The first step towards healing and the next step towards a better life are actually the same.
They're both about complete and unconditional self-love and acceptance.
This practice of loving kindness will not only heal and protect you from shame, guilt, and limiting beliefs,
but it will also guide you towards being more comfortable as your authentic self.
So I encourage you to repeat these affirmations daily, to cultivate compassion,
patience and acceptance for yourself.
And you can do these affirmations however you'd like.
You can repeat them out loud or in your mind.
You can simply listen along.
For the deepest experience, you can find a comfortable position,
close your eyes, and settle into a meditative state.
But no matter how you choose to partake,
Let's begin with one nice deep breath together.
So inhale, fill all the way up into your chest,
and expand down into your diaphragm,
and then hold at the top, and exhale, release.
Just let all of the air fall back out.
Perfect.
Now, let's turn to our affirmations.
I'm kind to myself, I'm loving towards myself,
patient with myself,
understanding towards myself.
I am forgiving of myself.
I am worthy of self-love,
learning to love myself more every day.
I am enough exactly as I am.
I am deserving of my own compassion.
I speak to myself with kindness.
I am allowed to make mistakes and learn from them.
I am letting go of self-jubes.
I am free to love myself fully. I deserve to take care of myself. I admire the whole person I am.
Flaws and all, I am honoring my needs with love and respect. Of what I've overcome, I am excited
about who I'm becoming, but at peace with who I am. I am learning to trust and accept myself.
I am my greatest source of love and support.
My imperfections make me beautifully unique.
I release self-doubt and embrace self-trust.
Allow myself to be authentic without guilt or shame.
I give myself permission to grow at my own pace.
I'm appreciating myself more every day.
I love and honor my journey, even though it's not perfect, am worthy of my own time,
care, and attention.
I choose self-compassion over self-criticism, my best, and I honor myself for that.
I prioritize my well-being.
I give myself grace as I navigate the complexities of life.
I love and accept myself.
unconditionally.
All right, my friend.
Well, that's the last of our affirmations for now.
Let's wrap up in the same way we began.
With one nice deep breath together.
So inhale.
Take your deepest breath yet today
and fill up with all of that love and kindness for yourself.
And then exhale, release.
Just let go.
And whenever you're ready,
You can gather yourself and come out of that.
I hope you enjoyed these affirmations.
And I hope that you're feeling more love and acceptance towards yourself.
We all deserve to be treated with kindness, care, and respect.
And most of all, we deserve that from ourselves.
Because we're all just doing the best we can with the cards we've been dealt.
So try not to beat yourself up when you make a mistake.
It's all part of the journey,
the journey of learning, developing,
and caring for yourself.
So, try to think of one way
you can treat yourself kindly today.
And let me know in the comments or in a review
what that's going to be.
You know I love to hear from you.
But that's all for now.
Thanks so much for tuning in.
I hope to see you back here soon on Wake Me Up,
And until next time, go out and have an absolutely fantastic day.
