I'm going to miss it.
This is the last.
This is the last.
Tweak this week.
I was like, spill the tea.
Tweak this week for the spring summer program.
How are you?
First of all, we got to introduce Odette.
For those of you who may not be familiar with Odette,
we actually introduced her on Saturday, so you can read her bio.
She is the manager of our maintenance group,
and now, dare I say, program?
Yes, you dare say yes.
Right? I'm excited.
So the three of us got together last week,
and we've been talking about doing a maintenance program proper.
So right now people are doing another round of the weight loss program to solidify their weight.
And so we've been working on a maintenance program specific to maintenance.
So you do the weight loss program to lose your weight and then you do the maintenance program to solidify your weight.
Well, more more about that later. And of course, Kim is joining me today, like always.
How are we feeling about the end of the program?
I feel like it just every time it comes up so like faster.
Like, are you shortening it?
Are we at like a 60 day program now?
It kind of feels like it.
But it's such an exciting time in the group right now.
A lot of members.
We do have a number.
One of the things that's exciting, and it may not seem like it to the people that are doing it, but those people that kind of dropped out at the beginning of the program, when they come back at the end, that's exciting for me because it is a sign of hope that they're ready to change their lives, that they're coming back in.
So that part of it is exciting.
So for those people, you know, don't worry about skipping out for a couple months of it. It feels like we all
did cause it went by so fast. So, you know, come in, join, we still got this week to get you caught
up on information and, um, that's great. But more importantly, those people that have been
working their asses off for the past 87 days are, you know, they're in the celebrate and inspire posts,
sharing all of that, all of the accomplishments that they made.
Some of them are sharing before and after pictures, which we love,
but we love reading the stories too. And yeah,
just people just really proud of themselves for sticking with it and being
here. So this week really is a celebration of that.
And I think it's a celebration of our team because they put their heart and
soul into helping these people get to the end and just, you know,
seeing the results at the end is very rewarding for all of us.
So it's yeah, it's good times in the group. There are a little,
there's a little bit of nervousness and anxiety going into the big
break between groups and going into the next steps for people.
But hopefully this, uh, tweak this week will clear up some of that anxiety for people.
Nice.
And I, it is a celebration with our team and I have the margarita bill to prove it.
Um, we had a great time getting together with our team.
We missed a few, a few were not able to make it, but what a great way to end this year,
getting together with our amazing team that we did on the weekend. So shout out to all of our
amazing members of being patient with us as we, you know, took the last couple of days to get
caught up on all of your questions and comments. So, Deb, how are you feeling? Because you are, I mean, you work, you don't
get a break because you will work in the maintenance group all year long. But I'm
sure you have feels too about this time of year. I do. I do have feels this time of year. So I know
that, you know, these are the last few days of the weight loss program, but it's really the first
few days for a lot of people starting in this next stage and this next part of their journey.
So we have a bit of a different feeling over in the, in the maintenance group. And you know what
I, this, this year, I think even more over the last two years, I can't believe we've been doing
this for two years, this maintenance and mindfulness group, but even this year more so
is that those members
that are coming into maintenance, I feel like they've got this amazing place to be. You know,
we've got, we've learned so much in two years of what our members need and what they face in this
next stage. And we've really fine-tuned how we're able to support them and really fine-tune that
messaging. So this is an exciting time for me and for the team to see those
people coming into maintenance and starting this next part of their journey. Okay, so let's get
into that. Because for those of you, I mean, we can talk next steps, right? You just need to decide
if you are going to join us for our Bridging the Gap group, if you have signed up for fall yet,
and then you need to make a plan how you're going to navigate the summer.
So make sure you reach out and let our team know if you have any questions.
We go right through to Sunday.
So come Monday, we won't be posting or answering questions in the group anymore.
You will still have access to the information, but we are no longer posting in it.
Your app will turn into a general tracker after the 91 days, so you can continue to track over the summertime. Or if
you're going into maintenance, you're of course going to want to purchase the maintenance group
and then get yourself into that maintenance group. And then while you're working on your
maintenance journey, you can also continue to use your app in general tracking mode.
