I'm going to be honest with you, this podcast is unapologetically a hot mess because that is what midlife feels like sometimes.
Why, though?
And how do we make it better?
Do we all just need facelifts and g-lp-1s?
I mean, let's talk about it.
No bullshit, no wellness wankery here because we're trying to make real change and change is hard.
But we're in this together.
Welcome to the Livy Method podcast.
Hello, good morning.
Happy Wednesday.
Hopefully you can hear me okay.
I do have like a little mic thing that I'm working out, but my, it's a little bit crazy.
We are heading out for vacation, 12 of us later today.
So of course, the kids are running around, scrambling, doing this and that.
And someone's up having a shower right now.
And I did not realize how loud it was in my dining room when someone was having a shower.
So I am not going into my office space.
So you might have noticed throughout the summer club, I have not been.
going live from my usual office space. I'm not going down there. I need a change of scenery.
And I just really want to kind of go with the flow. Thank you for all the feedback about the vibe
in the summer club. I think it's great vibes. We, I know, listen, I've, I've, I've always said I take
your weight loss journey real serious. And sometimes I want you to have all the information so you can do
all of the things. And I've come to realize that sometimes that puts a lot of pressure on people. And it was
never about putting pressure on people to do more or to make them feel like they weren't doing
enough. It was just about resources and me wanting to really truly share everything that I have
learned and that's what I'm doing. I really stay in my lane. I have developed a method that after 30
years of working with people one-on-one I found was really effective in terms of teaching people how to
make change. And I stay in my lane. And this is why I think all of our guest experts are so
incredible. All of our resident guest experts like, you know, Dr. Dina, who's a learning strategist,
she teaches us how to unlearn and relearn and learn new things. Dr. Beverly David,
clinical psychologist, right? What's going on with our mind? Alana McGinn, who is going to be
filling in and doing a live next week for you. Sleep, stress, expert, of course, Dr. Olinka.
Dr. Paul and then then Sean Warden, Sandy Vann, Sandra O'Lea. What I love about our regular returning
guest experts is that we're always building on the conversation with them, right? So it's not the
same conversation. We're always building on it. And of course, we're adding a ton of new experts to
the mix because we're coming to realize that your weight loss journey is just not about what to eat
and when. Obviously, that's important. I'm not like saying it's not, but it's not that we don't know
what's eat and when. It's just usually life getting in the way and all the things that we're dealing
with. So it's just so much more than that. So I've been really excited about the conversations that we've
been having in no way do you need to keep up with all the conversations. I want to take a minute and
address any of our new members. Oh, I'm on my public page. Am I streaming at least into my
Oh, geez. Well, there you go. Apparently I'm on my public page and then not streaming into the group, but somebody's going to add it to the group. So if you're wondering where I am and what I'm doing, I don't even know where I am and what I'm doing. I do want to talk to all of the new members who are joining us for the first time in the summer club. So although it's done a 91 day structured program, you can absolutely get started with that basic food plan and start getting and keeping that scale moving. So you should absolutely still expect to lose weight. But with that said, we do want to manage expectations.
even when we're running our 91 day program, some people lose right away.
And then some people, their body tends to focus on making change first and then you see the
scale move later.
So when they say on average, you want to lose one to two pounds per week, it's not one to two
pounds every week, right?
That's not it.
It's if you were to take someone, for example, who lost 100 pounds and it took them a year
to do so, that averages out to one to two pounds per week.
but they might have lost a big chunk of weight in one 91 day session and in the next 91 day
session not lost a lot because their body was working on adjusting to the weight that they had
lost. So you want plateaus, you need plateaus. Everyone's a little different. Some people lose in
like small little chunks and and have small like shorter plateau. Some people lose in bigger chunks
and have bigger plateaus. Everyone's a little different. But if you are new to, you are new to,
the Libby method. I want you to not be shy about reaching out in the Facebook support group and letting
us know if you have any questions, right? Like, don't be shy about that. We are here for you. We have
this really safe community where there's no such thing as a silly question. I also do want to
thank everyone for being so kind to Kelly Sweeney yesterday. She's been a member who's been with us for
a while. She's very vocal on social media. Although 100,000 people run through the program every year,
we do get to know our members, especially those who are more vocal. She shared her struggle. She'd been
successful with the program. I think her highest weight was 2.10. And she's, she's not a, she's quite small.
