Welcome to Foundations Friday 63, Come Back Stronger.
Have you faced adversity, grief, loss, been through hard times, maybe not dealt with old things in the past lately,
or over the past two, three years, between the pandemic and strife in the United States and across the world?
I know I have. And as I come back and share a lot of what I've
learned to deal with some of the trauma and adversity and bad habits in my life and come
back stronger, I'm going to share those as I come back this September. And just want to reach out
to you all and say, we can come back stronger. We can learn from mistakes in the past.
We can stop bad habits.
We can start to build new habits.
There's so much information out there
when we kind of get past ourselves
and look and absorb and take time
and redo and improve our sleep
and just get healthier mentally
and physically and spiritually.
So I hope you all are doing that today
on this Friday
and that you're doing well, your family's well. And if not, I hope and wish you all Godspeed
in any grief that you may be facing, any hardships, anxieties, depression, stress,
or if you're doing great, spread that love to others, right? Do for others. So if you're going through hard times,
you can come back stronger. When you're at the bottom, I always think it could get worse,
right? Think about examples. Some of the books I'm going to be sharing like Man's Search for
Meaning by Viktor Frankl. When I think, oh, I'm having a bad day. Well, I'm not having a bad day
like he did, like getting rounded up and sent to concentration camps or like some of the stories I heard in the book, The Body Keeps the Score about dealing with
trauma and abuse and things like that. And so just consider there is light. If you're at the bottom
of something, if you're dealing with hardship, it can get better. You can come back stronger.
We'll come back stronger together. I hope to help you with that with some of the lessons and
information that I've learned that I'll be sharing over the next couple months.
As always, please stay safe.
Certainly wash those hands.
And I wish you all Godspeed.
