Welcome to Spell the Tea.
The community is unbelievable.
The way I feel about myself, my energy, my self-confidence.
The cravings are gone.
I'm eating things that I energy, my self-confidence. The cravings are gone. I'm
eating things that I haven't eaten in 27 years. Welcome to Spill the Tea, where I like to talk to
real people on their very real journeys when it comes to reaching their finally and forever weight
loss goals. And today's guest, Kelly Sweeney, I feel like we're, I just was talking to her behind the scenes. I feel like we're already friends because I have
been following her since the beginning of her journey with the Libby method. Her weight loss
journey did not start with the Libby method. Like many of you who are watching and listening today,
of course, she started young. She's done all of the diets, but she's also been quite successful on them as
well. In fact, when she came across the Livi method, she was already down 55 pounds by doing
another program. So I'm interested in having this conversation with her today. She's 35 years old.
She's a mom of two young boys. She's from Burlington, Ontario. She is a full-time dental
hygienist. And I say that because she's actually
joining me live from work today. Anyway, let's introduce Kelly. And I know we're going to have
an amazing chat with her. hi hi it's so weird seeing myself on the screen
i see you every day
this is different
okay so first of all hi well thank you so much for taking the time to chat.
I have got so many questions.
First of all, I love that.
I love following you because I love consistency.
I love especially when people get it, you know, and really get it that we lost so much more than what you are eating and when.
I love all of your shares. I've come to look forward to them every day. I actually,
you know, I share, I repost quite a few. Um, so I love your, your very real take you. And you
didn't know me from anything when you first started the program. So you were, I was like,
okay, who is this? What they got to say about me? All good things. Okay, so where should we start?
Should we start with? Okay, let's start with your the Libby method, how you heard about it,
because you've actually lost 55 pounds before you even came across the Libby method. So I do
want to talk about that. We can talk a bit about your history. But how did you even find out about
the program? Yes, it was my stepmom, mom actually um she had done i want to say three successful rounds before i joined and i think
in her second round she's like you gotta do this her and i just have the same philosophy we've
struggled the same we've struggled together actually for 20 some odd years and um i was like
like every other member i was skeptical I'm happy with what
I'm doing even though it's not working and finally it was the third round that she did so your fall
program I didn't jump on the wagon I didn't sign up and I missed the deadline so she gave me she
actually sent me she purchased me the book from Amazon. And that's how I started. I just
followed the book and the podcasts. First of all, I love that. No, I'm actually I'm just kind of
reworking the book right now. The book was never meant to be something that people use to do the
program without following along with the you know, with the daily post without the group support
without the like without all
of it. So how did you do that? How did you manage? You just got the book and you started reading it?
Yeah, I mean, I have pretty good discipline, I think, because I've done it for so long. I think
had I been a complete newbie to all this, it wouldn't have been so easy. But I was already
disciplined. And I had hit a pretty low in my life and I needed a change.
And she's like, I'm sending it to you. And that was it. It was like she it arrived Saturday and Monday I started and that was that.
And then you lost something like what, 11 pounds doing it on your own?
Yeah, 11 pounds. And then it was Christmas. So I stopped and I got to I think week nine or 10.
I don't think I finished week 10. Well, so I think this is really interesting because first of all,
you hear me promoting, you know, now with where we're at in the program that people sign up
because especially if they have friends and family, it is a real thing that if you don't
meet the deadline, you won't sign up. Not that you can't get the book. So many people do end
up buying the book and doing it on their own but what was the difference between doing on your own and then now
getting into the actual group oh it's so different there's like support that is where you can have
support of a loved one and whatnot but it's the community it is like being a part of something
checking in every day seeing everybody else struggle. And sometimes there's solace in other people that you don't know going through it because it's just a different perspective they bring to you than someone who was your friend or your family or your loved one.
They want it different for you.
Yeah.
And I love that you said about how you made it to week nine and 10.
So personalizing the plan with where we're
at this week is actually new to you. Yes. It scares the crap out of me. Okay. Can we talk about why?
Because like, and I also love this too, cause I want to normalize cause you're fit. You, you do
know what you're doing. You've been successful. So can we talk about why, why, why, why is it,
why do you think it's making you nervous? Cause it makes other people nervous too.