I think she's five foot two, she mentioned, and shared her struggle with weight. And she's obviously
been very successful losing weight. And she was successful for our program. She lost weight on our
program and had a very stressful year, gain that back. And now not only she's been successful at
reaching her goal, but also talked about how she started taking a GLP1. That is a very nuanced
conversation. So the living method has worked for 30 years, right? Before GLP1s, it will work after
GLP1s. We actually have studied, and a team of the University of Ottawa have studied the living
method. The living method works for losing a clinical amount of weight, which is like 5% of your
body weight within, I think, six months. So people are losing that in three months with the
living method and even more so. So we know the living method is a great way of losing your weight
in a healthy way. We obviously put a lot of focus on losing your weight in a way that you're going
to be able to maintain and sustain. Hi, Debbie from Lakefield. How are you? If you see my mom,
tell her to hurry up and get her ass here. My mom's coming up from Lakefield today. That's where
my family lives in Lakefield. So listen, I want to have the GLP1 conversation, but I wouldn't want to
make anyone who's not taking a GLP1 think that they can't lose their weight because you always
could and you always will be able to with the Libby method, right? The Libby Method's been around
a lot longer than weight loss medications, although weight loss medications have been around a lot
longer than you think. We always had people taking Ozempic to manage diabetes doing the program
and people who were very vocal about that. I have helped people who have had gastric bypass,
for example, so medical intervention have been doing that.
entire career when it comes to helping people lose weight and maintain it. But, you know,
JLP1s are an option and I do want this to be a place where you can come and have conversations
about that. Like that's also with our support group. I want our support group to be the place where
you can ask questions, where we can have conversations. And that's one of the things you're going to
notice in the fall is that we're going to have our main content in the app. And then in our support
group, we're going to talk about it. We want to know what like what do you think about taking
GLP ones. What are the questions that you have, right? What is the conversation there? And then
obviously I'm going to work to have those conversations and bring in guest experts. So if you haven't
seen it yet, we have a GLP one guide in the app that we're going to be building the content up on
there. So check back. Just like our menopause guide. So we've added the menopause guide to the app.
We are on our fourth module. So there's a ton of information and the team is continuing to add it to
the app. So everything you need to know about menopause and weight loss is going to be in that
guide for you. So make sure you check back. Okay, let me see where my questions are because apparently
I made a mistake and went live on my public page. The team has got it streaming into our support
group. So sorry about that. I don't know where I am or what I'm doing today. So let me find myself
here and see what, see where we're at and what questions you guys got. Okay. Here I am. Okay.
summer vibes summer vibes summer vibes let me see if i can get my iPad to work where why is it not working
oh my god there we go hi elsie i'm so excited my children's book is in the final stages of editing
the little seed that found a home is coming to amazon soon i know it's not about losing weight but i do feel
like my life has changed so much um listening to gina i've applied it to everything in my life i don't
think I'd have the confidence to write and share this before I started my health journey.
I am daring to do things that I would have never done.
Okay, this, this, this is what I love about what we are doing because you are not just
eating less and exercising more.
You're doing the hard work.
You're working through your issues, your associations tied into food, your relationship
with yourself, you're working through your old habits, you're creating new habits,
you are working through your beliefs that you can do this, that you are worthy.
all the things that have been holding you back in life.
Chances are the way you show up when it comes to losing weight
is the exact same way you show up with everything else you're doing in your life.
This is also working through past traumas, right?
This is why this is so huge.
This is why this is so huge.