And then September, we're going to do a maintenance program. So if you're in the
maintenance group, we're going to start up a maintenance. We're going to take you through 91 days of the maintenance program,
starting the fall in line with, with the, the weight loss program that we're running. So if
you've got any questions about that, make sure you let us know. What do people in maintenance
need to know? Odette, we had Christine, uh, tech Sarah joined us yesterday, spilled the tea. She's
lost, uh, 80 pounds, been in maintenance for a year. We got some great
insight from her. But as someone who, you know, you deal with people in maintenance all day,
every day, some that are new, some that have been in maintenance for years. What do people need to
know about heading into maintenance or transitioning into maintenance? I think that, I think the one
thing that I really want to say is members that are transitioning into maintenance don't
need to know that much more. You know, I think that they, I think that they're coming into
maintenance and thinking they have to learn all of these new things, but really coming into
maintenance, they've taken, taken everything they've learned. They have the tools, they have
the principles. It's just a matter of learning how to apply them, maybe with a different intention or, you know, or and how every opportunity is now a learning opportunity.
So it's also navigating these firsts and being prepared for these new firsts.
So the first time your birthday comes after losing weight, the first time the holidays, the first time the summer season comes after losing weight.
So they don't have to learn as much or know as much in terms of like changing everything.
They just need to take the tools and the principles with them and apply them with a bit of a different
intention.
So here's Jessica.
Best advice I can give for maintenance is to be kind to yourself and give yourself some
grace.
Yeah, you're right.
People are acquiring the,
the skills and the tools that they need to be able to maintain their weight mentally. Physically,
they've lost their weight in the right way, but maintenance is a whole other can of worms.
Like you think I lost my weight. Great. I'm done. And this is where I say to people,
finally and forever is not a magic pill. It's also not guaranteed. How you have lost your weight
makes a big difference.
Working through your issues, associations, beliefs, coping mechanisms, habits, that really
continues into maintenance because you can have lost your weight and you feel amazing, but then
maybe you don't trust that you're going to be able to maintain and sustain your weight or you fall
back into old habits. There's a lot going on there. It's almost like you need,
would you say it's not a new set of skills, but you're shifting the focus, I think, into more,
like, more mental. I think, yeah, you're shifting the focus. Yeah. And I love what you said there
about coping mechanisms. I think a lot of our members that come into maintenance are surprised
that the triggers are still there.
You know, like you can still be triggered back into old habits or back into old coping mechanisms.
So, you know, it's learning that or identifying what those are now.
And, you know, we talk about this a lot.
I don't want to go too, too deep, but we talk about a lot, you know, in maintenance, it's,
it's, it's identifying your new identity, right? And so how would this new person and this new
lifestyle, what are your new coping mechanisms to go along with that? And we're normalizing
these triggers. We're normalizing that, you know, it's easy to slide into old habits again,
you know, and we're having those conversations and we're taking that shame
away from it. Like, oh, I should know better by now. Like, no, like this is why you're here. This
is why we are working these 91 days so that you're prepared and you understand and you feel stronger
and more confident working through it. I like this comment. Triggers sadly don't change till
you work through them. Yeah. You'll just keep being triggered and triggered and triggered.
And this is why you do have to be aware of them. And sometimes it is about falling back into old
habits. So you recognize, Oh, those never really served me in the first place. Kim, what is you,
you've been with us in the maintenance group? Cause we have conversations. We have our, we have,
I go live. We have our guest segments are way in Wednesday. We've talked a lot about
maintenance. We talked about so many things in maintenance. What surprised you most about all the conversations that we've had?
What have you learned in the last two years of being part of the maintenance program?
Gosh, I learned so much. I think it's that the biggest thing, and it's not a surprise because you do tell us that you haven't had
anybody that's gained weight or not able to lose weight because of the foods they're eating.
And I think that's really highlighted in the maintenance and the things that the members
are going through in the maintenance and what they're asking for in the maintenance there.
You know, you have the weight loss group here and everyone's asking for a food plan or a
meal plan.
