Whatever's best for you and your body. And then take a nice,
deep breath in. And as you exhale, softly, close your eyes and just allow yourself to arrive here
in your body in this moment, taking another slow and deep breath in and an even slower breath
back out. Let your face soften. Let your shoulders relax. Let everything loosen up just that bit more.
breathing in again, perfect.
Now take a moment just to notice the points of contact between your body and whatever's beneath you,
supporting you.
You don't have to go anywhere.
You don't have to do anything.
You can just be here, fully supported.
You're here.
You made it to another day.
A brand new one.
fresh, clean, unwritten, and no matter what's behind you, there's an endless world of opportunity

I invite you to bring an image to mind, imagining that yesterday is a room that you can

And so you look around the room that was yesterday and you notice a door, be

This is the doorway to today, and it's full of possibility.
So you step towards it, leaving everything from yesterday behind.
And as you step through that doorway into today, you feel the warmth of that new light
touching your face.
your shoulders, spreading across your whole body.
You breathe it all the way into your lungs.
This is your new beginning, not someday off in the future,
not someday when everything's aligned and perfect.
Right now, this morning, this moment.
Feel the openness and the possibility here.
and as the warmth and energy of this new day washes over you.
Ask yourself,
how do I want to feel today?
And whatever that feeling is,
let it settle all the way into your heart,
into your mind,
and your whole being,
like a seed being planted.
This is what you're walking,
into your new day with. So take one more deep breath, filling up with that energy and possibility
in this new day, and then exhale, letting go of any lingering weight that you're carrying from the past.
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the room. Feel the surface beneath you. Maybe you want to
bring some gentle movement to your body, just waking it back up.
And whenever you're ready to come out of this, slowly open your eyes and turn towards
this new day knowing that it's all yours and that it's within your power to make this a beautiful
