Welcome to Spell the Tea.
The community is unbelievable.
The way I feel about myself, my energy, my self-confidence.
The cravings are gone.
I'm eating things that I haven't eaten in 27 years.
My guest today here to spill the tea with me down 46.4 pounds, nine pounds away from her goal weight,
Polly Ann Orchard, but I'm going to call her Polly because she says all of her friends call her
Polly. She has that story, you know, active as a kid, raised to eat everything off her plate,
done all the diets.
And here she is to spill the tea and share her tips with her success on the living method.
So let's get right into this conversation and welcome Polly. hello hi hey that's me on there
it's you nice to see you again because you and I had an opportunity to meet
at the conference you were a whole vibe you were a whole vibe so so were you
thank you thank you for having me I feel very honored to have been asked to come and speak
with you are are you kidding I just have I so much gratitude and mad respect for our guests that come
and share their very personal stories and journeys.
It's not an easy thing to do.
And just like, honestly, thank you.
Also, thank you for putting your faith in the Libby Method.
Oh, that was easy.
Yes.
It's been wonderful.
I love it.
I don't know how I would have lived without you, actually, Gina.
So let's start there.
How did you hear about the program? Everyone's got a story. So how did you hear about the program?
Yes. Well, a client of mine, I'm a hairstylist. Anyway, she came in one time. I hadn't seen her for a little while. And she looked glowing. She looked amazing. She just, she lost weight. She just had this really healthy look about her. I go, hey, Tracy, you got to tell me, like, what is going on with you was a wait for program to start. Um, but,
um, you know, I, I signed up and the rest is history. Yeah. So let's go into why you signed
up. Like, where were you at? What was going on in your life? Why? So you found this great program.
I love that you just put blind faith and signed up, but let's do a bit of a backstory. Where,
where were you at? Why were you even considering the program? You know what, Gina,
I was so tired of feeling sick and tired, up and down, up and down with my weight all the time.
And I knew that it was coming to a time where I really have to do something. Like it was time,
almost 200 pounds. I did not feel well. I wasn to do something. Like it was time. Almost 200 pounds.
I did not feel well. I wasn't sleeping well. I had no energy. As my husband, I was kind of bitchy.
You know, I just, I needed, I knew that I needed something. And so when she walked through the door and I saw how great she looked and big smile on her face. She was happy. I said, I want some of that.
Yeah, for 75 bucks.
Oh my gosh, this is too good to be true.
And the other thing that she said,
because she's like me and you,
she loves her red wine.
And I love my red wine too.
I will say that.
And she said, yeah, you can even have your red wine, Polly.
You don't really have to give it up 100 percent.
And so I I thought, OK, how good can it be?
You lost weight and you were still enjoying your wine.
And so that was it. I decided this was what I was going to do.
So many every time I saw her after that, we had
really good girl talk. Right. And then since then, of course, I've introduced tons of people to the
program. And I want to give a shout out to some of the local girls around here, because we have
like a little side group, not to take away from the Facebook group, but I just wanted to say hello
and thank you to everybody for the wind beneath my wings, wanted to say hello and thank you to everybody for,
um, the wind beneath my wings, so to speak. So thank you everybody.
I love that. So many people have side groups. I love that. Yeah. We're actually working with
like a chat feature within our app. We're not there yet. It's going to take us a while where
people can connect with their own sort of groups. Um, every time I was just talking about with this, with the family this morning, it's like I never meet just one person.
They're always like, oh, I'm in a group and I'm doing with this person and that person.
I love that.
I want to talk about your wine, because in reading my notes here, your biggest challenge was cutting back on your wine.
Yeah, because I'm a foodie.
I love to cook.
I love to have that glass of wine when I'm cooking
um I mean I'm not gonna lie there's been periods in my life where I did a lot of drinking a lot
um but as of late and now and before the program too started I knew that I needed to cut back on that. Right. Um, so, um, yeah, I just, I just, I liked, um, the ability
to still enjoy wine, but realize that, okay, you can have your wine, you're eating very well.
You can fill up on tons of water. It actually encouraged me to drink even more water.
