And at the top of your sandbag clean, you have to release your offhand. You don't have to extend your arm. Just release your offhand at the top with hip extension. And your buy-in reps, so the 40 toes to bar in the first one and the 20 sandbag to shoulder in the second one, don't count towards your score, but you do have to finish them.