You get into maintenance and it's something completely different. And I think
you notice that more with the easier time, there seems to be a little bit of a relationship,
which I'd love to dig into the math for. And I'm sure Ruth probably has, or is going to
between like how easy your weight loss journey is and how that affects how easy
your maintenance journey is because the journey there still is a little travel when you head into
maintenance it's not I think everybody just prior to coming into the Livi method thinks like I lose
my weight that's it and because we get that question a lot at the beginning of the program
from new people so when I'm done the 30 days I can just go back to eating what I was or when can I go back to eating how I was and not gain weight?
And I think that that learning that comes along the way is the big difference.
And if you don't put the energy or the effort or the focus into learning along the way in your weight loss journey, it doesn't matter if you've done one program or 10 programs, it's going to affect your maintenance journey. I don't know if
it's easy or, or a time, right? Because we know Ruth does know that people who've done the program
more times than people who haven't, uh, feel more confident in weight loss because they have spent
more time working through those issues and associations and habits and triggers. Even Christine herself, she did two rounds of solidifying the
program. Like she needed more time, even though she was able to easily maintain her weight. And
we hear this so often. It was, you know, not doing the things that, you know, when you're no longer
pursuing the number on the scale, you're no longer
maximizing your efforts every day. One, you don't feel as good as you felt when you were losing
weight, even though you're maintaining just fine. And it is so easy to go back into those old habits.
It got me thinking what you just said there, like take people going to Disneyland. So let's say
we take a bunch of people who've never been to Disneyland. Some people live further than others.
Some people live closer. Some people are going to get, you know, roadblocks, city tours, flat tires. Some
people, you know, are going to get there so quickly. But when we all get to the park, we all
have to figure out where to park, where we're going, where are the restrooms, what are we going
to eat? We have to line up. Like it's not any easier to navigate Disneyland once you make it
to Disneyland. You may have gotten there quicker,
but I think it's the same work for everybody. And that was sort of my takeaway with the maintenance
program and group is that I didn't think people needed it. And I've never been more wrong in my
entire life with what I've learned over the last couple of years. I think it can be more work and
maintenance because if you've had a past with dieting and you've lost
and gained and lost, you gained, lost, you gained, that's your pattern. That's your belief. So you
have a hard time trusting that you're going to be able to do that. Three reasons why people,
three, I'm going to add four because Odette and I always talk about four, three reasons,
three reasons why you will gain weight back. Number one, you do not put time into solidifying
your weight. That's so important, which do not put time into solidifying your weight.
That's so important, which is why we have a, we're working on a maintenance program for you
to solidify your weight, or this is why people redo another round of the program. You've got
to give your body time to adjust to your new weight. Just because you're done physically
doesn't mean you're done mentally. Situational change. So situational change is you've lost your
weight at home. Now you're going to work or you had a job.
Now you have a new job. You are, your stress levels have changed. You go from being married
to divorced. You go from being a single to married with kids. You, there can be so many
things that can represent situational change. You have got to learn to adapt to situational change
and not fall back into old coping mechanisms. The third is mindfulness. You have
to wake up and be in tune. You can't just eat whatever you want. And as much as you want,
you have to be in tune. That's why we ask those four questions. What to eat, when to eat, how
much to eat. Eventually you'll be able to trust that, but it takes a while to get that. So you've
got to be mindful. If you start, like if your weight starts going up, people say this all the
time while I gain weight back. I'm like, at what point did you notice? At what point did you
implement back on track? Oh, I forgot about that. I'm like, how could you forget about that?
You work so hard. I get you want to put that weight loss journey behind you, but you are not
done yet. And then the other one, that third one really feeds into the other two. And that, that,
the fourth one, we were going to add seasonal change, right? Like winter is coming and you're
forcing yourself to eat salads every day when what you really want is like, you know, soups and stews and you got to be, that really comes
down to mindfulness and being into, um, to your body. So that there's, there's a lot to that.
