host of it and they have to like make these creations
and it's for an event and the person who's holding the event gets to pick the winner
based on how many things like that it's just yeah that's cool here's what our members are saying um
ronda ronda doesn't cook but she
does love the baking shows too um we have rupaul's drag race we have bridgerton uh re-watching
survivor right that's a good one i um well i can tell you what i'm doing right now i'm watching
game of thrones again oh yeah like i've started from like yeah season one i think I'm on season three so I'm watching it's
been a while since I've seen it so I'm watching that again and then of course there's House of
Dragons that I'm currently watching new episodes so it's kind of cool the references when I'm
re-watching it again but I I think the same like I I'm not really into new shows anymore because I just can't handle the stress of what's happening like I don't like
anything also like I love death and destruction whenever I'm stressed out I will watch death and
destruction but it has to be like alien based or not real or like Godzilla or something like that
I can't watch true crime like I don't I can't watch like any true any true crime i cannot
watch it just stresses me out so so that's why i'm watching right now i'm watching um
game of thrones i do like i was thinking about handmaid's tale do you guys watch
when are they gonna do the next fucking season though like what when is it coming it's been like
four or five six years now.
I was thinking of rewatching that, but then I'm like, I don't know.
It's pretty intense.
It's so good.
And I love like going, I'm pretty close to Cambridge where a lot of it was filmed.
So like driving through there, that's kind of the area where my son's in school. And I would drive through.
I'm like, let's go drive by the wall.
Let's go drive by.
Oh.
Because it's only Cambridge.
Oh, that's right because yeah oh anyway I'll put the day trip out there okay one more thing reality tv
yay or nay sorry I know Jodi you want to move us along reality tv you guys into that not me
yeah me neither I I like some of these there's one called alone have you seen that one yeah
we do watch that one as a family
one of our shows we watch but i think that's what it is is that i feel like a lot of reality
tv now is no longer reality they're put in these orchestrated situations with sort of an outcome
that they can predict for drama yeah yeah right like it's all yeah it's all it's all good right I think some of it is yeah
like I'm not like I saw the very first survivor right I saw the very first bachelor and saw that
like you know they've they've changed quite a bit since then and I think when you're kind of like
and the very first amazing race and all of that so I I think like I I wouldn't mind like survivor
or amazing race but I think these other,
like, they're not my thing. I was never, did you guys ever watch like Jersey Shore? Tony was
telling me he used to watch, he knows all the people off Jersey Shore, but I think it's not
in my age bracket. Yeah. I do know it. I think, I think I was like my husband and I don't think
we were married yet. I think we were pretty young. We watched a couple episodes.
But we just actually funny to say that we just turned it on last week. I'm like, let's let's watch the first episode of this again. So it was on some was off. I'm like, No, I can't believe I
ever watched. It's funny, but no, you almost feel sad for them. Yeah.
But they're also they're young. They have their whole lives ahead of them right there you know you know you're like yeah thank god that uh i did not have cameras phones instagram or any of that
when i was young because i mean not that i was like i wasn't like too bad but
but they can make anything look worse than it is though that's the problem too right it's not real true oh someone likes that
real estate like real estate reality or home renovation shows that yeah well yeah i do i do
like the i do love the the real estate shows i do like that rapid fire okay the team is like
favorite thing you like favorite thing you like about the city that you live in?
I'm going to say just all the trees.
New Market,
where I live, it's a great combination
of trees and
a bit of city.
Quick, fast.
We're on the water.
We're on Lake Ontario and it's really nice.
I'm not going to say I go's really nice I like to look at it
you can just fucking skip this one living in BC
with all of your beautiful mountains
and your
I was going to say the mountains
I love the mountains
the Rockies
the bubbling brooks
yeah okay I'm jealous
I love those bears
the ocean
the orcas jumping out of the water like yeah just you know I'm jealous. It also has bears. It has an ocean. Yeah, I love that there's bears all over the place.
The orcas jumping out of the water.
Like, yeah, just, you know, the usual.
It's sparring.
She doesn't have us, though, Dina.
Right, I don't.
She doesn't have us.
She's missing.
Okay, one more.
One more.
So favorite app.
Do you have a favorite app?
No.
Go to?
