Welcome to Wake Me Up.
Go ahead and get comfortable as you settle in for this meditation.
which will guide you to connect with your higher self,
the all-knowing, timeless, and most wise version of your being.
Take a nice deep breath in, filling all the way up into your chest,
and expanding down into your diaphragm, and then exhale, release.
And as you let that air fall back out, gently and softly,
Close your eyes.
For this first moment of meditation,
simply connect to the stillness
and the rhythms of your body,
your breath, your heartbeat.
We feel the space that your being takes up
and the energy that you create
as you allow yourself to relax,
deeper and deeper within.
begin to feel a warm light emanating from your heart space,
encouraging it to expand as it grows.
It also illuminates your third eye center,
lighting up that space just between and above your eyes.
Breathe into that light again,
expanding it now so that it illuminates the crown of,
of your head as well, and with all of this light energy coming from your body.
You begin to notice a presence, feel the air around you, growing softer and lighter,
begins to fill the room around you, radiating peace, wisdom, and deep, unconditional love.
this warm glow signifies that your higher self is here.
The eternal, shapeless, infinite part of you that knows your soul's journey,
that understands every joy, every challenge, and every moment that has led you to where
you are now.
It's part of your being is aligned with the highest,
most loving possible perspective, and you may imagine this part of you in any way that you'd like
as you become more aware of this presence. You begin to feel a desire to connect more deeply with it
as that desire grows. You start to become aware of an understanding, a communication,
except no words are exchanged.
But what you understand with complete clarity
is that your higher self is communicating
something like the following.
You are exactly where you need to be.
You have never been lost.
Even in the moments where it feels like you are,
those moments of doubt
fear and uncertainty.
I have always been with you,
here, beside you,
and I am so proud of you.
Feel this communication.
Sink in to your soul.
You feel the words,
settle deep in your heart.
You are exactly where you're meant to be.
You haven't made any mistakes.
Only learned,
grown, and evolved, so that you can become what you're supposed to be, and in the same way,
without necessarily using any words.
You begin to communicate back to your higher self, asking the questions deep in your soul
that you long to have answered.
And again, those answers might not be in words.
Most likely, they will be a feeling as we near the conclusion of this meditation.
Ask one final question.
What does my higher self want now?
And once you have that answer, take one final deep breath in.
the deepest breath you've taken yet today, and then slowly exhale,
letting go of that breath, and also letting go of this moment with your higher self,
thanking them for their everlasting support,
and remembering that they are always present with you.
Now when you're ready, you can begin to bring yourself back,
noticing the room around you, bringing some gentle movement to your body,
and then opening your eyes, gathering yourself, and coming out of that.
Carrying with you this sense of peace and wisdom from that connection with your higher self.
