The way I feel about myself, my energy, my self-confidence. The cravings are gone. I'm eating things that I haven't eaten in 27 years.
My guest today for Spill the Tea is no stranger to the program. And if you spend any time at all
in the comment section, you know exactly who she is. She's a rock star around here.
Christy Boyd, she is 51. She's been married for 26 years. She has four children,
similar in ages to me. She lost 40 pounds doing the program, five pounds away from her goal,
and then shit hit the fan. I'm pretty sure she won't mind me saying that. With health issues,
was wondering why things weren't working for her. And of course, she has a whole story that she's gonna share with us today.
So many people at certain times are like,
I'm struggling, I'm doing all of the things,
the scale's just not moving.
What I love about this program
is that you get so in tune to your body's needs
that I think you know when something is off.
And this is why a lot of times we're telling people,
like, you should check in with your doctor,
maybe check in with your doctor.
And sometimes you check in and your blood work is great. And then later on you realize, okay,
maybe there's a whole rhyme and a reason to why I'm struggling here. Anyway,
let's bring Christy on. I'm so good to see you. So good to see you too. That was like a really serious introduction
and then also simultaneously really excited like to chat with you it's like
kind of weird vibes for a second there um i really want to get into it so i first of all i do want to
say hello i mean you've been with us for a while we're practically related we're besties you and i
we totally are i agree
so sorry no where do we start where do we start um I guess the best place to start is that I
originally came in wanting to lose 45 pounds and and I thought great I I shouldn't be here 10
10 groups later what the heck right like what's going on I should be long done graduated um and
not just not be here any longer and um the fact that I am and the fact that as you so eloquently
put it the shit hit the fan um which is true it I mean that's's, that's the truth is that life happens and life throws curve balls at you and life is hard.
And sometimes life just sucks and we can do the hard things to keep getting better and stronger and coming out on the other side. And so do I still have to lose
that same amount of weight? Pretty close, pretty close. Because even though I lost the 40 pounds,
I put back on 12 because of the health issues and the medications and all of those things.
And I have been in a firm plateau, um, for two years, like basically two years, like, you know.
Now, I know you shared a lot of you, you've been, you know, sharing your story and your journey as you go. And I love that, that you feel like this is like a safe place in order to do that. And of course, our members, our community is like next level. But for the people who may not be aware, let's take it back to, so you've done a few programs. Um, you know, you started
January winter, 2021 down 27 pounds. You know how to lose weight. You know what you're doing?
Crushed it spring, summer, 13 pounds in between groups, two to three pounds, and then fall and
winter, no weight loss. And so what, where,
what was your mindset there? Because I hear this, you know, quite often, oh, I've done this program
and that program and my weight isn't moving this one. And yeah, there is something to be said about,
you know, your, your, your body needing to solidify the way that you've lost. So sometimes
someone can lose 27 pounds in one program and then nothing the next because their body's taking time to adjust to the weight that you've lost. But I mean,
two groups, you're starting to say, okay, this is like, this is a little much. This is a long
ass fucking plateau. Well, it was. But one of the things that drove me in that moment is I was one
of the members that is in the lost summer group of 2021. The one where you weren't
sure if you were going to do that group. And you said, let's just do it and see what happens group.
And it was like literally in the summer. And you're like, don't be alarmed if you don't lose
very much or anything at all, because summer is hard to lose weight. So when I only lost two to
three pounds, I was like, no harm, no foul, no big deal. And then, you know, we had been talking about plateaus. So
when I went into that September group, I was like, okay, maybe that's where I'm at. Maybe
that's just what it is. It's just this, this plateau, my body is just doing the things behind
the scenes that it needs to do. So again, I, I wasn't alarmed. I wasn't
scared about it. Um, but then, you know, all the things started happening to me a little bit of
this and a little bit of that, that, you know, basically it was October of, of that year where I had the first episode with my heart, but I didn't know what it
was. Yeah. And, um, you know, it was a, um, spill the tea actually. Um, and if I, if I'm not right
about this, but I really think it was Megan spill the tea and she had talked about not losing weight and that she couldn't figure out the why.