Because it's about losing weight in a way that you're going to actually be able to make changes to your life
because you were, you were the byproduct of how you were living.
This is why you cannot go back to old habits.
This is why, if you want to tie it into taking weight loss medications,
we know that when people take them statistically they just eat less of the same things they were
eating before and it was thought that if people lost weight taking a gLP one then they would be more
active and they would make these lifestyle changes they are not that is not what is happening so you
have to be very intentional about doing that and this is why taking a weight loss medication is not
the easy way out right yes it can help with food noise yes it can help with appetite but it doesn't
help you do that hard work. And that, getting in tune with, so excited about this, getting in tune
with when to eat. So knowing that you're actually hungry versus eating out a habit versus being
triggered or eating, you know, because you're trying to eat your feels, emotional eating, right?
Knowing the difference. What to eat. So really understanding when you need protein, when you need,
you know, fruit, when you need a salad versus a state, for example, right? Really having that
understanding of how foods break down and give you the nutrients that you need and the difference
between your proteins, your carbs, and your guts. Like really understanding what you're eating
and why, right? And then of course, how much to eat. So you want to get so in tune with knowing
before you even eat your food knowing if it's too much, not enough or just right, right? Or when you
do eat your food, knowing the exact moment that if I take another bite, I'm going to walk away
feeling like I ate too much. But then also be like, this shit is so good. I am intentionally going to
overeat and then after I'm done and I walk away and feel like I ate too much, I'm like hashtag
that was worth it and don't feel the need to berate myself and punish myself the next day.
So being in tune with all of that puts you in tune with everything across the board.
Right. So a lot of people have their weight loss goal of I when like I want to lose weight.
That's my goal. And then you're like when I lose weight, I'm going to write the book. I'm going to
travel. I'm going to start dating. I'm going to start a business. I'm going to quit my job. I'm
or whatever. So you will find that when you are on a weight loss journey that is being very
self-aware and recognizing it is so much more than what you eat and when, you get challenged with
the things that you need to work on and work through and learn to be able to do those things at the
end. And that's why the same tools and skills that you are requiring to not just lose your weight,
but to be able to maintain and sustain up working through the issues and associations, the beliefs,
the habits are the same things that are going to help you accomplish anything in life. And so
this is where I'm at where I was like, okay, I've really gotten good at knowing what people
needs to do in order to make change. I mean, if you ask me what makes me a weight loss expert,
and I kind of don't even, I'm more like the host of the living method. Yes, I created it,
but I don't know that I'm the weight loss expert anymore. I'm someone who has a great program
that works, and I bring on great experts, and I share that information with you. And so what
makes me really good at that is knowing what people need in order to make change. And that's what
we're doing here. We're hoping that, I'm hoping that when you're listening today or you are listening
to a guest expert, you have this aha moment where you're like, oh, well, shit. That's why I do this.
Or, oh my gosh, I didn't know I could do that, right? And that's what all of this is. So this,
this is about, okay, yeah, right now you're focused on losing weight, okay, or right now you're
focused on maintaining weight. Great. But then you've got to get to the part where you live your
life. That's the part that nobody is talking about. You've got to get, there's my mom. Do,
I'll call you after mom. And yes, you have a lie down. Yes, you do. You're good. Um,
that's the part, that's the part, right? That's the, that's the thing that, that being in tune is
being in tune with everything across the board. And so yes, we're focused on losing weight, but you
will, you will, you will reach your goal. You will focus on maintaining. And then you'll get to
the point where you just live your life. And that's where everything that you've learned,
you put into other things in your life. Right. So I love, I love this. This is what this is about.
This is why you might notice. Hi, Jeanette, good morning. So happy to be here this summer.
