Hey friend, with the new year right around the corner, I know we're all ready to live our lives
a little more powerfully. And since you're a wake-me-up listener, you already know how important
and life-changing meditation can be, which is why I'm taking this opportunity to share another
show made by one of my friends that I think you'll really like. It's called morning meditation
for women. Every single morning, my friend Katie, leads you through a short, powerful,
meditation that will leave you feeling light and whole, ready to make the most of your day.
And the daily episodes make it easy to establish or restart a meditation practice.
So if you're looking for something else in addition to wake me up, I'd really recommend
morning meditation for women.
And Katie has been kind enough to offer a sample of one of her episodes for me to share with
you all, which will begin in just a moment.
If you enjoy it, then just search for you.

Now, I'll hand the mic over to Katie for this meditation entitled Five Minutes to Calm.
Good morning, beautiful. Today's theme is calm, relax, and welcome to this new day.
A chance for a fresh beginning. A chance to be present.
a chance for you to live vibrantly and freely tapping into it all here in this magical breath.
So find your breath and follow its rhythm within you. Breathing in, breathing out, riding the motion of its waves of its waves.
and letting it calm you down, letting it slow you down, and bring you here.
Enter your mind.
Be if you can invite them to pass along, imagining them as clouds above you,
passing by in the beautiful blue sky.
There is no agenda here.
Nothing that needs to be done.
It's just you and your breath, finding your way to the stillness inside, reconnecting to the source of it all within you.
Once together in front of your heart and bow your head to them.
In me, Namaste, beautiful.
