Starting point is 00:00:57 agreement with iGaming Ontario. Wow, welcome greetings greetings today we will review Down under down under and waterpalooza. Is that correct? Okay now do it in Australian accent down on we're talking about the down under championship you fucking can't Yeah down under down under and then all the water blues online qualifiers are up to down under Oh, that's not the Instagram page. I won't just kidding Okay, we'll start the down under There lambda. Well, first of all, we were gonna do this a couple weeks ago and we we don't think we did it last week What was your workout today? Oh I
Starting point is 00:01:42 Only did one workout cuz I'm a lazy fucking bitch Oh, uh, I only did one workout cause I'm a lazy fucking bitch. Uh, it was four minutes of work, two minutes of rest. I'm going to work out my garage after this. I'm fucking stressing out four on two off for five sets. So 30 total minutes. You're done at the 28 21 calorie row, 50 foot handstand walk, nine snatches at one 55, 50 foot handstand walk, max row calories in the remaining time. It was extremely hard.
Starting point is 00:02:08 It was way harder than I thought it was going to be. It was so my, after the first round, my mid upper back and shoulders were just sorry, destroyed. Um, but it was good. I held the same exact calories for the first four rounds and then pinned it in the final. Nice. I need you to, um, I need you to explain why you just didn't write 15 meters to make it look really clean because we all know 15 meters is 50 feet and it would have looked really cool.
Starting point is 00:02:33 I didn't even think of that. Yeah, that's what I'm here for man, for your OCD. But then it would just be 21, 15, 9, 15. Exactly. It would just be... Max. Still, come on. Okay. It would just be max still. Come on. Okay. I guess that could have been cool.
Starting point is 00:02:48 That's good. I did the class workout. Um, and it probably could have been cool if it finished on a 21 calorie row instead of max and it was just every six. You would have spent, that's okay though. You actually, you probably went harder since it was, uh, back squat, front squat, and then six on three off six on and wrap ascending to four six eight ten continuing hang power clean 95 65 handstand push up and then
Starting point is 00:03:17 the other one was two four six eight ten 12 toes to bar Shoulder overhead. Oh the bodyweight press with the loaded pull and then the I guess the bodyweight pull or hang With the loaded press. So it was good. I mean it's very like very open like classic You go hard for like two minutes and you realize you're already at the round of ten and you're like, oh man That's next four minutes gonna be tough. Yeah, this is good minutes and you realize you're already at the round of 10 and you're like, Oh man, the next four minutes can be tough. Yeah. So it's good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:46 I'm definitely going for the Malibu's most wanted look. That is a great bucking movie. Um, and it just gets more attention when I wear my hat like that. So sue me, bro. Uh, all right. So down on that. Well, first let's start with this. I have been bragging all day about asking everyone on the internet to do my website
Starting point is 00:04:09 for me. And then I just decided to do it myself. So let me just show this. You guys go to www.traincentinel.com. Look at this baddie right here. And you asked for feedback from your friends and the only people that gave you feedback other than me Were people in the comment section last night that that were triggering you. Yeah, they am daddy Damn, girl, you bad. Check this out. You ready?
Starting point is 00:04:40 Damn You ready? Damn. I think you should click on the pyramid. I did. Did you not see that? No, nothing came up. What do you mean? I don't see the journal.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Oh, sorry. Share this tab. This came up. There we go. This came up. So yeah, when you click on the pyramid, it takes you basically to what is CrossFit, which is pretty cool All right. Now we go back to this page When you click on the review it goes to the review and you click on this review. That's a review YouTube Instagram link to a trial
Starting point is 00:05:21 If you click on this it goes to a picture of Bryson's Winky. Yeah, so upper right portion of the screen 14 day free trial sentinel training. 60 track. Can you explain to me what 60 track is? Is it something that affiliates can follow? Is it something that is more so like, hey, I trained in my garage, but I'm don't want to do the volume of the competitive track. What's the, uh, it's training that you can do in an hour. It's not like a watered down.
Starting point is 00:05:54 It's a ton of fitness in an hour. All of Sentinel is kind of designed around, okay, how can you do it? It's general physical preparedness, GPP. One's a competitor's GPP track. The other is I want to work out for an hour a day. Both of them use the open as our standardized benchmark test. Like how are we measuring our increase or decrease in fitness, increase or decrease in work capacity across broad time and modal domains?
Starting point is 00:06:20 The open is not a perfect test because we're at the whim of the programmer, of course, but it's the generally accepted community used, uh, test of fitness. So we like that and it engages everyone. So basically 60 is an hour of training that you can do, um, on your own. You could adapt it to an affiliate. Um, a lot of maybe like 15, 20 people do that. Um, you can do it in your garage, whatever. That's cool.
Starting point is 00:06:47 Yeah. Um, those of you that didn't know Taylor was on a show earlier today, coffee pods and wilds go check that out. There he was with Dwight up Shaw. He was with, uh, Steph jump ship and Peter, and they just went through proven's, uh, affiliate track programming. It was a cool show. Um, it was really cool to listen to them disagree about things because
Starting point is 00:07:07 Taylor and I agree on a lot of things, competitive CrossFit programming, but we disagree a good bit in affiliate because oftentimes, all the time, you should be programming for your affiliate population. And while some coaches and some environments like to be more geared toward instruction and queuing and coaching. Like Taylor has kind of expressed that his is, um, other people like to try to get more in, in the hour. And that's kind of where I fall. So I just think it's cool to see, um, to hear him talk about that and to know
Starting point is 00:07:41 that there's a lot of people that disagree on like the, the way the affiliate should be ran from a programming standpoint, which is cool. Your emails don't have hyperlinks. That's because typically when you email someone, you go to your email app of choice and you type in their email. So that's how you're going to do that. And it looks like a web page from 2002. It 100% does.
Starting point is 00:08:03 And it's supposed to, because I just hate how every webpage and their brother in today's day and age looks exactly the same. Just like a template from Wix template from Wix template from Wix template from Wix. Yeah. I don't want that. I want it to look completely different. It doesn't need all of these hover features and interactive things. You just, this is about us, everything you need to know about us, basically an example of the programming,
Starting point is 00:08:29 what you're getting into here, some testimonials, some reviews are YouTube, our Instagram emails. Boom. Done. Link to free trial. That's it. That's all you need. You don't need anything else.