Yeah. True type A. I like structure. I like rules. I like rules. So we'll talk about my
past history for dieting at later, but there was always structure and guidelines and something to
follow to a T and now it's like, do you do you? I'm like,
I don't know what me is. Like, I'm still learning that. Right. Good. No, but even still the structure
of it, it's got to be deeper than that. And help me with this because literally nothing changes,
except you don't have to force yourself to eat. But is it like knowing that you don't have to force yourself to eat that there,
like there is still that structure.
Yeah.
And it's like fear of failing, even though you're not ever failing, you know?
Yeah.
Like, and I was listening to your live today cause I had a cancellation and I was like,
you said something, get into your, get out of your brain.
And I'm still in my brain.
And I think that's it.
I'm not fully in my belly yet.
And yes, I've been very successful, but not mentally yet.
I'm not there yet.
Wow, that's interesting. Okay, so let's dive into the difference between, I mean, what do you want people to know about the program?
Oh, my gosh.
It's phenomenal.
It really is. It's very
realistic. It's very real life. There's no counting, weighing, measuring, which you say all the time, but
there's freedom in that. There is truly freedom. There's nothing off limits. If you want to have a
glass of wine, have a glass of wine, choose it, enjoy it. You know, and that's what I like is
because we're very busy, busy mom society,
things come up. And when you feel like you failed a diet, and then you have to start over,
there's no starting over. I hate that starting over. Yeah. So you on Instagram, first of all,
I don't know your history, I would imagine, have you been Instagramming your journey?
You've been on the 73 pounds that you lost.
It's taken place over the course of the last four years.
So have you been Instagramming this the whole time?
Pretty well, yeah.
After I had my first son, so almost five years is when I started.
And that was when getting into social media was fairly new-ish.
Reels started and all that.
So, yeah, I've been documenting it.
And then I joined Beachbody, as you know.
And, of course, when you join that, there's social media that comes with it.
And just kind of posted my journey as I went.
And people would message me and they'd be saying, oh, thank you so much for sharing this.
Like, it made me do XYZ today. Or I felt really motivated by you today. So I just kept going.
Yeah. And so if you want to follow, follow Kelly, cause I know so many of you are pulling out your phones right now and searching Instagram. It's Kelly K E L L I E underscore Sweeney S W E E N E Y.
So Kelly underscore Sweeney over on Instagram. Okay, so let's talk about switching
over from Beachbody to the Libby Method. So what was that like for you? Okay, so the Beachbody has
two main nutrition programs, but the one I followed was more of a portion container. So
you have a weight, you have a goal weight, and you fit into a container bracket and you are to eat all of
those containers for the day. So you have six containers of vegetables, four of protein,
et cetera, et cetera. And no matter what you got to eat those. And there's a lot of guilt on the
days that you don't eat them. Cause you're like, crap, I didn't eat my blue container today. And
now I failed the day. Um, or on the contrary, I would eat all the containers
and leave so full, like so, so full. And I was like, well, I'm told to eat my containers. So
I'm going to do that. And yeah, it worked for a period of time, but I did very well, but I never
addressed the mental part of it. And then of course I hit a pretty bad low last year,
gained a bunch of weight back. And that's when you start to feel crappy again. And that's when
I knew I needed to change. So the Libby method, I just like not having to count and weigh and
measure and portion, portion things out. Yeah. I mean, that's, I mean, counting and weighing,
measuring, it's one way to lose weight. What makes you confident in your ability to be able to sustain it once you lose it?
I'm not nervous around food. I know that sounds kind of crazy, but not, you know,
I used to go to a party and there'd be food everywhere and you just can't stop thinking
about it. Like, shouldn't have this. I shouldn't have this. And you're like planning it in your
mind, you know, and then you get up there and you're like, screw it. I'm going to have the cake anyway. I don't feel that way anymore. And so, so, so, uh, one of the things
you talked about, because, you know, 18.6 pounds following the Libby method, right? 11 following
on your own 7.6 this round, you already, I mean, you seem pretty fit to me when I saw you. I'm like, okay,
who's this girl? You look great. What's going on? I always say, I didn't know the backstory. So I
always love, cause people always think the Libby method is just for people who have large amounts
of weight to lose. And it really is for everybody, five pounds, 50 pounds, 150 pounds, 250 pounds.