And she'd gone to the doctor and the doctor had helped her with the why.
Why was she not losing weight?
There were things that she needed to do.
And so that kind of drove me.
I went to the doctor after that whole thing happened.
The doctor said, if the heart thing happens again, come back in.
I have a cardiologist because I already have a heart murmur.
The heart murmur and the heart issue are not the same thing.
And so I get a baseline every five years.
It ended up being that I, because of COVID and lockdowns, I had gone seven years without
having that actual baseline done. And I
had had it done in February of 2021. So nobody, and it was all flying colors. I passed healthy
problems. Great. So nobody said, Hmm, you've got a heart problem. It was, it wasn't on anybody's
radar. Anyways, subsequently those things happened. I had
five of those episodes, but we were in Omicron and I kept getting pushed back because simply
because I'd already had all those heart tests and they're like, you're fine. It's been eight months.
It's been nine months, March 1st, 2022. I literally dropped like a stone in the doctor's
office. And if I hadn't been in the doctor's
office and if I hadn't heard that spill the tea, I would have done the things that I'd always done.
It was like, it's just a thing. I'm stressed. Oh, there's a lot going on. I'll get to it next time.
I might not have gone to the doctor and pushed so hard to make them do those tests again.
Yeah. And this is so huge. And I'm not trying to scare everybody into thinking just because the scale's not moving for you that, you know, you need to go to the doctor and something huge
is going on, but it's going on and on and on. And you're doing all of these things and making all
of these changes and you're not noticing, you know, things aren't happening the way that you think that they should happen.
Cause I mean, you're 10 groups and you put the time into this.
So February, 2021, your checkup came back as very healthy.
So you're fine, you know? So then you're like, okay, well I'm healthy.
There's nothing going on with me. Like I've been to the doctor,
got the blood work done. I'm good. October, 2021,
you notice you're having some chest pain, shortness of breath while hiking.
And then March 1st, you have a heart attack, 90% blockage in your main artery.
And then you found out the earlier episodes were a series of heart attack.
So you went from no medication to being on all the medications.
So in hindsight, because hindsight's, you know, now now in hindsight do you look back and be like oh
that makes like sense why i wasn't well it 100 makes sense because here here's the kicker which
is something i didn't put in my bio is my family physician had retired and we met our new physician two weeks prior. So mid February,
and I was giving flying colors. I had all the blood work done. I had, you know, they listened
to all the things they did, all the things. And I was sent with a clean bill of health.
There's nothing wrong with you. Even though I knew I was going to be seeing my cardiologist in two weeks. My new family physician was flabbergasted,
shocked, called me immediately. Um, and was, and he, he's a young, young doctor. So he was alarmed.
And I was like, the thing is, is there was nothing to see here, right? Like there was nothing. I don't really drink. I don't smoke.
I eat healthy, right? We grow our own food. There was, there was no, you know, there was no
indicators. I don't have high blood pressure. I still don't take high blood pressure medication,
believe it or not. You know, like I I'm not diabetic. I'm not, there were no indicators for me. And so
as you said, hindsight is 2020. And so basically
I did everything I was supposed to do, but I don't know. And it took me a lot of,
of cardiac therapy to get there.
I couldn't have done anything differently.
I couldn't have.
I did everything that I was supposed to do.
And my outcome was still this.
I had no choices.
You had gone and lost the weight.
And you had done, I don't know how many programs.
And you were being like, you know, three solid programs. We've lost a ton of weight. You know how we do things here at the living method. We're
super healthy about it, what you're doing physically and mentally. And that still happens
to you, which I think is a good message for people because I think people think like, well,
I've gotten, I'm healthy and I've lost all this weight. So I'm good, you know? And unfortunately
that's not always the case. I also want to follow up here with, um,
not only after what happened with Christina, where she went, she, maybe we lost her connection. I
don't know if she's going to come back, but that wasn't the end of her story. I'm sure the team is
trying to get her back, but that wasn't the end of the story for her. In fact, after, after that,
all of that, you're back after all of that, you got back on the program.