Starting point is 00:08:39 Everything else just looks, I don't know. No, that's good. I like that. And I actually really like, um, the meet your coach's part. I was, I was hoping that like you would lean in a little bit to the quarterfinals and put a really good at wall ball slash burpee box jump over. Uh, I couldn't think of anything funny for mine that wasn't too like self deprecating or like raunchy to put on a website. Like Bryson's is funny.
Starting point is 00:09:09 And hey, we're also the, we're the, uh, Jr brought this up to us, but we're probably the only, no, not probably. We're the only training program. Well, counting, uh, the daily training tip, he corrected us. He also is his entire staff of one is across the level of trainer, but we're a staff of two and we're all L threes bro. So that's cool. Yeah. Congratulations to Bryson for getting that.
Starting point is 00:09:30 I'm still, I'm still behind there. There over the next five years. I'll make sure I get it done. That's actually my specialty is accepting feedback from people in the YouTube comments. I would say that's where I go to look for a constructive feedback that I should also take seriously. Amazing.
Starting point is 00:09:42 And accepting criticism. That's what he shouldn't put on there. Uh, takes feedback. Well, correct. I'll put that on there. That's hilarious. Hey, from Jr and Lizzie and Bryson and Andy, I take feedback really well and really seriously.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Um, and from seven on to take it really well from seven. Yeah. A Gus. Hold on. Let me pull up Gus's comment. Gus has been charming at the bit. Hey, I mentioned it on the other show. I don't know if you heard it, bro. Hold on. Let me pull up Gus's comment. Gus has been charming a bit. Hey, I mentioned it on the other show. I don't know if you heard it, bro.
Starting point is 00:10:09 Let me, well, a little harder, um, clicking the pyramid to link to what is fitness Gus's idea. It was a great idea. And, uh, or was it your idea, Jr? Did you? No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
Starting point is 00:10:23 no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. It was a Gus's idea. Yeah, it was Gus's idea. He messaged it to me. Yeah, see he's like Hey, you should have it linked to and I was like, oh fuck. That's a great idea I did that well and it's a little bit of tip of the cap So the old like if you run an affiliate that was one of the things you had to have on the website And I don't even know if it's a thing anymore that you have to have a link to the journal Oh, you should though. But anyways, that's uh, so I took that feedback and that was great feedback But saying it looks like it's from 2002 isn't really feedback. I would say that's, uh, so I took that feedback and that was great feedback, but saying it looks like it's from 2002. Isn't really feedback.
Starting point is 00:10:47 I would say that's just like, uh, an opinion or truth. Is it feedback? I don't know. What, what, what do we want it to look like? I robots, genitals like, come on. All right. So, so my question is this. You've got the website made.
Starting point is 00:11:06 Tell me about your SEO. Tell me about what someone like Brooks Manley is doing for you. Optimizing your search platform. You've you looked into that. Have you called Corey Polito with proven business plans? Do you have a business plan for first Sentinel? Do you have one yet? It's been, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:11:21 We act. Yeah, we actually had a meeting, uh, earlier this week, me, Bryson and Lizzie, a business meeting and, and Corey's business plan was on the menu. So we talked through that, talked to some other stuff and we've got a sick plan. Um, and the SEO really, you know, what I have it optimized to do is when you search best CrossFit program ever, this comes up. And if you search anything else, you'll never find it. That's all you need to do is just put in what's the, what's the best.
Starting point is 00:11:52 What's the best training plan? Yeah. So, all right guys, we're getting into it down under champion. She was so down under down on that. Does that not sound Australian to you? Yeah. And this competition ended, uh, last weekend, they had teams of two, uh, with a lot of big name athletes.
Starting point is 00:12:11 And then they had individual also, I think Ricky does. Yeah. I think we're just going to go through the, the individual. They should title the man. They should take this picture and just say, Ricky does anal. God, that would be so funny. Peter, if you're listening free content there, buddy. Is that Mal O'Brien? Where no right there in the pink I don't know who that is. So now I'm out guy
Starting point is 00:12:43 Ricky anal snatch. Um, where are the workouts at? Should I go? Yeah. And Ricky and on y'all one and then, uh, out of don't call it a comeback retirement Jake Marconi. Oh wow. Finished second. I told him the other day.
Starting point is 00:13:01 I was like, dude, is this, is this your return to competition? Cause what people probably don't know is he's like 25 or 26. So like he could definitely come back and start competing again I think it would be cool. How did it school that he did it with? Jake Gosh, I just lost his last name guy from Australia. What's his name? Jake Yeah, yeah, how do you find these freaking workouts man? This sucks I should have done yes to go there go to the leaderboard and then you should be able to, you should be
Starting point is 00:13:27 able to drop down from competition corner. Okay. Elite men. Oh, is this individual? Yeah, that's individual. Yeah. And then I think if you click on the workout, wow, they just did confused for time 12 minute time cap. So this is also event six though too. So it, I think it's scored on the leaderboard first, but it says it, it says E one and then it says E six in the description. So that's just something to keep in mind. I think they did them in the order that they're listed here though
Starting point is 00:14:08 In competition corner or right here. So you see yeah, like you if you just go all the way up to the very top It says elite in the E1 Diane, but then it says event six Hmm. Yeah, so I think they started with this workout though. Okay. I think this is the first one. So it's just Diane twice. Yeah, double Diane basically starting at the six minute mark.
Starting point is 00:14:31 So at zero, 21, 15, nine, deadlift, handstand, pushup. And then at the six minute mark, Diane again. And it is strict though. So I guess it's not classic Diane. Double strict Diane, a lot of going on there on there double D got the double D there buddy D's from both ends. All right double Diane Okay, and that was scored I think as like 250s I imagine they just added the times together and did a hundred. I think they just added the times together. Yeah Yeah, the score will be the total time taken to complete this portion of the event
Starting point is 00:15:03 The total number of rest completed for the 16th cap first time and second I am will be the total time taken to complete this portion of the event. The total number of rescues completed for the first time in the second and will be added together to get an overall time for the event without looking at the leaderboard. What do you think the fastest time was for that? Oh, the combined times. I would say probably 550. I'm going to say, Oh, five 31. And what was second? 31601. Wow. So five 50 wasn't bad.