Yeah, me too. You might notice that it's fun, right? This is where we can learn. We can still
stay focused on our goals. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. You don't have to be like,
fuck it. I don't care. I'll deal with it in September. Right. You can absolutely, yes, Mom, Tony
checked you in. Don't worry about that. It's so funny because my mom always knows I go live and she's
normally watching the lies, but maybe she's thinking I'm not going live because I wasn't in the group
this morning. I don't know. But yeah, you can absolutely enjoy the summer and still focus on your
goals, right? Like that's the thing. We tend to have this all or nothing attitude unless I do it
perfectly, then it's not worth doing. And that's what I love about summer because so many of you have
said, oh, I love the vibe. I love that. It's, I'm not so, I'm not being so hard on myself.
So this is where I would say to you, why are you so much harder on yourself in the fall or the winter in the spring than you are in the summer?
And why can't we take this kind of energy into the fall?
Yes, I'm focused on reaching my goals, but I'm also living my life and I'm also dealing with this or with that or whatever, right?
It's all that mindset and how you look at it.
So this is where I am focusing more on branching out and having these other conversations, you know, with these.
guest experts, Terry Hart, for example, talking about taking care of aging parents. We're going to,
you know, really dive into some topics that we haven't really touched on before. This actually
started with Kyle B. Panett in the way back. Remember Kyle? He came on, gosh, a couple years now,
and he was the first person I ever spoke to on anxiety and weight loss. Who was talking about
anxiety and weight loss at the time, right? And so this is where, you know, you living your life and
trying to make change, it's all part of the same conversation. This is where everyone's a little
different. So here's you trying to work on your goals and you got this going on in your life and
someone else, you know, working on their goals and they got this going on in their life. And then
we're all kind of like showing up and trying to work towards the same goal. Lose this fucking
weight already. And the way that we walk away healthier and we can maintain and sustain and we can
spend less time stressing about it and feeling more time, feeling calm and confident.
in our bodies, right? So, oh my God, the conversation yesterday was interesting to me. I've thought about
it. I never had a weight issue until, okay, let me see where you are, Sharon. It's hard for me to
read on my phone. Okay, you never had a weight issue until situational stress, a sick kid,
um, lost back to where I'd always been. Okay. So if you track your weight journey,
it is probably tied into stressful moments in your life. And then maybe it was, you know, after pregnancy,
that wasn't stressful necessarily, but taking care of children, changes your life. So, so the,
the same reasons why we gain weight are, are kind of like the same things we need to address when
it comes to losing weight, right? And so if you track your history of your weight, it's probably
tied into pretty poignant moments and times in your life. But so why it's always a great idea
to go back and, and be like, when did my weight journey start? Right? Like, was it a kid? How was I raised?
what was my parents thought process around food was I meant to clear everything on my plate,
right? Did it happen? For me, it was university, so I never really had a weight issue when I was
younger, but I remember dieting anyway, stupid diets with my friends, because that's just what we talked
about. When I went to university, I was working like three jobs, high stress, lack of sleep,
long periods of time without eating, over-training, working out. So I was like super fit. You guys
saw that post that I did the other day. So that was when I played on the, um,
University Powder Puff team. I was intramural at the time. I probably weighed 200 pounds in that,
but people like, oh, you look fit. I was super fit. I was like 200 pounds and super fit.
So that's when my weight journey started. And then times in my life where my weight has gone up,
as you know, last couple of years when the kid's dad passed away and the stress of, you know,
business and menopause, my weight went up, right? So that's not a coincidence.
that is like those things were happening in my life and then that's what caused that right let me get
back to you sharon let me keep reading thank you in the worst i'm the worst let me keep reading
okay um jean the conversation yesterday was interesting to me i thought about it i never had a weight
issue until situational stress lost back to where i'd always been then perimenopause hit when i had
a lot of work stress gained a ton i still see myself as heavy but but as thin and fit yeah love that um now
I have MS, limited by that, trying to be my healthiest, stuck at a plateau for a long time,
still need to try more anti-inflammatory foods that is easy to make MS fatigue.
All of your folks have very different paths.
Exactly, right?