And, um, through that first program, that was when I
lost most of the weight that I've lost. I did cut back quite a bit in that first program,
but I still was able to, I call it in an indulgence. You know how some people will
indulge in a dessert or something like that, or in little treats and nibbles. Well, that was my
little, like little dessert kind of thing. Yeah. So, um, yeah, but I'm doing much better that way
because what's happened is since I've lost this weight now, I have so much more energy. I was
telling Kim, I'm like a little bunny. I'm all over the place. I've been able to take part in more
longer walks, pickleball, dance lessons. And actually, one of the things I was going to
mention to members is that if you can just replace your outings to meet up with friends for food, with outings to go out with your friends to do
activities. It's such a bonus, right? Because to me, it's mind, body and spirit. It's not just
your, it's not just exercising for the sake of exercising, your exercise to become close to
your friends, like it's a great time, right? So that's one thing that I've been trying to do is instead of meeting for lunch all the time or something, let's go have a pickleball game.
Let's take a dance class.
Let's go for a walk.
I love it.
Yeah.
It just makes you feel good, right?
You just walk and talk and take your water and away you go.
And everyone feels good.
You keep talking about the water.
How did the water. Like how,
what, how did the water impact? Was that like, was that lip changing for you?
Drinking more water? Yes, because I used to drink a lot of soda, like sugar or artificial sweetening,
sweetened pop. And I was just listening to Dr. Paul earlier about that. But anyway,
the artificial stuff and lots of soda, and I was still so bloated, but now I do not drink anything
carbonated at all. I drink flat water. Basically I drink flat water and my herbal teas, all the
different flavors. Oh God, I got so many different flavors of tea now. Um, and so that gets the water
in, but yeah, I don't drink anything carbonated. I don't drink any beer, of course. Just flat wine, not carbonated wine,
just flat wine. So yeah, I really enjoy drinking water. It's not hard to get water in. That was
not an issue. Yeah. And the other tip I have for people who are having a hard time getting the water in,
I've invested in a whole whack of these great big bubba drinks.
And with the lid and a big thick straw, like try to get the thickest straw you can.
And to me, I found that when I'm taking that water,
I would take a lot more water with a thick straw like that as opposed to sipping.
Yeah.
Not to guzzle, but just to get more water in a thick straw like that, as opposed to sipping. Yeah, not to guzzle, but to just to
get more water in with each sip. We will take all the tips you can give us here. Okay, so I want to
do an overview of all the programs that you've done. But you've also you've done so many other
diets, you've got that typical story. You've done all the diets, what makes the Libby method different? Oh, it is such a healthy way to lose weight
because I never felt deprived at any time during the program. In fact, one of the things Tracy had
said to me, she says, Holly, your first few weeks, you get to just eat to total satisfaction.
And I'm thinking, this is just too good to be true.
I get to eat to satisfaction and still lose weight. Yeah. Yeah. So, um, to me that, that
sets apart like all the times we get to eat, we get to eat all the time. Um, and it just became
so much easier to make good choices because when you have your little your plate with your components, that's so easy just to fill up those components.
Throw this, throw that. It doesn't have to be fancy.
But anyway, I guess back to your question. Oh, I guess the other thing, too, is the community.
I never had any community in any other program that I've ever done. It might be
a friend or here or there trying to do a similar program. But this, because I'm very social,
so social that I love getting on. I never missed one live first program, never. I watched every
live. I listened to every word you said. I swear to God, I never missed a
thing. And so to me, I just always felt like, okay, I'm listening to this information is sinking in.
It makes sense to me. Like this program makes sense. So many of the other things didn't really
always make so much sense to me. I never really had much success. I couldn't stay with them.
I might do two weeks.
And like I mentioned in my bio,
like measuring out cottage cheese
or weighing your hunk of chicken.
And I couldn't do it.
I couldn't stand doing that.
And this way, you know,
putting stuff on your plate and looking at it
and going, yes, or I'll try.
I'll eat that.
But easily just to say, OK, I've had enough.
Like the mind body connection is really what makes this program really stand out.
I love hearing that.
Many other things, too.
Many other things.
Sorry, I can wrangle.
I can wrangle.
You know, I'm not asking so you can like
to to the Libby method and promote it. Sometimes I think that people need to hear it from other
people. And like, what way is this person connecting or that person connecting? And
here's my next question. So you've done five programs. You know, your first program 24.4,
then 8.2, eight pounds down, and you have a whole,
obviously, story there. There's a lot of people who are on their first program, or maybe someone
on their second, they know they're going to be here five programs later. Can you describe that
journey? Like, what is what is your journey been like over the course of those five programs? I
mean, that's a good chunk of time. It is. It is a good chunk of time.