And what has really been interesting to see is how your body has transformed.
So have you been changing your workouts? Are you doing the same thing? If you just been changing
your food? What's going on there? I haven't changed my workout style at all. In fact,
I probably dialed it back a little bit less intensity. After learning, you know what you
say about stressing your body so much, so probably less intense. But my body composition has changed
immensely. And this week in particular, I've had a lot of co-workers and even patients comment on it.
And yeah, so it was really just your program that I incorporated. Nothing else fitness-wise changed.
What's been the easiest thing about the program for you oh
something to follow I guess if that makes any sense like it is a guide at the end of the day
um the easiest thing for me it's a good question I don't know it's all been not that hard because
I look forward to it I look forward to to the lives is what keeps me going.
Okay. So how do you have that attitude then? Because you have to have down days,
days when you're struggling. How do you maintain that?
Years of practice, I guess. Digging deep. Yeah. Years of practice. I've never always been a glass half full kind of person. But I think
when you work on yourself like this for so long, you really get to dig deep. And I've learned over
the years that the negativity serves me nothing, like, it doesn't do me any good. And when you
finally wrap your head around that, and you can work towards positivity and gratitude things change so much there's so much less stress internally and that's I think that's where
yeah because you dig deep like some of the shares that you things that you share with people I'm
like oh yeah I don't mind sharing TMI doesn't matter that's why I feel like we're friends already. So, but what kind of,
what kind of feedback are you getting from people? Oh my gosh. From your members that have
added me on Instagram, so many wonderful messages. And a lot of, you know, I was,
a lot of people have said I was you four years ago. So thank you for showing me what I can do
and what can happen. I get a lot of that.
Well, I love that. Okay. What's been the hardest thing for you?
Digging into the tweaks, if I'm honest, like really digging it, I can do it, but like mentally
digging in, that's been the hardest part like I had to rewrite my
whole bible here because Kim sent it to me and she's like dig deep like okay I'm like no no don't
send her that one just send a new one yeah so get in the feels you know I I love their story because
I do want to take it back to that person saying to you like you are you are you know
you are me four years from now right and I love the confidence and I love that I'm just doing it
and I'm just digging deep and I and I am doing that and this has been this has been four years
in the making though for you yeah it's not like it's just overnight and then you're sitting here
and you're like thank god and of course we want it to be overnight, you know, and our goal always starts as weight
loss always.
But as you move along, it's so much more than that.
As you get closer to your goal, it really does.
Yeah.
And so what do you think, what do you think is the thing that, I mean, you're still working
towards it four years later.
Like, what are your thoughts when you reflect on that?
Like hurry up already.
I should have done this before? Or? I mean, I wish I did it like this long time, a long time ago.
But I'm so close. And now it's a lifestyle for me that I don't feel I need to rush it anymore.
I used to because he used to be so pissed off, he jumped on the scale, it's up three pounds,
and you don't know why but I have so much
more knowledge in the last like four or five months doing the program than I ever did and I
think with knowledge comes power so do you what do you what today we did a post I talked in the
live about you know um atomic habits we did a post on books like do you what how do you set
yourself up for success are
you reading books are you journaling what are you doing yeah I'd like to journal more I do I really
fail at that very well I gotta work on that I start for like two weeks and then I fall off
excuse me I uh I do read I read um James Clear I read the atomic. There's one by, oh my goodness, Mel Wells. I read Untamed.
Jen Sincero, she's got a book there, You Were a Badass. I always do an affirmation card first
thing in the morning. Always, always, always. And my boys look forward to that when they're up early.
Oh yeah? Yes. The first thing, they'll grab themselves a card and we'll read it.
And yeah, so I do a lot. And we do actually at work a lot of personal development as well. Right now we're reading the couch, scrolling and drinking coffee. Now I'm up and working out before seven and it sets up my day.