Starting point is 00:15:39 Yeah. That's a good guess. All right. Next clean and snatch. Total bar clean and snatch. Okay. Seven minute cap. So we've got two, three minute workouts. So pretty, wow. Pretty much a sprint. I mean, you're not going to be able to sprint on the barbell, which is interesting from a programming standpoint. Like you jump up, you do your 30 but then on the 15 squat cleans at that load, I didn't watch it, but just knowing it's that load. Do you think anyone went touch and go to go right back to the 2010 or you think everyone just did quick singles? I would imagine singles. Yeah. Okay. So it's all a 25, 25, um, squatting barbell reps, but also you're pulling from the floor 25 times. And
Starting point is 00:16:24 in the previous event you just pulled from the floor 25 times. And in the previous event, you just pulled from the floor 90 times. Yeah. So we got gymnastics, weightlifting, gymnastics, weightlifting again. Obviously there, there are two different weightlifting movements here. But like Taylor just said, uh, two pulls from the floor so far to start the competition. So it's just something to keep a note of 90 dead lifts and then, uh, 25 more barbell reps.
Starting point is 00:16:45 Okay. of 90 deadlifts and then 25 more barbell reps. Okay event three. 200 meter sprint, 120 meter single arm kettlebell farmers carry, 200 meter sprint, 120 meter dead ball carry, about 170, our mirror sprint. Hmm. No, it's event one, event one. What event to what? Yeah. So again, it's I think up at the top in bold. I think this was event three.
Starting point is 00:17:19 I think what it says underneath it is not. I'm not sure that they actually started the competition. Like, so timeout that means double Diane. Okay. That's event one. Okay. Okay. Got it. Got it.
Starting point is 00:17:29 Got it. Got it. Okay. E3 guessing we're going off of the stuff that's in the top and not off the. Event one begins with the athletes hand on the chest piece. After the beep, the athlete will run a hundred meters down their lane and must go around the second marker in their lane. They'll return to the start line, pick up their kettlebell with one hand and
Starting point is 00:17:43 carry it 60 meters down their lane. Going the first, going around the first marker in their lane. They'll return to the start line, pick up their kettlebell with one hand and carry it 60 meters down their lane. Going the first, going around the first marker in their lane. The athlete will then return to the start line, place the kettlebell down and repeat the same process as the first 200 meter sprint. They'll return, grab the D ball. I can do all that shit.
Starting point is 00:17:59 Time, eight minute cap, or six minute cap. Sorry, wow, or six minute cap. Sorry. Wow. Another six minute cap. So we've got two, three, six minute caps, a seven minute cap and an eight minute cap so far critical to take that into consideration. Also tons of posterior pull from the floor, pull from the floor, sprint, dead ball, carry farmer, carry, uh, this is taking lunch too. So yeah, I was going to the next workout.
Starting point is 00:18:24 A hundred. This is taking 45 a minute and a half to 15. Uh, so I think best time's probably three 55. I mean, they were, they, they had to have been running with the, with the dead ball with the farmer since it's one 70 pound kettlebell. Let's try it. Let's see. Let's see what, what's your guess. I got three 55.
Starting point is 00:18:44 What's your guess? Best time?. Let's see what's your guess. I got 355. What's your guess? Best time? One, two, three 33. Oh wow. We were way off. 312 314. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:58 So fast. So like really fast. And then there's a, so we have another back to back. Yep. Yep. The first, the first back to back wasn't to score, but still work, rest, work. So we have two of those so far. Wow. That's crazy. Um, for time, 60 meter dead ball walking lunge, a 60 meter handstand walk. They did some snatches. They also did strict handstand pushups. Uh. They also did deadlifts, which is
Starting point is 00:19:26 a lot of posterior. This is a lot of posterior and now they're doing overhead and posterior combination again. I mean, this is a very similar stimulus to Diane, I think, lunge handstand walk. So it's basically 200 feet. It's exactly what it is if it was 60 meters so it's 200 foot lunge 200 foot handstand walk for time yeah uh geez I don't know like 211 317s fastest time on this yeah oh wow um So the lunge. What was the D-ball weight? 70 kg? 100 pounds. 100 pounds?
Starting point is 00:20:10 Yeah. Okay. Okay. Wow. It's a lot of posterior so far. Thoughts? Deadlift, strick, handstand, push-up, deadlift, strick, handstand, push-up. Pulling from the floor for 25 reps plus the snatches.
Starting point is 00:20:27 I would, I am not as surprised because I think most competitions do either bias the squat heaviness of the competition as far as like how many workouts have squatting or pulling from the floor. It's usually one or the other. So in that standpoint, I'm not that surprised. And obviously I haven't seen all the workouts yet. What I am surprised at is until this workout here, we've done what four scored events so far, and there's only been 50 pulling or hanging reps. And I haven't really pulling reps, hanging reps so far. So I'm, I'm, I'm keeping up more so with like the press first pull than I am the pull versus squat.
Starting point is 00:21:11 I don't know. I really hate when there's a massive discrepancy between like muscle groups used and to this point it's all bad. It might be a squat heavy workout coming. So we'll see. Well, we'll see. We'll see. But it's all back and pressing at this point, all back and pressing. So nine, seven, five, seven, nine muscle up and then 21, 18, 18, 21 bike, ski, ski bike. That's no, that's a dead hard sprint. I would say. Yeah. And I think this workout probably of all the workouts, when you look at it and you're like, ah, it's probably not enough muscle ups to create a separation.
Starting point is 00:21:46 But the way it's written, the way I'm thinking is that they know people are going to be able to do the muscle ups unbroken. It's more so who can, who can really sprint the machines and still, still. So that, and I think concept two sponsored this workout. So the fact that there are two ergs, I'm sure for a lot of people is a little bit puzzling, but it makes sense if they're the sponsor. I also feel like the time caps insane. This is not a 12 minute workout. Obviously, if what the equipment they had to use was off the table for this rep scheme, I would say just ski the whole thing. And then you can see who's going to muscle up and who has the upper body pulling endurance fastest time 630. So half the time
Starting point is 00:22:25 cap. Oh, how do I keep going? Is that it? I wonder what the fastest I wonder I wonder if the where there is a discrepancy with the female calories. I wonder if how do you how do I see the other workouts? See, there's an arrow up there. Here are workouts.
Starting point is 00:22:48 Yep. So, so far, um, that's it. Only, okay. Here we go. Here we go. There's only been, so it'd been three monostructural so far. Bike ski and then a sprint. So no long running or anything yet. Ooh, seventies.
Starting point is 00:23:03 How hard is the barrier? We don't know. I like this workout a lot. Okay. So I can't see whatever you're pulling up yet. Ooh, seventies. How hard is the barrier? We don't know. I like this workout a lot. Okay. So I can't see whatever you're pulling up on. Oh, sorry. Share this to have instead. Here we go.