But I'm proud of it. Like as I go along, I'm not like, oh, how come this isn't happening now? Like
it's sort of like, no, this is like a new lifestyle for me, although it isn't a lifestyle diet. I, I feel like it's a wonderful thing. It's, you know, um, it's not like,
wham, bam, let's get the hell out of here. I really enjoy being here. So, um, you know,
there's, there's ups and downs, of course, along the way. Like I think my fourth program,
last program, I just, nothing moved for me. Um then again, looking back, guess what, Gina? I wasn't
really trying that fourth program, whether it was like program fatigue or I just needed to take a
minute and take a breath, right? But I didn't gain weight either. I just, it was like a big plateau
and you would think that would be bothersome, like what the heck but i actually it was okay
i i embraced it i enjoyed it now this fifth round one of my big whys is a wedding coming down the
pipe in september so now i'm hitting it hard again you know what i mean yes your son your son is
getting your son's getting married is that who who's getting married? My son's getting married in September.
Yeah.
That's exciting.
But let's go deeper there.
What did keep you, it's got to be frustrating, right?
It's got to be frustrating because you've been successful in other groups.
This one, you're showing up and you're not seeing much movement.
I love that you are, you recognize maybe you weren't maximizing or doing whatever, but what keeps you showing up five groups later?
I love the motivation of your son, but I mean, what keeps you showing up five groups later? I love the motivation of
your son, but I mean, that's great. Oh yeah. I mean, that why wasn't always my big why. Um,
my big why at the beginning was health and wellness because I wasn't in a good place.
Um, but what keeps me going? Oh gosh. I, I love, I love this community. It keeps me going. Oh, gosh, I love I love this community. It keeps me going. I I feel so good.
I have energy. I feel like people have recognized my weight loss now. I never told anybody really
I was doing that. The very first program, I didn't tell anybody that I was doing this program,
except obviously my husband and I think my mom.
But I just kind of kept it to myself because I was afraid that here we like if, you know, I have a failure on this, like maybe I'll lose weight and gain that weight back.
Then, you know, same old thing, same old thing.
So I didn't say anything, but, um, I knew after that
24.4 came off and then the 8.6 and the eight, I'm like, um, I'm never going to gain that weight
back. I just know I'm not going to. So then I've been, I'm resting. Okay. With, okay, I'll do a
program and not to say the scale, it did bounce. Like obviously obviously it bounced but generally it was just like one huge straight line just and um you've lost before you did keto you lost before you gave back like was that a
defining like what was it do you remember the moment where you're like i know i'm not going
to gain this back like because people oh i see what you're saying yeah yeah they're nervous
and even though they're losing they still don't trust it. So was it, was it a
feeling? Was it a moment? Um, so after first program, I couldn't believe it. I was pinching
myself. Like I lost this 24.4 pounds. Oh my God. Like I just was over the moon. And then in between
groups, I didn't gain any weight.
You know, um, I worried a bit about that in between groups. Oh, what's going to happen.
And then the next program came and boom, down again, I went eight point. And so then it was
like, wait a minute. Like, so this is going to be finally forever. Like I could feel it. Um,
it's, that's a very good question. Like, how do you,
how did I know it and what made me know it? Um, it's just the way I felt inside my body. Like
I feel so good. I feel so happy. Um, and I know that I don't ever want to go back there again. And all those other diets, like especially keto, I mean, oh my gosh, how was I ever going
to keep a lifestyle like that?
Like maybe some people can, for me, there was just no way I could just eat like that.
Cause I did it really hardcore.
Like I didn't do dirty keto or, you know, all this, I did like totally 100% the keto
plan.
Um, but I just knew I couldn't,
there's no way you can sustain that. Like, cause I'll never eat a sweet pepper in my life or a grape or a nice sweet orange or a banana. Like who can eat like that their whole life. Right.
