that beneath all of the weight and burdens you've been carrying,
there's a version of you that knows your worth,
that radiates confidence.
And in just a few minutes through this meditation,
you'll remove the subconscious barriers
that keep this version of you hidden and buried,
freeing you to be the radiant and wonderful,
person that you are destined to be.
So take a nice deep breath in, filling all the way up.
And as you exhale softly and slowly, go ahead and close your eyes and just allow yourself
to settle for this first moment.
There's nothing you need to force here.
You don't need to try or do quite the opposite.
You can simply be to help you.
Do that.
You can begin by relaxing the muscles of your face,
releasing your tongue from the roof of your mouth,
dropping your jaw and softening your shoulders down.
And just follow that natural rise and fall of your breath,
allowing it to draw you deeper and deeper within.
And as you continue to settle deeper and deeper and deeper,
begin to imagine your life as though from above,
like you can see your life as a timeline,
and you're floating high above it.
And on this timeline,
you can see all versions of yourself,
the version as you are right now,
another version who lives life in fear,
another version who lives life chasing empty things,
and there are thousands of different versions here
that you can envision on this timeline
and the beauty is you can choose to be any one of them at any time.
So focus in and find that version
who walks through life with confidence,
with that radiant inner glow.
And once you've picked them out of the crowd,
just notice how they hold themselves,
how their shoulders are relaxed, how their head looks up and out.
Notice how they speak kindly, understandingly, and supportively to themselves.
And notice how things in the outside world are naturally attracted to them,
people who value them, opportunities that uplift them,
experiences that feel aligned and effortly.
This version of you is living with the self-esteem that's deep inside of you.
It's inside of each and every version that you can see on this timeline.
What sets this version of you apart, though, is that they allow that radiance to be expressed.
They recognize that they are meant to be here in this body, in this life, in this life.
on this journey,
that there's a reason for their existence.
And they may know that reason already.
And they may not.
They may still be searching for that reason.
But whether they know it or not,
they're still confident in their own existence.
They're not loud or arrogant.
They're steady, grounded, peaceful.
Notice how that framework
with which this version of you views life makes everything so much easier.
Notice how tough decisions come with less fear and stress,
how relationships deepen, how joy can be found more often,
how challenges feel less like threats, and more like stepping stones.
So now, float slowly closer.
to this version of you,
exactly where they are to be found
on the timeline of your life right now.
And as you move closer and closer,
decide within yourself
that you want to be this version of you.
Recognizing that this is not a fantasy,
is you, a version of you that already exists
and always has.
They're just weird.
waiting for you to choose them, to stop choosing these other versions that have led you to something
less than you can be. So in this moment, choose to be this version of you. Choose to let go of worry,
of doubt, and fear, of the need to be what everyone else wants you to be, and to simply be
the highest version of yourself,
the one that knows they're supposed to be here,
living this life, embarking on this journey.
And as you make this choice,
step into this version of you, embody it,
and let go of everything else that's no longer serving you,
because you deserve it,
because you've always had it inside of you,
because you are worthy of the life you dream of,
because you are allowed to love yourself,
because you're allowed to feel confident and to feel whole,
and as you step into this version of you,
feel this choice filling your body in your mind,
in how you hold yourself, in how you think, in how you speak,
and in every way in which you exist.
Take one final deep breath in,
collecting that inner knowing of self-worth,
confidence, and love.
And as you exhale,
slowly open your eyes to a new life
as the confident,
proud, and highest version of you.
This life
is yours.
Nothing is in the way
and nothing is missing.
And now,
all that's left for you to do
is live it.
So as you gather yourself
and move on from this meditation
into your day,
I hope you choose
and embody this version of you
today and every
day for the rest of your life.