Starting point is 00:23:11 We're at the workouts. This is a, there we go. Yeah. There's the running workout. That's a cool workout. I would say this is my favorite workout. Oh yeah. I like this a lot.
Starting point is 00:23:22 It's cool. Not only is it, does it get into that 15 plus minute time domain for most people I'm sure the fastest time was maybe a little bit. I don't know. It's probably around 15 minutes It's some good good grunt work and the dumbbell thruster is heavy like with the burpees and with the hard running the dumbbell thrusters Probably got tough for people. So 35 thrusters with 70s basically, right? Yeah, this is a def. It's definitely a burpee run workout though without a doubt. Yeah, and I wonder, yeah, I didn't watch this workout but I wonder if they use the ballistic blocks or if it's something different. This is crazy. The next workouts a max snatch. Get out of town dude. Okay, so we're snatching again
Starting point is 00:24:01 and it's another six to eight minute time. Are you saying because of the, the 10 squat snatch? Yeah. I just said, why, why Andrew pulling again? I don't know. Come on. Come on. Yeah. So again, and we talk about this a lot and a lot of people disagree with us.
Starting point is 00:24:18 I mean, I know, um, Mason has been one of those people that is just feels really strongly about having a lift in competition. A lot of people still really like that. And to be honest, most athletes love to do it. Like when you snatch 305, that was a really cool moment and opportunity for you to do that. And you don't get those opportunities in competition unless they're programmed.
Starting point is 00:24:39 So I get the whole, we need to do a wonder at max, we need to see who's strong. It's super fun for the athletes. It's super fun for the spectators. But yeah, do you like it or you don't? And this is cool that it's a five, three, one, and then you add all the loads together and there's some rest. So there's a little bit of strategy involved.
Starting point is 00:24:56 The five and the three had to be touch and go, which is different. You don't see that mandated a lot. But yeah, you either like the single modality, uh, weightlifting and don't. Not in a competition with seven events that's already had a snatch in it. That's my, my thing. Do you think if the, um,
Starting point is 00:25:18 seven events, it's already had a squat snatch. Yes or no. Is this good? Yes or no. I, I, I would, I would have just programmed the toast bar workout with, uh, with the same squat clean weight or two different squat clean rates. And I just would have done. So that's a no for everybody in the, and the comments who has no idea how to decipher
Starting point is 00:25:37 that. That's a no. Um, Julian Iford, when I type in the best CrossFit training plan, now I get HWPO. That's probably because you don't Julian don't try to get him going right he just watches porn. That's all I watch is on his computer So of course that's what comes up when you type anything in this what? If the okay, so let's do this for a second. This is a good exercise the ring muscle-up workout. Yeah If they did
Starting point is 00:26:10 two K ski into 30 ring muscle ups for time, two scores, two scores, would you be okay with this squat snatch ladder? And they change the squat snatch and the other workouts of squat. Yeah. So let's just, yeah. If they didn't have a squat snatches before, even with everything as is, if they didn't have squat snatches before, I wouldn't care that much. But the fact that they had squat snatches before and they're doing this, I think it would have been awesome if they had the two case ski and 30 muscle ups.
Starting point is 00:26:38 No squat snatches in the other workout. And this, I think it'd be cool. So you're okay with single mode Audi, as long as there's other single mode Audi workouts to balance them out. In a, in a 12, 10 to 13 or 14 event competition. I love it. In this seven events, I don't hate it. I also don't prefer it, but I don't hate it. You don't hate it, but if they're just one of them, you really don't like it. Yeah. If it's just like this, since it's just this, I do not like it personally. Let's go to the last event final. Uh, oh, this was the final. Wait, I think that is
Starting point is 00:27:15 the final. Yeah. This is the final. I like it even less. That's not exciting at all. All right. Well down on our championship, if you had it right at one to ten let's go back through final. 5 RM 3 RM 1 RM snatch. Where are we at where are we at here pal. Here we go. Burpee run dumbbell thruster muscle up herbs Sprint carry lunge hand stand walk
Starting point is 00:27:58 Total bar squat clean squat snatch and double Diane one to ten 6.5 Okay, I'm probably I put that that tracks, I like 6.5 is great. Maybe I give it a six just cause I'm a little more of a dick. All right. Uh, water Palooza. I feel like we should have never said that we don't give over eight. So now everyone's going to be like, well, they don't give over eight. So 6.5 is going to be ourselves over eight.
Starting point is 00:28:22 And that's not saying we suck our own meat, but we believe that our programming is great. And I think, well, like we've said before, and like I've tried to tell people, like, you know, this is, this is an art no more than anything else. And while some people may think it's the best thing in the world, there's going to be someone out there that just hates it. And there's going to be some people out there that just don't like the brushstrokes that just don't like the, uh, the, the, the color scheme.
Starting point is 00:28:44 Like that's just how it is. Like some people are really going to like some programming and really hate other programming. Yeah. Well, also some programming is great. Others not so great. So that's some people's opinions are wrong. And some that's also true.
Starting point is 00:29:00 And that is true too. So some people have opinions that are just flat, uh, not in alignment with reality or generally accepted social norms. Okay. So what a Palooza water, the tear water Palooza share this screen, tire, tire water, blue, the T Y R. I'm not going to call it that water. Palooza tear will be gone in a year. All right. Tire, Tire, Water Blue, the T-Y-R. I'm not gonna call it that, Water Blue's a,
Starting point is 00:29:27 tier will be gone in a year. All right. All right, so we got two weeks. There are five scored events, which I think they usually do five or six. The whole two weeks thing has been pretty consistent for the past few years. The qualifier? Yes.
Starting point is 00:29:41 Okay. So let's go through, yeah, one, two, three, and then we'll do four and five that are from this week. One, two. All right. So here's what we got. Oh, all right. I'll just do this.
Starting point is 00:29:55 Okay. Workouts one and two. Workout one, nine minute AMRAP, 30 power cleans, 30 front squats squats 30 shoulder to overhead 30 hang squat clean to overhead Immediately into a six-minute window to find a one rep max hang clean and jerk that would be workout two So 30 power cleans and 30 front squats and 30 shoulder overheads Then you kind of put all those three things together And a minute zero and every minute, on the minute after that. So 27 burpees total are done.