You were unable to maximize the, wow, because you're recovering, but I would imagine loosely
following.
And then you ended up with an infection and you're almost going into sepsis and on antibiotics
for three months.
So it took your digestive system a long time to recover.
It really did.
And, and honestly, I don't know if you remember this, but I was so mad
because here I was in the hospital and you were getting ready to go to the pink picnic.
And I had wanted to go to the pink picnic the year before and couldn't because I was recovering
from my heart. And I was so excited to go to this pink picnic. And then you were going to,
and I thought, Oh my God, I'm going to get to meet Gina.
This is fabulous.
Like I'm going to go to the pink picnic.
I'm going to be able to support
this wonderful charitable situation.
And Gina's going to be there.
I was so mad and I'm in a hospital bed
and I'm only allowed to wear a hospital gown
because they don't know
if I'm going to need emergency surgery.
So I can't even put on my own clothes.
I was just, I was raging. It was not fun. Oh my gosh. Well, I wish that you could have come. Um,
it was fun. We're actually working. I'm not going to talk too much about it, but we're actually
working on some, a fun get together, um, in the fall. I can't wait. Hopefully we can hang out
then. Okay. So my pink shirt. So where are you at now?
Where are you at now?
So after having recovered, so we went, so that was the end of Springs Group, 2023 hospital.
And so I just limped my way through the end of the program.
I did what I could and didn't do what I couldn't and just kept going.
And then I knew going into the fall group,
I was going to have to have surgery.
And because the cardiologist had to sign off on the surgery.
So while I was in the hospital, if they'd done the surgery,
it would have been emergency surgery and it would have been.
And for anybody who doesn't like gory details, but it would have been an open cavity
surgery as opposed to laparoscopic. So the doctors didn't want to do that. And I didn't want that if
avoidable. Um, so they wanted all of that to recover. So ultimately the dirty little secret
of the diet industry, they took my gallbladder because if, if they didn't,
I could end up with another liver infection. And so that's what happened in November. So I limped
my way through the end of the last program. And unfortunately I've kind of limped my way through
the beginning of this set. I really thought I was going to go in maximizing because I know, I know what to do,
but my inflammation was still too high and I still had too much tenderness and too much, you know,
so I'm doing what I can. And, um, and I'm, I'm on the, the back end, the inflammation is almost
completely gone. And so things are going to get better from here.
And that's, you know, I have the hope that the things will be better.
Right?
So has it been a rocky two years?
Absolutely.
But I'm still here.
And that's important.
Why are you still here?
You know, the community. I mean, we love that you're still here, here, like on the planet and with us.
I got that.
I meant in the group.
I meant there was a group and sticking with the living method.
Because I know it works.
I know that it works.
I still have weight to lose.
My body needed to heal itself from the inside out.
Weight loss is a side effect of this program. I,
I know you, it's, it's a weight loss program. Like I'm not, you know, in la la land about that,
but the reality is, is this program heals you from the inside out and that's why we can lose weight.
And so, so the weight loss is the side effect of that healing. And I honestly believe, especially when I was healing from my heart, if I didn't have the group to lean in on and to be a part of, I would not have come through anger that it was missed by the doctors and that COVID derailed me getting treatments.
And like, I don't know that I would be in the healthy place that I am today.
I don't know how else to explain that, really.
Like, I'm here because the program works.
And just because I had this stupid long plateau because of health
doesn't mean it doesn't work. It truly works. And, and that's why I'm still here. And I've
made some amazing friends. So you can't leave those behind. Our community is amazing. It does
kind of sting a little bit that, you know, you got set back when your weight loss journey, how are you reconciling those fields? Like, obviously you're grateful because you're
still with us and you're grateful because you know, your health is, you know, improving every
day. And what happened to you was a huge thing, but is there those underlying feelings of like,
ah, man, like, Oh, I have them. I, I mean, I'm honest with that. I, I'm, I'm one of the people that, you know,
started doing the pictures of their food. And for a while there, I, I, I just stopped doing it.