There is. I actually just thought of two things I am surprised about now, as we were talking,
one is how attached people are to a number, a goal weight and that number. And in maintenance, we see a lot of people
that are really still have feels around not being at that number versus how they are feeling or how
they are looking. That was one thing that surprised me, the number, the attachment to a number and
where does that come from? I've never had a solid goal weight because I've never known because I've
always felt like I was overweight. So I feel like I don't have that number in my head. But there are people that have a number in their head. And that that surprises me interest me. But also, Jackie mentioned here. So maintenance was part of the journey and not the destination. And I think that was my big surprise from the last two years is that I thought that maintenance and maintaining your weight was
the destination as well. And just as Jackie said, it is, I think now part of the journey and that
finally in forever, you know, just living your life is the destiny. Jessica's like, for me,
it was just another phase in my journey. So four stages, lose your weight. If you've done that,
check. If you haven't done that, keep going,
right? Losing your weight and reaching your goal. Look at my production team, putting up the
graphics. Number two is solidify your weight. You have got to put time into helping your body
adjust to your new weight, your blood flow, your metabolism, your hormones. Your body needs to
learn to adjust without all that fat that it was factoring in the
size of your heart, how much blood your heart's pumping through your body to sustain the size
of body. All that needs to be adjusted. We are lowering your set point. If you've reached your
new set point, you need to make sure your body adjusts to your new set point. So putting time,
you need at least one round or three months of
solidifying your set point. The next one is maintaining. And you think, oh, that's living
my life. No, not yet. No, no, not done yet. This is learning what maintenance now looks like and
feels like to you. What is normal in terms of fluctuations, because your weight is going to
fluctuate. Where's your body settling at? Usually it sits about three to five pounds above your lowest low,
unless you're trying to see your lowest low every day, chances are you're not going to see that
because that's not probably how, how you're going to be living. It's learning to trust that you're,
you are going to be able to maintain your weight and trust to be in tune and make the choices you
need to do in order to, to do that. It's like working through all these, a whole year of
vacations and holidays
and celebratory days and Christmas and Thanksgiving and all of these that can be full of triggers,
not falling back into old habits. And then the fourth stage is like living the living way. That's
you're finally in forever. That's where you wake up, you look good, you feel good. You just, you're
not thinking about what you're eating other than, oh, am I hungry? Okay. What should I eat? You know, like that, you know, being mindful when you're not drinking
enough water, cause you're feeling it, being mindful to still get in some leafy greens,
because that's still really healthy and beneficial. Being mindful not to eat too late at night,
like being mindful of how you feel and what you need, when to eat, what to eat, how much to eat,
and just living your life, not counting, not weighing, not measuring, not doing any weird shit in order to sustain. So you, those are those four stages that we've outlined and maintenance
is just on your way to living your life finally and forever, which I'm working on that third group.
I'm working on, we're going to, we're working on it. It's coming. It's coming. And what will
that look like? That will be maybe a finally in forever club where once you've done putting the work into losing and maintaining, you are living.
And this is where you're putting that energy that you put into losing your weight and maintaining
your weight into living your life. Maybe it's starting a new business. Maybe it's starting
to travel. Maybe it's dating. I don't know what it is. But we're going to all hang out at that
finally in forever place and live our best lives.
Here's Jodi. Even with 17 pounds, my blood pressure dropped quite a bit. I was worried.
Went to my doctor and she said, wow, it was from my loss. I thought my blood pressure was good before. Now it's great. Yeah, this happens a lot. People who take blood pressure medication
to make sure that you're avoiding an enlarged heart. Your heart's a
muscle. Your body grows. Your heart grows to sustain the size of your body. When you lose
your weight, right, you no longer, a lot of people will need to take those blood pressure
medications. So you've actually made real change and those medications can now start to interfere
with your body functioning on a more healthier level. So you need to and those medications can now start to interfere with your body functioning on a more
healthier level. So you need to decrease those medications or get them off them completely.
People don't think about that. They just want to lose weight, lose weight real quick,
but there's adjustments that need to be made along the way. All right. What else we got to
talk about? What do people want to talk about, Kim? I'm excited for people. You can't tell.
I don't know what I want to talk talk about what do people want to talk about?
Well, I think people are people are asking about the logistics of the program a little bit. One of the questions we get, which I think would probably be worth touching on is, you know, I've signed up
for the weight loss group in the fall. What if I want to switch over to the maintenance and things like that, logistics like that? But I think it's been difficult to navigate as answering those a
little bit, just because, as you said, Thursday and Friday, we was meetings all day talking about
this and building this and the maintenance program is evolving. And I think it's something that's
always been our radar to evolve into that.