Starting point is 00:30:27 Three bar facing burpee interruption basically. Good catch, good catch. Yeah, so I mean, I watched a few people do this workout. What's the weight? It was 115.75. Yucky. So yeah, that weight that you really don't know what to do with, which is, I like when it's 135 95 or when it's 95 65 your
Starting point is 00:30:49 mindset is completely different but that weird in-between weight you don't really know like should I just hold on should I do chunks of touch and go should I you know try to do them in sets of five like whatever so what I like about this workout it is there is a lot of strategy. Everyone is kind of getting to the last 30 reps and that kind of decides what happens. Which is good because you're gonna see separation with people who are efficient and who are not blown up by the time they get done with those first 90 barbell reps because the the people I watched and talking to people, it was just all about the hang clusters and how you got thrown.
Starting point is 00:31:27 Okay. So no one got all the way through the hang clusters. Yeah. People, people got into the people completed more than one round. Okay. But people come got back into the power cleans. Like where did people stop? Uh, I didn't, I didn't look at the leaderboard for the best times.
Starting point is 00:31:40 Um, but like Lindsay got back to the cleans, um, like most good athletes got back to the cleans. Okay. I don't know. I'm, I'm sure there are people that got back to the squads and one rep max hand cleaning jerk, uh, for a qualified, I mean, this is, this feels very water, Palooza and I kind of like it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:01 I was going to say it is cool that it's all barbell. It's classic crossfit. The weight is heavy enough to where there's probably not a bunch of tomfoolery with standards as far as squat depth, opening the hips. I mean, I'm sure there's still going to be some out there where there's a ton of it. Yeah. Stop that. But if you are very committed to doing a one rep max,
Starting point is 00:32:27 and that's just something you wanna do, and you wanna score it as 20% of the online or in-person competition, the best way to do it is to at least do it fatigued, is to at least do it after some fitness. It's a 15-minute clock. You can help me understand this, because this is something that I see a lot, and I try to understand why you don't say Taylor.
Starting point is 00:32:49 You have to do one round per time of this workout and with the remaining time you get to max out your hang squat clean and jerk or your hang queen. So you still get two scores but if you are fitter you have more time to lift. If you are not fitter you have less time to lift and express your strength. What I think the reason is for that and it eliminates a lot of ties. I don't know I hate the AMRAP idea. I agree. I like your idea way better. I don't know why they don't do that. It just feels like is it because maybe they know that like and I'm really, I'm really asking this, like from, um, when you're scrubbing through videos and when you're watching videos, they have so many to review. Let's just say this workout, they're not judging super harshly. So they're not watching every single rep and they say, Hey, let's go to round one. Make sure you don't see anything egregious. Um,
Starting point is 00:33:44 scrub until eight 30. Hey, let's make sure round one. Make sure you don't see anything egregious. Um, scrub until eight 30. Hey, let's make sure these last 30 seconds of reps don't look terrible. And they know, I know where to go because at nine minutes, everyone has to stop. Do you think it's just an efficiency thing with that? Yeah. You would think it would be way more efficient if they just looked at it for time. Okay.
Starting point is 00:34:03 I think. Because not a lot more work is done by the athletes that get through to the second round versus the athletes that you know they get to hang squat clean to overheads when the time runs out and they still go to their max. Hey and if you can't finish it make them finish it. And if you can't finish that workout on 15 I think well I think the reason why is because they want a community workout that everyone can do and everyone gets a chance to lift. If you can't complete that shit in 15 minutes, you don't lift, which it should be.
Starting point is 00:34:36 But so yeah, diversity, equity, inclusion, sporty Beth could, could fucking win the lift, bro. So essentially when you're having all the divisions do the same workout, it is difficult, it is tricky to figure out a way. One thing that I have seen in the past also is you have to do one round, your six minute clock starts at the completion of one round.
Starting point is 00:35:05 But that still is not, you would say, punishing the less fit but stronger athletes. Because they know they're still gonna get six minutes. I like a 15 minute window for time and the remainder of one hour I'm hand cleaning direct better. Because it's programmed really well for the nine minute. Like really well.
Starting point is 00:35:23 I mean, it's like that nine minute is like, Hey, if you're fit, you can get through one round and that, that is the goal for people to get back to the cleans. So it wasn't like it was a, Hey, we're ending in the middle of a round. It's kind of weird. All right. Uh, workout three, choose your own adventure. Here we go. Choose your own adventure. Here we go. Choose your own adventure for time. Option one, 50 toes to bar, 70 box jump overs with a step down, 90 alternating nubbell snatches. Option two, 10 rounds, partition five, seven, nine. Option three, two rounds, 25, 35, 45. Option four, reverse chipper style, 90, 70, 50 for time. Definitely not the right move.
Starting point is 00:36:07 Yeah. What would be really cool is, uh, like when you entered your school in the competition corner, there was a little bubble and you picked which path you chose so that when people looked at times, they could see five of the top 10 fastest times did the 10 rounder or only two of the top 10 did the chipper or whatever. I think it would just be cool to see what people's strategies. What do you think's the fastest? I think number one, if you've had the fitness,
Starting point is 00:36:34 a hundred percent. I want to say Enrico Zanoni went just sub six. It was like five 59 or so. And he went option one. Oh, I don't know. I don't know which version that he did, but I imagine it's option one. If you have the fitness option, one is the fastest way or two or three, sorry. Three option three. So I thought option three, like I told Lindsay, that's what I would do. If I was her, it's not a ton of transitions and she can probably
Starting point is 00:37:00 still do the two sets of 25 unbroken. Yeah. Cause for a lot of people, I think if, if you're not doing the 50 toes bar unbroken and you can't move fast on the dumbbell, or if you're just going to get tired after 40 box jump overs, there's no point in doing the chipper. Right. Right. Okay. I like it. All right. So, so far, yeah, we have, we got some squatting and some hinging in the first workout. We got some jumping and some hinging in the second workout. We got a little bit of gymnastics. Um, but that second workout is, is also fast. So, so far both Metcons under 10 minutes. Oh, run and wall ball for time. 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 wall balls, wall ball shots, brother.
Starting point is 00:37:44 No way. Complete a five water balloons That's wall balls complete five shuttle runs after each round All right, so first first thoughts I Really like that. It's a sending me to if it's descending there is no separation and it's like just log jams of people Ascending was a really good move you get your Karen in that's cool Not a lot of people train a sending rep scheme workouts, which is a mistake, but they don't do it This is all gas right it is the feel of it is very similar to workout three Yeah
Starting point is 00:38:21 The what from a programming standpoint if you have elites, so you have like I saw Ariel Loewen was on the leaderboard. I saw like really, really big names on the leaderboard and you're only taking I think 20. So the top 20 and this leaderboard is massive and the participation is nuts. You're taking top 22 elite and then you're taking the next 30 to RX. If you look at it on paper, if you're holding 30 seconds for each shuttle chunk, that's two minutes and 30 seconds. The fastest Karen is 430 ish. So let's just call it five minutes.