And because I was like, this sucks. Every part of this, I'm not winning, right? I'm just treading
water. So there were moments, but it, it wasn't the program that was the, the, the issue,
the issue was the health. And I could recognize that I had an amazing, um, therapist who deals
with, he specifically is for cardiac patients and he was extremely helpful. And I did talk to him
about the program and cause you know, you have conversations, how are you eating? Are you
following the food recommendations? And I'm like, look, some of the food recommendations
that you give me suck. Like, I'll be honest, they do. And, um, I said, but this is what I'm doing.
And this is why I'm doing it. And in an odd turn of events, I had a conversation with one of the
nutritionists at the hospital. And she's like, have you heard about this program? Gina Levy, something, you know,
people have been telling me about it. And, and I said, I'm already doing it.
And she looked at me really like with a lot of skepticism and I'm like, no,
really, I'm already doing it. And, and I said,
have you checked? She goes, well, I haven't had a chance yet.
I said, well, you know what, if you're going to recommend it, maybe you should look at
it.
Yeah.
Yes.
Of course.
In those moments, I was still kind of angry and yeah.
So, you know, but yeah, I, I, uh, you know, the therapist helps me kind of get past the
anger and the, and the frustration that I had
that I was derailed because it wasn't just my weight loss that was derailed. Like walking to
the end of my driveway was all I was allowed to do for like two months. You know, I used to walk
10 kilometers a day, you know, um, like even before I started the program. So, you know, it was, it was really
frustrating to go from doing all the things to being on bedrest, basically.
New year, new me. Season is here. And honestly, we're already over it. Enter Felix, the healthcare
company helping Canadians take a different approach to weight loss this year. Weight loss is more than just diet and exercise. It can be about tackling

That's F-E-L-I-X dot C-A. What's your takeaway? What have you learned through what you've been
through? Well, one of the things that I've learned, sorry, I'm checking my notes. One of the things that I have truly learned is that,
you know, um, you know, we have a lot of insecurities when we come into this program,
all of us, and we're lying to ourselves if we don't. Um, and in those insecurities, we will sabotage ourselves. We will talk ourselves into things or not doing the things
because, you know, you've said it before, like that old diet mentality. And for me, I grew up
with that being subconscious because I saw my mom and I saw my sister diet their way
through everything. My mom had her stomach stapled. I was this slender little thing and
I was, I couldn't fathom all the things she was doing, but they still affected me. And I was
subconsciously dieting into my twenties and whatnot. And, and so,
and, you know, we read the magazines and, you know, 40 pounds in four weeks, you've got this,
you know, stuff like that. And so I think when we come in with the insecurities and we,
and through the knowledge that you give us and the education that you give us in how we heal ourselves, we can surpass through those insecurities.
We'll always have moments of insecurity, but we can get through the big ones that are holding us back.
And I think that's important.
I think that's important that we recognize that, acknowledge it and push through it.
One of the things that really resonated with me today was in Dr. Beverly's live.
And based on my story, this will make a lot of sense.
And she said, love it now.
For her, it was her shoulder, right?
Love it now.
Love that you wake up this morning.
Oops.
It looked like we lost her again.
Oh my goodness.
I don't know if it's her connection or what's happening.
I'm sure she'll be back.
She came back before.
So let me take a minute and talk about our tweak this week.
Make sure you join Kim and I tomorrow, 12 PM. We are going to be talking about the splitting up the meals and snacks part of this tweak, which I
actually going to talk to Christy about when she gets back. Um, Oh, there she is. Okay. I'll give
you, I was just talking about the tweak this week. I didn't know how long you were going to be back.