I mean, obviously, besides the living method, which is my favorite app no go to it's I mean obviously besides the living method
which is my favorite app um my favorite is shop shop because you it's the you put all of your like
credit card information oh yeah your shop yeah and then when you order from places all of the
shipping information and your order history and your receipts all go into one app so if you're
looking for something you can find it in there.
Even when you don't even, I, you know what?
I do have that shop ad and then I'm like, how does it know all this shit?
Like it pulled stuff. Like I haven't even,
I don't even think I purchased off of all that. And I was like, well,
I didn't even know that this, this did that.
Yeah. If you order it from a site that uses shop, it'll like,
and you click the shop thing,
it just all loads into your thing. It's amazing. It's so much less work. My favorite hack for that
though, is when I first used it, I was ordering something that Mark was buying and I used his
credit card. And then, so after the first purchase, that's the information that's saved in there. So
I didn't have to use my own money when I use that app that's great let's say it's
instagram i would say my top are instagram and then of course amazon and then i go to zara and
then the weather network for sure like yeah i'm always on weather i use what wait i use weather
network i like every day i love it i mean it's always wrong but i do like to um see the radar will tell me what's going on i love to watch that green
cloud go by the radar after dumping 80 centimeters of rain i know it's millimeters but still
same same oh flip app tammy likes the flip app for shopping this is popular i've seen members
talk about this one before i've never used that that one. I'm going to look into it.
I think, don't quote me on this, but I think the people that we're working with with our app did Flip.
I think they designed Flip.
Yeah, that's their app, I think.
I'm not sure.
I don't know.
Could be wrong.
I think it is.
Pretty sure it is.
It's that shopping one, right?
With all the deals and stuff. Yeah, you can compare prices and all that.
Yeah, that's good to know.
I'm trying to think i'm
looking at my phone right now so i use um well to be totally transparent i use the flow app a lot
so this is like a monthly tracker okay like i think when it first came out um especially now
when we're you know moving into these into these unpredictable, these unpredictable years. Yeah. I really, really like that one.
So if that was, that's one that people have used,
I would say I opened that one a lot other than the social media ones like
Instagram and Facebook. I love that one. And I also love
the LCBO app because if you are, listen listen why though not because if you are somewhere and
you um you know you try something you can zap it you can zap the bottle of whatever it is
and you can save it and this is how I found like great gifts for people it's like I'll try something
like oh that's great I would love to give that gift that to someone oh you know and then you
can save it and it's a great little, you know,
that might be good too.
Whenever I'm at a restaurant and like, I don't know the wine.
And I want to know like, if it's like, is it like the kind of wine I like?
Like, is it full bodied? What is it? And I'm always like Googling it,
but I bet you they probably have it at the LCBO.
If they sell it through the LCBO, it'll be on there for sure.
I was just counting like the Flow app. I don't think
I've had mine. I think I'm on seven months
where I haven't had it.
Yeah. I know. I'm feeling better.
It's probably why. If it fucking
comes again, I'm just going to be like...
So I'm like, I'm not even going to touch that
Flow app because it's going to jinx me.
No, don't download it. Is there a NoFlow
app? I'm going to download the NoFlow app. You know what I used to love love it for two this is going to be totally tmi i would
set up notifications and it would say high chance of getting pregnant today i'd be like okay good
to know oh i'm pretty sure it doesn't say that for me anymore no so yeah i turn that negative
off now negative chance negative chance, for women that are looking to
track, it's a great one. I do use it a lot. Oh, that's cool. That's great. That's cool.
Yeah. All right. Oh, who's this Google lens? Not quite an app, but if you take a picture
of something, it'll tell you where you can buy it. Oh, I like that. Oh, I love that.
Right? Same, same, Gina. I use Cl clue, but I haven't opened it in forever.
Yeah. No clue. Don't know. I don't want to go. I know we probably have to wind it down.
Yeah. And just, you know, this is the last weigh-in for a few weeks. We're just going to
have a bit of a slumber, summer slowdown. I need it apparently. I read that word. That's fine. Yeah. So we'll,
we'll be reposting some of the, uh, you know, weigh in greatest hits on Wednesdays, but we're
going to take a bit of a break and, um, have a bit of a summer slowdown when it comes to the live.
