This is 5-Minute Friday, episode number 378, and it's time to rise up, my friends.
A powerful vision emerges when we couple our dreams with a set of clear goals.
Lately, I've been hearing a lot of people saying they are unclear on their vision.
When we're unclear on our vision, it's hard to set goals to help us along the journey to achieving that vision.
A lot of people have also been telling me that they're not sure.
They're not comfortable.
They don't have the confidence to move towards their dreams.
They're feeling uncomfortable.
They're feeling behind. They're feeling behind. They're
feeling sloppy. They're feeling confused. And the reason is, is because you're not willing to dream
enough. You know, as kids, we used to dream all the time. I used to dream running around in the
streets, in the backyard, playing sports. I used to dream when I was watching movies and TV. I used
to dream when I was playing video games. I would dream all the time about who I wanted to be,
the type of things I wanted to do, the impact I wanted to have, the people I wanted to connect
with, the places I wanted to adventure. I used to fantasize and dream about it always.
But the thing is, there's no way that those fantasies or dreams would ever come true without having a set
of clear goals along the way, and then creating a game plan on how to take action and get out of my
comfort zone on a daily basis so that I could build momentum. And so many people lately have
been coming to me asking me questions. I feel stuck. I feel like I'm in analysis paralysis.
I can't do anything because I'm paralyzed.
And I'm telling you guys, the first step is dreaming. You've got to be able to see what you want. You've got to be able to visualize. I do visualization exercises all the time where I'll
close my eyes and imagine what I want in my health and my relationships and my finances,
my spiritual connection. I see myself. I visualize like a
trained athlete does looking into the future. You've got to know what you want first. Then
you've got to create the game plan. Who cares if you mess up? Who cares if people attack you?
Who cares if you don't figure it out right away? It's going to take time to develop.
Greatness was not created or achieved overnight.
It's taken me years and years to develop a practice, rituals, routines, skill set,
so that I could generate the results that I want one day after another,
one step at a time, one foot in front of the other.
Dream big, but create a set of goals and a game plan so that you can execute and follow
through.
The big thing is people are afraid to take that first step.
I'm telling you, now is the time to rise up.
Now is the moment you say enough is enough.
I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
I'm ready to finally get over my fear of failure, my fear of experiencing pain, my fear of what
people are going to think about me or say about me, my fear of what my family is going
to think or say about me.
Because we all know that sometimes the people closest to us are the people that actually
bring us down and hold us back the most.
But you get to rise up.
You get to realize that you are a miracle.
You are a once-in-a-lifetime thing that came around in this moment for a reason.
There is a reason why you were created.
There is a reason why you're here on this planet to experience and adventure the world that is in front of you. There is a purpose
for your life. It's your responsibility to rise up, to take the first step, to create the dream
in your mind, to figure out what is it that I'm passionate about? What is it that I want right now?
What is it that's going to fulfill me and make an impact on those around me?
It's your responsibility to do that, to set up the structure, to set up a game plan.
And if you can't figure it out on your own, then it's your responsibility to seek for support.
That's why I have coaches, mentors.
I follow programs that guide me along my journey to support me in achieving my dreams.
You don't have to do this on your own.
You weren't born to be on your own to try to figure it out.
You were born to connect, to collaborate, to add value to one another, to give, to take, to receive, to continue to grow and expand with a community.
Don't try to do this on your own.
grow and expand with a community.
Don't try to do this on your own.
A powerful vision emerges when we couple our dreams with a set of clear goals.
I encourage you and I'm giving you permission to take the leap, to rise up, to step into your power right now so you can start experiencing what you were born to do on this planet.
You were born with incredible joy, incredible gifts and talents, and it's your responsibility
to cultivate them and continue to develop those so that you can create what you want
and give that inspiration away to others around you.
This is your moment.
Take action right now.
This is 5-Minute Friday, episode number 378.
And thank you all so much for being here.
I love when I get to connect with you one-on-one and share what I'm feeling and share what's opening up for me.
The things in my life, the things that people say to me and come to me.
Lately, this has been it.
They're struggling. They're trying to figure out how to break through.
They're in paralysis mode. They're thinking too much about the fear of the pain of what could
happen as opposed to the pleasures of what could happen when we actually create what we want.
The journey is not always going to be this light, fuzzy unicorn experience. There is going to be adversity.
That is the beauty.
When you find beauty in the struggle and the pain,
that's when life becomes magical.
This is what it's all about, guys.