But the logistics of it is something that we're still working on.
So, you know, we'll obviously let people know as we have the program ready and things like that, those types of things.
Like we will communicate. We don't have all the answers in the weight loss group to those questions right now.
So, well, we do have some. If you're ready for maintenance, sign up for the maintenance group. You're, you're absolutely going to want that and need that. If
you are doing another run of the program to solidify your weight, you can absolutely,
if you've signed up for the fall, you can totally do that. You, you kind of want to be in both,
but we are going to be running the maintenance program online in the Facebook support group,
starting September 9th, but we will not have an
app. So in January, we will have a maintenance program and an app to go along with it where you
can use the app. It will link to the post and it will guide you through the program that way.
So in September, ODET's going to have all the posts ready for writing you through the maintenance
program. It's going to be the similar post, the same process, but the conversation is going to be around maintenance.
So if you have signed up for the fall group to solidify your weight, you probably are already
in the maintenance group as well. If you feel like I'm just going to focus on the maintenance
group and I don't need to be following along with the another round of the program because you're
no longer looking to lose and everything that you need to know is going to be the maintenance
group you can do that too so you can figure that out in the fall all you need to know is make sure
if you are ready for maintenance you've signed up for that maintenance maintenance group there
are people who are already in the maintenance group who are like well what about me do I get
an opportunity to join the program yes so in September everyone in the maintenance group who are like, well, what about me? Do I get an opportunity to join the program? Yes. So in September, everyone in the maintenance group will have access to that.
And then in January, we're going to have an app and a program proper. We will figure out what
we're doing then. Don't worry. If you're looking for flexible workouts, Peloton's got you covered.
Summer runs or playoff season meditations, whatever your vibe, Peloton has
thousands of classes built to push you. We know how life goes. New father, new routines, new
locations. What matters is that you have something there to adapt with you, whether you need a
challenge or rest. And Peloton has everything you need, whenever you need it. Find your push,
find your power. Peloton. Visit Peloton at onepeloton.ca.
Oh, sorry. I was going to say, I think for those members that are, you know,
like are so close to maintenance and then they're not sure like in September,
where am I going to be? Which group do I fall? You know,
do I fall being a part of, you know,
circling back to what you said about being in Disneyland, like getting to the park. And we all
have that same experience. Where do we park? Where do we eat? Where's the bathroom? I think, you know,
if you're not sure if you're in maintenance or not yet, chances are you might not be right.
But being a member of the weight loss group again, and also being a member of the maintenance group can be a benefit if you are that close, because then your roadmap, you can start that roadmap a little bit.
We don't want you necessarily to focus on these maintenance conversations and try and make them resonate with you because they won't.
But you at least will have some insight into how the group works, what we are talking about so that when you do get
there, you might have a bit more of a landing place. You know, you might walk into the gates
of the park and be like, okay, this is somewhat familiar. This is where I think the bathroom is.
This is where I think I want to eat. Right. So you will have that a bit more of that familiarity,
but you'll still have the benefit of working through the weight loss program to lose,
you know, the rest of what you have to lose without, without having to choose. Am I in
maintenance? Should I be in maintenance? Should I be in weight loss? You'll know,
you'll know when you're done losing, you know, when you're done losing, um, a couple of questions
here. So are they two separate groups? So there is going to be a maintenance program that will
have an app. So you will register for the maintenance program. You will have an app and
you will go through the app, the 91 days of the maintenance program. Those posts will link into the maintenance
support group. There's only one support group. So we have a lot of people who have already signed
up for that support group. And then once you've done doing the app portion, solidifying your
weight with the maintenance program, you will still be in the maintenance group to work through that third
stage, which is main maintaining, right? There's losing, there's solidifying. So really we're
talking about a solidifying program rather than doing another round of the weight loss program
to solidify your weight, you will do the maintenance program and there will be an app with that. And
then once you're done the maintenance solidifying part, you'll still want to be in maintenance,
maintenance, that third stage of, and we have this all laid out for you today in those posts,
that third stage of maintenance, some people need that for a few weeks.
Some people need that for a few years.
That's testing the water.
