Starting point is 00:00:00 🎵 Live from the headquarters of Ramsey Solutions, broadcasting from the Dollar Car Rental Studios, it's the Dave Ramsey Show, where debt is dumb, cash is king, and the paid-off home mortgage has taken the place of the BMW as the status symbol of choice. I'm Dave Ramsey, your host. Thank you for joining us. Open phones at 888-825-5225. That's 888-825-5225.
Starting point is 00:00:59 Starting this hour off is going to be Marie in New Hampshire. Hi, Marie. Welcome to the Dave Ramsey Show. Hi. Thank you for taking my call. I'm hoping you can maybe guide us a little bit. We're thinking about purchasing term life insurance and disability insurance for our daughter and son-in-law. We do have other children, but some medical issues have come up,
Starting point is 00:01:26 and we have about a 90% guarantee on a diagnosis that my son-in-law is terminally ill. How old is he? 32. I'm so sorry. Well, I don't think you're going to be able to get life insurance or disability insurance with the knowledge that there's a terminal illness involved. Well, the doctor sent my daughter home with him yesterday,
Starting point is 00:02:01 essentially saying to get their house in order. Because he's saying he feels it's a 90 surety but they need to do more tests to be positive so he was saying that they should be putting things such as insurance in place just in case yeah the doctor's not in the insurance business. Okay. Correct. Life insurance companies ask you on the application if you have knowledge of an illness. Okay. And if you lie on that, it's called fraud. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:39 And so he can't do that. And when he says, I have a diagnosis that says it's 90% terminal, obviously they're not going to issue life insurance or long-term disability insurance. Okay. Okay, so then. I'm pretty sure he's uninsurable based on this partial diagnosis. Now, if the diagnosis is reversed, then meaning that the other 10% comes around, he says, okay, we missed it. It's not that.
Starting point is 00:03:09 It's this. And everybody cheers. Right. We get some great news. Then that tells you run out and get life insurance because then there's not a diagnosis that would make him uninsurable. Now, what I would want you to do is to verify this with something more than a radio host because you guys you guys are are reeling right now and you're trying to gather information to
Starting point is 00:03:31 give you some peace okay and so right check with call zander insurance or go to zander insurance dot com and call them and get one of their folks on the phone and ask to speak to one of their senior supervisors and tell them what you're facing. And they have the ability to write both of those types of policies, and they can help you if they can do it legally, and you don't want to do it illegally and otherwise. It's not a crime, but based on the fact that you didn't tell them the information that you knew there was a terminal illness potentially, then they would deny the claim and the money
Starting point is 00:04:10 you spent on the life insurance would be useless because you wouldn't get the money. Okay? Right. Because they're going to do, if someone takes out life insurance and passes away within two years, they always do a detailed investigation. Right. My other concern is, well, to be honest, what they think he has will slowly cripple him and probably, you know, looking at 10 to maybe 15 years.
Starting point is 00:04:39 Yeah. What do they think he has? Huntington's disease. Yeah. Okay. So, I mean, he can still, he hopefully will stillton's disease. Yeah, okay. So, I mean, he can still, he hopefully will still be able to work for a while. We have no idea if it would progress quickly or not. My other concern, though, is we had also discussed insuring my daughter
Starting point is 00:04:58 because if something should happen to her, because they were dual income home, that would be that would be something yeah i would definitely do that immediately they need to get their their house when he says get their house in order it's stuff like that and and putting wills in place and um which everyone needs to do anyway but this stuff just highlights it right and um uh but yeah she they both need to have a will and they both need to have the the insurances that are available to them, whether it's long-term disability and or life insurance in both cases. But Xander can walk you guys through that and give you much more, you know, almost all life insurance applications will ask you if you have knowledge of a problem. And if you have knowledge of it and don't say so, then they would deny the claim later because they're obviously going to get the doctor's records later and they're going to discover that you did know about it, right?
Starting point is 00:06:02 And so you don't want to get into all that. That's not advantageous. But the other thing we can do is just to start to look at the overall things they have in terms of their debts, in terms of the things they own, what their current incomes are, what their balances on their 401ks are, and how can you arrange all of that in such a way that it serves the family's purposes now with his illness and uh later uh after his illness and you just kind of got to start thinking through that and we will uh i'll put you on hold madison will pick up and we'll see if we've got one of our ramsey trained coaches in your area uh that can sit down with you guys
Starting point is 00:06:44 and help you walk through all of that at no charge. I'm not going to charge you a thing. Okay, thank you very much. Our gift. So when did this diagnosis come in? It came in a couple days ago, though we had a suspicion because he's been going to various doctors for issues that have been coming up. And we just had suspicions that it was something not good.