And so this is where, okay, this is what you are dealing with.
This is your body.
This is your circumstances.
This is your life.
Your body is on your side, although with MS, you can very much feel like your body is working
against you, right?
but what are the things that you can do within your limits?
And this is one of the things we've been talking about coming up with the
morning movement I've been doing, right?
So I made it, I still see myself as thin.
Yeah, so, so you know what's interesting about that is that that's where you,
you sometimes don't see, like for me, I didn't really,
I kind of knew I had a weight issue, but like it didn't bother me in a sense, right?
Because I was wearing like overalls and tent dresses.
And it was until I was, I was gone out with friends for the night and some drunk asshole
walked by and made a joke about my legs being as big as tree trunks.
And that's where it was like that moment where I was like, oh, yeah, right?
Like, why?
And I remember my, I remember I was at the gym and my, I just, my goal was, I just wanted my hand
to be smaller, my arm to be smaller than my hand.
So that's how big my arms were at the time, right?
Like, I just, that was my goal, is to have my arms smaller than my hands.
But up until that moment, so everyone has that moment where they see themselves in the photo
or catch the reflection.
There's also the reverse.
So here's my point.
There's also the reverse.
You can lose your weight and not associate, like let's say you buy a smaller size clothes,
you put them in the wash and you're folding your laundry and you're like, who's fucking pants are these?
Right. So there's there's a thing in your brain. It takes your brain a while to connect with where your
body is at. And that's one of the things we actually talk about in the, that's one of the things
we actually talk about in the maintenance program is making that connection to where you're at.
It takes your brain a lot longer to catch up because although the living method is not a quick fix
program, you can lose quite a bit of weight, right?
in a short period time.
Someone said, what did you guys say here?
Something about doing a study on,
it would be interesting in looking at specific information
for older people doing the program.
So we have all of this, which is really interesting.
One of our oldest members was 92 years old doing the program.
And we have all of this in our survey.
So this is our 31st program, I think.
And so we used to do surveys.
And it just kept coming out the same information.
It was a lot of work to do the survey.
and Ruth Kane and her team would go through all the content.
And then we had people who were successful and weren't successful.
It wasn't all people who were successful.
A lot of people think, oh, you just took the content of people who were successful.
And in terms of surveys, we had a lot of people fill out a survey, which is great
because we have the most amazing community.
And so we know that the program works at any age.
And in my experience, helping people lose weight, age is not it.
It could be just as hard for someone at 19.
to lose weight as someone who is in 90 depending on what is going on in their lives and health
issues that they're having. So it doesn't actually get harder as you get older. It's since we tend
to focus on the wrong things. So let's say let's take a woman in menopause and it's not any
harder for her to lose weight when she's in menopause than than when maybe she was younger or
if you are older. It's all about what you're focused on.
So in menopause, a lot of women go to when they started to get the midsection, which is really a
big part of that is that as your estrogen starts to decline, that was very anti-inflammatory.
So you don't have that same anti-inflammatory help that you had before.
And as you get older, you tend to not be as active.
So if you don't have the muscle mass that you had when you were younger, for example, or
you've been doing shitty diets where you're just starving and depriving yourself and which you're
yes, you'll lose fat, but you will also lose muscle.
As we get older and enter menopause, our muscle mass has declined significantly, right?
So when you don't have that muscle mass for your body to break down your foods and store that glycogen,
which it does in your liver, right, but also in your muscle, it goes to your fat.
And so that's where we notice that.
And then what is our go-to?
Our goal to is let's do the cardio that we did that worked for us when we were 19 years old or, you know, in our early 20s or 30s.
So that's not what we need to do anymore, right?
Now, and you add the stress of where you're at in midlife, taking care of aging parents.
Maybe your kids are getting older.
Maybe you're, you know, you're working, whatever that is, more responsibilities now than you had in your 20s.
And so now managing your stress and trying to get better sleep, those are the things you need to focus on.