That's learning what maintenance, this is where you're personalizing the plan and all
that.
So this is all laid out in all the information that we posted today.
Option one, option two, FAQs.
So if you're looking for more like kind of structured in your face, this is how it works.
Make sure you seek out those posts.
Yeah.
And I would say like one of the things is setting that I want to talk about too actually
is just being intentional with where you go.
But that's something I think people sometimes get ahead of themselves and
really want to be in that maintenance and they kind of future trip into that. And while it's
great to join it and be part of that conversation, if you're close to being there, the weight loss
conversations are happening in the weight loss group. So you're not going to get the same thing
out of it. If you are still like, even if you're close to your goal but another thing to think about is the weight loss group also does sell out every time so you don't want to be flip-flopping
back and forth in September when we only have a few spots left in weight loss and risk missing
out on it so it's something to really think about what is your goal and where do you want to be and
I mean I know not everybody has the
financial means to just keep buying programs, but if you do, there's not a harm in being in
the weight loss group. You get access to a ridiculous amount of guest expert conversations.
I looked at our calendar this year and I was like, what, like, how did you do this?
And all of the lives and all of the segments and
the whole team? I mean, we have the whole team in the maintenance group, but there's a lot in there.
If you feel like you're not there yet, and you're not in maintenance, you're, you're not missing out
on anything because like, oh, that's going to be for there for you when you're ready, you are not
going to miss out on maintenance because you thought you might still have more weight left to lose. Like there's no FOMO involved here. You can enjoy it and join
it, but still be present with where you are and set your intentions to lose weight if you're not
at your goal. Yeah. I think this is, um, so the comments, everyone is just confused. It's not
confusing. You lose your weight by doing the Libby Method weight loss program, right? Now,
when people are done losing their weight and they're ready for maintenance, they are simply
doing another round of the weight loss program to solidify their weight. You also have the option
of personalizing the plan. This is all laid out in next to options. What we're doing is just coming
up with our, rather than people doing another run of the weight loss program, we're coming up with a specific maintenance program that you can follow.
So once, how this will work in January is that you will lose your weight and then you will not
go back to the weight loss program. You will just go into the maintenance program in January. And
then when you're done with the maintenance program, you will have access to the maintenance
group where you can continue to work through maintaining
your weight, being part of the community, asking any questions until you get to a point
where you are ready to just move on for the rest of your life. The bridging the gap. So here's
someone's like, is the maintenance on Monday bridging the gap? No, bridging the gap. So the
maintenance group is open year round. You pay one price right now and you're in there. That's how it
works. But we are going to do
a 91 day maintenance program starting September. So you don't have to sign up for that as long as
you're in the maintenance group. We do it. We just finished one. So Odette does this every three
months. And then the bridging the gap group. So here we go. I'm confused because I signed up for
Monday for maintenance in the fall. Haven't been able to lose my last five because the scale has been yo-yoing.
So I signed up for the Bridging the Gap.
So in the Bridging the Gap, you would continue to probably personalize the plan to lose that last five pounds.
Hopefully, you'll be ready to do the maintenance program in the fall.
That's how that will work.
That's how that will work.
I think, you know, just to maybe offer a bit of clarity when we talk about doing another round of the program, but it's the maintenance program. A lot of the posts are going for different reasons. We're going to talk about
maybe there are different supplements you want to consider adding in or some you want to be taking
out. So we're going to have similar conversations, but with a much different intention. I don't even
want to say a leveled up intention. It's just a different intention. You know, we're going to talk
about alcohol and how it fits in now, maybe not just about the different types and how they affect
you, but you know, maybe some benefits of cutting back or just being, you know, more aware of how alcohol affects you,
how you feel the next day. Does it, does it trigger anything else in you? You know, it's not about,
can I have it or can I not have it? And what kind should I have? But what are the bigger
conversations around it? And what else can you think about now? You're not thinking about losing
weight now, right? We're maintaining our weight. And what are what are different conversations we can
have? And we also have posts in there now, you know, because we do have members at different
stages. So our daily posts are not really program information, but our daily posts, which are similar
to some engagement posts that they do in the weight loss group, just have you thinking a little
bit differently, you know, how do I stay hydrated? You know, now that it's so hot outside and I want to exercise outside?
