Hello, my friend.
Welcome to Wake Me Up and to this guided breathwork session,
which will energize your body and mind.
I love to do this first thing in the morning,
but the truth is you can do it any time of day
when you need a little pick-me-up.
We'll breathe in for two counts and out for two counts
for about 30 seconds.
Then you'll enjoy a long exhale
before we repeat that cycle again.
And we'll do that four times.
So take a nice deep breath in
just to warm your lungs up.
Inhale and exhale.
All right.
Here we go.
Breathe in.
Out.
In?
You've got it.
Keep that rhythm going.
Try to breathe through your nose if you can.
And fill your lungs all the way up.
Two more.
In.
And release.
Rest here.
Try to hold your lungs empty.
For just a moment.
Here we go again.
And you've got it.
Breathe deeply into your lungs.
Really expand and contract your diaphragm.
You're doing fantastic.
Two more in, out, release.
Hold on empty here.
Enjoy the peace and stillness of the pause.
Almost there.
Here we go.
It's right.
Focus your energy on the breath.
Expand as deeply as you can.
Two more in the stillness.
This is the last one.
Here we go.
You've got it now.
Take your deepest breaths yet.
This is the last round, so really make it count.
Enjoy this pause.
Take a nice deep recovery breath in.
and let it out at your own pace.
Great job, my friend.
You did fantastic.
I hope you're feeling full of energy
and excited for the day ahead.
