Because to do anything difficult or great, takes a long time and a lot of repetition.
Starting point is 00:00:40 Consistency is hard and it's boring. People want results. They want success, and they want it now. The reason consistent people win is because few people actually will do what it takes every single day. Consistency isn't glamorous. It's not loud.
Starting point is 00:01:06 It doesn't go viral, but it works. Ask any person who succeeded at anything. Their success wasn't built in one explosive moment. It was built over a long time in quiet moments. When nobody else was watching, when they were tired, when they didn't feel like it, but they chose to show up anyway. That's the difference between those who dream
Starting point is 00:01:39 and those who live their dream. You see, anyone could be motivated for a day. Anyone can grind it out for a week, but can you keep going when it's hard? Can you keep going when it's not exciting and novel anymore? That's where greatness is forged. Consistency is doing it on the days when it's not fun, when it's inconvenient, when you'd rather quit,
Starting point is 00:02:14 because the goal isn't perfect. It's progress. And every time you show up, every repetition, every effort, every step forward, you're sending a message to yourself. I'm not here to try. I'm here to become. So if you want to get stronger, for example, you need to make sure you go to the gym on the days when you don't feel like. You want to change your life. Then start by showing up every single day for yourself.
Starting point is 00:03:00 Even though the results won't come right away, even when no one is clapping for you, you keep going. You stay consistent. Because you're not your excuses. You're not the limitations put on you by your parents or by society. You are your habits. And the person you become is shaped by what you do.
Starting point is 00:03:29 Not once, but every day. So stop waiting for the perfect moment. Because it doesn't exist. Stop relying on motivation to carry you. And start building discipline. Daily habits are what will get you where you want to be. because discipline, consistency. These are things that will take you places.
Starting point is 00:03:58 Motivation never could. So let this be your final reminder. You don't need to be perfect. You don't need to be the best. You just need to be consistent. Success doesn't happen in a lightning strike. It's a slow burn. So tend to your fire and keep it lit.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Keep showing up. Keep growing. And never forget that you are capable of extraordinary things if you are willing to commit to extraordinary consistency.