You know, how can I motivate myself to move when I'm not really feeling it?
So it's not about exercise and the type of exercise, but how can we level up the conversation around those things now that we're not in the pursuit of weight loss so much?
Yeah.
Everything in weight loss group is designed for weight loss.
Everything in the maintenance group, the conversation isn't on losing more. It's on maintenance. So we've separated those two conversations, right? I mean, I can see how it can seem complicated, but it's really not. We will help you figure it out. Are you ready for maintenance or not? That's what you have to figure out. That's what you got to figure out. Are you ready for maintenance? Are you done losing? Now,
if you are not done losing, I talked about this on the live this morning. What is your plan?
What is your plan moving forward? I'm assuming you're going to personalize the plan throughout
the summer. Have you, are you joining us for our bridging the gap group to help give you support
and guidance while you're doing that? Are you signed up for the fall? Like that's,
what is your plan to continue to lose your weight to reach your goal?
I highly suggest you give some thought to that before we are done on Sunday.
And then if you're ready for maintenance, you're done losing, specifically focusing on maintenance and what your plan is for maintenance, which I highly suggest you purchase the maintenance group, which will also eventually include the maintenance program as well.
That was my suggestion is just to make sure you're super clear. The housekeeping things, you will have access to the Facebook support group after we are done posting, but you can no
longer, you won't be able to comment or ask questions. We archive the group, so you will
still have access to it. We don't know for how long, for as long as Facebook, I guess, keeps it
up whenever. Your app will continue to work.
If you're working behind the program, you'll be able to finish out your 91 days.
And then if you sign up for the fall, it will restart in the fall.
If you're done the 91 days of the app, it will turn into a general tracker that you
can continue to use.
You cannot reset your app.
It's designed, if you want to do the program again, you sign up and you purchase the program
and you go through the program again otherwise you're going to want to just use it
in general tracking mode and personalizing the plan because that just never works it gets confusing
you really are best to just sign up with us in the fall and follow through on the program properly
so there's you can't reset the app and there's a whole there's a rhyme and a reason to why you
can't do that.
Also, the program is affordable.
Just sign up for our next program, right?
Rather than going back and trying to re-erase in any of that, we are working for the future
on an app that you can start the program at any time.
So you could start it tomorrow if you want, but we are not there yet, but we are working
on that.
Um, we are putting out a survey.
Kim, when is the survey coming out?
The survey is coming out.
It should be ready to come out tomorrow, but we're just waiting.
I haven't checked my email since I came on here.
It's a fucking problem, Kim.
Where is it?
Where's the survey?
I don't want the survey.
I'm sorry.
I'm just waiting for the link.
All those margaritas on the weekend.
It's all those margaritas on the weekend.
Get your shit together.
It's going to be out tomorrow, but if it's not out tomorrow,
it will be out on Friday for everyone. And he was,
I don't know. Is Tony there? Ask Tony where the survey is.
I don't know. Our nieces and nephews are here. He's out.
I don't even know. I mean, he might be, he's probably golfing.
Tony's like, I'm done. We're gone. It's golfing season.
Is it his golf?
He's like an NHL player. He's in his golf, his golfing season right now.
He's in his golf era.
His golf era. Yeah. So the end of program survey will be out in the next couple of days. We're just doing a couple of final adjustments to kind of fine tune it. We really want to make sure that we're asking the questions to find out what
our members need for next step.
And so we working so hard on this that we don't even have it quite ready
yet, but it's coming out in the next couple of days.
And we would love it if everyone could fill it out because it really is.
I mean, this is where
things like the maintenance program come from. This is where our posts come from. This is where
like the new merch comes from. It's all from things that people have requested and the feedback
we've received on these surveys. So it is not only important to us that you fill it out, but
it's also important to you guys to get the
most and to get everything you wanted of the program is to fill it out and give us your feedback.
Yeah. This is your chance to bitch and complain. Any ideas, anything you didn't like,
you can let us know. This is your chance to be like, I didn't like that. I'd like to change that.