That's why we had that menopause guide in like menopause doesn't cause weight gain.
it's the state of our body and the things we're not doing or the things that you're focusing on,
which are not necessarily the right things for you to focus on.
We try to approach it the same way in our 40s, 50s that we did in our 20s and 30s,
and that just doesn't work, right?
So that is where like this is where the living method works for everybody.
And that's the method, the standard.
The hard part is like, what is going on with you and what do you need to work on?
do it was really interesting i had someone comment how they lost 40 pounds in the program and that it just
wasn't working for them um you know anymore at least they've been on a really long plateau and so
think about this if you've gone and lost 40 pounds you are not the same person that you were back then
and a lot of people eat the same breakfast drink the same amount of water keep the same routines
they're like oh my god this this is what helped me lose that 40 pounds
So I'm going to keep doing this.
But when you go and lose 40 pounds in a healthy way, you're dealing with a completely different
body.
And so that's why I love the 91 days, right?
Because your journey is 365.
Your journey doesn't stop.
That's why we have our membership.
That's why we're running the summer club.
But the 91 days are great because then you can look at that period of time.
Okay.
What is going on?
So, for example, do you start the fall program, right?
What is going on in your life?
What, how are you feeling physically?
where are you at in your journey?
It's like let's reassess and figuring out what you need to do to meet your body's needs right now.
Today, not what you did last time on the program that worked for you, right?
So that's that nuance.
We get stuck on what worked for us when and not, you know, understanding where we're at now and what we need.
So yeah, so we do have that.
We do have that information.
The program, I can't remember your name.
I just sent it to Kim yesterday.
and I might get this wrong.
82.
She's 82.
God, I wish I could remember her name.
This is my brain.
She just commented on a post yesterday and said that she's 82 and she uses a walker but has lost 43 pounds with the Livy method and is now able to move more.
And her intention is to work on movement.
So 82 years old, down 43 pounds.
with the program, right?
Your body doesn't want to carry excess fat any more than you want it to carry the excess fat.
It's just a matter of like showing up, right?
Who's on whose we list?
What's going on?
Is there a $20 month sale in September?
So that's the monthly membership.
Yeah.
So our program is always $20.
Like that's the lowest price and you get everything.
So a lot of people think with the membership, you pay $20 a month to use the app.
and then you have to pay extra for the 91 days.
You don't.
I know.
It's crazy.
But it's all included.
And so you can buy our regular program.
The regular price is $99.
That might be going up, to be honest.
We're taking a look at that.
We do have a sale for our returning members, $75 in our, where we did.
I'm not saying that we're not promising.
We're going to continue to do that.
Obviously, prices of things go up.
But you can sign up and get full use of the app.
content, all the information for $20.
What the fuck can you even buy for $20 a month?
Do you know what I mean?
$20 a month the other day, what did I get?
I got something and I was like, a bra.
Fucking bra.
A bra.
And not even a push-up bra.
Like it wasn't even a fancy, fancy push-up bra.
It was a super thin kind of whatever bra.
$63.
And I went up, she's like, oh, there's a deal, 10% off.
I'm thinking, great, $30.
Right?
I'm thinking $30.
because I was just wearing the same old, I find the one bra that I like and I just wear it all the time.
And I'm like, okay, Gina, let's get you some new bras, honey.
So I went and I bought the same bra, but in a different color, two different colors.
I bought a brown one and a blue one.
And I was like, sweet, it's going to be 30 bucks.
She's like, $63.
I'm like, for one bra for this, no lace.
I'm like, see, this is my three month program for everything that we offer.
is more than this is less than this bra fucking craziness fucking craziness um so yeah so that is that the
$20 a month so we won't put that on sale um that's as low as it goes um so that's the best deal so
grab that and you can sign up anytime oh my god struggling so much this past little while but
these lives have really been helping me hi Cindy you know that's we're all in this together um
we've been talking about community a lot i have no idea what time it is but um i think that's what time
Okay, perfect.