Starting point is 00:07:09 And unfortunately, it's not. And we're just looking. My husband and I have a little bit of debt that we've incurred over the past 18 months. Other than that, before we made a mistake, we had been debt-free for years other than our house. And we're just looking to pay that down but we just we're getting close to retirement but yeah the better the more healthy financial position you can put yourself in the better position you're going to be to extend some help towards them so you guys quickly getting that cleaned up getting yourself on a budget and being very detailed getting your house in order too you know and and that whole thing uh lines that out so
Starting point is 00:07:52 yeah hang on madison's gonna pick up and we'll get you hooked up with uh one of our coaches and then you touch base with the zander folks and they'll they'll walk you through this. Open phones at 888-825-5225. You jump in. 32 years old. That's what we always tell you over and over and over and over again. Get your life insurance in place. Get with MamaBearLegalForms. and again get your life insurance in place get with mama bear legal forms.com and get your wills done get with zander and get your life insurance in place you
Starting point is 00:08:31 know these are the reasons you do all these things is um we don't know ouch how sad this is the dave ramsey show The Dave Ramsey Show. Did you know that if you combine the data breaches that have occurred in the past 12 months, almost every American has had their personal info compromised or hacked. Over 50% of our listeners and viewers tell us that they or someone in their family has been a victim. And 70% of those folks have had it happen more than once. See, this is unbelievable. Once thieves get your info, the risk never goes away, and they can use it whenever and however they choose. It truly has become an issue of not if, but when. That's why the only plan I've ever recommended is through Zander Insurance.
Starting point is 00:09:28 I actually sat down with them, and we put together a plan that I felt provided the best protection, but didn't waste dollars on things you could easily do yourself or were just gimmicks. The key is getting protected before you're a victim, and it's too late. Go to Zander.com or call 800-356-4282. We are all at risk, and it doesn't make sense to wait. Numbers don't lie.
Starting point is 00:09:50 That's Zander.com or 800-356-4282. Thanks for joining us, America. We're glad you're here. Michelle is with us in Kentucky. Hi, Michelle. How are you? Good. How are you? Better than I deserve.
Starting point is 00:10:29 What's up? Hi. Thanks so much for taking my call. I've been following you and your plan for the last 17 years, and I'm just wondering, once you pay off all your debt and um i have my own business and it's how do you stomach the reoccurring cost and feeling like that you have debt again i don't but it because of the reoccurring cost and having slow months it feels like debt and i'm sorry, what do you mean? In your business, you have recurring costs? Yes. Like what?
Starting point is 00:11:09 Like payroll and marketing costs and things like that. Are you making a profit? So I have been in the past. So I've been in business for a little under five years and, um, the starting the first year made more money than I ever made. And, and then every year after that made even more money. And this year has been the worst year so far out of the five years. And, um, so this year we're just barely getting by i think the market has shifted and um i'm in real estate and the the market's starting to change some and so when you look in
Starting point is 00:11:55 the pipeline you don't see enough coming in to cover you for the next few months for your expenses um and you haven't said anything back for retained earnings? You don't have any business savings to cover slow times? I have about $100,000 total saved, but to run my household and my business, about $19,000 a month. And when you see, you know, okay, we're going to have three to six thousand a month come in over the next couple of months. And, you know, how you just kind of stomach that or when you say, you know, I have to get rid of this marketing cost or, you know, but that also is what brings in business. The reoccurring costs are not a problem until you quit making money. I mean, I've got 900 team members on payroll,
Starting point is 00:12:47 and I don't lay awake worrying about the payroll. And it's by far the largest expense around here, not even close. But what you do have to do is you have to stay out ahead of it on the revenue side. And what you're seeing is a drop in revenue. And what's really bothering you is not the recurring costs. It's that you don't see the revenue coming back up. Correct. Because if you saw the revenue being $40,000 a month,
Starting point is 00:13:16 you wouldn't be worried about this. Right. But you don't see that. And so the recurring costs aren't what are stressing you. It's the lack of revenue that's stressing you. Right. so what are we going to do to get the revenue up or we're going to have to cut some of these people right because this is good that what you just told me has about a four month burn rate and you're going to be at the end exactly yeah so it, you know, like I know from being from running businesses in the past that, you know, they're slow months, but it's, you know, when you say. Is this just a slow month or has the market shifted? Market shifting is a bigger deal than a slow month. right the whole year has been slow like we're take home pay year to date for me like to just
Starting point is 00:14:10 pay my bills personally it's been like 30 000 yeah i think what you got to get back out in front of it and reset your business and say what has to be true for us to get revenues back up where this is fun again and if i can't see my way to make those things happen, what has to be true, then what has to be true is you've got to cut a bunch of expenses and you've got to cut them quick. But don't do that. Do the first one. Okay?