So I want you to, I want to talk about feeding the metabolism, but we'll circle back around to
that. So you were saying, yeah, I was just saying that that resonated with me because the love it now is so important.
My moments in, in 2022, when, when I literally almost died in a doctor's office, um, love it.
Now you life is too short to sweat that small stuff. Love it now. And that's really just where I was
going with it. And Dr. Beverly was spot on with it this morning. It was, it was the perfect thing
to say to me today for sure. Well, you've been around long enough to see the evolution of our
guests and our program and all of it. My goodness. Yeah. Well, I heard you even applied to work for
us at one point. I did. What was I thinking? My brain was not working properly back then. That's when I first
got sick. I have no idea. It was not my time. It was not my time.
But isn't that what we always do? Like we think we're ready. I've done that before too. And then
looking back, I was like, what were you thinking? Just like coming
back to the program, right? A lot of people are like, I'm going to this and I'm going to that.
And then life gets, gets in the way, or you're not in a place that you thought you were as much
as you wanted to be there and you wishing and hoping yourself that you're ready, but you're
really not. But I love that you still showed up anyway. I love that you showed up anyway,
in spite of the fact that you weren't a hundred percent or you couldn't do all the anyway. I love that you showed up anyway, in spite of the fact that you weren't
a hundred percent or you couldn't do all the things. I love that. Yeah. And I, I say it
sometimes when I'm, I'm like talking to people in the group, I'll say, you know what, today,
maybe a baby step day today's baby step. Right. Tomorrow, maybe you're going to leapfrog.
Right. But, but sometimes we just, but as long as you take those baby steps, we all had to learn to walk sometime. As long as we take those baby steps,
we can keep going forward. So like I said, you know, 10 programs, that's like three years. You've seen the evolution of my hair,
my hair. You have awesome hair. What are you saying?
It's worth every penny I pay for it. Not, not just my hair, but you've seen the evolution of
the program. You've seen it grow. Oh my goodness. It's just grown so much. You've seen
the guests. What, what's your, um, what's your favorite guest moment? I mean, they're all great.
They are all great. And I think if I go back to the first evolution of guests,
I have to say some of the, um, the very early cook cookery shows with Andrea are some of like,
if I'm, if I'm going, I have to say when you had Lynn on, that was pretty awesome.
Yes. We have to have her back. Actually. I've been the experts, it is so hard to choose.
Honestly, I don't know how to choose. I think that when you have the experts on,
they're exactly what we need in that moment. Like the world will be crazy and Dr. Dina Schaefer
comes on and we're all just so soothed by her. And then, like I said today
with Dr. Beverly, I swear to God, she wasn't speaking to anybody but me, nobody else. And I
mean, Dr. Yeah. Dr. Herkel, Dr. Olenka, Dr. Herkel first, because he was the first one of that
portion of the, of our special guests. Um, and he said things that, and actually that would be
another thing for me. Um, when I was first getting sick, he would say things that were like,
so mind blowing, right? I'd be like, Oh my God, I'd never thought of that. I got to tell my doctor
that, you know, stuff like that. So, I mean, but you've had, I mean,
the evolution, like, you know, I go all the way back. We're basically pre guests really.
