energy. I am protecting my peace. I am reclaiming my energy. I am letting go of the need to please everyone
else. I am creating a life that feels good to me. I am happy and healthy. I am exactly where I need to be
completely enough just as I am. I am treating myself like my own best friend. I am worthy of love and care. I am
especially from myself.
I am strong, capable, and resilient.
I am embracing my flaws and celebrating my strengths.
I honor my boundaries without guilt or apology.
I am releasing comparison, inherently valuable.
I love the skin that I live in.
I am radiating, confidence, grace, and interstores.
I am investing in my own growth, health, and happiness.
I am kind and patient with myself.
I allow myself to rest when I need it.
I listen to my own needs and desires.
My well-being and happiness are top priorities.
I choose thoughts that empower and uplift me.