I usually don't listen, but sometimes I do. And then we make a lot of changes. I joke. I love
the surveys. Give it to me. Good, bad, ugly. I want to hear from you. I want to hear from you what you
need. Um, and, and, you know, the survey is not just for people who are like, it was amazing.
I loved your program. No, if you didn't follow through, let us know why, like what, what would
have helped you continue to follow through? Um, yeah. So that's actually, yeah, that's an
important part. If you haven't finished the program, you bailed.
If you're listening, you don't even want to finish the program because you're just done.
You're at the, I'm just going to try to ride it out right now, wherever you are in your
journey, fill the survey and let us know, because that's one of the things that I really
want to dig into is why don't people follow through?
What caused you to drop off
through the program? And that's some important feedback that can be provided through the survey.
So even if you're not completed, you know, obviously we want those who are close to finishing
those that are planning on finishing, you can, you know, wait, but like, if you're like, I don't know,
I don't know if I can follow through. I'm at capacity, too much stress in my life. I can't, I'm dropping out.
If that's the thing, let us know, because I want to be able to set the team up and set
the program up so that we can support through that too.
So that's actually really important information for us too.
Again, fill out the fucking survey, please.
Please fill out the fucking survey.
We want you to fill out the survey.
Take your time.
Fill it out.
First program, 15th program, 21st program. We actually, truly, Kim is like short of begging over here. So
fulfill her dreams, hopes and dreams, please. Please fill it out. We want it. We truly care
and want to hear from you. All right. Odette?
Yeah.
What do you want to say?
I want to say for those that are ready for maintenance who have hit their goal is to not be afraid.
Like, don't don't fester in your fear.
Don't let that hold you back from making the leap from weight loss to maintenance.
You know, we've heard members say, I don't want to leave this weight loss community.
I'm not ready for it.
And just know there's another community of, I mean, it's the same team with different,
you know, a different way of supporting.
So don't, don't fester in your fear. I know we say don't fester in your funk and weight loss, but don't fester in your fear
and maintenance.
You know, if you feel like you're ready, we're ready to have you, we're ready to support you, we're ready to have you walk through
those issues and face those triggers and create those coping mechanisms and really build that
life and really, you know, move forward and let go of those belief systems or limiting beliefs
that held you back that, you know, from your past experiences. We're here for it.
Yeah. Yeah. I love that. We
truly are. I love that. All right. Now I'm officially procrastinating. I don't want to go,
but I know I'll be back in the Bridging the Gap group. Odette, you'll have to come join us over
there in the Bridging the Gap. I know we'll do some fun stuff. Bridging the Gap group starts on
Monday. So it's not a guided program and process. It is a place where you will have access to our
team to answer any questions that you have. It's a place where you will have access to our team to answer any
questions that you have. It's a place to stay connected to our community. There's going to be
some daily posts, engagement posts. We're going to count down to the fall program. Hopefully that
will keep you motivated and on track. I do plan on going live. I'm just working out the times right
now. I'm thinking fun, like sporadic, but also some set times, a couple
morning times, a couple evening times. I'll be checking in, probably not at five o'clock in the
morning, but I will be checking in throughout the day, seeing where you are at. We're going to have
some of our guests are already being booked to join us over the summertime as well. So it's a
place where you can even pop in, set your intentions,
end of day reflections, just kind of a space where you can continue to work on your journey.
I see a lot of you be like, I'm going to go down on my own, try it on my own. Okay, great. If you
change your mind or you feel like things are slipping and you need to be more mindful,
the group will be there. You can purchase it at any time throughout the summer. It's such a
ridiculous affordable cost. It's like 50 cents a day.
It's freaking, I don't even know how we pay the bills around here, how we pay our team.
50 cents a day to have our amazing team have your back, be here and support you.
And then, of course, I do want to say sign up for the maintenance group if you are ready.
We have a whole team of people there who will answer your questions, support you on your journey, and then get your ass signed up for the maintenance group. If you are ready, um, we have a whole team of people there who will answer your questions, support you on your journey, and then sign, get your ass signed
up for the fall program, manifest that shit, make a plan, get it done, head over to the website,
sign up for our fall program. So you secure your spot. Okay. That's it. You guys got a song to add?
