We all know or have seen someone who has that magnetic type of content.
And their confidence isn't about being loud or egotistical, quiet, collected confidence.
It comes from feeling so secure in yourself that you have nothing to prove to anyone else.
You're simply so comfortable in who you are, that you're unshaken by opinions, challenges, or judgments.
Well, this type of confidence isn't a gift,
bestowed on a few individuals.
It's a mindset, a belief that we all have inside of us,
and it just takes a little practice to bring it out.
This meditation will help you do that.
And in just about 10 minutes,
that magnetically confident version of you
will open their eyes on the other side of this meditation.
So find a comfortable position,
whether that's seated or lying down, it doesn't really matter.
Whatever's best for you, your body, and the space you're in.
And once you're there, take a nice deep breath all the way in and then exhale.
Just let the air fall back out.
Don't force anything.
And as you release that air, gently close your eyes.
And for this first moment, just allow yourself.
to settle. Relax your face, drop your jaw, and soften your shoulders down. Let your breath find
its natural rhythm, smooth, easy, and effortless. And with each breath, try to release just
1% of the tension from your body, bit by bit, moment by moment, relaxing deeper and deeper and deep. And
deeper within yourself.
Bring to mind an image of yourself.
Moving through life today with that calm, collected,
unshakable and magnetic confidence.
See yourself walking into each space,
carrying this vibrant energy,
how it feels in your body,
steady, strong.
appreciative and loving towards the world.
Your shoulders are relaxed and is held high.
Your movements are deliberate
and there isn't the tiniest bit of tension or hurriedness.
Relax into how good that feels.
To be so comfortable in who you are,
in your own skin and your own worth.
Now begin to notice how others
respond to you when you carry yourself like this.
They see your ease, your self-assurance.
They're drawn to it, inspired by it, comforted by it.
Of course, there will be those who look at you with judgment.
Notice what it feels like when that judgment doesn't affect you
because you're so rooted in your own self-worth and in the fact that the universe put you here.
It reminds you that their judgment has nothing to do with you.
It's a reflection of them and their own insecurities.
And so you remain unbothered, steady, comfortable, confident, deep breath.
breath as though you're collecting this feeling, ingraining it in your mind, in your body,
and silently repeat to yourself.
I am calm, confident, and unshakable, confident, and unshakable.
Take one final breath in, collecting just a bit more of that magnetic energy to fuel you through your
and when you exhale, begin to bring yourself back, noticing the world around you once again,
bringing some gentle movement to your body, just to wake back up and then opening your eyes,
feeling yourself as that magnetic, confident version of you, turn towards your day,
and carry this calm, collected confidence with you.
Remember that it comes from a place of self-worth.
You are supposed to be here.
And by that same token, so is everyone else.
So treat yourself, your friends, and your foes with the same love and respect.
If you do,
you will have the most magnetic confidence.