Starting point is 00:38:57 So seven and a half minutes and a six second per shuttle run is not slow. I would have just made it 10 shuttle runs. So I would have balanced it out to where it's five minutes of wall balls and five minutes of running. And I think I, from a programming standpoint, think that it wouldn't have bottlenecked everyone as much in, hey, the whole workout is, can you do the 40 and the 50 unbroken? And if you can do the 40 and the 50 unbroken, which the elite can Taylor, can you do your shuttle runs in 27 seconds every time? And can I do mine in 25 seconds every time? Right.
Starting point is 00:39:36 It's, I mean, yeah, seconds do matter, but we're talking about separation. I mean, it's gonna when I, I can't wait to see the leaderboard, like how many people are stacked within a minute. It's going to be I can't wait to see the leaderboard, like how many people are stacked within a minute. It's going to be nuts. Yeah. Uh, aggressive. Yeah. I think adding five shuttle runs is great.
Starting point is 00:39:51 Um, but I still like the workout. Now we've got plenty of squatting. Now what we really need is just a ton of gymnastics because there's really not any high skilled gymnastics and we get it. We get it. Hanging gymnastics. Yeah, we get it. What reader off, Hanging gymnastics. Yeah, we get it. What? Read her off, read her off, read her off.
Starting point is 00:40:08 Okay, so you have an eight minute window to complete two rounds of 18 deadlifts, 18 chin over the bar pull ups, right into three rounds of 12 deadlifts at 185, 125. The first ones were 135, 95, 12 chest to bar pull ups. And if you finish that in under eight minutes, you add four minutes to your time, so now it's a 12 minute workout. Four rounds of nine deadlifts, nine bar muscle ups, 225, 155, and there's the workout right there. And then if you finish that,
Starting point is 00:40:41 the remainder of the time is spent doing deadlifts at 315-225, which is an awesome weight for the women, and three burpee bar muscle-ups. So you have three different kinds of hang, four different kinds of hanging reps. It's a progression, which is cool. The weights go up, which is cool. I really like the workout. I think there's a lot of potential strategy involved.
Starting point is 00:41:01 I think there's a lot of grip fatigue. of potential strategy involved. I think there's a lot of grip fatigue. I think, uh, I mean, after the dumbbell snatches, after the barbell workout and this workout, I think people's, a lot of people's low backs are going to be tested. So I mean, really even the wall, but well, it's separate. Yeah. Shuttle run workout is a lot of, for some reason, shuttle runs blow up people's low backs, a lot of hinging. So I actually, I really like the totality of the qualifier. I think that last workout though, that way of doing it should be done more often because it really shows who's got the fitness and who doesn't.
Starting point is 00:41:39 Do they have any pictures of the new venue? No, I can't remember him Miami beach, right? Hey, will you go back to that workout and try to tell me how much time you think you would have with the three 15 and the burpee bar muscle ups? Uh, okay. Yep. All right. Beginning on an eight on an eight minute clock, complete all of these.
Starting point is 00:42:01 So this is an eight minute AMRAP base. What were you doing when I was reading the workout? Sorry, I was signing up a property disclosure for a house reporting an off run. Oh, NBD. Two rounds of 18 and 18. I'm rich. Three rounds of 12 and 12. Four rounds of nine and nine.
Starting point is 00:42:15 Got it, and then, okay, so just an eight minute clock. Okay, let me. No, you have 12 minutes. You have 12 minutes. Oh. You have to complete the first two. Got it, got it, 12 minutes, got it. Got it. Got it. 12 minutes. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got it. Aging deadlifts.
Starting point is 00:42:28 30 seconds. Let's say a minute 30. Let's go a minute 40. Let's go a minute 45. Let's be a little generous because you're pacing for a 12-minute workout. So I'm at 140. 12 minute workout. So I'm at 140. I feel like I'm finishing these first five rounds in like,
Starting point is 00:43:06 I don't know, dude, I don't want to sound crazy but like four minutes okay let's just say five minutes let's just say hold on okay that minutes the workout the four round chunk is the workout 36 deads 36 bar muscle up how you get through that is the to me if you're better than a good athlete what state you're in when you get there and how fast you can get through the 36 bar muscle-ups, especially for females, is going to be the workout. Fire. Wow. So let's say you don't like this workout. She can't even do this workout. Hey, let's say that it took you five minutes. How long does it take you to get through the four rounder? Four minutes or less.
Starting point is 00:43:45 So you think mo you think good athletes have three minutes on that three and three. Oh, at least. And that's which is nasty. It's a miserable three minutes. Wow. And maybe that's too aggressive and you should pace those other a bit more so that you have like two and a half minutes that you can really push hard. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:44:05 I really want to see their venue. This isn't the venue is it? Programming show guys. Shout out to HGR CBD. Oh, here it is. Shout out to State Farm, Patrick Mitrovich, the knowledge, Pat Barber, the manable, Taylor's mentor for his level four. How would, wait, what, what question? What's the question?
Starting point is 00:44:30 My own, how would great question. Oh, thank Taylor. My son just said, fuck. Okay. Hey, Taylor, just listen to college pods and wads podcast on program. It's a real good insight on you coach your members. It also helped me understand how to attack. Welcome, bro. Hmm. What else do we got here?
Starting point is 00:44:48 I asked Chad GPT to write a song about the podcast. It's the coolest song ever. What do you think bro? One to 10. Um, to 10. Um, hi, severe. Hi, Kelly. I will say seven, which is really high for online qualifiers. Wow.
Starting point is 00:45:22 If there were if if there would have been something inverted. I think that was missing. There also is not a machine, unless I'm just forgetting it. There is shuttle runs, there are no double unders. So if there was another monostructural element and if they did something inverted, handstand walk, handstand pushup, strict handstand pushup, it would have been eight for sure.
