Starting point is 00:01:10 From Idaho, January 23rd. Sometimes you just gotta do a show. Did 100 burpees in the hotel room. It is... This article, I saw it and... I just can't stop thinking about it. It'd be good if we had one listener so I'd know if you guys can hear me. And I just can't stop thinking about it. It'd be good if we had one listener so I'd know if you guys can hear me.
Starting point is 00:01:33 I saw this article today. It says, In-N-Out Burgers Closure in Oakland. Yo, Travis, what's up? Vindicate. Get all your CEO bling at vindicate.com. Franco, what's up? No way. We're at Hotel Naitcom. Franco, what's up? No way. We're at Hotel in Idaho.
Starting point is 00:01:49 Listen, don't interrupt me again. Daniel, what's up, dude? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I'm in Idaho, hotel room, did 100 burpees, and it's just I cannot stop thinking about this. I got to read this article to you. In and out burger closure in Oakland, California due to crime issues. alberger closure in oakland california due to crime issues heartbreaking but necessary observers say during the ridiculous george floyd riots in oakland california i'll never forget there was a
Starting point is 00:02:14 uh a building there that was dedicated to some um like like the first black mayor of california or something the building was named after some historic achievement by someone with melanated skin. And it's this big building. And in front of that building, a super duper famous police chief, ex-police chief who was also black was killed in front of that building during a Black Lives Matter riot. It's the kind of shit that makes absolutely no fucking sense. You have to understand Oakland is the most progressive, backwards, bigoted, pedophile, liberal, libtard
Starting point is 00:02:55 stronghold you could ever imagine. These are people who would basically, when I would be walking down the street with my kids not wearing a mask, they would like hiss at you and shit. It is would basically, when I would be walking down the street with my kids not wearing a mask, they would like hiss at you and shit. It's equally the worst black people and white people in one community. They've got all the ethnicities there, all the colors, all the makeup. They're the absolute worst of all.
Starting point is 00:03:20 Way worse than Disneyland, Kenneth. I appreciate it. Way worse than Disneyland. Way worse than Disneyland, Kenneth. I appreciate it. Way worse than Disneyland. It is a vile, sad, mentally retarded bunch. But listen to this. In-N-Out has never closed a burger joint. No, sorry, brother. Sorry, Austin. I know you want the title. No, sir. And I'm trying to be mellow with my approach, calm, sober, clear-headed, fair.
Starting point is 00:04:06 town by the way that gave money uh uh united or what's it called universal basic income to people who like um black women or trannies or they have things like that kind of shit going there already i should have brought that up when i had uh david pan on i gotta have david pan on again we could have some good discussions i did 100 burpees just now i'm like man i'm a fucking beast i did 100 burpees at elevation then I'm like, man, I'm a fucking beast. I did 100 burpees at elevation. Then I looked. I'm only at 2,300 feet. In-N-Out Burger's closure in Oakland due to crime issues.
Starting point is 00:04:34 Heartbreaking but necessary, observers say. The fast food burger chain In-N-Out is a California staple, but its only Oakland location announced Sunday it would have to shutter amid rampant crime. The Oakport Street location, which is highly profitable, will close its doors on March 24th, according to an announcement made by the company's CEO. By the way, this is 100% unequivocally the tipping point was the fact that the defund the police and the hating on the police and people in society not doing their part to stand up for the police. 100%, that was the tipping point. I know there's a lot of other things. We need mothers and fathers raising kids at home, but the tipping point was the fucking George Floyd debacle when George Floyd killed himself by swallowing fentanyl and trying to use counterfeit bills and getting into an altercation with a police officer and then people holding him up as a hero and then acting like the police did something wrong.
Starting point is 00:05:33 Now the police aren't engaging people, and so in-and-outs are closing. By the way, this is – it's crazy it's lasted this long. This is the kind of – we're in the Bay Area. It's the Bay Area I'm talking about. It is a liberal haven of mental illness. Elon's talked about it ad nauseum. We have made the decision to close our In-N-Out Burger location in Oakland, California due to ongoing issues with crime. Danny Warnick, the chief operating officer at In-N-Out, said in a statement, these are hugely successful businesses. Remember, this is the first one that's closed in 76 years anywhere in the world.