Starting point is 00:14:39 The market shifted, so go find it. Who moved my cheese? You read the book? Yeah, I don't know, but I will. Go get the book. It's by Spencer Johnson, Who Moved My Cheese? It's a classic. It takes about 40 minutes to read it.
Starting point is 00:14:52 But the thing about the markets is they always shift. I mean, when I started this business, there was no Internet. And now 80% of our revenues are Internet-based one way or another and so digitally based in some kind of a methodology so the markets are always shifting markets are always being disrupted and you you need to stay out ahead of it enough you don't have to be some kind of profit but you got to stay out ahead of it enough that you can ride the wave of the market shift rather than get crushed by it and what you're feeling is you see this wave this tsunami coming at you and you don't feel like you got a surfboard you know right so uh i think you back up with some fresh eyes chill breathe
Starting point is 00:15:42 get up early watch the sun come up, spend some time with prayer with the Bible open in your lap, and start saying, okay, let's pretend this was a brand new business in today's world. Where would I go get the money if I was really excited and smiling again? And then go get that money, girl. You know how to do it. Okay. This is revenue you need to chase that revenue down and tackle it you used to do that yep and you kind of got to doing the same thing over and over again and now it's not working right i think the market probably did
Starting point is 00:16:20 move on you a little bit but i don't think i don little bit. But I don't think it moved away. I think it moved, and it's down two exits. You've got to drive down there and find it, you know, that kind of thing. And we fight that around here every day. That is a normal, healthy fear of the entrepreneur. The editor of Success Magazine used to say, the entrepreneur is the only person who can go from sheer terror to sheer exhilaration and back every 24 hours.
Starting point is 00:16:49 And such is the nature of the beast for those of us that are entrepreneurs. It's just how we think. So hope that helps. Thanks for the call. All right. Melissa's with us. Melissa is in New York. Hi, Melissa.
Starting point is 00:17:04 How are you? Hi, Dave. Thank you for taking my. Hi, Melissa. How are you? Hi, Dave. Thank you for taking my call. My pleasure. How can I help? I had a question about how to potentially get my husband on board with paying down debt. I recently read your book, and I became really invested in paying our debt down. But after making a budget and saving $1,000 that each of us have for an emergency fund, I can't convince him that the best way to pay down debt is the smallest debt first.
Starting point is 00:17:36 Well, he hasn't read the book. No, he doesn't read it. All that happened was his wife read this book, and she got all excited, and then she started telling him, we're going to start cutting everything around here and we're going to start doing this we're going to start doing that you start talking about what instead of why true true so um if i were in your shoes i would go in and apologize and say i started throwing this around i start throwing the china around you didn't even know why I was throwing it around. And, you know, I'm sorry that I moved forward before we were on the same page on this,
Starting point is 00:18:11 but we really need to look at this together because this is really, really exciting, and you're going to read this book this weekend because I'm going to duct tape you to the bed until you do. I did ask him to read the book. He just says he doesn't like to read. I don't care. I don't care. I know. I don't care. Get to read the book. He just, he says he doesn't like to read. I don't care. I don't care. I know.
Starting point is 00:18:27 I don't care. Get him the audio book. Yeah, true. I could do that. He's got a phone? He does have XM Radio, too. Oh, yeah, I'm on that. Or just pull up a bunch of YouTube debt-free screens and say, hey, watch this for 10 minutes with me.