Yeah. I do have to say I've been inspired more than a few times. Is this like, were you always
a fitnessy person? Were you always getting up early? No. Okay. i hated mornings um and me and my husband used to sleep in all the time
pre-kids and then my kids were terrible terrible sleepers um and then it wasn't until i started
doing the beach body workouts that i found mornings were the time because we were up
early nursing anyway and you become a morning person when you become a
mom of little kids yes yeah and my job too my job is very physical it's also very mentally draining
so at the end of the day I just I don't have it in me to give my all to a workout and I
my workout is my piece and so I want it to good. What are some of the big changes over the last four years?
Like if you can reflect back over the sort of the big aha moments or the big, were there
any, like, was it any one thing or big changes?
I mean, aside from weight, confidence was huge.
Confidence is a big one.
I was always actually a very shy person. I don't like to be,
or didn't like to be the center of attention. This would be something I would have never done.
And I actually had a colleague of mine say the other day, you know, you're a leader in the
office and how do you, how are you so confident? I was like, me? Like that, that's not me. Viv never was me. So definitely
confidence. Oh, I love that. Okay. So let's go back to, let's go back even further to your weight
history. So you said you started talking, like started dieting subconsciously at the age of 12.
Yeah. What do you mean by that? So, um, my mom, my went on the whole low-fat, no-fat diet way back when we all did back in the 90s.
Did you see your mom?
Was your mom overweight to you?
No, my mom was actually always quite thin.
Yeah.
She had met someone and they were together.
And of course, she put on some weight.
And so I think she just jumped on the bandwagon.
Naturally, I did because I spent more of my time with her at the time than my dad.
And I remember at one point, a few family members were like, well, you're looking skinny.
And I didn't need to lose weight then.
I was 12.
I was athletic.
I never had a weight issue until I was in my 20s.
But that's really kind of when the diet culture started and I started to see it.
Oh, that is so interesting. Because we talked to so many people who got signed up at Weight Watchers
when they're 10, or they're 12, or they started dieting when you know, they were in their teens.
This is really interesting, the concept of even though you didn't have a weight issue when you're younger, that is
when your issues with dieting or body image or just your thought process around food,
because it was a different conversation back then.
Because, you know, people really freely talked about diets.
It was like everybody talked about it, that they'd be swapping the crazy wackadoo diets, you know, for dinners.
That's interesting.
And when did you realize that?
Until I had to write this bio.
Honestly, I had to dig deep for this.
And I, yeah, it took me in the feels.
It really did.
Okay.
All right. I love it. Okay. All right.
I love it.
Okay.
So subconsciously, I love that.
You started dieting.
Yeah.
Being aware of foods on another level beyond just eating when you're hungry.
I mean, that's pretty huge.
It's pretty huge.
New year, new me.
Season is here.
And honestly, we're already over it enter felix the health

Okay. And then you began dieting in your 20s and then your weight started creeping up.
What happened there?
I think just life.
My parents got divorced and that brings a whole bunch of challenges to it.
And, you know, I started drinking alcohol quite young, 16, you know, 15, 16.
We partied a lot.
We drank a lot.
And that partying went from probably 15 until 24 years old.
Met my husband. And then naturally you're young and in love so you eat out you go out on dates all the time because you're living
with your parents and you don't want to stay home so we went out a lot we drank a lot with the
alcohol you're staying up late it was it was consistent for years and then I got into dental hygiene school and I just, I lost some weight there.
I signed up for training and then I put it back on and then some after that. And that's when I
moved to Burlington and the weight just kept going up and up. Yeah. Were you dieting then?
Pardon me? Were you dieting then? Yeah.
In that time, I even tried the isogenics diet, if you remember that.
Yeah.
So that was somewhere in my 20s.
I did that.
I did a boot camp with my stepmom.
We both did isogenics together.
I dabbled in nutrition, like plans.
I would buy into nutrition plans and stuff from trainers and whatnot.