Starting point is 00:06:03 successful businesses. Remember, this is the first one that's closed in 76 years anywhere in the world. This was a very successful business monetarily. Despite taking repeated steps to create safer conditions, our customers associates are regularly victimized by car break-ins, property damage, theft, and armed robberies. You have to know it's complete lawlessness in some of these areas. Like you'll just be at a stoplight, someone will break your window, reach in your car and steal your shit. There's endless videos on Instagram of this kind of shit. It is wild. We are grateful for the local community,
Starting point is 00:06:34 which has supported us for over 18 years. And we recognize that this closure negatively impacts our associates and their families. He added, additionally, this location remains a busy and profitable one for the company, but our top priority must be safety and wellbeing of our customers, associates and associates. and their families, he added. Additionally, this location remains a busy and profitable one for the company, but our top priority must be safety and well-being of our customers, associates, and associates.
Starting point is 00:06:50 We can't ask them to visit or work in an unsafe environment. Epic failure on the mayor's part. This is also the first time In-N-Out has ever had to close a location. There have been several In-N-Out locations which have required relocation throughout our 75 years. However, our Oakland store will be the first location we have closed, Warnick told Fox Business. We feel the frequency and severity of the crimes being encountered by our customers and associates leave us no alternative. Excuse me.
Starting point is 00:07:22 Excuse me. Workers there will reportedly have the choice to get severance packages or be transferred to other in and out locations. The decision made national news with one writer for the Business Magazine Inc. calling it heartbreaking. I don't know about that. It's just catastrophic failure on civilization. It's it's like you just think it's someone might just think it's just catastrophic failure on civilization. You just think it's – someone might just think it's just a burger joint. Who cares? I mean, that's just ridiculous.
Starting point is 00:07:52 You're completely missing the point. This is a glaring – God, that's not even strong enough. This is a museum specimen quality example of the collapse of the liberal ideology. What are they going to build there? A library where they let trannies fucking groom kids. You can't have a police car at every business 24-7, Jenkins told Fox Business. The only way more great businesses like this won't close is that our people perpetrating the crimes realize there will be harsh outcomes for break-ins, property damage theft, and especially armed robberies. Yep, build up the prisons. Get them off the street.
Starting point is 00:08:44 Here we go. Local leaders need to seriously prosecute those who commit these crimes he added without upholding the law. More quality businesses will come to the same conclusion as In-N-Out Burger, which is the juice, which is the juice isn't worth the squeeze at the expense of the safety of the people. And we've talked about all the stores and shops. That have closed in San Francisco right. I mean it's just a fucking mass exodus. Mass exodus. Nike stores Nordstrom's all that shit. Leaving. When I was a kid.
Starting point is 00:09:16 San Francisco was the. Biggest destination place on planet earth. San Francisco was. The biggest destination. Vacation spot on planet Earth. San Francisco was. The biggest destination vacation spot on planet Earth. The In-N-Out location is a convenient pit stop for travelers headed to Oakland International
Starting point is 00:09:31 Airport. The whole surrounding area around Oakland International Airport is a crime scene, by the way. As well as patrons, that's the kind of place where you pull up into a gas station, and while you're pumping gas, five guys rob you on the reg. As well as patrons of the oakland athletics at the coliseum the san francisco chronicle reported since 2019 police have logged 1 335 incidents near the fast food restaurant which is more than any other location in the city according to the report so in in five years, they have 1,300 reported incidents.
Starting point is 00:10:05 That means there's been 10x that. That means there's been 13,000 incidents there. And there's, let's say, 400. Let's just say there's 400 days in a year. That's incidents after incidents occurring every single day, right? To do the easy math, the back of the napkin math. One security guard, someone do the math for me. You have 13,000 crimes in five years.
Starting point is 00:10:40 How many is that a day? Come on, come on. This is a participation show, guys. Come on. Seema Boobs. My dad is crazy. He still takes Bart to the San Francisco airport. I used to take Bart as a little kid by myself
Starting point is 00:10:58 from Pleasant Hill to Berkeley. I had to transfer at MacArthur in Oakland. At Air Miles, we help you collect more moments. So instead of scrolling through photos of friends on social media, you can spend more time dinnering with them.