Starting point is 00:18:44 Now read the book. Or now listen to the audio book or whatever. But listen, let me just tell you, the reason none of this matters is he don't care. And the reason he doesn't care is he doesn't see the same problem you see. But six months ago, you didn't see it either. Now that you read the book, you see this new problem. And you went, gosh, not only have I realized we got cancer, but I got the antidote. And he's going, I didn't even know we had cancer. And now you're bringing the antidote at me with this big syringe.
Starting point is 00:19:10 And so, no, I don't like shots. I'm still five years old inside. So, you know, that's what's happening with him. So, listen, if he thought that when he finished the book there would be a million-dollar check at the back of it, he'd read books. He didn't read books because he didn't think there was anything in there. So this is about motivation and belief. It's not about methodology. This is The Dave Ramsey Show. We'll be right back. Calling from Utah, Matthew and Mallory are on the line to do their debt-free screen.
Starting point is 00:20:14 Hey, guys, how are you? Good, how are you? Better than I deserve. How much have you paid off? We paid off $57,000 in 24 months good for you well done and your range of income during that time um about 45 to um we're on track to make 110 this year excellent well done you guys very well done i'm proud of. Thanks. What kind of debt was the $57,000? So we had $46,000 in school debt and then $11,000 in personal, but it was for school.
Starting point is 00:20:55 So it was all school. Okay. Wow. What are your degrees in? I have a degree in microbiology. And I have a degree in elementary education. Okay. Very cool.
Starting point is 00:21:07 And very good. What do you guys do for a living? I am a lab technologist, and I teach sixth grade. Perfect. Just write up what you plan to do, huh? Yep. Yep. Good deal.
Starting point is 00:21:21 Well, way to go, you guys. So how long have you all been married? About three and a half years. Okay. So what happened a year and a half into marriage two years ago that said, okay, we're doing this? Yeah. So I was feeling really overwhelmed with all our debt, and I was wondering what we should do and I was kind of praying about it
Starting point is 00:21:49 and then I found your show and just got hooked into it right away and I loved everything that you were saying and decided to take some initiative and pay off our debt. And then the hard part was getting Mallory on board. So Mallory, how did he get you on board? He just kind of just kept bringing it up, um, talking about how he didn't want to be in debt his whole life.
Starting point is 00:22:27 And that was just kind of like how my parents did it. So I figured it was normal. Um, and it was just, you know, he's saying, I want to be a millionaire. I want to be able to retire. I want to be able to travel and do these things. And I eventually realized, yeah, those are good things. I want to do those too. So it was a little scary at first, but I got on board and fell in love with it, really. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:22:52 Very cool. Yeah, that first budget was really hard. I bet. I bet. Yeah, that's where the test comes, right? Yeah. So what do you tell people the key to getting out of debt is? You paid off $57,000 in 24 months.
Starting point is 00:23:09 Honestly, it was the budget, sticking to the budget. And, you know, before all this started, I was feeling, like I said, I was feeling so overwhelmed. And every time Mallory bought something, I would kind of get angry and like, why are you spending money? And we we have all this debt. We don't have any money. And then the budget was just like a plan that we could follow. And once we made our plan, then we stick to it, and it's okay to spend money because it's budgeted, and it really helped me feel a lot of peace. Yeah. Well done. Good job, guys. Good job.
Starting point is 00:24:03 Who were your biggest cheerleaders outside the two of you? A little bit of our parents. We didn't really have cheerleaders along the way. It really was mostly only us, and everyone was like, oh, good job, good for you, until we became debt-free, and then everyone was like, say what? I like that. That is kind of how it goes.
Starting point is 00:24:28 How do you like me now? Great stuff. Well done, you guys. We got a copy of Chris Hogan's book for you, Everyday Millionaires. That's the next chapter in your story. Way to go, hero. Proud of you. Very, very, very well done.
Starting point is 00:24:44 Matthew and Mallory from utah fifty seven thousand dollars paid off in 24 months making 45 to 110 count it down let's hear a debt We're debt free! Yeah! That is how it is done. Very cool. Very cool, you guys. Very well done. So proud of you. Linda is in Pennsylvania.
Starting point is 00:25:21 Hi, Linda. How are you? Hi, Dave. Thanks so much for taking my call. Sure. What's up? Well, I'm calling with a question about a huge mistake that I made a long time ago before I found out about your program. I found out about your program in March and started in April and I got my husband on board. And in the meantime, we paid off about $27,000 in debt. Way to go. But the problem, thanks.