Starting point is 00:45:45 So I think my, my seven just comes from, um, I want to know that whoever qualifies for water, Palooza elite does not have a deficiency in overhead pressing. I think that is, that is very important and not just for load. Okay. I give it a six and if it has something inverted and it wasn't so hinge heavy, I just feel like dumbbell snatch, the power cleans and the deadlifts, a lot of pulling. I don't know. I'm feeling like it's a six and then if maybe it was hang power cleans in that workout along
Starting point is 00:46:22 with the hang cluster. I don't know. And definitely needed probably a handstand push up like a wall facing. Then I would have given it like a seven five, but I don't think there's, I don't think it could be an eight. They did a really good job in the last workout going through, making sure people had good pulling endurance. So I think I just would, uh, I want to see both hanging and pressing in an online qualifier, especially when the field is so good.
Starting point is 00:46:52 Like I think Lydia Fish has won RX Wadapalooza twice. Wow. The RX fields are going to be ridiculous too. They're going to be really good people. Is she ever going to do elite? I think she'll qualify for it this year. She was in a good position after the week one qualifiers and that was with the one rep max.
Starting point is 00:47:10 I mean, I think she's in for sure. Dude, the leaderboard had a ton of crucible, especially females after, after the first week. Okay, bro, I think if you go to the website there's a link to the Here the water poos a lot of that is a link to leaderboard Elite who is this Connor volts never heard of him Bobby Wallum never heard of him Justin McDonald never heard of them What's grad Wilson? He was that, he was the, on the team that we've used team, right?
Starting point is 00:47:48 Clap. And then Nick Matthew and nine years team competition. Go down. So what I am curious of is how many George Stoner, dude, I haven't heard that name in forever. I didn't know. What? It's been a little, that's a a that's a blast from the past. And he's probably dude, he's probably like 24. He's probably really young. 23. How is he ahead of and Rico's? How is he ahead of this guy right behind him?
Starting point is 00:48:18 I mean, look at them. Look at the lift. I think that so he hit 297. the lift I think that so he hit 297 I got it got it got it is that 297 hit 315 on the level yeah he was always super strong so keep going down who else is in the top 20 there are a lot of names I don't recognize Max Creek John would Alice Katulis Jack Farlow right on the cut buddy Right on the fucking cut buddy. You better shake Jackson Jackson. Oh, you think he's in he'll make it 365 He's one of the tallest athletes in the field at that level. He'll cycle the wall balls faster than anyone Jr. Jr. What was workout three? I'm saying he's in what was workout three?
Starting point is 00:49:05 three was the Bell snatch box jump on both of our he was 65th in that workout that is an entire dude. He's looking much real estate. He's got a cover on that dumbbell stop Go down. He's a half inch taller than me I was second in the world on a burpee dumbbell snatch workout He is not going to qualify the only reason he's in the top 20 is this right here. Look at his other score 28th Terrible 65th. I think he's going to be in um max money on it. I hope max gets in Let's make a wager. We'll go go down to like 30 because the leaderboard usually flips a lot
Starting point is 00:49:43 Kaikei sarvani Yeah, there's so there's some names, but Jake Berman. Here we go. Wow. I thought he was, uh, thought he was done. Is he still in it? Adam McAdams, McAdams.
Starting point is 00:49:57 He said, he said, why not? When I talked to him, Hey, that dude right there, the Ilya dude that Hillers obsessed with, look what he hit on his lift. I think it's 365. Yeah, he tied a fucking Jack Farlow. That's nuts, dude. But he was way worse on the other two things.
Starting point is 00:50:15 But it's crazy that he's even close to Jack Farlow because he's so unfit. This guy is so- Well, that's what I'm saying. I think the leaderboard flips a lot because of the max lift really like, right? So you're, you're making my argument for me. Jack Farlow's done. Yeah. But I think Jack's fit is what I'm saying. No, he's not. I don't know how fit a lot of these other guys. Look at this. You're telling me 65th on that Chipper workout is fit. Maybe he picked the wrong, the wrong path. Nah, he's got adventure. All right. Go to the women.
Starting point is 00:50:42 Wrong adventure. He just got. All right, go to the women. This guy's a fucking dangling Lucy McGonagall. Caitlin Bernadine. Wow. The girl from the West Coast fucking first place. That's the first to work out. Little was like 17 years old. Reese Witherspoon. Erica Folo, Anika Greer.
Starting point is 00:51:03 Well, more more names. Nicolette. Oh, this is uh, I think she's friends with uh, joey jersey joey. Okay. I don't yeah, I don't recognize that name She's east coast and final athlete Sydney michelich in the refrigerator nina lydia nina Ariel sanders, Nino Rogovic, Ariel Sanders, Oh God, Andrzej Kandrasek, Ashley Cope, Mary Helen, yeah dude it's a freaking just crash party. Elizabeth Wishart, they're just everywhere.
Starting point is 00:51:38 Wow, wow. But what's interesting too is like Lucy Campbell's there at 32. She's climbing like she's too fit not to Trista Smith she's climbing like in 42 like she will And I don't know buddy Carson wolf dude, there's a lot of gosh I just makes me like I like seeing all the people that came to compete. It's just a quick turnaround, too That's nuts. Like yeah, would you have been able to do this qualifier right now? No, I wouldn't want to either Why because you're not in the headspace you're soft because you're just busy making money now Why I'm trying to buy a fucking house, dude, and let me tell you the markets not friendly And let me tell you, the market's not friendly.
Starting point is 00:52:27 It's not for $400,000 for a room. You could take a shit in is basically what you're paying nowadays. It's great timing living where you live right before an election, right? Hopefully. Yeah. I also just don't want to compete in Wadapalooza. Oh, Dick butter. You're going to redo it for me anyway. All right, bro have at it. I mean no idea how you're gonna get my wix login, but
Starting point is 00:52:51 Send me a sample that would be sick, but don't change it to like this new age Everything is blocky square II template type bullshit. Just make what I have better and use the same graphics Thank you. Make it better, but don't change anything. Augustus, we found our dream home that's within our price, within our budget, like literal house we could live in for the next 30 years. It's incredible. It has everything.
Starting point is 00:53:20 So we're just tripping. We put our best offer in and we're just, we put offers in on two houses that we really loved and just got totally obliterated in a bidding war. And so we're just scared. We're like gun shy. We're scared. This is going to happen again, but we'll do, we'll, you know, we're doing our best. We did everything we can offers in.