So anyway, what, when I saw on your program, that great big grocery list with all the component
like all the different groceries that you could buy it's like I can eat the hell I can eat anything
like you can even go to a restaurant and order off the menu and still be complete within the
program so to me that was just like, but I don't know what my
defining was. I know I'm not going to gain this weight back. I I'm just, I just know it. I don't
know how I know it, but I just know it. Well, and maybe it's that perspective of, of, of taking the
way you're taking it all in and seeing that extensive grocery list. Like here's a valid
comment. It has taken me a year to believe this will stick and I still have moments and I that's
why I'm asking this that's why I'm asking because that's very real yeah yep so it started September
2022 and yeah I'm into it for over a year now and um I just, I just know it's not gonna come back. I won't, I won't
let it. Because I want this feeling. I want, you know, I turned 60 this year. I'm 10 years older
than you are. And so I know, I hear you talk about, oh, you're turning, turning 50. And you're
like, oh, that's cute, Gina. That's cute, honey. Yeah, exactly. I got 10 years on you.
No, but anyway, it was just time. I thought I'm not going to go into my 60th year
feeling like a bag of shit. So that was one of my big whys. Yeah.

I just had a conversation with Ruth. I know you know who Ruth Kane is. She's studying the Libby
Method and she's talking about maintenance and how to really, because I like to do touch points
with her and see where people are at.
See if I can like, what's going on, what do I need to do? What do I,
whatever. And she says, you know, it seems like the people who,
like people go through maintenance,
98% of them who are in the maintenance group are confident that they're going
to be able to maintain and sustain their weight. But more than that,
she says, people are just solid. They just know they're just like,
cause I'm not going to let it, I know what I need to do. I'm not messing around anymore.
I've done this and I'm, I'm sticking with this and this is what I'm going to, you know, so I love
this whole attitude is just so representative that can we talk about your health issues that you had
and where you're at with those now? My doctor is amazed by my blood work.
Because I was borderline diabetic. I have high blood pressure. It's leveled out now.
Let me see what else was wrong with me. Oh, tons of inflammation. Like sore joints. I'd get out of
bed in the morning and my feet would just be like as i hit
the floor ah i could barely stand up like i was like 80 walking around that's all gone i don't
have any pain like that besides i i do have um a sore neck but it's actually from um i have
degeneration in in my discs in my neck so it has nothing really to do with anything except that.
So I do have inflammation there.
Yeah, my cholesterol, my lipids, everything, all the blood work is amazing now.
And I was just, just going to be deemed a diabetic.
So my doctor was like, wow, what have you been doing?
Well, I want to touch on the inflammation because, you know, we had that conversation.
I mean, you've heard it before because we have it in every group. It's such an important group.
And I think sometimes I'm so concerned about people feeling overwhelmed. Oh my gosh,
I have inflammation. I'll never lose weight or, oh my goodness, you know?
So, so talk about that a little bit, because I want people to understand that you can get to a better place. You can actually make real change. Oh yeah. I was, oh, absolutely. You,
you totally can. And I chalk it up to all those nutrient rich foods, right?
Anti-inflammatory foods. And I took all of the supplements that Dr. Paul had
recommended first round. I introduced them as he said to, although the MCT had already been
introduced to that previously. So I think that did help me with inflammation, the omegas. And I feel so much better.
Like, check this out.
I've actually got collarbones here.
Like, before it was just a big puff.
My rings, oh, here's a non-scale victory.
I wear these leather gloves when I'm driving.
And I found them in a pocket of a coat I hadn't
worn like for a week or something like that. But anyway, I took these black leather gloves out and
I go, oh, what is in the finger? Anyway, I reach my hand in and my, this ring was inside the glove.
Like it just came right off with my glove and I didn't even realize that
I'd like lost the ring because I take my rings on and off for work all the time yeah so it's not
like I but anyway I go I think that's a wonderful non-scale victory I didn't even know the ring came
right off that is definitely a non-scale victory I love that. Go ahead. Lori, go ahead.
Oh, it's just more talking about inflammation.
My shoes fit and I have one smaller shoe size now.
And because my feet were inflamed.
Yeah.
And my midsection, I mean, that's the section for me that's going to be the last to go. I've heard you talk about that, how, you know, just a little bit extra belly fat, and it's not just going to go away from
there, it's going to be the last thing to go. So that's where I still have a little bit of jigglies.
Oh, and I was concerned about skin, when first round into second round about my arms. Um, Oh, how's the skin going to come back, you know,
around my frame. And you know what, everything you said was true. It did eventually with water,
I took collagen and my skin around my arms. I really can't believe how much better it is.