Starting point is 00:25:54 But the problem that we have is I, the mistake is I co-signed for a student loan for my son. My son is 23 years old. He still hasn't graduated college. And we're now basically estranged from him. We're not speaking to him. Why? Just because it is very irresponsible, abusive to us emotionally and verbally. My husband is his stepfather, so it's pretty much been me that's been raising him. So the mistake is now that he's not paying his student loans. Yep. And we're paying them. You get to.
Starting point is 00:26:25 That's what a co-showner does. $130,000? Right. Yes. He went to Penn State University for engineering. He has 12 credits to go, so he didn't even graduate. And any time we would ask him what his plan is, basically that caused him to not speak to us,
Starting point is 00:26:45 and now we have a lot of resentment on our end because we're stuck paying these bills. So my question is, we're basically debt-free except for our home, and we're now in the mode to fully fund our emergency fund. Not anymore. You've got to pay a $130,000 loan. Well, and that's, I guess, my question to you is what to do. The high interest rate loan, like 9%. My husband is just so resentful because, you know, because of the whole situation,
Starting point is 00:27:18 and he just wants us to attack paying off the mortgage, hoping that he'll come around and then hopefully, you know, do what he's supposed to do, do the right thing and pay off the loan. So I guess that's where he's on board. I didn't hear anything here that tells me there's any probability of that happening. Right. So, and then my other question is, I've looked into refinancing, but as long as my son is on the loan the rate
Starting point is 00:27:45 is ridiculously high because he has terrible credit well don't put him on refinance them listen listen you're gonna end up paying this i know i'm sorry because you have a 23 year old who's being a twerp he's verbally abusive he's not worth spit right now he hadn't even finished his dadgum engineering degree and he's mad at he's mad at the world and he's king of the world and um it's going to be a decade before he grows up you're right you're going to pay this for speed and pay them you're going to pay it because you're a cosigner wait and should we fully fund our emergency fund it would take about five or six months no you know you you have a hundred and thirty thousand dollar student loan
Starting point is 00:28:37 you need to pay what's your what is your household income about a hundred and seventy thousand good good so you're gonna be it off in a couple years. Yeah, about three years if we're... No, two. You think so? Yeah. $60,000 out of $170,000 says you're living on $110,000. Wah.
Starting point is 00:28:55 You can do that. Okay. Yeah. And listen, I don't blame you for having your heart broken. I really don't blame your husband because his stepson's a twerp for being mad about that. But you signed this, and he married you. And this is, you're not getting out of this. And the kid ain't going to pay it.
Starting point is 00:29:16 So you're going to have to. I'm so sorry. Sorry for the heartbreak and the estrangement. But I would just take it on and get her done in two years. This is the Daveave ramsey show Our Scripture of the Day, Deuteronomy 31.6 Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them. For it is the Lord your God who goes with you. Starting point is 00:31:48 How can I help? I love when you say that. It's wonderful. So my wife and I are just about debt-free. It's feeling better and better the closer and closer we get. And I guess over the past five years, my life has changed a lot. I've become a lot more disciplined in what I do and what I am as a person. I've brought a lot more order in my life,
Starting point is 00:32:14 and the better I become at the things that I do professionally and personally, the more I want for my future. So with that being said, I'm looking into starting a business. I have no idea what I want to do, but I want more out of my life than just working for somebody else. I want to take the future in my own hands. The problem that I know I always have is that I take steps too quickly and I don't plan things out enough.
Starting point is 00:32:41 So I guess I'm asking for the proper steps I need to do in order to start this up. I've been taking a lot of advice from your Entree Leadership Podcast. It's wonderful, but I'd like to hear your thoughts. Cool. Well, congratulations. Very neat. How old are you? I'm 29.
Starting point is 00:32:56 What do you do for a living? I work in sales for a sign manufacturer, and I'm also a music director for a church. Okay. a sign manufacturer and I'm also a music director for a church. Well, the thing about business, I basically, other than there's 14 different profit centers under this business now, but they're all related, obviously. The thing about business is it is a grind. It's more of a grind when you own your own place. Right. And, um, if you get into a business because there's money in it, but you don't have a passion for it, um, it'll burn you up. And so I would start thinking about what would i do for free if i could
Starting point is 00:33:49 what would be the thing that it would make okay i would get up and go to work every morning early and i would stay late and i would do it for free if i had unlimited funds in the bank you know what would in other words what what is just fun? What makes me smile? What rings my bell? What gives me some passion? What gives me energy, not drains my energy? And that kind of a thing.