So yeah, I did start back then. You know, it's interesting, that's coming up to my mind that
I'm thinking about as you talk about your your your mother in law, right? So stepmother, stepmom,
yes, stepmom. And I started thinking, you know, when you combine these diets that we did with our
moms when we're 12, or, you know you know our stepmother or doing the diets with our
friends like dieting really has become you know a really a way also to connect with people i think
it's social it is it is very social yeah because oftentimes how many times did we go to the gym by
ourselves in our 20s you'd always grab a buddy you grab a friend hey let we go to the gym by ourselves in our 20s you'd always
grab a buddy you can grab a friend hey let's go to the gym we're going out drinking tonight let's
burn off our wine well I never did a diet on my own either like I always did a diet with a friend
yeah and the relationships and the connections that we're making with the people in our lives while we were on these diets, man. Oh my God. And you all tend to do all the same thing together,
even though this might not work for you and this might not work for you. We're just going to do
it because so-and-so is doing it. Because we're all doing it. Oh my goodness. Okay.
And then you had kids. Yes. You were your heaviest when you got pregnant in 2017. What was your heaviest weight? What were
you at? If you don't mind. I think I was like 213. Wow. Okay. And I'm five foot two. So I'm short.
Yeah. Okay. I got pregnant. I was so sick. I actually hardly gained any weight during that
pregnancy. And I managed to lose a significant amount of weight after that pregnancy. And then
I got pregnant again and I gained it all back. And that led me to the four-year journey that
I'm at now. Yeah. And so was that sort of the catalyst for that? Yeah, I knew I was done having
kids and I knew it was time to focus on me. I was not healthy. I never felt good physically and mentally,
and something really had to change. And after pregnancy was hard on me, deliveries were not
easy. I had C-sections, and I had some postpartum troubles with my arms and vertical, and I didn't
want to do surgery on my arms. At 32, I think I was, 31 31 and my job, I need my hands for work. So
something needed to change. Yeah. So how do you, you're a young mom at the time,
your kids are now four and six and how do you do that? How do you get, how do you do that? Because I'm sitting here, I'm 51,
my kids are grown and I'm still trying to figure out how to prioritize myself and do my things and
whatever. So I get the catalyst, but give us some tips on how, what was, what was your headspace?
What was, what was your strategy? What did you do? Um, I just made it a point to prioritize it. Like it was a non-negotiable if that makes any sense.
It was for me. And you know, even now my workouts are half an hour. Usually it's 30 minutes of my
day. If I can't give myself 30 minutes, like you can't pour from an empty cup, but I know that
sounds so cheesy, but it's so true. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it is true. It's easier said than done though.
Yes, it is. It is. And it takes time and there would be weeks where I would fall off and I
wouldn't work out and I would get back at it. And like, it was this on and off for years. And then
it just clicks because it feels good. It takes time to get there, but it feels good. And that's
where it is. And now my, my workouts are more for my mental health than they are for my physical health.
Yeah.
What I noticed here is that you noticed a big change in your body once you started to change how you were feeding your body with the Libby method.
Huge, huge.
I always had a goal.
I mean, I don't mind sharing my weight.
My goal weight was always 140
pounds and I never got there before I was close I was so close I think I got under it for a day
and that was on a cleanse so that doesn't count and then we went to Mexico but anyway um
after that oh my gosh I lost my question your question. Your goal, your new goal weight. Oh, my goal weight.
So yes, on the living method, I surpassed 140 pounds. And you know, you set a goal for yourself,
but you never think you're actually going to get there. Yes. And I got there and then it kept going
and going and going. And I'm like, okay, I'm not done yet. So I'm at 135.8 I think so I have my new goal is 130
but how do you just a number or how do you know like you thought 140 was your number would change
I know the fact that I hit it and it was just it kept know, there's more, my body can do more.
But the muscle tone, the composition, that for me is greater than anything.
Like just when I look at my body now, for me, it was my C-section belly, you know, it
never changed.
It was bothering me a lot.
And finally, I text my stepmom and I said, it's getting smaller.
It's looking different.
It's looking better.
And that's kind of more of my motivation. I will know when I, when I get there, I'll know,
I'll feel it. I'll feel it for sure. So maybe it's more than 130. Maybe it's not, I don't know, but
you'll know when you get there. Yeah. I'm almost there. And now it's just like,
I like seeing the changes in my muscle tone and I feel strong and I have no body aches, which is great. Yeah, I love that. How do you
so I'm just gonna read this comment here. Kelly, FYI, you have the most wonderful soothing voice
when you are doing your workouts. You have the perfect yoga voice. Listening to your story. So
inspiring. Yeah, I find that the same whenever I'm listening to her. I'm always like, you know,
it's funny, because my patients tell me that all the time. You have such a calming voice.