It's just not flapping anymore. Yeah. So you were, you mentioned when you did that program where you maybe didn't
lose the weights, your body, you still notice your body really change. Exactly. Exactly. Yes,
very much so. Yeah. I love that. And I have like a waist now. I have a waist.
It's so exciting. I love it going. Yeah. And it was so awesome when I threw out all those
clothes. I didn't throw them out. I donated them. I gave them away. It was amazing to do that.
My great big snow pants like this. Yeah. And I donated them and it felt really good.
Yeah. Yeah. I know people struggle with that because you know clothes
are not cheap and so people I think holding on to those at least get them out of sight out of mind
having those those clothes in your closet staring at you looking at you wanting you it's just like
I know you may not believe yet but like exactly pack them in a box or if you're not ready to
donate them yeah it did take some time for me to let them go but i did
let them go i want to talk about the mental part of this process because you do mention when you
were younger you you know you were taught to finish everything on your plate no matter how
long you had to sit at the table you feel that your poor relationship that you had with food
prior to the program stemmed from the way you were served food as a child, bland and boring, and not that we're blaming our parents.
That's not that we're just lucky to have food on the table in the first place.
And usually their issues become our issues. So what was, when did you,
did you go through an aha moment with this process? Like,
like realizing that you mean? Yeah. And how did you work through that? A lot of people
are, you know, in being mindful, we just started downsizing.
Exactly. Well, listening, first of all, um, to Dr. Beverly talk, to talk, to talk to ourselves,
like our, like we're like to our younger selves, um, you know, and, um, and just, and, and just, and listening to you talk about food waste. And
I just came to realize, like, it's okay to throw food out. Like, I've never really had a big
problem with throwing out food or, but oftentimes, I'll just incorporate food into other meals or whatever. But yeah, I don't know when I,
I always knew I didn't like the way I was like kind of served up food as a
kid, like food in our house was like, it was kind of chaotic all the time.
Like my brothers all usually got the first dibs at everything,
you know what I mean?
But I don't remember mealtimes being like calm and like, I don't know.
They're obviously nutritious.
Mushy, mushy peas, cold or whatever.
There was nutrition on the plate.
It was just, yeah.
So I don't know.
I don't know what you're asking me.
We talked about that, that working through the stuff about Dr. because now you're a foodie and you love food. Right.
So from this, you know, obviously that relationship to a new relationship.
Oh, yes, definitely.
And now it's I had a bad relationship with junk food because I go to junk food.
But now this relationship is all about the healthy food like
I'll go to the grocery store and I know we talk about oh how expensive lettuce and spinach and
all this is but I just decided when I started doing this program I don't care about the cost
of the food I want that good food yeah well I just would buy I just get it anyway but I'd buy
the right amount so that there wouldn't be wasted from there. But I certainly have no problem cutting like throwing eating an apple on the go and like, okay, I don't want this apple like it's enough. And I'll just, I won't eat the rest of it. I don't have a problem like that at all. So yeah, the relationship with food has changed in terms of I want nutrition I want nutrition now because I know that it makes
how it makes me feel and if I do eat something like um like for example sometimes I just want
some sweet potato fries and not the kind I make I'll just buy some farm boy ones and throw them in the air fryer to me that's like
as about as junky as it gets around here um um so yeah like I just I want I want the good
healthy foods like a hoagie doesn't interest me let's put it that way yeah and I love this you
can feel this from you you can feel that you're genuine and you are
enjoying being healthy. You enjoy the healthy food that this is not a punishment for you.
This is not arduous for you. You can tell that you actually are like, I love feeling really good.
And I love good food. One of the things I love that you do is you give yourself a high five every day. I do.
Yeah.
Yep.
I love Robbins.
I listened to her sometimes too.
While I listened to her second to you,
you first now second.
You also know that.
Yeah.