Starting point is 00:34:19 And some of those things are the activities that you would do. Some of them are the end result of the activities you would do. And so to kind of put that in perspective, around here, I like working on new ideas and broken things. And so the operational parts of this organization are run by excellent leaders. And I don't bother them much because I really don't want to. I don't want to deal with it. And I'm a teacher. I love teaching. That's why I love doing this show every and i'm a and i'm a teacher i love teaching that's why i love doing this show every day for three hours i'm a teacher um and so i if i don't have an opportunity to instruct someone on how to do something better uh my day is short and so i
Starting point is 00:34:58 enjoy teaching from the stage i enjoy teaching on the radio. I enjoy teaching with books, whatever, videos, all that kind of stuff. And then seeing someone learn that, and it benefits their life. So I'm a teacher. It's how I'm wired. And you just kind of got to look for that and go, wow, what would do that? Because if you think I've been coming down here and doing this show three hours a day for almost 30 years, and I still like it, that's strange, you know? Yeah, that is very strange. And so, you know, that is very strange and so uh you know that's the
Starting point is 00:35:28 kind of thing though if you could find something that that even is uh half as good as that in terms of uh you just love doing this thing and then you love seeing the result the result in our case is we see the lives that are changed we see people's marriages touched we see people getting out of debt and doing their debt-free screams we see people with tears run down their face saying the stuff you teach your changed my life and um that you know the psychological income is the what happens after it but the teaching is the teaching is what i do and then i get to see the other end of it and um and that's this whole organization is that way and so if you don't kind of fit into that, you don't fit into our company even. You don't have to be a teacher to work here, but you kind of got to love the crusade that we're on,
Starting point is 00:36:14 not just do programming, not just do shipping. And so the same is much more true when you're the owner. So I would just do some soul searching, is what I'm saying, and kind of do the Ken Coleman thing of, okay, what's my sweet spot? What's the place where my talents and my passions intersect? And then what types of careers or businesses would that lead us into? But I've seen people buy a sub-shop franchise because they thought it'd make money, and they hate everything about it and so their sub shop fails and everybody wonders why because all those sub shops don't fail most of them make money but if you hate it every day it's gonna fail you know because you got to
Starting point is 00:37:01 get up and go down there every day when you got got the flu, you got to go to work. You own the freaking place. You know, when owners are different, when owners have babies, we don't take off 18 million weeks. We come back to work, you know, because we're the owner. We got to do stuff. I'm not mad at you if you take off your family leave act but i haven't had a lunch hour in 30 years i have a lunch 15 minutes i own the place you know and so it's a different thing then and if you're doing all of that on something you hate it'll fry your brain man so do some soul
Starting point is 00:37:40 searching would be what i would encourage you to do get the entree leadership book uh get ken coleman's materials. I'll send you a copy of his book, Proximity Principle. Some of that stuff's in there. But catching that sweet spot, the intersection he talks about between your talents and your passions, and say, and here's a type of business where that comes alive. And find a type of business where that comes alive. I like working with my hands. Great. Then what's a type of business where that comes alive. I like working with my hands.
Starting point is 00:38:05 Great. Then what's a type of business where that comes alive, and you can make a bazillion dollars, and you can do it with scale, and you can help a lot of people by inventing a widget. I don't know. What is it that makes you come alive? And that kind of thing. But the opposite of that is I was talking to one of my guys in here one day.
Starting point is 00:38:25 I said, hey, man, I can move you into leadership. You've been here a while. And he goes, man, I like what I'm doing. Leading people and dealing with all the drama that you deal with when you're leading people would be leukemia to my spirit. What a phrase. And how many times do you take a job or open a business out there, people, and it's leukemia to your spirit? Ooh, that's just nasty. But, you know, you got to love it.
Starting point is 00:38:49 You got to get it all over you. It's just you got to be your butts on fire, man. I got to do this every day. I can't stop from doing this. I can't not say this stuff. And then you're ready to go. So that's what I would do. I'm excited for you, Ben. I think you got a really bright future. Some good stuff's I would do. I'm excited for you, Ben.