Starting point is 00:53:37 So we'll see if you guys want to donate. Don't, uh, don't do a, uh, super sticker. Just Venmo me cause Savon gets those. I guess you should start a GoFundMe like Tristan Harrison first home. Did you ask did you ask him if it worked like it was able to was able to get his travel paid for to come here? Um no I did not ask him that because he probably like nah I didn't couldn't quite cover my expenses and I just would have made me sad and depressed Yes, I got this so basically we're buying a closet that you can take a shit in
Starting point is 00:54:16 Alright, so alright, so last thing before we go horizontal pegboard We're at rogue. This is not the last thing before we go. But yes, let's talk about this. It's almost been an hour. What do you mean? When you have something to do, it's 42 minutes. Hard. We got one last thing to talk about after the rogue pegboard horizontal. I think it's going to face down the lane. Like you're, you're going to, it's not going to be across their lane. They'll run up to it. Everyone will be facing the same direction. It'll go down and continue. Okay. And then I think they'll come back. I think they'll work down and back with it. Kind of like they use the monkey bars for traditional.
Starting point is 00:54:47 Yeah. And that way they're leading with each arm. I think it'd be cool from the picture. I, I told Jason, I actually thought it looked like two full pegboards. And then the end of Elaine, he was saying he thought it was three. I said, I think, I think two is already going to be really hard. Yeah. Two is extremely hard.
Starting point is 00:55:06 Have you ever tried it? And, um, I told Jason, he was like, Hey, it's, it's hard to not swing. I was like, well, yeah. I said, if you want to not swing, don't do it with straight arms. And he's like, what do you mean? I'm like, yep. If you're, if you can hold a 90 and go across it, it is a lot more pulling and grip endurance. Why would you want to not swing? Oh, just, it is a lot more pulling and grip endurance.
Starting point is 00:55:25 Why would you wanna not swing? Oh, just because of time and attention. You're just swinging. You're just, it's more about coordination and timing of when you reach versus you being static and just getting down without using momentum. I think you should have good coordination and reach and use that.
Starting point is 00:55:42 So see, and I would try to learn how to, if possible, if I have the, the pulling endurance, you just fucking do it to do it with Ben arms. I think that's a better way. Oh, I'm going to disagree here, but we'll see. Um, all right. W PTH. I don't know what you're talking about. We prefer the hate bro.
Starting point is 00:56:01 Shut up, man. Take this opportunity to reintroduce yourself, bro. Jr. Howell. Yeah. W P T H it's been a affiliate program for 10 years. Um, it was something that I didn't even tell the members what it meant that knew it was a thing and like a hashtag back when hashtags were cool until we moved
Starting point is 00:56:22 to the new location and, yeah I don't know uh the interview rios did where I actually talked about it it was right before crucible I don't even remember what I was saying but apparently I talked about WPTH and um I don't know it's very just kind of organic like hey maybe this is the time to try to do this thing and then people for a long time Taylor being one of them People being like hey, dude, like do you see anyone else putting out their programming for free on Instagram? No So why are you doing it? I'm sure there's people that are following it that do it every day that would also pay for it and I always just think no one wants it and no one wants to look at it no one whatever and
Starting point is 00:57:01 Yeah, I mean the feedback even the last 48 hours has been really positive. Like, Hey, it's about time you're doing this. I'm definitely going to sign up for it. I think your class workouts are great. Blah, blah, blah. So what we'll do is we'll do WPTH. They'll be, what's up. Can you, she can't hear me.
Starting point is 00:57:19 There'll be like an athlete track and there'll be a coach track. So if you just want to see the workouts and be like, yeah, that's a cool workout. I want to do it today. That'll be an option. And then coaches will get like breakdown, right? Whiteboard. Equipment substitutions is huge, I know, just because of the equipment that we use a lot in the gym that a lot of gyms might not have. Modifications on workout format, modifications on volume, because I know the workouts are hard that we do, and I think for a lot of gyms, they would not be appropriate for their clientele,
Starting point is 00:57:53 so I'm gonna put out options for that. And then the last thing is something called WPTH-8, the number eight, so we prefer the hate with the eight, and basically that is gonna be super simple. Two workouts a week, eight workouts a month, a dollar a workout, eight minutes or less. So all eight. So that's just the theme.
Starting point is 00:58:13 So it's like if Taylor has done his session, but he's just feeling kind of antsy and he's waiting to see if this deal goes through and he goes on and he sees eight minute AMRAP, four bench press at body weight, four back squat at body weight, he's like, Ooh, I'm going to do that real quick. All right. Give me, give me an eight minute one. That's not weightlifting. I don't want to back squat and I don't want to bench. I want to do
Starting point is 00:58:32 to my garage. Give me an example. Okay. Um, eight minute AMRAP, uh, two K row max thruster at 95 pounds. I just said I didn't want to squat. Oh, I didn't even hear that part. I was just thinking, no, want to squat. No way lifting. Yeah. Okay. Um, 10 rounds for time, uh, four strict pull ups, six dip, eight push up. Oh, so like for most people, like that's a doable, like you can go faster than EMOM on that, but for most people that's not an eight minute workout. So the workouts are not going to be like nothing wrong with V ups and jumping lunges, but they're not gonna be just hotel workouts They're gonna be You know, I don't know two rounds per time
Starting point is 00:59:15 10 ring muscle up 20 handstand push-up 30 wall ball like something that like someone like Taylor or someone that trains hard can be like Oh, that's a pretty tight cat, but I'm going to, I'm going to hit that. So yeah, it's something different. Um, yeah, I wanted to try something different and honestly, something that's just like, dude, eight workouts, just to see him eight bucks a month. I'll do that. Why not? How much?
Starting point is 00:59:38 Uh, so that's $8 a month. How much is just the, like class programming. So there's two options. What's the premier package with all the notes and scale the print the premier package? We haven't we haven't decided on the price point for No decision gotcha. Yeah. All right So actually and I was gonna talk to you about this but we can do it live But it seems like fitter is the way to go. Lindsay's done a ton of research for me. She does web design. She's looked into a lot of app. She's looked into a lot of, um, software systems. I actually thought about doing wpth.com
Starting point is 01:00:17 and doing it like old main site where it's just super old school and it's post to comments, like post results, the comments, and that's how you do it. But a lot of people told me, hey, like I wanna see where I'm at on the leaderboard. People like to compare. So yeah, I think fitters what we're gonna do with that. So yeah, that's all kind of going to the works. January 1st will be ready to go. People are asking about the t-shirt.
Starting point is 01:00:40 You only get a t-shirt if you do the programming, which is yeah, it's WPTH is really important to me. So I don't want to see someone at Wadaplooza wearing a WPTH t-shirt and wonder, do they do my programming or do they just think the shirt was cool? Yeah. Cool. All right, guys. I'll see you in the morning. Me?