I get all the anxious people. Okay, so you look great. Why lose more weight? Do you ever hear
from people like why are you losing weight? You look amazing. Yeah, often, often you've lost I
don't really get too much, but you've lost a lot of weight why do you
have more to go and you had a live the one week maybe a few weeks ago and you said you can feel
just as crappy as a smaller person than you can at your original starting weight and it's not
it's about how I feel it It's not about how I look.
The looks are a side effect and they're a wonderful bonus,
but it's, it's how you feel.
It just, I feel good.
I want to feel good.
I want to live a long time.
I, I have patients, I see patients a lot,
elderly patients more so, and not even elderly.
Some people are very young and they're ridden with disease and medications and just like
stacks of medications and the side effects with that.
I don't want that.
I don't want that.
Is that what's your why?
What's motivating you to be as healthy as you can?
Is it that?
Now?
Yes.
It wasn't always.
Initially, it was weight loss always initially it was weight loss. Always. It was weight loss. And as I've gone through this, it has definitely shifted more to overall health for
sure. Yeah. Oh my gosh. I love that. Okay. So here we are week 11 of the program. How are you
feeling at the end of the program? Are you going to be back with us again? You good? Like what's your plan? I signed up for another round because I'm not
done mentally. I'm still struggling with that and I want to solidify, but also I have a wonderful
bunch of friends who have just joined and a lot of them do have more weight to lose than I have.
And I love supporting people too much and I want to support them so I think I might actually kind of
do the maintenance and your next program and kind of dabble in both and I do listen to your
maintenance uh podcast once in a while too yeah yeah and you do you suggest that for people
like you want to know I do but not at the beginning I think when you're starting no
and I think when you get the hang of it and you know,
when you're confident in how all this program works and you're closer to your end, absolutely. I think there's benefits to it.
That's some great insight.
Yeah. At the beginning, it's too much.
It's too much because you don't know what you don't know yet.
Exactly. Exactly.
Yes. And when you do know there's contacts to those conversations that we
have, and that's a really good point. That's a really good point. Okay. So yeah, I know it feels good to feel good. It feels even better to help other people feel good. So what are your tips? every day. Like whether it's one simple task, say today, all you can do is drink the water
and let that be your thing. Just show up for yourself. However it works,
be willing to try new things. That's a big one because we are set in our ways, whether it's
trying new foods, trying a new podcast, listening to a book, going for a five minute walk.
Like friends always say to me, how do you eat what you eat?
I'm like, I never used to eat avocado. I hated avocado,
but you have to try it and your palate changes and things change as you go through this journey.
It'll take longer than you want. That's, that's, that's legit.
You'll get there you will get there you will get there make achievable goals too like make your goals smaller in the beginning always have a big goal
like you always want your long end goal but I think making smaller achievable goals because
then you set yourself up for success because you feel like you've accomplished something yeah and really just
listen to Gina she knows more about my body than I know about my body like legit
like yeah everything you say I'm like okay yeah okay just tell me you know you're doing the work
you mentioned you're an anti-personality right and i'm not disrespecting people who are doing the best and may not be able to do all the things
because that's just how it is but there's something about a-type people following the
rules and doing the things and whatever and if you do this you know this should happen and that's
what i love about the living method though if you are doing this and this isn't happening that
there's got to be a reason why and it's about investigating and figuring it out.
I'm so happy I got a chance to.
I had a feeling that this might happen because I'm like,
I said to my team, we got to get her on.
She's amazing.
Oh, I'm so humbled and so honored.
Well, I love the passion.
I love the commitment.
And I love the consistency.
Consistency is not being perfect.
And it's not easy.
And what you get back from it is so important.
And I watch you day over day every day.
We have another member, Jessica Coombs, who's been doing like, she started on Instagram and I think she's at almost a thousand posts.
Every day she's showing up.
I think it's a great practice, even if someone has a private account and they're doing it themselves.
But I think, you know, I know you are keeping up or maybe not with the conversation of where the diet industry is right now.