We've been talking a lot about community.
And so one of the things that were,
hi, Michelle, late to class was still feeling powerful.
I've been thinking a lot about community.
And community is not just getting people together.
It's about feeling like you belong.
So a lot of nostalgia going on with that photo that someone sent me about my university years and whatnot.
And it just really brought out,
because you see the photo on my public page.
It's a photo of the powder puff team that I was on.
And I enjoyed playing and, you know,
obviously it was with a group of girls and right center in this photo but let me just tell you
I did not ever feel like I belong ever and I always felt like I was on the outside and I was when I
was in public school I was like the underdog for like if anyone was mean to one of the kids I would
stand up and be like and then of course then I would not be part of the cool group right and so I
never felt like I was ever part of the cool group probably because I always
worked. So I, like, I started working when I was 12 and I was always working and, you know,
people, maybe they invited me and I couldn't go because, you know, I was working all the time.
This program has helped me in a ways that continues to surprise me. Yeah, I had dinner. I had
dinner with university friends. Oh, let me read that. Let me see if I can expand on that. I want
to read that. I did it with university friends last night. I am by far the larger friend in this group
and the only one that got into her bathing suit to enjoy the pool. Yes. Yes.
Yes, they gave me side eye and I felt like saying, what did you think I look like under my dress?
Come on, enjoy your life now.
That's it, right?
And so that was like so much of my life has spent feeling like I didn't fit in and not really.
I was always too much for people or too loud.
Even my dad, I remember saying like, you're embarrassing.
Like, calm down.
Stop it.
Don't talk like that.
Right.
And so it seems weird at like this age, I'm just trying to figure out who I am and own my voice.
and do my best.
And so anyway, my point is about community.
So we're going to create an event.
So I'm working on some fun events,
whether it's a pop-up walk in Winnipeg or, you know, a class somewhere else.
We're going to try to do our best to actually bring people together.
And not that we need to have a sit down and talk about what we're doing.
I think we just need to know that we're not alone and work on connection.
So many of you reached out.
Just saying that you feel the same way, right?
Can you imagine there's so many women feeling like they don't feel like.
like they're a part of something. And, you know, as we get older, it's so hard to, to find friends
and people, you actually have to be intentional about it. So I just want to say I'm loving the vibe
in the community. We truly have the best, honestly, the best community is such a great place to
work towards our goals and have these conversations. So I just want to say thank you. So I am
heading off. I'm going on vacation, 12 of us. So we are taking Tony's parents away.
So Tony's parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. My,
mom's coming. Our kids are coming. Tony's brother and his family are coming. So we're heading off
for two weeks and we're going to be waiting. I'm going to still pop in. I'm going to do some check
ins. The team is going to fill in for me. We have a couple people. Andrew Blake is going to do a live.
Atlanta McGinn is going to do a live. So make sure you're popping into the group or checking the
app for the schedule of all the lives. And then when I get back, we're going to get right into it.
We're going to keep the process going. And then, of course, we'll be rolling into the fall. So
you for, thank you for joining me today. Thank you for joining me all week. Thank you for those
who've been showing up for my workouts. It's been super fun. I, I, this is my fourth week of doing
my 730 movement. I have no pressure put on myself to be doing hardcore workouts or anything that
we're doing, but I appreciate everyone joining me, so I just want to say thanks. Okay, I'm going to go,
I've got to pack because I have not packed. I can see Tony's frustration with me is building.
So I'm going to go pack to everything I need to do. If you are going away or, you know, just enjoying a
staycation. I hope you enjoy the next couple weeks. I know it's the long weekend. Please do not
stress about that. Summer is a great opportunity for you to learn what you need to do. This is not
necessarily about this summer. This is about how you're going to show up and enjoy every summer
moving forward. So I'm going to leave you with that last thought. Have a great day,
everyone. And I will check into the group. I'll see you later. Bye.