Starting point is 00:11:15 How's that spicy enchilada? Very flavorful. Yodeling with them. Eww. Ooh. Must be mating season. And hiking with them. Ooh, must be mating season. And hiking with them. Is that a squirrel?
Starting point is 00:11:31 Bear! Run! Collect more moments with more ways to earn. Air Mile. Put your hands together for Lady Raven. Dad, thank you. This is literally the best day of my life. On August 2nd, What's with all the
Starting point is 00:11:47 police trucks outside? You know the butcher goes around just chopping people up. comes a new M. Night Shyamalan experience. The feds heard he's gonna be here today.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Josh Hartnett. I'm in control. And Salika as Lady Raven. This whole concert? It's a trap. Trap. Directed by M. Night Shy concert? It's a trap. Trap. Directed by M. Night Shyamalan. Only in theaters August 2nd.
Starting point is 00:12:12 On a regular day, I'd say five, the anonymous security guard said. On a bad day, I can't even get a report in because it's back-to-back. Oh, yeah, okay. So he's saying there were five incidents a day. That's 1,500 a year. So just think about that. The security guard at In-N-Out said there were five incidents a day. So that's the vast majority of them aren't being reported.
Starting point is 00:12:34 I think 10X might even be an understatement. Okay, guys, it goes on. On Tuesday between 6 and 7.30 p.m., the outlet reportedly saw three cars with smashed windows in the parking lot outside the fast food restaurant. Yeah, just imagine that. In an hour and a half, there were three fucking crimes in the parking lot there. In the past 90 days,
Starting point is 00:12:54 there have been 170 auto burglaries in Oakland. Okay, so think about that. In the past 90 days, it says there's been 170 auto burglaries. That means that there's been 1,0laries that means that there's been 1070 that means there's 10 happening a night which is defined in California as entering a
Starting point is 00:13:12 locked vehicle with the intent to steal it or property inside in 2022 there were 9992 reported auto burglaries in a city a 7% increase from 2021 which saw 8477 reported auto burglaries citywide. I mean, there's only 365 days in a year, people. And most people are not reporting this shit.
Starting point is 00:13:42 Jeremiah, what's up? Best 20 bucks you ever spent, buddy. Tomorrow, 6 a.m., a waterpalooza behind the scenes. Epic. Tear, tear, tear, tear, tear waterpalooza. Wait till you guys see what we're prepping.
Starting point is 00:13:56 Taylor Self against the world. If you're a CrossFit Games athlete and you think you can beat Taylor, you better reach out. Those spots are going to fill fast. I'm already holding one for Colton Mertens. That only leaves two weeks. If you ever saw that movie Young Guns, smile.
Starting point is 00:14:18 I'll make you famous. We'll make you famous. Don't think we won't. People think of robberies as someone pointing a gun and saying, give me your money, Johnson told The Chronicle. These are more auto burglaries that turn into robberies. Absolutely insane. When I look up the term Oakland violence on Google, it says burglaries are up 23% compared to 2022, and motor vehicle thefts are up 44%. Both crime types stand out to be the highest rate since 2013.
Starting point is 00:14:55 The last large burglary increase in Oakland was in 2019 with nearly 15,000 reported. In 2023, that figure was over 17,000. 17,000. thousand reported in 2023 that figure was over 17 000 17 000 let me let me let me let me pull out the calculator here uh calculator sorry i'm i'm doing a single monitor here in the hotel room okay so we have 17000 divided by 360. Let's do 364. No one stole the car on Christmas, right? That's 46 fucking cars, 47 cars being stolen a day in the city of Oakland. This is not a big city, people. Wow. Did you really do that? 12 burpees on the minute for 12 minutes. Okay. Okay. All right. I hear you. I'll up my game. I'll up my game. That's solid. I'm not going to lie. I did
Starting point is 00:16:00 10 on the minute. My wife hit two days ago ago did 11. It's like, why has everyone got to one up me? It's my workout. So that's it. That's, that's it. That's the show in and out. I read the article for you, you know, stay out of Oakland, California, do not vote liberal and do not vote for people who aren't going to be strong on crime. Don't vote for anyone who's using any of the progressive tactics like who's the lady running against Trump who keeps reminding us she's a brown woman. Who's that? What's her name? Kelly Clark? Lisa Clark?
