Welcome to this guided meditation.
Begin by finding a nice comfortable position.
whatever works best for you, your body, and the space you're in.
And whether you're seated or lying down,
just notice and really feel the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.
When you're ready, go ahead and close your eyes and just drop into this moment,
exactly as you are.
Take a slow and deep breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale back out, allow yourself to release.
Soften your face and clench your jaw and let your shoulders relax down.
Ently drop and let go of everything you've been carrying.
Drop the expectations of others.
Pressure of your to-do list.
You've been telling yourself about who you should be.
Just let them fall away.
like leaves dropping from a tree in autumn.
You don't need to fix or solve them first either.
Simply let them go.
In this space, in this moment, in this life, you are unburdened, you are free, you are light.
With all the noise of the world lies your natural state, a vibration, of pure potential,
everything that exists is a wave, a vibration.
And you're no different.
You can envision your vibration,
like a bright golden light
that may be covered by heavy veils of stress and doubt.
But with each passing breath,
you are lifting those veils
and feel the light in your chest,
growing brighter.
As you exhale, feel any heavy energy or burdens, leaving your body.
And this isn't about you becoming something new or something different.
It's about returning to that timeless, all-encompassing energy that's within you and has always been there,
shifting away from a state of doing.
and back towards a state of being.
Feel that constant hum and buzz of your own energy rising,
becoming more resonant as you remove those veils and burdens.
Use a simple but powerful mantra to align and reconnect your frequency with that,
of the universe.
So you can repeat these words silently in your mind
or out loud,
imagining the energy
expanding outward from your heart center
like ripples across water.
Am abundance, positive energy,
positive energy,
am abundance, positive energy.
Feel those ideas
vibrating
through your whole being
down to the deepest, smallest parts of your tiniest cells.
You are a magnet for everything that matches this energy.
Now I'm going to step back for a few moments and give you space to repeat this mantra or simply float in this space of bliss.
and if you find that your mind wanders,
just gently bring it back to the mantra
or that feeling of connecting with golden,
timeless light.
Now wherever you are,
wherever your mind may have wandered to,
slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Feel the renewed sense of energy
coursing through your veins.
You are now vibrating at a higher level than when we began.
Take a second to visualize a soft, shimmering shield of light surrounding your entire being.
This shield allows you to move through the world, carrying your high vibration
while protecting you from destructive and negative energies.
So whenever you feel the world pulling you down,
remember that you are light, you are abundance.
You are infinite positive energy.
And all you have to do is remember that.
Take one final deep breath in,
your deepest breath yet today.
And then exhale, release.
Just letting the air fall back out.
And when you're ready,
opening your eyes,
gathering yourself,
and turning towards your day.