So, okay. But we're going to be around and we're talking like new, we're going to take a look and
we're going to do some new stuff for fall. Um, yeah, we're going to, as we kind of develop and create the stuff, we're definitely
going to keep our members in the loop. So it's not like we're going anywhere. Yeah. And you know,
come the summer, you know, even though we're not having these live segments, we'll still be
checking in. So we'll still have, you know, touch points. We'll still, the group will still look the
same in terms of, um, you know, weekly bulletins and daily posts that are coming in.
There just may be a few less of them, but we're still active every single day.
Great.
And then anyone who wants to hit it hard with us, come September 9th, we are going to be doing the maintenance program.
So we're going to do all of the posts, but with a spin on maintenance.
We're going to be talking everything maintenance, which will be interesting, which you have done.
Like this isn't like something new.
You've done it for the last two programs, except that we're kind of using this.
We've finalized a lot of stuff and then we're going to look to get a book out.
So we're going to look to get a maintenance book out for January that will go along with our maintenance app that hopefully will be ready for
January that will go along with our maintenance program as well. So you guys won't have to go
anywhere though. If you're already in here, you'll already know what's going on. So yeah,
we already know what's going on. The information is just going to be a bit more fine-tuned,
you know, really, really, you know, get that intention across. And we're going to talk more about these
pillars. So I think that's going to be really amazing. Yes. We're going to call it the
revolutionary research-based maintenance program because we literally, it's revolutionary and we've
been researching it for the last couple of years. And now we think that we have something really
great. I mean, what we already offered was already really great. You know, access to the team, you know, the conversations we've been having,
but we're just going to take it to the next level.
Do you guys have plans for the summer? What are you doing? Where are you?
Are you like,
I know you're working on the book and the new maintenance program for the
follow debt. So you'll be going nowhere. What about you, Kim?
I'm going to help debt. You guys all heard it here.
I am going to help and support her
in any way that she needs me to except for when i'm on vacation so i'm actually going tomorrow
to vegas for four days so that's my first plan for the are you really i want to come
no but seriously do you have any do you have any i love vegas but i can't go back. They kicked me out. What about you?
We rented a cottage for 12 days.
So we are going away. Yeah.
We rented a cottage just like in the Kawarthas.
I love the Kawarthas.
Yeah. If people are not familiar,
it's just a place here in Ontario with beautiful lakes. So we're going there for 12 days. And then we have like an end
of summer, like beach camping trip booked. So we've done it every year for the last, I think
this is our ninth year. Oh, I love that. We go to the same place. We used to camp a lot. And now
it's like down to one a year. And it's this place, we're on the beach. We're on Lake Erie. Um, kids are 17 and 19 and
still want to come with us. So we wrap up the summer with that weekend. That's so nice. All
right. All right. Well, make sure, let's make sure we all enjoy it. Cause it's going to be
over so quickly. I hate saying that, but it's going to go by so fast. Um, yeah. So I hope
everyone has a wonderful summer. I'm excited about the fall already, but
I'm definitely, you know, going to take advantage of every beautiful day. Hopefully it will stop
raining at some point. And, uh, it's beautiful where I am today. So let's hope it sticks for
a few days. All right, Kim. Well, I hope that you get kicked out of Vegas because you had such a great time. Thanks. I'll do my best.
And test all the spicy margaritas. Yes. Let us know. Let us know. We should do that. We should do some recipes. We should have a margarita making contest or something around here. Anyways,
okay. We got to go ladies. I don't want to, I don't want this to end, but we're going to be
back sooner rather than later. So thank you very much for over the last year. I mean, this is our sort of end of year
over the last year. It's been a real, it's been great being in maintenance, the conversations
we've had, we've learned so much. Thank you to all of our members who have joined us with these
conversations. You've made us smile and laugh and had us doing quite a bit of thinking
on how we can best support you
and ways that we can level up.
We love all the feedback
that you have given us over the last,
not just year, but last couple of years.
So thank you.
I hope you all have some fun plans
for the summer and we will see you.
Love serum.
This is not, what do they say?
It's not goodbye. It's see you later. See you later see you later yeah we're gonna do some fun rerun stuff and
you're gonna put up we're still odette's gonna have daily posts the team's gonna be here
um they're not going anywhere we're still gonna be around okay we gotta go thanks everyone We'll see you're not.