So, so the evolution of the group is phenomenal. I, you know, people have only been here for one,
two or three groups have no idea what the difference is and how lucky
and amazed they they would be to see the differences you know so yeah I can't I can't
say there's just one it's my special favorite but but I have to say those early those early ones
are are well loved in my heart especially the cooking ones yes we definitely have to say those early those early ones are are well loved in my heart
especially the cooking ones yes we definitely have to get so that's Lynn Crawford she's talking about
Lynn Crawford joined us for a group and um a few cooking segments and some great tips so
yeah I've been meaning to reach out to her and see if she'll come back on and join us um
you you were like pre-app you were like pre-app oh yeah fancy graphics pre-production
team pre-books social media pre-books it's a wonder anybody any even lost weight because it
was no you knew you know what you're doing you know what you're doing and I love it I'm here
for it I'm here for all of it okay so we are about to um I'm here for all of it. Okay. So we are about to, um, I'm just watching
the time. It always goes by so fast. Um, so we're feeding the metabolism this week. So we're about
to split up the meals and snacks part of it. Do you remember way back when your first, first feeding
the metabolism week and tweak, what were your thoughts on it? Any advice for people um for this week and this week yeah so I I want to say like
if I go back to the very beginning and this is the same probably for a good majority of people
downsizing we hate um eating metabolism in the beginning you're like whoa I get I get to eat all
this again like this is like two four, how many meals I get to
have. That's awesome. But honestly, um, it's harder than it seems if you're a new person,
like if you're brand new to the program. Um, and, uh, I think my biggest tip when it comes
to feeding the metabolism is how you prepare your meals. So if you're having
chilies and you're having stews for those four days, um, and soups and things like that, it is
much harder. They get cold, they get gummy. They're not as fun to eat, but if you're, if you're
planning your meals so that you have like, like treat it like when you were a little kid
and put it in little piles on your plate
and don't let them touch.
It's much easier to do feeding the metabolism that way,
at least in my book.
And I find it more palatable
because if you're leaving your salad
or your salad like item for that
second half, then it's not such a big deal, right? Nobody wants to eat cold meat or cold protein,
right? Usually. So that's my, that's what has evolved for me. And that is how it works a
little better for me. I also want to say feeding the metabolism is great. If you have a family event and you've got all those aunties yammering in your ear going, you're not
eating enough. You're not eating enough because honestly, you're like, I'm just, I'm just, I'm
just letting it digest and I'm going to eat the rest in a second. And, and you leaving it on the
plate isn't such a big deal anymore. I say that because I have to go to a buffet on
Saturday for, for a memorial thing. And I know someone's going to, someone's going to go,
why are you leaving that? Why are you leaving that? What's, um, what's your favorite week?
What's your favorite week? What was your favorite? What is your favorite week? Has it changed?
Yeah, it has changed. So in my first two groups,
I did not take mindful. I did not take mindfulness seriously. I was like, I got this.
What the heck? What is she talking about? Everybody knows what they're thinking or whatever.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no. It's not like that at all. You really need to wrap your head around what you're doing. Cause if you don't, you can't
heal the mental capacity and make those changes you need from that old diet culture and why we're
here. Right. We didn't get here in a day. We didn't get here in a week. We didn't get here in a month.
Right. So it's not going to take a day or a week or a month to fix it. Right. We
have to, you know, our brain does things like we're riding a bike and we will still even 10 groups in,
you know, I'll, I'll go to a restaurant and it'll have calories on the stupid menu. And my, my,
my eyes still go there. They don't need to. That need to that's ridiculous right um but we still do that
so mindful is my favorite and i believe the most important week of the entire group oh i love that
um we do have to get going because our time is up but tips tips for our members moving forward
you got some tips for us like you're a a veteran, like you should be, you should be running this. No, no. So we hear this a lot and I struggle with
water too. If I just have one or two days off and I didn't get all my water in, um, I, I can fight
myself to get that water in, even though I know better. So, um, if you don't love straws, don't
use a straw. If, if straws will help you get it in better, find that amazing cup with the amazing
straw and use it every single day. Um, a couple of groups in, I was part of that whole bandwagon
where we used elastic bands on our cups. So every time you filled your cup, you put a new elastic band on for some people that's going to work. I've changed my tactics. Um, I like to fill up a couple of 40
ounce bottles and then I fill up my, some people have seen this in my pictures, my, my flowery cup,
which is 25 ounces. And so, so that's 80 plus 25 that gets gets me over 100 ounces, which it gets me at 3.5.
So no matter what, I drink all of that, have a couple of teas, maybe an iced coffee here
or there, you know.
So I know that at minimum I'm getting 3.5 and then everything after that is a bonus.
My goal every day is 4.5.