So I get on that scale and I,
I look in the mirror and I go way to go. No matter what the scale says,
because I know that I got to give myself a high
five right yeah I deserve it I give everyone else high fives I'm always like encouraging others I
I need to encourage myself too so oh yeah yeah that's a good point um Polly I can't believe our
time is up our conversation has gone by so, but I do want to be able to
squeak in some tips for you. What, what are your, what are your tips for our, for our members moving
forward? We have so much time left in the program, but I wrote some out. Um, uh, first of all, um,
I think if you feel comfortable, like really telling your friends and family your why once if you're if they know you're
doing program love that because they're they're they've got you right so tell tell them your why
and ask them for help let them know you you know mommy needs time for this or that and let them
know um i so i sprinkle hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds on everything you know like the crazy hot sauce
lady I just do hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds love it um turn off the tv and computer
and really look at I like to like look at my food quietly um and it just can be like for a short period of time but like just i i just look at
your food and it will like stimulate your digestion like um yourself yeah it really is
great tip um and the one i gave already like in exchange um your dinner's out or not saying don't
go for dinner but if you're getting together with a couple of girlfriends, do something fun physically.
Right.
The water bottles.
Oh, and prioritize yourself.
That's just one big, huge like.
Yeah.
Take time for you with your little high five.
Let's start a revolution.
The high five.
I love you.
Love yourself. Oh, and like for holidays and like celebratory weekends,
like really just try to make a plan. Even if you don't like do the plan 100 percent,
making just make the plan, try to do some little bit of prep. Take some vegetables with you when you go somewhere. Always have them in the car.
Like just those little things I found like really made a big difference.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And move your body, of course.
Right.
Oh, what else did I put on here?
Oh, so like, you know, when you go and it's like, oh, there's a charcuterie board
over the holidays, there's always lots of that, right? Or, or like veggie tray and cheese tray
and crackers and cheese and all this stuff. So I even at home here, I do it, I slice zucchinis
really thin. And like that is my cracker. So I'll make a little sandwich, zucchini cracker with your little cheese or your little vegetable in there, like cream cheese or a dip. That really helped me stay away from
those crackers. You know, I don't really even want crackers anymore. I want the zucchini anyway.
So that kind of thing, cucumber slices and zucchini instead of the cracker.
Yeah.
And like, be kind to yourself and, and, and reach out to the group too, right?
All the people in this group are, oh, I just, I love the Facebook group.
Everybody's just so nice.
I mean, oh, all the comments I had, by the way, thank you. I got so many comments on my little bio. People were
so kind, so nice and, and relate to me as well, which is great. Cause that's what I was saying
to Kim. I hope people can relate. I hope I'm helping somebody in some way. And she goes,
oh yeah. She says, there's always people like, and I said, I'm the female version of your Dave,
you know, Dave Stewart. Yeah. They're guests.
I'm the female version of him.
I laugh every time he says something.
I'm like, oh, I can relate to that.
Because he's a nice guy too, right, with his hockey and all that.
Yeah.
Anyway.
I love it.
And our community loves you.
Your energy is contagious.
Oh, I hope so.
We all need a Polly in our pocket. I love that. Yes,
I'm a Polly pocket. Thank you, Polly, for sharing your positivity and bubbly personality is shining
brightly. Way to go. Love the high five idea for sure. Oh my gosh, Polly, we need to have you back.
Your whole vibe. I loved your chat. Thank you so much for joining. Thank you, Gina. I, you're a whole vibe. I loved your chat. Um, thank you so much for joining.
I just love you so much. You changed my life. Stop it. All right. I will see you again. We
were going to have you back. Thank you. Come on. Did I not tell you? She is honestly, um,
she's a whole vibe. This is what these segments are all about.
And you'll notice that the people that we have on,
they have a variety of different backgrounds and stories.
But everyone has a story and a share.
And I think it's so important that everything isn't coming from me or the team. It's actually coming from real people, like I said, on very real journeys.
I absolutely adore her.
And thanks for watching.
And I love that you guys gave her lots of love. So tomorrow we're going to talk about this tweak
this week. So when it comes to week five, our, our eating back to satisfaction and leveling up
and maximizing, it can seem like it's not a tweak, but it is very much a tweak in its own right. So
tomorrow, Kim and I are going to break down the tweak this week, live at 12pm.
So I hope you can join us then. And then of course, on Thursday, Dr. Alinka is going to be
back. We are not done yet. We have so much time left to lose a lot of weight. And we have a lot
to cover and go through for sure. And people like Polly, they help to give us the inspiration and
motivation to get through not only each day, but each week. So massive thank you to all Polly and all of our guests at this point.
I got to go.
I'm already looking forward to next week's spill the tea.
Have an amazing day, everyone.
And I'll see you tomorrow.