Starting point is 00:16:52 Kamala Harris? Who's the lady? Haley, thank you. Nikki Haley? Is it Nikki Haley? Insane. Vindicate. Omaha, Nebraska has a population that's double of Oakland. I leave my car running with my phone and my gym bag in plain sight almost daily. I know I'm in Idaho and it's like, I'm in Idaho and I went into a store there and they had two
Starting point is 00:17:21 rows of bullets, two huge aisles, both sides taller than me, full of bullets, full of ammunition. None of it guarded. You can fondle the bullets. Nikki Haley, thank you. In-N-Out Burger can't stay because it's too dangerous for the employees. Every week. Seve, you buying a gun every week? I'm in Coeur d'Alene. Coeur d'Al lane. It is quite nice.
Starting point is 00:18:17 I just went to a, uh, indoor water slide park. Just leave all my shit out. My wife's purse out the phone out, all that shit there's places they want to outlaw guns and they want to outlaw bullets and they want to do all these things well it's clearly that's clearly not the problem because you come somewhere like this and that shit's just fucking everywhere
Starting point is 00:18:42 I visited a gym owner the other day and he fucking him and him him and his wife carry guns on their hips uh dan guerrero uh california from the outside seems like the purge The thing is the vast majority of the state is not like that It's just these epicenters These liberal hubs These liberal hubs We will be having the producer and narrator of the George Floyd movie.
Starting point is 00:19:31 She's also the writer of the book that the movie was based on. I think it's called... What is it called? Something Minneapolis. The Fall of Minneapolis. The Fall of Minneapolis. Is that what it's called? The fall of Minneapolis. I highly recommend you watch the movie and the books even more mind boggling. I want to tell you something that I read in the book that was not in the movie. When the police, when the police were guarding the police station, I think it was called the third precinct before it was handed over to the riot. The precinct was never defended, and it was handed over to the rioters.
Starting point is 00:20:17 And the SWAT team was there, and shitloads of police were there, and the command went silent and didn't give them any orders the command did say the day before clear out all of your items out of the precinct and when they asked the command why would we do that the command says just do it then the command was asked are we going to be giving up the precinct and they said just empty it and then they said can we get some ammunition ready for this we only have eight non-lethal rounds you bring us more non-lethal rounds eight non-lethal rounds and the command went silent and they didn't receive any any non-lethal rounds so in a riot with thousands of people, they were trapped inside of the precinct,
Starting point is 00:21:08 and then the command said, okay, abandon the precinct. And they said, we're going to bring you a bus. Well, the bus never showed up. The bus was parked five blocks away. The barricade that they put around the precinct, the third precinct in Minneapolis, trapped the cops in there, and they couldn't get out
Starting point is 00:21:26 as the protesters pushed over a fence that wasn't built right and came in. You won't believe this book. You won't believe this book. All right, guys. Good seeing you guys tonight. Just a quick pop-up show. Just wanted to say hi. Just wanted to also try that out To just read you guys an article Quick show
Starting point is 00:21:47 The good part is Is that things are going to get better There's so many fucking great people In this country And there's so many people Who want to help other people And there's so many people Doing what they're supposed to be doing
Starting point is 00:22:03 Today I saw I was in a jack in the box And an old lady came in with a Walker and she started heading towards the bathrooms. And my nine-year-old boy ran up into the bathrooms and I thought he was going to use the bathroom. And then instead he ran up and opened the door for the old lady and let her in the bathroom. And he came back and like, did you just open that door for that lady? And he's just like nonchalantly. He's like, yeah, yeah. It's a beautiful world. Uh, don't let places like San Francisco,
Starting point is 00:22:33 Oakland bum you out. There's tons of great places. Like Travis said, Omaha. Love you guys. Uh, see you guys tomorrow. I am not sure what's going to happen with the show tomorrow morning at 7am.
Starting point is 00:22:41 I am in a hotel room and, uh, I know. Love you guys. Bye.