I find that's what works best for me.
And everybody's going to be a little bit different,
right? I'm not a particularly tall person, so I might not, you know, have as much as somebody
else. Um, another tip is the little mindful card, the little, the four questions printed out,
you know, laminated. If you have a laminator it doesn't matter put it as a as a screensaver on
your phone stick it on your fridge put it on your computer put it where you need it to be most
love that and have it all the time because it takes time to get there and group one group 10 I still look at that I still look at that I still read it maybe
not every day anymore but I still look at it and I still read it and we just had a refresh
on the the four questions yesterday if I'm not mistaken so we always need that refresh. We always do. So, you know, my other, my other big tip is lean in on the group.
We have the most amazing villagers, right? Takes a village. We have the most amazing people who
have walked in your shoes. Maybe not entirely the same shoes, but our shoes are similar for sure. And if, if you are having a bad day,
they're going to send you those virtual hugs that, that you need to get you through that bad day.
Well, they're all sending you the hugs. Amazing spill the tea, great tea time, inspiring.
Thanks so much. Uh, thanks so much for sharing spilling the tea christy as always great ideas
and such common sense solid approach and not only that but you know it's not easy to sit up here
and share a really personal vulnerable story and you know it's it's it's very much like you because
you do this all the time uh in the group so you make sure you take time to read the comments
you got a lot of friends and fans in
there. Um, what do you want to say to our community? We know they're amazing, but what's
some final words that you want to leave them with today? Well, you know, I may have touched on it a
little bit earlier, but the weight loss is a side effect of healing yourself from the inside out.
And really for anybody who is, who's struggling because they don't see their
scale move, um, today, tomorrow, even the day after that, your body is doing amazing things
in the background and, and it, it will come, it, it will come. And when it does, you're going to be amazed.
My last two years has all been about the non-scale victories.
I've had no choice.
I've lost a size, but I didn't lose a pound, right?
Because my body is doing all of these things while it's healing my heart and my liver
and all of those, you know, healing from surgery,
all of the things. And so, you know, healing from surgery, all of the things.
And, and so, you know, the other thing is, is silly questions can be the best questions.
So it's not like when you were in grade school and the class is going to laugh at you because
they think it's funny. So there's no silly question. the question somebody even you know like the team is amazing
I mean people have no idea when it was just you and Andrea and Terry trying to answer all the
questions and people have no idea there are so many people that we don't see every day that are
just here to help us.
That's the question. And you're going to find, you know,
one person or 10 people that are going to also say that happened to me, or this is what I did. And this is what worked for me. Right.
So ask the silly question. Cause it's not really silly at all.
I love that. Uh, Christy Boyd, thank you so much. Um, it was so great to chat with you.
Um, because I see you all the time on, you and I talk all the time on the lives. It was so great
to chat with you. Uh, one-to-one where'd she go? She disappeared again. Is she gone?
Well, on that note, it's fine. She can stay gone. Um, no doubt. We'll bring her back.
We need to follow up with her.
It sounds like she'll be here for a bit,
continuing to work towards that
finally and forever goal,
which I know 100% that she's going to reach.
I was talking about our tweak this week conversation.
I'm going to have Kim tomorrow at 12.
So if you're feeling ways about the tweak this week,
the splitting up the meals and snacks part of it,
make sure that you join Kim and I tomorrow again at 12 p.m. Of course, if you can't join us live, then rewatch it. We're
going to talk extensively, everything that you need to know about splitting up those meals and
snacks. So whether you are a new or returning member, uh, definitely worth taking the time to
watch. I know I haven't done it yet, but I know it's going to be worth taking the time to watch
just like this amazing conversation today. Um, so thanks to Christy. Thanks to all of our amazing Spill the Tea guests that show up and they share their journey, real people on very real journeys. I
could not love it more. Thanks everyone who joined us live. Thanks for all your comments.
Uh, we'll see you next time. Thanks. New year, new me.
Season is here and honestly, we're already over it.