I haven't watched it over yet.
I need to find it.
I would like to watch it.
I mean, I'd be happy to talk about ozempic because I see it a lot in practice here.
And like motivation is not it it's not the
consistency you're motivated in the beginning because it's new and exciting and you have a goal
but as it gets I don't want to say boring but monotonous and tiring and exhausting some days
mentally and physically it's your consistency as you're showing up the motivation is it's not it
yeah and these are the kind of
conversations that we need to be having right now and we are having i mean that's why i love
the libya method that's why i love our spill the tea segments and that's why i love guests like you
and beyond you coming on and joining me today you are authentically doing this already and have been
for years over on your platform you know sharing your very real journey with people who are just
you know everyone's just trying to live their people who are just, you know, everyone's
just trying to live their best life. If you want to follow Kelly, it's again, K E L L I E underscore
Sweeney. That's where you can find her over on Instagram. I know you have a lot of friends in
the group. So you want to give them the final word? Oh, guys, thank you. They've been hyping
me up all day. I've been so nervous for this I got a million messages
saying you got this you got this so but a lot honestly a lot of them are first-time members
here and they trusted me and my judgment of your program so because a lot of them have tried the
things with me over the years as well and I'm having more colleagues sign up the next program
as well and just thank you for trusting me because a lot of them have, you know,
asked me for my guidance. So.
Well, thank you for putting your trust in the living method.
It's not lost on me.
The reason why I get to do what I do every day is because people take that
leap and they have faith and we want to do right by people.
Yes. And I love the realness. I love it so much. It's so,
you feel like a family, like this whole, it does feel like a family. You tell it how it is.
There's a lot of love and I can tell that you genuinely care. And that's, that's where it's at.
Oh, thank you. And I can tell, I could say the same about you. Okay. Our time is up. I can't believe it. I don't want it to end, but I know I'm going to wake up tomorrow,
and I'm going to see you on my Instagram feed.
It's probably breaking out.
I hope you're feeling better too, by the way.
Pardon?
Are you feeling better?
I'm getting there.
I turned the corner with my back today.
Yesterday I was crying.
I had to take the day off.
I was like a baby all day long.
And today I woke up, and I can feel my muscles.
Like they're sore.
But that's different from yesterday when I felt like I was completely unsupported and just in pain the whole time.
So it's different today.
But I'm optimistic that I'm turning the corner.
Sounds like it manifested.
That's where I'm going with it.
I'm thinking positively.
It's hard, though.
When you feel worse and you feel worse and you feel worse and you wake up that expectation.
Then you're like.
It kind of goes back to your whole detox symptoms.
You got to kind of feel worse before you feel better.
Exactly.
Exactly.
Oh my gosh.
I adore you.
We'll have to have you.
Maybe we'll have you back and have you on a meeting.
I'd love to have you back. If you want to do a dental talk, we can do a dental talk to you know what?
Yeah. Can we actually because I don't we do not talk about it. And I have I'm going to get my
teeth cleaned on Thursday. People do not understand how your health and wellness is so directly tied
to your oral health. This is a conversation
nobody is having. No. And like, sometimes I'll take patients' blood pressures and they're like,
why are you taking it? I'm like, because you're more likely to have gum disease.
And they go hand in hand. Like there's been times when I've had a patient and I'm like,
I think you need to get some blood work and they come back and they're diabetic.
So, and we can, I can see that just from their mouth.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's a conversation.
Actually, I've been thinking about that.
It's been on the back burner for a while.
And every time I go to the dentist, I'm like, this is a conversation, man, that we are not
having and people do not understand how your health is directly related to what's going
on in your mouth and how important it is to prioritize your oral care. Yeah, well, I could sit here and talk to you all day,
but I got to go. You got to go. Thanks, everyone, for joining us. Make sure you tune in tomorrow
for the tweak this week. I mean, if Kelly's nervous about it a little bit,
we're feeling nervous about it a little bit. We're going to break it down. We're going to
talk about it. We want to make sure you're feeling super confident by the end of this program.
Kelly, thank you so much for joining and for everyone else watching and listening.
Thanks, everyone.
Thank you.
Bye.
